Abstract: اجريت الدراسة الحالية بهدف الكشف عن المستارجات الاكثر اثارة للارجية في محافظة ديالى، وعن الدور الذي قد يوفره الضد I g E الكلي وخلايا الدم الحمضة في الوقاية من الاصابات الطفيلية عند مرضى الارجية. شملت الدراسة، 106 فردا من مرضى الارجية ( 62 مريضا بالربو الارجي و44 مريضا بالتهاب الانف الارجي ) ومن كلا الجنسين ، فضلا عن 64 فردا من الاصحاء ظاهريا اعتمدوا كمجموعة سيطرة، وقد تراوحت الاعمار بين 5 - 50 سنة ± 7.24 . اظهرت نتائج اختبار وخز الجلد باستخدام 19 نوعا من الخلاصات ان اعلى النسب في تفاعلات الجلد الموجبة كانت تجاه المستارجات HDM = Hous dust mite بنسبة 33.92 % ومستارجات Bermuda وM1 ( Alternaria ) وT1 ( Fagaceae ) بنسبة 19.64 % لكل منها عند مرضى الربو، والمستارجات Bermuda وHDM بالنسب 39.39 % و30.30 % من مرضى التهاب الانف الارجي وعلى الترتيب. فيما يتعلق بالعمر والجنس لمرضى الارجية فقد ظهر ان الفئة العمرية 21 - 30 سنة هم الاكثر نسبة في حدوث المرض لكلا المجموعتين اذ سجلت نسبة 27.41% لمرضى الربو و36.36% لمرضى التهاب الانف الارجي، فيما كانت نسبة الذكور 27.77% هم الاعلى في مجموعة الربو الارجي بينما كانت الاناث 37.03% هم الاعلى في مجموعة التهاب الانف الارجي. اظهرت نتائج قياس تركيز I g E الكلي باستخدام تقنية الامتزاز المناعي المرتبط بالانظيم ( ELISA ) ان هناك فروقا معنوية ( P< 0.05 ) في مستويات هذا الضد في امصال مرضى الربو الارجي مقارنة بافراد السيطرة ، اذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لديهم 429.98± 279.62 وحدة عالمية / مليلتر ومرضى التهاب الانف الارجي 342.60± 242.88 وحدة عالمية / مليلتر مقارنة الاصحاء 104.02± 82.94 وحدة عالمية / مليلتر . اما بشان نسب الخلايا الحمضة فقد وجد ان هناك فروقا معنوية ( P < 0.05 ) بين متوسط نسب هذه الخلايا عند مرضى الارجية ومستوياتها في دماء الاصحاء ، اذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لهذه النسب في دماء مرضى الربو الارجي ومرضى التهاب الانف الارجـي 5.15 % ± 3.23 و4.97 % ± 2.73 على التوالي مقارنة بمستوياتها عند الاصحاء 1.93 % ± 1.35. ولالقاء الضوء على دور الضد I g E والخلايا الحمضة في توفير الوقاية ضد الاصابة الطفيلية عند مرضى الارجية ، فقد تم اجراء اختبار للطفيليات المعوية في مجموعتي المرضى والسيطرة، وجد من خلالها ان نسبة الذين كانت لديهم مثل هذه الاصابات من بين مرضى الارجية 1.98 % فقط مقارنة بنسبتها البالغة 25.92 % عند غير المصابين بالارجية في عينة الدراسة . وقد توزعت نسبة هذه الاصابات لدى هؤلاء المرضى على النحو الاتي 0.99 % لكل منova Enterobius vermicularis وegg Ascaris lumbricoides فيما كانت النسب عند غير المصابين بالارجية 11.11 % و5.55 % و3.70 % و1.85 % وللطفيليات trophozoite ova , Entamoeba histolytica E. vermicularisA. lumbricoides egg وAncylostoma duodenale egg , trophozoite Giardia lamblia وبالترتيب . | The current study was conducted in the Dermatology and Allergy unit in the outpatient clinic of Baquba General Hospital for the period from 2006 to 2008 . The aim of the study is to determine the most common allergens in Diyala province and to explare the protective role of total IgE antibody and eosinophile against intestinal parasitic infection .The study include 106 atopic patients; 62 patients with bronchial asthma and 44 patients with allergic rhinitis , of both sexes with mean age 5 - 50 ±7.24years. Additionally ,64 apparently individual were included as control group with mean age 5 - 50 ±7.24 years. Determination of causative allergen was carried out by skin prick test utilizing 19 type of allergen extracts . Assessment of total IgE was done using ELISA technique .Estimation of eosinophil counts and percentage was done through stained blood film . The results reveated that in asthmatic patients the highest skin positivity rate was due to HDM ( 33.9%) followed by Bermuda , Alternaria (M1) and Fagaceae (T1)(19.6%). Whereas in allergic rhinitis patients , the highest skin positivity rate was due to Bermuda and HDM(39.3% and 30.3 %) respectively . The results showed a significant increase in the total IgE concentration in asthmatic patients compared to that of control (429.9 IU/ml vs104 IU/ml); (p= 0.04).Similarly , the total IgE concentration in allergic rhinitis patients was significantly high compared to control ( 342.6 IU/ml Vs 140IU/ml) (P= 0.04 ). Estimation of blood eosinophile revealed that the percentage of these cells was significantly higher in asthmatic and allergic rhinitis patient compared to control (5.1%and 4.9% Vs 1.9%) , the P value were (P=0.03) and (P=0.04) respectively . The results also revealed that the infection rate by intestinal parasites among allergic patients was 1.98%compared to 25.9% in the control group . Among patients , Enterobius vermicularis and Ascaris lumbricoides were detected in 0.99%. However , among healthy individuals , Ascaris lumbricoides , E.vermicularis ova, Entamoeba histolytica trophozoites , Ancylostoma duodenale and Giardia lambilia were detected in 11.1%, 5.5 % , 3.7%, 1.8%respectively .

Abstract: جمـعت نماذج القشطات الجلدية ، الشعر ، والاظافر من (320) مريضا كانوا يظهرون علامات يشتبه سريريا ارتباطها بالفطريات للمدة بين الاول من كانون الاول 2003 ولغاية الحادي والثلاثين من اب 2004 ، وفحصت مختبريا بوساطة الفحص المجهري المباشر باستخدام محلول هيدروكسيد البوتاسيوم (10%) وبواسطة الزرع على وسط اكار السابرويد دكستروز ، لتاكيد الاصابات الفطرية ولتحديد انواع الفطريات المسؤولة عنها.اظهر الفحص المختبري نتائج ايجابية للاصابات الفطرية لدى (248) مريضا ، واعتمادا على المسبب المرضي قسمت تلك الاصابات الفطرية الى ثلاثة مجموعات وتبين ان مجموعة الفطارات الجلدية (Dermatophytoses) هي السائدة (52.4%) وتلتها النخالية المبرقشة (Pityriasis Versicolor) بنسبة (25.8%) ، ثم الاصابات الجلدية بالمبيضات (Cutaneous Candidiasis) بنسبة (21.8%). صنفت الفطارات الجلدية سريريا الى ستة اشكال وتبين ان سعفة الجسم (44.6%) هو الشكل السائد ويليه سعفة الراس (39.2%) ، سعـفة الوجه (10.8%) ، سعفة القدم (2.3%)، ثم سعفة الفخذ (1.5%) ، وسعفة اليد (1.5%) ولـم تكن هناك فروقات معنوية في نسب الاصابات بالفطارات الجلدية بمختلف اشكالها بين الذكور والاناث ، اما بخصوص اعمار المصابين فقد لوحظت زيادة معنوية في نسب الاصابات بالفطريات الجلدية خاصة في سعفة الجسم وسعفة الراس ، لدى فئة الاعمار (1 - 11) سنة مقارنة بنسب حدوثها لدى المصابين من الاعمار الاكبر سنا ، وحول علاقة الاصابة مع مناطق سكن المصابين تبين ان اعـلى نسب الفطارات الجلدية خاصة في سعفة الجسم وسعفة الراس ، سجلت لدى المصابين من المناطق الريفية ( 68.5% ) مـقارنة باولئك من المناطق الحضرية ( 31.5 % ) . اظهرت الفحوص الزرعية للنماذج التي جمعت من الفطارات الجلدية ، ان النمو الفطري في وسط اكار السابرويد دكستروز كان ايجابيا في 107 (82.3%) عينة ولدى التعرف على انواع الفطريات في اوساط الزرع تبين ان الفطر Trichophyton mentagrophytes كان السائد بنسبة (33.6%) ويليه الفطر Trichophyton rubrum (21.5%) ، Trichophyton verrucosum (16.8%) ، Trichophyton tonsurans (11.2%) ، ثم Trichophyton soudanense (9.3%) ، وTrichophyton violaceum (7.5%). كما تبين ان الفطر Trichophyton soudanense قد تم عزله في الدراسة الحالية لاول مرة في العراق . كانت نسبة كبيرة من المصابين بالفطر T.mentagrophytes (22.4%) والفطر T.verrucosum (11.2%) يربون الحيوانات داخل منازلهم ، بينما سجلت اعلى نسب الفطريات الاتية : T.rubrum (14.9%) ، T.tonsurans (9.3%) ، T.soudanense (7.5%) ، وT.violaceum (7.5%) لدى المصابين الذين اعطوا تاريخا عائليا لوجود اصابات فطرية جلدية. درست النخالية المبرقشة تبعا لمواقع الاصابة في الجسم فتبين ان اصابة الرقبة كانت الاكثر شيوعا لدى (40.6%) من المصابين وقد وجد ان الاصابة البيضاء كانت اكثر الاصابات تكرارا (67.2%) مقارنة بالاصابات الغامقة اللون ، وسجلت اعلى نسب الاصابة لدى الذكور (73.4%) مقارنة بالاناث (26.5%) ، اما بخصوص اعمار المصابين فقد لوحظت زيادة معنوية في نسبة الاصابة لدى فئة الاعمار (12 - 31) سنة حيث بلغت (76.6%) مقارنة بنسب حدوثها لدى المصابين من الاعمار الاصغر والاكبر من هذه الفئة . وحول العلاقة بين الاصابة ومناطق سكن المصابين فلم تظهر فروقات معنوية في نسب الاصابة بين المصابين من المناطق الحضرية (48.4%) واولئك من المناطق الريفية (51.6%). بينت نتائج الفحص المجهري المباشر عن وجود الفطر Malassezia furfur في جميع حالات النخالية المبرقشة . سجلت الاصابات الجلدية بالمبيضات تبعا لمواقع الاصابة في اجسام المصابين فتبين ان اصابة الطيات الجلدية (62.9%) خاصة ما بين اصابع القدم (29.6%) وما بين اصابع اليد (20.4%) هي الاكثر شيوعا . وقد لوحظت زيادة معنوية في نسبة الاصابة لدى الاناث (72.2%) مقارنة بالذكور (27.8%) ، واما بخصوص اعمار المصابين فقد سجلت اعلى نسب الاصابة لدى فئة الاعمار (12 - 31) سنة حيث كانت (62.9%) مقارنة بنسب حدوثها لدى المصابين الاصغر والاكبر سنا من هذه الفئة . حول العلاقة بين الاصابة ومناطق سكن المصابين فلم تظهر اية فروقات معنوية في نسب الاصابة بين المصابين من المناطق الحضرية (55.5%) واولئك من المناطق الريفية (44.4%) .كشفت نتائج الفحص الزرعي للنماذج التي جمعت من حالات الاصابات الجلدية بالمبيضات عن نتائج ايجابية في جميع الحالات ولدى التعرف على انواع المبيضات المعزولة تبين وجود نوعين منها ، وكان الفطر Candida albicans هو السائد (88.9%) ويليه Candida tropicalis (11.1%). | Skin scrappings , nail, and hairs specimens were collected from 320 patients with clinically suspected to be infected with cutaneous mycoses during the peroid from 1st / December 2003 to 31th / August 2004 . These specimens were examined by direct mount with KOH(10%) and culture on Sabouraud’s - Dextrose agar plates for isolation and identification of causative fungi.The results showed that 248 (77.5%) were positive for fungi. Thereafter, according to the causative agent, the patients were divided into 3 groups; Those patients with dermatophytes were common (52.4%), followed by patients with pityriasis versicolor (25.8%) and finally those with cutaneous candidiasis (21.8%). The results also showed that these dermatophytoses were belong to the following clinical intities; Tinea corporis was the common (44.6%) followed by Tinea capitis (39.2%), Tinea facialis (10.8%), Tinea pedis (2.3%), Tinea cruris (1.5%) and Tinea palmaris (1.5%). There was insignificant difference among clinical pictures of dermatophytoses between male and female. Concerning the age groups, the results revealed a significantly higher infection rate among the age group (1 - 11) years, particulary Tinea corporis and Tinea capitis. Furthermore, higher rate of dermatophytes particulary Tinea corporis and Tinea capitis among rurals compared to urbans. Culture of specimens on Sabouraud - Dextrose agar were positive in 107 (82.3%) case. Trichophyton mentagrophytes were the predominent type of fungi isolated (33.6%), followed by T.rubrum (21.5%), T.verrucosum (16.8%), T. tonsurans (11.2%), T.soudanense (9.3%), and T.violaceum (7.5%). For the best of our knowledge, the species T. soudanense was isolated for the fiest time in Iraq in this study.Higher infection rate with T.mentagrophytes (22.4%) and T.verrucosum (11.2%) were found among patients who breed domestic animals inside their houses. However, Higher infection rate with T.rubrum (14.9%), T.tonsurans (9.3%) , T.soudanense (7.5%) , T.violaceum (7.5%) were found among patient who gave positive past family history of dermatophytoses.The most common site of clinical pityriasis versicolor was the neck (40.6%), and the white patches were the predominent (67.2%). Higher infection rate with P. versicolor was found among males (73.4%) compared to females (26.5%). The infection rate was significantly higher (76.6%) among the age group (12 - 31) years. However, there was insignificant difference between urbans (48.4%) compared to rurals (51.6%). The results of direct microscopical examination with 10% KOH revealed the presence of Malassezia furfur in all specimens of pityriasis versicolor cases. Cutaneous candidiasis was mostly affected skin folds (62.9%) especially the interdigital space (29.6%) and among the fingers (20.4%). Significantly higher infection rate was revealed among females (72.2%) compared to males (27.8%). The age group (12 - 31) years was the hardly infected (62.9%). However, there was insignificant difference concerning the residence of the patients, the infection rate among urbans was (55.5%) and that among rural was (44.4%). All culture of specimens taken from cases of cutaneous candidiasis were all positive, and the Candida albicans was the predominent isolates (88.9%) followed by C.tropicalis (11.1%).

