Abstract: هدف البحث الى تقويم اسئلة نهاية فصول كتب علم الاحياء للمرحلة الاعدادية في ضوء احد التصنيفات المعتمدة عالميا والمعروف بتصنيف جالاجر واشنر، ويمكن الافادة من نتائج البحث عن اعادة تنقيح او تاليف الكتب وخاصة اسئلة نهاية الفصول لادخال المستويات الاربعة للتص | Our research aims to evaluation the questions for the biology bookof the secondary school in the light of one of main classifications adopted universally known Gallagherand Aschner classification. The researcher believes that.this classification is very important for the following reasons : 1 - This is the first study in Iraq for the analysis of questions for the.Biology book of the seconday stagedue to the importance of this stage, which is a passport to universities and scientific life. 2 The search results can be used when a revision or re - writing books, especially the questionsat the end of chapters to introduce four levels of classification in future editions. 3 - To emphasize the importance of the questions and their effective role in the educational process, which is the cornerstone to understanding the scientific material between the covers of the book. 4 - Confirmation researcher on the comprehensiveness and credibility and objectivity of the questions through the results obtained to be taking in the future. The research frame Questions from the ends of chapters for biology books of the three levels in the Secondary stage. The research sample The research sample included three biology books of the preparatory stage. the number of key and subset questions is (615) distributed as follows : It was 161 key questions distributed as follows : 70 questions for the fourth year which new respnt 43% of the total number25 questions for the fifth scientificyearwhich is 16% and for the sixthscientific yearther are 66 questions which is 41%, while the total key questions, along with its subsidiaries were 615 questions distributed as follows : Fourth Scientific 141 question (23 %) as well as the for the fifth year the questions number is 140with percentage 23% finelly. for the sixth scientificyear the number of the questions is (334) with percent age(54%). Research tool The questions at the ends of the chapters wereclassified according to the four levels of Gallagher and Aschner classifcation (cognitive thinking, convergent thinking, divergent thinking, Evaluation thinking) The questions were classified according to the following : 1 - Determine the relative weight of the content areas of the three books in recent editions, which studied by the students for the academic year 2013 - 2014. 2 - determine the relative weight for Gallagher and Aschnerclassification. 3 - Extraction of objectivity and essay questions for each chapter of the book. 4 - Find the inclusion of questions of the goals and course material and content. 5 - Find the truth range of the content by comparing expected specifications table with theobserved specifications table. Research Results The researcher rcaches to the following results : 1 The average relative weights of the cognitive levels of Gallagher and Aschner classification for the biology books of for the preparatory level of thinking cognitive is (80%) and for the convergent thinking (19.18%), while the divergent thinking has reached (0.81%), we did not find any replicate of the level of eveluating thinking. This suggests that the High levels of thinking was not demoustvted in those books and that makes students where not familier on these types of questions. 2 - The repetition of objectivity questions was (330) paragraph (53.65%) while the repetition of essay questions was (285) paragraph (34.46%).The book that in to account the objectivity standard was takes book of the fifth grade.And then book of the sixth grade and finally the book of the fourth grade. 3 - The inclusion in the books for the Scientific Fourth and Fifth Grades has been very weak compared to the proportion of inclusiveness adopted the coverage proportion for the sixth yeam book was 84.3% The rate of the proportion of inclusiveness for all the three books was 87.68% 4 - The value of the coefficient of truthful content was very weak (0.446) when compared to what the experts think of the weights for each of the cognihve field of obsened specifications table. Recommendations In light of the research results.we necommendthe following recommendations : 1 An attention is needed for different levels of when preparing textbooks questions for the purpose of improvement and development. 2 The book questions should not be focus on the essay questions, as should include objective questions (multiple choice, matching fictures and the assertion and reason and others). 3 - The questions book should cover chapter headings in the textbooks. 4 - drafting additional questions at the end of each book of the three books take into account the standards of good questions according to the higher levels of thinking. 5 - need to adopt a specification table when preparing the questions and evaluate constantly. Proposals In light of this, the researcher suggested a number of proposals, including : 1 - conducting similar studies for the final and school exam questions for biology subject according to Gallagher and Aschner classification. 2 - conducting similar studies to the ends of chapters questions fro chemistry and physics for the secondery level. 3 - Conduct studies to show the difficulties that hinder the application of the upper levels of the evaluation like divergent thinking andevalute thinking for the exams in biology at the various stages of study

So hold many conferences that shows the importance of developing the performance of educational leaders, as in the first Scientific Conference of the Colleges of Education and Human Sciences at the University of Anbar in 2011, and highlighted what is in it that there is weakness in the level of administrative performance of most of the educational leaders in Iraqi universities and the need to improve the performance of those leaders. (First Scientific Conference of Colleges of Education : University of Anbar 0.2011). Fifth Scientific Conference and discussed at the University of Maysan, 2012, which was held under the slogan (the role of universities in the construction and promotion) discussed the development of educational systems departments and it is different from other community systems departments because the entrance to the heterogeneous and difficult to adjust and control due to the different intellectual, cultural and social levels, which requires the presence of administrative leadership effective. In addition to the above has the researcher conducted a number of meetings and interviews with a number of administrative leaders in Wasit University and their assistants and heads of academic departments, and through discussions it became clear that there are problems hindering the administrative performance of the development of the Heads of Departments, including the discrepancy in the decisions and instructions of the higher authorities, a what does not help to take the right decisions, poor rehabilitation of educational leadership and not giving in to the criteria for selecting the leadership, weak employment of modern information and communication technology in administrative work, the lack of secretarial effective offices in the scientific section, lack of equal validity with placed on the head of the department responsible. Based on what was presented conferences and problems and weaknesses, and studies of the recommendations made, as well as the interview conducted by researcher The problem with current research in the administrative performance development, and as the administrative work does not evolve, but the evolution of the existing performance of the exercise, change roles so is a set of ideas and routers work and the introduction of updates and make changes designed to improve the performance of heads of academic departments at the University of Wasit mode. And which will reflect positively on the administrative functioning of the first academic work and secondly in teaching, scientific research and community service. The importance of this study is being dealt with very topic in importance, namely the administrative performance development of the heads of academic departments at the University of Wasit in light of the administrative functions based on the areas of (planning, organization, guidance, administrative communication, monitoring and evaluation). Thus is the positioning of the new study and research topics from the university's success is linked to the successful divisions, and effective leadership for scientific department is always seeking to improve its performance in accordance with contemporary management trends. Thus, the results of this study, the heads of academic departments may help in Wasit University on the development of administrative performance during the practice of administrative work and thus improve and develop the university administration at the University of Wasit.In light of the above it can highlight the importance of current research on the following points : 1. The importance of the current research comes in trying to administrative performance of the Heads of Departments to develop in Wasit University in light of the administrative functions of the University, especially if Wasit University is one of the young university, it needs to reform processes and continuous improvement.2. The importance of the role of the Chairman of the Scientific Section, which is the decisive factor in achieving the goals of the department and the college and then university, which should have a department head clear vision of the role.3. The results of the study may help in the development of workshops especially to improve and develop the administrative performance of the Heads of Departments at the University of Wasit action programs, as well as the results may also contribute to the opening of a new field for researchers to conduct research aimed at the administrative performance of the department heads to develop using modern methods in the Management. To achieve the aim of the research scholar at the descriptive and analytical approach has been adopted, and employed a questionnaire which included five areas (planning, organization, direction, management and communication, and monitoring and evaluation), which included (60) paragraph, after the presentation to a group of experts in accordance with methodology Delphi method, and used statistical methods (the proportion of the agreement, and the weighted average, the weight percentile). And clear some of the paragraphs above areas as follows : The adoption of e - mail provides an enabling environment through the provision of data and information as the introduction of information and communication technologies contribute to change the administrative work style and effectiveness and performance of the mechanism of action which develops adoption of electronic correspondence deliver the performance and the speed of a good investment of time.In light of the search results, the researcher suggested some of the conclusions, including : 1. Must rely on a clear methodology based on the foundations of scientific research when drafting the development plans of the Department of Scientific which can be head of the department of development of plans for operations development and proper investment of human and material resources, and being able to solve the immediate problems and prepare for the problems of a possible occurrence.2. Recognize that the development process of administrative performance reflected the basic educational functions of the scientific section, namely, teaching, scientific research and community service.3. The process requires the development of performance based on the philosophy of the availability of training development to bridge the gap between what is realistic object and what we aspire to be, and this calls for the training of deans, department heads and faculty and staff, including introduces or invents or discovers.One of the main recommendations of the researcher : 1. The establishment of scientific conferences and seminars about the ongoing development of performance management mechanisms and administrative leaderships allowing development in educational institutions culture.2. Adopting the principle of efficiency in the selection of administrative leaders (heads of departments) and the exchange of Progressive, which is reflected positively on the performance of the scientific section level.3. that the development is going on and one of the core values of the culture of scientific section process, and that is reflected on the behavior and method acting by each member of the faculty, as is standard for evaluating their performance.4. Abstract: يهدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على اثر التدريس باستراتيجيتي التخيل الموجه والتفكير التناظري في تحصيل مادة علم البيئة والتلوث والتفكير التاملي لدى طلبة كلية التربية الاساسية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف وضع الباحث الفرضيتين الصفريتين الاتيتين : - 1 - لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة | The current research aims to identify the impact of teaching by forwarded imaginary and analogy thinking in the achievement of environment science, pollution and contemplative thinking by students of the Basic Education College.To achieve this aims researcher put the two nil hypotheses as the following : 1 - There is no statistical significant difference at the level ( 0.05) between the average degrees of research groups in achievement test in the environmental science and pollution subject.2 - There is no statistical significant difference at the level ( 0.05) between the average degrees of research groups in Meditative Thinking scaleResearch was conducted on the second stage students in the Department of General Science / College of Basic Education / Haditha/The University of Al - Anbar for the first term of the academic year (2014 - 2015)Researcher adopted experimental design of the two experimental groups and the control group , the research sample selected intentionally the number of research sample reached ( 60 ) students from the second stage students in the Department of Science for the academic year ( 2014 - 2015 ), The first experimental group studied by forwarded imaginary thinkink , the second experimental group studied by the analogy thinking and the third group studied by the usual way.And groups are rewarded in the variables ( achievement in biology subject by the sixth year secondary school , and chronological age - month period , intelligence and thinking contemplative previous information, and back ground education by the parents). The experiment term study lasted by two lessons a week for each group , and the researcher himself teach research groups.The achievement test was built in the environment and pollution science of (45) subjective items, multiple choice , and (5) essay item , were verified from its sincerity by submit on a group of arbitrators , then applied on a prospective sample to make sure the clarity of its items and were confirmed its stability also has been discrimination coefficient, and the coefficient of difficulty of items and effectiveness of false alternatives.The researcher adopted a measure of Meditation thinking by Eysenk Wolsen after his translation , which consists (30) items , (20) items of the total items represent a positive mediation thinking while the rest (10) items representing negative. To ensure the veracity of the scale display on a group of specialists to judge the goodness in measuring the capacity to be measured and adopted 80% and above of the items on the validity of the scale.Then applied on exploratory sample to make sure the clarity of its items, and the account of stability coefficient, then after the data were analyzed and processed statistically and yielded the following results : 1 - A statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of first students experimental group studied in accordance with the forwarded imaginary and strategy control group in favor of the experimental group students who have studied according to the imagination strategy in achievement test2 - There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of students second experimental group which studied strategy of the analog thinking and the average score of the control group which studied the usual method in achievement.3 - There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of students the first experimental group studied the strategy of forwarded imaginary and average grades second experimental group which studied the strategy of analog in the achievement.4 - Statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average score for the first experimental groups studied according to the forwarded Imitation and the second that studied the strategy of analog thinking in the development of meditation thinking test.5 - There is no difference statistically significant at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of the first experimental group which studied by strategy forwarded imagery and the average of second experimental group which studied by analog thinking in development of meditation thinking.In light of the search results, researcher came out by a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions

Abstract: ecent research aimed to know the effectiveness of bland learning strategy and active thinking model on the scientific fourth grade male students in physics subject achievement and their scientific sense. To verify the aim of this research , researcher had been formulated the following two zero hypotheses : 1) No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the students mean scores of the three groups students on achievement test of physics subject.2) No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the students mean scores of the three groups students on scientific sensescale.The research was carried out on the scientific fourth grade male students in Al - Zaitoon preparatory school in Al - Diwanyia, for the Academic Year (2015 - 2016) A.D.The researcher rewards the three groups of the research statically in a number of variations like ( the previous achievement in the physics , the intermediate stage ) , age , intelligence , the previous information and scientific sense ) The researcher also prepared the materials of the research like ( the specification of the scientific material , forming the goals , behavioral purposes , preparation of the teaching method ).The researcher prepared two tools , the first tool ( achievement test ) that forms in its final picture in 49 objective items form a type ( multi - test ) that has four alternatives and the enquiry of the explicit truth has done and the truth of the contain for the test and outlines the difficulty factor , the discrimination factor and the effectiveness of the fault alternatives for the objective items , then the calculation of constant factor by Keudor and Richardison - 20 - is ( 0. 81 ) The second tool is the measurement of the scientific sense which is formed by its final shape from 71 items that is distributed in an equal on the sides of the scientific sense ( it is the recall of the experiences and connect them in the present , the numeral sense , the activation of the most senses , thinking in thinking , scientific curiosity, brain waking , the interesting in scientific work , toiling and control the irrationality) the enquiry of truth has been done and the distinguishable power for its items and the calculation of its constant in two ways ( they are Alpha factor , the factor equals (0.96 ) and in the way of re - test ( 0.91 )The research sample was selected intentionally by the researcher which consisted of (106) male students, Randomized into three groups (35) students in first experimental group, (35) in second experimental group and (36) students in control group. The three group's students have been equalization by the following variables : (age in month, intelligence, physics scores at third grade, pre physics knowledge, and scientific sense).The experiment has been applied during the first and second courses from the academic study year (2015 - 2016) and continued for twenty two weeks in term of three lessons for each group and after the end of the experiment, the two tools of the research were applied on the three groups then the data were treated statically by using the analysis of single variation by the use of static bag for social sciences SPSS, issue 20 and program Microsoft office excel 2007.The research results showed as the following : 1) Effectiveness of each of the bland learning strategy and active thinking model between the two experimental groups' and the control group of the scientific fourth grade male students in physics subject achievement.2) Effectiveness of each of the bland learning strategy active thinking model between the two experimental group's and the control group of the fourth grade scientific male students on the scientific fourth grade male students in scientific sense.3) No statistically significant differences between strategy of bland learning and model active thinking between the two experimental group's of the scientific fourth grade male students on the fourth grade scientific male students in physics subject achievement and their scientific sense In light of the results of research, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and proposed a number of recommendations

Abstract: The aim of the present research is knowing "The Effectiveness of Meta - Cognitive Learning Course and SWOM Strategies in Achievement of Physics for Fourth Scientific Class Students and Their Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive ". To achieve this aim, the following two zero hypotheses were made : The First Zero Hypothesis : There is no difference of statistical marker at the level (0.05) between the scores average of the first experimental group students who were taught according to the meta - cognitive learning course and the scores average of the second experimental group students who were taught according to the swom and the scores average of the control group students who were taught according to the traditional method 0n Physics Achievement Test.The Second Zero Hypothesis : There is no difference of statistical marker at the level (0.05) between the scores average of the first experimental group students who were taught according to the meta - cognitive learning course and the scores average of the second experimental group students who were taught according to the swom and the scores average of the control group students who were taught according to the traditional method on Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive.The research targeted the fourth grade of secondary school in the scientific branch at the preparatory and secondary governmental day schools in the city center of Al - Qadissiya, and physics subject in all chapters of the book for the first and the second semesters of 2014 - 2015. The researcher has randomly chosen (Way draw) Al - Sadrein Preparatory School for Boys which belongs to the Directorate of Education of Al - Diwniyah to be the sample of his experiment.The researcher adopted the experimental method and used the experimental design of three equivalent groups (two experimental and one control) of achieving post - test and Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive measure Three sections were selected randomly to be the sample. It was consisted of (103) students; (35) students for the first experimental group which was taught according to the meta - cognition learning course strategy,(34) students for the second experimental group which was taught according to swom strategy, and (34) students for the control group which was taught according to the traditional method.www.tracker - software.com The researcher made the three study samples equivalent in the variants (age, pre - Achievement for the third year students in physics, intelligence level, preinformation test in physics, Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive). The researcherprepared the research requirements like identifying the scientific material, forming the behavioral aims, setting teaching plans).The researcher also prepared two tools; the first is the "Achievement Test", which was finally consisted of (43) objective items of "multiple choice" with four alternatives, and (7) essay items. The face validity and content validity were checked. The difficulty coefficient, discriminatory coefficient, the effectiveness of objective items alternatives were extracted. The reliability of the test items were identified by the internal consistency method (Cronbach'sAlpha Coefficient) which was (0.89). The reliability of scoring coefficient for essay items was (0.87) between the researcher and himself, and (0.85) between the researcher and other. The second tool was " Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive measure" which was finally consisted of (54) items; equally distributed on themain skills (self - organization skills, necessary skills for doing scientific tasks, procedural control skills). Then, the face validity, construction validity and discriminatory powers of its items were re - examined. Its reliability was calculated in two ways; internal consistency (Cronbach'sAlpha Coefficient), which was (0.88), and by re - test, which was (0.86). The experiment was applied to both teaching semesters, the first and the second, of (2014 - 2015). It lasted for (21) weeks; three lessons for each group. After completing the experiment, the two research tools were applied on the three research groups. The data were statistically processed by using oneway analysis of variance, Scheff'e Test, effect size, the 20th editionof SPSS, and Microsoft Office Excel 2007. The results showed that : 1 - The first experimental group which was taught according to the metacognition learning course strategy was superior to the control group which was taught according to the traditional method in Achievement of Physics with effect size of (1.42) which is a significant indicator. 2 - The second experimental group which was taught according to swom strategy was superior to the control group which was taught according to the traditional method in Achievement of Physics with effect size of (1.29) which is a significant indicator.3 - There is no difference of statistical marker between the first experimental group which was taught according to the meta - cognition learning course strategy and the second experimental group which was taught according toswom strategy in Achievement of Physics.4 - The first experimental group which was taught according to the metacognitive learning course strategy was superior to the control group which was taught according to the traditional method of Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive with effect size of (1.86), which a significant indicator.5 - The second experimental group which was taught according to swom strategy was superior to the control group which was taught according to the traditional method of Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive with effect size of (1.79), which a significant indicator.6 - There is no difference of statistical marker between the first experimental group which was taught according to the meta - cognition learning course strategy and the second experimental group which was taught according to swom strategy in the Thinking Skills Meta - Cognitive. In the light of the research results, a number of conclusions were achieved and a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented.

Abstract: يهدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على فاعلية التصميم التعليمي للتربية البيئية في : 1. تحصيل مادة التربية البيئة والتلوث عند طلبة كلية التربية الاساسية. 2. اتخاذ القرار لحل المشكلات البيئية عند طلبة كلية التربية الاساسية. ولغرض التحقق من هدفي البحث تم صياغة الف | This study aims at knowing the effectiveness of epistemological design of environmental education in : 1) The acquisition of the subjects of environment for students of basic education college. 2) Decision - making for the solving of the problem of environment for students of basic education college. In order to verify this objective, the following two zero hypotheses were formulated : A. There is no statistical significant differences at the level of (0.05) between means score of the sample students of the experimental group who study according to the epistemological design of environmental education and the scores of the students of the control group who study according to the traditional method in the test of the subject of Environment and Pollution. B. There is no statistical significant differences at the level of (0.05) between means score of the sample students of the experimental group who study according to the epistemological design of environmental education and the scores of the students of the control group who study according to the traditional method in the scale of decision - making for the solving of the problem of environment. In order to verify the validity of these two hypotheses, the researcher conducted an experiment that lasted a complete semester. Then, an epistemological design according the environmental education was constructed following four sequential and correlated stages.The study was confined to the students of Al - Mustansriya University \ College in the Department of Science. The sample was chosen purposely because they learn the subject of Environment and Pollution for the three departments (Chemistry, Physics and Biology) for the same curricula. The two sections were chosen randomly from the sections for the second stage in the Department of Science. The total number of the sample was (55) male and female students after eliminating the failed students. Twenty - seven of the sample in the experimental group were taught according to the epistemological design according to the environmental education and twenty - eight students in the control group were taught according to the traditional method. The two groups were matched in respect of some of the variables which might be effective in the independent variable (age calculated in months, previous information test, and the average of previous year and the scale of decision - making for the solving of the problem of environment. The scientific material was determined in five chapters from the lectures of Environment and Pollution designated for the second stage students in the Department of Sciences\ College of Basic Education in the first semester. The behavioral objectives were formulated and attained 353 objectives. For the tools of the study, the researcher prepared an acquisition test made up of (50) test items in (35) objective items the type of multiple choice among four options and (15) essay type. The apparent validity was verified after displaying a group of arbitrators specialized in methods of teaching and evaluation and assessment and Environment and Pollution. An experiment was conducted on 30 students that aimed at knowing the clarity of the test items and determining the answering time. The other experiment was conducted on 100 students in order to analyze the test items statistically to find the psychometric characteristics. The constancy was found by the method of inner consistency Cronbach’s alpha that attained (%84). The correction coefficient of the essay items were also found that attained between the researcher and the first corrector (%82), the researcher and the second corrector (%82) and the first and the second corrector (%86) and the researcher rand himself through time (%89). The second tool was the scale for decision - making for the solving of the problem of environment prepared by (Al - Assadi, 2009) for its suitability with the Iraqi environment and for the university level. In addition to the opinions of the experts which is made up of (22) items each one represents one problem of the study. Also, the scale validity was verified by the use of the apparent and logical truthfulness, and its constancy was found by the use retest method, and the constancy coefficient attained (%82) and the method of inner consistency (Kudor - Richardson 21) and the constancy coefficient attained (%84). After the preparation of the requirements of the stud, the experiment was applied starting from 28/12/2014 and lasted for 20 weeks in two hours per group. The teacher taught the two groups himself. After the end of the experiment, the researcher applied the acquisition test for the subject of Environment and Pollution and the decision - making for the solving of the problem of environment on the two unequal groups of the study (experimental and control). After statically analyzing the results by the use of t - test for two independent samples unequal in number. The results showed the excel of the two experimental groups which studied according to the pedagogical design of the environmental education on the control group which studied according to the traditional methods. The results rejects the two zero hypotheses. In the light of this, the researcher comes up with a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions

There were no significant differences at the (0.05) level between the mean scores of the practical performance of the students in the experimental group who studied the process in accordance with the instructional design experiences - learning and students of the control group, who studied in accordance with the normal way.2. In order to verify these hypotheses : Research community was determined from students of the first stage in the Department of Physics in the College of Education for Pure Sciences Ibn Al - Haytham - University of Baghdad's whose Total number was 178 students. Distributed between four stages of study, and determine the substance of electrical laboratory (practical experiences), prepared for the academic year (2014 - 2015).Classes A & B were chosen randomly as a research sample. These students were divided randomly into four study groups, (A1) was selected to be the experimental group, and the number of students was (20) students who were taught material of Laboratory of Electrical according to instructional design and group (B1), which represented the control group and the number of students was (20) students who were taught the same article by the normal way. Both groups were made equivalent according to the following variable : chronological age , intelligence , intelligence, physics degrees in the previous year and critical thinking). And the a researcher prepared a research demands represented by (identifying scientific material, formulation of behavioral objectives , and determining their levels, identifying performance activities, preparation of work of electrical testing guide, teaching aids and appliances, tools and materials and the preparation of lesson plans for the two groups) in addition to the construction of three tools which were building calendar tool The final practical performance (note card), and in addition to measure the theoretical performance and test critical thinking, which was to make sure of Psychometrics characteristics. Application experience began in 1/12/2014 up 21/5/2015 and continued throughout the academic year ,by three hours per week for each group and the researcher taught the two sets of search, and processing data statistically by using the Statistical bag for Social Sciences (SPSS), and arrived to following results were reached : Supremacy experimental group over control group practical with theoretical performance and thinking critic, statistically significant and the The researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals.

To achieve the goals of the dissertation, three zero hypotheses were proposed : 1. There is no statistical significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average degree of teaching practices of chemistry teachers who participate in the training course according to the strategies of both sides of the brain and the average degree of the non - participating teachers. 2. There is no statistical significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average of students, degree who were taught by the trained chemistry teachers according to strategies of both sides of the brain and the average of students, degree taught by the non - trained chemistry teachers in chemistry test.3. There is no statistical significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average of students, degree who were taught by the trained chemistry teachers according to the strategies of both sides of the brain and the average of students, degree taught by the non - trained chemistry teachers of the quantity of thinking patterns.The chemistry teachers in the secondary schools in the General Directorate of Garmian Education in Sulaimanya province and the fifth grade scientific students in 2015 - 2016 were assigned as the research community.The sample was chosen from teachers who teach the fifth grade scientific students from the research community, five of those who participated in the proposed training course according to the strategies of both sides of the brain, and seven teachers who did not participate in the course and they were chosen according to some criteria like : certificate, the length of their teaching career, and their previous experience. After that a sample of those teachers, students was chosen and a class was randomly chosen for each teachers as follows : (28 - 31) students (males and females) for the teachers who participated in the proposed training course, and (26 - 30) students (males and females) for the teachers who did not participate in the course.The form of monitoring the teaching measures of chemistry teachers was prepared to suit both sides of the brain and contained three steps : analysis, assembling, and evaluation. The form contained (48) articles the truthfulness of which were tested and its validity was fixed according to the (practice, re - practice) method. At the end, the range of connectivity reached (88%). As for the learning test, it contained (50 ) articles of multiple choice of four choices. Then its truthfulness and psychometric features were tested and the range of its connectivity was (0.91%) according to (Keoder Richardson - 20). As far as the kind of thinking measure is concerned, (Al - Zuheri, 2016) test in Iraq was used which is based on the four - sided sample that is based in its turn on the Whole Brain theory of Herman. The results showed the following : 1. There is a diagnosed statistical difference between the two groups of the teachers who participated in the training course and those who did not participate in it as far as the teaching measures are concerned and the scale largely falls on the side of the trained teachers.2. There is a diagnosed statistical difference between the students of the trained and not trained teachers in the test of thinking in the topic of chemistry for the students of the trained teachers with a wide range.3. There is a diagnosed statistical difference between the students of the trained and not trained teachers in the kind of thinking measurefor the students of the trained teachers with a wide range.Therefore,the researcher recommends the proposed training course accordingtothe strategies of both sides of the brain together in the course of training chemistry teachers during their service

To achieve the research goals, the experimented research method is depended. In this method, a realistic empirical design of two - equivalent groups with post - test is used to measure information processing skills and students’ grade. The following null hypotheses is formulated : 1. There is no statistical difference for the statistical coffiection at 0.05 between average degree for the students of the experimented group who studied the subject using the Instructional design based on the modified M.U.R.D.E.R strategy and those who studied the same subject using traditional way on achievement test.2. There is no statistical difference for the statistical coffiection at 0.05 between the mean grade for the students of the experimented group who studied the subject using the Instructional design based on the modified M.U.R.D.E.R strategy and those who studied the same subject using traditional way in information processing skills test. The research society is determined with the fourth grade’s class female students’ in secondary schools/morning study that belong to public directorate Baghdad Education/Rusafa2.Randomaly,Somar Secondary School for girls is chosen to be the research field. Seventy two students female are selected as a research sample that divided into two groups : - Experimented group that are taught according the Instructional design of modified M.U.R.D.E.R strategy. - Control group that are taught using traditional method. The equivalent between these two groups is made using different variables (age, the previous degree for mathematic subject, information processing skills, intelligent, and the previous knowledge in mathematic test).To achieve the experiment’s aim and collect its information; two tests are constructed as follows : 1. Achievement test consists of (40) objective paragraph of multiple choices.2. Information processing skills test consists of (79) paragraphs that distributed into three skills of Information processing : (8) paragraphs for summarization skills, (46) paragraphs for identifying the relations and mathematic patterns and (25) paragraphs for evaluation skills. Some of these paragraphs are formulated as an essay, others are subjectively.The two tests are applied to an exploratory sample to verify the clarity of all test paragraphs and, instruction test time, make an appropriate statistical analysis, and sycometerics proprieties ensure. Then the tests are ready to be applied on the research two groups. After applying the tests on the research two groups, the results are analyzed using suitable statistical tools, like Person coefficient, Alpha - Cronbanch equation, Kuder - Richardson Formula 20, and (t - test) for two unequal independent samples. The results show that there is a statistical difference for the students of the experimented group who are taught using the instructional design according to the modified M.U.R.D.E.R strategy in both achievement and sum of Information processing skills and each skill separately to the control student group who are taught using the traditional way. The researcher deduces a set of conclusions : teaching according to the Instructional design of modified M.U.R.D.E.R strategy has positive effectiveness in the achievement of the students. It also enhance the performance of students skill in information processing, increase their capabilities to organize information, concepts and mathematical relations. Abstract: This study aims for constructing a proposed training programme of mathematic language skills and finding out its effect dealing with mathematical information by teachers of mathematics and on their pupils' achievement. The researcher has adopted the equivalent two - group real, experimental design and a post test to measure the teachers' skills and of mathematical information treatment and their pupils' achievement. use the real experimental design with two groups equals to measure the, and put two zero hypothesis. Two null hypotheses Howe been hypothesized : - First, those hypotheses concerning with testing teachers treatment of mathematical information after completing the training programme. The test results of the three integrated skills of mathematical information treatment are statistically identical for both the experimental and control groups with a significance of more than (0.05) its divided in to three sub - hypotheses. : 1. The test results of the skill summarization are the (identical) for both the experimental and control groups with a statistically significance of more than (0.05)..2. The test results of the skill of identifying mathematical relations are statistically identical for both the experimental and control groups with a significance of more than (0.05).. 3. The test results of the skill of information assessment are statistically identical for both the experimental and control groups with a significance of more than (0.05). Second, the hypothesis concerning with testing pupils achievement of the completing the training programme : It is hypothesized that the pupils' results in the achievement test are identical for both the experimental and the control group with a significance of more than (0.05). This study is limited to;1 - Teachers of mathematics in primary day schools of the six directorates. of education in Baghdad, 24 male and female teachers randomly;(12) for the experimental group how attended the training programme and (12) for the control group. 2. Pupils in the classes being taught by those teachers chosen above both groups were equalized in terms of (years in service, academic achievement and pretest of previous knowledge) whereas the pupils of both groups were equalized in terms of (age, previous achievement and the IQ). In order to achieve the aims of this study, the researcher has designed two tests : 1. Mathematical information treatment skill test of (52) items ; (10) items testing the skill of summarization, (28) items for testing the identification of mathematical relations and patterns and(14) items for testing the skill of mathematical evolution.some of these items were subjective ,whereas the others were objective. 2. An achievement test for the fifth primary class pupil of (40) multiple - choice items. Both tests were administrated with for pilot samples of teachers and pupils. The first two pilot tests were to check out item clarity, instructions and the time the other two pilot tests were to identify the suitable statistical means and the psychometric features. The researcher has applied Pearson correlation coefficient, (Eta) correlation coefficient, Alpha Kron pach formula. Kolmogoro - Smirnov. Test, T - test, levenen test, Man whitney test and the statistical package of social sciences (SPSS) in order to analyze the test results. The results of the study show that : 1. There is a difference of statistical significance in the favour of the teacher in the experimental group.2. There is a difference of statistical significance in the favour of the pupils in their achievement. The researcher has drawn conclusions; one of which is that the training programme has a positive effect on the teachers' ability to summarize and arrange of mathematical information, concepts and relationships and on their pupils' achievement as well. This study ends up with some suggestions and recommendations for further studies.

