Abstract: This study deals with the issue of the syntactic unstability of Arab grammarians who referred to this concept in their early writings , when the opportunity was given to the research , he decided to study this phenomenon under the title " The syntactic unstablity (Iddrab) of Arab grammarians" . The significance of this study stems from the need to uncover a case indentified by the early scholars who tackled this phenomenon in their books , The reason behind choosing this topic is the researchers desire to arrive at a deeper understanding of the grammarians syntactic thinking and their ways of making judgments and writing down rules of grammarians . The introduction to the dissertation includes a definition to the dissertation of the term " Iddrab (unstablity) from a linguistic , terminological viewpoint in addition to Arabic folklore . The first chapter deals with the patterns and reasons syntactic unstablity . on the other hand . The second chapter deals with the unstablity syntactic issues .The third chapter deals with : 1 - unstablity in what is known as " al - samaa" .2 - unstablity of grammarians in dealing with Quran readings , prophet speeches and Arabic poetry . The study ends with some conclusions among which are : 1 - The syntactic matter are mostly intuitive . The grammarians usually depend on their own intuition and experience in making judgments concerning syntactic issues . Abstract: Morphology is regarded as the scale of Arabic and its most respectable part which represents its strength and harmony and the essence of words. This is the reason which places morphology as prior to the study of structure due to the delicacy of its details and the need of the people who work in Arabic to it.In spite of the low knowledge of the subject ,compared to the scholars, the researcher intended to study a subject about the utterances of the Glorious Quran which is the best subject that any one should be passionate about. So, the mind was made to registering a distinguished morphological subject based on utterances of the Glorious Quran. The result was the title of this study : " Structural Exception in the Glorious Quran : A Syntactic - Semantic Study".The parts and applications of this linguistic phenomenon are scattered among linguistic references. There wasn’t any independent study that compiles, illustrates, investigates, or justifies it which is the aim of this study. It is intended to seek the guidance of the references like Sibaweh's Kitaab and the thoughts of Al Farisi , Ibn Jini , Al Jirjani , Ibn Yaeish as well as the interpreters in their efforts to interpret the utterances of the Glorious Quran and the efforts of the narrators and reciters to discover their secrets. All these resources are used to shape this study in sections and content in spite of the difficulty in understanding it, let alone investigating and liking the similar and different opinions about it.The study consisted of an introduction and three chapters. The first chapter, which was entitled " Structural Exception in Linguistics" was a background as well as the theoretical framework of the study, while the other chapters are regarded as the practical framework. The first chapter focused on illustrating the concept of exception and it was subdivided into three sections. The first section dealt with the linguistic and terminological definitions of the terms 'exception' and 'structure' as well as the synonymous terms of exception. It also illustrated the utterances and styles that represent it according to the linguists; clarified the relation between structure and formula; and accounted for the types of exceptions and the studies that discussed it in the past and present.BThe second section of the first chapter dealt with the concept of structural exception in Arabic , its types, purposes of its occurrence according to the linguists as well as mentioning illustrative examples. The third section discussed the evidences, patterns, and applications of exception in the structure of Arabic. It mentioned the regular and irregular examples. Then, the most common constraints of exception that were mentioned by linguists were discussed. After that, the linguists' styles in utilizing exception in morphological patterns and distinguishing each one of them; and the effect of exception on morphological judgment and analysis.The second chapter was entitled "Taxonomic Structural Exception in the Glorious Quran" which was subdivided into five sections. The first section discussed taxonomic structural exception in transitivity and intransitivity. It clarified the two concepts then determined the structural exception of intransitivity in the Glorious Quran concerning bare structure and additions, then, the structural exception of transitivity in the Glorious Quran concerning bare structure and additions.The second section dealt with taxonomic structural exception in vocalic and non - vocalic forms. It discussed the two concepts ,then, determined the structural exception of vocalic and non - vocalic forms in the Glorious Quran.The third section addressed taxonomic structural exception in feminine forms. It discussed the concept and the markers of feminine gender. Then, it determined the structural exception in feminine forms that end in reduced and extended alif in the Glorious Quran.The fourth section dealt with taxonomic structural exception in nouns and adjectives. It illustrated the concepts of noun and adjective and the difference between them. Then, it determined the structural exception of nouns and adjectives in the Glorious Quran.The fifth section discussed taxonomic structural exception in plurals. It clarified the concept of plural and its types. Then, it determined the structural exception of regular and irregular plurals in the Glorious Quran and exception in masculine and feminine forms of irregular plurals, the difference between plural nouns and plural adjectives in the Glorious Quran, as well as the exception in /i/ nucleus and /u/ nucleus verbs in the Glorious Quran.The third chapter was entitled "Function and Usage - Structural Exception in the Glorious Quran". It was classified into two sections the first section discussed function - structural exception in the Glorious Quran, while the second one dealt with usage - structural exception in the Glorious Quran. This chapter addressed two concepts : the first is usage exceptional forms which are the forms that are used only once in the Glorious Quran with only one utterance; and the second is noun/adjective, transitive/intransitive, shared - status, yet exceptional usage forms. Then, it discussed exceptionally pluralized vocabulary forms in the Glorious Quran.The study ended with its results and conclusions that included the most important findings like the existence of nearly eighty exceptional structure in the Glorious Quran, most of them are nominal.There are certain things about the methodology of format in this study that need to be clarified : 1 - Every morphological term was discussed as briefly as possible for the reason of guidance during discussion.2 - The researcher did not mention the name of the authors cited from within the text. As with theses and dissertations, the researcher only mentioned their type for the reason of economy. The scholar's death year was mentioned only when he is introduced to avoid repetition.3 - The variation in the size of writing is due to the variation in the sophistication of the content of each concept discussed which is presenting a text with quality rather than quantity.

Abstract: The books in Quran meaning and parsing are regarded as the main sources of dictionaries. They provide dictionaries with contextual meaning of Quran vocabulary. A linguist cannot dispense such sources. The amount of significance varies from one dictionary to another especially in big dictionaries. The methodological relation between these two types of works gave vitality to modern linguistics by revealing the significance of Quran meaning and parsing in Arabic dictionaries. The researcher chose "Al Muhkam wa Al Muhit Al A'dam" dictionary by Abu Al Hassan Ali bin Ismail, known as Ibn Sayiduhu Al Andalusi (d. 458 A.H.). The result was the title of the study : The Impact of The Books of Quran Meaning and Parsing in "Al Muhkam wa Al Muhit Al A'dam." The study relied on the works of Quran meaning, parsing, and strange uses as well as dictionaries, Quran recitation, syntax, morphology, and interpretation of Quran to define the linguistic fact that the books of Quran meaning and parsing have a great impact on dictionaries like "Al Muhkam wa Al Muhit Al A'dam" by Ibn Sayiduhu. This study consisted of an introduction, a background, four chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction contained a brief biography of Ibn Sayiduhu and an introduction to his work and linguistic resources as well as an introduction to Quran meaning and parsing. The first chapter studied three phonological phenomena : Hamza (glottal stop), assimilation, and merging. The second chapter studied morphological phenomena and issues like adding letters, derivation, morphological deletion. The third chapter discussed grammatical aspects like grammatical terminology, grammatical interpretation, grammatical controversy, and parsing. The fourth chapter contained the opinions of Ibn Sayiduhu about the meaning of Quran. He was following the opinions of the specialists in the meanings of Quran in the interpretation of several verses of the Quran in order of their occurrence in the Holly Quran. The conclusion contained the most important results of the study like : 1. Revealing the strong relation of Ibn Sayiduhu with the literature of Quran meaning and parsing and the frequency of citation from it. 2. The overlap of all the linguistic levels in writing "Al Muhkam" which did not serve its purpose which is illustrating the etymology, derivation, and meaning of lexical items as well as their uses in Arabic literature. 3. The aim of Ibn Sayiduhu when he wrote "Al Muhkam" was to link between language and The Holly Quran through studying the lexical items occurred in Quran and the meaning of verses. 4. Ibn Sayiduhu ascribed many of Al Zajaj's opinions, and writings to himself ,then, wrote some texts that he claimed to belong to Al Zajaj. So, they were attributed to both of them while in fact they all belong to Al Zajaj.

Abstract: The dissertation has tackled The Linguistic and Syntactic Research in Ellami' Al - aziziwhich is the Explication ofAbi Elalaa Almaari of selected poetry lines by Al - Mutanabbi. It comprised three chapters. The first of them, which dealt with syntactic issues, is in four sections; the first tackled syntactic issues related to nouns, the second with verbs, the third with particles related issues, and the fourth is dedicated to poetic license in Al - Maari. Chapter two is allotted to morphological issues and it contained five sections. The first was about suffixes; their root, alteration and change. The second section tackled derivation and pluralization. The third with Morphological scale and the fourth with metonymy, substitution and the shiftingin forms and connotations, while the fifth tackled the topics of ancestry and diminution. Moreover, the third chapter is dedicated to the linguistic issues and it is subdivided into three section; the first dealt with the phenomena of synonymy, homonymy, and opposites, the second with the phenomenon of the inflected, the forms of Fa'ulat and Af'alat and words connotations, while the third section tackled feminine and masculine words and words that remain the same in the singular and plural forms.The dissertation is ended with a conclusion that summed up the findings of the study, most importantly : 1) The study shed light on glimpses in the life and biography of Al - Maari and his scientific status, as well as his being prolific. 2) The study confirmed the attention concerning Ellami' Al - azizi among those old and modern writers who have written about Al - Maari because it is of his final writings.3) The study exposed that Aba Elalaa has, in this publication, focused a great deal on the views of grammar pioneers like Al - Khalil bin Ahmed, Sibawayh, Saeed bin Mes'ad, Al - Kisa'I, Al - Farraa, Al - Mubarrad, Al - Zajjaj, Abi Amro bin Al - Alaa, Abi Bakr Al - Anbari, Abi Zaid Al - Ansari, Abi Ubaid, Abi Ubaida, al - Asmaai among others. His dependence on this was in three forms : A. He transferred from them what he has read in their books which he memorized and declared.B. He transferred from books he did not declared their titles, but were known from referring to their authors.C. He ascribed the transference to Arab grammarians and linguists especially to their books like Al - Ain wal Kitab, the classified strange and books of strange Hadith, Islah Al - Mantiq, Al - Asmaaiat, the rare in addition to references like Al - Jamhara wal Taqfia, Tahtheeb Allugha and others.4) This dissertation made prominent the characteristic features of Al - Maari's language and exposed the principles of his approach in syntax and linguistics and it was a language that is characterized by wideness and exhaustiveness and he was a faithful and trusted scholar, an expert linguist, a keen grammarian and skilled in morphology with knowingness and understanding. 5) The study asserted that Ellami' Al - azizi is greatly different from Mu'jiz Ahmed which is attributed to Al - Maari in terms of methodology and style, stating, thus, that they are two distinct books, not one same book as alleged by some.6) His abundant quoting from the verses of the Glorious Quran and its readings in deciding the linguistic and grammatical rules along with his directing of these readings and judging them in terms of strength and weakness.7) His plentiful quoting from Hadith, especially in the field of linguistics.8) The study identified the bountiful quoting by Al - Maari of Arab speech and sayings, especially Pre - Islamic, Islamic and maven poets, but he did not exceeded those epochs unless for the sake of entertainment.9) Arabic proverbs were present in the memory of Al - Maari as an indication among his linguistic and syntactic indications.10) Ellami' Al - aziziis full of referential effort that is manifested in Al - Maari's care of explination of words.11) The research avowed the wrong notion of those who claimed that Al - Maari was not interested in analogy and that he fed up with it, this study clarified his dependence on analogy.12) The dissertation proved that Al - Maari coincided with Basra grammarians in a group of grammatical issues, and coincided with Kufa grammarians in some others. He selected his issues from Basra and Kufa grammarians without heavily relying on one of them only, and he founded other issues that are considered his own.13) The research verified Al - Maari's adherence, in Ellami' Al - azizi, to the presence of linguistic phenomena/ like synonymy, homonymy, opposites, derivation, inflection, semantics etc.14) The study exposed the use of Basra and Kufa and mixed grammatical terms and did not advocated a specific trend.

