هدف البحث الحالي الى تعرف الفروق بين الطلبة المبدعين وغير المبدعين في المرحلة الاعدادية في الوعي الابداعي ودافعية الابتكار والمرونة المعرفية استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (دراسات المقارنة السببية) , اشتمل البحث على عينة مكونة من (3000) من المرحلة الاعدادية | The goal of current research to know the differences between the creators of students and non - innovators in middle school in the creative awareness and motivation of innovation and cognitive flexibility researcher used the descriptive approach (comparative studies of causation), included research on a sample of (3000) from the middle school in the city of Baquba Center, were chosen the way random stratified, and after the application of test innovation for (Mr. Khairallah 0.1977) were diagnosed (557) creative and non - creative reality (269) students creative and (288) students is creative, Brown researcher measure of awareness of the creative according to the model (Bruch, 1988 ) and a measure of motivation in accordance with the model innovation (Amabile, 1983) and tested according to the theory of cognitive flexibility (Spiro 1988) and extracted researcher standard features (Alsekoumtrah) tools. The researcher used for one sample One Sample t.test and analysis of variance triple Three Way ANOVA and Scheffe test comparisons posteriori. The results showed, and no statistically significant difference between the average and average students creators theoretical variables creative awareness and motivation of innovation and flexibility of knowledge for the benefit of the arithmetic average of the students. The results also showed no statistically significant differences between the average student is creative and average theoretical variables creative awareness and motivation of innovation and flexibility of knowledge for the benefit of the arithmetic average of the students The results showed a statistically significant difference in the creative awareness and cognitive flexibility between the creators and innovators of students, in the interests of creators students, while statistically significant difference does not appear between the creators and innovators in the motivation of innovation, with regard to sex, the results showed no statistically significant in the motivation of innovation and flexibility differences knowledge for the benefit of the male, while the difference in the creative awareness in favor of females, and the results showed in regard to the course of study the lack of statistically significant differences in the creative awareness and cognitive flexibility among students of science and students of specialization of specialization literary, while there was a statistically significant difference between them in the motivation of innovation In the interest of scientific specialization. , And the researcher had recommended some recommendations that may work on improving the situation of education and contribute to the increase of students to produce more creative solutions and increase the development of society, including 1 - the development of programs and training courses for teachers of middle school, to show awareness of the importance of public knowledge, especially in the production of new ideas and dazzling operations at the middle school students and creative awareness 2 - Give the opportunity for students to produce their ideas and not to put restrictions or conditions that work to narrow their thoughts space and identified a particular field.3 - Teachers in junior high school work to make the tasks assigned to students tasks and make them enjoy the challenge of the knowledge of their ability.