IQ test spatial / visual : the final form of the 40 items of the type of substantive paragraphs through which to measure visual spatial intelligence when the study sample.And conducted the appropriate statistical analyzes to calculate the coefficients of difficulty and discrimination and effective alternatives to paragraphs substantive tests and make sure Alsaiko metric properties of their validity and reliability. After the use of the following statistical tools to analyze the results of the application of the tests, the test samples t to sample one coherent and Gintan independent, and the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the method of alpha Crow Nbach and the way Keodr Richard Wilson KR (20), and the equation T to measure the significance link.The results of the research to : 1.. There is a difference is statistically significant at the level of significance 0.05)) between the arithmetic mean of the sample (47.48%) and medium - premise ((35 on the test patterns mathematical thinking and in favor of the Mediterranean premise, and that the research sample students to have a low level of patterns of mathematical thinking, where occupied the thinking inferential first place, while ranked second mathematical thinking, and ranked third systemic thinking, and finally ranked fourth critical thinking.2. there is a difference is statistically significant at the significance level (0.05) between the arithmetic mean of the sample (16.27) and medium - premise (20) and in favor of medium - premise, and that the research sample students have a low level of intelligence spatial / visual mathematician.3. There is a direct correlation between moderate Styles mathematical thinking and intelligence spatial / visual athlete at the research sample students.4. There is a direct correlation between a weak mathematical thinking and intelligence spatial / visual athlete at the research sample students5. The researcher rewarded students between the two sets of research in a number of variables that have an impact on the results of an experiment (age in months, the Achievement of parents, a year earlier grades, test the previous information in the geographical material, Raven test of intelligence). And studied the researcher herself students two sets of search after it identified topics article, and has prepared necessary to teach students two sets of research lesson plans, and the number of plans (32) plan for both of the two groups, the rate of (16) a plan for each group, and presented to a group of arbitrators and specialists, and in the light of opinions I conducted the necessary adjustments. For the purpose of achievement measure in the article "general geographical material for the students of the two sets of research in the subjects studied by the researcher, it prepared a test for it, as it consisted of three questions, the first question (37) items of multiple choice, second and third questions of questions type essay short (8) a paragraph, and was confirmed by his sincerity and persistence and the coefficient of difficulty and strength discriminatory paragraphs and effectiveness of false alternatives, and presented to a group of arbitrators, and applied the test on the sample after the completion of the experiment, which lasted 8 weeks and is dedicated to the work experience period. It was through the use of data analysis (coefficient of difficulty, discrimination coefficient, effective alternatives, T - Test test for two independent samples, Kuder Richardson equation 20 and equation Cronbach's alpha) , study resulted in the following conclusion : Higher than students who experimental group studied model Perkins and Blythe, the students of the control group who studied traditional way, if it reaches the arithmetic mean experimental group (29.314), while reached the avarge mean of the control group (22 657), at the significance level (0.05) in the post - test this means that the students who have studied the model according to Perkins and Blyth best in the attainment of the students who was their teaching in the traditional group and in the light of the results of this study, was to reach a set of conclusions and recommendations, and proposals

There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who have studied the use of strategic planning organizations, and between the average scores of the control group students who have studied the same subject in the usual way in the post achievement test.Thesis Limits : The current research is determined by the following : 1 - The first grade intermediate students in intermediate & secondary school for boys in day - breeding Baghdad / Karkh Directorate the second.2 - Geography - book as prescribed by the Ministry of Education for the year (2014 - 2015) the first semester of the academic year (2014 - 2015).The researcher has chosen the partial design for couple groups : The Control Group & The Experimental Group in Post Achievement Test. Educational province of Baghdad / Al Karkh II was selected at random and then Al Dawra District was randomly chosen of the six sectors of the Directorate, (Dirar bin Azores) Intermediate School for Boys at random from among this sector of the schools. The researcher has identified and determined two divisions of first grade intermediate students , in order to , one of them be Experimental one and the other Controlled Group which reached a final form of (60) students , (30) students of the experimental group (30) students of the control group.The two groups , the Experimental and The Control one were statically rewarded in the following variables (Intelligence , Chronological Age , Previous Geographical information , educational attainment of the parents, and the previous year degrees). Statistically significant Differences did not appear in these variables. The researcher had identified the scientific and formulated the goals for behavioral substance to the search experience levels, according to Bloom (knowledge, understanding, and application) furthermore , she has prepared plans for the two sets of teaching research. She has prepared , as well , the concluded achievement post test , and this test is consisted of (40) test paragraph from multiple choice to measure student achievement, virtual honesty and sincerity content of the test have been extracted , paragraphs were analyzed by extracting difficult and force discriminatory level of each paragraph and effectiveness of the wrong alternatives analysisApplication for experienceThe experiment began in the (Tuesday, 11/11/2014) and lasted for 8 weeks as ended (Sunday, 01/11/2015) The researcher taught the two groups , and after the end of the probationary period , the researcher applied test of the acquisition of geographical for the two groups concepts.Research Results : After collecting the data and find the difference between the average scores of students in the testing and use of test samples (T) for two independent samples, the researcher has found that there is a statistical significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) for the experimental group which studied the strategy planning organizations in the collection of geographic subject , thus the researcher has reached and concluded , in the light of the results of the study to a group of the most prominent conclusions, help strategy to provide a learning environment in thinking, it can contribute to improving the student's ability to absorption and collection, and this leads the student to play a positive role in the collection and organization of information and follow - up and evaluation and increase their ability to use information and employ them in various positions of Education.The researcher's recommendations including according to the result include the following below : ? Urging supervisors and school administration to train teachers in the use of this strategy and to encourage them to employ them in the classroom.? Providing planners and developers and implementers of the curriculum with the results of studies that have proven the effectiveness of this strategy so that they curricula and teaching methods in light of the development of this strategy.? The need and the necessity to improve education usual and the methods that relied on the conservation and to remember and using of innovative new educational formats that contribute to the improvement of the learning process.In the light of the recommendations , the researcher suggests the following : below proposals : ? Conducting a similar study of the current study on the faculties of education for all students in Iraqi universities.? The two groups were equalized on the veriables age counted by months, the previous achierment of chemistry Subject, the pervious information test,and the mental capacity criterion. The teching plan has been adopted after being decleared by jury members and experts in method of teaching, psychology and measurment and evaluation the test which constists of (50) objective items of multiple choice test Atool was constructed especially for this work based or. MultipLe choice test and the mental capacity criterion (Salman 2011) has been taLsen after verifying its relaiblety and validity. The experiment Lasted for two semesters of the acdamic year (2015 - 2016) two hours for each group per the week. After finishing the experiement. The tools of the study have been used by using the proper statisticaL means in order to get the equivaLent and get the final results. The results have shown that the Acheivement of the experimental group students was higher than that of the contral group which taught according to the traditional method and the mental capacity. Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة اثر استراتيجية دينز في اكتساب المفاهيم العلمية لدى تلميذات الصف الرابع الابتدائي في مادة العلوم، وذلك بالتحقق من الفرضية الاتية : ? لايوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0، 05) بين متوسط درجات تلميذات المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي | This research aims at investigating the impact of Deenz’s strategy in acquiring the scientific concepts by the female students of the fourth primary class in (Science) through checking the following hypothesis : There is no difference of a statistical indication at the level (0.05) between the average of scores of the female students in the experimental group who have studied by using Deenz’s strategy in acquiring the scientific concepts in (Science), and the average of scores of the female students in the controlling group who have studied by using the traditional approach for the same topic in acquiring the scientific concepts. The researcher depends on the experimental design of two equivalent groups that have dimensional test. According to this design, a sample has been chosen - the sample consists of female students of the fourth primary class from (Um Al - Baneen) Primary School for Girls in Baghdad belongs to the Second Karkh Educational Directorate, for the academic year (2015 - 2016) [First Semester]. The sample consists of (98) female students divided equally into two classes, one of them resembles the experimental group, and the second resembles the controlling one. The researcher has chosen section (B) randomly for teaching the scientific concepts by using Deenz’s strategy, and section (A) has been taught the scientific concepts by using the traditional approach. The two groups have been equivalent concerning certain variables : age, scientific achievement in (Science) for the third primary class, the scores of previous achievement test, the scores of intelligence test, the parent’s achievement. The behavioral objectives have been designed as three levels for processes of acquiring the concepts; they are : definition, distinction, and application. The behavioral objectives are (45) and they have been used in writing the lesson plans for teaching relying on the independent variable. The researcher has prepared a test for acquiring the scientific concepts for it is the ‘tool’ of the research. The items of the test are (45) in the light of processes of acquiring the three concepts : definition, distinction, and application. The validity of the test has been checked, and even its reliability and the power to discriminate, the difficult level of its items, and the effectiveness of its variables have been checked. After ending the research experiment, the test of acquiring the scientific concepts has been applied for the female students of both (experimental and controlling) groups. Moreover, a statistical treatment for the data has been implemented by using the (t - test) for two independent samples. Consequently, the results have shown the excellence of the experimental group - which has been taught the scientific concepts by using Deenz’s Strategy - on the controlling group which has been taught the same concepts but by using the traditional approach. In the light of the results of this study, a number of concluding remarks have been got concerning the results and the related recommendations, and some suggestions have been set for future researches in this aspect.The Title : The Impact of Deenz’s Strategy in Acquiring the Scientific Concepts by the Female Students of the Fourth Primary Class in (Science)