Abstract: The title of my thesis is Morphological and Syntactic Investigations In The Book Of Sharih Al - Mughani By Badar Al - Deen Al - Milani (D 811 H). Al - Milani was Badar Al - Deen Mohammed Ibn Abd - Alrheem Al - Milani Al - Omari who died in (811 H) .The aim of choosing this topic was to present the explainer's effect in Arabic language . Therefore the nature of the research entailed to divide the study into four chapters preceded by an introduction and followed by the end . Consequently, I divided the introduction into two parts : In the first part I dealt with Al - Milani's biography including his life , surname, scholars (sheikhs) , literary works and their explanations. Then there was a general description of the studied book. I explained in the second part his approach in the book , his linguistic and syntactic references and his method of making use of them.I dealt with the rules of syntax and the evidence of syntactic craft used by Al - Milani in the first chapter that included five sections : the first : Al - samah, the second : measurement, the third : plurality , the fourth : the adverbs of manner , and the fifth : reasoning .Whereas in the second chapter , I dealt with the morphological and syntactic terminology in Al - Milani's book and this chapter had two sections : The first section was about the morphological terminology and I divided it into three parts : The first part included the terminology concerned nouns, while the second part was concentrated on the terminology of verbs and the third one was about terminology of prepositions.The second section concerned with the syntactic terminology and it was divided into four parts : Al - Basria terminology , Al - Kufia terminology, common terminology , Al - Milani's specialized terminology used in his explanation.In the third chapter, I dealt with the morphological investigations in explanation and this chapter had five sections. Al - Tibbany chose a four hundered and seventeen issues in Semantics, Syntax, Morphology, and Linguistics . This study is divided into an introduction, a preface and six chapters. The preface dealt with defining Al - Tathkira, its abridgement and Al - Tibbany. The chapters were entitled as follow : Chapter one(The Origin of Syntax), chapter two (The Nominatives), chapter three (The Accusatives), chapter four ( Prepositions), chapter five (The Dependencies) annd chapter six (The Verbs) . The research had reached to the following conclusions : 1 - Mukhtassar Al - Tathkira is an important book which forms a linguistic and syntactic treasure .2 - Ibn Hisham depended on all the origins of syntax, like acceptance by means of usage, analogy, consensus, and haal accusative .3 - Most of the issues in this book are controversial to Sibawayh, Abi Ali Al - Farisi, Ibn El - Hajib and other contemporary linguists to Ibn Hisham . 4 - Ibn Hisham was neutral in quoting from Bassrah and Kufa schools as he agreed with them in certain issues and refuted them in others .5 - Ibn Hisham used special syntactic terms like parenthetic (Laa) between the subjunctive and accusative, between the assertive and jussive, and between the preposition and the genitive .6 - Ibn Hisham used some Bassri terms like (condition) and Kufi terms like (coordination, recompense and shortening) .

Anecdote is a transmitted form, narrating people’s actions, deeds and situations, in both poetic and prosaic styles. Abstract: تعد الاندلس واحدة من اهم مراكز الحضارة العربية، التي اشرقت على اوربا، التي كانت قابعة في ظلام التخلف والضياع، ولذلك فان في التراث الاندلسي الكثير من الكنوز التي لم يكشف عنها، ولم يمط اللثام عن نصاعة اشراقتها الزاهية. ان الاعمى التطيلي واحد من الشعراء الاندلسي المهمين، فقد كان يجمع بين نظرة الاجلال والتقدير التي يحملها لاسلافه من المشرقين، جاهليهم واسلامهم وامويهم وعباسيهم، فضلا عن تاثره بجماليات بيئته وبخصوصيتها الحضرية والفكرية، وهذا مادفعني لدراسة الشاعر مستعينا بالمصادر القديمة، وبالاخص ذخيرة ابن بسام، وطراز ابن سناء الملك. غير ان المنطلق الرئيسي للداسة كان ديوان التطيلي، الذي حققه د. احسان عباس، والمستدرك الذي اعده الدكتور محمد مجيد السعيد، مستفيدا من المناهج النقدية لخلق رؤية شمولية تحاول ان تحلل النص وتكشف النقاب عن جماليته وخصوصيته. هذواقد اثرت الاستغناء عن التمهيد الذي يتناول الشاعر وحياته، فقد كان في المقدمة الضافية التي اعدها الدكتور احسان عباس للديوان ما يغني عن التكرار والاعادة، وقد اشرت الى الظروف السياسية والاجتماعية للدولة المرابطية في اثناء فصلي الدراسة الموضوعية، لما لها من صلة بها. توزعت الدراسة على ثلاثة فصول، تناول الاول منها الاغراض الوجدانية، وضم اربعة مباحث، كان الاول للغزل بشقيه الحسي والمعنوي، وقد وجدت ان الغزل الخاص بمقدمات القصائد، كان حسيا تقليديا، في حين كانت قصائده الغزلية الخاصة، تصطبغ بالحزن والالم، وتنحو نحو السرد القصصي الممزوج بالغنائية، مما يذكرنا بالشعر العذري، كمواجد الغزل بالمذكر في موشحاته الذي نعتقد انه تقليد فني يقصد ابراز البراعة والترويج عن النفس. اما الرثاء، فنلاحظ ان رثاءه لزوجته اتسم بصدق الشعور، وحرارة العاطفة، مما جعله من روائع المراثي الاندلسية، مما يميزه عن الرثاء للاخرين الذي كان تقليديا لاعاطفة فيه. وتناول المبحث الثالث الشكوى، فقد تناولت فلسفته في الحياة والموت، ونفوره من الحياة التي حرمته نعمة البصر وجعلته محتاجا لغيره، ويمتزج هذا مع الزهديات التي تناولتها في المبحث الرابع من هذا الفصل. اما الفصل الثاني، فقد تناولت فيه الاغراض الموضوعية، اذ وقفت عند المديح للوزراء، والقضاة وغيرهم، وقد وجدت ان مدائحه تكاد تكون تقليدية مكررة بصورة المشارقة، كمواقفت في المبحث الثاني عند شعر الوصف، فدرست وصف الطبيعة الصامتة والمتحركة، ومظاهر الحضارة، ووجدت ان اوصافه تاثرت كثيرا بكف بصره الذي جعله يصف معتمدا على اوصاف الاخرين لا على رؤية جمالية خاصة. ووجدت للشاعر رؤية جمالية واضحة في العتاب، اذ يستفيد من عاهته في الاستعطاف وطلب العون من الاخرين. وانفرد الفصل الثالث للاغراض الفنية، موزعا على ثلاثة مباحث، اختص الاول باللغة والاسلوب، فوجدت ان الفاظه تراوحت بين السهولة والجزالة، افصح فيها الشاعر عن ثقافته القرانيه والشعرية، مما منحه اسلوبا متينا، امتاز بطول النفس مبرءا من الاسفاف، مستفيدا من الوان البديع المختلفة في حين ادخل في موشحاته اللهجة العامية واللغة الاعجمية في خرجاتها. اما مبحث الموسيقى فقد وجدت الشاعر قد ركز على الاوزان الطويلة، عدا قصيدتين من مشطور الرجز، كمراكز على القوافي الذلل، مبتعدا عن الوحش والنفر من القوافي، كما ان الوشاح استطاع بحسه الموسيقي المرهق ان يوزع انغامه بشكل هندسي رائع على خارطة القصيدة، كما استعان بتعدد القوافي والاوزان في الموشحات، التي توزعت بين الموشح التام هي الغالبة. اما في الصورة فقد درسنا الصور البسيطة والمركبة واللوحة، وقد اعتمد الشاعر على ما اختزنته مخيلته من صور نشات من ثقافته لا من رؤيته وقد ابدع في التشكيل واعادة صياغة صورة، اي اعتماد على ذهنه لا مشاهدته، وصوره يولدها من العدم فهو يقلب المتعارف عليه ولكن بشكل مقنع، فالفكرة لا يتناولها كما هي وانما يولد منها المعاني، فهو يميل الى التفكير الخاص (التفكيك) فالطابع العام هو التامل الذهني عكس المبصرين، فعالمه داخلي في كثير من الاحيان، وقد اثر فقدان البصر في صورة التي اخفق في بعض منها. وفي الختام لا يدعي الباحث لبحثه الكمال فهو لله وحده، لكن عذره انه ساح في طريق وعر، وجمع مناهج شتى، هدفها اضاءة وابراز معالمه الجمالية فالدراسات الانسانية ليس فيها احكام مطلقة | The skillful and creative poet, Al - Aama Al - Tatauli has not gained what he deserves of study and investigation that might correspond to his importance as one of the poets of Andulsia who wrote verse and Muoshahs and who tackled all poetic genres. He is also considered as prominent Washah (writer of Muashah) in Andulsia. For these reasons, the researcher chose this poet to be the subject of his study. As a starting point, the poetic text is taken as the basis of the study. The other approaches of criticism were then utilized to analyse allThe aspects of the text due to the importance of the political , social and psychological immediate influences on any work of creation. he study consists of three chapter. There is no special biography of the poet because the researcher found the comments of the editor about the life of the poet at the beginning of the collection of his works as enough and because there is no significant information to add about this question. Chapter one is concerned with studying the subjective genres of the poet, i.e love, elegy, complaint, and religious devotion. Each of these genres is presented in a separate subsection.Chapter two is a study of the objective genres of his poetry, i.e. praise, description and blame. The genre of praise includes praising of clergymen, judges, princes, women and the infloential men in the state. Description also includes desscribing still and moving nature in addition to describing arms and weapons. Chapter three includes the artistic analysis, it discusses the language, the techinque, the internal and external melody and the artistic image including the simple and compound ones and the portait in the poetry of Al - A ama Al - Tatauli. The researcher arrived at the following condusion : - The poet tackled most of the known poetic genres where he either imitates or innovates but within the known rhythm and framework of the Arabic poetry. - His poems of praising are characterized by the deletion of the introduction and directly going through the main purpose of praising . - He was the first to do this . Besides he made an innovation in one of his introduction where he blamed life in a style of religious devotion. - The poet was behined in the genre of description in comparison with the other poets of his time in Andulsia because of his blindness. - The poet was characterized by his firm technique and soft and eloquent words that flow smoothly and easily to make very sweet music He did so by making use of the different kinds of eloquency such as similie , homonymy , and metaphor in addition to his Knowledge of music and his writing of Muwash which is mainly based on music. - He derived his images from his poetic education and the stock of his imagination . - He tend to mental imagination , abstraction and untying and he has his own internal world

