The latter has a grand role to give freedom of expression and easiness in performance. For translating thoughts of the artist ,successes of the art have been achieved by many artists. The history of art is characterized with a large number of artistic methods types, some of them taken as a general aspect for being distinguished with a specific type in the form, or some types taken as individual impression in works of some artists that are characterized with the form aspects to be distinguished from others. These works express selfness of the artist and being considered as a process of organization. The more progress is achieved in the artistic methods , the more get away from the old artistic methods. The radical turning points on the artistic method late of nineteenth century and twentieth century resulted into occurring changes in the feelings and intellectuality that being regarded as a base for principles , theories and artistic bases.Thus, the researcher has found the necessity to study the contemporary artistic methods for being important to enrich the artistic works in field of Sculpture - Students of Artistic Education Department - college of Fine Art since it is considered as a main gate to know modernism outcomes in plastics. The researcher realizes the problem of the research by making a study on students of artistic education department - second stage in the subject of sculpture. The researcher has suggested a basis for the problem of the research through varying methods of contemporary sculpture along with its effects on products of students of Artistic education department. In the light of that , the researcher has constructed hereunder goals : - Uncovering the effect of contemporary sculpture methods on products of artistic education department students. - Discovering the role played by these methods , techniques and modern sculpture ores on works of students of artistic education department. - Unfolding diverse contemporary sculpture methods. In order to achieve the goals , the researcher has placed a form as to analyze products of the students , the research includes 50 products for the second - stage students - department of artistic education - subject of sculpture. It has been randomly chosen sample consisting of ( 10) products accomplished according to methods of contemporary sculpture. In order to bring out results of the research, the research has depended on a set of statistic means as to process data and information that he obtained from the sample of the research and to set the results he has reached to via form of analyzing works of the research sample. The researcher has used equation of acuteness degree and equation of percentage weighs. For indicating reliability of the form ,it has been entailed two of analysts (after being trained) as to analyze sample of the research for knowing the means of operating compounds of analysis form. The results of analysis appeared according to equation of (Holsti) for the two analysts consent. It has been appeared the general average amounted to (0,86). This ratio gives a good indication to ensure reliability based on compounds of analysis form. Most significant conclusions the researcher has reached to are : 1 - The ability of student to express about his opinions and his thoughts freely by using methods of contemporary sculpture for easily getting parts and remnants from places where being easily gathered and compounded. Besides the diverse in parts that contribute into sculpture accomplishment that spare time , money and effort for the students.2 - Having the students acquire artistic skills in the contemporary sculpture ( post modernism) and modulating the nature of skillfulness and artistic properties as to reach to the best process of sculpture. This transparently appeared through the effect of contemporary sculpture methods on accomplished samples of the students ( sample of the research). The recommendations : 1 - Placing a special method paralleling to the contemporary arts and teaching the history of art. Confirming on the cognitive side as to be equal to application side for helping the student to assimilate arts and most modern artistic experiment. 2 - Motivating the students and those studying in the institutes and colleges on means , ores, techniques, and technology to be entailed in the artistic work. This step for innovating new arts ensued from the environment of the student. This comes from having the student depend on practical and application lessons according to different experimental means within methods of contemporary sculpture. 3 - Increasing lectures and hours of teaching the subject of sculpture and confirming on the classical side that in return helps the students produce works and samples with contemporary methods.This comes through the study of anatomy and kinship that enable the students to be conscious and aware of his sculpture accomplished. The connection between the old and the new helps the student formulate his special bases regarding the artistic work. 4 - Observing the modern technology to carry out the artistic work. The techniques have a role to bring out means to activate the meanings and the indication. The contemporary arts contribute into technology and scientific progress and getting benefit of modern innovations either to be used directly into producing artistic works or searching from inside the technology environment about new techniques and forms

What are the real criteria for those ethics.The researcher put the problem discussed in the context of the question : (What's unique design current and future return to intensify the physical experience in the design of industrial products)Trying to achieve two main objectives1. Find the design trends that adopt the philosophy of returning to intensify the physical experience in the design of industrial products and to draw conclusions in this regard emerge from the theoretical framework of the research.2. The side effect of the physical output from the traditional physical experiment to measure within the current time frame during use of the industrial product and compare it with the effect he produces for use under the conditions depend on the physical experience more intensive.Through four classrooms, which dealt with the subject of research gradually through the theoretical framework included a diverse range of themes and detective. Turning through the first part, where the philosophy of physical response : which included within which the following themes : the user in response to experience physical, philosophical physical experience, atique ethics and design.The second section included and marked your subject matter in industrial product in the light of the physical experience : on the following themes : Appearance, compensation sensuous, then metaphysical exile and finally modern products that adopt promote physical experience in design And the third section included the hormones affecting the physical experience of such a groupAdrenaline and cortisol and prolactin, and others.The research has made the following findings : where 75% of the sample responded and 70% of respondents large system expected to experiment with lower percentage of cortisol in the blood after exercise game intensify physical experience because of the low psychological and physical stress level after playing the game using the muscular level and my body the biggest of them the situation in the tribal experience while playing the game tempo inhabitant ratio dimensional case also responded to 68% of the sample intentionality and 60% of the control sample for the test system. Current research community were selected from students grade 5 Br. pottery - Arts - College of fine arts - study of morning (10) students, the entire community was chosen as a sample of application experience accredited by the researcher. As the