Abstract: The research aims to find out The Effect of cognitive Web Quest in the collection of material for biology students second grade average and technological literacy , and to verify this goal and put Elsafreeten following two hypotheses : There is no difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying on the flight in accordance with the cognitive model, and the average score of the control group students who are studying the normal way in accordance with the achievement test. - There is no difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying on the flight in accordance with the cognitive model, and the average score of the control group students who are studying according to the normal way in the technological literacy scale.