Abstract: دراسة وبائية مصلية عن التهاب الكبد الفيروسي نمط ( E ) في محافظة ديالى)اجريت هذه الدراسة خلال الفترة من 1/ تشرين الاول / 2003 الى 30/اب/2004 في مختبر الصحة العام في بعقوبة ومختبر مستشفى بعقوبة العام. كان الهدف من الدراسة تحديد نسبة انتشار الاضداد النوعية IgG لفيروس التهاب الكبد نمط (E)بين الاشخاص الاصحاء ظاهريا وكذلك تحديد نسبة انتشار الاضداد النوعيةIgM لفيروس التهاب الكبد نمط (E) بين مرضى التهاب الكبد الفيروسي الحاد. وكذلك دراسة تاثير بعض العوامل على معدل انتشار الاضداد النوعية لفيروس التهاب الكبد نمط (E) مثل : العمر والجنس والسكن (ريف او حضر) ، التاريخ العائلي من حيث وجود اصابة بالتهاب الكبد الفيروسي في العائلة ووجود حيوانات داجنة داخل السكن، وجود اصابة سابقة باليرقان، مصدر مياه الشرب ، وحجم العائلة ( عدد الافراد ). فضلا عن ذلك استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مدى انتشار الاضداد النوعية IgG لفيروس التهاب الكبد نمط (E) في بعض الحيوانات الداجنة.وقد تضمنت الدراسة ثلاث مجاميع ؛ مجموعة سيطرة والتي تالفت من (111) عينة مصل من اشخاص اصحاء ظاهريا، بلغ عدد الذكور 50 (45%) بمعدل عمر (الوسط الحسابي± الانحراف المعياري) (25.18 ± 5.1) سنة، وعدد الاناث 61 (55%) بمعدل عمر ( 23.23 ± 7.9) سنة . اما مجموعة المرضى فتالفت من (163) مريضا يعانون من التهاب الكبد الحاد . بلغ عدد الذكور96 (58.9 %) بمعدل عمر (27 ± 18 ) سنة وعدد الاناث 67 (41.1%) بمعدل عمر (24.3 ± 15.6) سنة. اما المجموعة الثالثة فتضمنت (77) عينة مصل من الحيوانات الداجنة وهي (20) عينة من الدجاج ، (37) عينة من الخراف ، (10) عينات من الابقار، و(10) عينات من الماعز .اجريت الاختبارات المصلية للكشف عن الاضداد النوعية IgG وIgM لفيروس التهاب الكبد نمط (E) في مختبر الصحة العام في بعقوبة باستخدام تقنية ELISA. واجريت اختبارات البليروبين الكلي والمباشر واختبار انزيم الالنين امينو ترانسفيريز (ALT) في مختبر مستشفى بعقوبة العام باستخدام الطرق الكيموحيوية. وقد اظهرت النتائج الحالية ان معدل انتشار الاضداد النوعية IgG لفيروس التهاب الكبد نمط (E) بلغ (18%) بين الاشخاص الاصحاء ظاهريا ، كما اظهرت النتائج زيادة معنوية في معدل انتشار الاضداد النوعية IgG لفيروس التهاب الكبد نمط (E) مع تقدم عمر الشخص في حين لم تظهر النتائج اي تاثير معنوي للجنس والسكن ومصدر مياه الشرب والتاريخ العائلي ووجود حيوانات داجنة داخل السكن ووجود اصابة سابقة للشخص باليرقان وحجم العائلة على معدل انتشار الاضداد النوعية IgG لفيروس التهاب الكبد نمط (E). اما معدل انتشار الاضداد النوعية IgM لفيروس التهاب الكبد نمط (E) فبلغ (%30.1) بين مرضى التهاب الكبد الفيروسي الحاد. فضلا عن ذلك فقد اظهرت النتائج ان 5 من 163 (3.1%) مريضا كانوا يعانون من حدوث اصابة متزامنة بالتهاب الكبد الفيروسي الحاد للنمط (E) والنمط (A) وان 2 من 163 (1.2%) كانا يعانيان من حدوث اصابة متزامنة بالتهاب الكبد الفيروسي الحاد للنمط (E) والنمط (B) ومريض واحد (0.6%) وجد انه يعاني من اصابة متزامنة بالتهاب الكبد الفيروسي الحاد للنمط (E) والنمط (C). واظهرت النتائج وجود زيادة معنوية لمعدل انتشار الاضداد النوعية IgM لفيروس التهاب الكبد نمط (E) مع تقدم عمر المصاب وان اعلى معدل لانتشار الاضداد النوعية IgM لفيروس التهاب الكبد نمط (E) كان في الاعمار بين (10 - 49) سنة، وهذا يعني ان اليافعين والبالغين اكثر عرضة للاصابة بفيروس نمط (E). في حين لم تظهر النتائج وجود تاثير معنوي للجنس والسكن ومصدر مياه الشرب على معدل انتشار الاضداد النوعية IgM لفيروس التهاب الكبد نمط (E). وبينت النتائج ارتفاع فاعلية انزيم ALT)) بشكل معنوي في مصل الاشخاص المصابين بالتهاب الكبد الفيروسي الحاد نمط (E) في حين لم يكن هنالك تاثير معنوي لمعدل البليروبين الكلي والمباشر وغير المباشر بين الاشخاص المصابين بالتهاب الكبد الفيروسي نمط (E) مقارنة بالانماط الفيروسية الاخرى. لم تكشف الدراسة عن وجود الاضداد النوعية IgG لفيروس التهاب الكبد نمط (E) في اي من الحيوانات الداجنة المشمولة ، ربما بسبب اختلاف الضروب الانتيجينية الداخلة في العدد التشخيصية التي استخدمت في هذه الدراسة او يعود السبب الى ان العدة التشخيصية المستخدمة للكشف عن الاضداد النوعية للانسان وليس الحيوان . دلت الدراسة الحالية على ان نسب انتشار الضدات النوعية IgG لفيروس التهاب الكبد نمط) (E في محافظة ديالى مقاربة لما هي موثقة في البلدان المتوطنة بالمرض، في حين شكل التهاب الكبد الفيروسي نمط ( E ) الحاد نسبة عالية بين الحالات الحادة للاصابة بالانماط الفيروسية الاخرى. | The present study conducted in Diyala province for the period from October / 2003 to August / 2004 to explore the prevalence of Anti - HEV IgG among normal healthy population and the prevalence of Anti - HEV IgM among patients with acute viral hepatitis, and to find their relevance with certain epidemiological factors including, age, sex, residence, family past history, presence of domesticated animals in the residence, source of water supply and family size. Additionally, the prevalence of anti - HEV IgG among certain domesticated animals was detected.Three study groups were included; 111 normal healthy individuals were enrolled as a control group. 50 (45%) were males with mean age (mean±SD) (25.18±5.1) and 61(55%) were females with mean age (23.23 ±7.9). The patients group consists of 163 patients suffering from acute viral hepatitis. 96 (58.9%) were males with mean age (27 ± 18) and 67 (41.1%) were females with mean age (24.3 ±15.6). The third group was consisting of 77 samples of domesticated animals including, 20 samples from chickens, 37 samples from sheeps, 10 samples from cattle and 10 samples from goats. The anti - HEV IgG and IgM reactivity was evaluated by hepatitis E recombinant DNA antigen enzyme - linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) technique in public health laboratory. Total serum bilirubin (TSB), direct and indirect were tested by enzymatic biochemical procedures in the Baquba general hospital laboratory.The result showed that : the prevalence of anti - HEV IgG among healthy individuals was (18%) and the prevalence of anti - HEV IgM among patients with acute viral hepatitis was (30.1%). Since there was no previous studies on the prevalence of HEV infection in Iraq, these results suggest that the prevalence of HEV infection in Diyala province was comparable to those reported in other endemic countries. The anti - HEV positivity rate was increased significantly with age (p<0.05). However, there was insignificant effect of other factors including sex, residence, family past history, presence of domesticated animals, source of water supply and family size. The results also showed that 5 patients (3.1%) had coinfection with acute hepatitis A and acute hepatitis E virus infection. 2 patients (1.2%) had coinfection with acute hepatitis B and acute hepatitis E virus infection, and one patient (0.6%) had coinfection of acute hepatitis C and acute hepatitis E virus infection, suggesting that coinfection between HEV and other hepatitis viruses such as HAV,HBV,HCV may occur. The Biochemical result revealed that there was significant rise in ALT activity in patients with acute HEV infection. However, the total serum bilirubin, direct and indirect bilirubin among patients with acute HEV was insignificantly affected. The results also revealed that all serum samples of domesticated animals were negative for anti - HEV IgG, probably because the utilized diagnostic kits prepared from antigenically different HEV strain

