Abstract:
اللغة العربية لغة انسانية حية، جديرة بالرعاية والاهتمام، لان الله سبحانه وتعالى شرفها وخصها لتكون لغة خاتم الانبياء والرسل، لغة القران الكريم التي اصبحت مفخرة عظيمة لها بين اللغات العالمية الاخرى. فينبغي على ناطقي هذه اللغة ومن يتقنها بذل قصارى الجهود | The Arabic language is a vital humanitarian language, worthy of care and attention, becanse God ennobled and endowed it with honour to be the language of our prophet, of the Holy Quran, which has become a great pride (glory) among other languages. Therefore, the speakers of this language must do their best (make every effort) to protect it, and raise it to an elevate state whether spoken or written, for it is a means of cultivation (refinement) in gaining knowledge, and it is the basis on which teaching of all subjects rely (rest). The accurate writing is one of the most important basis in teaching language, and the spelling is regarded as a means of evaluating (measuring) the skill in writing and in measuring the learning level of students. Despite the importance of spelling, there are many complaints concerning (against) it, and different studies showed many spelling mistakes which the educators committed in their writings, This weakness belonges sometimes to the methods of teaching which depend on memorization. Thus, the research aimed at introducing (exposing) the influence of division of the rules of spelling and its application in the learning level of students of the second class of the intermediate school. In order to (achieve) this aim, the researcher chooses an experimental design having trail group and control group, as well as a post test. Tariq Ben Zyad intermediate school in Baquha city, the center of Diala province has been choosen randomly by the researcher to construct the test. The researcher also chooses randomly two sections of the second class to represent the sample of the research whose number of students arrive at 60 students. 30 students are used in the experimented group which study the spelling by using the style of division of spelling rules and its applications. Moreover, 30 students are used in the control group which study the spelling by the classic - measurable method. The researcher equalizes the members of the two groups of the research statically by using T.Test and chi - square in the following variables. The mark of Arabic language in the final exam for the first class of the intermediate school of the past year (2002 - 2003), age is counted for three months, the learning level of the parents, the marks of the pre - test of the past information of the spelling, And there were no distinctions of statistic indication among the two groups of the research in these variables. The researcher herself teaches the student of the two groups of the research depending on the content of the educating subjects which includes five subjects taken from the book of the spelling which ought to be taught for the students of second class of the intermediate school for the year of 2003 - 2002, and the behavioral objects which she formed by herself then she prepared an achievement test including 30 objective items distributed on two questions : the first is multiple - choice item, the other is completion item. Its validity and reliability is verified eliability. Its stability is counted by spilit half melhod which at (0.85), in addition to level of difficulty and i temd iscrimating power. At the end of the experienceul which basted for (10) weeks nearly, the researcher applied the post achievement learning Test, and analyzed the data; the study arrives at : There is a difference of statistic indication at the level of (0.05) between the average of marks of the students in the trail group, and the average of the marks of the students in the accurate group of remote - learning test for the benefit of the trail group. In the light of the result, many conclusions, recommend actions, and suggestions are put furward
