Abstract:
Ph. D. prof. Fadel Al - Sammurai the Iraqi scholar in expression Quran and grammar. And that appeared in his studies. 2. Dr. Fadel Al - Sammurai expanded in his studies in modern material.3. Many of writers said that Dr. Fadel Al - Sammurai return his written the same material but the write that only the main tittle similar but the contents deferent.4. Dr. Fadel Al - Sammurai concentrate upon the level speech in Quran expression.5. The talking about Quran expression from Dr. Fadel Al - Sammurai emphasis the linguistics sides for Quran text; there for it's became better in it's information and more satisfy for the reader.6. Study each expression in the Quran reach us to the right picture which is Quran god put it, so we can know some of that secrts which are surprise the nitive speaker in that time (Arbian).7. Dr. Fadel Al - Sammurai interests with high objectivity and right believe in his translate and transferee. 8. Dr. Fadel Al - Sammurai has great draw in his brain, he make the (Clearness) one of the styles which used in Quran when he talk about medicine, sky and all the humanity science.9. Dr. Fadel Al - Sammurai clears that each word in Quran putting with fine picture and there is no way to sustitnte this word with another.10. Dr. Fadel Al - Sammurai in his books shows more of Qurans secrets which are didn’t discover ago.11. He is found new items in his books.12. He makes from the context and the meaning importance point in Quran expression.