دراسة الفعالية التثبيطية لمستخلص قلف نبات البلوط Quercus sp ضد العزلات البكتيرية المرضية == A study Of Anti - Bacterial Activity Of The Oak Bark “Quercus. Sp” Extract Against Some Pathogenic Bacterial Isolates

Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى تقييم الفعالية المضادة للاحياء المجهرية لمستخلص قلف البلوط Quercus sp. تجاه بعض العزلات البكتيرية التي تم الحصول عليها جاهزة بعد عزلها من مصادر مختلفة ومن ثم تشخيصها من قبل العاملين في مختبر البكتريولوجي/مستشفى عام بعقوبة وهي Staphylococcus aureus , Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Proteus vulgaris , Escherichia coli وقد حددت الظروف المثلى لاستخلاص المركبات الفعالة حيويا من قلف البلوط باستعمال الماء المقطر محلولا للاستخلاص بنسبة (7 : 1) (وزن : حجم) عند درجة حرارة 60م ولمدة 60 دقيقة ، وان التركيز الامثل للمركبات الفعالة في المستخلص الخام لقلف البلوط كان 150 ملغم/مل .اعطى الكشف الكيميائي العام عن المركبات الفعالة حيويا في المستخلص الخام لقلف البلوط فحصا موجبا للمركبات القلويدية والكلايكوسيدية والفينولية والصابونية والتانينية عند الرقم الهيدروجيني 5.2 ، بينما اعطى الكشف نتيجة سالبة لمركبات الراتنجات والكومارين والفلافونيدات .قورنت الفعالية التثبيطية للمستخلص الخام بفعالية المضاد الحيوي Tetraeycline ضد العزلات البكتيرية المدروسة حيث كان تاثير المستخلص 82.6% , 68.15% , 52.38% ضد العزلات E. coli , Pr vulgaris , Staph. aureus على التوالي في حين كان تاثير المستخلص 43.1 ضد العزلة Ps. aeruginosa ، وعند اختبار السمية الخلوية للمستخلص الخام تبين ان المستخلص غير سام خلويا .كذلك حددت الفعالية التثبيطية للمركبات الفعالة التي اعطت فحصا موجبا بعد استخلاصها من قلف البلوط حيث اتصفت المركبات التانينية بكونها اكثر المركبات تاثيرا في تثبيط نمو العزلات البكتيرية المرضية قيد الدراسة حيث بلغت نسبتها 66.6% في المستخلص الخام .نقيت المركبات التانينية جزئيا بعد استخلاصها باستخدام تقنية كروماتوغرفيا الترشيح الهلامي باستعمال عمود LH - 60 Sephadex وجمعت الاجزاء التي تحتوي على التانين حيث بلغت نسبة المركبات التانينية 89% (فصلت المركبات الفعالة حيويا في المستخلص الخام لقلف البلوط والمستخلص المنقى جزئيا للتانينات) وتبين ان المستخلص المنقى للتانينات يحتوي على ثلاث مركبات كانت قيم السريان النسبي لها 0.77 ، 0.61 ، 0.58 بينما احتوى المستخلص الخام لقلف البلوط على اربعة عشر مركبا مختلفا في قيم السريان النسبي (0.05 - 0.77) . | This study aims at evaluating the antibacterial activity of the extract of oak bark (Quercus sp.) against some local pathogenic bacterial Isolates, like staphylococcus aureus; Pseudomonas aeruginosa; Proteus vulgaris; Escherichia coli. The optimum conditions for the extraction of bioactive compoundes in the Oak bark have been specified by using the destiled water as an extraction solution and extraction rate (1 : 7) (wieght : volume) at the temperture 60C for 60 minutes and with a concentration 150 mg/ml. The general chemical detection for the bioactive compounds in the oak bark has given a positive results for the alkaloids and glycosides and phenols and saponins and tannins at the pH 5.2 while the detection has given a negtive result for the resines coumarine and flavonoids. The antibacterial activity of the crude extracts has been compared to the Activity of the Antibiotic “Tetracyeline” against the bacterial Isolates. The effect of the crude extract was 82.6% , 88.15% , 52.38% from the effect of the tetracycline agaist the isolates Staph. aurens , Pr. vulgaris , E . coli respectivly. while the effect of the crude extract on the isolate Ps. aernginosa was 43.1% and the cytotoxicity test showen that the extract has no the toxic effects. The antibacterial activity for those compounds that have given positive detection has been specified after their extraction from Oak bark. Tannins have been the most effective compounds in inhibiting the bacterial growth with a rate estimated 66.6% in the crude extract. The tannin compounds have been partially purified after their extraction by the gel filteration chromatography techinic by using a columne of sephadex LH - 60. The fractions that containe tannin have been collected and the Tannin rate estimeted (89%). The bioactive compounds in the crude extract of Oak bark and the purified extract of tannins have been separated by thin layer chromatography (TLC) technique and it shown that the purified extract contains three compounds with a relative flow 0.77, 0.61, 0.58 while the crude extract contains 14 compound with a different relative flows (0.77 - 0.05).

Abstract: Al - Iltifat (abrupt change in style, number and tense) is a rhetorical device which has been authentic in Arabic. The pre - Islamic poets, such as Imriu Al - Qais, used it. It was well known by the poineering linguists and interpreters, such as Abi Ubayda Maamer bin Al - Muthana 210 H., Al - Asmaii 216 H., Ibn Qutayba 276 H., and Al - Mubarrad 285 H., when they explained the Quranic a ayas and poetic lines having this rhetorical device.As a term, Al - Iltifat was known and studied by rhetoricians such as Ibn Al - Muaataz, Qudama bin Gaafar, Al - Zamakh shary, Ibn Al - Atheer, As - Sakkaky and Al - Quzwiny. It is the change from one style of speech into another, from the singular into the plural, from the plural into the singular - and from one tense into another. This change should have a reason for its happening. Al - Zamakhshary said that the benefits of Al - Iltifat are praise, awakening, drawing attention and making the listener more interested. This phenomenon has been called “the courageous style” for it indicates the bravery of the speaker in making his speech more effective.The Glorious Quran is rich with this rhetorical device, especially in the short Suras beginning with Qaf and ending with the last Quranic Sura (Qul Aauthu bi Rab An - Nas).These Suras were revealed to Prophet Muhammed (P.B.U.H.) at the beginning of Islam when the new religion was erither accepted or refused. Abstract: This thesis deals with the Diplomatic Representation and Foreign affairs aspects of KSA with its Geographical neighboring Arab counties from 1945 to 1962.This study falls into an introduction , four chapters and a conclusion. Chapter one deals with the historical background of the diplomacy of KSA and its aspects with the neighbouring Arab countries up to 1945. These Arab countries included Iraq , the emirate of east Jordan and yeoman.Chapter two present definitions of the social , and cultural background of the most important figures of the Saudi foreign affairs and their roles inside the kingdom and abroad.Chapter three studies the diplomatic activities and the aspects of the Saudi foreign affairs from 1945 to 1962. This role includes the diplomatic role practiced by KSA in establishing Arab unity and the Arab League. It also includes the relation of KSA with Syria, Iraq, Jordan and Yemen as well as the problems over the borders.Chapter four presents the relation of Saudi Arabia with the neighboring Arab countries during the period 1954 - 1969.It shows the periods of tense and good relations between KSA and Iraq , especially after the 14th of July Revolution , 1958 in Iraq. The chapter also studies the relation of KSA with Kuwait, Jordan and Yemen.This thesis has come out with the following conclusions : 1.KSA followed an open diplomacy regarding the wars that broke out between the Arab countries. King Abdul - Azeez gave no role to his counselors or representatives in directing foreign affairs as they liked.2.KSA attracted many important Arab figures who were in exile. Those had their effect on the Saudi foreign affairs , especially during the reign of king Saaud who was busy with his personal interests , as well as his health.3.The diplomacy of KSA was called the Gold Diplomacy in which the political , Journal and tribal important figures were bribed in order to win certain problems over borders , especially that of Buraymi Oasis. This policy proved to be a failure.4.The diplomacy of KSA differed from one situation to another with Iraq and Jordan because of the enmity of the royal families that was well - known.5.The diplomacy of KSA played prominent role in Yemen 1962, and this role resulted in a civil war in Yemen because KSA was afraid of the influence of president Nosier at that time 6.The change in the KSA diplomacy was clear during this period. Sometimes it was supporting Iraq and Jordan against the Soviet influence, and at other time it was against Iraq and Jordan concerning the western Treaties.7.The foreign affairs institution in KSA witnessed development and enlargement. King Facial succeeded in getting rid of the inefficient diplomats by sending them on pension.8.The diplomacy of KSA became the representative of the American policy in the middle feast after 1957.