Abstract: The research of promise and threat between the verses of Mecca and Madina and assessment between two different times and places especially in terms of rhetoric has reached the following conclusion : * - In terms of the meaning of the texts, assessment have been made between two different times and places which starts at early times of revelation of Quran to the end of the revelation and it is between two different cities in traditional, and it is clear that the beanties of the meanings of the texts have been shown in threats and promise verses in both eras in terms of the difference between the sounds of words within the contexts of the verses which they have carried, and the hidden purposes appear which have more effect on the receiver or the hearer, and this has been discussed by the linguists and rhetoricians. * - assessment of the texts has been made in terms of the way of expression and difference between the sounds of the verses of Mecca and Madina, because it is clear that the way of expression is one of the fields of conveying the purposes in arranging and poetizing the words, so arranging and poetizing words is one of the characteristics of apparent rhetorics of Quran which has used it in the fields of conveying the purposes, so the diference between the times and the places esulted in creating difference in context of the way of expressing the words between the promise and threat verses in Mecca and Madina in terms of tenderness and violence of the words while expressing the sounds of the words when they are expressed within the sentences of the verses, we see that the words in the verses of Mecca have severe sounds in vibration within the vocal Cords .these verses are frightening and have lightening and they have strong bells while threatening people with the fire. Compare to the verses of Madina which are comfortable when it is talked about the Paradise and its rewards this difference in the verses of Mecca appears more in the shortness of the verses and using the letters in throat which are hard in expression, but the sound of the words of Madina verses are calm and tender. Abstract: Al - Amidi, the owner of the book Al - Muwazana, is an authority who arose in many branches of language and literature in which he had valuable books, and he still lives with us today by his authoritic criticism. I was amazed by his comparison between Abi - Tammam and Al - Buhturi and it disclosed to me that Al - Amidi is a sound respectable critic and he is of abundant education.This study entitled “Critical Concepts of Al - Amidi in the Book of Al - Muwazana” deals with his comparison. Al - Amidis comparison is an important applied critical turning point in the history of Arabic criticism since it made a dialogue between the most two outstanding poets, Abu - Tammam and Al - Buhturi.The age of Al - Amidi represents the summit of the artistic development of the ancient Arabic literature, thus he was the man of his age with all its senses. This study attempted to present a complete methodological image about the critical efforts of Al - Amidi which no scholar dealt with in this way and in detail from the viewpoint of methodology and text. For Al - Amidi, the reading of the critical heritage is a civilizational and human requirement in order to understand the contributions of the ancestors in forming the march of the human civilization. The method that the study is subject to is in general historical. النصية والابداعية المتجلية في فهم النص ،و الوجود ،والحياة ،والذات المؤولة ، ولكون التاويلية تقارب المبهم والغامض في الشعر الحديث فقد وقع اختيار الاطروحة على شعر العزاوي المعروف بميله الى التجريب، والتغريب وبحثه الدائم عن العوالم الشعرية المختلفة والغريبة وتجاوزه المستمر وتمرده على المالوف، وتشكيله للصور الرمزية، والسريالية التي تنسجم مع روح الشاعر التي بصمتهراوح الستينيات بكل تحولاتهواانعتاقها ، وفضلا عن الابهام والغموض في شعره فانه يتمتع بغزارة انتاجه الابداعي وتنوع تجربته الشعرية ، مما ادى الى ان تكشف هذه الدراسة عن اشكالية مصطلح التاويل في منظومة الخطاب العربي والغربي ، فضلا عن مقاربتها لنصوص العزاوي على وفق منظورات وخطابات تاويلية تمركزة حول قصدية المؤلف في ابستمولوجية شلايرماخر، ودلثاي، وهيرش متبلورة في تاويل تجربة السجن، وتجربة الشاعر مع الابدية ،والنفي عند العزاوي ، اما قصدية النص فقد كشفت في انطولوجيا هيدغر، وغادامير، وريكور ، الاثر، والقناع، والرمز ، وفي قصدية المؤول تجلت استتراتيجية انتاج المعنى في مقاربة امبرتو ايكو، وفيش في تاويل دوغمائية السلطة، وقلق المكان، وعلاقة المبدع معها ، كاشفة هذه المقاربة بصورة عامة في نصوص العزاوي توتر العلاقة مع السلطة، وتجربة النفي ،والموقف من الواقع، والتراث، والانسان ،والتمرد على الواقع والشكل الفني،وتنوع تجربة الشاعر اذ شكلت تجربة الشاعر وسيرته الذاتية محفزات ومقصديات مبثوثة في ثنيات النص تحتاج الى فهم معناهواتاويلها متحركة بين تجربة السجن التي افرزت حالة تمرد، وثورة روحية ترسخت في تمرد روحي يبحث عن خلودية، وابدية، ودورانية الزمان وتغييره ، وتمرد جسدي في لحظة الغياب الجسدي عن الوطن في تجربة النفي ، وبذلك تحقق في العمل الابداعي انعتاق زماني في لحظة الابدية ودورانية الزمان ، وتجاوز وانعتاق مكاني في تجربة عدم الاستقرار النفي الجسدي ، وان روح العزاوي المتمردة، والثورية وتجاوزها المستمر للحاضر مثل حالة غربة، واغتراب كونت مسافة بين الشاعر، والاشياء، والناس الذين حوله لتتحول حالة العزلة والاغتراب في الوطن الى نفي، وحرية في الغربة ،كما لا نتفق مع الذين عابوا على العزاوي رفضه للتراث وتاثره بالغرب ، انما يمكن القول ان تعامل العزاوي مع التراث قائم على النقد، وليس الرفض مستخرجا منه الجوانب المضيئة التي تساعد على التقدم والتطور، وهذا ما نتلمسه في حواره وتناصه مع شخصيات تاريخية عربية ،وغربية ، ولعل العزاوي حاول ان تكون تجربته الشعرية تجربة عالمية ؛ ولذلك لا يمكن ان يحصرها في التراث العربي ، فضلا عن كون العزاوي يميل الى التجريب، والتغريب لذلك لا يستقر في اطار او نمط شعري ساكن،و يمكن القول اننا نجد حضورا لروح الماركسية وفكرها في شعر العزاوي من خلال رموزهوامفاهيمها ، مما اضعف نصوصا كثيرة في شعره فاتجهت الى التقريرية، والمباشرة في كونها تكتب للعامة والجمهور،وقد شكلت ظاهرة محو الاثر في نصوص العزاوي هاجس رفض للمفاهيم القديمة،ومحاولة بناء مفاهيم جديدة لجيل جديد، لذلك كانت تجربة الاثر قائمة على لعبة المحو، والبقاء في شعره ،و ان تجربة الحوار التاويلي مع تقنية القناع في النصوص العزاوي تفهم بانها سخرية وتهكم ،ونقد ورفض لبعض المفاهيم في الواقع ، بعد محاولة العزاوي حصرها في اقنعة عربية وانفتاحها على اقنعة غربية، وعالمية متنوعة بين الدينية، والاسطورية، والتاريخية، والادبية ،والذاتية ،وهذا يدل على ثقافة واسعة وعميقة ، ونتفق مع سامي مهدي بان بعض رموز العزاوي قد استعملت في نطاق الاشارات العابرة والاستعمالات العادية والرموز العقلية المرتبطة بها ، ولكن هذا لا يمنع من القول ان الرموز التي خضعت للمقاربة التاويلية تحمل من الابعاد الفلسفية، والفكرية، والثقافية ما اغنت واثرت النص الابداعي، يبعث المكان في شعر العزاوي تجربة تاويلية قائمة على عدم الاستقرار والقلق بسبب جدلية غياب الغربة والاغتراب في الوطن، والذاكرة المتوقفة والساكنة في ذاكرة الطرد، والنفي ، ؛لذلك تقولبت تجربة المكان في شعر العزاوي بمضامين سياسية، وفكرية، ومعرفية ، مترددة في دلالات ارتبطت بالصحراء، والنفي، والمدينة،و لم يكن العزاوي من الذين يؤمنون بسكونية القصيدة العربية ، لذلك لم يؤطر ويحدد نفسه في نوع او جنس واحد اذ كان يؤمن يالتجريب فتنوعت قصائده بين الموزون والمتداخل حتى يمكن ان نتلمس حضورا لعبارات او اقولا فلسفية تستدعي الى الذاكرة اقوال وحكم نتشه . ـ ادخل العزاوي عناصر شكلية وتقنات متنوعة لم تكن مالوفة في متن القصيدة العربية متجسدة في التقطيعات الكتابية، والرقمية، وصور سريالية ورمزية، وتقطيعات اللقطات المبعثرة، والتي بالكاد نجد بينهراابطا ، فضلا عن تداخل الاجناس، وافادته من اجناس السرد والدراما.وان التحولات الشعرية في شعر العزاوي ارتبطت بتنوع تجربته الفكرية، والثقافية، والمكانية ، لذلك مثلت اكثر قصائده سيرة ذاتية ابداعية مبثوثة فيها مقصدياته،وتكشف مقاربة نصوص العزاوي عن اختلاف بين شعر ـ الداخل ـ الستينات والسبعينات الذي يتميز بالتغريب، والتجريب، والابهام وصوره السريالية ، وشعر الخارج (الغربة )الواضح والمباشر ، وربما يعود سبب ذلك الى حالة النضج الشعري، والعقلي، والحرية التي وجدها في الخارج ( الغربة) | The modern Arabian poetry paragraph is a vague one naturally un understandable according to the artistically way which roll it and the language derailing. Abstract: بعد ان انتهينا من دراسة موضوع الرسالة يمكننا ان نوجز اهم النتائج التي توصلنا اليها من خلال النقاط الاتية : • يتعامل الصكر مع عنواناته بقصدية نقدية واعية غايتها تحقيق عدة اهداف، منها ماله علاقة بشخصية الصكر الشاعرة والناقدة في ان واحد ، ومنها ماله علاقة بطبيعة موضوع الكتاب ومباحثه .فضلا عن الجوانب الاخرى التي ترتبط بالقارئ واساليب جذبه لقراءة الكتاب عبر عتبة العنوان اولا .• احيانا يجعل الصكر مقدمات كتبه وسيلة للحديث المباشر او غير المباشر عن سر عنونته للكتاب او الدوافع وراء اختيار مفردات العنوان .• ان اهتمام الصكر بالعنونة ياتي نتيجة اطلاعه على المناهج النقدية الحديثة التي اهتمت بالعتبات النصية ومنها العنوان بوصفه اولى عتبات النص التي لايمكن تجاهلهواذلك لانه يحمل من الشفرات والرموز الدالة ، مايحـتم عليه مواجهة النـص بكـل ثــقة ، فلايمكن قراءة العنوان بمعزل عن النص .• غلبت الجملة الاسمية على عناوين الصكر التي تفتقر الى المبتدا ظاهريا ، وهذا ماجعل العنوان ينبني على الحذف مما يستقطب اهتمام المتلقي واثارته ، كما لاحظنا ميل الصكر للمركب الاضافي في كثير من العنوانات ولاسيما الرئيسة ، فضلا عن غلبة الجملة الطويلة على معظم عنواناته الداخلية ومنها المزدوجـة على نـحو خاص ، وغياب العنوان المكون من مفردة واحدة ربما بسبب انتماء النصوص الى الحقل النقدي الذي لايمكن للعنوان المفرد ان يلبي مقاصده .• ثمة دافعان رئيسان وراء ميل الصكر الى العنونة الفنية ؛ اولهما كونه شاعرا قبل ان يكون ناقدا ، وثانيهما كون النصوص التي يشتغل عليها نقديا هي نصوص شعرية في معظم الاحيان سواء اكانت قديمة ام حديثة ، ومن ثم فان طبيعتها الفنية تغريه باختيار عنوانات تناسب هذه الطبيعة الادبية .• غلب على الصكر الميل الى العنونة الفنية في تشكيل العنوانات الرئيسة لكتبه كونها الابرز في مواجهة القارئ من العنوانات الداخلية ، وهي عامل جذب اول في عملية التلقي ، فضلا عن كون العنونة الفنية تعكس رغبته في تنشيط الوظيفة الاغرائية للعنوان لاستقطاب القارئ الى حقل النقد .• يشكل الصكر العنوانات الداخلية الفنية بعد ان يتخذ من النصوص الشعرية التي يدرسها او من التجارب الفنية للشاعر مرجعا للتناص معها عبر عتبة العنوان وهو بذلك يحقق هدفين ؛ اولهما : اختصار مهمة البحث في تشكيل العنوان بالعثور على العنوان ومفرداته وفكرته من النص المدروس نفسه ، والثاني : الدخول الفني في علاقة تناص مع النص المدروس تخضع لواحد من قوانين التناص المعروفة .\• كثرة العنوانات المتناصة الخارجية والداخلية التي تعكس ثقافة الصكر الواسعة وانفتاحه على النصوص الادبية والنقدية ،التراثية ، والحديثة ، الشرقية والغربية ، وذلك يتطلب من قاريء كتبه جهدا كبيرا في استيعاب تلك العنوانات وفهم صلتها بمتونها .• ان العنوانات الوصفية المباشرة تكثر في العنوانات الداخلية ولاتحضـر في العـنوانات الرئيسة الا في عنوانين هما : ( رفائيل بطي وريادة النقد الشعري في العراق ) و( الشعر والتوصيل ) ، وغالبا ماتكون العنوانات الداخلية الوصفية الاخبارية في الكتب التي يكون عنوانها الرئيس صريحوامباشرا بدلالاته كما في العنوانين المـذكورين انفا .• لايميل الصكر الى العنوان التجنيسي كثيرا في تشكيل العنوانات الرئيسة لمؤلفاته النقدية وذلك لانه لايحبذ الوضوح والمباشرة في الدلالة التي تحدثها مـثل هذه العنوانات ، بل يعمد دائما الى الاساليب الفنية الايحائية في تشكيل معظم عنواناته الرئيسة . اما التجنيس في العنوانات الداخلية فانه يحضر بقوة في المباحث التي تخضع للمنهجية الاكاديمية ولغتها في الكتابة كما في كتابه ( مرايا نرسيس ) الذي هو في الاصل اطروحته للدكتوراه ،والذي حمل عنوانا فرعيا اكاديميا مباشرا .• اقتصار العنونة المزدوجة على العنوانات الداخلية عند الصكر ، وغيابها عن العنوانات الرئيسة بسبب تشكيلها النحوي الذي يتركب من جملتين طويلتين غالبا .• العنونة المزدوجة عند الصكر توحي بمراعاته لجانب التلقي واختلافه بين القراء عبر وضع خيارين مختلفين من العنونة في ان واحد ، احدهما مباشر والاخر فني ايحائي متناص .