current search experimental method was adopted, and it has been chosen as experimental design with a minimum of one sample exactly tests being compatible with tribal walbadi current search procedures which aims to know the effectiveness of tutorial material porcelain. The importance of this topic as a result of technological development in the field of high technologies capabilities, The research problem been identified by asking for the possibility fact of been smart technologies are the basis for built upon design (formally and functionally) in the future? The research aims to provide specialized knowledge of these techniques, and to specify trends of industrial products and designs according to the employment of these systems design techniques in the realms of form and functionality. The limits of this study include (Smart) electronic, electrical devices for the Korean company Samsung for the year 2012 , those are available in local markets in Baghdad. and the study contained four chapters, the first one included of the importance of research and the need for it as well as the research problem and the objectives and the limits and the specify of the terms. The second chapter has included previous studies and the theoretical frame, which contains three sections first interested in the concepts and the principles and the mechanisms of intelligence and the artificial intelligence, and the second included the smart technologies and the their use in products, and a third which interested in the design requirement definition and the types of it.The third chapter, which included measures search for community wide study based test (intentional) of the study population samples and descriptive analysis approach through analysis form after its presentation to a group of experts. And which is one of the most convenient ways to achieve the goals of the study.Chapter dealt with the description and analysis of models according to the analysis form designed by the researcher, the fourth chapter included number of results, and the most important : 1. the axis of change ranges in the product - according to the employ smart technologies and their impact on the product - was achieved well by 60% in models (1 - 2 - 3) which showed a change in the form according to the employ smart technologies in their systems, while not achieved by 40% in the two models (4 - 5) to form models remain on its traditional designs despite employ techniques in their systems.2. Change ranges Achieved on the performance of the product - according to the employment of smart technologies and their impact by100% in all models (1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5) ,and these technologies affect the performance and design functions primarily reflected the effect on the rest of the design aspects of the system.The most important conclusions drawn in the search : 1. A lot of elements and components of the general form of a smart device transformed from the material system (Hard ware) informational System (Soft ware) according to make them individual automated (automatic), Resulting to Reduction their sizes too much.2. Design Systems of the smart products characterized by fast performance interaction with the surrounding middle which making them time - saving products from aspects of the setup and control for achieving efficiency, and high ease of use.3. Portability and feature of changing elements & formalities which offered by display units and sensing at once (touch screens) gives great variety in the general form, and liberalization from the usual requirements for elements of form to the same device (keyboard & Normal screen), showing the desired and hide the rest.Also contain the suggestions and recommendations and then references.

The researcher define some important expressions and term used in the study. Second chapter consists four sections : Section one studies the concept of the legend and it's causes of emergence and discusses the relation between and superstitions. Section two study Iraqi legend according to historical periods. The researcher here divides it into tow groups : 1 - Ancient legends.2 - Legends before and after Islam.Section three discusses the relation between legend and sculpture, some examples of sculptural pieces of art relating to some important ancient cultures were also mentioned with a brief presentation of the history of Iraqi sculpture and the effect of legend on it. Section four about the contemporary Iraqi sculpture Chapter three begins in collecting information and photographs about Iraqi sculptural pieces of art which are basically inspired by legends after this scanning of the materialistic evidence of the research was done starting with first work finished in 1950 until the end of 1992. The total number of works was 63 pieces created by 12 Iraqi contemporary sculptures. The researcher selected 20 works out of the whole as specimen for study, and the conclusion he reached resemble direct answers to the objectives of the study, and was introduced together with suggestions and recommendations in chapter four. About the first aimed , there are 63 sculpture works inspired by legends, done by 12 Iraqi sculpture. The research has included four chapters. The first one was interested in methodical frame of the research represented by research problem which wasobvious through an ambiguity that arouse many questions such as : - How have the aesthetic understanding theses of ugliness been formed in the products of art beyond modernism ? Do such aestheticisms represent an attractive phenomenon in art beyond modernism ? What are the representations on the level of contents , meanings , forms , styles and techniques ? And what is the amount of connection of such works in phenomena and intellectual , social , political and economical concepts and new explicit prospects within a society beyond industry and its share beyond modernism as a modern urgent necessities ? And the amount of what have ugliness aestheticisms formed from displacement areas in aesthetic received processes.The first chapter through acknowledging the ugliness aestheticisms in the products of art beyond modernism. While the research limitations are restricted on the study of ugliness concept in the art beyond modernism ( drawing and sculpture ) represented by products of ( nonobjective expressionism , popular art , flocks , the art of body and graphite art ) which appeared in USA and Europe in the era ( 1945 - 2010 ).Chapter two has included the theoretical frame which contained three topics , the first one dealt with two pivots , the first pivot included the ugliness philosophically , through browsing the philosophers' opinions beginning of ( Heraclites') and ending to the opinions of modern philosophers. The second pivot concluded to show beauty and ugliness dialectician within analytical philosophical , knowledgeable , aesthetic and psychological vision. The second topic occurs in two pivots.The first one included the beautiful and ugly in modern European painting , the second dealt with the beautiful and ugly in modern European sculpture while the third topic is concerned with the study of ugliness features in two pivots , the first one contained the ugliness features in the art beyond modernism and the second pivot contained the ugliness features in the sculpture beyond modernism. Chapter two concluded with showing the indications to be useful in constructing the devise of the research and analyzing the samples.Chapter three has included the research procedures that contain the whole research , the sample and the nature of the device of the research , research method and used statistic means then analyzing the sample which includes ( 17 ) artistic works.Chapter four has included the research results and conclusions , moreover ; recommendations and suggestions. The most significant results