Abstract: The Study aimed the investigate not only the subjective directions to the published articles in veterinary medicine journals during (1977 - 2013) but also to detect its time distributions , gender of researchers , and responsible in preparations of data analysis.In the current study ؛ We used a documentary survey in collection of our data. A total of population of (1190) articles were used in the study. The whole population (1190) articles included (8) as general topic in veterinary medicine , (31) as specific topics. The study concluded several results as follows : 1 - The articles which were published in journal of public health the first rank in our data analysis - We obtained (264) articles , (8) of them were more specific to the disciplinary mentioned previously with a (22.18%) of the whole population.2 - In our data , we found that the published articles of parasitology were recorded the eighth and the last rank in our data analysis. The data showed (55) articles which were distributed and included 3 more specific topics to the parasitology. The percentage was (4.62%).3 - By investigation the performance and finalization of the veterinary researches , we found that male researchers were the first rank in our analysis. The amalysis revealed (611)individnals with a percentage of (51.34%) of the whole population.4 - Our data showed that the collection team which included3 researcher and over , recorded the first rank in our analysis . we obtained (970) articles with a percentage of (39.49%) of the whole population.The current study concluded and recommended what is following : - 1 - Enaurgment the researcher to focus on topic of parasitologe due to sherp decreale in studying and investing the obsticles of this displinary . This encorgment revealing the major role and great importamce of parasitology in mountainace of the amimed resources in the country.2 - Facilitate participation of the researcher and the scientific stuff in the national and international conference in order the exchange the expiremces whit foreigner researchers and probably to facilitate the opportunity to do communal researcher .3 - Apply a communal co - ordination between colleges of vet - medicine and the order sectors (private and general sectors) to

Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على مجموعة من محركات البحث ومجالات الافادة منها ولتشخيص المعوقات التي تؤدي الى الحصول على مصادر معلومات محددة من الباحثين في مجال المعلومات والمكتبات والتعرف على كيفية توظيف الواصفات من قبل الباحثين وطريقة استخدامهم لمحركات البحث في الحصول على مصادر المعلومات ولتشخيص الصعوبات والمشاكل التي يواجهها الباحثين في استخدام محركات البحث بهدف وضع الحلول والمقترحات اللازمة لتلافي تلك الصعوبات والمشاكل، ولمعرفة الوقت المستغرق في استخدام محرك بحث او اخر، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من اساتذة وطلبة الدراسات العليا في اختصاص علم المعلومات والمكتبات واستخدمت العينة العمدية (القصدية) واستخدم المنهج المسحي التحليلي ، وخلصت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج : 1 - استخدام محرك البحث Google بنسبة 92% من عينة البحث مما يظهر قلة استخدام المحركات الاخرى. 2 - استخدام طريقة البحث البسيط من اغلب الباحثين وبواقع 33.3% واستخدام البحث المتقدم بواقع 26.6%. 3_تقارب افضلية الحاجة الى الكتب والدوريات في البحث عن المعلومات وبواقع 27% للكتب و33% للدوريات. 4 - استخدام اغلب الباحثين البحث باللغة العربية وبواقع 93%. 5 - الافادة من المعلومات المسترجعة كانت بدرجة متوسط حيث بلغت 73.3% من اجمالي عينة البحث. 6 - وجود صعوبات تواجه الباحثين اثناء البحث عن المعلومات في مكتبة الجامعة . 7_نسبة الباحثين الذين لا يتلقون المساعدة من اخصائي المعلومات بلغت 66.7% من اجمالي عينة البحث . وقدمت الدراسة عددا من المقترحات منها : 1 - اقامة دورات تعريفية وتطويرية في استخدام محركات البحث. 2 - تطوير خدمات المعلومات الالكترونية والتعريف بها للمستفيدين لاستثمارها. 3 - التعريف بمحركات البحث وكيفية البحث في شبكة الانترنت مع التطبيق العملي | The study aims to diagnose the obstacle, that face the researchers in the libraries and information while using the search engines. Poing so, by identifying a group of search engines and the berefit they tring to users. It also aims at identifying the way, the researchers employ the discriptors and how they gain the information during their work with the help of the search engines.A group of post gragnated students as well as university protfessors at the field of information and libraries constitutes the sample that the present study concerning the use of the search engines by the researchers, 92% of them use only the Google search engine; which indicates the weakness and shortage of using other search engines. Moreever, simple search gains the priority aner the advanced search, about 33% and 26.6% respectirely. Books and Periodicals as asource of