Hence, the administrative behavior conducted by the head of the scientific department is regarded as a pillar within the entire educational leadership, for the success of such a process is highly dependent on the type of the behavior conducted which in turn will affect those behaviors conducted by other instructors in creating the scientific climate prevailed which is a continuity of the scientific achievement and the educational procession as a whole.Moreover, the head of the scientific department is considered one of the important administrative leadership at the college forming a significant part of its structural and systematic components ,that is he/she possesses the pioneering role within the educational and administrative process ,being a link between the department's instructors and the deanship of the college.This is due to the fact that there is consensus among the majority of the researchers that the administrative behaviour of the head of the scientific department in its various patterns highly effects in constituting the occupational satisfaction of the instructors and personnel which in turn will reflect on the quality and efficiency the performance.This clearly shows the effectual impact of the administrativ behaviour between the administrative leaderships represented by the heads of departments and the instructors working with him/her in shaping their satisfaction and assurance which will identify their own motivation to achieve the general goal of the scientific department. Certainly, there should be certain factors that affect the satisfaction level of college instructors, the first of which is the administrative behaviour conducted by the heads of the scientific departments through their daily ways of dealing ,communicating , and along with the administrative practices to the degree that the interest on the occupational satisfaction of the instructors and everything that would increase their spirits has become one of the modern trends at the educational organizations.This is what the present study will tackle circling around the fact that there are problems related to the nature of the administrative behviour belong to the heads of the scientific departments and the consent of the occupational satisfaction of the teaching staff members. The population of the present study covers all the teaching staff members at the colleges of the university of Baghdad( Human - Scientific )for the academic year 2014 - 2015.The total number of the population is (6210) of males and females instructors at the colleges of the university of Baghdad from which the researcher has selected (310) subjects which forms (5%) out of the original population. Two instruments have been constructed, one of them is related with the administrative behaviour and the other with the occupational satisfaction. The psychometric features of the instruments have been verified. In order to achieve the aims of the current study ,the researcherhas utilized the descriptive analytic approach as well as the proper statistical means (SPSS).Then, the researcher has come up with certain results : 1 - Heads of the scientific departments possess a good level of the administrative behaviour.2 - Teaching staff members at the colleges of Baghdad possess a degree of the occupational satisfaction.3 - There is a correlational relationship between the administrative behaviour and occupational satisfaction.Based on the results obtained ,specific conclusions have been set : 1 - The administrative behaviour has a vital and affected role on the instructors' satisfaction and their performance at the scientific departments which indicates the need for good dealings and humanitarian relationships among members at these departments. 2 - The administrative behaviour and the occupational satisfaction is considered a formula between two parts affected each other ,in that whenever there is an increase of the good occupational satisfaction ,there is also an increase in the administrative behaviour and vice versa.According to the conclusions gained ,certain recommendations have been set as follows : 1 - Studying the results extracted from this study by both the heads of the scientific departments and instructors at different universities to make use of such results in treating the problems faced and in proceeding the managerial affairs.2 - Adopting the above results in workshops or training courses held within the academic year and for all levels (administrative - instructional - supreme leaderships)at the university of Baghdad.3 - The supreme administration the university of Baghdad is recommended to consider the education degree and the scientific rank into consideration when assigning the heads of the scientific departments and to select those who are Assistant Professors and hold the Ph.D. to properly achieve the university's goals and grant the real status deserved by the heads of departments.Finally, some suggestions are put forward as follows : 1 - Conducting a study to find out the relationship between the administrative behaviour conducted by the heads of the scientific departments and systematic commitment revealed by the teaching staff members at the colleges of the University of Baghdad.2 - Conducting a study to find out the difficulties faced by the heads of the scientific departments at the colleges of the University of Baghdad or other Iraqi universities.3 - Conducting a study to find out the administrative behaviour conducted by the deans of colleges and its relationship with the occupational satisfaction of the heads of the scientific departments

Abstract: Aims of the current research were to evaluate the content of the computer intermediate stage textbooks in Iraq in accordance with the technological literacy and submitting developmental suggestions, through answering the following questions : - What is the percentage for the availability of the technological literacy fields and their standards and the rising indicators in the computer textbooks content that has been decided for the intermediate stage students and adopted by the Ministry of Education / General Directorate of curriculum in the school year (2015 - 2016)? - What are the developmental suggestions for the computer textbooks content that has been decided for the intermediate stage students depending on the standards and the indicators of the technological literacy fields?And in order to check the first aim of the research, the researcher must validate the null hypothesis of the following : - There are no statistical significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the given importance of the five technological literacy fields in terms of results percentages analysis and ratios of the criterion that has been suggested by the specialists.In order to answer the research questions and verify its hypothesis, the researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical approach. The researcher used as a population and sample of her research two of the computer textbooks content that has been decided for the intermediate stage students, they were (the first and second intermediate level textbooks).In order to prepare the first draft of the research tool that content the five technological literacy fields (The Nature of Technology, Technology and Society, Design, Abilities of Technological World, The Designed World) the researcher depended on the international Standards for Technological Literacy : content for the study of technology (STL) which was approved by the International Society for Educational Technology after translating and adapting them according to the Iraqi environment.In addition to an exploratory study on a sample of (20) computer teachers distributed between first Rusafa and second Rusafa by directing an open ended questionnaire included questions to suggest what are the suitable criteria and indicators for each of the technical literacy fields that should be included in the list.The researcher distributed the first draft tool among some experts and gave them enough time to check each item and removing or adding what is suitable for the tool to become in its final draft in order to measure what has been prepared to measure, then the computer textbooks content was analyzed and evaluated according on its light.The researcher prepared a criterion to represent the percentage of these fields related to the academic content based on the viewpoints of specialists in educational and scientific area.Regarding the unit of analysis it has been adopted the unit idea (explicit and implicit) as a unit of analysis, in order to validate the veracity of the analysis after displaying a model of the analysis method on a number of specialists who have experiences in content analysis, as well as confirming the stability analysis by an agreement with the researcher herself and with two of outside analysts ,the reliability was ranging between (87.33% - 96.09%), the acceptable stability of transactions. The researcher used a number of statistical methods such as (percentages, J. Cooper equation to calculate the stability of the content analysis, Chi - square to compare the percentages of the results of the analysis with the proposed arbitrators' specialists' percentages and (SPSS).It has been found that the content of intermediate Computer Textbooks phase did not take into account the technological literacy fields required level axes were not observed, but the interest came about is an irregular and balanced, as well as the omission of Textbooks to a set of criteria and indicators pertaining to technical literacy axes, so the researcher prepared a suggested material include these criteria and indicators after presenting them to a group of specialists in the fields of computers, curricula and methods of teaching science.In light of the results of this research some conclusions have been reached the most important of them are weakness of specialists familiarity and respective personnel to prepare the content of computer Textbooks for the intermediate level by international standards relating to the technical literacy fields, and that the process of distribution of standards among Computer Textbooks content for intermediate stage has wildly irregular.Therefore, based on the findings some recommendations are suggested.The most important of them are guiding and drawing attention of specialists who are in charge of the preparation and development of the computers curricula material in the Ministry of Education to benefit from the suggested material that the researcher has developed in this research by including computers textbooks content the standards of the technical literacy fields that are unavailable in the current textbooks and to keep up with the current developments, moreover, taking into account integral and sequence and balance of Computer textbooks by including the standards of technical literacy fields and indicators.To Complementing and development this research the researcher put some suggestions, including : 1. Conducting a similar research for the preparatory stage to evaluate the computer textbooks according to technical literacy, so specialists and concerned people who are involved in the preparation of the computer textbooks content have complete information.2. Conducting a comparative study between the computer textbooks content in Iraq in a specific school stage, and other countries textbooks according to the technical literacy standards.

There is no difference statistically significant at the level of significance - (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who - are studying Thelen model and the average degree of the control group - students who are studying in the usual way, in the Social intelligence. - The experimental design was chosing with a partial seizure (experimental group and a control group) with a posttest for each of the achievement test and Social intelligence.The simple of research ulas (63) students, Divistion to two groups have been equalized in the variables of (Raven test (of intelligence), and age in months, and testing of the information in precedent chemistry, and formerachievement in subject of chemistry, and the measure of social intelligence. One of the two depantments have been setup and the adoption of the scale of social was developed two tools achievement test and the measure of Social intelligence and have mony achievement test of (40) paragraph of which are multiple - choice, the measure of Social intelligence consists of (40) paragraph then were calculated Al - sekoumtre characteristics and stability for them. - The data were analyzed and statistically statistically treatmenting (equation T - test, Cronbach alpha equation, pearson correlation coefficient ,variance coefficient of difficulty, the discriminatory power of the paragraph, effective alternatives for the substantive paragraphs). - In light of the resultsed in the listings for the impact of the Telen model in achievement in the average material chemistry and Social intelligence central to second - grade students and in favor of the recommendations and suggestions.

There is no significant difference at the statistical level (0.05) between the average of scores of the experimental group students they are studied according to the dualism strategy of analysis and structure and the average of scores of the controlled group students they are studied according to the normal way in the achievement.2. There is no significant difference at the statistical level (0.05) between the average of scores of the experimental group students they are studied according to the dualism strategy of analysis and structure and the average of scores of the controlled group students they are studied according to the normal way to test high - order thinking.To achieve the aim of research, the researcher used experimental design a partial control, as well as a current research was Identified by choosing scientific fourth stage students in the governmental diurnal secondary schools which obey to Baghdad education directorate / the first Karkh of studious year (2014 - 2015). The researcher selected purposively Ajnadayn secondary of girls as a research sample, and was selected two divisions of the scientific fourth stage randomly, one of them represent the experimental group and another the controlled group. The sum of research sample was (69) students, (34) students of them in the experimental group and (35) students in the controlled group.The two groups of search were tested by four variables (the time age, scores of biology material in the test of end of the first course, the scores of test of previous biology information, and the test of intelligence), also the scientific material was defined with the last five chapters of the Book of Biology which is scheduled to teach of studious year (2014 - 2015). The behavioral objectives were formulated of these chapters and numbered (256) behavioral objective represented to six levels of Bloom's Taxonomy in the knowledge field (remember, absorbing, application, analysis, structure, and evaluation). The tutorial plans were prepared for the two groups of research and numbered (22) plans for each group. The researcher taught herself the two groups during the period of the experiment, which continued (10) weeks of the second semester of the academic year (2014 - 2015).With respect to the research tools, the researcher used one tool for each dependent variable, as prepared achievement test of last five chapters of the book of Biology of the scientific fourth stage consisted of (47) items represented the substantive questions, as well as the researcher adopted test of study in high - order thinking consisting of (30) items represented in the two types of questions : (15) objective paragraphs, and (15) essay paragraphs, were checking the veracity of tools through articles on a group of arbitrators, have been applied to investigational samples one of them to see how clear paragraphs and time of answer and the other was for the purpose of test statistically analyzed by extracting The psychometric characteristics, in addition to the extraction of the stability for both tests.After the end of the experiment, the two tools were applied on groups of search, then the students, answers were corrected and they were treated statistically. The results were as the following : 1. There are statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group in the achievement test with the large effect size of the independent variable were (0.82).2. There are statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group in the high - order thinking test with the middling effect size of the independent variable were (0.70).The results indicated that there is a positive effect of teaching by strategy of binary analysis and synthesis strategy on the achievement and the high - order thinking, in the light of that the researcher put a number of recommendations and suggestions