that the research has reached are : - 1 - The structure of implemented artistic view that concerns with ugliness concept leads to make a fierce shock for the receiver in attempt to express the current image of reality and disclosing what are not declared in the meaning that delete the art beyond modernism any ascendant traditional aestheticism.2 - There are products with hostile dye that arise the hatred through pushing the shapes to break into the social conflicts and disclosing the destruction of ideological systems over indications that show the refusal state for cruelty of a society beyond the industry.3 - The ugliness depends in products the art beyond modernism on artistic change through activating the distorted rejected shapes which lead to more deeper disputes and universality for social conflicts within ( Oulama ) by describing it as a valuable system that could move the constant concepts round traditional beauty with all its procedural , technical existence and to fix the concept of non - aesthetic across devoting the theses structure that give changeable aesthetics for promised ones. It is not able to repeat the formation of artistic performance due to ideal features for traditional art time but it attempts through returning the formation of shapes by distorted way to put the shapes in compound components that make easy to arouse the aesthetic understandingcombined with ugly shape. 4 - The products of arts that concern ugliness aestheticisms in art beyond modernism have the ability to invest the subjects that could arouse the sensitivity of receiver towards the human image infringement that make the works empty of human andmoral values through making the implemented art structure loose from any moral and human evaluation in an attempt to present meanings taken from social immoral life to express the human crisis who is threatened by lost in social framesubmitted to weak broken construction. Found during the tests and experiments that the most important factors to form glass cooked at high temperatures of the clay used in the research was to balance the rates of oxides falling within the composition according to the law of the unity of the formula (Unity Formula), and found by experience that there is a difference in the fusion of materials and lack of homogeneity and their interaction enough at certain temperatures there is more than a glass phase in the liquid molten glass, and increased rates of added silica and alumina caused the increase of degrees of maturity and fusion, as well as high hardness of glass and its resistance to scratching and acids. He received (the researcher) of the sincerity of the tool through the presentation to a group of experts with competence in the arts and art education and teaching methods, and applied as the final resolution on the sample.To address the statistical data, use the (researcher) Pearson's correlation coefficient to extract the stability, and the Fisher equation to find the unity of the paragraph, as well as the weight percentage to indicate the value of each paragraph of the resolution.The search results were displayed after arranging all the paragraphs according to the degree of severity of the highest degree of unity to the lowest degree of unity. Scenography is a system of aesthetic to itself to the action of performance in manifesting in its techniques even if its interlinked with the system of its connection to the artistic work as the idea and the concept and emitting of meaning and the mechanism of connection. The research consists of four chapters : The first chapter includes the problem of the research and the need to moke it (Study and analysis of the transformations of Aesthetic Reading for visual speech in Aqeel Mahdi's Plays). The researcher also determined the goal of his research by revealing the aesthetics of visual speech and its reading trans formation in Aqeel Mahdi's Plays. The importance of the research lies in highlighting unknown sides in the Visuality of the plays. The researcher determined the determinants of his research as follows : Time determinants : All Aqeel Mahdi's Plays presented since the first play till the moment of writing this research - Objective determinants : These are Aqeel Mahdi's Plays that Characterized with the transformations of aesthetic reading for the visual speech. The researcher determined his research terms and defined them, selecting to them procedural definition : "Transformation, Reading visual speech". The Second chapter divided in to four parts : the first one contaned the concept of Visual Speech. It began with a cognitive sequence and mental, artistic and technical analysis, then the researcher dealt with the dilemma of visual speech according to numerous concepts, finally, he dealt with the general concept of finally, he dealt with the general concept of visual speech in the system of theatrical performance. The Second part of the Second chapter was entitled "The Aesthetic of visual lmage" , Firstly the part explained the aesthetic of visual image according to the concept of image culture, then it presented the aesthetics of visual image in theatrical performance according to Some modern theatrical experiments. The third part was about the visual speech with a preface, then it dealt with intellectual and aesthetic complex for visual speech. It also dealt with the elements of visual formation in the play. The final or the fourth part dealt with aesthetic reading in Ageel Mahdi's Plays and with his theatrical experiment on the level of writing, theorizing, direction and what associated with it as aesthetic, philosophical and technical aspects. This part also included the previous studies and indications which produced theortical frame , the most import ant of them are : 1 - Visual Speech has components, the most important of them is image in its meanings and significance associated with searching for keys to decode the symbols of that speech.2 - Place and space regarded as two important elements of formation of visual speech in performance.3 - The most important domain of the philosophical, artistical, intellectual and aesthetic domains that affect the creative system for Aqeel Mahdi's dependend on the pvinciple of Civilizatons dialogue. The third chapter included the procedures of the research containing the research Popucation Methodology and tools of research in addition to research samples in addition to research Samples including the followings : 1 - Performance of "Gorilla" Play.2 - Performance of "Jeanne d'ASrc" Play.3 - Performance of "Bedouin and orientalist Play".4 - Performance of "Ali Al - wardi and his rival Play".5 - Performance of "Cobbler" Play. Some tools used to analyse these samples are as follows : 1 - The theoretical frame and its implications.2 - Photographs.3 - Compact discs "C. D"4 - Papers "What was written a bout the plays.5 - Observation. Then, these samples were analysed by the researcher to indicate the transformation of aesthetic reading for visual speech in Aqeel Mahdi's Plays. The fourth chapter contained the findings and their discussion , for example : 1 - Using Space and place as essential elements for transformation of visual speech as in the plays "Cobbler" , "Ali Al - Wardi and his rival" and " Bedouin and orientalist"2 - Regarding the visual formation as one of the tools of transformation in aesthetic image and rebuilding it by the imagination of director associated with his formation senses. That was observed in all Aqeel's plays.3 - The two elements of light and color were regarded as two essential elements for visual speech as in the plays "Cobbler" , "Ali Al - Wardi and his rival", "Jeanne d'Arc" "Gorilla" and " Bedouin and Orientalist. The fourth chapter also included concluded conclusions, recommendations and suggestion, in addition to sources and references, finally an abstract in English.