Abstract: Actually ,The political isolation of United State of America in the international relationships excluded Latinate America made its role confined and limited in the diplomatic affairs within many international conflicts , But the US participation in World War II led America to pay more attention in the international affairs ,specifically the countries that were controlled by the axis great countries (Italy ,German and Japan ).After the end of World War II , The Us foreign policy represented and directed to make allies in other areas of the world ,the Korean peninsula was the most targeted area.At the period of American president regime Harry Truman (1945 - 1953) ,American government began to interest according to special criteria which focused on such concerns to find an ally in the Near East especially after Soviet Union's attempts to strengthen its existence in that area to demolish Tinch Kay Chaik's regime which had supported the United State of America and establishing a republic of public china in 1949 which resulted with the American - Soviet and Chinese dispute in the Korean peninsula , That is why this topic was the most considerable and an attractive one to be studied to show the nature of that conflict.This dispute effects and outcomes revolved with division of Korean peninsula into two parts , the southern part for Americans ,while the other northern part for Soviet union. This thesis entitled (THE FOREIGN POLICY OF UNITED STATE OF AMERICA TOWARDS THE KOREAN PENINSULA DURING THE PERIOD OF HARY TRUMAN'S REGIME 1945 - 1953 ) includes an introduction and three chapters with a conclusion. The first chapter contains a summary about the American president Harry Truman , the beginnings of the cold war ,and the pillars upon which the American - intusion policy built towards the communist extension in Asia and Europe including Truman's Principle and Marshal's project and Northern Atlantic Ally ,Besides the decision making centers of American foreign policy and the role of media in planning its policy ,as well as , the beginnings of American interesting for Korean peninsula. The reasons of failing the mutual - American - Soviet efforts to unify the Korean peninsula ,led Americans to uplift the Korean issue into the United Nation Commission. The second chapter of this study deals with the direct causes of out breaking the Korean dispute , and the American impacts of its attitude that happened in the United Nation Commission. As well as this chapter concerned with the factors of military Chinese intrusion in the Korean conflict , besides the American procedures towards that intrusion. Third chapter studies the American attitude towards the Indian action that presented by Indian president jawhar Nehrou in order to reconcile the continued conflict of Korean peninsula ,Here the light shed on the talks and discussions of those countries about the Korean issue and America's point of view towards that conflict. It is worthy to mention that the researcher depended on many documents as well as the American ones that were published by Schlesinger Arthur (The Dynamics of world power A documentary history of United States Foreign Policy 1945 - 1973) and other which were gathered by ( Burns Roger and Schlesinger Arthur ) entitled Congress ,investigates A documentary History 1972 - 1974. Those documents considered very important for having valuable information about political American developments towards the Far East generally and the Korean conflict specifically ,for including statements and suggestions of American politicians exactly the president Harry Truman and US secretary Acheson as well as military leaders proofs like Mack Arched.The documents of United Nation specifically those of International Security Council entitled ( United Nations Security council Official Record ) , Those documents were recognized with special importance in this research because the military American Intrusion in the Korean peninsula had taken the United Nation Commission as an excuse to apply and fulfill its aims and so on this permits the researcher to notify more and more about the international views by the way of Korean conflict. The Chinese documents enabled the researcher to be informed about the Chinese attitude by the way Korean dispute specially that of Chinese foreign minister.The researcher depended on many other resources which were enriched with a good scientific information and American president Harry Truman's Memories entitled ( Years of Trail and Hope 1946 - 1953) also the book was adopted by the researcher entitled ( The Unification Policy of South and North ) by Kim hat - Joan in which the author concentrates on the developments of Korean conflict on one hand and progress of the two controlled Korean parts - governments (America &Soviet Union).The translated books into Arabic in which the American policy towards Korean peninsula and the development of that conflict played an active and clear role especially that of American author (The war in Korea )1950 - 1951.in which he represents the American Attitude , finally the researcher depends on the journalism and Al - ihram journal which concerned in many fields with the topic of this thesis

Thus we prefer to shed light on the most outstanding newspaper while was Al - Kibla - Hujazic newspaper paving the way to researchers to go deep into this tendency, in addition, it had great international effect through its call for unity and the dependence of the Arabic union and the resistance of being under the reign of foreigners. Such had influential effect in diminishing the existence of the ottoman invasion on the Arabic island and AL - sham countries.During 1916 - 1918 the newspaper took into its account the discussing of AL - Shareef Husein’s issue and his struggle against AL - Ithad and AL - Tarqi organization that controlled ottoman state and its confederacy of German. The first volume of the newspaper published in Macca on August 1916 At the same time of the first bullet of the freedom revolution for getting rid of ottoman invasion. Abstract: The Arabs were concerning with studying “holy Quran” along with telling the messenger holy talks.The holy Quran was collected and put down in the region of the first Kalifate Al - Rashidi, and it was completely collected and written down in the time of the third Kalifate.In respect with the messenger holy talks that being put down, after a long period, and probably, the prophetic biography was preceded the holy prophetic talks, for the biography of Ibn - Es’haak that reached to us by Ibn - Hushaam, was the lastest one.So, some researchers consider that the genuine intuition and genius of Arabs in writing the history appeared apparently in biography rather than news telling. There isn’t a nation, save Arab nation, pays more attention to the biography, beginning with Ibn - Es’haak, who wrote down the prophetic biography, and Al - Waqidi and Ibn - Saad who wrote narrators layers. The most prevailing feature of Arabic books, was the biography of celebrities. The lights have been focused on the prophetic biography wrote by Ibn - Es’haak since he was the first who put down the prophetic biography and put its basic bases. But the prophetic biography that begin written by Ma’amar Bin - Rashid had not been taken, because it didn’t reach us except some narrations transferred by some historians like Al - Wakidi, Ibn - Saad, Al - Balathri and Al - Tabari and only what saved in some libraries and the world museums, just like the eastern institute in Chicago. The text was published by the researcher Nabeha Aboud; in addition, we got other pieces of this biography and were still preserving in Istanbul, Morocco and Damascus. The copy of Istanbul was written on a piece of yam which being copied in Tilaitala in (363 A.H.).The significance of Islamic invasions together with the biographies that written by Maamar Bin - Rashid were because he was contemporary with Ibn - Es'haak and be near to his age, Ibn - Es'haak was born in (75 A.H.) and died in (151 A.H) or in (152 A.H.), while Maamar born in (95 A.H.) and died in (153 A.H.). Hence, they were of the same generation and of the same sources, who was mohammed Bin - Muslim Bin - Shihab Al - zahri (50 - 124 A.H.), being considered the first who put down the Islamic history, wrote down the prophetic invasions and gave the prophetic biography its present frame known now.So, probably, that Ibn - Es'haak considered the first who wrote down the prophetic biography which reached to us via Ibn - Hushaam may be taken from Maamar Bin - Rashid or both were quoting from one another. Hence, the narrations by Maamar Bin - Rashid were of high significance, but actually didn’t reach us in the form of volume, as did so Ibn - Es’haak biography. It’s worthy to note that my professor Dr.Tahsen Hameed draws my considerable attention to the importance of the current subject, while we are on the end of the preparation year. He demanded me to collect the narrations by Maamar Bin - Rashid for studying them, just like my another professor while he was in the college of Art - Al - Basra university, who supervised on a corresponding study written by salma Abdul - Hammed Al - Hashimi, who collected the lost narrations by Ibn - Taifour from the book of Baghdad and she was awarded with Ph.D. The nature of the study obligates to collect lost texts of Maamar narrations and to classify them, especially those concerned with prophetic biography. I’m demanded to collect them in one text and this work considered as a great effort, since it will submit to the researchers ready texts that could be depended in writing the biography and they are as if for Maamar Bin - Rashid. The reader will find these texts of these narrations in the second chapter since it is a basic part of the thesis that’s why the chapter is massive in its substance, quantitatively and qualitatively. I arranged the historical subjects in a traditional manner of Ibn - Es’haak and Ibn - Hushaam, starting with debutante of creation of over Mister Adam and initial messengers, followed by the mission and Islamic invasions. I arrange the invasions according to chronological sequence.The first chapter deals with Maamar’s life together with his youth, science demanding, his tutors, his students, his knowledge and sciences and historian’s impression. The third chapter is a completion of Maamar’s narrations, for the period of Kalifate Al - Rashidi and Amawyian state. My main concern is of the prophetic biography, and hoping all the biographies would be printed in the future.The fourth chapter manages to study the important bases of these narrations (tutors and students), including the method of Ma’amar in mention his narrations along with comparing them with those by Ibn - Es’haak , especially what concern with Islamic invasions and prophetic biography, and with those written by Ibn - Hushaam, who did not stated that he taken it from Ma’amar. I have depended on many sources and references that contribute together in building the current thesis.1. The Holy Prophetic BooksThe most outstanding of which is “Sahih Al - Bukhari” written by Abi - AbdAllah Mohammed Esma’el (died on 256 A.H.) and “Sahih Muslim” written by Adi - Al - Hussein Muslim Bin Al - hajaj (died on 261 A.H.) and others that being used as to raise Ma’amar’s narrations. I have also used Al - Musanaf book written by Abdul - razaq Bin Hamam Al - Sinaani (died on 211 A.H.), and we got Al - Jamaa book by Ma’amar Bin - Rashid (153 A.H.) through him. Al - Jamaa book is considered as an annex to Al - Musanaf book, that reach us by the way of Adul - Razaq Al - Sinaani who consider as a preserve for his biography and a famous one of his students.2. Interpreting BooksMany of interpreters have recited many talks written by Ma’amar in interpreting some Arts of holy Quran, despite that Ma’amar lived and died before appearing well - known interpretation books. Furthermore, his narrations contained a historical substance, which explained and interpreted some Ayat (denotations) of holy Quran. The most significant books of interpretation : “Jamaa Al - Bian Aan Taawel Ayat Al - Quran” by Mohammed Bin - Jarir Al - Tabari (died on 310 A.H.), “Tafseer Ibn - Katheer” by Abu - Al - Fidaa Esma’el Bin Oumar (died on 774 A.H.). It is necessary to note that I leave his other narrations and talks that don’t handle the historical side either be interpretation books or talks - books.3. Attribution Books The important one was “Al - Ansab” book by Abi - Saad Abdul - Karim Al - Samaani (died on 562 A.H.), “Al - Lubab Fi Tahtheeb Al - Ansab” by Ibn - Al - Atheer Ezadin Al - Jazri (died on 606 A.H.) which I got much benefit from, in knowing the relativism of Ma’amar Bin - Rashid.4. Men and Layers BooksI have used these books to build up my current thesis. These books of different kinds considered the richest field that gives us a great information. They do not submit to the incidents civilized appearances and social atmosphere, in a chronological series and logical connection, rather they submit to these incidents and social appearances in an undisconnection order. The books are enriching with the scientist, jurisprudence and the men of history and literature. Ma’amar, was one of these men, whose personality endowed with many sciences. The books have a great deal of his personality and knowledge, these books gave us valuable information about his relativism, date of his birth and death together with his tutors and students.There are many volumes which include : “Al - Tabakat Al - Kubra” by Ibn - Saad (died on 230 A.H.) which I got benefit of, specially in dealing with Ma’amar historical biography which was enjoyed and updated with many parts of this book, also “Al - tabakat” by Ibn - Khyat (died on 240 A.H.) that gave us information about the date of birth and death of Ma’amar, “Al - jarh wi Al - Taadeel” by Ibn - Abi Hatim (died on 327 A.H.), “Al - Thukat” by Ibn - Habaan (died on 354 A.H.).The books of Mohammed Bin - Uthman Al - Thahabi (died on 748 A.H.). “Tathkirat Al - Hufadh”, “Sier Alam Al - Nubalaa) and the books of Ibn - Hajar Al - Asqalani (died on 852 A.H.) “Tahtheeb Al - Tahtheeb”, “takreeb Al - tahtheeb” and “Al - Esaba Fi Tamiez Al - Sihaba”. All these books are arranged alphabetical, and being used to give more information about Ma’amar, his students and his tutors, these books are having a very significant role in giving confirmation for historical narrations. 5. History BooksThe top of which was “The history of Kalipha Bin - Kayat” and the books “Ansab Al - Ashraaf” and “Futuh Al - Buldan” by Al - Balathri Abu - Al - Hassan Ahmed (died on 279 A.H.) which submit some of Ma’amar historical biography, also I get benefit from the book “Tarikh Al - Rusil wa Al - Muluk” by Mohammed Bin - Jarir Al - Tabari, in which the recitation of Ma’amar was more than the previous ones, besides the recitation of the period of first messengers and the period of Islamic invasions. Also the book “Al - Bidaya wa Al - Nihaya” by Ibn - Kather (died on 774 A.H.) which was enriched with Ma’amar recitation either be in the period of Islamic invasions or in the period of Al - Kalifate Al - Rashideen.6. Biographies and Islamic Invasions BooksWhich I used them more, especially when I mention Ma’amar’s historical tales. These included “Al - Magazi” by Mohammed Bin - Oumar Al - Wakidi (died on 207 A.H.) which was rich in Ma’amar’s historical narrations. Also the prophetic biography books, of them the eldest ones were “Sierat Ibn - Es’haak” (died on 151 A.H.) and “Sierat Ibn - Hushaam” (died on 218 A.H.), which I used them to make comparison between Ma’amar’s narrations and their narrations in relation to historical and narrators fields.7. Books of Countries and Linguistic Encyclopedia Which I depend upon in determining some sites in different territories. The most famous book is “Mu’jam Al - Buldan” by Yakut Al - Hamawi (died on 626 A.H.) and of linguistic encyclopedia,the book “Mukhtar Al - Sihah” by Mohammed Bin - Abi - Baker Al - Razi (died on 666 A.H.), “Lisan Al - Arab” by Ibn - Mandhur Jamal El - deen Mohammed (died on 711 A.H.) and “Al - Kamus Al - Muheet” by Al - Fairuzabadi (died on 817 A.H.). In addition there were many other references, which their benefit came secondary.8. Modern BooksIn this thesis I use many modern books, and some of modern historians whom I get benefit of, who deal in their books many relevant sides like “Hadiat El - Arifen” by Esma’el Basha Al - Baghdadi, “Kamus Al - Alaam” by Al - Zargali, “Al - Tarikh Al - Arabi wa Al - Muarikin” by Shakir Mustafa, and “Taikh Al - Mathahib Al - Islamia” by Aiman Fouad Said from which I got many benefit points in during research.In spite of difficulty which I encountered during my research, and the prominent one was a lot of Ma’amar’s narrations and their scattering among many books especially those composed of many volumes that required a long time to scan so as not to miss any chance through which I could get a historical tale by him. Furthermore, the difficult conditions through which our country goes, which affect a great deal on students of knowledge and intuition. I want say that I do my best after firstly depending on Allah and on my professor secondly. I supplicate over Allah that I achieve a part of my study.