information gain almost the same importance for the researchers. The former has got 27% while the latter has 33% what is more is that, most research nearly about 93% was done in Arabic Recorered information, on the other hand, has neither little nor much usefulness areraging 23.3% more than a half of the sample, 73.3% exactly face much difficulty during their search due to the lack of help on the part of the information specialists. A number of proposals are introduced by the present study including : the establishment of introductory and developmental causes about the search engines and how they are used , so to help the researchers to utilized them more efficientty.Besides, all the student, whether they are under or post graduate in the information and libraries department should have as a part of their curriculum, a theatrical and practical coused dealing with search engines and the most successful way of searching

Mustansiriyah University/ College of Arts : Department of Information and Libraries science 2015.The study aims to identify the technical and technological skills of specialist information and libraries in the university central library has been used survey method for workers in the Iraqi university central libraries in Baghdad, (Central Library of the University of Baghdad, the of the Central Library of the University of Mustansiriya, the Central Library Technological University, Central Library of the Iraqi University, Library of the University of Nahran) and the number of employees of specialist information in the study sample libraries (82) Information Specialist and libraries for the duration of (2014/2015) were distributed the questionnaire to them and ensure that the questionnaire several topics were analyzed and identify the technical skills and technology with the specialist information and libraries study Pearson correlation to measure the relationship between the studied areas coefficient used the total score and then test the significance of statistical coefficients link the application of t - test and then find a mean and standard deviation, standard error and the lowest value and the highest value for the field of cataloging and classification distributed by the university and where I found significant differences statistics and percentages are close among the studied universities and then apply contrast unilateral analysis (ANOVA) and reach to the lack of statistically significant 0.05 teams) <p) between universities in terms of average cataloging and Equsition and after the application of the multiple comparisons in a manner difference moral younger has been reached and there is a difference between each of the Central Library of the Iraqi Central University Library and the University of Nahran from the rest of the three university libraries where declining average indexing and abstracting in the central university libraries and the Iraqi Nahran compared to the other three central libraries of universities.The study found a number of the most important results : 1. The existence of a highly significant correlation between the technical and technological skills among workers in the university libraries at the level of 0.01.2. The study find there is a shortage in the number of employees in the university libraries as the total number (260) employees and workers with jurisdiction Information and Libraries (82) employees and the remaining number of the rest of the terms of reference.The study came out a set of recommendations including : 1. The need to train workers with the jurisdiction of information and libraries all of them, without exception, to modern technologies and programs, not just workers in the automatic.2. The need to provide qualified staff of specialists (Libraries and Information Specialist).

Abstract: منتهى سليم زباله العامري / فاعلية الادارة بالمعلومات في المؤسسات العراقية - رئاسة الجامعة المستنصرية انموذجا " اشراف ا . م . د . منى عبد الحسن جواد الزبيدي ( رسالة ماجستير) الجامعة المستنصرية : كلية الاداب : قسم المعلومات والمكتبات : 2017الكلمات المفتاحية : الفاعلية ، الادارة ، المعلومات ، نظم المعلومات ، المؤسسات ، الجامعات 0 تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على فاعلية الادارة بالمعلومات في الاقسام المرتبطة برئاسة الجامعة المستنصرية عينة الدراسة وهي ( قسم الامانة العامة للمكتبة المركزية ، قسم الدراسات والتخطيط والمتابعة ، قسم الاعلام والعلاقات العامة ، قسم ضمان الجودة والاداء الجامعي ، قسم الرقابة والتدقيق الداخلي ، قسم البحث والتطوير ) مـن حيـث تلبيتها لمتطلبات الادارة للقيام بوظائفها الخمسة ( فاعلية الادارة ، نظم المعلومات ، التخطيط ، الرقابة ، اتخاذ القرارات ) وكذلك التعرف على الهيكل التنظيمي لهذه الاقسام 0 وقد استخدم منهج دراسة الحالة المدة الزمنية ( 23/1/2016 الى 5/6/2016 ) ووزعت استبانة