Thus the research problem has been crystallized in the following question : Is there any educational environment to the history of art class (Mesopotamia) which helps the instructor in teaching the class? The research is important to develop the educational environments to all specialties in the colleges of fine arts and the art institutes and establishing typical educational atmospheres to all specialties in the college. The research aimed at : • Designing an educational environment to the history of art class at the artistic education dept. - college of fine arts - university of Baghdad. • Establishing an educational unit to the vocabularies of the class of ancient history of art in Iraq to the students of the third grade at the dept of artistic education - college of fine arts - university of Baghdad. Abstract: This search is based on a common truth but missed by those who work in interior designing (ID) field such as historians and theorists, which states that the interior designs of temples and palaces of old civilization of Mesopotamia and the other civilizations that followed are considered as one of the narrative literature media that belongs to this civilized society or that, the truth that is still valid through Evangelical stories narrated by murals painted on churches interiors and the inwrought of Qur'ans stories garnishing interior walls of masjids and Mosques in the present time, as we know, language started as pictures embodying expressions of visual language unveiling meanings and significance, as humanity continued to grow, so did writing by getting its own entity that cannot be explained only by certain group of people, limiting its expressional ability so that wide scope of people won't be able using it, which led it to disappear and losing many of human experiences made by these communities and vanished forever.In accordance with the growth happened in the early and middle of the twentieth century, a group of narrative literature theorists called to use more than one way to convey their literature messages and experiments away from spoken and written form of language to ensure establishing their human experiments, to be understood by more recipients and expanding the audience using these messages with their new implications form, one of their saying was that visual entities have elements qualify them to be communicative language has its own alphabet in accordance with communicative components of this interactive environments, Following this a group of interior and architecture designers, Simultaneously, appeared calling to use the narrative literature as designing style model to produce equable significance interior designs, active in creating designing forms that differs from the traditional basis, one of the most controversial movements is the Deconstruction Movement in architecture and interior designing for this movement pioneers depended on one of narrative literature theorist, in spite of the production of this movement and the ones that are related to this synthesis approach between narrative and designing was either na1ve and limited to lateral metaphors has no intellectual dimensions out of the assimilation or metaphor, or appeared to be very odd cannot be explained even by the experts in criticism of art which led recipients to dislike its interior spaces and communication interrupted between them, that's why it didn't succeed to ensure narrative to be a clearly defined designing approach, with clear elements enough to be used by all those who work in this field for most of this style is subject to inner narrative vision and this limited narrative tools which is inspired from narrative in addition to the difference from designer to another, and incompleteness of designing vision of the sensory language alphabet enabling us to activate narrative as designing approach so can all those who work in designing to adopt it in disseminate ideas and their forward - looking vision concerning subject they embody through materialistic mold, and functional and environmental considerations they work with when designing interior spaces, when analyzing the above said a problem emerged which is (the bsence of designing forms that can be used effectively to reproduce narrative speeches as approach adopted by designer to create modem interior designs), many factors enhanced the importance of the subject most notably is the theorists instructing in interior designing field to improve designing method in way that activate the narrative approaches being one of the interior designing styles followed to achieve interior designs with future aspects in educating interior design practitioners in teaching and in the practical side.This vision came out of this study is based on aiming to describe general rules for readable message in narrative showing the ability to be used in the seen message of interior design. In order to start search it was important to define its methodical terms so that the subjective term appeared through studying Intellectual and technical concepts in narration and ways to employ them as new creation strategies constructing shape formations in modem interior design. Time term in this research defined by the interior design projects done by pioneers of deconstruction movement through the period from 2005 up to 2010. While place term is defined by interior spaces done in In global projects (entertainment and cultural) within the continent of Europe exclusively. Then defining the most important idioms in this research to conclude the first chapter of the thesis (dissertation).According to that early mentioned in this research led to rely on literary studies that pointed many aspects of the concept of narrative that emerged in the form of a theoretical framework consist of two chapters, the first addresses the issue of transforming narration in language and way to read it in interior design and what the narrative structure included such as narrator, narration and addressee and its reflections in interior design. While the second chapter we pointed out the structural foundations of the system of fiction such as character, event, place, time and mechanism with their reflections on the dimensional values in interior design projects. After that we discussed the former studies which discussed same subject of this research which enabled us, supported by what earlier has discussed in theoretical chapters through concluding indicators build on the basis of test tools in procedural chapter and that it represented an achievement for the first phase of the research approach in solving the pro bl em.While second step which is applying concluded theoretical form that has been implicated in the third chapter in which we discussed procedures and steps followed in research on its present form in order to achieve the objectives of the research, starting with the description of the approach adopted in the research which is a descriptive approach as well as the phenomenological approach in the analysis, and identify theresearch community and the election of the sample according to research on several criteria that fit with the goal of research, then we dealt with aspects survey of the building tool by creating survey application tool and check its apparent credibility verifying the validation of the tool by external analysts in the company researcher, so we can measure the relationship between the variables according to the note form for analysis then to discuss the results in the fourth chapter to draw conclusions and the most notably were : • narrative stimulates our minds to clarify our vision of design in internal projects since we are encouraged to confer complexity in our thoughts to activate unexpected innovative solutions achieving the appropriate between vision and the completed design.