Abstract: الحمد لله رب العالمين، الكبير المتعال، ذي الجلال والعظمة والاكرام، مستحق الحمد والثناء في الارض والسماء، نحمده ونستعينه ونستهديه ونستغفره ولا نكفره، والصلاة والسلام على اشرف المرسلين وخاتم الانبياء وسيد المرسلين ورحمة الله للعالمين، سيد القادة وقائد السادة، امامنوانور ابصارنا محمد وعلى اله الاطهار وصحبه البررة الاخيار وورثته واحبابه وعلينواعلى عباد الله الصالحين.اما بعد : فان من اهم الاسباب التي دفعتنا لاختيار هذا الموضوع هو ندرة البحث في مجال دلالة الاصوات والظواهر الصوتية عند علمائنا الاجلاء من القدماء والمحدثين، فثمة ضرورة ملحة لوضع تفسير صوتي يربط بين دلالة الصوت وسياق الاية، ليفسر لنا سر تجمع صوتي معين في سياق، مع تجمع صوتي اخر ذي صفات مغايرة في سياق اخر.وهذه المفارقة واضحة في القران الكريم، اذ يلاحظ انتشار الاصوات المدوية والقوية الجرس في الايات التي تتحدث عن القتال والعذاب والجحيم، ويلاحظ تجمع الاصوات المتسمة بخفة الجرس في الايات التي تتحدث عن السكينة والاطمئنان ووصف الجنة، وعليه فالاصوات في تغير طردي مستمر وفق تغير السياق.ولابد من وضع تفسير في اطار القدرة الانسانية للوقوف على هذه الاسرار الدقيقة في القران الكريم اذ ان الاصوات قد توزعت في القران الكريم توزعا موجها مقصودا ولا يمكن لصوت ان يحل محل صوت اخر.ونحن لا ندعي السبق في هذا الميدان الشائك الصعب المنال، فمن الاجحاف بل من قلة ادب العلم بحق علمائنا، اتهامهم بالتقصير اذ يبدو ان تحفظ تلك النخبة الرائدة من العلماء من الولوج في مدارك هذا النوع من الدرس الصوتي كان نابعا من احترازهم وتوقيهم من الوقوع في مزلق التعسف والربط القسري وتحميل الايات ما لا تتحمله، وذلك بسبب صعوبة الربط بين دلالة الصوت وسياق الاية.وعلى الرغم من خطورة الموضوع ودقته فلم تغب الدلالة الصوتية عن اهتمام العلماء قدماء ومحدثين، ومع ذلك فان هذا الدرس يحتاج الى تعمق اكثر لسبر اغواره، ونحن نعد هذا البحث وبتواضع خطوة - ليست الاولى ولا الاخيرة - باتجاه تفسير القران الكريم تفسيرا صوتيا بوصف ذلك مستوى من مستويات التفسير اللغوي، خدمة لكتاب الله العزيز.وقد تفضل استاذي المشرف فضيلة الدكتور (عماد عبد يحيى الحيالي) باقتراح الموضوع بعنوان : (تشكيل البنى الصوتية والصرفية للسور المدنية : محمد ، والفتح، والحجرات)، وسبب اختيار هذه السور الثلاث انها سور مدنية سبقتها ثلاث عشرة سورة مكية منها السبع الحواميم وتلتها خمس سور مكية، وهذه الثلاث المدنية "تدور كلها حول محور واحد، وهو النبي ، والايمان به وطاعته والادب معه"( )، اي انها مترابطة ترابطا موضوعيا.واقتضت طبيعة البحث ان ينتظم في خمسة فصول مسبوقة بتمهيد ومقفوة بخاتمة، وقد خص التمهيد للتعريف بالسور الثلاث وعرض لمضامينهوااغراضهواالنقاط التي تجمع بينها.اما الفصل الاول فقد عني باستشراف دلالة صفات الاصوات، وقسم على مبحثين؛ عالج المبحث الاول الصفات الصوتية الرئيسة وهي (الجهر والهمس والانفجار والاحتكاك والتوسط والاطباق والانفتاح والتفخيم والترقيق)، وعقد المبحث الثاني لتحليل الصفات الثانوية وهي (الصفير والغنة والاستعلاء واللين).وتناول الفصل الثاني التجمعات الصوتية الصامتية، ووقف الفصل الثالث عند التجمعات الصوتية المصوتية، وتطرق الفصل الرابع الى الظواهر الصوتية التجويدية، وتوزعت الدراسة فيه على اربعة مباحث؛ جعل المبحث الاول لتحليل المماثلة الكاملة (الادغام) والاقلاب، اما المبحث الثاني فاهتم بتحليل المماثلة الجزئية (الاخفاء)، وافرد المبحث الثالث للقلقلة، وخص المبحث الرابع بتحليل المقاطع والفواصل.وقد عرج الفصل الخامس على تشكيل البنى الصرفية، وتالف من مبحثين؛ حوى المبحث الاول تشكيل البنى الفعلية، واستجلى المبحث الثاني تشكيل البنى الاسمية، وجاءت الخاتمة لتثبيت اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث بخصوص السور الثلاث ودراسة دلالة الظواهر والصيغ.وبين البحث مدى المواءمة الوثيقة بين الصوت وسياق الاية ومعناه وغايته بحدود قدرة الباحث على الفهم والربط.واظهر البحث مدى الترابط الوثيق بين دلالة الاصوات والسياقات المجتمعة فيهوااحيانا يصل الى حد التطابق، فاذا تطلب السياق تهدئة المخاطب واطمئنانه التجا الى استعمال اصوات رقيقة خفيضة سلسة الجرس تتسم بالنعومة والرتابة والرخاء سهلة على اللسان ومستطابة في السمع، وعكس ذلك اذا اقتضى السياق جد عزم المخاطبين للمواجهة لدفع خطر قوة الكفر وازالة شوكتها اتكا على اصوات تتميز بقوة الجرس وضخامة الدوي لاعداد المجاهدين نفسيا من جهة وبث الرعب والوجل في نفوس جنود الكفر من جهة اخرى. والنكتة الاهم في هذا المقام هو ان اسلوب القران في هذا الترابط القوي بين سياقاته ودلالة الاصوات والظواهر في غاية الدقة والاعجاز.وتوصل البحث الى ان التجمعات الصوتية والظواهر التجويدية والصيغ الصرفية لم تتوزع سدى من غير قصد، وانما هناك غايات ومقاصد دقيقة وراءها.وبين البحث انه ليس ثمة اية دلالة للاصوات او الظواهر بمعزل عن السياق، ولفت الى انه ليس هناك دلالة ثابتة للظواهر والاصوات والتجمعات الصوتية في كل السياقات فهي تتغير وفق تغير السياق.وبين البحث تخصص كل سورة بصفات واصوات ومقاطع وفواصل وصيغ معينة وفق موضوع السورة وهدفها، وثمة مناسبة بين دلالاتهواالسياقات المتجمهرة فيها في السور الثلاث، واختصاص كل صفة او صوت او مقطع او فاصلة بدلالات ومعان معينة ومحددة ومستقلة، كما بين سبب قلة او كثرة انتشار نوع معين من الاصوات والصفات والمقاطع والصيغ في السور الثلاث. وربط البحث بين دلالة الظواهر الصوتية التجويدية والسياقات الواردة فيها، ولم يسبق ان تطرق احد الى هذا الموضوع فيما نعلم.واتبع البحث منهجا وصفيا تحليليا للوقوف على جمال الاصوات والصيغ الصرفية مستندا في ذلك على الجداول الاحصائية التي اضفت سمة علمية على البحث، اذ رصد البحث الظاهرة من خلال الاحصاء العلمي الدقيق ومن ثم وصفهواحللها.وتجنب البحث ما امكنه استعمال المصطلحات والرموز الاجنبية مواجد سبيلا الى استعمال المصطلحات العربية لاقتناعه بغنائها، وقد فضل البحث ان يكون ترتيب فصوله وفق الموضوعات الصوتية لابراز الظاهرة الصوتية المعينة بوصفها بنية صوتية تشكيلية، ولتجنب تكرار دراستهواتشتتها فيما لو كانت الدراسة منعقدة على دراسة سورة بعد اخرى، واتبع تسلسل السور والايات داخل العناوين الصوتية. وقد اثر البحث ان يكون رصد الظواهر في الصفات والصوامت والمصوتات والمقاطع وفق النسب المئوية للاصوات او الصفات او المقاطع، لوافق عدد مرات تكرار الظاهرة اذ الاول ادق واكثر علمية.وقد اقتصر البحث على تحليل اعلى ثلاث نسب لكل تجمع صوتي او تجمع في الصفة او تجمع المقاطع في كل سورة من السور الثلاث والتزم بهذا المنهج ما عدا حالتين؛ الاولى : وجود نسب متقاربة من النسب الثلاث الاعلى، الثانية : وجود مطابقة تامة بين الصوت او الصفة او الظاهرة وسياق الاية. كما التزم البحث بمنهج واحد في استعمال المصطلحات الا عند نقل المعلومة بنصها، فقد حافظ على استعمال النص للمصطلح المخالف.واشتمل البحث على احصاء للصوامت والمصوتات والمقاطع الصوتية في السور الثلاث توخينا فيه الدقة، ومن ثم استخراج النسب المئوية لها في جداول احصائية باستخدام برنامج (اكسل) الحقت بالرسالة، واعتمد الاحصاء على الصوت الملفوظ لا الرسم المكتوب والوقوف على الفواصل بالساكن مفصولا عما يليه في مطلع الاية التالية، كما عد الشدة صوتين والغنة والتنوين نونا، واهمل رسم المصوتات القصيرة التي وضعت على الصوامت التي تسبق المصوتات الطويلة لانه لواجود لها في المنطوق.واقتصر البحث في تناول صفات الاصوات الرئيسة والثانوية على اهم الصفات التي اتفق عليها الاصواتيون، وقد تابع البحث مذهب المحققين من علماء الاداء في عد الراء غير تكرارية في الاداء القراني.والقران الكريم هو المصدر الرئيس لمادة البحث تليه مصادر ومراجع صوتية وصرفية ولغوية قيمة فضلا عن التفاسير قديمهواحديثها، وامدت كتب الصوت والقراءات البحث بتاسيس علمي لوصف الظواهر، وافاد البحث من كتب الصرف تنظيرا وتحليلا وبخاصة ما يتعلق فيها بمعاني الصيغ، واغنت التفاسير البحث في بيان سياق الاية ومناسبة نزولهوامعرفة مقامهواتصوير المواقف تصويرا دقيقا. وثمة نوع اخر من المصادر التي تميزت بالندرة وهي الكتب الصوتية التطبيقية التي تناولت تحليل الظواهر الصوتية في القران الكريم، وافترق منهجنا عن منهجها باعتماده على ترتيب الفصول وفق الموضوعات لوافق ترتيب السور كما ذكرنا، والذي ادى الى تفريق تحليلها للظواهر في مواضع متعددة.والذي يؤخذ على كتب الصوت عموما انها اولت عرض الموضوعات الصوتية اهتماما اكبر بكثير من اهتمامها بالتطبيق على النصوص، في حين اعتمد منهجنا على التطبيق اعتمادا كبيرا لنقل الدرس الصوتي الى دائرة التماس مع الدرس الدلالي. وقد اعترض البحث صعوبات تتمثل في قلة البحوث التي تتناول دلالات الاصوات على المستوى التركيبي ولاسيما في اطار القران الكريم، وتبرز من هنا صعوبة اخرى هي ان التحليل المبني على الذوق المرتبط بالسياق المعين لا يمكن ان يعم على كل سياق ترد فيه الاصوات التي تناولها ذلك التحليل.وظهرت للبحث صعوبة الاحصاء المعتمد على جهدي والذي استغرق اشهرا عديدة، الى ان هيا الله  لي الاخ الدكتور (اوات محمد امين) في جامعة كركوك الذي دلني على طريقة علمية لعملية الاحصاء من خلال برنامج (اكسل) على الة الحاسوب فجزاه الله عني خير الجزاء وله مني العرفان والثناء.ومن الصعوبات قلة المصادر الاساسية عن الموضوع في مكتبات مدينة السليمانية ومكتبات جامعتهواالمكتبات الشخصية مما اضطر الباحث للتنقل باستمرار بين مدن الموصل واربيل والسليمانية ومراجعة المكتبات فيها في ظرف لا تخفى صعوبته على الكافة.وبعد كل ما قلت اتوجه بالشكر للمولى القدير الذي من علي بهذه الدراسة المباركة عن القران Abstract: ادبهم الاسلامي هادف وموجه وكانت تعاليم الدين الحنيف هي المحور الفاعل فيه وان تنوعت الاجناس الادبية وهو انعكاس لصدق الحالة الشعورية والوجدانية المتسمة بصدق القول والعمل لهم في كل موقف وقفة وفي كل مناظرة نظرة وهم في ذلك همهم الاول خشية الله واتباع نهج رسول الله فترصعت نتاجاتهم باي الذكر الحكيم واحاديث المصطفى -  - ومثلت في غالب امرهراوح الدين الاسلامي الحنيف .كان ادبهم النثري طاغيا كما ونوعا على نتاجهم الشعري وقد اكتملت في ادبهم الاجناس النثرية المعروفة في عصرهم ,كالخطب والرسائل والمحاورات والوصايواالمواعظ والقصص الديني والادعية والمناجاة وماثور القول اما الشعر فما اكتملت فيه اغراض الشعر العربي والشعر الديني الزهدي مثل كما فاق فيه بقية الاغراض كما انهم لم يعتمدوا عمود الشعر العربي وكانت اشعارهم مقطوعات تقصد المعنى المباشر دون تكلف او دوران حول الموضوع فكانت تلك الاجناس الادبية قد وصلت اليهم بما طرا عليها من تطور فني وشكلي ومضموني امدها به الدين الحنيف .واوضحت لنا كتب التراجم والسير والتاريخ , فضلا عموااجهناه اثناء البحث والدراسة , ان زهدهم كان تبعا للدين الاسلامي ولم يكن في حال من احواله هروبا من المجتمع او انطواء او نزواء في محاريب العبادة بعيدا عن مجريات واحداث العصر . بل العكس من ذلك فلهم الدور الفاعل والميداني في التوجيه والوعظ والارشاد والصبر على التعليم كما كان لهم الموقع المؤثر في السياسة في مواقفهم امام الولاة والخلفاء وقولهم الحق دون خوف او تزلف لاسيمواانهم لم ينافسوهم في دنياهم . فضلا عن ثقة الاخرين بهم وبدينهم لذلك فقد استمعوا لهم واخذوا بارائهم ,كما انهم لم يدخروا جهدا في اصلاح ما اصاب المجتمع من اخطاء وخلل مما طرا عليه من افات اصابته كنتيجة حتمية للتقلبات التي شهدها العصر . وعلى ذلك نجدهم عابدين بكائين في محاريبهم , ورجال مناظرة ودراية ومحاورات مفحمة في انتصافهم للمظلوم من ظالمة ونلمع حضورهم المحافل الاجتماعية ودعوات الاخوان موجهين ناشرين شذى التعاليم الاسلامية السمحاء وعبيرهوانطالعهم رجالا اشداء في سوح الوغى وميادين الرجال اذا ما دعاهم داعي الدين والوطن .كان خطابهم على مستويات متعددة من الافهام فكلامهم للسلطان الجائر غير كلامهم للعادل وللانسان العادي غيره للانسان العالم فكان خطابهم على مستويات متغيرة في الافهام وان كانت انطلاقته واحدة ويستند على حقيقة واحدة . وللدعاء في ذلك الخصوصية الاهم فهو في المفهوم الاسلامي وسيلة وغاية فهو وسيلة للحصول على ما يطلبه العبد ويدعو به الله وغاية كونه مخ العبادة . من العوامل المؤثرة في اغناء ادب التابعين الزهاد تشعب مصادر ثقافتهم واشتمالها على الادب الجاهلي والتاثير الاسلامي واخبار الامم الماضية التي عرفوها عن طريق بعض الصحابة الذين دخلوا الاسلام من الديانتين السابقتين .لم يكن ادبهم متكلفا ولا تكسبيا بل اعتمد على الفطرة السليمة والذوق الرفيع والقصد الى المعنى باقصر الطرق الممكنة موجها للاصلاح والافادة غايتهم فيه وجه الله وابتغاء مرضاته وابتعدوا فيه عن الاغراب الفظي والمعنوي وتوجهوا فيه الى غاية القصد دون دوان حول الموضوع او اسهاب في عرضه ولم يكن يخلو من العناصر الفنية الا ما كانت لا تلائم فكرهم وطريقهم بما تتسم من تعقيد وعدم افادة بل مثقلة للنص باد عليها التكلف والاحراج كالسجع مثلا فضلا عن ان رسول الله - -  نهى عنه ولم يكن ذلك يعني تماثل الفاصلة فنحن نلمع تماثل لفواصل نصوص غير انها جاءت عفو الخاطر وكانت فيما يخدم الموضوع ومعانيه .نقلت لنا كتب السير والتراجم عن لقاءات لزهاد التابعين فيما بينهم منها ما كان عن طريق الموافقة واخرى قيام احدهم بشد الرحال الى الاخر فمثلت تلك المقابلات اصدق العبارات واجملها اوضحوا فيها قصدهم الديني ومنهاجهم الموجه الى الاخرة المتطلع ليوم الحساب فاضحين فيها الدنيوااهلها 0