للعاملين في الاقسام عينة الدراسة والبالغ عدد المجتمع الكلي ( 109 ) وقد وزعت استبانة على فئتين من العاملين الفئة الاولى المدراء ورؤساء الاقسام وعددهم (32) والفئة الثانية الموظفين وعددهم (77) وتضمن استبانة على خمسة محاور على وفق وجهة نظر عينة الموظفين والمدراء وكذلك المقارنة بين العينتين ( الموظفين والمدراء ) وذلك من خلال الاوساط الحسابية المرجحة والانحرافات المعيارية والاهمية النسبية لكل فقرة من فقرات الاستبانة البالغة ( 44 ) فقرة وقد توصلت الدراسة الى جملة نتائج اهمها : - 1 - كان محـور التخطيــط لـدى الموظفيـــن عينــة الـدراسة اعلـى المستويات بين بقية المحاور بواقــع ( 19 ,82 % ) فـي حيـن سجـل محــــور نظام المعلومات عند الموظفين في ادنى مستوياتها بواقـع ( 32 , 76% ) 0 2 - سجــل محـــور فاعليـــة الادارة حسـب اراء المـدراء اعلـى اهميـة نسبيـة بيـن بقيـة المحاور بواقع ( 85% ) وياتي بالمرتبة الثانية نظام المعلومات باهمية نسبية بلغت (25,80%) وفي المرتبة الثالثة جاء محور التخطيط مسجلا اهمية نسبية شكلت (95,80%) 0 وتوصلت الدراسة الى جملة توصيات منها : - 1 - زيادة الاهتمام بنظم المعلومات الادارية المحوسبة لانها تعد عصب العمل لدى اقسام الجامعة المستنصرية وان زيادة فاعلية النظام يعطى القدرة على تجنب الازمات والتخفيف من اثارها السلبية. 2 - تشكيل فريق عمل من مهامه رصد اشارات الانذار المبكر واكتشاف مواطن الضعف ووضع المقترحات لحلها 0 3 - ضرورة ادارة وحماية امن المعلومات من الضياع او الاختراق او التلصص وتخزين المعلومات مباشرة في اماكن امنة 0 | Effective management of information in government institutions - the University of Mustansiriya a model, "the supervision of Ass. prof . Dr. Mona Abdul Hassan Jawad al - Zubaidi (Master) Mustansiriya University : College of Arts : Department of Information and Libraries : 2017Key words : efficiency, management, information, information systems, institutions, organizations.The study aims to identify the effectiveness of management information in the sections associated headed by al - Mustansiriya University study sample It (the General Secretariat of the Central Library Department, studies, planning and follow - up, the Department of Information and Public Relations, Department of the quality and performance of university Assurance, Control and Internal Audit Department, R & D department) of where it meets the requirements of the management of the five functions (effective administration, information systems, planning, control, decision - making), as well as to identify the organizational structure of these sections .It has been used as the case study method for the time period (15/10/2015 to 01/11/2016) questionnaire was distributed to employees in the sectional sample of the study and of the total number (109) questionnaire was distributed to the two categories of workers first category managers and heads of departments and their number (32) the second category of staff and the number (77) and ensures the questionnaire on five axes according to a sample of employees and managers of view as well as the comparison between the two samples (employees and managers) and through the circles arithmetic weighted and standard deviations and the relative importance of each paragraph of the resolution, amounting to (44) paragraph the study found among the following results : - 1 - The focus of the planning staff sample the highest levels between the study by the rest of the axes (19.82%), while the focus of information system log when the staff at their lowest rate (32.76%). 2 - axis of the effectiveness of management's views as managers recorded the highest relative importance among the rest of the axes of (85%) comes in second place with relative importance of the information system was (25.80%) and in third place came the focus of planning, recording relative importance formed (95.80%) .The study found a number of recommendations, including : - 1 - Increased interest in computerized management information systems because they are considered the backbone of the work at Al - Mustansiriya University departments and increasing the effectiveness of the system gives the ability to prevent crises and mitigate negative . 2 - formation of a working group from his duties to monitor early warning signals and the discovery of vulnerabilities and the development of proposals to solve .3 - The need to manage secure information from loss or penetration or stalking and storage of information and the protection directly in safe places