Abstract: The current research aims to verify the impact of the Stepanz model to modify wrong understanding of the physical concepts when students fourth grade science and their social intelligence. The researcher formulated the two following zero hypotheses for purpose of verification of the aim of the research : 1 - There is a not statistically difference is significant at the level of significance (.0.5) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying using the Stepanz model and between the average scores of the control group students who are studying in the usual way in the diagnosis test of the wrong understanding of the physical concepts. 2 - There is a not statistically difference is significant at the level of significance (.0.5) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying using the Stepanz model and between the average scores of the control group students who are studying in the usual way in social intelligence scale. The researcher chose a sample for his consideration students of grade forth Scientific in junior high Alfaruq of The first breeding Karkh Directorate, has identified the pilot divisions and control group randomly by lot, as the number of students reached in divisions (55) student after excluding students Alraspat and by (22) student to experimental and (22) student of the officer, and for determining the content of scientific material has identified chapters VI, VII, VIII, IX and X of the fourth book of physics and scientific - grade second semester. equivalence were conducted for the following two variables (age students in months and the degree of the previous achievement in physics and the degree of the previous achievement in mathematics and the previous test information and test misconception and scale social) intelligence. The researcher used two tools to achieve the purposes of research and two (test misconception) and be one of the (51) paragraph in its final form and scale of social intelligence and be one of the (4.) as the final paragraph. Researcher following statistical methods were used to arrive at the results of his research (samples t - test for two independent samples is equal, and the coefficient of difficulty,and the coefficient of discrimination paragraphs and the equation of the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives to paragraphs test misconception, and Pearson correlation coefficient, and the equation Spearman - Brown, Alpha Cronbach the equation, and the equation of effect size). The search procedure has two phases : 1. The first phase of the diagnostic : it applied the researcher tested the wrong understanding of the concepts was a number of misconceptions (12) concept of experimental and (11) a concept of an officer of the asset (12) is selected concept exceeded error where the proportion (343) are distributed between Chapters VI, VII, VIII, IX and the tenth book of Physics fourth grade science. 2. The second phase of treatment : the applied research procedures on the two groups, the researcher has studied by Stepanz model the experimental group, while the control group studied the usual way. The researcher reached to the following results : 1. there is a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups for students in the fourth grade scientific diagnostic test for the wrong understanding of the concepts physical and in favor of the experimental group. 2. there is a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups for students in the fourth grade scientific measure of social intelligence and in favor of the experimental group. Accordingly the researcher reached to following conclusions according to the results of research : 1. The use and application of a Stepanz model in teaching physics fourth grade science have an impact in the amendment misconception which is owned by students in physics. 2. The use and application of the Stepanz model in physics teaching fourth grade science have an impact in raising and improving the degree of social intelligence of students. Accordingly, the researcher has developed a number of recommendations and suggestions for the use of Stepanz model in other studies in other stages and in other scientific materials and a sample of other research.

The purpose of data collection experience it has been built and tested and embraced each other as follows : achievement test : it may be the multiple choice type (40) test of the kind of substantive..Torrance for creativity thinking : has adopted a researcher annealed Torrance test for the Iraqi environment by (Khairallah, 1975).The experiment have been applied in the first and second terms for the academic year (2014 - 2015) by (2) hours for each group and the researcher taught the three research groups by herself.And conducted the appropriate statistical analyzes for the two tests , and use of statistical tools such as Kiodr equation - Richadson 20 and extraction of difficult coefficients and discrimination and effectiveness of alternatives and Q - test, results indicated higher than students of two experimental groups on the students of the control group in the achievement test and test creative thinking.One of the most important findings in this research researcher : 1. The teaching strategies of according to the SCAMPER mental maps had an impact to improve the achievement of students of two experimental groups compared to the control group.2. There were no significant differences between students of two experimental groups in achievement test.3. The test had (40) objective criteria that is multiple test with four alternatives. In addion, we tested the reliability,sustainability, simplify and difficulty factor of Criteria and the alternatives activity.The study were analyzed by using statistical bag of social sciences, spss - 19 program, Microsoft Excel 2013, T - test for one sample and independent samples and correlation Coefficient person.The study showed the following outcomes : - 1 - Communication skills of chemical teacher's in intermediate school were weak.2 - There were no significant differences in Communication skills regarding to gender aspect.3 - Direct correlation medium between chemical teacher's communication and their student outcomes.From the above study, it is recommended that communication skills aspect should be taught and should be included in collage of education establishing. In addion, more studies should be done in communication skills.

There is a statistically significant difference between students digress average of two groups of research in skill to understand article for experimental group at a level of significance of 0,0 5II. There is a statistically significant difference between students average degrees two groups of search in skill of reading validity for the experimental group with the significance level 0,05 Thirdly ;there is a statistically significant difference between students average degrees of two groups of search in skill of reading speed for the experimental group with the level of significance 0,05 in the light of the results the researcher concluded; Teaching the use of semiotic hacking in developing the skills of aloud reading has the effectiveness in raising the achievement of students in grade 1 in these skills and way of semiotic hacking makes the performance of pupils in grade 1 in reading subject the best from ordinary method.The researcher recommended adoption of a semiotic in hacking skills reciting as a proven method of teaching reading to first grade to complement this studyThe researcher has proposed a number of studies, including a study similar to the current study on the level of the provinces and various sexand conduct research on advanced Arab stages, primary the other and a comparative study between semiotic hacking and normal method.

There is a statistically significant difference between the two groups of research in academic achievement test in chemistry for the experimental group with a large size of a effect.2. There is a statistically significant difference between the two groups of search patterns in the learning scale for the experimental group with a large size of a effect.The results revealed that the arithmetic mean of the experimental group was the highest for the pattern (B) Procedural reaching (67.00) and by (26.95%) of the sample, followed by style (A) objective, amounting to (62.52) and by (25.15%) of the sample followed by style (C) emotional reaching (61.17) and by (24.61%) of the sample and finally the pattern (D) creative, amounting to (57.90) and by (23.29%) of the sample.

The research sample consists of (63) female students from the first class intermediate in AL - kawther for distinguished secondary school for girls, of the directorate of Baghdad Educational / third AL - karkh /for the academic year (2015 - 2016).Two classes were chosen randomly, If class (a) was chosen to represent the experimental group consists of (33) female students studying according to the Enrichment program and class (b) to represent the control group consists of (30)female students studying according to the traditional method.Two groups were equalized in the variables (age, previous achievement in mathematics, test previous knowledge ,intelligence, mental ability, Study level for parents).As enrichment program has been Constructed according to the Mathematical Correlations comprises five chapters (Third : Integer Numbers, Fourth : Rational Numbers, Fifth : Applications on Rational Numbers, Sixth : Polynomial, Seventh : Open Sentences) from math book scheduled for the intermediate first class.The researcher prepared an achievement test consisted of (36) items, type of (multiple choice) and type of essay, The validity and reliability were verified, the difficulty coefficient and the discrimination power items and the effectiveness of alternatives.Then prepared the researcher scale for the mathematical Literacy in four areas component of (45) items. ( 30 ) students from experimental group learning educational design according to strategies of auto - systemized learning , ( 30 ) students learning according to ordinary methods.Experimental design with partial control was chosen (experimental group and control group )with dimensional test for outcome and bio - skills measurement.Both groups of the research were rewarded in some changes which had effects in future change ( time age accounted by months , testing of previous bioinformation , testing the previous bio data, academic qualification for the previous year and measure of the bio skills), the curriculum was specified for the fourteen terms of the bio curriculum( man and health) for third intermediate stage, also the behavior objectives also are formulated amounted (595) behavior objective.As for the research instruments , the researcher has prepared outcome test in biology included(l00) test items of(92) objective items of the test type of multiple test of four alternatives and(8) article items, and after displaying it to a number of arbitrators in the field of teaching methods and biology, it was tested to first questionnaire sample included (30) she students and the purpose of it to know the clearance extent of the test items and specifying the answer time related to them then it was tested on the second test questionnaire sample (100) she/ students and the purpose of it to analysis the stability in the method of the interior harmony (Alfa - Cronbach) where it is amounted (0.88) and it was found the stability of the correction coefficient of the Paragraphs essay, where itstability amounted between one corrector and the another(0.82) and the researcher her self across time.As for the second instrument, where they were measures of bio skills and the researcher has adopted the criterion prepared by ( Al - Masuadi,2011) for its suitability with the Iraqi environment and the academic stage( intermediate stage), besides the experts opinions depending it and the criterion included(68) items the three altematives( performed in large degree, intermediate, little, and the she student should choose the alternative test deemed suitable. After checking the validity of the criterion depending on artificial and the logical validity and establishment and its items are analyzed statistically using Person liaison correlation to find liaison coefficient of the item in total degree of the criterion and the liaison coefficient of the item in the field related with it and the liaison coefficient of the field in total degree of the criterion, then finding its stability in two methods : - method of re - test where the stability coefficient(0.87) and the interior harmony (Alfa - Cronbach equitation) and the stability coefficient amounted(89.5) after preparing the research requirements the test was applied commencement from Tuesday on 6/10/2015) till Thursday 7/4/2016 and continued for (23) weeks of two units weekly, where the researcherperformed teaching the two research groups her self. After ending the test, it was applied on the outcome test for biology and the criterion of bio skills on the two communities of the research( the experimental and the control ( groups after analyzing results statistically using T - test ) to specify two equal number independent samples, besides extracting the effect of the variable in the affiliated, the results have appeared superiority the experimental group studied according to the teaching design teaching strategies of the self - organized learning on the control group studied according the usual method and the results refereed to reject the two first and second zero hypotheses in light with this, the researcher has come up with a number of conclusions and recommendations and suggestions.