Abstract: The present study comes in two main parts proceeded by an introduction and prelusion. Each part of the study basically consist of three chapters. The prelusion provides a broad identification of Al - Qurtubi lists his prominent teachers and students among whom Al - Qurtubi of the interpretation of Al - ajami LiAhkam Al - Quran , and values the book of Al - Mufhim among the interpretations of the authentic sayings of the Prophet (PBUH) .The first chapter falls into two sections, the first presents the main sources and references of Al - Qurtubi along with his well - known scholars whose views have not been fully investigated in their books. It is evident that the two most common scholars in the book of Al - Mufhim are Al - Hurawi and Al - Jawhari. The second section deals with the auditory sources of language based mainly on the Holly Quran and its readings, the authentic sayings, and the prose and poetry of the Arabs.Entitled “Linguistic - Semantic Researches”, the second consists of three sections; the first presents types of semantic refrences, i.e. phonetic, linguistic, figurative, and Islamic, the second deals with the semantic contexts which are the contextual, mental, and time reference, and the third tachles the semantic relations between texemes such as shared meanings, opposition, synonymy, trileterals, dileterals, etc. The third chapter picture the non - semantic researches of the language throughout three sections : The first carries he title of the “Linguistic Derivation “ in which Al - Qurtubi clarifies that Perception is the true origin from which the lexical meaning is derived, the second presents the dialects in terms of three levels, i.e. phonetics, structures, and forms, the third deals with the linguistic reform and Al - Qurtubi has noticeable standpoints in this failed.The second part of the study illustrates Al - Qurtubi great efforts in the faileds of grammar and syntax throughout three chapters. The first chapter has two sections under the titles. The Factors and causes “end” The Syntactic Aspects including nouns, verbs, and letters rather than viewing Al - Qurtubi’s valuable efforts to link syntax with meaning. The second chapter shows Al - Qurtubi’s endeavors in the field of grammatical interpretations along five sections namely, Implication, changing to final or initial positions, elision, addition, and finally polysemy. Furthermore, Al - Qurtubi’s approach can be regarded as selective, adopting Basra’s approach in one time and Koffa’s one in another.The second part of the study ends with the third chapter which comes in two sections dealing with syntactic researchers. In the first section, Al - Qurtubi interest in directing the syntactic form of the middle letter of the triliteral verbs refering to the syntactic origin to which it belongs and directing the meanings of the offixed and suffixed verb as well as sources and derivations, the second are all revealed. The second section entails Al - Qurtubi’s efforts in a verity of syntactic fields such as assimilation and substitution.Finally, the study concludes with the most important finding reached of work.

The subject of this thesis entitled Syntactic Controversy in Prophet Sayings Language in Ibn Malik’s Shawahed Al Tawdheeh wal Tasheeh Lemushklat Al Jame Al Saheeh is concerned with the syntactic aspect of the prophet sayings. The importance of this study lies in stating syntactic problems in Saheeh Al Bukhari where Ibn Malik tried to tackle and correct syntactically. Ibn Malik’s views are reviewed and studied and compared with other grammarians views. The aim is to make the prophet’s sayings more correct. The thesis consists of an introduction and two chapters. The introduction is divided into two parts the first of which compares books concerned with prophets sayings linguistically. Part two deals with the concept of controversy according to Ibn Malik view. Chapter one, entitled controversy in Syntactic Interpretation reviews interpretation kinds that Ibn Malik used in dealing with syntactic controversy, including deletion, inclusion and increasing. Chapter two, entitled controversy is subdivided into three parts, dealing with controversy in name, verb and letter. The main conclusions derived is that prophets sayings are proofs for Ibn Malik and the concept of controversy was not decided. Issues dealt by Ibn Malik was distributed among various classes of syntax and the author pointed out some issues neglected by the grammarians

Abstract: انبثقت نظرية التصاقب من طيات صفحات كتاب ابن جني "الخصائص" وهي نظرية لاقت الاعجاب من قبل العلماء والباحثين، وقد كان لابن جني فضل الريادة فيها، والتصاقب عنده هو التقارب ما بين الالفاظ باصواتهوامعانيها، وتقارب صوت اللفظ مع معناه، وقد تطورت هذه النظرية عند العلماء العرب والغربيين وسلط عليها الضوء ولكن بمسمى جديد هو "الاونوماتوبيا" ومعناه : ان الصوت يصبح شفافا يصور المعنى من جوانبه. وقد كان لنا شرف المساهمة في تطبيق هذه النظرية على القران الكريم - كتاب الله المعجز - .تضم هذه النظرية في محتواها عدة قوانين هي : تقارب لفظين او اكثر يجمعهما صوتين متشابهين مع اختلاف الصوت الثالث وقد يكون هذا الصوت المختلف هو الاول مثل صد وسد او الثاني مثل كتم وكظم وكمم او الثالث مثل فصل وفصم، وقد يكون الاختلاف في اكثر من صوت كان يكون صوتين مثل مد ومط او ثلاثة اصوات مثل غبر وافل، وتضم هذه النظرية قانونا اخر هو تقارب الاصول اي تقارب لفظين فيكون احدهما ثلاثيا والاخر رباعيا مثل قسط وقسطس، وقانونا اخر هو التقليب اي يكون للفظين الاصوات نفسها مع اختلاف ترتيبها مثل رجم وجرم. لقد تناولنا هذا الموضوع بتاصيل المعنى المعجمي لكل لفظة من تلك الالفاظ ثم اتبعنا ذلك باية من الايات القرانية التي تحوي هذه اللفظة او ما اشتق منها ثم ربطنا بين هذه المجموعة الواحدة من الالفاظ بما سميناه دلالة التصاقب، اي الدلالة التي تربط بين هذه الالفاظ في المجموعة الواحدة واعقبنا ذلك بالتحليل والتوجيه الصوتي لكل لفظة وبينا قوة اللفظة الواحدة في استعمالها مع اللفظة الاخرى. وهكذا كان عملنا في الرسالة كلها، ومع الالفاظ جميعها لنؤكد في النهاية على وجود التصاقب في القران الكريم كحقيقة واقعية نؤمن بهوانقتنع بها كما اقتنعنا بوجودها في اللغة العربية. | The Quranic studies have attracted the attention of many Moslems. So a large number of such studies were produced. Some of them are old fashioned while the others are of recent style. In the same trend, it is enjoyable to propose a considerable enough study to put a finger - print within the area of the Quranic studies especially with the term "Tasaqub". This was always and frequently described and discussed by our teacher. Tasaqub means the compatibility between phone and meaning of a homonym. It is mostly synonymous to the term Onomatopia. In addition, because this study may add new contributions to the linguistic study of Al - Quran Al - Kareem, hopefully this choice was taken and started to search about "the Tasaqub in Al - Quran Al - Kareem". So this became the title of the thesis. The thesis contained an introduction and five chapters. Each one deals with certain part of the Tasaqub. The introduction comprises a linguistic and terminological meaning of this term, the ancient concept of Tasaqub , the recent one of it and the Tasaqub in the logic of Ebn Jeni. The first chapter contains homonyms having the same oral and oral/dental pronouncement exits. Where pronouncement exit means from which place in the mouth, the phone can be exit. The second one deals with the homonyms that have dental pronouncement exits (between dental to dental/gingival).Whereas chapter three comprises only the phones of gingival pronouncement exits. Chapter four is divided into two sections : the first one treats the laurel phonic exits whereas the second section deals with the stratified phonic exits. Chapter five contains three sections : the first studies the phones of uvulas exits whereas the second one deals with faucial phonic exits and the third section deals with the Gullety phonic exits.The phonic configuration through this study is arranged according to seven laws. The first law depends on the first phone (the phone of the first letter in a homonym) which is changed in the first homonym of a certain group (each group contain two or three homonyms of same phone and meaning i.e Tasaqub ).The second law deals with which is changed in the second phone. The third law is concern with third phone change. The forth law depends on the changes of two phones out of three. But when the three phones are changed, it refers to the fifth law. When one of these phones is triliteral and the other is quadrilateral, it relates to the sixth law. Whereas the seventh law comprises homonyms which have the same phone but differing in their arrangements (advancing and delay law). Finally, the study concluded the following points : • The homonyms which obeyed the Tasaqub laws showed compatibility between the phones and the meanings.• The embodiment of phone to the meaning in the recent research work is called onomatopia.• The onomatopia is the extent of its original linguistic and phonic origin which was anciently lead by Ebn Jeni.• The Tasaqub between the homonyms on one hand and between their meanings on the other is one of a fantastic theory which attracts many researchers.• Ebn Jeni stated that the Tasaqub of homonyms is present in thousand places. In this study, some homonyms were found in Al - Quran Al - Kareem, whereas the others were not found.• Homonyms of Tasaqub present according to seven laws. Most of them are obeyed by the first three laws; the lowest number was controlled by the sixth law while intermediate number of homonyms followed the seventh law.• The association of certain phones to indicate certain acts is denoted by the Tasaqub .