• Efforts to form and support our designs by the narrative is the same that help the interior space recipient to understand us better and more effectively deliver the visual message to them.And search came out with some of the recommendations, most notably : - • The interior design theorist must take in consideration, when heading towards other fields of knowledge to gain from, defining the limits of concept without leaving them fuzzy and with unknown potentials.• Designers have to embrace the idea of promoting the impression of the interior space nature in harmony with time and place in a way that support the designing event and confers upon it drama in aesthetic and functional performance of interior design.Finally, to pave the way for research in the future indicating the beneficiaries of the research.

It require multiple criteria’s (dependent and independent variables) that should not always be connected to each others, nor to be placed opposed to what the system mean to achieve (the quality of education & teachers development). Therefore, we must look to the quality standards as a whole in terms of student’s advantage & development including the aspirations of the community. Which depend on the quality of the educational system & the services teachers provided over - time. Thus, the quality of education system as an expression of social aspirations has to be measured each year, and according to the national specific measurements. That must be designed in line with international education standards. Therefore, it’s argued that the measurement stage and the formulation of teacher’s development criteria to keep in mind the input and output of the educational system is the must.Its suggested that the criteria to measure the service of teachers and its outputs must be known to everyone, whether to the professional level in the departments of education, the local grassroots (the student’s parents), the teachers & the students. In this context Iraq is not exception it must put itself in comparison of regional and global education assessment system. Towards that end, this study suggested that the education’ managers & the teachers can modify the system according to students need & future challenges. Therefore, the importance of education’ managers, the teachers, the intellectuals, the students participation in the process of laying the standards of education is important. Including the education ministries who are responsible for setting priorities & quality of education, and what must be measured for the education system & teachers is necessary.Therefore, this study focuses on the application of quality standards to evaluate the performance of the teacher in Iraq’s secondary schools, thus, this study’ aims & objectives are : 1. To prepare a list of criteria to evaluate the performance of Iraq’s teachers of art in the light of international standards.2. To evaluate the performance of Iraq’s technical teachers & their standards of quality in education.For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study the researcher prepared a list of criteria according to the international measurement to evaluate the performance of educational institutions practices in the Arabs, European and other countries. Moreover, 140 samples were selected from the schools community including principals and teachers of art education, who belong to the secondary schools under the directorate general for education in Diyala city.For the purpose of achieving the results the researcher used the statistical methods of Fisher, and concludes : 1. The assessment of teachers, ability and value of work is highly important.2. The ability of teachers to participate & develop education system is the most.On the line of the above result it’s recommended that : • Teachers’ training to curry technical self - assessment is important & Promote a culture of quality appropriate for the quality of the teaching needs.• Provide teacher’s program of art education base in Iraqi universities & colleges to keep pace with contemporary developments in the field of teacher worldwide & Conduct an evaluation study of the artistic education curriculum in accordance with the standards of overall quality.

In this regard, the present research attempts to develop teaching strategies.The research specifies the research problem as follows : Q1/ Are there any misunderstood concepts the learner carries out of experience and keeps them in mind regarding the methods of teaching art education?Q2/ Is there a preference for the model based on the structural theory principles which can change the learner's concepts?The present research aims at : 1 - Identifying the misunderstood concepts of art education teaching syllabus (course) of fourth year students in the department of art education.2 - Showing the effect of cycle teaching model and posner's concept change model as foe as teaching art education is concurred.The research sample consists of 51 male and female of the college of basic education.The procedures of the research are as follows : 1 - The identification phase this identifies the misunderstand concepts in teaching art education.2 - The remedial phase : The use of the models to modify and correc't these concepts.To achieve these aims the research uses a number of statistical tools, coble formulaic, T. test.The research has came up with the following result's : 1 - identifiion phase : The total of misunderstood concepts research to 32 concepts out of 60 which constitutes 53 perlent out the total number of the distributed concepts.2 - results of the remedial phase : The students average score who studied art education about the after test with using test (croscal walis) for three group and the students average score who studied art education using the cycling learing model consists of (55,5) with test (man wetny) and the students average score who studied art education using the posner model consists of (57,5) with test (man wetny) average of the control group who studied in the normal way and result of average between group one (studied by learning cycle) and group two (studied by posner) with out any average score.