Abstract: عصمت عبد الزهرة نعمان . تطبيقات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في مجال تحديد المواقع المكانية للمكتبات العامة العراقية محافظة بغداد انموذجا. تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على نمط التوزيع المكاني للمكتبات العامة في مدينة بغداد، باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) وبناء قاعدة بيانات بالمعلومات الجغرافية للمكتبات ومتغيراتها، وتحليل البيانات الاحصائية والتحليلية لتقديم معلومات دقيقة لمتخذي القرار حول التوزيع المكاني لمواقع المكتبات موضوع الدراسة . ووضع الحلول للعديد من المشاكلات المتعلقة باختيار الموقع الجغرافي للمكتبات العامة بما يحقق التوازن في عدالة الاتاحة لكل افراد المجتمع .استخدمت الدراسة المنهج المسحي في الدراسة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات عن المكتبات عينة الدراسة لدراسة واقع المكتبات العامة موضوع البحث للتعرف على الاساليب والطرائق المستخدمة لتوزيع مواقع المكتبات العامة في محافظة بغداد. واستخدمت المنهج التجريبي لاعداد خطة عمل متكاملة بالاعتماد على انموذج تجريبي للمكتبات العامة في مدينة بغداد موضع الدراسة والعمل على توظيف برنامج ArcGIS10.3 لاغراض تقديم خدمات معلومات جغرافية من اجل دعم اتخاذ القرار السليم بالاعتماد على قواعد بيانات جغرافية رقمية للمكتبات.اثبتت الدراسة .1 - ان التوزيع المكاني للمكتبات العامة في مدينة بغداد هو نمط متقارب عشوائي بلغ 0.7عشوائي غير منتظم .2 - اظهرت النتائج على الخريطة الخاصة بمدينة بغداد ولكل بلدية بان هناك تداخل كبير بين حواجز تحديد نطاق الخدمة للمكتبات العامة . 3 - تبين حسب تقسيم امانة بغداد لمدينة بغداد وحسب بلديات بغداد ان هناك اربع بلديات لمدينة بغداد لا توجد فيها مكتبات عامة بالرغم من كثافتها السكانية وعدد المدارس والاحياء التي تضمها .وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات كان من ابرزها : - 1 - العمل على دراسة اتجاهات التطور العمراني ومعدلات النمو السكاني من اجل اختيار افضل الاماكن للمكتبات العامة الجديدة2 - الاخذ بعين الاعتبار الكثافة السكانية والزيادة الحاصلة في اعداد السكان والالتزام بمعيار مساحة المكتبة وفق عدد السكان .3 - توصي الدراسة بضرورة بناء مكتبة عامة مركزية تقع في وسط مدينة بغداد وتكون مشرفة على المكتبات العامة الموزعة داخل مدينة بغداد.الكلمات المفتاحية( الدالة) : التوزيع المكاني للمكتبات العامة، نظم المعلومات الجغرافيةGIS ، برنامج ArcGIS . المكتبات المركزية العامة. | The study aims to identify the spatial distribution of public libraries pattern in the city of Baghdad, using geographic information systems (GIS) and building data Geographic Information for libraries and their variants base, and analysis of statistical and analytical data to provide accurate information for decision - makers about the spatial distribution of the libraries buildings. It also put solutions to many problems concerning the choice of location for public libraries in order to achieve balance for the availability for all members of society.In the present study, the survey method has been used to study the reality of public libraries to learn about the techniques and methods used to create the public libraries in the city of Baghdad. The experimental method has been also used for the preparation of an integrated action plan based on an experimental model of public libraries in the city of Baghdad, and employment of Arc GIS program for the purpose of providing geographic information services in order to support the right decision depending on digital geographic databases for the libraries.The study has proved the following : 1. The spatial distribution of public libraries in the city of Baghdad is a random and unorganized pattern. It is not controlled by any of the natural and human phenomena, but the selection of libraries sites by the presence of vacant spaces on the circumstances and available possibilities, regardless of matching the location of Iraqi standards adopted.2. The results has shown on the map for the city of Baghdad and each municipality that there is considerable overlap between the barriers to determine the scope of service for public libraries.3. It has been shown that by dividing the Municipality of Baghdad to the city of Baghdad, according to the municipalities, there are four municipalities of the city of Baghdad where public libraries do not exist in spite of population density and the number of schools and neighborhoods that comprise because of the construction of public libraries by Baghdad governorate, which led to the reluctance of the beneficiaries of these municipalities from attending these public libraries, where is the accessibility of the conditions that must be taken into account in the selection of a site where the library should be located close to the attendees.The study has made a series of recommendations, highlighted by : 1. Making a comprehensive database for public libraries can put strategic developing plans for the development of these services, and explaining the importance of the use of GIS technology in the study and analysis of the geographical distribution of geographical phenomena.2. Working on the study of urban development trends and rates of population growth in order to choose the best places for new public libraries.3. Taking into consideration the population and its increasing. In addition, the committing to the standard of the library space according to the population.

Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع النتاج الفكري المنشور في مجلة كلية التربية بمختلف الاختصاصات الاجتماعية والانسانية والعلمية الصادرة باللغة العربية للفترة من(1990 - 2014) وتحليلها موضوعيا وزمنيا, ومعرفة اكثر الباحثين انتاجا للبحوث, وبيان الاتجاهات الموضوعية الرئيسة والفرعية للبحوث المنشورة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج المسحي وبجانبه الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل المعلومات لمجتمع تالف من(1965) بحثا في مجال العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية والعلمية توزعت على (9) مواضيع رئيسة و(66) موضوعا فرعيا. خرجت الدراسة بنتائج عدة ابرزها : - 1 - بلغ انتاج البحوث اعلى مستوياته في عام 2009 بواقع (174) بحثا ونسبة (8.9%) ، ثم يليه عام 2001 بواقع (158) بحثا وبنسبة (8%) من المجموع الكلي للبحوث, اما اقل السنوات انتاجا عام (1992) وبواقع (15) بحثا بنسبة (0.8%).2 - يتضح من خلال التحليل الموضوعي للبحوث المنشورة ان بحوث اقسام العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية بلغت (1342) بحثا وبنسبة (68.3%). بينما بحوث الاقسام العلمية بلغت(623) بحثا وبنسبة (31.7%).3 - بلغت بحوث قسم التاريخ اعلى نسبة (16.2%) بواقع (318) بحثا ويليه بحوث قسم اللغة العربية وادابها المرتبة الثانية بنسبة (11.9%) بواقع (234) بحثا من المجموع الكلي للبحوث الاجتماعية والانسانية. 4 - شكلت بحوث قسم الفيزياء اعلى نسبة (24.9%) وبواقع (489) بحثا, بينما حصلت بحوث قسم الحاسبات على اقل نسبة (2.6%) بواقع (51) بحثا. من المجموع الكلي للبحوث العلمية.وبناءا على ماتوصلت اليه الدراسة من نتائج طرحت جملة من المقترحات عدة اهمها : - 1. اهداء الاقسام العلمية في الكلية عن عناوين وموضوعات البحوث التي نشرت في المجلة لغرض الاطلاع عليها من الباحثين والاستفادة منها فضلا عن تجنب التكرار في كتابتها.2. الاستفادة من البحوث المنشورة واستثمارها في مؤسسات الدولة العراقية والمراكز العلمية والبحثية.3. توجيه انظار الباحثين لاجراء بحوث في جوانب تطبيقية كتوظيف التقنيات الحديثة لخدمة البحث التطبيقي ... وماشابه ذلك من المواضيع التي تؤدي بدورها في تنشيط البحوث التطبيقية. | Athraa Abdul Hussien jabur. College of Arts, Department of Information and Libraries, 2016. - page 288.The study aims at identifying the reality of intellectual result published in magazine of college of education in various social ,humanitarian, and scientific specializations issued in Arabic language from (1990 - 2014) and analyzing them objectively and temporally and identifying the most productive researchers , as well as showing the major and minor subjective trends of the published researches. The study used Descriptive analytical method in analyzing the information of a society included (1965) researches in the field of social, human, and scientific sciences, and the study included (9) topics and (66) minor subjects.The study conclude at important results : - 1. Production of researches reached at highest level in 2009 by (174) researches and an average (%8.9) , followed by 2001 by (158) researches at an average (%8) of the total researches, while the less productivity years was (1992) by (15) researches at an average (%0.8).2. It can be shown by the subjective analysis of the published researches that the social and human ones reached at (1342) and with an average (%68,3) , while the scientific sections reached (623) researches with an average (%32,7).3. History researches ranked the highest level (%16.2) by (318) researches followed by Arabic language ones and its literatures with ( %11.9) by (234) researches of the total amount of the social and human researches .4. Physics researches ranked first rate whereas it recorded (%24,9) by ( 489) researches , while computers sections researches occupied less rate ( %2,6) by ( 51) researches of the total amount of scientific researches.On the basis of findings of the study, the researcher put forwarded several recommendations which are : 1 - Informing the scientific departments to the published researches titles to be awarded by researchers and take advantage beside the non - recurrence of writing.2 - Making use of the published researches and utilizing them in the Iraqi state institutions and scientific research centers.3 - draw the attention of researchers to conduct research in the practical aspects such as hiring new technologies to serve the applied research ... and the like of the topics which in turn results in the activation of Applied Research.4 - Promoting the social and common authoring in authoring researches jointly by a team of researchers concerned with involvement of the scientific efforts and expertise to increase the discussed and published topics.

