Abstract: هدف البحث الحالي الى تعرف اثر برنامج تدريبي قائم على المهارات الرياضية المتضمنة في الاختبارات الدولية (TIMSS) في تحصيل طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة وتقديرهم للقيمة العلمية للرياضيات. تم اختيار عينة البحث من طلبة الصف الثاني المتوسط في المدارس الثانوية في بغداد، موزعين بطريقة عشوائية، اذ اختيرت مدرستان ثانوية الايلاف للبنات وثانوية السلام للبنين في كل منهما شعبتين (ا، ب)، بلغ عدد طلاب المجموعة التجريبية للبنين (18) وعدد طلاب المجموعة الضابطة للبنين (16) كما بلغ عدد طالبات المجموعة التجريبية للبنات (16) طالبة وعدد طلاب المجموعة الضابطة للبنات (15) طالبة. وتم التحقق من تكافؤ المجموعتين بالمتغيرات (العمر الزمني بالاشهر، درجة الذكاء، التحصيل السابق في مادة الرياضيات، اختبار تقدير القيمة العلمية، اختبار المعلومات السابقة)، وباستخدام اختبار (مان وتني) للعينات المتوسطة (U) ظهرت مجموعتي البحث متكافئتان في هذه المتغيرات. وقد تم اعداد مستلزمات البحث الاتية : 1. البرنامج التدريبي : تم بناء البرنامج تدريبي والاخذ بالخطوات او المراحل الثلاث (التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم) وتم الاستعانة بدراسات سابقة واعداد مخططا يوضح كل مرحلة من المراحل المذكورة، والاسس التي اعتمدت عليها. 2. اداتا البحث : - الاختبار التحصيلي : تم بناء اختبار تحصيلي توليفي من نوعين من الاختبارات هما الاختبارات الموضوعية والمقاليه، وتم التحقق من صدق المحتوى للاختبار التحصيلي، بلغ معامل الثبات (0.793) وهو معامل ثبات جيد للاختبارات الصفية. - مقياس تقدير القيمة العلمية للرياضيات : تكون المقياس من (45) فقرة اختباريه، وتم اعتماد نوعين من الصدق هما، الصدق الظاهري، وتم التاكد منه بعرضه على المحكمين، وصدق البناء، وتم احتساب معامل التمييز لكل فقرة من فقرات المقياس باعتماد المعادلة الخاصة بها، وتم احتساب الثبات بطريقة (اعادة الاختبار) فبلغ (0.84) وهو مقبول معنويا.وبعد تطبيق الاختبار التحصيلي ومعالجة النتائج احصائيا باستعمال اختبار (مان وتني) للعينات المتوسطة لحساب دلالة الفرق بين متوسطي المجموعتين في متغير الاختبار التحصيلي للرياضيات للطلاب والطالبات، اظهرت النتائج ان قيمة (مان وتني) (U) المحسوبة (صفر) وهي اصغر من القيمة الجدولية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) مما يعني ان هذا الفرق دال احصائيا لصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي درست على وفق برنامج التدريبي القائم على المهارات الرياضية المتضمنة في الاختبارات الدولية(TIMSS).كذلك اظهرت النتائج ان هناك فرقا دالا احصائيا في متغير تقدير القيمة العلمية للرياضيات للطلاب والطالبات لصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي درست على وفق برنامج تدريبي قائم على المهارات الرياضية المتضمنة في الاختبارات الدولية(TIMSS).وفي ضوء النتائج التي اسفر عنها البحث تم التوصل الى الاستنتاجات الاتية : 1. ملائمة البرنامج القائم على المهارات الرياضية في الاختبارات الدولية ((TIMSS مع موضوعات مادة الرياضيات التي تدرس في خلال التجربة لطلبة المرحلة المتوسطة.2. فاعلية البرنامج القائم على المهارات الرياضية المتضمنة في الاختبارات الدولية ((TIMSS في التحصيل وتقدير القيمة العلمية للرياضيات لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة قياسا بالطريقة الاعتيادية، وهو هدف مهم تنادي به جميع المؤتمرات والادبيات التربوية الحديثة.3. اسهم البرنامج القائم على المهارات الرياضية المتضمنة في الاختبارات الدولية ((TIMSS في تشجيع الطلبة على حرية الراي والاستكشاف، وطرح التساؤلات واثارتهم ومشاركتهم الايجابية في خلال الدرس على وجه الخصوص، وهذا ما شعرت به الباحثة خلال تطبيق التجربة. | The goal of current research to know the effect based on mathematical skills in international training program tests (TIMSS) in the collection of middle school students and their appreciation of the scientific value of mathematics.Was selected Find a community of second grade average of students in secondary schools in Baghdad, distributors randomly, as chosen secondary two schools in each of two divisions (A, B), the number of the experimental group students for Boys (18) and the number of the control group for Boys students (16) the number of students in the experimental group for girls reached 16 and the number of student control group students for Girls (15) student.Were verified equality of the two variables (chronological age in months, the degree of intelligence, previous achievement in mathematics, test estimation scientific value, test the previous information), and using the test (Mann Whitney) medium samples (U) appeared two sets of search are equivalent in these variables. Search has been prepared following requirements : 1. The training program : The training program is taking steps to build or three phases (planning, implementation, and evaluation) was used previous studies and prepare a blueprint illustrates each stage in question, and the grounds relied upon.2. Tools Search : - Achievement test : The building achievement test synthesis of two types of tests are objective tests and paragraphs essay, were verified the veracity of content of the test grades, amounted reliability coefficient (0.793) which is good for the stability tests classroom labs. - Scale estimate the scientific value of mathematics : The scale of the (45) test paragraph, was adopted two types of honesty are, Virtual honesty, and to make sure of it by submitting it to the arbitrators, and the sincerity of construction, was discrimination coefficient is calculated for each paragraph of the scale adoption of its own equation, was Stability in a manner calculated (retest) reached (0.84) and is morally acceptable. After achievement test application and processing the results statistically using the test (Mann Whitney) medium samples to calculate the significant difference between the averages of the two groups in achievement test for math for students variable, the results showed that the value of (Mann Whitney) (U) calculated (zero) which is smaller than the tabular value when the level of significance (0.05), which means that this D. difference statistically in favor of the experimental group studied according based on mathematical skills are included in the training program of international tests (TIMSS).The results also showed that there is a difference statistically significant variable in estimating the scientific value of mathematics for students in favor of the experimental group that studied according to mathematical skills based on international tests included in the training program (TIMSS).In the light of the results of the search was reached the following conclusions : 1. appropriateness of the program based on mathematical skills in international tests ((TIMSS mathematics with subjects that are taught through experience in middle school students.2. the effectiveness of the program based on mathematical skills in international tests ((TIMSS in the collection and appreciation of the scientific value of mathematics at the middle school students compared to the usual way, an important objective advocated by all the conferences and educational literature and modern.3. based on mathematical skills in international testing program shares ((TIMSS in encouraging students to freedom of opinion and exploration, ask questions and provoking and positive participation in during a private lesson, and this is what I felt, a researcher at through the application of experience.