Further, precious stones play a remarkable part in both the type of design and the value of the ornaments Moreover; metal coloration has its effect in showing the aesthetic aspect of metal, and is used as an element to enhance the impact of the jewelry design.The use of enamel in jewelry coloring has played an important role, and has its stature on both gold and silver jewelry. The study lies in five chapters and deals with both design & techniques of the contemporary jewelry in Iraqi, focusing on the precious metal and gem jewelry. It has two goals : 1 - Identifying the bases used by the designers to create the shapes used in contemporary jewelry design. 2 - Clarifying the techniques employed by contemporary jewelry designers in Iraq.The most important findings of the research are. As for the first goal, it is found that : 1 - Iraqi Contemporary Jewelries are usually made of gold and silver, platinum is not used. 2 - Iraqi designers fall under the impact of cultural and economic factors. 3 - The continuous use of (Mina) in gold and silver jewelry coloring. 4 - the large use of geometrical shapes and designs. 5 - Designers used symbols, especially those derived from religious believe.As for the second goal : 1 - The use of several techniques in the jewelry making such as different types of casting, cutting, wilding, forging, drawing, pressing, rounding, bending, punching, rolling and other modern techniques. 2 - In decorating valuable metals (gold and silver), the designers used the techniques of sanding, perforating and filigree. Samples of research were selected from it in a deliberate manner. The results have been circulating on the society as a whole , the research relied on the sample intentionality by ( % ) consisted of three internal spaces of the medical complexes. It has been chosen for the research because it is differentiated in terms of the use of modern technology at the level of functionality of these spaces. So the three spaces below were chosen as a sample for the research because they share with each other considerations in determining community and differ from each other in terms of interior design , namely : 1. Iraqi Specialist Medical Centre. 2. Dar Es Salaam Medical Center. 3. Razi Medical Center.The fourth chapter has been included on results, the most important are : 1. Abstract: This research addressed the subjects of simplicity and complexity in brands design structure, because these two styles of simplicity and complexity play an effective and important role in the design of brands in order to attract the largest number of recipients. The problem lies in how to use the styles of simplicity and complexity correctly and without exaggeration to deliver a clear message to the public. Thus, the messages will not be limited to the expression of the benefits of products only, but also calls for believing and trusting the brand for greater impact and effectiveness on the recipients, so the brand design structure is considered one of the problems faced by some companies trying to attract consumers to remember their brand and set it apart from competitors, and hence the researcher has put the following question : How is the simplicity and complexity in brand design structure exemplified? The aim of this research is to reveal the simplicity and complexity in brand design structure. This research focuses on the styles of simplicity and complexity in Ogilvy agency in the United State of America, in the years (2011 - 2012). Chapter two included the following topics : first topic : the concept of simplicity and complexity in art and design, second topic : simplicity and complexity in graphic design, and the third topic : the structure of brand design.The researcher then mentions one previous study (Brand Personality Creation Through Advertising Design), then the research’s procedures were mentioned, which included the research methodology and research population which was world famous brand designs. The study sample was chosen to be fifteen (15) samples consistent with the requirements and nature of the study, the researcher has shown the study’s tool represented by the analysis form which included several aspects and were presented to experts and research committee and based on that, the samples were analyzed. The results were based on the most important analyses, of the most important results : 1) the style of complexity in design is represented by an increase in elements during the suggestion process, as the design becomes crowded by many elements adding beauty and visual appeal denoting the vitality, youth and the spirit of the young because of the multiple shapes and colors and their variety. The multiple colors and vitality in design attractthe viewer’s eyes towards commercial advertisements and more importantly towards the brand.2) Globally, brands care about designing the shape of products, and having a unique identity distinguishing it from competitors in designing their products and keeping their principles of providing the same high quality and continuing in providing the best always, the outer shapes of a product helps remind people of the brand and sticks in their minds, even if a company wanted to change it in the future, it will try conserving the general and main style of the product shape, and changing simple minor things like the shape of the Fanta bottle in sample (4) and the shape of the Audi car in sample (13).And the main points of the conclusions : simplicity and complexity are important in brands design structure, and both are used by global brands, andit depends on the strength and success of the idea by the designer and the useof thoughtfully selected elements and how they are distributed in a way to attract attention. The researcher depended on the analytical approach to ensure applying third chapter indicators. He depended on the measuring tools to analyze research sample after checking tool reliability through a group of specialized experts in the fields of criticism forming artistic education. The fifth chapter contained the research results that achieved the first and the second aims of the current research , then , through the achieved aims and indicators of the third chapter as well as the fourth chapter's results. The researcher presented his conclusions that express a vision for the perfect aesthetic educational philosophy in the light of the German Aesthetic for the four philosophies in question. He showed the intermingled points among the intellectual institutions, which form the similar and meeting points or even the overlapped ones. This participates actively in discovering the hidden meaning beyond symbols of post Contemporarity art. During the scientific progress in all centuries Testing Batteries had been considered as one of the major mean that helped to develop and serve humanity generally form one hand as well as studies and researcher from the other one. The problem of the research is how to make a Testing Battery for students who are to be accepted in the Department of Art Education college of Fine Arts / Baghdad University. The aim of this research is : To establish a Testing Battery for students who are supposed to be submitted in the Department of Art Education / college of Fine Arts / Baghdad University. Beside to measure its validity upon an average of student who are already accepted in the Department of Art Education for Art Education for the years 2007_2008. Upon this light the researcher prepared a Testing Battery on asperies of students under the conditions and bases to build the Testing on About (55)students who were accepted in the first class of the year 2007_2008 to check the validity of this Battery. This