Abstract: Modernization is one the concept that emerged during the first quarter of the 20th century and which formed a clear importance within the growing states. Such Modernization help in developing these states. One of these states is Bahrain which become a kingdom later on. The concept of Modernization that this thesis deals with takes what happened in Bahrain and the change pin its rules and parliament as an example. The researcher has faced many difficulties and of them is the scarcity of references and document related to the thesis. The researcher has visited the Gulf Studies Center in Bahrain University for many times but he could only get some limited information. He also has visited Al - Bahrain Embassy for the same purpose but it was not fruitful. The thesis consists of an introduction, conclusion and three chapters with appendixes. Chapter one deals with the problem of Modernization and the social, political and economical transformation since the year 1955. The chapter also introduces a definition for the term “Modernization” and its types. Chapter two consists of two section that focus on the different fields of Modernization : the political sort with the accompanying labour activities in addition to the social type with emphasis on education, press and woman affairs, while the third chapter deals with the effect of Modernization on Bahrain society during 1966 - 1973. This chapter with its four section cover the Modernization of the organizations of the labour movment with pointing out of the inside and outside factors that helped in ensuring Bahrain’s independence with its constitution. The thesis gives a summary to the whole above detailed points emphasizing the effect of the mentioned Modernization on Bahrain society and especially the emergence of new oil labour ranks beside the development in the field of education and different laws with the building of Bahrain new administration. Finally, this work concludes that Bahrain government was serious concerning the idea of Modernization but hadn’t the needed capacity to implement that for two main reasons : the interference of the British and the Zionist power with the constant clash between the government and the national power Intentions. The researcher adds that the announcing of Bahrain independence with the achieving of 1973 constitution can be considered as a sign of the big transformation in the new Bahrain.

He appeared in the period that was crowded with many Iraqi political characters to prove himself and his unlimited abilities among them which pared him the way for much creation. Apparently , the contemporary Iraqi history documented his effort as a minister and a legistate in Iraqi state to be an active parliament. He proved his excellent mental activity through his participations taking his special political independent style. Thus , we choose his autobiography from his birth till his death in 1937 as a title for the thesis. This study shed the light on his main parliament and political life events.The Researcher faced alot of difficulties as the ruin of " The Document and Books Dar " in Baghdad as other sources there in which they considered as an important source for references and information. No researcher can avoid such problem for the difficult conditions of our country, in addition the seldom information concerning our character , the subject of the research specially the first part of his life. Yet , the researcher insisted on his errand to continue , thus he went many times to the birth place of AL - Bassri , Mahijiran village , asking many people even for getting few information. Fortunatly , he met AL - Bassri's sister to be the key of study after losing AL - Bassri's file from the retirement office and the Ministry of Law for unknown reasons.The study ends with the following conclusions : 1. The simple early life of AL - Bassri with the loss of his father during the early periods which reflects later on upon his character to be serious and active and academic later on.2. Muhammed was considered as one of the intellegestic union that formed his professional character after his studying in AL - Istana. He worked as a lawyer in AL - Bassra and did many successes because of his good reputation in adopting law. He was honorable , clean and loyal to his profession. His features went hand in hand with his good personality that forced his opposition to respect him.3. AL - Bassri participated to the opposition front which was known as the " National Group " that successeded in organizing " The National AL - Ikha'a Party ". He was one of the party founders and distinctive character in it. He had his influence in putting the legal points of view.4. AL - Bassri had his fixed situations concerning the Iraqi - British contracts through the reign of Britain. He frankly refused such contracts and insisted that the coalition with Britain should be in the benefit of long and its independence.5. He had his influencial presence in the discussions of the parliament council which depended on precise legal explanations. He pronunced against the economic and political conditions in Iraq and helped the responsibles in giving his precious opinions.6. The choosing of AL - Bassri in three frequent ministries was not at random but because of his great experience and ability. Actually ,he participated in putting on the laws as the law of Iraqi lawyers assertion and its jobs. He also participated in shopping the exceptional laws that used in special conditions as contracts. He gave chances to write in magazimes and newspapers to those who concern writing. All these things pushed the ministry of law to prove itself.7. During his job as the chief of the parliament council , he encouraged strongly the parliament habbits as the respect of the president and being among from personal and party mothers. He called for the independence of the legislation , defending the general rights and being with the constitution.8. Concerning personal matters , he helped young as individuals and groups in achieving their desires in travelling abroad to open their minds to different cultures. He enriched College of Law in Baghdad with excellent lectures speciaaly the law of punishment in addition to different opinions that guide people to the right way

The novels are arranged according to its historical date and subject so it began with novels about (Al - Mubtada) and about Creation and stories of prophets and previovs stories, of prophets and previous nations and the prophets biography and Al - Khilafa Al - Rashida , Al - Amawy period and Al - Abasy Period till the declined & Baghdad in Goo (H).The notice on these novels are many and Written in detail about the prophet biography and Al - Khilafa Al - Rashida but it is very few on Al - Amawy and Al - Abasy period.Chapter four is a short one. The hypothesis of the study it was noted by the study that there are many spatial and economic factors have had a clear impact in the distribution of the timber industry, in terms of production and vulnerability factors (capital, the number of workers, the market..) The approach was to rely on descriptive and quantitative analysis to verify the questions and access to the results, has been the use of statistical packages (spss) through which were used (Pearson correlation coefficients to examine the relationship between independent variables and the statement of strength and direction of the relationship between them, to test the Innova (Anova) to demonstrate the moral link, multi - regression analysis and test out the impact of independent variables in the dependent variable and testing the entry of independent variables in the equation predictive), the study found was a group of the most important conclusions : Focus timber industry in the sectors of the Old City and Al - Jazeera, which affected several variables varied in strength and influence and their relationship to each other endemic in the industry, including (capital market, labor), where the results of statistical analysis showed that the capital alone explained the image of the spatial variation Of the value of production in the old city and the number of workers in both sectors and Alhaidariya island, wood industries suffer from several problems, including : the poor storage of starting material and some types of poor and drop the ongoing power cuts have been enhanced using the study (33) a, (14) map (7) graphics, (17) picture

The research had organized through dividing it into five chapter as aim to achieve positive acceptable handling the problem, every chapter divided in to many topics one complete the other to answer research problem and it's method which the study introduction include it. The first chapter handled natural and human geographical properties which the study area distinguish by it and it's positive and negative effects on the sector of Industry and transportation. While the second chapter handled the types of land transportation road net in the governhorate of Salah al - Din and it's development since ( 1956 - 2003) center of types of ways of transportation where the main and sub and rural paved land ways in addition to the dust ways, also railway and it's development and effect in the transportation services , and transportation oil pipes and it's length and role in the industrial development. While the third chapter handled the development of industry in Salah Al - Din for the period ( 19580 2003) and clearing the structure of the industrial institutions and it's sizes in the governorate where the institutions were divided in to three sectors and they are the sector of food industry and the sector of chemical and petrochemical industry and construction industry and they are the well known sectors in the governorate in a clear way. While the fourth chapter included place distribution in the transformational industries in Salah al - Din and according to the three industrial sectors and it was clear through the distribution that there are districts centralize in it many industries like Samaraa and Balad while there are poor industrial districts like Dujil and Shirqat. While the fifth chapter the essence of the study handled the place difference for transport costs whether in area material or industrial products or in transforming power resources with clarifying the effect of costs in distributing industrial institutions and sign it. And through the study it had been clear that land roads have big effect in building industrial institutions in Salah Al - Din because the existence of main and sub roads following it appearance of the industrial institutions and most of the industrial institutions it's establishment came after constructing land roads. It had been notice that there are a big difference in the costs of transforming the main raw materials and in marketing the production and according to the location of the raw material and consuming centers in addition to the quality of transportation means whether in cars or trains or pipes of oil transforming. Through that the answer was clear about the main problem in the research that there are mutual relationship between transportation roads and the industrial institution in the governorate and there is an economical relationship between changeable which moved in it production elements. The study had reach to many recommendations like the necessity of care in transportation road net and developing it and supplying modern trucks and developed railways with supplying modern trains, and construct new ways for land roads and increasing bricks and cement factories in the governorate, the study had based to schedules and forms and maps which came to certify the adjective of supporting to clear the vision to the reader

Five chapters contain the whole work. The first chapter presents the theoretical frame of the study, namely; the research problem, the tested hypothesis, descriptive presentation of the study area, and assessing the related studies. The second chapter gives details about the used concepts, the development of agrarian manpower, its characteristics, and structure. The distribution of agrarian manpower over the land of the province was delineated in the third chapter, compared and judged against the distribution of other kinds of manpower. Physical factors that affect the distribution of agrarian manpower in the study area were dealt with in the fourth chapter. These factors were regarded as the responsible for the distinguished patterns. The fifth chapter emphasizes on human development in the province. The development indicators were looked at in close, especially education and sanitary conditions and there impact on the development of agrarian manpower. The rule of road network dose not ignored in this chapter.The study comes to a conclusion that : - 1 - Agrarian manpower in the study area was negatively grown during the period (1977 - 1987) (1.7 - ), then divert to the positive growth during the nineties (9.31).2 - The sex ratio indicates the surplus, and the increase, of the number of males compared with the number of females in the agrarian manpower throughout the study period (68.7%, 83.2%, and 84.7%).3 - Dramatic changes in the participation of different age groups in the agrarian manpower were took place. Such changes were highlighted in ratio from.4 - Agrarian manpower mirrored the political, economic, and social milieus.