Abstract: The management science distinguished from other science of its vitality and openness of science to the rest of science, knowledge and different branches fields at the same time the big overlapping and intermingling between the various branches of the administration and specialties including educational administration due to the fact that the heads of scientific departments in the university is occupied the top of the executive administrative system in the university and its responsible for the implementation the decisions as a direct one of the jobs of management, its results especially the administrative performance which has many obstacles.The knowledge , the identification and detection of these administrative problems is a fundamental cornerstone to reach the desired goals So this study was to combine one of vital topics in the field of organizational behavior (administrative) and functional heads of departments by trying to determine the administrative problems and overcome or reduce their level, which is one of the main success factors for any administrative behavior. To achieve this objective of this study which included four chapters devoted the first chapter to determine the problem, the importance of basic research, the main target and define the basic terms where the second chapter proposed the idea of research and theoretical literature which consider for the basic variables (administrative problems) with some previous studies which tried to exposure to the variable and its duration of benefit. The third chapter focused on the description of the nature of society and the method of selecting the sample (simple random) , build a search tool by identifying min areas for the scope of the behavioral component of the independent variable (administrative problems) , build paragraphs measure the behavior that appears on the research sample (heads of departments) was achieved researcher Administration validity of the standard and its characteristics (validity and reliability) in a manner to estimate the virtual honesty and sincerity of construction for the index honesty by re - test ways and analysis of variance of the index stability, as well as the adoption of the views of experts in all stages of the research and procedures where the many statistical means was the most important of the Pearson correlation coefficient to calculate the sincerity of paragraphs and the method of re - testing and analysis of variance (ANOVA) to calculate stability and others.The main results of the researcher as follows : - 1 - The identification of the administrative problems came on in accordance with the areas of research are high in some of them and in others with a low level 2 - The attempt to verify the exact search tool gives a pointer to adopt a unified scale with consistent standards and exact measured characteristics used for the detection of administrative problems and determination the level3 - The weakness of Follow - up by the heads of departments in general, probably as a result of install the efforts , the large number of duties or not distribute them or participated the teaching staff and knowledge of them4 - Do Not show a willingness to find creative solutions to problems or diligence in solving but it enough with traditional solutions and public perception of totalitarianism5 - The concentration on the implementation of decisions without - discussion or trying to find the skills implemented in looking at creativity and give different patterns of leadership, according to the problem.

The researcher used a descriptive approach in her current research, and in order to prepare a list of items that is essential for the evaluation as a first draft questionnaire, the researcher has depended on previous studies in the field and on the opinions of teachers and supervisors by distributing a two open ended questionnaire each one included a three questions one for the teachers and another one for the supervisors to propose what is suitable to be included in the evaluating questionnaire.The first draft questionnaire content (126) items distributed among (13) fields. The researcher distributed the first draft questionnaire among (16) experts inside and outside Iraqi as well as (7) teachers and supervisors who were expert in the area of Computer Science, curricula and teaching methods, measurement and evaluation, and in educational psychology, then the researcher gave them enough time to check each item and removing or adding what is suitable for the tool to become in its final draft which included (105) items distributed among (13) fields. The researcher applied the questionnaire in its final form among (50) teachers, and (3) supervisors by giving them enough time to answer the questionnaire. Answers were later analyzed statically by using a number of statistical methods such as (mean, standard deviation, Chisquare, (SPSS). It has been found that the sample of the research agreed that the objectives of the E - Instruction have been achieved, according to the views of members of the Search sample. It is built type learning. There is a well availability of physical aspects. The E - Instruction in use is appropriate to the level of student's cognitive development. And It has been found that the sample of the research agree on the achievement of (105) of the evaluating items of the questionnaire.Therefore, based on the findings some recommendations are suggested.

To achieve the aim of the research the following two questions formats : - 1 - What are the Science and technology, society and enviermental issues (S.T.S.E) which included in the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage?2 - What are the Science and technology, society and enviermental issues (S.T.S.E) which supposed to be included in the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage?And to answer the research questions : Related to the first question : - The researcher has depended on previous studies in the field of (S.T.S.E), movement and projects that has contributed to reform of the science curriculum in order to prepare a list of science and technology, society and enviermental issues (S.T.S.E) , the first draft of the issues list consisting of (9) main issues and (69)sub - issues emerged. The researcher distributed the first draft of the list among experts in teaching chemistry, curricula and teaching methods, teachers and supervisors who were expert in the area of teaching chemistry methodsthen the researcher gave them enough time to check each item and removing or adding what is suitable for the tool to become in its final draft which included (9) main issues they are (Air quality and the atmosphere, sustainable development, water security, health and preventive security, mineral resources investment, pollution of various kinds, energy, food industry, production of weapons technology) and from which (70) sub - issues emerge. Then, the researcher analyzed the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage in the academic year (2015 - 2016) depending on the prepared list of the (S.T.S.E), the researcher depended the unit analysis, both (implicit and explicit) and repetition unit of the Census, the stability of the analysis was counted with the agreement of an outlaws analysts and the researcher himself.The researcher used Holisti equation for calculating reliability coefficients values, the results showed by using frequencies and percentages : - 1 - The chemistry books for the preparatory stage achieved ( 35) sub - issues with percentage of (50 % ), and this percentage is not good if we compare it with the criterion percentage that was adopted by the researcher depending on the experts opinions which was ,(70%).2 - Principles of Chemistry book for the first level preparatory class is the most book that gave an attention to the (S.T.S.E) issues with percentage of (65%), and (156) recurrence, but the second preparatory class was the least book that gave an attention to the (S.T.S.E) issues with percentage of (14,17%), and (34) recurrence.3 - health and preventive security issues settled at the first place with percentage of (27,08%), and (65) recurrence in the chemistry books for the preparatory stage, While the production of weapons technology issues settled on the last place and did not get any recurrence. 4 - The - sub - issue (the role of the chemical elements in nature) had the biggest number of recurrence which was (31), and settled at the first place, while many sub - issues did not get any repetitions.Respecting the second question : - The researcher found that most of the sub - issues were not included in the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage , which was included by the researcher within the issues list (S.T.S.E), The researcher finds that it is possible that the chemistry books for the preparatory stage should include the (S.T.S.E) issues in its content , Being a contemporary and important manner commensurate with the size of these issues, taking into account integration and relay and balance specially the main issues (mineral resources investment, food industry, production of weapons technology ) , which the current study had talked about it the knowledge of the researcher. Even though, the first issues took the third place, and the second issues was in the fourth place, but the third issue did not get any recurrence, which means the absence of balance and integration, related to the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage.In the light of the findings, the researcher came out with several recommendations, they are : - 1 - Including chemistry books for the preparatory stage with main and sub - main issues of the (S.T.S.E) issues that have not been included. 2 - Drawing the attention of specialists to reform science curriculum especially chemistry curricula, as one of the important modern attitudes in the scientific education.3 - Involving people who are interested in environmental education and specialists in the field of environment within special committees for plan science curriculum and specially chemistry curriculum. Complementing the current search the researcher suggested to conducting other studies to analyze chemistry books for the other stages, and other subjects such as physics in the light of the same issues.

That was after constracting the training program needs' (identifying the training materials , formulating the behavioral objectives with determining their levels, identifying performance activities, preparing for the use of the virtual laboratory , and a directory for teaching aide and devices.) The control group consisted of (16) male and female physics laboratory teachers whom never been presented or trained by the program.Second : The second sample consisted of (54) second grade physics student , from faculty of education / Ibn al - Haytham college of education for pure sciences. This sample was divided into two groups. The experimental groups consisted of (25) male and female students were trained by the training program , the students were trained by the training program , the control group consisted of (29) male and female students was applied during the academic year (2014 - 2015) and lasted for two semesters (10 weeks) on aerate of one day per a week. After applying the experiment , the following results were obtained : 1 - The training program for virtual laboratories led to a positive change in the level of technological literacy to teach physics laboratories around the e - learning and virtual public laboratories in particular.2 - The effectiveness of the virtual laboratory program raised the theoretical level of performance for students in the second phase - the Department of Physics in the optics laboratory material in comparison with the traditional method.3 - The effective virtual laboratory program raised the practical level of performance for students in the second phase - the Department of Physics - Optics Laboratory material in comparison the traditional method.In light of this, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions

The researcher believes that.this classification is very important for the following reasons : 1 - This is the first study in Iraq for the analysis of questions for the.Biology book of the seconday stagedue to the importance of this stage, which is a passport to universities and scientific life. 2 The search results can be used when a revision or re - writing books, especially the questionsat the end of chapters to introduce four levels of classification in future editions. 3 - To emphasize the importance of the questions and their effective role in the educational process, which is the cornerstone to understanding the scientific material between the covers of the book. 4 - Confirmation researcher on the comprehensiveness and credibility and objectivity of the questions through the results obtained to be taking in the future. The research frame Questions from the ends of chapters for biology books of the three levels in the Secondary stage. The research sample The research sample included three biology books of the preparatory stage. the number of key and subset questions is (615) distributed as follows : It was 161 key questions distributed as follows : 70 questions for the fourth year which new respnt 43% of the total number25 questions for the fifth scientificyearwhich is 16% and for the sixthscientific yearther are 66 questions which is 41%, while the total key questions, along with its subsidiaries were 615 questions distributed as follows : Fourth Scientific 141 question (23 %) as well as the for the fifth year the questions number is 140with percentage 23% finelly. for the sixth scientificyear the number of the questions is (334) with percent age(54%). Research tool The questions at the ends of the chapters wereclassified according to the four levels of Gallagher and Aschner classifcation (cognitive thinking, convergent thinking, divergent thinking, Evaluation thinking) The questions were classified according to the following : 1 - Determine the relative weight of the content areas of the three books in recent editions, which studied by the students for the academic year 2013 - 2014. 2 - determine the relative weight for Gallagher and Aschnerclassification. 3 - Extraction of objectivity and essay questions for each chapter of the book. 4 - Find the inclusion of questions of the goals and course material and content. 5 - Find the truth range of the content by comparing expected specifications table with theobserved specifications table. Research Results The researcher rcaches to the following results : 1 The average relative weights of the cognitive levels of Gallagher and Aschner classification for the biology books of for the preparatory level of thinking cognitive is (80%) and for the convergent thinking (19.18%), while the divergent thinking has reached (0.81%), we did not find any replicate of the level of eveluating thinking. This suggests that the High levels of thinking was not demoustvted in those books and that makes students where not familier on these types of questions. 2 - The repetition of objectivity questions was (330) paragraph (53.65%) while the repetition of essay questions was (285) paragraph (34.46%).The book that in to account the objectivity standard was takes book of the fifth grade.And then book of the sixth grade and finally the book of the fourth grade. 3 - The inclusion in the books for the Scientific Fourth and Fifth Grades has been very weak compared to the proportion of inclusiveness adopted the coverage proportion for the sixth yeam book was 84.3% The rate of the proportion of inclusiveness for all the three books was 87.68% 4 - The value of the coefficient of truthful content was very weak (0.446) when compared to what the experts think of the weights for each of the cognihve field of obsened specifications table. Recommendations In light of the research results.we necommendthe following recommendations : 1 An attention is needed for different levels of when preparing textbooks questions for the purpose of improvement and development. 2 The book questions should not be focus on the essay questions, as should include objective questions (multiple choice, matching fictures and the assertion and reason and others). 3 - The questions book should cover chapter headings in the textbooks. 4 - drafting additional questions at the end of each book of the three books take into account the standards of good questions according to the higher levels of thinking. 5 - need to adopt a specification table when preparing the questions and evaluate constantly. Proposals In light of this, the researcher suggested a number of proposals, including : 1 - conducting similar studies for the final and school exam questions for biology subject according to Gallagher and Aschner classification. 2 - conducting similar studies to the ends of chapters questions fro chemistry and physics for the secondery level. 3 - Conduct studies to show the difficulties that hinder the application of the upper levels of the evaluation like divergent thinking andevalute thinking for the exams in biology at the various stages of study

The experiment term study lasted by two lessons a week for each group , and the researcher himself teach research groups.The achievement test was built in the environment and pollution science of (45) subjective items, multiple choice , and (5) essay item , were verified from its sincerity by submit on a group of arbitrators , then applied on a prospective sample to make sure the clarity of its items and were confirmed its stability also has been discrimination coefficient, and the coefficient of difficulty of items and effectiveness of false alternatives.The researcher adopted a measure of Meditation thinking by Eysenk Wolsen after his translation , which consists (30) items , (20) items of the total items represent a positive mediation thinking while the rest (10) items representing negative. To ensure the veracity of the scale display on a group of specialists to judge the goodness in measuring the capacity to be measured and adopted 80% and above of the items on the validity of the scale.Then applied on exploratory sample to make sure the clarity of its items, and the account of stability coefficient, then after the data were analyzed and processed statistically and yielded the following results : 1 - A statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of first students experimental group studied in accordance with the forwarded imaginary and strategy control group in favor of the experimental group students who have studied according to the imagination strategy in achievement test2 - There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of students second experimental group which studied strategy of the analog thinking and the average score of the control group which studied the usual method in achievement.3 - There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of students the first experimental group studied the strategy of forwarded imaginary and average grades second experimental group which studied the strategy of analog in the achievement.4 - Statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average score for the first experimental groups studied according to the forwarded Imitation and the second that studied the strategy of analog thinking in the development of meditation thinking test.5 - There is no difference statistically significant at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of the first experimental group which studied by strategy forwarded imagery and the average of second experimental group which studied by analog thinking in development of meditation thinking.In light of the search results, researcher came out by a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions

To verify the aim of this research , researcher had been formulated the following two zero hypotheses : 1) No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the students mean scores of the three groups students on achievement test of physics subject.2) No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the students mean scores of the three groups students on scientific sensescale.The research was carried out on the scientific fourth grade male students in Al - Zaitoon preparatory school in Al - Diwanyia, for the Academic Year (2015 - 2016) A.D.The researcher rewards the three groups of the research statically in a number of variations like ( the previous achievement in the physics , the intermediate stage ) , age , intelligence , the previous information and scientific sense ) The researcher also prepared the materials of the research like ( the specification of the scientific material , forming the goals , behavioral purposes , preparation of the teaching method ).The researcher prepared two tools , the first tool ( achievement test ) that forms in its final picture in 49 objective items form a type ( multi - test ) that has four alternatives and the enquiry of the explicit truth has done and the truth of the contain for the test and outlines the difficulty factor , the discrimination factor and the effectiveness of the fault alternatives for the objective items , then the calculation of constant factor by Keudor and Richardison - 20 - is ( 0. 81 ) The second tool is the measurement of the scientific sense which is formed by its final shape from 71 items that is distributed in an equal on the sides of the scientific sense ( it is the recall of the experiences and connect them in the present , the numeral sense , the activation of the most senses , thinking in thinking , scientific curiosity, brain waking , the interesting in scientific work , toiling and control the irrationality) the enquiry of truth has been done and the distinguishable power for its items and the calculation of its constant in two ways ( they are Alpha factor , the factor equals (0.96 ) and in the way of re - test ( 0.91 )The research sample was selected intentionally by the researcher which consisted of (106) male students, Randomized into three groups (35) students in first experimental group, (35) in second experimental group and (36) students in control group. The three group's students have been equalization by the following variables : (age in month, intelligence, physics scores at third grade, pre physics knowledge, and scientific sense).The experiment has been applied during the first and second courses from the academic study year (2015 - 2016) and continued for twenty two weeks in term of three lessons for each group and after the end of the experiment, the two tools of the research were applied on the three groups then the data were treated statically by using the analysis of single variation by the use of static bag for social sciences SPSS, issue 20 and program Microsoft office excel 2007.The research results showed as the following : 1) Effectiveness of each of the bland learning strategy and active thinking model between the two experimental groups' and the control group of the scientific fourth grade male students in physics subject achievement.2) Effectiveness of each of the bland learning strategy active thinking model between the two experimental group's and the control group of the fourth grade scientific male students on the scientific fourth grade male students in scientific sense.3) No statistically significant differences between strategy of bland learning and model active thinking between the two experimental group's of the scientific fourth grade male students on the fourth grade scientific male students in physics subject achievement and their scientific sense In light of the results of research, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and proposed a number of recommendations