Case study approach has been adopted and are search specialists working industry information and marketing community at the university under study's 74 human resources , The adoption of a questionnaire for workers included three axes covered research variables as well as personal interviews for the centers' directors and heads of departments and people at the university, booklets, brochures and statistics that illustrate the activities of the university in the field of information industry and the electronic website of the University. Study has come out with a number of results, notably showing university interest in the process of planning and development of information products as strongly came the answer is high, reflecting the perception of employees of the importance of developing information products to suit and meet the changing needs of customers, the university is seeking to achieve three levels of products industry informatics has the answers came, respectively, achieved a higher level III (services extra) higher arithmetic average was (4.26) and was the highest intensity of an answer, the first level came (production according to customers' needs) an average of 4.23 and (depending on applications) (4.14), and finally by desires average (3.55) in second place, achieved the second level ( brand and specifications) ranked last means amounting to (3.62, 3.61), respectively, the university takes into account the marketing environment that operate within its borders moderately. The study aims at build an archival system scientific C.V of the faculty members in the College of Arts, and knowing the adopted criteria in formulating a unified scientific model of faculty members, It also aims at finding out the possible benefits behind making the C.V. accessible online, regarding that the Internet represents the electronic interactive environment that is easy access and use.The study used the experimental method. The sample was intentional, included faculty members who hold the scientific title (Professor - Assistant Professor) consisting of (144) Members, and the search methods was the questionnaire, the interview and the observation in data collection.The study shows the following results, namely : - • The study has revealed the omission of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research about the dissemination of a (unified) standard form of scientific C.V. for the faculty members of the Iraqi universities and an archival system to make them available on line according to a particular criteria with real desire of lecturers to generalizing a unified sample of scientific C.V. with their names in the college, the proportion was (55.4%).• The study has activated the uploading of scientific C.V of lecturers online. The Deanship of the Faculty of Arts offered this idea for the scientific departments to make it available online, through the site of Ibn Sina. • The suggested archive system has achieved the identification of the universities professors and their skills, as well as making official connections and more ease for the College to get information that can’t be accessed, and to maintain the achievements of professors" the intellectual property right", and commercializing their scientific careers from other academic circles. The study reveals a series of recommendations including : - • The necessity to expand scientific C.V. archive system that is suggested in the future through the adoption of ministry of higher education and scientific research for the system and generalize it all over Iraqi universities. The scientific C.V. of lecturers have inserted in the system according to a unified sample of scientific C.V. all over its universities for the purpose of unity in the insertion of lecturers C.V. • This study considers the core of the college of Arts in storing and uploading the Scientific C.V. of lecturers, and it refers to the necessity of reliance of Ibin Sina section on the suggested scientific C.V. archive system , then the idea become available in reality .• Connected the scientific C.V. archive that is suggested for the lecturers with the official websites through the leadership of Al - Mustansiriya University , which make it easy to identify the college professors ,their skills and scientific contributions, also it overlaps the difficulties that the college and other universities suffer from

