Abstract: The poet Zahir Al - Jeizani is one of the seventy s generation poets that seeks for the renewal and contrary the form and content of the modern poem.He started with the vertical poem as a traditional exercise , after that he wrote the rhyme poemaffected by the pioneers liveliness.Then he wrote the prose poem. The headline of my research “ Stylistic Phenomena in Zahir Al Jeizani Poetry “ that suggested by my teacher Dr Jassim Husein sultan Al - Khalidi. I found it as a worthy , because it is one of the subjects that didn’t teach on the higher studies level. In addition to that , my desire to study the modern Iraqi literature that represents the natural resource for our literary legacy for different ages and the cultural and critical poetry that Al - Jeizani has , was another motive in studying this poet according to the stylistic manner and the fewness of the modern stylistic studies of the seventy s generation and be limited to artistic and analytic studies. The importance of this study is the concentrate of the stylistic phenomena that distinguish Al - Jeizani poetry and how it connected with him and psychological affect on him. The first chapter is about the phonetic level (rhythm structures )and it is divided in to three topics , the first topic included the frequency studying as an artistic expressional need in the poetic text.The poet made it as a style in many contexts such as words, verbs , letters ,sounds and punctuation marks frequency. The second topic is about the revolving phenomenon as one of the modern poem requirements and its psychological and emotional on the poetic text. The third topic is about variety of the rhythm and types of the rhyme according to the mental requirements and modernism in the modern poem structure. The second chapter is about the level structural and included the stylistic structural phenomena in the poet language. It divided in to three topics , the first one is about the question and calling phenomena as a stylistic request that covers his poetry and helps to motivate the poetic meanings.the second included the verbs tenses far from the obligated tense and how the poet gave it new standards by changing the tenses to make the poem as pulsing or living tissue The third topic included different stylistic patterns that came in his poetry like the pronouns structures and the advancing and retardation that came as a stylistic variety.The third chapter was specialized for the reference level. the first topic deals with the meaning glide with the presenting of the metaphor manner according to the poetry mode. The second chapter is about the colours by describing them as stylistic phenomenon that contribute with the richness of the poetry mode. The third one is about the accord phenomenon by describing as a n artistic and cultural phenomenon in the modern Iraqi poetry and its historic , koranic and literary usage.

Abstract: This study tackles the theme of the Poetics of the Narration in the Novels Hamid Al - Shabeeb. The study is subdivided into a Preface and three chapters. In the preface we studied the concept of poetics in narration and its meaning. Chapter One studies the levels of the peoticlangauein the novels of Hamid Al - Shabeeb tackling in the first inquiry the ideological level, in the second inquiry we studied the expression in the third inquiry we tackled the psychological level, the fourth inquiry we studied the narrative space. In Chapter Two we traced the poetics of time in three inquiries : the first is about the narrative of time, in the second inquiry we study the level of the duration (duration). The third inquiry is about the level of recurrence. The third inquiry follows the poetics of the place in the first inquiry includes the dimension of time and its types. He narrative place comes in the second inquiry.We included in the Conclusion the most important findings of the study : 1 - The concept of poetic language is the most accepted in the poetic language, because poetic language is more expressive and better in status. In addition to that it beaches the rules ofthe ordinary language. It also displaces it and reconstructs it again in new structural order. Poetic language composes the non - compassable.2 - Time includes recalling and foreseeing. Recalling is the process of remembering the incidents from the past and calling them to the represent time by the similar to these events. The foreseeing means anticipating the future. Maybe this is related to dreams sprang from optimism and excitement.3 - For the place and its importance as far as the novel is concerned. Place includes the closed space and the open space. There is also the realistic place and the imaginary place in the novel. In the end of the dissertation were listed a list of the references and resources and an abstract in English.

Abstract: The present study entitled (linguistic context in Asas al balagha and its impact on semantic diversity) The importance of this topic lies in its effect on leading the meaning, some words still ambiguous in its meaning, unless used in its context. The third and last chapter entitled (linguistic context and change semantic), the first topic is (linguistic context and semantic customization) the second one is (linguistic context and semantic generalization), and the third one is (linguistic context and semantic transition).And eventually I reached several conclusions, I recall them as follows : • Our ancient scholars realized that the concept of the context and its important function which consist of specifying the meanings of the words, it becomes a linguistic theory proposed by the British linguist (John Robert Firth) who improved it in order to become a comprehensive theory including integrated aspects of the theory influenced by many others. • The evidence has major importance in the linguistic context, they contribute to determine the meaning of the word, they also because it works to specifying the meaning of the word, also it has the main importance in achieving the connection between parts of structure.• The opinions of modern linguists differ with ancients linguists in synonymous. The Modern sees that there is no completely synonymous among words and the meaning of synonymous is semantic convergence. • A linguistic context has its effect in specifying the meaning of co - verbal vocalizations, And words of opposites is the one who sets us one meaning in every sentence.

Abstract: The research studies the phenomena of standardization tafasuh (Over correctness) taking Al - hamza as a model for it. It was based on the few examples based on the odd examples from Arabic sources, with an attempt by the Arabic language scholars to stop the expansion of these instances, as the state of standardization to come out of it either asking for the origins or for imitation, or for exaggeration. All that was a simulation to search in their emergence, commonality and their reasons and functions as well as the aspects of strength which enable its examples to enter into books arable sources. Also, the study tries to search in the Arabic traces whether sportively or negatively. Form the results of the study the phenomenon is deep rooted in Arabic and its not one of the characteristics its self. The emergence of phenomenon and the secret of its strength and survival were because of its relation to motivations of the articulator and their ends in the first degree. The researches refer to that the process of substitute in an involuntary and may be also voluntary. It divides the apparent examples about the patterns into rejected and other accepted, and applying some of the proof of its existence because of the flexibility of its laws not through proof. The research showed that standardization has contributed to the increase of the articulate wealth of it. The recommendation of the study is to teach the phenomena of the concerned to evade the negative results.

Abstract: This study is an attempt to investigate; the originality of the voiced Arabic articulation in the writings of the orientalists, linguist and nonlinguists. The study reveals their opinions and assesses the phonetic theory of the ancient Arab scholars. It aims at the finding out the scattered works in one unified study to fill the gap in the Arabic phonetic system. The study is divided into four chapters after an introduction and a preface. In the Preface, the general meaning of orientalism, its beginning, objectives, and the methods applied in the study of Arabic phonetics. Chapter One tackles the early writings of linguistics of orientalists, and the sources of the linguistic orientalism in which I displayed the most important writings of the orientalism (dialicism), syntactical and inflectional and the comparative linguistics. The chapter also studies the most important phonetic entries which orientalists tackled. Chapter Two studies in two inquiries the definition of the sound and the manner of articulation. The first inquiry studies the mechanism of articulation and the organs involved in sound production. The second inquiry studies the sound outputs, their number for the ancient and modernists scholars. Chapter Three includes the features of Arabic sources in the studies of the orientalists, and the basis on which they depended in the categorization in the light of modern phonetics. Chapter Four is devoted to the study of the Arabic vowels in the orientalists studies, in which the concept of vowel and the reasons of preferring the vowels for some of the concepts used by the Arab scholars used and followed by the orientalists to express the vowels. The research tackled the various phonetics like the concept of accents) diacritical marks), the number of vowels and their articulation. The Chapter also includes the subsidiary emphatic pronunciation. The dissertation a concluded the most important finding of the study, suggestions and names of the prominent orientalists whose names were mentioned.
