The significance of differences in cultural competence depending on the variables of sex and length of service with the tour Counselors.3. degree of cultural awareness among the Counselors.4. significance of differences in cultural awareness according to the variables of the sex and length of service with the Counselors.5. degree of self - efficacy among the Counselors.6. significant differences in self - efficacy variables depending on the sex and length of service with the Counselors.7. relationship between self - efficacy on the one hand and cultural competence and cultural awareness on the other hand the counselors.8. To determine the contribution of each of cultural competence variables and fields and cultural awareness and fields and the type and length of service in the effectiveness of the counselors.To this end, he built a researcher Standart sufficiently cultural and cultural awareness depending on the model (Campinha) in cultural competence, which sees it : a continuous process, which strives to provide care and services on an ongoing basis to achieve the ability to work effectively within the cultural context of the client through (individuals, family and society ). Adopted researcher Scale (Alrchibey 2013) to measure self - efficacy, and check researcher of the discriminatory power of the Items of the three standards and transactions sincerity, application of the three metrics on (200) Counselors and an educational Counselors were chosen style class random, and check researcher of the sincerity of the three metrics indicators are virtual honesty, and Believe construction, and global honesty and check researcher of the stability of the three metrics using Alpha Cronbach equation, applied three metrics on the sample basic research, amounting to (249) Counselors and an educational Counselors were chosen random according to the variables of the type and length of service, and analyzed the data using statistical of Social Sciences Spss and the results showed the following : I. characterized by mentors and Counselors s cultural sufficiency and cultural awareness and self - efficacy.Second there is a trace of the type in cultural competence and in favor of males and there is no trace of the length of service and bilateral interactions in cultural competence and there is no trace of cultural awareness among the variables of type and length of service and the interaction between them and there is a trace of the service in self - efficacy and there is no effect between type variable and including interaction with Counselors.III contributes to both the cultural awareness and type in predicting the effectiveness of self, while not sufficiently contribute to the cultural and length of service in the prediction effectively self.The researcher several recommendations including the need to promote and develop the cultural awareness of the Counselors because it is one of the positive aspects of the job indicative of their role in a multicultural society.As a complement to research researcher suggested for subsequent studies such as the Counselors and academic specialization and variables Current search and compare the results of the results of the current study.