Abstract: The current study aims to know the Iraqi intellectual production with all its form in respect to books , periodical, thesis, registered in the Legal deposit center and to know the administrative structure , staff and procedures used to apply the Iraqi National deposit law . Study Use used survey method and results analysis during the duration from 2004 to 2014 , amounted 48,386 with all its forms and Recourses types .It has been analyzed objectively and linguistically. The research also aims to know the results in respect to the university thesis within the Iraqi universities and knowing more colleges based on years . The study has used Square Law for measuring the spiritual degree and the relationship among the researched results.The study has reached to a set of results : 1. The total of books in and outside Iraq during the researched period is ( 14619) book and most prolific years have been 2013, with ( 2670) books , and non - prolific year has been 2004 with 317 books.2. The periodical, books registered in the legal deposit center amounted (1292) , most prolific year has been 2012 with 187.3. It has been indicated that the private printers are the most one in printing the books, amounted (10402).4. The total number of theses and university dissertations achieved during the researched period is 32475 thesis and dissertation that being distributed among 1083 thesis , high diploma ( 23197) Masterthesis and (8195) dissertation. The study has concluded with a set of recommendations : 1. Building database for theses and university dissertations and working in coordination with the administration of departments of high studies in the University colleges for indicating the subjects.Knowing either these theses and dissertations have been researched or not and giving a clear picture of the country 's direction toward the cognitive and scientific trend.2. Sustaining department of information as to be specialized into working on depositing and registration. Registering the electronic programs entering into the Iraqi and global markets licensed by the state. 3. It is necessarily to direct the concern of the state's consultation affairs Council to make amendment and to enact a special law of legal depositing as to be suited with the electronic references and information technology applications; besides , the ;possibility ofinvestment for the modern technology.

Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على الطرائق والادوات المستخدمة في الفهرسة والتصنيف والمعتمد عليها في عملية اعداد وتنظيم الخرائط الورقية والالكترونية في مكتبة الوثائق المركزية التابعة لشركة الاستكشافات النفطية وتحديد القسم الذي يعنى بالخرائط ووصف الادوات التنظيمية والمعدات المستخدمة في حفظ الخرائط والطرائق المتبعة في استرجاعها. والتعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه النظام المستعمل وايجاد الحلول المناسبة له عند اقتراح نظام بديل عنه اكثر كفاءة. جمعت البيانات بالاعتماد على المصادر الخرائطية والسجلات والاستبيان والمقابلة والملاحظة المباشرة خلال مدة الدراسة.تم قياس رضا المستفيدين عن خدمة استرجاع الخرائط في مكتبة الوثائق المركزية التابعة لشركة الاستكشافات النفطية لقياس كفاءة الخدمة من وجهة نظر المستفيدين حيث بلغ المجتمع الكلي (150) مستفيد اما حجم العينة المختارة هي (120) مستفيد اي بنسبة مئوية بلغت (80%),استعان الباحث بالعينة الطبقية التناسبية وحجم العينة المختارة هي,(30) طالب من معهد التدريب النفطي و(20) طالب من الجامعة التكنولوجية قسم هندسة نفط و(50) عامل في مجال العمل الحقلي و(20) موظف في الاقسام الفنية.استخدم منهج دراسة حالة لتقويم عملية حفظ واسترجاع الخرائط في مكتبة الوثائق المركزية التابعة لشركة الاستكشافات النفطية.  وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج كان من ابرزها : 1 - لا توجد اسس في عملية الاعداد والتنظيم للخرائط في مكتبة الوثائق المركزية التابعة لشركة الاستكشافات النفطية.2 - اجاب المستفيدون وبنسبة (88%) من عينة الدراسة بانهم يعتمدون على مسؤول المكتبة في عملية الاسترجاع للخرائط والسبب يعود الى افتقار المكتبة لنظام الي يمكن المستفيدون من اجراء عملية البحث والاسترجاع للخرائط بانفسهم.3 - اغلب الخرائط الورقية المتوفرة في المكتبة ممزقة وتالفة وتحتاج الى صيانة وترميم حيث بلغ عدد التالف منها وبنسبة (75%) من اصل (6089) خارطة.