The number of the earch community (548) teachers and administrators and(439)managers administrators and(19) supervisors of special education in six departments of education in the Karkh and Rasafa , the sample of the study consist of (137) teacher represent (26%) , (130) head teachers represent (30%) and (18) supervisors represent (95%) of the total sample and selected randomly.The researcher then guided open - ended question for this sample to attract their views on the teaching requirements, then built a tool resolution consisting of (67) ltem after ascertaining the veracity of the stability of the tool applied to the sample.The relaibality of test was (0.95) for the teachers , (0.93) for the head teachers and (0.96) for the supervisors And data processing and statistical researcher used the equation and the weighted average percentage weight equation - alpha Cronbach. The sample of the study consists of (60) female students in two randomly selected atgroups of U'm Al - Banin secondary school for girls in Baqubah city , The General Directorate of Education / Baquba, for the academic year (2011 - 2012). The researcher has designed an educational program according to (Multiple Intelligences Theory) for females students of the second grade according to the following intelligences (linguistics, logical, spatial, personal and social). An equivalence has been done between the two groups in the number of variables including (chronological age, prior knowledge, prior achievement, and parent's attainment), and then the material of the course has been set according to the following syllabuses of the second grade textbook : (Open clauses, planargeometry coordinate geometry Ternary space geometry). For the purpose of measuring the performance of students, the researcher extracted (12) mathematical concepts from the syllabuses of textbook as above mentioned. Three tests are designed ; understanding the concepts test including (36 item) within three levels for each concept, namely; (translation, interpretation, prediction), concepts acquisition test including (36 item) within three levels for each concept, namely; (remember, understand, apply) and mathematical reasoning test consisting of (15 item) within five levels for each concept , vis; (conclusion, extrapolation, prediction, evaluation, relevance) with three items for each level. The researcher has been verified from some of psychometric features tests, and the validity of its items by offering them to a number jury members , thus , post test is conducted tests for two groups.• The experimental group has been taught in accordance with the educational program which is designed according to (Multiple Intelligences Theory)• The adjust group are taught according to the familiar way of teaching. The experiment has been carrying out for (8) weeks, then , three tests are applied as post tests for both the experimental and the adjust groups. Data collected are analyzed using suitable statistical methods. Results reveal the following : 1. The experimental group which has been taught in accordance with the educational program is better than the adjust group in understanding the concepts test as a whole and separately in the levels of (translation and interpretation) in understanding mathematical concepts at the level (0.05).2. The experimental group which has been taught in accordance with the educational program is better than the adjust group in acquisition as a whole and separately in the levels of (understanding) to understand mathematical concepts at the level (0.05).The experimental group which has been taught in accordance with the educational program is better than the control group in the mathematical reasoning at the level (0.05). In the light of the results obtained a number of pedagogical implications and recommendations and suggestions are put forward which are the necessary of employing educational programs in the light of multiple intelligences theory in the education process, enlightening teachers about the importance and benefits of multiple intelligences theory in the educational process and developing the current curriculum by including educational activities which are commensurate with the multiple intelligences theory. In light of the findings of the study results, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions, and the most important : the need to employ educational programs in the light of the theory of multiple intelligences in the education process, educate Aalmadrsin about the importance and benefits of multiple intelligences of the educational process. What percentage?5 - What is the extent of students the skills of the core thinking?6 - What is the extent of students the skills of visual thinking?To investigate included the core thinking skills and visual thinking about the content of books physics skills, the researcher prepares a list of the skills of the core thinking (8) main and 21 sub - skills, and other skills, visual thinking (5) main.To verify that the acquisition of the students to the skills of the core thinking skills and visual thinking, the researcher prepare two tests first, according to reflect the core second and according to visual thinking and after conducting Alsekoumtrah characteristics, has been testing a sample of sixth grade science students applying and numbered (915) students, after the Securities correction has been addressed test data using statistical spss.Search results has resulted in : - * The including skills in the six books were randomly for the core thinking skills and the skills of visual thinking, and not based on a specific standard, whether by skill or type of study stage. * Weakness and differences evident in the including ratios of the core thinking skills of the secondary stage and most of the skills included ratios came less than expectations of experts ratios.*Weakness and a clear disparity in the included visual thinking skills ratios and also most of the skills came ratios included less than expectations of experts ratios.* The Test of core thinking and visual thinking results came almost compatible with the results of the analysis of books where it appeared a deficiency in the level of including and level of the answer of the test of the core thinking and visual thinking.* Based on these results the researcher presented a set of conclusions and recommendations and proposal.

The lesson plans approved for the three groups after a presentation to a group of the subject experts and methods of teaching and subject of and , psychology, measurement and evaluation, So a special tool and been built to their search an Misconception of Chemical concepts test which consisted of (60), which are multiple choice, So Higher Order Thinking Test had been adapted for (Jany.2012), containing (30) item, and been verified sincerity and persistence, experience continued throughout the two semesters of the academic year 2015 - 2016 by tow lessons of each group in the week, and after the end of the experiment two tools had been applied on the three groups and Find the three groups, were used the following statistical methods (Alpha - Cronbach coefficient, codur retchrdson(20), analysis of variance). The results showed : 1 - There are one statistically significant differences for favor of the first experimental group wich used 4EX2 model on the control group in Misconception of Chemical concepts test , the effect size was (2.62) which is a great value. 2 - There are a statistically significant difference in favor of the second experimental group wich used Stofflett & Stoddart model to the control group in the Misconception of Chemical concepts test , the effect size was (2.74) which is a great value.3 - There are of statistically significant differences in favor of the first experimental group wich used 4EX2 model on the control group in the Higher Order Thinking Test , the effect size was (1) which is a great value. 4 - There are statistically significant differences in favor of the second experimental group wich used Stofflett & Stoddart model on the control group in the Higher Order Thinking Test , the effect size was (1.12) which is a great value.5 - There arenot statistically significant differences between the first experimental group wich used 4EX2 model and the second experimental group wich used Stofflett & Stoddart model in Misconception of Chemical concepts test , the effect size was (0.12) which, a small value. 6 - There arenot statistically significant differences of the second experimental group wich used Stofflett & Stoddart model and the first experimental group wich used 4EX2 model in the Higher Order Thinking Test , the effect size was (0.12) which, a small value. Therefore our educational system need a curriculum contains all these different knowledge as well as scientific methods to deal with the technological tools and devices, with attention to everything that is contrary to morality and social values and to Included them in the school curriculum.Besides This system should contribute in preparing teachers at a good level of scientific culture in all its aspects to reflect positively on the upbringing life and equip them scientifically and morally conscious.Therefore, the researcher sought out to analyze the chemistry books for the preparatory stage in the light of the standards of scientific culture which the researcher depend with support of specialists. The research aims at : 1 - Content analysis of chemistry books at the preparatory stage in Iraq in light of the standards of scientific culture.2 - Finding out the scientific level of chemistry teachers in the preparatory stage of the standards of the scientific culture.3 - Finding out the relationship between the scientific culture of the chemistry teachers and ethical scientific awareness of their students in the preparatory stage.To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher a number of actions are as follow : 1. Preparing standards of scientific culture based on literature of science education, studies and research on these standards in addition to the views of experts and specialists. External validity was 80% 2. The researcher analyzed the chemistry books for scientific grades (IV, V, VI) , and adopted idea as the unit of analysis, and repetition as a unit of the census it is ensured the safety and stability analysis by outside analysts and researcher with the same over time. The rate of consistency for the three books (0.89 and 0.86 and 0.88), respectively.3. Building a scientific culture test for teachers of chemistry based on the literature and research and special studies in this area in addition to the views of experts and specialists, finding out its psychometric properties after applied to the exploratory sample number (100) and a school teacher ranged values of excellence Distinguish between the values (0.222 - 0.666) and the difficulty of paragraphs between (0.407 - 0.796) and between the effectiveness of alternatives ( - 0.037 - ( - 0.296) and so it considered the items of the test are good.4. Building scale scientific awareness of the students the moral basis of the literature and research and special studies in this area or near it, in addition to the views of experts and specialists, and finding out the validity and reliability and discrimination of the paragraphs in accordance with the SPSS statistical program has been deleted items that show It is not statistically validAnd to analyze the data and the results the researcher used the means of appropriate statistical and the percentage, t - test and compatibility coefficient and the weighted average. And the results were as follow : 1. The standard main(A) ”Nature of Science” obtained (86.49%) at the highest rate in the content of books chemistry combined reaching, while the main standard (H) “Ethics of Science” obtained on the lower rate(0.21%).2. The chemistry books of fifth scientific grade is most interested in the standard main (31.2%) as it was of percentage of the(%25.65) and the book was the least of the class as a rate of(%29.63) while the percentage of the class book of this Standard(%29.63).3. Teachers obtained an estimate (pre - intermediate) in the test of scientific culture.4. the students got on to estimate (good) in the scale of the awareness of scientific moral 5. There is a strong relationship between what is owned by teachers of the standards of scientific culture and the students' awareness of scientific ethicality.In light of these results the researcher recommended the need to balance the books between the three main standards of scientific culture and subsidiary, and include the content of the books of the major and minor standards which have not been well share in line and put the experts of the test of reference for these standards.To complement this study, the researcher suggested analysis study of chemistry books in the intermediate stage in the light of the standards of scientific culture, as well as a study for the analysis of books of scientific materials and other studies of different stages.

It had been confirmed psychometric characteristics of the two tests.After the application of the two tests , data was collected and processed statically using samples (t - test) for independent samples and unequal results showed : 1 - There is statistically significant difference between the experimental and control group students on achievement test for the experimental group. 2 - There is statistically significant difference between the experimental and control group students on reflective test for the experimental group. And the scale of (42) items, spread over three fields, and prepared collectional Test, composed of (40) Concept paragraph, of multiple choice, the first three chapters in chemistry for fifth grade science, according to the levels of cognitive Bloom, were confirmed Psychometric properties, validity and reliability of the coefficient of discrimination scale testing, and appropriate descriptive approach to the requirements of the research. The results showed a strong positive relationship between reading strategy and the collection of the students. Owning and reading strategy according to the three fields. In light of the results, concluded the researcher, that the strategy of reading a necessity of success and excellence, and an understanding of scientific texts, and suggested that he must adopt all the ways and means by the relevant students to get them to practice it when reading, down to the high level of Reading Comprehension, and thus the ability to conclusion, analysis, and interpretation and reasoning, Quietist.