Abstract: فقد نالت متون الاعمال الادبية باختلاف اجناسهواما تزال حظا كبيرا من اهتمام النشاط النقدي الذي ما انبرى متناولا اياها متتبعا مكامن جمالهوامستبطنا مظاهر (شعريتها)، الامر الذي اشر انغلاق النقد على شعرية تلك المتون دون اهتمام يذكر بما حول تلك المتون من نصوص موازية وعتبات باتت تشكل اليوم ظاهرة حري بالدرس النقدي ان يتناولها بالتحليل خاصة وان تلك النصوص (العتبات) قد قطعت شوطا كبيرا في مجال تطورها . ان العتبات النصية ككيان ليست بالظاهرة الجديدة على الادب عربيا كان ام غيره، فقد ارتبط وجودها بوجود الشعر نفسه ، وتطور في عصر الكتابة، واخذ نصيبا وافيا من التفنن في عصر التقانة والتطور التكنلوجي. غير انها ظاهرة ظل النقد ينظر اليها باستسهال بالغ متعاملا معها بوصفها جوانب شكلية سواء تعلق الامر بنقدنا العربي او بالنقد الغربي الذي كان سباقا الى التنبيه على اهميتهواجدوى دراستها . فكان مجيء الناقد الفرنسي (جيرار جينيت) الانطلاقة الاولى لمحاولة تقعيد دراسة (العتبات النصية) في ضوء ما تتعالق معه من متون فاتحا بذلك الافق النقدي الى ميدان (شعرية الشكل) في ذهابه الى ان شعرية النص تنبع من علاقته بما يحيط به من نصوص موازية بعيدة عنه زمانا ومكانا. او من نصوص محيطة قريبة بحيث يضمها كتاب واحد (غلاف ، عنوان ، رسومات داخلية ، مقدمة ، اهداء ، هوامش .... الخ ) وهي علاقات اكبر من ان يقال عنها انها مجرد امكان تناصي كما سيتضح. وهكذا بدا النقد منذ (جينيت) ينظر الى هذه العتبات بوصفها نظاما سيميائيا دالا. اذ لم يعد الكتاب وحده هو الحامل الوحيد للدلالة ، بل اصبح ينظر اليه بوصفه نظاما نسيجيا متناغما تتازر جميع مكوناته وملامحه الشكلية في تاسيس شعريته بما يلغي عن العتبة مفهوم الحلية النصية او الزائدة التزيينية ويجعل منها معلما بارزا من المعالم التي تساهم في تلقي العمل الادبي بصورة مثلى ، وهو ما نبه اسماء اخرى كان لها مساهمات ليست بالهينة في هذا الموضوع النقدي كـ (هنري متيران) و(فيليب لوجون) و(كلود دوشيه) و(ليو هوك) وغيرهم ممن مزاال امام الدرس النقدي العربي شوطا طويلا لترجمة كتاباتهم في هذا المجال تمهيدا لاستيفاء موضوعة (العتبات النصية) حقها من جانب هذا الدرس ، وان كنا هنا لا نغمط حق جهود ترجمية وتاليفية عربية في هذا المجال كانت ـ على قلتها ـ زادا تزود به هذا البحث نذكر من المترجم منها : الترجمة الرائدة (للمختار حسني) لكتيب (اطراس : الادب في الدرجة الثانية) لـ (جيرار جينيت). وهي الترجمة التي شكلت المنطلق الذي فتح امامنا افاقا جيدة وهيا لنا ارضية امكن التحرك عليها فيما نحن بصدده, وكذلك ترجمة (عبد الرحمن ايوب) لكتاب (مدخل الى جامع النص) للمؤلف نفسه، وايضا ترجمة (غسان السيد) و(وائل بركات) لكتاب (كرستين مونتا لبيتي) الموسوم (جيرار جينيت نحو شعرية منفتحة) ، في حين ظل كتاب (sulits) لـ (جيرار جينيت) الذي لم يتوفر البحث على ترجمة له وثيق الصلة وبعيد المنال الامر الذي فوت الاستفادة منه الا بقدر الاعتماد على مقتبسات مترجمة توفرت عليها بعض المقالات المنشورة في الدوريات والتي عالجت موضوعة العتبات نذكر منها دراسة (جميل حمداوي) (سيموطيقيا العنونة) ودراسة (محمد الهادي المطوي) (في التعالي النصي والمتعاليات النصية) وهما دراستان ركزتا على الجانب النظري دون التطبيقي واعتمادا على (عتبات جينيت) . اما فيما يخص الجهد التاليفي في النقد العربي في هذا المجال ، فلم نعثر في حدود بحثنا على ما يمكن ان يشكل كتابا جامعا يدرس انواع العتبات النصية بصورة تفصيلية , وان وقفنا على دراسات تناولت عتبات بعينهواخاصة عتبة العنوان التي بدات تستقطب جهود دارسين طرحوا دراسات رائدة في مجالها نذكر من هذه الدراسات : (العنوان وسيموطيقا الاتصال الادبي) لـ (محمد فكري الجزار) و(سيمياء العنوان الشعري) لـ (بسام قطوس) و(العنوان في الادب العربي - النشاة والتطور)، لـ(محمد عويس) وكذلك عتبة المقدمة التي افرد لها (عبد الرزاق بلال) دراسة شكلت متكا مهما من متكات بحثنواالموسومة (مدخل الى عتبات النص) يضاف اليها جهود (عبد الملك اشهبون) في اكثر من مقال تناول المقدمة الروائية خاصة تنظيرا وتطبيقا، وكذلك جهود (سعيد يقطين) الذي استاثرت دراسة النص الموازي والعتبات النصية بنصيب وافر منها خاصة في كتابه (انفتاح النص الروائي).ان هذه الدراسات على جديتهواان شكلت جهودا يشار اليها ببنان العرفان وينظر اليها بعين الريادة الا انها مازالت دون استيفاء حاجة المكتبة النقدية العربية ازاء هذا الكم الهائل من العتبات النصية التي بدات تلاقي عناية ليست بالهينة من جانب المبدعين , وهي عناية تتطلب ما يوازيها نقديا - تصديا وترجمة - بما قد يفتح للدرس النقدي افاقا رحبة في التعامل مع جماليات المتون من جهة عتباتها ، لذا شئنا ان تكون دراستنا في ما يصب في هذا المجال البكر واقتصرنا لاسباب منهجية على دراسة خمس عتبات نصية تدخل فيما اسماه (جيرار جينيت) (بالنص المحيط) او (العتبات النصية) هي (لوحة الغلاف، والرسومات الداخلية او اللوحات المصاحبة، الاهداء، التصدير، والمقدمة) كونها تشكل حضورا بارزا عند كل من (عبد الوهاب البياتي) و(نزار قباني)، مستبعدين عتبة العنوان الا بما تستدعيه علاقته بالعتبات المذكورة ، خاصة واننا كنا قد تناولنا هذه العتبة بالدرس في رسالتنا للماجستير الموسومة (عنوان القصيدة في شعر محمود درويش) . واما فيما يخص الدوافع التي رشحنا على اساسها دواوين (عبد الوهاب البياتي) و(نزار قباني) كنماذج تطبيقية فيمكن تلخيصها بدافعين : الاول شخصي يتعلق بـ (صداقة نصوصية) عقدتها ذائقتنا مع شعر الشاعرين, واما السبب الثاني وهو الاهم هنا فهو سبب اكاديمي محض يتمثل بندرة ما كتب عن العتبات النصية بعامة . والعتبات النصية الخاصة بشعر الشاعرين خاصة، ففي الوقت الذي نال (البياتي) اهتماما واسعا من جانب الدرس النقدي عربيا وعالميا وشكلت متونه الشعرية مادة خصبة للمعالجة والتحليل نجد ان خطابه العتباتي قد ظل اسير الاهمال من جانب هذا الدرس على الرغم من الخصوصية الواضحة التي تحملها هذه العتبات كما ونوعا كما سيتبين ، واما (نزار قباني) فقد طاله الاهمال من جانب النقد متنا وخطاب عتبات . اذ على الرغم من الكم الشعري الهائل الذي خلفه الشاعر ومزاخر به من توظيف عتباتي مثير للانتباه . الا ان الملاحظ ان ردة الفعل النقدية تجاهه لم تكن لترقى الى مستوى ذلك الكم وتلك الخصوصية ، وبناء على ذلك يمكن القول اننا ارتاينا في دراسة الخطاب العتباتي لدى الشاعرين استهداف جملة نقاط نجملها فيما ياتي : ـ 1ـ ان يكون البحث متمما للجهود النادرة السابقة وفاتحة لاعمال اخرى تسهم في سد النقص الفادح الذي توفرت عليه مكتبتنا النقدية في مجال تناول الخطاب العتباتي بعامة . 2ـ المساهمة في الخروج بتصور شامل عن شعر (البياتي) الذي اهتم النقد بمتونه دون الالتفات الى خطابه العتباتي . 3ـ المساهمة في دفع شعرية (نزار قباني) الى دائرة الدرس النقدي الاكاديمي الذي يبدو انه على غير وئام مع شعرية الشاعر لاسباب ربما تتعلق بجوانب مضمونية يترفع الدرس النقدي عن تناولها . 4ـ الخروج برؤية ما عن طبيعة العتبات في الشعر العربي باعتماد مدرستين شعريتين مثلهما شاعران قديران وان كانا على طرفي نقيض اسلوبا ورؤى ومضامين الا ان قراءتهما من منظور عتباتي يوقف القراءة على اوجه شبه كثيرة تجمعهما كما وكيفا كما سيتضح . لقد عرف كل من (نزار قباني وعبد الوهاب البياتي) بسعة الكم لشعري الذي قد لايسلم معه دراسهما من التخبط باختيار عينة دراسته مالم ينضبط بضوابط نقدية اعتمادا على طبيعة المادة المدروسة وعلى هذا الاساس التزمنا في هذا البحث الاتكاء على المجاميع الشعرية بوصفها العينات المركزية التي يمكن ان توفر لنا مهادا تحليليا وخاصة في التصدي لعتبة (الغلاف) التي توجب التعامل مع مجاميع شعرية صغيرة بغية دراسة لوحتها الغلافية، في حين لم نتورع عن الاستعانة بالمجلدات الكاملة الخاصة بالشاعرين متى ما دعت الحاجة الى ذلك وقد خلصنا لدى التشاور مع الاستاذ المشرف الى خطة من فصلين ضما مباحث خمسة افردنا خلالها الفصل الاول لما اسميناه بـ(العتبات البصرية) التي استغرقت مبحثين مطولين نسبيا هما على التوالي : (عتبة الغلاف), و(عتبة اللوحات المصاحبة)، فيما انفرد الفصل الثاني بمعالجة ما اسميناه بـ (العتبات الافتتاحية) التي توزعت على مباحث ثلاثة هي على التوالي : (عتبة الاهداء), و(عتبة التصدير)، و(عتبة المقدمة), وقد اشفعت هذه المباحث اسوة بالمبحثين السابقين في الفصل الاول بنماذج تحليلية توزعها ما يخص العتبة المنظر لها من نتاج الشاعرين بطريقة راعت الجانب الكمي ، والتنوع الكيفي في الاختيار . ختاما اتوجه بالشكر الجزيل الى قسم اللغة العربية في جامعة الموصل رئيسا وهيئة تدريسية كما اتوجه بشكر خاص ملؤه الحب والاكبار الى الدكتور (ابراهيم جنداري) الذي وجدت فيه المشرف الحريص والاب الحاني الذي لم يال جهدا في توجيهي وتشجيعي ومتابعتي في كل ما من شانه خدمة البحث قصد الخروج بافضل ما يمكن . كما اتوجه بالشكر الوافر الى كل من ساهم براي او مشورة او توجيه او ارشاد الى مصدر سواء من الاساتذة او الزملاء الذين غمروني بفضل لا يسعني الا ان اذكره - Abstract: التعارض والترجيح في كتب الخلاف النحوي : الانصاف - التبيين - الائتلاف )) هذا هو عنوان الاطروحة التي جرى اعدادها لدراسة ظاهرة التعارض والترجيح . واشتملت على مقدمة وثلاثة ابواب وخاتمة وثبت بالمصادر والمراجع وثلاثة كشافات : كشاف للايات القرانية ، وكشاف للاحاديث الشريفة ، وكشاف للاشعار العربية . الباب الاول - يتناول تاريخ التعارض والترجيح ونظريتهما ، ويضم فصلين : الاول - يبحث في تاريخ التعارض والترجيح في اطوار الخلاف النحوي الثلاثة : طور تكون الخلاف ونموه ، وطور التنافس بين المذهبين البصري والكوفي ، وطور الترجيح بين المذاهب المختلفة . والثاني - يبحث في نظرية التعارض والترجيح ، ويقف عند محاورها الرئيسة : مدلول التعارض والترجيح ، وحكم قبول المعارضة ، ومجال التعارض والترجيح ، واركان التعارض والترجيح ، وصور تعارض الادلة النحوية والترجيح بينها . والباب الثاني - يتناول التعارض في كتب الخلاف الثلاثة ، ويضم فصلين ايضا : الاول - يبحث في ركني التعارض ، وهما : وجود مسالة اختلف فيها اثنان او اكثر ، وتقابل دليلين او اكثر وتعارضهما . والثاني - يبحث في مجال التعارض ، وهو الادلة النحوية ، وجرى التاكيد فيه على الادلة النحوية المعروفة ( السماع ، القياس ، الاستصحاب ، الاجماع ) ، مع الوقوف عند صور تعارض الادلة بين البصريين والكوفيين ، وموقف النحاة الثلاثة من هذه الادلة . والباب الثالث - يتناول الترجيح في كتب الخلاف الثلاثة ، ويضم ثلاثة فصول : الاول - يبحث في طرائق الترجيح واركانه ، جرى فيه الوقوف طويلا عند اركان الترجيح ، مع نقد دليل الترجيح عند النحاة الثلاثة . والثاني - يبحث في ادلة الترجيح النحوية ، جرى التاكيد فيه على الادلة المعروفة ، ووجوه الاعتراض على ادلة النحاة . والثالث - يبحث في علل الترجيح النحوية ، جرى التاكيد فيه على سمات العلة وشروطها ، ومسالك العلة وانواعها | This study includes three chapters : the first one deals with the history of opposition and preference and their theories . It also contains two sections . The first one studies the history of opposition and preference in the three contradicted syntactic stages which are as follows : the stage of its appearance and growth , the stage of the competition between the kufi and Basri trends , the last stage contains preference among other varied books . The second section deals mainly with the theory of opposition and preference and its basic elements such as : the sense of opposition and preference , the principle of accepting opposition , its positions , its elements and the forms of opposition among contradicted syntactic evidences . The second chapter concerns the incongruity in the three contradicted books and also falls into two sections . The first one stresses on the two opposing elements which are : the question that has also been discussed and opposed by two or more , and the two equalled or contradicted evidences . The second one deals with the conception of opposition including the syntactic evidences . Emphasis has been focused on some famous Syntactic evidences ( the audile , measurement , constancy , unanimity ) with stress on examples of contradicted evidences between the kufi and Basri schools and the attitude of the linguists towards them . The third chapter deals with the preference in the three contradicted books and includes three sections too : The first one is dedicated to study methods and elements of preference which have fully been analyzed with critical points for the evidence of preference itself according to the three Grammarians . The second section deals with the preferable syntactic evidences , with special emphasis on the famous ones and some objections directed to the evidences of the Grammarians . The third one finally studies the syntactic preferable reasons , their kinds and conditions with much consideration