Abstract: The aim of the present research is knowing "The Effectiveness of Meta - Cognitive Learning Course and SWOM Strategies in Achievement of Physics for Fourth Scientific Class Students and Their Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive ". To achieve this aim, the following two zero hypotheses were made : The First Zero Hypothesis : There is no difference of statistical marker at the level (0.05) between the scores average of the first experimental group students who were taught according to the meta - cognitive learning course and the scores average of the second experimental group students who were taught according to the swom and the scores average of the control group students who were taught according to the traditional method 0n Physics Achievement Test.The Second Zero Hypothesis : There is no difference of statistical marker at the level (0.05) between the scores average of the first experimental group students who were taught according to the meta - cognitive learning course and the scores average of the second experimental group students who were taught according to the swom and the scores average of the control group students who were taught according to the traditional method on Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive.The research targeted the fourth grade of secondary school in the scientific branch at the preparatory and secondary governmental day schools in the city center of Al - Qadissiya, and physics subject in all chapters of the book for the first and the second semesters of 2014 - 2015. The researcher has randomly chosen (Way draw) Al - Sadrein Preparatory School for Boys which belongs to the Directorate of Education of Al - Diwniyah to be the sample of his experiment.The researcher adopted the experimental method and used the experimental design of three equivalent groups (two experimental and one control) of achieving post - test and Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive measure Three sections were selected randomly to be the sample. It was consisted of (103) students; (35) students for the first experimental group which was taught according to the meta - cognition learning course strategy,(34) students for the second experimental group which was taught according to swom strategy, and (34) students for the control group which was taught according to the traditional method.www.tracker - software.com The researcher made the three study samples equivalent in the variants (age, pre - Achievement for the third year students in physics, intelligence level, preinformation test in physics, Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive). The researcherprepared the research requirements like identifying the scientific material, forming the behavioral aims, setting teaching plans).The researcher also prepared two tools; the first is the "Achievement Test", which was finally consisted of (43) objective items of "multiple choice" with four alternatives, and (7) essay items. The face validity and content validity were checked. The difficulty coefficient, discriminatory coefficient, the effectiveness of objective items alternatives were extracted. The reliability of the test items were identified by the internal consistency method (Cronbach'sAlpha Coefficient) which was (0.89). The reliability of scoring coefficient for essay items was (0.87) between the researcher and himself, and (0.85) between the researcher and other. The second tool was " Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive measure" which was finally consisted of (54) items; equally distributed on themain skills (self - organization skills, necessary skills for doing scientific tasks, procedural control skills). Then, the face validity, construction validity and discriminatory powers of its items were re - examined. Its reliability was calculated in two ways; internal consistency (Cronbach'sAlpha Coefficient), which was (0.88), and by re - test, which was (0.86). The experiment was applied to both teaching semesters, the first and the second, of (2014 - 2015). It lasted for (21) weeks; three lessons for each group. After completing the experiment, the two research tools were applied on the three research groups. The data were statistically processed by using oneway analysis of variance, Scheff'e Test, effect size, the 20th editionof SPSS, and Microsoft Office Excel 2007. The results showed that : 1 - The first experimental group which was taught according to the metacognition learning course strategy was superior to the control group which was taught according to the traditional method in Achievement of Physics with effect size of (1.42) which is a significant indicator. 2 - The second experimental group which was taught according to swom strategy was superior to the control group which was taught according to the traditional method in Achievement of Physics with effect size of (1.29) which is a significant indicator.3 - There is no difference of statistical marker between the first experimental group which was taught according to the meta - cognition learning course strategy and the second experimental group which was taught according toswom strategy in Achievement of Physics.4 - The first experimental group which was taught according to the metacognitive learning course strategy was superior to the control group which was taught according to the traditional method of Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive with effect size of (1.86), which a significant indicator.5 - The second experimental group which was taught according to swom strategy was superior to the control group which was taught according to the traditional method of Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive with effect size of (1.79), which a significant indicator.6 - There is no difference of statistical marker between the first experimental group which was taught according to the meta - cognition learning course strategy and the second experimental group which was taught according to swom strategy in the Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive. In order to verify this objective, the following two zero hypotheses were formulated : A. There is no statistical significant differences at the level of (0.05) between means score of the sample students of the experimental group who study according to the epistemological design of environmental education and the scores of the students of the control group who study according to the traditional method in the test of the subject of Environment and Pollution. B. There is no statistical significant differences at the level of (0.05) between means score of the sample students of the experimental group who study according to the epistemological design of environmental education and the scores of the students of the control group who study according to the traditional method in the scale of decision - making for the solving of the problem of environment. In order to verify the validity of these two hypotheses, the researcher conducted an experiment that lasted a complete semester. Then, an epistemological design according the environmental education was constructed following four sequential and correlated stages.The study was confined to the students of Al - Mustansriya University \ College in the Department of Science. The sample was chosen purposely because they learn the subject of Environment and Pollution for the three departments (Chemistry, Physics and Biology) for the same curricula. The two sections were chosen randomly from the sections for the second stage in the Department of Science. The total number of the sample was (55) male and female students after eliminating the failed students. Twenty - seven of the sample in the experimental group were taught according to the epistemological design according to the environmental education and twenty - eight students in the control group were taught according to the traditional method. The two groups were matched in respect of some of the variables which might be effective in the independent variable (age calculated in months, previous information test, and the average of previous year and the scale of decision - making for the solving of the problem of environment. The scientific material was determined in five chapters from the lectures of Environment and Pollution designated for the second stage students in the Department of Sciences\ College of Basic Education in the first semester. The behavioral objectives were formulated and attained 353 objectives. For the tools of the study, the researcher prepared an acquisition test made up of (50) test items in (35) objective items the type of multiple choice among four options and (15) essay type. The apparent validity was verified after displaying a group of arbitrators specialized in methods of teaching and evaluation and assessment and Environment and Pollution. An experiment was conducted on 30 students that aimed at knowing the clarity of the test items and determining the answering time. The other experiment was conducted on 100 students in order to analyze the test items statistically to find the psychometric characteristics. The constancy was found by the method of inner consistency Cronbach’s alpha that attained (%84). The correction coefficient of the essay items were also found that attained between the researcher and the first corrector (%82), the researcher and the second corrector (%82) and the first and the second corrector (%86) and the researcher rand himself through time (%89). The second tool was the scale for decision - making for the solving of the problem of environment prepared by (Al - Assadi, 2009) for its suitability with the Iraqi environment and for the university level. In addition to the opinions of the experts which is made up of (22) items each one represents one problem of the study. Also, the scale validity was verified by the use of the apparent and logical truthfulness, and its constancy was found by the use retest method, and the constancy coefficient attained (%82) and the method of inner consistency (Kudor - Richardson 21) and the constancy coefficient attained (%84). After the preparation of the requirements of the stud, the experiment was applied starting from 28/12/2014 and lasted for 20 weeks in two hours per group. The teacher taught the two groups himself. After the end of the experiment, the researcher applied the acquisition test for the subject of Environment and Pollution and the decision - making for the solving of the problem of environment on the two unequal groups of the study (experimental and control). After statically analyzing the results by the use of t - test for two independent samples unequal in number. The results showed the excel of the two experimental groups which studied according to the pedagogical design of the environmental education on the control group which studied according to the traditional methods. The results rejects the two zero hypotheses. In the light of this, the researcher comes up with a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions

Both groups were made equivalent according to the following variable : chronological age , intelligence , intelligence, physics degrees in the previous year and critical thinking). And the a researcher prepared a research demands represented by (identifying scientific material, formulation of behavioral objectives , and determining their levels, identifying performance activities, preparation of work of electrical testing guide, teaching aids and appliances, tools and materials and the preparation of lesson plans for the two groups) in addition to the construction of three tools which were building calendar tool The final practical performance (note card), and in addition to measure the theoretical performance and test critical thinking, which was to make sure of Psychometrics characteristics. There is no statistical significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average degree of teaching practices of chemistry teachers who participate in the training course according to the strategies of both sides of the brain and the average degree of the non - participating teachers. 2. There is no statistical significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average of students, degree who were taught by the trained chemistry teachers according to strategies of both sides of the brain and the average of students, degree taught by the non - trained chemistry teachers in chemistry test.3. There is no statistical significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average of students, degree who were taught by the trained chemistry teachers according to the strategies of both sides of the brain and the average of students, degree taught by the non - trained chemistry teachers of the quantity of thinking patterns.The chemistry teachers in the secondary schools in the General Directorate of Garmian Education in Sulaimanya province and the fifth grade scientific students in 2015 - 2016 were assigned as the research community.The sample was chosen from teachers who teach the fifth grade scientific students from the research community, five of those who participated in the proposed training course according to the strategies of both sides of the brain, and seven teachers who did not participate in the course and they were chosen according to some criteria like : certificate, the length of their teaching career, and their previous experience. After that a sample of those teachers, students was chosen and a class was randomly chosen for each teachers as follows : (28 - 31) students (males and females) for the teachers who participated in the proposed training course, and (26 - 30) students (males and females) for the teachers who did not participate in the course.The form of monitoring the teaching measures of chemistry teachers was prepared to suit both sides of the brain and contained three steps : analysis, assembling, and evaluation. The form contained (48) articles the truthfulness of which were tested and its validity was fixed according to the (practice, re - practice) method. At the end, the range of connectivity reached (88%). As for the learning test, it contained (50 ) articles of multiple choice of four choices. Then its truthfulness and psychometric features were tested and the range of its connectivity was (0.91%) according to (Keoder Richardson - 20). As far as the kind of thinking measure is concerned, (Al - Zuheri, 2016) test in Iraq was used which is based on the four - sided sample that is based in its turn on the Whole Brain theory of Herman. The results showed the following : 1. There is a diagnosed statistical difference between the two groups of the teachers who participated in the training course and those who did not participate in it as far as the teaching measures are concerned and the scale largely falls on the side of the trained teachers.2. There is a diagnosed statistical difference between the students of the trained and not trained teachers in the test of thinking in the topic of chemistry for the students of the trained teachers with a wide range.3. There is a diagnosed statistical difference between the students of the trained and not trained teachers in the kind of thinking measurefor the students of the trained teachers with a wide range.Therefore,the researcher recommends the proposed training course accordingtothe strategies of both sides of the brain together in the course of training chemistry teachers during their service

To achieve the research goals, the experimented research method is depended. In this method, a realistic empirical design of two - equivalent groups with post - test is used to measure information processing skills and students’ grade. The following null hypotheses is formulated : 1. There is no statistical difference for the statistical coffiection at 0.05 between average degree for the students of the experimented group who studied the subject using the Instructional design based on the modified M.U.R.D.E.R strategy and those who studied the same subject using traditional way on achievement test.2. There is no statistical difference for the statistical coffiection at 0.05 between the mean grade for the students of the experimented group who studied the subject using the Instructional design based on the modified M.U.R.D.E.R strategy and those who studied the same subject using traditional way in information processing skills test. The research society is determined with the fourth grade’s class female students’ in secondary schools/morning study that belong to public directorate Baghdad Education/Rusafa2.Randomaly,Somar Secondary School for girls is chosen to be the research field. Seventy two students female are selected as a research sample that divided into two groups : - Experimented group that are taught according the Instructional design of modified M.U.R.D.E.R strategy. - Control group that are taught using traditional method. The equivalent between these two groups is made using different variables (age, the previous degree for mathematic subject, information processing skills, intelligent, and the previous knowledge in mathematic test).To achieve the experiment’s aim and collect its information; two tests are constructed as follows : 1. Achievement test consists of (40) objective paragraph of multiple choices.2. Information processing skills test consists of (79) paragraphs that distributed into three skills of Information processing : (8) paragraphs for summarization skills, (46) paragraphs for identifying the relations and mathematic patterns and (25) paragraphs for evaluation skills. Some of these paragraphs are formulated as an essay, others are subjectively.The two tests are applied to an exploratory sample to verify the clarity of all test paragraphs and, instruction test time, make an appropriate statistical analysis, and sycometerics proprieties ensure. Then the tests are ready to be applied on the research two groups. After applying the tests on the research two groups, the results are analyzed using suitable statistical tools, like Person coefficient, Alpha - Cronbanch equation, Kuder - Richardson Formula 20, and (t - test) for two unequal independent samples. The results show that there is a statistical difference for the students of the experimented group who are taught using the instructional design according to the modified M.U.R.D.E.R strategy in both achievement and sum of Information processing skills and each skill separately to the control student group who are taught using the traditional way. The researcher deduces a set of conclusions : teaching according to the Instructional design of modified M.U.R.D.E.R strategy has positive effectiveness in the achievement of the students. The test results of the three integrated skills of mathematical information treatment are statistically identical for both the experimental and control groups with a significance of more than (0.05) its divided in to three sub - hypotheses. : 1. The test results of the skill summarization are the (identical) for both the experimental and control groups with a statistically significance of more than (0.05)..2. The test results of the skill of identifying mathematical relations are statistically identical for both the experimental and control groups with a significance of more than (0.05).. 3. The test results of the skill of information assessment are statistically identical for both the experimental and control groups with a significance of more than (0.05). Second, the hypothesis concerning with testing pupils achievement of the completing the training programme : It is hypothesized that the pupils' results in the achievement test are identical for both the experimental and the control group with a significance of more than (0.05). This study is limited to;1 - Teachers of mathematics in primary day schools of the six directorates. of education in Baghdad, 24 male and female teachers randomly;(12) for the experimental group how attended the training programme and (12) for the control group. 2. Pupils in the classes being taught by those teachers chosen above both groups were equalized in terms of (years in service, academic achievement and pretest of previous knowledge) whereas the pupils of both groups were equalized in terms of (age, previous achievement and the IQ). In order to achieve the aims of this study, the researcher has designed two tests : 1. Mathematical information treatment skill test of (52) items ; (10) items testing the skill of summarization, (28) items for testing the identification of mathematical relations and patterns and(14) items for testing the skill of mathematical evolution.some of these items were subjective ,whereas the others were objective. 2. An achievement test for the fifth primary class pupil of (40) multiple - choice items. Both tests were administrated with for pilot samples of teachers and pupils. The first two pilot tests were to check out item clarity, instructions and the time the other two pilot tests were to identify the suitable statistical means and the psychometric features. The researcher has applied Pearson correlation coefficient, (Eta) correlation coefficient, Alpha Kron pach formula. Kolmogoro - Smirnov. Test, T - test, levenen test, Man whitney test and the statistical package of social sciences (SPSS) in order to analyze the test results. The results of the study show that : 1. There is a difference of statistical significance in the favour of the teacher in the experimental group.2. There is a difference of statistical significance in the favour of the pupils in their achievement. The researcher has drawn conclusions; one of which is that the training programme has a positive effect on the teachers' ability to summarize and arrange of mathematical information, concepts and relationships and on their pupils' achievement as well. This study ends up with some suggestions and recommendations for further studies.

" ليس هناك فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات تحصيل طالبات المجموعة التجريبية اللواتي يدرسن ما | The current research aims to find out (The Effect of model Perkins and Blythe in the Achievement of geographical material by students first grade average)To achieve the goal of the research and the researcher developed a null hypothesis of the following : There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the Achievement of the experimental group students taught general geographical by Perkins and Blythe model and the mean scores of the collection of Achievement the control group students taught the same article," the traditional way "when the level of significance (0.50)." The researcher adopted a partial seizure experimental design, the two groups (experimental and control) with a posttest. And chose a researcher School (secondary Al - nboog for girls) of the center of Baghdad province, the Directorate - General for Education Baghdad's Karkh / First , for the purpose of application of the experiment, which includes two divisions for grade average, were selected randomly Division (b) to represent the students in the experimental group, while representing Division (a ) students of the control group, and reached the sample (70) Student, by (35) students in each division. The researcher rewarded students between the two sets of research in a number of variables that have an impact on the results of an experiment (age in months, the Achievement of parents, a year earlier grades, test the previous information in the geographical material, Raven test of intelligence). And studied the researcher herself students two sets of search after it identified topics article, and has prepared necessary to teach students two sets of research lesson plans, and the number of plans (32) plan for both of the two groups, the rate of (16) a plan for each group, and presented to a group of arbitrators and specialists, and in the light of opinions I conducted the necessary adjustments. For the purpose of achievement measure in the article "general geographical material for the students of the two sets of research in the subjects studied by the researcher, it prepared a test for it, as it consisted of three questions, the first question (37) items of multiple choice, second and third questions of questions type essay short (8) a paragraph, and was confirmed by his sincerity and persistence and the coefficient of difficulty and strength discriminatory paragraphs and effectiveness of false alternatives, and presented to a group of arbitrators, and applied the test on the sample after the completion of the experiment, which lasted 8 weeks and is dedicated to the work experience period. It was through the use of data analysis (coefficient of difficulty, discrimination coefficient, effective alternatives, T - Test test for two independent samples, Kuder Richardson equation 20 and equation Cronbach's alpha) , study resulted in the following conclusion : Higher than students who experimental group studied model Perkins and Blythe, the students of the control group who studied traditional way, if it reaches the arithmetic mean experimental group (29.314), while reached the avarge mean of the control group (22 657), at the significance level (0.05) in the post - test this means that the students who have studied the model according to Perkins and Blyth best in the attainment of the students who was their teaching in the traditional group and in the light of the results of this study, was to reach a set of conclusions and recommendations, and proposals