The present study aims at figuring out the reality of the secondary school educational reform since it is one of the educational systems that stands for a very special educational phase during learners' physical growth, desires, aspirations, and prepare these learners to achieve their society's demands and needs.Study Importance : 1 - Secondary school reform has become a necessity because of the rigidity of its structure, methods, and the learners' performance which directly impact on the school educational message and its role on society. As a result, this leads to reconsider its structure, programs, and how individuals participate and react. 2 - The present study is a basic step to pave the way to research and subsequent studies in reform and development of the secondary school education in Iraq.3 - This study is beneficial for the educating leaders and decision makers and for all who take the responsibility to make the needed reform in the educational process.4 - The topic of this study is new and has never been studied by other researchers before in particular in the secondary school teaching level as the researcher assumes. The goal of the present study is to figure out the reality of the administration reform in the secondary school education in Iraq. The current study is limited to fetch facts from the general managers of the directory of education, supervisors , specialists, and secondary school principals in the following governorates ( Baghdad, Wassit, Missan) during the educational year 2013 - 2014. In the theoretical section ,the current study examined some topics related to ( reform administration, reform concept, secondary school reform entrances, the effective criteria for the educational reform, reform basics in secondary school education, reform demands in secondary school education, and the secondary school education). The research displayed number of studies that dealt with the same topic of the current study, and they were six Iraqi, Arabic, and foreign studies.The researcher adopts the descriptive method in his study and identifies the research community which is formed of (1070)individuals.The research sample has been chosen randomly with a percentage of 40%form the research community. The number of the individuals in the sample is (428), four general managers, two hundred and twenty nine supervisors, and one hundred and ninety five school principals.The research tool is a sort of a survey formed of eight fields ( secondary school education philosophy, secondary school education goals, the curriculum, the teacher, the student, school managers, school building, and supervision). The research tool is credible and consistent. It includes one hundred and twelve parts fairly distributed on the research sample. The statistical devices used in this study are : ( the potential medium, the centennial average, Berson Correlation Equation, and Alphakronbakh equation).This study sums up the conclusion in the following points : 1 - Secondary school building is placed as number one with a potential medium of (2.08) and a centennial average of (68.55). This leads to a new factor that the secondary school building is too old and reduced number of classrooms that do not match the number of the students. And this results in overcrowding the students in one class. This teaching - learning environment is also lacks resources and furniture.2 - The secondary school curriculum comes in the second rank with a potential medium of (2.04), a centennial average of (68.3). This study comes up with a fact that the secondary school curriculum focus on the theoretical side of the material more than the practical one and they do not cope with the scientific and technological progress.3 - Secondary school supervision comes in the third rank with a potential medium of (2.04) , a centennial average of (68.2) and this reflects one fact that there is weakness in the relationship between the school supervision and the educational system.4 - The teacher is in the fourth rank with a potential medium of (1.99), and a centennial average of (66.59). This also indicates one fact the teacher of secondary school lacks effective development programs which helps him to improve the educational process.5 - The aims of the secondary school education comes in the fifth rank with a potential medium of (1.98), and a centennial average of (66.33). This result indicates that the secondary school and the educational administration set good clear goals for the educational process but it does not adopt the updating and development process for these aims.6 - The secondary school education philosophy is in the sixth rank with a potential medium of ( 1.97), and a centennial average of (66.21) and this indicates that there is no understanding for the secondary school educational reform.7 - Secondary school administration is in the seventh rank before the last one with a potential medium of (1.79), and a centennial average of ( 65.91). This result indicates that school administration has no clear vision about school change and reform because of the central decision - making process and the school administration does not participate in the development and reform process.8 - Finally is the student in the eight rank with a potential medium of (1.92), and a centennial average of (64.16). This indicates the weakness of the students achievement.In the light of the research results there are points to be taken into consideration : 1 - Secondary school education suffers from weaknesses in aims and philosophy.2 - There is no clear future vision for the secondary school educational reform and development.3 - There is weakness in the connections between the educational policy and the development and reform in the educational process and individuals.4 - The secondary school administration is not given the right opportunity to participate in the updating and reforming curriculum process.5 - There is a complicated routine in addressing between schools and educational directorates which results negatively on performing suggested plans and projects for the reform.6 - Most of the supervisors adopt the classroom - visit method which results negatively on the relationship between the supervisors and the teachers.7 - The students lack the proper social and psychological guidance inside their schools to help them cope with their environment.8 - School administration lacks modern concepts in running its school. These modern concepts might help in transferring the educational institutions from their traditional performance to a more creative one. 9 - Shortage in school buildings and reduced laboratory tools and resources. There is also shortage in furniture in addition to neglected school yards and gardens. 10 - There is no clear policy adopted by the decision makers to develop the educational curriculum.11 - Lack of the modern methods in teaching which results in creating a boring environment for the students.12 - Adopt central decisions by the ministry of education and never gives the other directorate establishments the right to control and run their business. Recommendations : 1 - Reconsider secondary school education basics make the necessary reform process that ensures a better educational system.2 - Develop the criteria of electing secondary school principals and choose those who are capable of reform and change and those who have creative leading personality to lead secondary schools.3 - Create new school buildings which provide modern communication tools and electronic libraries for the students.Suggestions : 1 - Do a certain study about the basics of making world educational reform.2 - Do a specific study about the reform obstacles in the secondary school education.

By answering the following questions : - 1.What difficulties teaching and learning of computer curriculum for junior high stage from the standpoint of the teaching staff?2.What difficulties teaching and learning of computer curriculum for junior high stage from the viewpoint of the students?3.What the proposed solutions with which to overcome these difficulties?The current research is determined by all teachers and teachers of computer material and all the preparatory stage students who are studying this article in the Directorate - General for Education province of Baghdad Karkh (first, second and third) actually for the academic year (2014/2015). The researcher has used a number of steps required to build her research, including : (A) directing an open question to a group of teachers's (25) and a school teacher and (250) students.(B) the identification of a private guide for teachers included (63) paragraph in the initial image and directing special questionnaire for students included (53) paragraph in the initial image.As a researcher unearthed facts psychometric tool to be considered and adopted the proportion (80%) threshold of acceptance between acceptance and rejection of the paragraph, it was the result of this process to reach a final form tool included as a whole (110) vertebrae. As for the stability researcher has adopted internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) was the alpha value to identify teachers (0.80) and to identify students (0.82). The researcher reached a number of results, including : 1 1. lack of tests that take place during the school year.2. ignorance of most teachers and educational goals.The researcher also found a number of recommendations, including : 1. the allocation of a large area laboratories.2. Increase the number of quotas for computer material.

To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher set up tow hypotheses as follows : 1 - There is no difference with statistical sign at signify level (0.05) between the degrees of the experimental group of female students that studying according to of infusion of thinking skills within the knowledge content and median degrees of the control group of students that studying according to the normal method in Achievement of the material of Biology2 - There is no difference with statistical sign at signify level (0.05) between the degrees of the experimental group of female students that studying according to of the infusion of thinking skills within the knowledge content and median degrees of the control group of students that studying according to the normal method in mental motivationthe sample of search was selected at random from secondary al - Fouz to the Directorate General of Educational Baghdad / Rusafa And numbered (61) students distributed on the two groups of search chosen by appointment simple random , one experimental group (30 ) a student who studied according to infusion of thinking skills , while the control group (31) student who has studied in the normal method , Both groups were treated equivalently according to the variables (timing age, intelligence , previous achievement , previous knowledge , mental motivation ), The teaching plans of the tow groups had been adopted after exposing them to a group of arbitrators in the teaching methods ,was approved lesson plans for the two groups after a presentation to a group of arbitrators in teaching methods , as been building achievement test tool which consisted of (50) items , (47) of which type of multiple - choice and (3) essay , and adopting a scale of mental motivation which was prepared by Alfarraji (2011) which consisted of (58) items were presented to a group of arbitrators in psychology, The researcher investigated the standard properties of these two tools. As was the stability of the achievement test tool (0.89) either a tool of motivation, bringing mental stability (0,91). Experiment lasted throughout the second semester of the school year 2013 - 2014 m of 16 on Sunday, 16/2/2014 until Monday 21/4/2014 by three servings weekly for each group , and after the end of the experiment has been applied to the two sets of search tools , Results have been shown : 1 - The presence of statistically significant differences in the behalf of the experimental group in the achievement of material Biology in size effect ( 1.18) higher than the control group. 2 - The presence of statistically significant differences in the behalf of the experimental group in the scale of mental motivation in size effect (1.60) higher than the control group. According to this, the researcher achieved a number of conclusions , recommendations and proposals.

This led to a new view on education ,in that it is no longer to be a process of providing information but it is a technique for a better learning.However , the main goal of education has shifted to focus on how to make the student to think appropriately and how to utilize the skills of the scientific thinking in order to motivate their thinking and understanding of knowledge as well as discovering the facts and relationships concerning the scientific phenomena aiming to form the generalities. The problem of the current research is mainly concerned with specifying the classical methods adopted in the Iraqi schools which do not match the contemporary scientific development. This research aims at utilizing the strategy of the strategy of forming generalizations according to Helda Taba Inductive Model as a teaching technique in order to identify its effect on : 1 - achievement in Biology.2 - the skills of the scientific thinking of the Fifth - Year female pupils. For sake of achieving the above two aims , two null hypotheses have been formed as follows : 1 - There are no statistically significant differences at level of significance of 0.05 between the mean scres of the female pupils (the experimental gronp),who have been taught according to the strategy of forming generalizations the strategy of forming generalizations, and the mean scores of those female pupils who have been twght classically in the achievnent test. 2 - there are no statistically siguificant differences at level of significance between the experiemental group, who have been taught according to the strategy of forming generalizations , and the mean scores of those female pupils who have been taught classically in the test of the scienhific thinting skills. In order to verify the above two hypotheses , the researcher has conducted an experiment which lasted for one whole academic semester.This experiment inluded : - The lesson plans. - The scientific thinking skills test (30 items). - An achievement test (60 items).The discrimination and difficulty power as well as the alternative action of the two test have been computed.Moreover,validity and reliability of the two tests have been secured. The reliability of the scientific thinking test has been found out to be (0.75) and the reliability of the achievcment test has been found out to be (0.92). This was done by using koder Richardson formula - 20.The researcher has prepared an experimental design ,comprising two groups,the first one of which is called the experimental group which is to be taught according to the strategy of forming generalizations.While the second group is called the control one which is to be taught classically. The sample of the study covers (46) female pupils at the fifth - year secondany school (scienbific branch).The whole sample have been randomly distributed into two groups,the experimental one is of (24)pupils and the control one is of (22)pupils. The equalization between the testees in the variables of age,intelligence, exinformation, previous achivement in Biology and the scientific thinking skills has been conducted. The experiment group was conducted at the second academic semester (7weeks).The researcher himself had taught the two groups.The results obtained has been statistically analyzed by using two - indepenbent samples t - test.The results gained showed a better performance of the experimental group more than that of the control one in the scientific thinking and the achievement tests. In the light of the above results,the researcher reconmends the use of the strategy of forming generalizations in accordance to Helda Taba Inductive Model.Also,the researcher recommends to conduct other studies and research on other subjccts other than Biology on different school stages to find out the impact of the strategy of forming generalizations on thinking skills.