Since this subject is lengthy and wide, thus, this thesis is limited to the main garages in each district because it is one of the active elements in the transportation web and this study is a detailed one about the place, total area of the lines working on the garages and the problems they are facing and making suggestion for possible future remedies to avoid the current mistakes.The study depended on different and various references : field study, statistical study which is represented by applying ((Waiting Lines Theory)) to the garages and the scientific references like Master and Ph.D. thesis, Arabic and foreign books, scientific magazines beside the published and unpublished reports and since the subject of the study is new therefore the researcher made a wide and a comprehensive field study for about three months from 1/1/2002 till 30/12/2002.The study contains four chapters : the first contains the transportation concepts while the second is about the geographic factors affecting operating the car road web in the province which represented by analyzing the natural factors (geographical area, elevations and surface contains, weather, water supplies) while the human factors are (people and their distribution and growth, the use of land). While the third chapter handles analyzing the structures of the garages in the province and the location of the garage and its uses. On the other hand, the fourth chapter tackles applying the ((Waiting Lines Theory))to the garages beside the conclusions and the recommendations

The main motive that motivate the researcher to identify the difficulties to assist those who have the right of decision and responsible persons in order to light the way for them through certain goals that could be reached by this search so it aims to form a guide for facility of teaching the Arabic Language in the college of arts and education for the first stage by carrying out these points;1. Identify and discovering the difficulties in any subject of grammar for the first stage by supplying forms that to be filled by the teachers and the students. 2.The exchange of the old forms and examples that used by Ibn - Hushan which are not easy to be understood today by new examples from the holy koran, the noble speech of the prophet and prose and talks of the Arabs and examples from the reality of our daily life. 3. Avoiding the rational and philosophic styles and the problems of the disagreement, and the reasons and justifications about the forms of grammar. 4. Putting a summary at the end of any subject.5. As for theoretical background where the researcher stood on the light of his search goals to form a guide for facilitation of teaching (Sharih Qatir Al - Nada Wa Bel Al - Sada) he intended to put an important theoretical background.in his teaching which contained of two axes : - the first axis is a guide to grammatical subjects and this can be represented by : - 1. The purpose of forming a guide. 2. The factors and the pivots which motivate to form the guide.3. The forming of the guide and the Ibn - Husham’s book.4. How did the researcher form its guide? Truly the second axis is represented by the book (Sharih Qatir Al - Nada Wa Bel Al - Sada) wherefrom : - 1. The description of the book (subject, method and the way of a formation). 2. The difficulty of teaching the book. 3. The suggestions for solving the problems. Where the performances of the search are : - 1. Includes, the exploration of two points of views from both the teachers and the students included about (450) students and (34) teachers in the Arabic language departments in the colleges of the arts and the education in the universities of [Baghdad, Mustansiriah, and Mosul.] through filling forms concerning the difficulties of the grammatical subjects in the book (Sharih Qatir Al - Nada Wa Bel Al - Sada). 2.The researcher applied the special data of the teachers on the basic sample of the search about (8) teachers and the data of the students on the second basic sample about (350) students distributed on (6) colleges of arts and education of the Arabic language departments in ( 3 ) universities [Baghdad, Mustansiriah, and Mosul.].3.The researcher reached the external truth of the two data after showing and reviewing them by a group of specialized persons and experts and he proved them by (the half division way) for the items of the data. While the enumeration means where the researcher employed the (Beerson) coefficient contact and (Feeshr) equation for the calculation of the difficulty degree or extent. The recent study reached some effects, which can possible, be counted by the following points : - 1. The students of the Arabic language departments study the book of (Sharih Qatir Al - Nada Wa Bel Al - Sada). In the Arabic language departments in the colleges of the arts and the education is in universities of [Baghdad, Mustansiriah, and Mosul.] without any practical application for its grammatical subjects 2. The data, by putting light on the difficulties received important attention by both the students and the teachers and welcomed by many teachers of grammar subject in teaching (Sharih Qatir Al - Nada Wa Bel Al - Sada) and also many students in the first stage in the Arabic language departments in the colleges of the arts and the education in the universities of [Baghdad, Mustansiriah, and Mosul.]. That was on contrast to the researcher’s expecting of receiving a weak response.3.The agreement in points of views of both the students and the teachers that there are certain difficulties in the book (Sharih Qatir Al - Nada Wa Bel Al - Sada). So the researcher has to order the followings : - 1. Putting a grammatical method based on modern linguistic theories. 2.The variety of methods for the Arabic rules subject in the Arabic language departments in the colleges of the arts and education in the universities of [Baghdad, Mustansiriah, and Mosul.].3. Abstract: يعد موضوع علم الجمال ذا اهمية كبيرة بالنسبة للطلبة والباحثين، رغم قدم الدراسات التي اهتمت بموضوع علم الجمال بحثا وتنظيرا فانه ظل مدار اختلاف في الفهم بين الباحثين على مستوى ادراكه وتقديره، لذا ارتات الباحثة القيام بتصميم مادة علم الجمال في (4) وحدات تعل | The theme of aesthetics has got a great importance for students and scholars, despite of the older studies, which focused on the subject of aesthetics in investigation and theorization , it still remained throughout the difference in understanding between studying at the level of perception and appreciation, so the researcher intends to organize a material in aesthetics within modules designed according to Kemp model. The current research aims at designing an instructional programme according to Kemp's model and finding out its impact on student's achievements , to achieve the aims of the study, three null hypotheses are testified. The population of the study includes students from departments of art education / colleges of basic education at university of Diyala and university of Al - Mustansiriya. The total number of population is (117) students. The sample of study consists of (30) student which is non - randomly chosen from third stage in department of art education / college of basic education at university of diyala for the academic year 2013 - 2014. To achieve the aims of the present study, an instructional programme has been designed according to Kemp model (1985), in terms of four modules, then cognitive - achievement test is also designed to measure the impact of instructional programme. After that , the instructional programme and achievement test exposed to a jury member to achieve validity , while reliability is achieved through the achievement test. To show the results of the study, statistical data is accessed by using appropriate statistical methods as Mann - Whitney test for two independent samples , Wolskoskin test for one independent sample , Kiodor - Richardson test / 20 for reliability , while the discrimination coefficient, the difficulty coefficient, and Holsti formula in term of validity among jury members. The study concludes the following results as drawn below;1 - The superiority of the experimental group which used instructional programme in accordance with the programme (Kemp - 1985) as a teaching method and an educational and successful means with their fellow students from the control group, which used a traditional method goes back to the process of organization's information and concepts in the subject of aesthetics that have been delivered to students through clarity instructional goals, behavioral objectives, and the content of instructional programme.2 - The success of the instructional programme depends tuon the process of simplification's information and experiences that included in instructional content, which is an important part of the educational process through the units of the content that have contributed to improving the performance of students cognitively.The main recommendations are stated by the researcher such as;1 - Applying the current programme in aesthetics to students of educational institutions in relevant to (colleges of fine arts and fine arts institutes) after it is proved its effective in education in best way of the traditional one.2 - Taking advantage form the designed test in the current study in terms of cognitive - achievement test. The researcher suggest the that employing instructional programme to develop the aesthetic judgments of students in the Department of Art Education.

The linguistics and educators who are clinging to the property of civilization, because writing in a bad way is a main problem with the speed of writing. That caused misunderstanding of meaning and slowness, So, the educators and linguistics were so care with dictation and considered it with reading as unseperate process and it is the key of other knowledge. The dictation mistakes are caused By many reasons such as : The educational system, the schools manager, the characteristics of the language and dictation basis, and some reasons are because of the pupil and utterance weakness or because of the way of Theing. The dictation mistake is not made By one reason, but by many reasons which are interference or correlation which make pupils commit many mistakes, but still the successful ways of teaching dictation is the main reason for solving the problem of dictation weakness. The existence of this problem gives an importance for its study in this research which aims to know the effect of using computer in the getting of fifth class pupils in learning dictation grammar The researcher hopes through this research to make use for it to the teachers of primary stage and could make use to the specialists of the ministry of education. To achieve the aim AL - Kuwait primary school was chosen intentionally from the schools of muqdadiya. This school contains 4 branches of fifth class. The writer chose (c) branch and (D) intentionally as a group for research because of the cooperation of the teachers. The researcher chose section (D) intentionally to be experience group and section (C) to be, group. The research group became (50) pupils from the two groups. The parents graduate and Arabic degree and the pre test and the age. The differences were not mathematical reasons on the level (0.05). The researcher taught five dictation subjects by using computer and tests were made and collected the degrees , divided on the tests to get the final degree. The researcher get its medium and he used (T - test) and (cay) square to know the differences. It showes differences on the level (0.05) between the medium of the two groups. For the benefit of the first group, which studied, using the computer and according to the results, using computers more successful than the normal way. The researcher made some suggestions and recomm - endations.

One of these models is (Gagne model)For the researcher desire to be assured experimentally, in order to acknowledge the best model which assign students in their education the scientific concepts, accordingly, the researcher has chosen his researcher to acknowledge the impact of Gagne teaching model usage upon educations of students' preparatory stage.The present study aims to acknowledge the impact of Gagne teaching model usage upon educations of students' preparatory stage, the biological retaining concepts.That is achieved by investigating the two hypotheses of the researcher : 1 - There is no difference of statistical significant between the experimental group marks, studied by teaching Gagne model and the average of the controlled group marks, studied by the normal classical method in education.2 - There is no difference of statistical significant between the experimental group marks, studied by teaching Gagne model and the average of the controlled group marks, studied by the normal classical method in interpolation.The present research is restricted to : 1 - Scientific fifth class students in the secondary schools in the state directorate of education in Salah Al - deen directorate for the academic year 2003 - 2004.2 - Teaching the first and the second chapters of the biology textbook for the scientific fifth class.3 - The first academic term of the year 2003 - 2004. In order to complete the procedures of the research, the researcher followed the following steps : Balad Education Department was chosen randomly among the depts. related for the Salah Al - deen directorate, Baland Preparatory school was chosen intentionally as the experiment field.The research sample consists of (50) students of the fifth scientific class, and distributed randomly upon the two groups equally. The compensation was made through the variables of Education, age, parents' education, inelegance level.The two experiments were : - 1 - The experimental group, which studied using the teaching Gagne model 2 - Controlled group, which studied using the normal classical method After preparing the research requirements, the experiment was applied from Sunday 5/10/2003. The researcher himself applied teaching the two groups and formed an far educational test consisted of 50 paragraphs of the multiple kind. Four choices that is by the surface validity and content validity, and difficulty coefficient, distinguishing strength for every paragraph using the proper equations.The constancy was found by choosing method using the Person conjunctive variable and Brown Sperman constancy validity (0.80). The choice was applied at the end of the experiment at 28 - 12 - 2003. First choice was re - applied after two weeks (14 days) to measure the interpolation in 11/1/2004. Results were analyzed statistically using (t - Test) for two equal separate samples. Study results showed that there is a difference of statistical significance between the average of the experimental group studied by teaching Gagne model and the controlled groups studied by the normal classical method studied by the concepts education.In the light of the results of the present study, the researcher recommends the following by the interest of the teaching methods aiming to develop the intellectual capabilities for students and prepare teachers to be able to use the active modern methods in teaching and training teachers to used the teaching Gagne model.The researcher suggested performing an identical studies upon other academic materials and stages as well as other variables like penetrative intellection and tendency.