Abstract: بما ان الخليفة هو الذي يقوم بالدور الاكبر في تنظيم امور الحكم ؛ اذ يعمل على تطبيق اوامر الله وشعائره في ظل حكم اسلامي , فقد كان هدفي الاول من هذه الدراسة هو بيان (صورة الخليفة) كمرااها شعراء الاندلس واقعا وتخيلا سواء اكانت الصورة التي رسموها له ايجابية ام سلبية من حيث كون الشعراء بشرا تتحكم فيهم اهواؤهم الشخصية مع ثبات مفهوم الخليفة في الفكر السياسي الاسلامي في الوقت نفسه . وقد اقتضت خطة الدراسة ان تكون في ثلاثة فصول يسبقها تمهيد وتتلوها خاتمة ، اما التمهيد الذي يعد مفتاحا لموضوعها فقد قسمناه على قسمين تناولنا في القسم الاول منه الخليفة لغة , وتناولنا في القسم الثاني الخليفة اصطلاحا على وفق محورين تضمن الاول الخليفة في الفقه الاسلامي , واما الثاني فقد تناولنا فيه مصطلح الخليفة كما فهمه شعراء الاندلس ، ومن ثمة فقد تعددت مرادفات المصطلح كما سيتضح . ثم جاءت فصول الرسالة , فكان الفصل الاول في دراسة (الصورة المعنوية) , وتضمن اربعة مباحث : كان الاول في (الصورة الحربية) وقد قدمناها على بقية الصور ؛ لغزارة الكم الشعري الذي عثرنا عليه في مصادر الشعر الاندلسي , وقد تمثلت هذه الصورة في فن ادارة المعارك ووقائعها , اما المبحث الثاني فقد كان في (الصورة الاجتماعية) ، وشمل مكارم اخلاق الخليفة وعلاقته بالرعية ، واما المبحث الثالث فتناول (الصورة السياسية) التي تركزت في بيان نظام الحكم والسياسة الادارية والاصلاحات ، واما المبحث الرابع فكان بعنوان (الصورة الدينية) المتمثلة بالمعاني الاسلامية ومفاهيم العقيدة السمحاء التي حملها الخليفة وتمثل بها . اما الفصل الثاني فكان في دراسة (الصورة المادية) , وجاء في ثلاثة مباحث : الاول في بيان (هياة الخليفة) كمراسمها له شعراء الاندلس ، واما المبحث الثاني فقد كان في (الصورة الشخصية) من حيث ما تكلم عليه الشعراء من صفات الخليفة من مثل الثقافة الخاصة والحاجات الشخصية. وكان المبحث الثالث في الحديث عن (الصورة العمرانية) بمعنى ما اشار اليه الشعراء من مظاهر التقدم العمراني انذاك مما يعد من منجزات الخليفة .وقد اتبعنا في ترتيب مباحث هذا الفصل التسلسل المنطقي في وصف شخصية الخليفة من حيث الهياة والصفات وانتقالا الى ما احدثه من اعجاز عمراني . ثم جاء الفصل الثالث ليظهر (الصورة السلبية) للخليفة والمتمثلة بذكر الخلافات التي حدثت بين قادة الاندلس فضلا عما اشار اليه الشعراء من ابتعاد عدد منهم , والابتعاد عن منهج الاسلام والاخلاق الاسلامية النبيلة . | The aim of this study is to show the (caliph image) as seen by Andalusia poets as a reality and imagination, whether that image was positive or negative because the poets are humans, who are dominated by their personal passions and with the solidity of the caliph concept in the Islamic thought at the same time. The subject of the study required that this thesis consists of a preface and three chapters.The preface was divided into two parts; the first one tackled the caliph linguistically, while the second part dealt with the caliph terminologically on the basis of two axes. The first axis dealt with the caliph from the Islamic Fiqh point of view, and the second tackled the term of the caliph as realized by the poets of Andalusia.Chapter one studied the moral image and consisted of four sections. The first section tackled the was image of the caliph. But, section two dealth with the social image, the third one tackled the political image and section four dealt with the religious image of the caliph.Chapter two examined the material image and included three sections. Section one manifested the shape of the caliph, the second section tackled the personal image and the third section dealt with the urban and architectural form.Chapter three manifested the negative, image of the caliph and presenting the image of other caliphs other that Andalusia caliphs. Finally, it was shown - after scrutinizing and studying the concept of. the caliph linguistically and terminologically in the Islamic Fiqh and for the poets of Andalusia considering them as the persons who express the society and the environment. So we can see many words, which are synonyms to the word "caliph" and indicating the caliphate as an Islamic concept including : " the prince of believers, the prince of Muslims, the Imam, the king and the Sultan.The research also revealed the attention of the poets to the military role of caliphs through the grand battles that they lead against their enemies such as the battle oiZallaqah, AlArk and Wadl Sulaii battles. Those poets portrayed the positive and good characteristics of the caliphs including high manners. But, the poets also manifested the negative social images of the caliphs if he does anything wrong and that reflects their - the poets - commitment to Islam mentioning their kings and women in the image of the caliph and they employ the nature of Andalusia nature to portray traits and events

This is what led to illusion of the one identity through ideology that coming from different environments as the ideal solution in the way of the modern state and society in general. It relates with the common aspects with the vocabularies in this induction which is called "Grammar" whereas the title of my study is Patterns of the Arabic Sentence Al ansariyah in the Diwan of the poet " Ibn Abi Husseina". The reason behind choosing this subject is to be the first time of searching in this field and it is updated topic to be searched. The second reason is that the poet is considered one of the great and imaginative poets in Arabic where the search in his field is quite unique. These two reasons make it worthy that the topic to be searched. The Construction of the sentence is taken into consideration according to the divisions of the Arabic grammarians, basically the noun phrase and the verb phrase not linguistically as a subject or a predicate. The study includes three chapters and an introduction and a conclusion. The introduction has a biography of the poet and his main works and the basic purposes that he talks about. The structure of the sentence between the language and the idioms and its definitions in the contemporary Arab poets. The first chapter involves the absolutenoun phrase and its components : the subject in the first section whereas the second section studies the predicate. The definite subject is used more than the definite one. 7. Abstract: The current thesis is concerned over studying the eloquent methods in the Opera, theatric accomplishment , and prose theatre since there have been theses preceded my own , dealt with the same subject " the study of the poet " Mohammed Ali Al - Khafaji" as being directed by my . Drs. ( Sahira Adnan and Nuaas Mohammed Ali) to study the Opera theatre since this subject has not been largely studied or dealt with ; beside, the poet's production was in two methods : the first the Opera theatre ( Sinmar ) and the other one is Opera of " Kawa Al - Hidad" . The department 's policy has suggested and the committee of seminar to add the prose production represented in " AHADIHIM YUSLIM AL - QUDIS HATHIHI AL - LAYLA" and AL - DEEK AL - NASHEET" , besides , the play of Al - Hussein " AL - HUSSEIN WAQIF FI YASARI" . The latter is a prose - Poetry drama for being not previously studied ; the poet was vary in literary types in his writings, therefore , we have not left the poetic theatre in this study owing to the texts ' authority , especially Opera . This interference contributed into enriching the texts eloquently, especially in the two sides composition and indication . The supervisor's selection lied in selecting the study eloquently since there are little of such studies dealing with the Opera , theatric and prose accomplishment in the eloquent books .In respect to obstacles of research , concerning with the collection of achievements of the poet that have helped us to get some of which , including , Dr. Nuaas Mohammed Ali Al - Khafaji and the other I have been unable to get for the non - availability of texts even in the house of the poet. These texts are ( The play of Adraka Sharzad Al - Sabah, Opera : When dancers get tired" . Dr. Nuaas who is the son of the poet has told me that ' Al - Khafaji" has lost the texts that he owns and he was determining to re - write them , but the fate was preceded him by his death before he accomplished his project. The drama of " AL - DEEK AL - NASHEET" has been found in Al - Aqlam magazine . The thesis includes three chapters , introduction, preface and conclusion. In the preface , I have dealt with three branches , the first one is about Opera , the second is about drama in the context and poetic theatre , including child theatre and the interference of different literary types and the last one is about the texts of the poet. The chapter one has referred to researches in the science of meanings that being divided into three researches , the first one has been about the composition methods ( order , question, calling and negative ) ,where I have indicated the importance of existing such methods inside the theatric texts in composing the sentence , along with its dominance in the text, the 2nd research has been about the composition and indicating about the importance of the sentence - and its composition , the third research has been about Khabar and its types . Abstract: This study addresses the Poetry Lameea Abbas Omarah, a semantic study. It consists of an introduction and three chapters. Each one of these chapters, as well as the introduction, has shed light on a certain aspect of the semantic study, according to the what follows. The introduction tackled quotations of the poet’s life and the most significant studies made about her poetry. The first chapter (The Phonological and Morphological Semantic Significance) included two sections where the first discusses the phonological issues within two subsections. The study of morphological forms is basically considered in understanding of the linguistic sciences, and understanding the language from its structures, rhetorical and analyses. So the morphological study is difficult. Morphology has not been the focus of researchers as the syntax has been. Arabic library is rich in lexical dictionaries that have given much focus on the explanations of meaning of vocabularies and their linguistic meaning. However, there is shortage in the studies of morphological forms of Arabic words. This shortage has been a motive for me to study The Morphological Forms in the Poetry of Muhammad Ridha Al - Shibibi. Moreover, the researcher is highly interested in morphology. The poetry of Muhammad Ridha Al - Shibibi has been chosen for its simple words, coherent wording and structures and the absence of odd words. No morphological study has dealt with his poetry. Below is a review of the studies that have dealt with the poetry of Al - Shibibi.B• Al_ Shibibi as a poet : a thesis by Qusei Salim Alwan, 1971 consisting of four chapters and talking about Al - Shibibi, his age, his culture, his poetical words and his status in Iraqi modern Poetry.* Muhammad Ridha Al - Shibibi and his intellectual and political role until 1932 : a thesis by Ali Abd Shnawa 1992 consisting of three chapters and talking about his early life and the beginning of his fame before WWI; and talking about his intellectual and political activities from WWI until the end of the Iraqi 20th Revolution; and his intellectual and political activities during British mandate. • Muhammad Ridha Al - Shibibi and his intellectual and political role until 1958 : a dissertation by Ali Abd Shnawa 1997; talking about Al - Shibibi’s role after British mandate. The above mention studies have not dealt with the morphological aspects of Al - Shibibi’s poetry. The current study aims to contribute to Arabic etymology and to explain the role of Iraqi literature in the development of Arabic language by adding a new knowledge to Arabic library.C The collection of materials used in this study has been based on two essential sources : linguistic references such as ALKITAB by Sibawayh and AL MUQTADAB by Al - Mubarrad; and poetic books by Al_ Shibibi. The current study consists of introduction, preface, three chapters, conclusion, contents, and references.