There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who have studied the use of strategic planning organizations, and between the average scores of the control group students who have studied the same subject in the usual way in the post achievement test.Thesis Limits : The current research is determined by the following : 1 - The first grade intermediate students in intermediate & secondary school for boys in day - breeding Baghdad / Karkh Directorate the second.2 - Geography - book as prescribed by the Ministry of Education for the year (2014 - 2015) the first semester of the academic year (2014 - 2015).The researcher has chosen the partial design for couple groups : The Control Group & The Experimental Group in Post Achievement Test. Educational province of Baghdad / Al Karkh II was selected at random and then Al Dawra District was randomly chosen of the six sectors of the Directorate, (Dirar bin Azores) Intermediate School for Boys at random from among this sector of the schools. The researcher has identified and determined two divisions of first grade intermediate students , in order to , one of them be Experimental one and the other Controlled Group which reached a final form of (60) students , (30) students of the experimental group (30) students of the control group.The two groups , the Experimental and The Control one were statically rewarded in the following variables (Intelligence , Chronological Age , Previous Geographical information , educational attainment of the parents, and the previous year degrees). Statistically significant Differences did not appear in these variables. The researcher had identified the scientific and formulated the goals for behavioral substance to the search experience levels, according to Bloom (knowledge, understanding, and application) furthermore , she has prepared plans for the two sets of teaching research. She has prepared , as well , the concluded achievement post test , and this test is consisted of (40) test paragraph from multiple choice to measure student achievement, virtual honesty and sincerity content of the test have been extracted , paragraphs were analyzed by extracting difficult and force discriminatory level of each paragraph and effectiveness of the wrong alternatives analysisApplication for experienceThe experiment began in the (Tuesday, 11/11/2014) and lasted for 8 weeks as ended (Sunday, 01/11/2015) The researcher taught the two groups , and after the end of the probationary period , the researcher applied test of the acquisition of geographical for the two groups concepts.Research Results : After collecting the data and find the difference between the average scores of students in the testing and use of test samples (T) for two independent samples, the researcher has found that there is a statistical significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) for the experimental group which studied the strategy planning organizations in the collection of geographic subject , thus the researcher has reached and concluded , in the light of the results of the study to a group of the most prominent conclusions, help strategy to provide a learning environment in thinking, it can contribute to improving the student's ability to absorption and collection, and this leads the student to play a positive role in the collection and organization of information and follow - up and evaluation and increase their ability to use information and employ them in various positions of Education.The researcher's recommendations including according to the result include the following below : ? Urging supervisors and school administration to train teachers in the use of this strategy and to encourage them to employ them in the classroom.? Providing planners and developers and implementers of the curriculum with the results of studies that have proven the effectiveness of this strategy so that they curricula and teaching methods in light of the development of this strategy.? Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي : التحقق من الفرضيتين الصفريتين الاتيتين : 1 - لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي يدرسن وفقا للتصميم التعليمي القائم على الدماغ ذي الجانبين ومتوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابط | The present research aims to verifying the two null hypothesis : 1 - There is no statistically significanet difference at (0.05) level of significane between the mean score of the experimental group student who were taught according to didactic design based on two hemisphers of the brain and the mean score of the control group students who were taught according to the traditional method on their achievement in chemistry subject of the sconed year intermidate School. 2 - There is no statistically significanet difference at (0.05)level of between the mean score of the experimental group student who were taught according to didactic design based on two hemisphers of the brain and the mean scores of the contral group students who were taught according to the draditional method in the mental capacity criterion. The sample of the Research was the female student of Al - Maolwod Al - Nabuoy (directorate general of education of Baghdad Al - Risafa sector 1) including (60) students who were divided into two groups experiemental and control. The two groups were equalized on the veriables age counted by months, the previous achierment of chemistry Subject, the pervious information test,and the mental capacity criterion. The teching plan has been adopted after being decleared by jury members and experts in method of teaching, psychology and measurment and evaluation the test which constists of (50) objective items of multiple choice test Atool was constructed especially for this work based or. MultipLe choice test and the mental capacity criterion (Salman 2011) has been taLsen after verifying its relaiblety and validity. The experiment Lasted for two semesters of the acdamic year (2015 - 2016) two hours for each group per the week. After finishing the experiement. The tools of the study have been used by using the proper statisticaL means in order to get the equivaLent and get the final results. The results have shown that the Acheivement of the experimental group students was higher than that of the contral group which taught according to the traditional method and the mental capacity. The results indicate that the two null hypothesis are rejected, accordingly, the researcher has got some conclusions, recommondati ons and suggestions

Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة اثر استراتيجية دينز في اكتساب المفاهيم العلمية لدى تلميذات الصف الرابع الابتدائي في مادة العلوم، وذلك بالتحقق من الفرضية الاتية : ? لايوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0، 05) بين متوسط درجات تلميذات المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي | This research aims at investigating the impact of Deenz’s strategy in acquiring the scientific concepts by the female students of the fourth primary class in (Science) through checking the following hypothesis : There is no difference of a statistical indication at the level (0.05) between the average of scores of the female students in the experimental group who have studied by using Deenz’s strategy in acquiring the scientific concepts in (Science), and the average of scores of the female students in the controlling group who have studied by using the traditional approach for the same topic in acquiring the scientific concepts. The researcher depends on the experimental design of two equivalent groups that have dimensional test. According to this design, a sample has been chosen - the sample consists of female students of the fourth primary class from (Um Al - Baneen) Primary School for Girls in Baghdad belongs to the Second Karkh Educational Directorate, for the academic year (2015 - 2016) [First Semester]. The sample consists of (98) female students divided equally into two classes, one of them resembles the experimental group, and the second resembles the controlling one. The researcher has chosen section (B) randomly for teaching the scientific concepts by using Deenz’s strategy, and section (A) has been taught the scientific concepts by using the traditional approach. The two groups have been equivalent concerning certain variables : age, scientific achievement in (Science) for the third primary class, the scores of previous achievement test, the scores of intelligence test, the parent’s achievement. The behavioral objectives have been designed as three levels for processes of acquiring the concepts; they are : definition, distinction, and application. The behavioral objectives are (45) and they have been used in writing the lesson plans for teaching relying on the independent variable. The researcher has prepared a test for acquiring the scientific concepts for it is the ‘tool’ of the research. The items of the test are (45) in the light of processes of acquiring the three concepts : definition, distinction, and application. The validity of the test has been checked, and even its reliability and the power to discriminate, the difficult level of its items, and the effectiveness of its variables have been checked. After ending the research experiment, the test of acquiring the scientific concepts has been applied for the female students of both (experimental and controlling) groups. Moreover, a statistical treatment for the data has been implemented by using the (t - test) for two independent samples. Consequently, the results have shown the excellence of the experimental group - which has been taught the scientific concepts by using Deenz’s Strategy - on the controlling group which has been taught the same concepts but by using the traditional approach. In the light of the results of this study, a number of concluding remarks have been got concerning the results and the related recommendations, and some suggestions have been set for future researches in this aspect.The Title : The Impact of Deenz’s Strategy in Acquiring the Scientific Concepts by the Female Students of the Fourth Primary Class in (Science)