Battery consists of five separate cells. each of which in itself four different Testings, and they are : the knowledge Testing ,the Plastic ( practical ) Testing , the Acting Performance Testing and the Personality Testing. These four testing are considered according to the classifications form which the curriculum of the department that is known as a varictical one in its curriculums since it is responsible for the graduating students who are supposed to be scientifically and artistically qualified to be teachers in the future within the secondary education in Iraq. The data has been processed statistically by using two different coefficients , Discrimination coefficient and kuder Richardson 's coefficient / 20. So that to find out the reability and CrounBach - Alfa Equation so that calculate harmonial coefficient ( reability ) and to see the arrangement ( reability ). This operation is done by using Holesty's Equation in the plastic ( practical ).Testing as well as the agreement coefficient for Acting performance Testing. The result 's of this research comes out like that , the success of this Battery after its application, that is why the researcher recomends these who might be concerned to get use from the Testing Battery in order to limit the level of students who are to be accepted within this Battery's terms and conditions. The researcher also re commends to do studies for designing and making Testing Batteries in the colleges and institutions of Fine and Applied Arts ,as well as in the institutions of teachers in Iraq.

The imagery influence fields have become connected with wide spaces and vision based on changing the meaning of space , background and their imagery influence. Such changes have contributed in the emergence of theatrical trends that have defied the stereotype of conventional shows of the closed space (can theater). In the advent of the twentieth century, and as a reaction to the closed theatrical space and in search of new visions , the concepts of space enlignment and merging auditorium with stage and finally performing in the open space based on the different aesthetic deviation and changing them in to esthetic values contrary to what common or excepted, be it as a content or innovative theatrical performance or as a total environment affecting the recipients thoughts. The open space enjoys neutral aesthetic characteristics, semantic flexibility, and can never be restricted to features or constant traits. No sooner the aesthetic values are employed in the theatrical discourse than it changes into space whose aesthetic features and aspirations also increase so as to inject an aesthetic energy which copes with the modernity and needs of the recipients. This geographical and parameter change in the open space imposes aesthetics that are different from those of the closed space. All these issues have encouraged the researcher to investigate the aesthetics of the show when employing the open space on both form and content, its impact on performance, the intellectual and philosophical field of the theatrical accomplishment and how the theatrical elements work and finally what's the aesthetic variable that influences the recipient when the show aesthetics work in the open space. Accordingly, the researcher has chosen his study under the title (Aesthetics of Theatrical Show in the Open Space - Selected Models from the Iraqi Drama).The study falls in four chapters : • Chapter One : deals with the methodology and consists of the problem, significance, objectives, limits, and identification of terms.• Chapter Two : includes four sections : ? Section One : deals with the philosophical explanation of space.? Section Two : deals with the architectural evolution of the open space.? Section Three : deals with the aesthetic employment of open space in theatrical show.? Section Four : touches upon the network of relations between the recipient and the open space. Abstract: The problem of the research represented in a basic question : (What is the formal variation of the early calligraphies in the holly Quran?) The research aims to answer this question mentioned in the problem The research deals with the calligraphing models which arrived to us from the period of prophecy to the end of second century of Hijra , which represented with the holly pages of Quran.The theoretic frame dealt with the following subjects : notating the Quran in era of prophet Mohammed (peace to be upon him),and the material which were the Qurans written on at the beginning of Islam ,the research dealt also with the spreading of calligraphy in the first two centuries of Islam. The second research deals with the variation of Quranic calligraphies at the beginning of Islam.The third research deals with emotions and admiration, then the fourth one deals with spacing between suras and decorations. The last research dealt with what the researcher concluded about the variation of the early letters in the holly Quran through using tables showed that variation.The indicators of theoretical frame and the previous studiesThe researcher followed in his procedures the descriptive approach to come to results that achieve his aims and solve his problem.The sample was chosen deliberately where the number of samples was (10) samples out of (40) models. The tools (form) was designed and submitted to the experts to assure its validity and achieving the aims.The researcher came to several results which are : 1 - Some Quranic calligraphy characterize with simplicity in drawining the letter or the formal building of the page ,on the contrary of other kinds came in high accurate drawining.2 - Variation of the one letter form in the same calligraphy and its appearance in various forms, whether it was connected or disconnected, it helped the calligrapher in finding the differentiation among the forms of the letter and choosing the suitable form in building the designing frame for the Quranic page.3 - The calligrapher , who concerned with drawining the letters , characterized with perfect generally, this seem clear through the models which we got.4 - The pages which were written with the Quranic calligraphy were full of lines wher e their number reached (32) lines, where in other kinds they did not overcome (3) lines ,where their average was (11) lines through analyzing the models. The average of number of the words in the single line was (5) words according to analyzing the samples.5 - The Arabic calligraphy achieved great change in the formal pages for letters and the systems of their building, as a result of taking care of Moslim calligraphers at that time in improving and decorating the Arabic letter and taking care of the aesthetic side of the letters images and their connections to achieve the functional and aesthetic aims in the holly Quranic.6 - The multi - levels systems did not appear at the beginning ,while the simple lining system was adopted in the lines of holly Quranic page ,with appearing of a simple way to form a single letter over the other as in the sample number (6) in the word (aladthab).7 - The decoration became representing the added unity, when it entered on the Quranic calligraphy ,but the calligraphy remained with its Sovereign and dominated role in the holly Quranic.The researcher recommended to make use of his results and vocabulary in supporting and activating the study Curriculum concerned with early calligraphies generally, in the concerned departments within the artful collages and institutes.The researcher proposed studying the variation of the early calligraphies for the next periods as third and fourth centuries and the advanced periods and make a comparison study about their formal variation.