There is an attitude for finding the solutions and substitution that limit this problem and riseit to other branches of Arabic language.The researcher found the importance of expression and the suffer that connected with it. It forced the researcher to find a new teaching aid that helps the students to live a real life because the sense experience is considered the base for understanding that students gain in the classroom. This teaching aid will grow honesty of feelings and sense and grow without the teaching aids that are suitable for. The researcher found out the importance of the effect of presenting the Arabic series in standard Arabic on TV for actual expression to the students of second year intermediate to reach this aim the researcher chose a sample randomly a school that is related to the directorate of education in Diayla which (Dar Al.Nadwa Secondary School for Boys) which is considered the experimental group and (Al - Fitwa Intermediate School for Boys) to be a controlled group these two schools randomly so the researcher selected section (A) and section (B) a experimental and control groups. The total number of the sample was a (60) student. (30) Students for a controlled group and (30) students for the experimental groups.The researcher had made a kind of balance between these two groups in some of the variable points like the following;1. Age students measured by months.2. The scientific degree for the father of the students.3. The scientific degree for the mother of the students.4. Thew marks of the students in the subject of Arabic language in the first course for the school year 2002 - 2003.5. The marks of students pretest in the subject of expression. The difference didn’t have a statistic meaning in (0,5). The researcher had prepared a teaching plan for teaching the subject of expression in the traditional way for the controlled group and teaching plan for using and presenting Arabic series in standard Arabic as an experimental group. The researcher presented the vesnlts to specialists and experimental. The students of the two groups wrote five subjects in selected subjects in the experiment that lasted ten weeks. The researcher checked the student’s writing by depending on (Al - Jubory Model) which consisted of four branches; language, style, idea and awing ing the page.The researcher used many statistical tool, like (T. test) (Kai square) and Pearson, velation ship). The results showed that there is a statistic difference in the an average of (0,05) in the average of the marks between the two groups for the sake of the experimental group. Therefore, the speakers of this language must do their best (make every effort) to protect it, and raise it to an elevate state whether spoken or written, for it is a means of cultivation (refinement) in gaining knowledge, and it is the basis on which teaching of all subjects rely (rest). The accurate writing is one of the most important basis in teaching language, and the spelling is regarded as a means of evaluating (measuring) the skill in writing and in measuring the learning level of students. Despite the importance of spelling, there are many complaints concerning (against) it, and different studies showed many spelling mistakes which the educators committed in their writings, This weakness belonges sometimes to the methods of teaching which depend on memorization. Thus, the research aimed at introducing (exposing) the influence of division of the rules of spelling and its application in the learning level of students of the second class of the intermediate school. In order to (achieve) this aim, the researcher chooses an experimental design having trail group and control group, as well as a post test. Tariq Ben Zyad intermediate school in Baquha city, the center of Diala province has been choosen randomly by the researcher to construct the test. The researcher also chooses randomly two sections of the second class to represent the sample of the research whose number of students arrive at 60 students. 30 students are used in the experimented group which study the spelling by using the style of division of spelling rules and its applications. Moreover, 30 students are used in the control group which study the spelling by the classic - measurable method. The researcher equalizes the members of the two groups of the research statically by using T.Test and chi - square in the following variables. The mark of Arabic language in the final exam for the first class of the intermediate school of the past year (2002 - 2003), age is counted for three months, the learning level of the parents, the marks of the pre - test of the past information of the spelling, And there were no distinctions of statistic indication among the two groups of the research in these variables. The researcher herself teaches the student of the two groups of the research depending on the content of the educating subjects which includes five subjects taken from the book of the spelling which ought to be taught for the students of second class of the intermediate school for the year of 2003 - 2002, and the behavioral objects which she formed by herself then she prepared an achievement test including 30 objective items distributed on two questions : the first is multiple - choice item, the other is completion item. Its validity and reliability is verified eliability. Its stability is counted by spilit half melhod which at (0.85), in addition to level of difficulty and i temd iscrimating power. At the end of the experienceul which basted for (10) weeks nearly, the researcher applied the post achievement learning Test, and analyzed the data; the study arrives at : There is a difference of statistic indication at the level of (0.05) between the average of marks of the students in the trail group, and the average of the marks of the students in the accurate group of remote - learning test for the benefit of the trail group. Despite the various studies of grammar to simplify and develop it, it still represents a big problem in its teaching and learning There is a weakness prevailing it, and the researcher attributes this weakness to the subject it self. Some of them attributed it to the teachers of the Arabic language while other attribute it to the methods used in its teaching. So, the researcher attempts to use the computer to kmow the impact of its use on the education of the elementary forth class in the subject of the linguistic exercises. The linguistic exercises are linguistic applications aiming at training the pupil how to use the grammar of the Arabic language practically to be an entry to the study of grammar from tow aspects quaintant and practical. The linguistic exercises depend on dictation, I - e, we mention the use then we repeat the same without referring to the base, and the purpose is to put the bases of the language in the position of use and application. Thus what the pupil learns in this stage is considered the basis of his thin king, so the care to the primary education is one of the necessities of the educational system. Hence, the researcher intenels to use the computer as an educational(teaching) means in the process of education in the elementary grade to contribute in elevating the education al qualifications and making a pupil possessing a good scholarly base. Aim of the study The present study aims at knowing the impact of the computer use on the education of the pupils of the elementary - forth class in the subject of the linguistic exercises.Hypothesis of the study 1 - There is no difference of statistic indication at the level of 0,05 between the average of learning of the pupils who study the linguistic exercises by using the computer, and the average of the learning of pupils who study the linguistic exercises without the use of the computer.2 - There is no difference of statistic indication at the level of 0,05 between the average of learning of the pupils(boys) study the linguistic exercises by using the computer, and the average of the learning of the pupils(giels) who study the linguistic by using the same method.The procedures of the research : To achieve this aim, the researcher chooses an experimental designee (experimental group and regulator group) and remote test. The researcher chooses intention ally Al - Moulem elementary school in Baquba city / the center of Diala province to perform the experiment. The school consists of tow sections in the forth class, section - A - has been chosen randomly to represent the experimental group, section B to represent the regulator group. Thesample of the research includes(54) pupils (boys and girls) ;(27) pupils of the experimental group study by using the computer as a teaching meows and the same number of the regulator group study with out using the computer. The researcher intends to be equivalent to the two groups statistically by using T - Test and the seqnar of cay in the charges : Age, the learning level of the fathers and mothers, the mark of the Arabic language of the past year (2002 - 2003) The results show the absence of the differences of statistic indication between the two groups of the research in these changes. After the researcher defined the scholarly subject consisting of the eight subjects taken from the book of the linguistic exercises of the elementary - forth class, the researcher has formed the behewioural targets for these subjects and they were(66) behanionral targets - so be puts educational plans due to the number of the subjects of the experiment. To measure the impact of the computer on the education of the pupils, the researcher chooses learning test including(30) items and the valichity of the context is examined by exposing it on a group of experts and specialists of the Arabic language and its method of teaching. The experiment lasts for two months and ten days. It began in its of rov - 2003 and ended in 10 th Jan - 2004. The researcher has applied the on an inquiry sample to assert the clearness of its items and to account the distinctive force and the difficulty of the items, and the account of stability of the test by repeating the test. The average of the stability arrives at ,86 to be applied finally. After analyzing its results by using T - test they show a difference of statistic indication at the level of 0.05 for the benefit of the pupils of the experimental group. The researcher also uses the test of man - wittney as a statistic tool to know the difference between the education of the pupils of the experimental group(boys and girls) in the final test. the results show no difference due to the change of the sex.So the researcher concludes : 1 - the mastery (excellence) of the pupils of the experimental group who have studied the subject of the linguistic exercises by using the computer on the pupils of the regulator group who showed the linguistic exercises without using the computer and the difference is at the level of 0.05,therefore,the first hypothesis is neglected (refused).2 - there is no difference of statistic indication at the level of 0.05 between the average of the education of the pupils who study the linguistic exercises by using the computer and the average of the pupils (girls) who studied the linguistic exercises by using the same method,thus the second hypothesis is accepted. The researcher found out the importance of the modren technique on the education; the learning could be developed by using the modern technician ways which alter the abstract case to tangible one. Thus the researcher suggests the use of the computer as teaching means in teaching the linguistic exercises and he recommends teacher to use it in their job.In addition; the researcher suggests to make a new study which is similar to the present one on other subjects and comparing the method of the computer to other educational methods

Abstract: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف الى اثر استراتيجية ( جونسون وجونسون ) في التعلم التعاوني في تحصيل واستبقاء مادة التاريخ العربي الاسلامي لدى طالبات الصف الثاني متوسط مقارنة بالطريقة الاعتيادية. ومن اجل تحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة قامت الباحثة بوضع الفرضيتين الصفريت | The present study aims at identifying the influence of (Johnson and Johnson) cooperative learning strategy on the achievement and retention of Islamic Arab History subject for the females students of second year , secondary school in comparison with traditional method.The researcher has put forwards the following null hypothesis in order to achieve the aims of the study : - 1 - There are no significant differences at (0.05 level ) in the achievement between the grades mean in Islamic Arab History of the experimental group who studies according to Johnson and Johnson strategy in cooperative learning and the mean grades of the control group who studies the same subject according to traditional method.2 - There are no significant differences at ( 0.05 level ) in retention between the grades mean in Islamic Arab History of the experimental group who studies according to Johnson and Johnson strategy in cooperative learning and the mean grades of the control group who studies the same subject according to traditional method.To achieve the aim of the research and its hypothesis ,the researcher has adopted partial control experimental design ( experimental group and control group and post test ).The sample consists of 51 female students ,24 in the experimental group and 27 in the control group.The two groups were made equivalent statistically using T - test and Chi - square on the following variables : achievement in previous year history subject ,intelligence ,chronological age and educational level of parents. To measure the achievement research’s sample students ,the researcher conducted post test contain 40MSQ items which was valid and reliable and was re - applied after 21 days to verify retention. To measure the differences between the two groups ,researcher used the T - test as statistical tool ,it was revealed that the experimental group exceeded the control group in achievement and retention.In light of the results reached ,conclusions , recommendation and suggestions were given