Hence, the administrative behavior conducted by the head of the scientific department is regarded as a pillar within the entire educational leadership, for the success of such a process is highly dependent on the type of the behavior conducted which in turn will affect those behaviors conducted by other instructors in creating the scientific climate prevailed which is a continuity of the scientific achievement and the educational procession as a whole.Moreover, the head of the scientific department is considered one of the important administrative leadership at the college forming a significant part of its structural and systematic components ,that is he/she possesses the pioneering role within the educational and administrative process ,being a link between the department's instructors and the deanship of the college.This is due to the fact that there is consensus among the majority of the researchers that the administrative behaviour of the head of the scientific department in its various patterns highly effects in constituting the occupational satisfaction of the instructors and personnel which in turn will reflect on the quality and efficiency the performance.This clearly shows the effectual impact of the administrativ behaviour between the administrative leaderships represented by the heads of departments and the instructors working with him/her in shaping their satisfaction and assurance which will identify their own motivation to achieve the general goal of the scientific department. Certainly, there should be certain factors that affect the satisfaction level of college instructors, the first of which is the administrative behaviour conducted by the heads of the scientific departments through their daily ways of dealing ,communicating , and along with the administrative practices to the degree that the interest on the occupational satisfaction of the instructors and everything that would increase their spirits has become one of the modern trends at the educational organizations.This is what the present study will tackle circling around the fact that there are problems related to the nature of the administrative behviour belong to the heads of the scientific departments and the consent of the occupational satisfaction of the teaching staff members. The present study aims at finding out : 1 - the level of the administrative behaviour of the heads of the scientific departments at the colleges of the university of Baghdad.2 - the level of the occupational satisfaction of the teaching staff members of the scientific departments at the colleges of the university of Baghdad.3 - the relationship between the administrative behaviour of the heads of the scientific departments and occupational satisfaction of the teaching staff members.4 - if there are any statistically significant differences in the level of the managerial behaviour of the heads of the scientific departments at level of significance of (0.05) according to the variables of : - College Specialty ( Human - Scientific ). - Gender ( Males - Females ).5 - if there are any statistically significant differences in the level of the occupational satisfaction of the teaching staff members at level of significance of (0.05) according to the variables of : - College Specialty ( Human - Scientific ). - Gender ( Males - Females ). The population of the present study covers all the teaching staff members at the colleges of the university of Baghdad( Human - Scientific )for the academic year 2014 - 2015.The total number of the population is (6210) of males and females instructors at the colleges of the university of Baghdad from which the researcher has selected (310) subjects which forms (5%) out of the original population. Two instruments have been constructed, one of them is related with the administrative behaviour and the other with the occupational satisfaction. The psychometric features of the instruments have been verified. In order to achieve the aims of the current study ,the researcherhas utilized the descriptive analytic approach as well as the proper statistical means (SPSS).Then, the researcher has come up with certain results : 1 - Heads of the scientific departments possess a good level of the administrative behaviour.2 - Teaching staff members at the colleges of Baghdad possess a degree of the occupational satisfaction.3 - There is a correlational relationship between the administrative behaviour and occupational satisfaction.Based on the results obtained ,specific conclusions have been set : 1 - The administrative behaviour has a vital and affected role on the instructors' satisfaction and their performance at the scientific departments which indicates the need for good dealings and humanitarian relationships among members at these departments. 2 - The administrative behaviour and the occupational satisfaction is considered a formula between two parts affected each other ,in that whenever there is an increase of the good occupational satisfaction ,there is also an increase in the administrative behaviour and vice versa.According to the conclusions gained ,certain recommendations have been set as follows : 1 - Studying the results extracted from this study by both the heads of the scientific departments and instructors at different universities to make use of such results in treating the problems faced and in proceeding the managerial affairs.2 - Adopting the above results in workshops or training courses held within the academic year and for all levels (administrative - instructional - supreme leaderships)at the university of Baghdad.3 - The supreme administration the university of Baghdad is recommended to consider the education degree and the scientific rank into consideration when assigning the heads of the scientific departments and to select those who are Assistant Professors and hold the Ph.D. to properly achieve the university's goals and grant the real status deserved by the heads of departments.Finally, some suggestions are put forward as follows : 1 - Conducting a study to find out the relationship between the administrative behaviour conducted by the heads of the scientific departments and systematic commitment revealed by the teaching staff members at the colleges of the University of Baghdad.2 - Conducting a study to find out the difficulties faced by the heads of the scientific departments at the colleges of the University of Baghdad or other Iraqi universities.3 - Conducting a study to find out the administrative behaviour conducted by the deans of colleges and its relationship with the occupational satisfaction of the heads of the scientific departments

Abstract: Aims of the current research were to evaluate the content of the computer intermediate stage textbooks in Iraq in accordance with the technological literacy and submitting developmental suggestions, through answering the following questions : - What is the percentage for the availability of the technological literacy fields and their standards and the rising indicators in the computer textbooks content that has been decided for the intermediate stage students and adopted by the Ministry of Education / General Directorate of curriculum in the school year (2015 - 2016)? - What are the developmental suggestions for the computer textbooks content that has been decided for the intermediate stage students depending on the standards and the indicators of the technological literacy fields?And in order to check the first aim of the research, the researcher must validate the null hypothesis of the following : - There are no statistical significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the given importance of the five technological literacy fields in terms of results percentages analysis and ratios of the criterion that has been suggested by the specialists.In order to answer the research questions and verify its hypothesis, the researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical approach. The researcher used as a population and sample of her research two of the computer textbooks content that has been decided for the intermediate stage students, they were (the first and second intermediate level textbooks).In order to prepare the first draft of the research tool that content the five technological literacy fields (The Nature of Technology, Technology and Society, Design, Abilities of Technological World, The Designed World) the researcher depended on the international Standards for Technological Literacy : content for the study of technology (STL) which was approved by the International Society for Educational Technology after translating and adapting them according to the Iraqi environment.In addition to an exploratory study on a sample of (20) computer teachers distributed between first Rusafa and second Rusafa by directing an open ended questionnaire included questions to suggest what are the suitable criteria and indicators for each of the technical literacy fields that should be included in the list.The researcher distributed the first draft tool among some experts and gave them enough time to check each item and removing or adding what is suitable for the tool to become in its final draft in order to measure what has been prepared to measure, then the computer textbooks content was analyzed and evaluated according on its light.The researcher prepared a criterion to represent the percentage of these fields related to the academic content based on the viewpoints of specialists in educational and scientific area.Regarding the unit of analysis it has been adopted the unit idea (explicit and implicit) as a unit of analysis, in order to validate the veracity of the analysis after displaying a model of the analysis method on a number of specialists who have experiences in content analysis, as well as confirming the stability analysis by an agreement with the researcher herself and with two of outside analysts ,the reliability was ranging between (87.33% - 96.09%), the acceptable stability of transactions. Cooper equation to calculate the stability of the content analysis, Chi - square to compare the percentages of the results of the analysis with the proposed arbitrators' specialists' percentages and (SPSS).It has been found that the content of intermediate Computer Textbooks phase did not take into account the technological literacy fields required level axes were not observed, but the interest came about is an irregular and balanced, as well as the omission of Textbooks to a set of criteria and indicators pertaining to technical literacy axes, so the researcher prepared a suggested material include these criteria and indicators after presenting them to a group of specialists in the fields of computers, curricula and methods of teaching science.In light of the results of this research some conclusions have been reached the most important of them are weakness of specialists familiarity and respective personnel to prepare the content of computer Textbooks for the intermediate level by international standards relating to the technical literacy fields, and that the process of distribution of standards among Computer Textbooks content for intermediate stage has wildly irregular.Therefore, based on the findings some recommendations are suggested.The most important of them are guiding and drawing attention of specialists who are in charge of the preparation and development of the computers curricula material in the Ministry of Education to benefit from the suggested material that the researcher has developed in this research by including computers textbooks content the standards of the technical literacy fields that are unavailable in the current textbooks and to keep up with the current developments, moreover, taking into account integral and sequence and balance of Computer textbooks by including the standards of technical literacy fields and indicators.To Complementing and development this research the researcher put some suggestions, including : 1. Conducting a similar research for the preparatory stage to evaluate the computer textbooks according to technical literacy, so specialists and concerned people who are involved in the preparation of the computer textbooks content have complete information.2. Conducting a comparative study between the computer textbooks content in Iraq in a specific school stage, and other countries textbooks according to the technical literacy standards.