Therefore this study (Traditionalism materials at structure of contemporary sculpture ) aimed to knowledge of the effects of the non - classic ore upon the structure of sculpture form, as well as to knowledge of new materials that was used for the contemporary sculpture. This study included four chapter : first chapter was specialized for methodical frame.such as problem of research.that it was abstracted by question about the reason that lead the sculptor to search from new raw to carry out his sculpture works. Are the classic sculpture materials do not respond for technical problem, and new notions? As well as the important ofresearch and its limits was that define between year 1950 up to 2000 , and its aims, then limit the idioms. The second research included the affects of non - classic raw at the formal system in the historical studies that included stylistic change during the twentieth century , and the third research included the study of the structural relations systems at the sculpture formation.The third chapter included the procedures of the research that its contents the research society such as European and American contemporary sculpture, and sample of research that was formed from (20) samples. It was choose according to the aim of this research. As well as performance of research based upon the analysis form, and this chapter included the following method at sample study as the analytic descriptive method in order to reach to the results, and conclusion that fixed in forth chapter, as below : 1 - The contemporary sculpture have became an achievement direct to the faraway imagination from the classic by using the non - classic item's. Chapter Two included the following themes, a short historical review of the emergence of the ornaments in the holy shrine of imam, the most important elements constructing it and the contents of the wall plant ornaments. In addition to the most important vessel, flora and bough existing in the designs of the shrine. Some of these designs include vessels, heart shaped frames and pillars, animals and realistic shapes as well as natural scenes to obtain one basic needs of the shrine as well as the technical shape.The researcher followed in the procedures the descriptive approach in order to arrive at achieving the results of her research. She chose purposely her samples. The sample attained 10 samples out of 191 design. The analysis form was based on the indicators of the theoretical frame and were shown before the experts to verify their validity. According to the analysis form, the samples chosen were analyzed. The following were found : 1 - the weak interest in the organization and adjustment which was conducted on some designs by demolishing some of the slabs and using instead designs that do not suit the old slabs. In addition to the lack of a cadre specialized in calligraphy.2 - the appearance of more than one bough movement inside the one design like (spiral, wavy, circler) which were conditioned according to the requirements of the area and were divided into (dual, quadruple, radial, reticulate) in addition to the free designs. 3 - more than the shape of the form, this spatial occupation of the plant ornaments (vessels, floral) were more,. There are other plant unties like (vessel, heart shape) ornaments. 4 - the designer was inspired in carrying out his color treatment according to the closely allied relations and the chromatic graduation among the colors and the other formations, in order to show the dominance of the appearance on the other formations. 5 - the ornate designer tried to activate the structural bases through his expertise and taste in carrying out the ornament product to achieve unity and repeating them in the artistic ornament work. According to the results reached to by the researcher the following was concluded : 1 - the use of more than one type of ornament in one design (plant, linear, animal. Heart shape, vessel and architectural) in order to accomplish the appearance enrichment as well as to achieve variety. 2 - The use of the technique of carrying out the glazed and veined slab raw to reflect the richness and brilliant color. 3 - The design bases contribute to the process of founding the for structure of the plant ornaments, especially those with identical formations according to the (balance, dominance, repetition, homogeny, variance, unity and variation) to achieve the functional and embellishing objective.According to what the researcher has reached out, and in completing to the benefit and knowledge, the researcher recommends the following : 1 - making benefit of the findings of this research and inserting them in the curricula of the Artistic Ornament studied like the institutes and college of fine arts (Dept. of Archaeology) as well as the offices and institutions concerned with this holy shrines in Iraq. 2 - employing new technique suiting with the moral value of the status of the Holy Shrine of Imam Kadhum in the execution of (outstanding and cavernous ornament) technique with a consideration of the rules and principles of ornaments to vary the executive techniques.In completion to the requirements and to achieve scientific benefit, the researcher suggests making these subsequent studies : 1 - studying the artistic and technical ornaments in the Arabic Islamic art.2 - studying the balance of concepts for the aesthetic concepts to employ Islamic ornaments between the modern and postmodern arts.3 - studying the artistic characteristics of the plant ornaments and designs in the ideological and philosophical values.4 - studying the building of a program to analyze the formation of ornament by the use of computers