• Introduction : _ it includes the problem, aims, significance of the study and the limits. • Preface : _ it includes the life of the poet, his ancestry; and his status among poets. In addition, it includes the semantics.• Chapter one : _it includes two sections : • The first section : _ deals with the morphological forms of the Arabic three - letter verb and that which is added by one , two or three letters. • The second section : _ deals with morphological forms for the Arabic four - letter verb and that which is added by fifth and sixth. • Chapter two : _ it deals with morphological forms of the derivations (active participle, passive participle, pseudo adjective, intensive active participle. It also deals with the morphological forms of other derivations such as diminutive noun and relational adjective or adjectivized noun. D• Chapter three : _ it deals with the morphological forms of the plurals and the abstract nouns. It includes the plural : masculine and feminine, broken plural : fewness and abundance, collective Noun, plural generic noun and singular generic noun,direct nounabstract noun , noun derived on the pattern Maf’al, noun of manner, noun of instance and artificial abstract noun. • Conclusion : it includes the results that the researcher has got in this study.Finally : this study is a humble work and a simple effort added to the human knowledge. Abstract: Praise To Allah ,Lord of People , and Peace upon our Messenger , His Family and His colleagues.After completing the requirements of Master Degree by putting down the research that concerned over the explanation of side of the language sides for two reasons : it is an explanation by one of Arabic outstanding figures who is " AlA'LAM ALSHINTMARI" died in 476AH and the other reason lies in his explanation and interpretation of one of the pre - Islamic poets who was " ZUHER BIN ABI SULMA" whose poetry is characterized with humanity and sociality. I have suggested that the study of interpretation to be a linguistic one for searching for linguistic sides in the language and on four sides which are ( Phonetics ,Grammar , pronunciation , denotation). Thus , this enable me to review references and to develop the linguistic developments , but Dr. " Ali Jasim" has suggested to change the title to be as that mentioned above. Hence , the research has include three chapters , preceded by an introduction and preface and ended with most important results. The preface includes a summary about the life of the explainer as to balance explanations of Zuher's poetry for showing the significances of explanation. The chapter one has exposed the methodology of the explainer in his explanations , together with most outstanding aspects. The chapter two assigned for linguistic study with its fourth levels ; this chapter is considered a large and extended one . The chapter three has dealt with the external context in directing the meaning. The significance of this chapter lies in "Al A'LAM's concerns over directing the meaning and explaining the difficult conditions away from the scholars ' disputes and their linguistic details that do not serve the text. The research includes a set of results followed by references .It is worthy to be mentioning to the disparity of a number of evidences from one subject to another ;it is a disparity that being imposed by the nature of explanation and the text of the explainer. It is mostly required to mention evidences and examples. , thus I have faced in some definite positions , diversity. The reasons behind that are related to its rarity in explanation. This rarity has not been formed a large aspect , but it should be mentioned when analyzing the text and methodology of the explainer or through following up the text linguistically. The research does not empty of difficulties, top of which abbreviations in phrases. He himself pointed out to me its seriousness as being a qualified subject to study due it represented a phenomenon in the Arabic literature either it has what it has or what has not. This study is composed of an introduction and three chapters and epilogue, with resources and references list. So, the first chapter is particularly dealt with the poet's life study by the older and modern scholars in three researches. The first Research contained his life in Morocco and Egypt and his rule period in it, and what has been said about all. And The third research is really specialised to study what has been said about his culture, religion, poetry book and his passing away. The second chapter is entirely concerned of studying what has been said about his poetry in older and modern times. It consists of two researches, the first research is composed of what has been said on his poetry in older times, while the second research on what said about his poetry in modern times, presenting the various opinions on all that. On the third chapter the researcher is completely concerned on the older and modern scholars tendencies in the poet study and giving valuation on his literature production negatively or positively. And the second research is dealt with the modern scholar tendencies in his poetry study, and choosing in this chapter to use the term ( tendencies) instead of ( methods). As most scholars who studied Tameem , really did not apply the method tools to describe this method as ensured one with its own regulations and origin, using the term( tendencies) are more comprehensible according to our point of view for such kind of studies. Finally, we ended it up with an epilogue in which we summarised all the important dimensions of our thesis. And the most distinguished results which have been seen and finalised the thesis with the resources and references list which has been varied between the older and modern literature studies and historical studies concerned on Tamim poetry sides, adding to the published researches in the Arabic and local bulletins. Abstract: The Narrative Construction in Sa'ad's Mohammed Reheam NovelsThe novel is considered the era epic due to its great significance within all topics it deals with when the writer skilled his work and was able to run his instruments in addition to his simplicity in presenting the case that he indirectly wanted to tackle. Accordingly, the current study got benefit from the modern superfluity method in studying one of the most prominent literary Iraqi men; he is the novelist Sa'ad Mohammed Reheam who characterized by a variety literary product of story, novel, intellectual, economic and literary studies, and journalistic articles. Our interest, in the current study is limited to his narrative product since his story product has already been studied in a master thesis.The study contained a preface and four chapters. Within the preface, the researcher dealt with the narration concept and the narrative construction. Then, the study talked about this concept from the Arabic and Western critical perspective and later a brief about the novelist's life, works, rewards, and his novel translation.First chapter is devoted to the narrative temporal. Second chapter discussed the narrative spatial which is regarded one of the most important base in the novel. third chapter mentions the most important element in the novel, that is the characters. fourth chapter is devoted to the narrator and the addressee (narrated to). The study was ended with a conclusion which contained the most significant results and a list of references and bibliographies that depended on in the current study.

Abstract: شغلت معاني القران الكريم اذهان المسلمين منذ نزول اياته الاولى ، واهتموا بمقاصده ايما اهتمام ، فراحوا يطلبون تفسيره والوقوف على معانيه ومراده ، فكان من بين المظاهر التي برزت عندهم في تفسير القران هي طلب دلالاته في ضوء كلام العرب شعره ونثره ، وشواهد الاحداث - التي لا تخفى على المتتبع - تشير الى توجيه بعض الصحابة للناس ان يطلبوا ما اشكل عليهم من القران في كلام العرب ؛ فانه نزل بلغتهم . غير ان الملفت للنظر ان تلحظ ظاهرة جديرة بالاهتمام تقوم على فهم تراكيب النص القراني ودلالاته وفقا لما قرئ به من القراءات القرانية ، وتوجيه اياته توجيها نحويا استنادا الى تلك القراءات ، او ان يستدل على ذلك الفهم ويستشهد له ويؤيد بالقراءة .تلك الظاهرة اثارت انتباه استاذي المشرف فعرضها علينا - طلبة الدكتوراه - في سنتنا التحضيرية ، وظلت تختلج في عقلي حتى سجلناها موضوعا للبحث بعنوان ( القراءة القرانية والاستدلال بها على تحليل النص القراني نحويا ) . ولم يكن هدف دراستي استقصاء الظاهرة في جميع مظانها ؛ لان ذلك مما لا يسمح به الوقت ، كما انه يحتاج الى مجموعة دراسات مستقلة ، وانما كان الهدف الذي اصبو اليه هو وضع اليد عليها ، وابرازها للقارئ الكريم ، والاجابة - بعد ذلك - عن سؤالين اثنين مهمين - فيما اعتقد - هما : اين ؟ ، ولماذا ؟ . اين وردت مصاديق ظاهرة الاستدلال بالقراءة في تحليل النصوص القرانية ؟ ، ولماذا جاء هذا الاستدلال في هذا الموضع . وهذا ما حاول البحث دراسته في منهج وصفي تحليلي تعليلي ، يصف الاستدلال النحوي بالقراءة ، ثم يحاول تحليل هذا الاستدلال ليصل الى العلة التي تقف وراءه فتبرز بذلك اهميته . توصل الباحث الى بعض النتائج كان اهمها بروز هذه الظاهرة بشكل واضح وجلي في المؤلفات التي اهتمت بتفسير القران الكريم وبيان معانيه , وقد لجا اليها اصحاب هذه المؤلفات حينما تعارض النص القراني مع القاعدة النحوية ، فحاولوا الافادة من القراءة في ايجاد توافق بين تركيب الايات وما ثبت من قواعد النحو | The meanings of the Quran have preoccupied the minds of Muslims since the beginning of its first signs, and they were interested in its purposes with great interest, so they asked for its interpretation and to stand on its meaning and its will. Among the manifestations that emerged in the interpretation of the Quran is the request of its meanings in the light of the words of the Arabs poetry and prose, On the follower - refers to the guidance of some companions to people to ask what they eat from the Koran in the words of the Arabs; it came down in their language.However, it is remarkable to note a noteworthy phenomenon based on an understanding of the structure of the Qur'anic text and its implications according to what was read from the Qur'anic readings, and that its references are directed in a logical way based on those readings.This phenomenon aroused the attention of my supervisor, and presented it to us - doctoral students - in our preparatory year, and it continued in my mind until we recorded a subject for the research entitled (Quranic reading and interpretation of the textual analysis of the Koran).The objective of my studies was not to investigate the phenomenon in all its manifestations; because it is not allowed for time. It also requires a series of independent studies, but my goal was to put it to the reader and to answer two important questions. - I think - are : where? , And why? . Where did Madaiq received the phenomenon of reading in the analysis of Quranic texts? , And why this reasoning came in this place. This is what the study attempted to study in a descriptive analytical approach, which describes the grammatical reasoning of reading, and then tries to analyze this reasoning to reach the cause behind it, thereby sacrificing its importance.The researcher found some results, the most important of which was the emergence of this phenomenon in a clear and evident way in the literature that dealt with the interpretation of the Holy Quran and its meaning.