There is no significant difference at the statistical level (0.05) between the average of scores of the experimental group students they are studied according to the dualism strategy of analysis and structure and the average of scores of the controlled group students they are studied according to the normal way to test high - order thinking.To achieve the aim of research, the researcher used experimental design a partial control, as well as a current research was Identified by choosing scientific fourth stage students in the governmental diurnal secondary schools which obey to Baghdad education directorate / the first Karkh of studious year (2014 - 2015). The researcher selected purposively Ajnadayn secondary of girls as a research sample, and was selected two divisions of the scientific fourth stage randomly, one of them represent the experimental group and another the controlled group. The sum of research sample was (69) students, (34) students of them in the experimental group and (35) students in the controlled group.The two groups of search were tested by four variables (the time age, scores of biology material in the test of end of the first course, the scores of test of previous biology information, and the test of intelligence), also the scientific material was defined with the last five chapters of the Book of Biology which is scheduled to teach of studious year (2014 - 2015). The behavioral objectives were formulated of these chapters and numbered (256) behavioral objective represented to six levels of Bloom's Taxonomy in the knowledge field (remember, absorbing, application, analysis, structure, and evaluation). The tutorial plans were prepared for the two groups of research and numbered (22) plans for each group. The researcher taught herself the two groups during the period of the experiment, which continued (10) weeks of the second semester of the academic year (2014 - 2015).With respect to the research tools, the researcher used one tool for each dependent variable, as prepared achievement test of last five chapters of the book of Biology of the scientific fourth stage consisted of (47) items represented the substantive questions, as well as the researcher adopted test of study in high - order thinking consisting of (30) items represented in the two types of questions : (15) objective paragraphs, and (15) essay paragraphs, were checking the veracity of tools through articles on a group of arbitrators, have been applied to investigational samples one of them to see how clear paragraphs and time of answer and the other was for the purpose of test statistically analyzed by extracting The psychometric characteristics, in addition to the extraction of the stability for both tests.After the end of the experiment, the two tools were applied on groups of search, then the students, answers were corrected and they were treated statistically. The results were as the following : 1. There are statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group in the achievement test with the large effect size of the independent variable were (0.82).2. There are statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group in the high - order thinking test with the middling effect size of the independent variable were (0.70).The results indicated that there is a positive effect of teaching by strategy of binary analysis and synthesis strategy on the achievement and the high - order thinking, in the light of that the researcher put a number of recommendations and suggestions

Abstract: The current research aims to verify the impact of the Stepanz model to modify wrong understanding of the physical concepts when students fourth grade science and their social intelligence. The researcher formulated the two following zero hypotheses for purpose of verification of the aim of the research : 1 - There is a not statistically difference is significant at the level of significance (.0.5) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying using the Stepanz model and between the average scores of the control group students who are studying in the usual way in the diagnosis test of the wrong understanding of the physical concepts. 2 - There is a not statistically difference is significant at the level of significance (.0.5) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying using the Stepanz model and between the average scores of the control group students who are studying in the usual way in social intelligence scale. The researcher chose a sample for his consideration students of grade forth Scientific in junior high Alfaruq of The first breeding Karkh Directorate, has identified the pilot divisions and control group randomly by lot, as the number of students reached in divisions (55) student after excluding students Alraspat and by (22) student to experimental and (22) student of the officer, and for determining the content of scientific material has identified chapters VI, VII, VIII, IX and X of the fourth book of physics and scientific - grade second semester. equivalence were conducted for the following two variables (age students in months and the degree of the previous achievement in physics and the degree of the previous achievement in mathematics and the previous test information and test misconception and scale social) intelligence. The researcher used two tools to achieve the purposes of research and two (test misconception) and be one of the (51) paragraph in its final form and scale of social intelligence and be one of the (4.) as the final paragraph. Researcher following statistical methods were used to arrive at the results of his research (samples t - test for two independent samples is equal, and the coefficient of difficulty,and the coefficient of discrimination paragraphs and the equation of the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives to paragraphs test misconception, and Pearson correlation coefficient, and the equation Spearman - Brown, Alpha Cronbach the equation, and the equation of effect size). The search procedure has two phases : 1. The first phase of the diagnostic : it applied the researcher tested the wrong understanding of the concepts was a number of misconceptions (12) concept of experimental and (11) a concept of an officer of the asset (12) is selected concept exceeded error where the proportion (343) are distributed between Chapters VI, VII, VIII, IX and the tenth book of Physics fourth grade science. 2. The second phase of treatment : the applied research procedures on the two groups, the researcher has studied by Stepanz model the experimental group, while the control group studied the usual way. The researcher reached to the following results : 1. there is a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups for students in the fourth grade scientific diagnostic test for the wrong understanding of the concepts physical and in favor of the experimental group. 2. there is a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups for students in the fourth grade scientific measure of social intelligence and in favor of the experimental group. Accordingly the researcher reached to following conclusions according to the results of research : 1. The use and application of a Stepanz model in teaching physics fourth grade science have an impact in the amendment misconception which is owned by students in physics. 2. The use and application of the Stepanz model in physics teaching fourth grade science have an impact in raising and improving the degree of social intelligence of students. Accordingly, the researcher has developed a number of recommendations and suggestions for the use of Stepanz model in other studies in other stages and in other scientific materials and a sample of other research.

The purpose of data collection experience it has been built and tested and embraced each other as follows : achievement test : it may be the multiple choice type (40) test of the kind of substantive..Torrance for creativity thinking : has adopted a researcher annealed Torrance test for the Iraqi environment by (Khairallah, 1975).The experiment have been applied in the first and second terms for the academic year (2014 - 2015) by (2) hours for each group and the researcher taught the three research groups by herself.And conducted the appropriate statistical analyzes for the two tests , and use of statistical tools such as Kiodr equation - Richadson 20 and extraction of difficult coefficients and discrimination and effectiveness of alternatives and Q - test, results indicated higher than students of two experimental groups on the students of the control group in the achievement test and test creative thinking.One of the most important findings in this research researcher : 1. The teaching strategies of according to the SCAMPER mental maps had an impact to improve the achievement of students of two experimental groups compared to the control group.2. There were no significant differences between students of two experimental groups in achievement test.3. The test had (40) objective criteria that is multiple test with four alternatives. In addion, we tested the reliability,sustainability, simplify and difficulty factor of Criteria and the alternatives activity.The study were analyzed by using statistical bag of social sciences, spss - 19 program, Microsoft Excel 2013, T - test for one sample and independent samples and correlation Coefficient person.The study showed the following outcomes : - 1 - Communication skills of chemical teacher's in intermediate school were weak.2 - There were no significant differences in Communication skills regarding to gender aspect.3 - Direct correlation medium between chemical teacher's communication and their student outcomes.From the above study, it is recommended that communication skills aspect should be taught and should be included in collage of education establishing. In addion, more studies should be done in communication skills.

There is a statistically significant difference between students digress average of two groups of research in skill to understand article for experimental group at a level of significance of 0,0 5II. There is a statistically significant difference between the two groups of research in academic achievement test in chemistry for the experimental group with a large size of a effect.2. There is a statistically significant difference between the two groups of search patterns in the learning scale for the experimental group with a large size of a effect.The results revealed that the arithmetic mean of the experimental group was the highest for the pattern (B) Procedural reaching (67.00) and by (26.95%) of the sample, followed by style (A) objective, amounting to (62.52) and by (25.15%) of the sample followed by style (C) emotional reaching (61.17) and by (24.61%) of the sample and finally the pattern (D) creative, amounting to (57.90) and by (23.29%) of the sample.
