Abstract:

Found during the tests and experiments that the most important factors to form glass cooked at high temperatures of the clay used in the research was to balance the rates of oxides falling within the composition according to the law of the unity of the formula (Unity Formula), and found by experience that there is a difference in the fusion of materials and lack of homogeneity and their interaction enough at certain temperatures there is more than a glass phase in the liquid molten glass, and increased rates of added silica and alumina caused the increase of degrees of maturity and fusion, as well as high hardness of glass and its resistance to scratching and acids. As the examination (X.R.D) crystallization of new minerals after all components of the glass melting temperature specified in the search except the temperature of 1290 AD as any metal did not materialize because of a new high - temperature melting and destroying the Shabak and the full crystal glass.