The awareness of the importance of concepts and spreading them lead to the appearance of some strategies and many educational forms every one of which tried to present a new way of acquiring scientific concepts and one of these was the model of Brunner. All educational models and concentrate on basic contents of the concept which are the name of the concept it’s rule, it's distinguished properties and examples that belong and not belong. Brunner's educational model has not been applied in acquiring agricultural concepts at primary stage and the little information of agricultural teachers of learning it in addition to what the calling of modern trends to give up the traditional approaches used at primary schools. Based on this the researcher has chosen his research to know the effect of Brunner model on acquiring of fifth primary class pupils of agricultural concepts and keep them as a comparison in the normal way. The research aims at knowing the effect of Brunner's model on concepts them through the following pupils fifth primary class pupils acquisition of agricultural concepts them and keep it through the following neutral hypothesis : - 1. There is no statistical difference at the significance level (0.05) between Medium of experimental group marks who were taught by of Brunner form and the medium of control group which studied in usual and normal way in acquiring the agricultural concepts. 2. There is no significant statistical difference at (0.05) level between Medium of experimental group marks whom studied the form of Brunner the educational and Medium of discipline group marks whom have studied in a normal way in keeping the agricultural concepts. It had been chosen the department of Balad Randomly from among the departments that belong to the public directorate for education in the governorate of Sa Brunner lah Al - Din and it had been chosen Al - Marraioha primary school from Yathrib district for a purpose as experimental field. The sample of the research consists of (50) pupils from fifth primary class distributed randomly in to two groups equally then matching them in terms changeable of their previous acquirement and age accounting in mouths and educational level for of their parents and the level of cleverness. The two groups were taught as the follows : - 1. experimental group : taught Brunner educational form. 2. Control group : taught by using normal way After preparing the requirements of the research and application of the experience from 4/10/2003 where the researcher by himself taught two groups and build expanded test consist from (50) items from ( multiple test) in three substitutions then finding face validity and content validity and difficulty element and the power of distinction for every item from it’s items and by using person connection element and correcting it’s approving in half parting way by using spareman Brown formula and reach to (0.66).The tests was applied at the end of the experiment in 7/1/2004 and return on applying the first test after two weeks to measure the kept in 21/1/2004 and analyzing the results statistically by using T - test for two independent and equal samples the results have showed the study of difference existence with statistic significant between Medium marks of Experimental group whom studied the form of Educational Brunner and discipline group whom studied in normal way in acquiring concepts. And between the medium of marks of Experimental group were taught according to Brunner educational form and discipline group whom studied in a normal way in keeping concepts. 1. The researcher has found the effect of Bruner's learning pattern in the fifth year primary pupils' achievement of agricultural concepts. 2. In the light of the result of this study the researcher recommended : - Ministry of educational must be adapted of modern methods in possesses of learning and teaching. 3. Study on the stages and studying subjects and changeable like acquiring skills or directions and tendency towards agricultural subject also making a study that handled using Brunner educational form to know it’s effect on college students of agriculture acquisition the scientific concepts and keeping it.

Abstract: A noun clause is a dependent clause that works like a noun. It is one of the common and essential constructions in English syntax , on the one hand , and a problematic and difficult area for the Iraqi learners of English foreign language on the other.The study aims at : - 1 - investigating the ability of Iraqi EFL learners to identify and produce finite and nonfinite noun clauses by form and function and finding out area of difficulty in this respect.2 - suggesting remedial work for the alleviation of these difficulties. It is hypothesized that Iraqi EFL learners fail to master the recognition and production of NCs by form and function.The study covers both theoretical and practical aspects. The theoretical aspect deals with the survey of the topic. It begins with definition and classification of clauses in general ,and then, states in detail definition ,form, function ,types ,patterns and sequence of tenses in noun clauses.In order to fulfill the practical aspect ,i.e, to achieve the test aim and to verify the hypothesis ,50 subjects of the fourth year from Department of English ,College of Education ,University of Diyala are randomly selected to represent the study sample. An achievement test which covers both Recognition and Production levels has been constructed by the researcher. Then test is exposed to jury members to verify its validity.T - test ,Percentages, Alpha Cronbach formula and t - test of significance of the correlation coefficient are used through out the procedures and results analysis. The t - test for one sample has been used to find out whether there is any significant difference between the computed t - value and the tabulated one. The analysis of the results shows that the subjects have failed to identify and produce NCs by form and function on the whole Test.This indicates that the subjects are not able to identify noun clause from other types of subordinate clauses such as adverbial and adjectival clauses , and stating whether NC is finite or nonfinite. Furthermore they can not identify the function of NC and which part of the sentence is NC. In the light of the results ,relevant conclusions are drawn and a number of recommendations and remedial work for alleviation of these difficulties are put forward besides suggestions are made for further studies

Such technique depends upon the simple acting - roles within the classroom. The students act their roles with much vitality. Through this technique, the lesson will be more active in addition the students effectively and interestingly will understand the lesson. The research aims to know the influence of the acting role technique in the evaluation of the intermediate school student in reading subject. The research is intendedly limited to two intermediate and secondary schools in Baquba, Ashnona city and AL - Abara village which belong to the office of education in Diala. These schools are Um Salama secondary school for girls and Blatt AL - Shuhadaa intermediate school for boys. The sample was taken from the first stage in both schools of 2001 - 2002 and the seven subjects from the reading subject and textual book of the first stage.The sample of the schools reached (55) secondary and intermediate schools and distributed as follows : (25) intermediate schools, (29) secondary schools, (24) boys schools, (21) girls schools and (10) gathering schools. The sample involved two sections from Um Salama secondary school for girls. Section A represented the imperical group which was selected randomly and was taught according to the acting role technique. While section B represented the controlling group which was taught according to the normal technique. The total number of the students were (64) students; (34) students of the imperical group and (30) students of the controlling group. While Blatt AL - Shuhadaa school contained three sections of the first stage. Section (A) was selected randomly to be the controlling group and section (B) to be the imperical group. The total number of the students were (66) students; (34) students of the controlling group and (32) students of the imperical group. Some alternations were controlled to both groups as the Arabic marks of the same student, of the sixth stage in the primary school 2000 - 2001, the studying evaluation of the sample’s parents and the students’s age. The researcher planned some studying schemes of the seven subjects and exposed them to some experts. The experiment continued for (10) weeks; started from 10th, Oct., 2001 and finished in 25th, Dec., 2001.The series of tests were applied which depend on the accurate pronunciation, exact stresses, the vocabulary’s meaning and the general meaning. These tests were adopted on the both groups (imperical and controlling) by the T - Test for two independent samples, person connecting factor and K - test.The results of the study proved that the group which studied the reading by the acting role technique is more successful than the group which studied the same subject by the ordinary technique. The difference was of statistical signal in 0.05. thus we can refuse the previous zero supposition which asserted that there is no difference of statistical difference between the imperical and controlling group who study reading by the acting role technique and by the normal technique.The results showed a rheunces of statistical signal from the imperical group (boys) in 0.05 level which proves the progressing level of the imperical group members (boys) was studied reading by the acting role technique upon the controlling group members who studied reading by the normal technique. Therefore, we can refuse the second zero supposition which asserts that there is no difference of statistical signal between the boys who studied reading by the acting role technique and the boys who studied reading by the normal technique. Also these results exposed statistical signal differences for the imperical group (girls) in 0.05 level which proves the progressing level of the imperical group members (girls) who studied reading by the acting role technique upon the controlling group members (girls) who studied reading by the normal technique. Thus, we can refuse the third zero supposition which asserts that there is no difference of statistical signal between girls who studied reading by the acting role technique and the girls who studied reading by the normal technique. Suggestions and recommendations : - 1 - The necessity of using the acting role technique in studying reading as an influential technique.2 - Encouraging Arabic language teacher to depend on the acting - role technique in their teaching.As a continuity of this study, the researcher suggested the following : - 1 - Making another similar study in other branches of Arabic language.2 - Making another similar study in the secondary school.

The had been verification the two hypothesis : - 1. General fourth class students of one of the morning classes secondary schools of General Directorate of Diala Education / The center.2. First academic term 2003 - 2004.3. The first eight united of the biology book / 10th education, 1988 of the fourth general classes.The researcher used the experimenting design of the remote control and partial control.The two groups were chosen randomly among the section of the general fourth class at Jamal Abdul - Nasir for boys.The subject consisted of 60 students : 30 students of the experimenting group that was taught with the principal application strategy and 30 student of the control group who was taught with the normal method.The two groups were equivalent at intelligence, ex - information and age.In order to measure the achievement of the two groups after finishing the experiment, an achievement test was perpared consisted of 60 objective items which and application. It’s external validity and content reliability was assured by presenting it to a group of specialist experts.The researcher applied the achievement test on investigated subject to make sure the items clarity. The items of the test were statistically analyzed by extracting the difficulty coefficient, the distinction power and the alternative activity. The test stability were reached to by using the equation of koder Retcharsoutl - 20 as it reached 83%.Concerning the scientific thinking criteria, the researcher adopted a prepared measure after it had been made sure of its validity and stability.After correcting the answers of the students and treating them statistically, the researcher had to the following finding : - 1. The progress of the experimenting group compared to the control one on the achievement test.2. The progress of the experiment group as compared to the control one on the scientific measure.On the light of those findings, the researcher had reached to conclude that the progress of the experiment group, who was taught with the principle application strategy belonged to the activity of that strategy, at raising the scientific achievement of the general fourth class students and the use of the principle application strategy at raising the traits of the scientific thinking of the general fourth class students at biology. On the light of those results, the researcher had also recommended the use of the principle application strategy at biology teaching for it had its important role at raising the scientific thinking level of the students. Moreover, modeling teaching courses to the teachers of biology on how to use the modern strategies including the principle application.The researcher suggested making different studies that test the strategy of the principle application in the different level in the general teaching for different variables

Abstract: Muhammed Mehdi Al - Jawahiry, agreat Iraqi poet, was born in Najaf in 1899. He studied rhetoric while he was very young and begun composing poetry at the age of sixteen. His first poetic anthology with the title of Halabat Al - Adab (The Circle of Literature) was published before 1927. He edited a number of newspapers and worked as an official in the palace of King Faisel I in 1927. In 1947, he was a member of the parliament for kerbala.In 1948, he taravelled to paris, and then to poland. In 1950, he travelled to Egypt and stayed as a guest of the Egyptian Government. In 1956 he travelled to Syria and returned to Baghdad in 1957. He went to kuwait as a member of the Iraqi Cultural Delegate. Al - Jawahiry migrated to prague in 1961 until 1980. Then he remained in Syria until he died in 1997 and was buried in Damascus. This Al - Jawahiry becamse of a number of factors environmental, psychological, idiological, social and economical. All these factors participated in constructing the personality of Al - Jawahiry. He was very courageous in declaring his points of view in which challenged the dectators using his poetic talent ln his poetry, he defended his people who were suffering from hunger and death because of their bad rulers. This thesis also shows the poet's rebellion against the backward social treatment of women. He called for the freedom of women and their equality with men. Abstract: The concept of Sadness in Arabic Poetry the Islamic Age”This thesis attempts to study the concept of sadness through its causes that excited the Islamic Poet to express this feeling by all its aspects which appeared in his poetry. The Introduction discusses the lexical definition of the term, Sadness, Sadness in the Per - Islamic Age, its causes and its appearances. Chapter one treats the causes of Sadness and it cantions four sections one, “Death” ; section two “Home - Sickness” ; Section three, “Deprivation”, and Section for, “Old Age”. In all these sections the concept of Sadness is treated from its humanistic aspects. Chapter two dectares the appearances of sadness in the poetry of the Islamic age. Sadness was represented by weeping, moaning, watering graves, waking throughout the night and the night appears to be longer. These are the most widely used appearances of sadness through which the poets expressed their feeling of sorrow. And chapter three shows the most important technical abevices which appear in the poetry of sadness. The chapter consist of three sections. The first, “Language”, deals with the poetic lexicon. The words and abstractions from the Holy Quran ; the second, “Style”, contains : Intoragation, Addressing, Oath, repetition. Those devices were employed by the poets to express the images and meanings of sadness; And the third section which deals with the imagery through simile and metaphor which were the most important rhytorical devices that expressed the meaning and appearance of sadness in the Islamic poetry.