وقد خرجت الدراسة الى جملة من التوصيات منها : 1 - الاعتماد على قواعد الفهرسة والتصنيف وقوائم رؤوس الموضوعات في عملية الاعداد والتنظيم للخرائط من اجل تحقيق الوحدة والثبات فضلا عن توفير فهارس ببليوغرافية منتظمة وادلة تعريفية في مداخل المكتبة للتعريف بمحتويات المكتبة.2 - العمل على تحميل وتنصيب نظام WINISIS واعتماد قاعدة البيانات, قام الباحث باعدادها, واختار الحقول وفق قواعد الفهرسة الانجلو امريكية AACR2.3 - من الضروري صيانة وترميم الخرائط الممزقة واعداد نسخ الكترونية منها لضمان المحافظة عليها وذلك بعمل الارشفة الالكترونية لها. | The study aims at identifying the depended methods and tools of indexing and classification in process of preparing and organizing the paper and electronic maps in the central Document Library Subordinate oil exploration company and identifying the section which concerns with the maps and describing the regulatory tools and the used equipments in keeping maps and methods used in its retrieval. as well as identifying the obstacles faced by the used system and finding the appropriate solutions by proposing an alternative system more efficient. The data were collected by depending on the Cartographic sources and records and the questionnaire and interview, direct observation during the study. Satisfaction of beneficiaries has been measured by retrieval of maps in the central Document Library Subordinate oil exploration company to measure service efficiency from the point of view of beneficiaries where the overall community of (150) beneficiaries either selected sample size is (120) beneficiaries any percentage amounted to (80) hired researcher sample stratified sample is (30) students from the oil Training Institute and (20) students from the university of Technology Department of petroleum Engineering and (50) workers in the area of field work and (20) employees technical sections. A study method of status to evaluate the archival and retrieval of maps in the central Document Library Subordinate oil exploration company. The study reached at a set of prominent following results : 1 - Foundations do not exist in the setup process and the organization of the maps in the central Document Library Subordinate oil exploration company. 2 - Beneficiaries and answered by (88) of the study sample that they rely on library official in the retrieval of process maps and the reason is due to the lack of library system to be the beneficiaries of a process of search and retrieval of the maps themselves .3 - Most of the maps in the library are damaged and useless and in need of maintenance and renovate at a rate of 75 out of the 6089 road map.The study concluded with some recommendations which are : 1 - Necessity of depending on the indexing and classification rules and subject headings lists in the process of organization and setting up of maps in order to achieve the unity and stability as well as Providing regular bibliographical indexes and identifying evidences in the library entrances to inform the contents of it .2 - Work to downloading and installing the system of WINISIS and adopting the database used by the researcher , the field were selected according to Eng - American indexing rules 2 AACR .3 - It necessary to maintain and repairing the torn maps and preparing an electronic copies to ensure preservation of them this work has the electronic archiving.

Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى التحليل الموضوعي للنصوص الكاملة للبحوث موضوع الدراسة والتعرف على الاتجاهات الموضوعية الدقيقة للبحوث للكشف عن مدى التقارب بينها وبين الاتجاهات الموضوعية العامة المتمثلة بالعنوان فضلا عن التعرف على مدى التوافق بين التخصص الدقيق للباحث والاتجاهات الموضوعية للبحوث التي يقوم بنشرها من حيث التطابق ، التقارب ، التباعد .وتكمن اهمية الدراسة في كونها تسهم في فتح افاق جديدة للبحث العلمي في مجال المعلومات والمكتبات محليا وعربيا حيث ان عملية الحصول على المعلومات من مصادرها سواء كانت تقليدية او الكترونية تحتاج الى ادوات مساعدة بشكل مقنن ( مفيد ) او منها ما يعتمد على الباحث في اختيار ما يجده مناسبا له في عملية استرجاع المعلومات ، لذا تعد البحوث المنشورة في مجلات العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية في جامعة البصرة رصيدا معرفيا يعكس النشاطات العلمية للباحثين من اجل الافادة منها في عملية الوصف والتحليل الموضوعي العميق يصل الى التحليل الشامل وظهرت الحاجة الى الانفوغرافيا , وقد اتبعت عدة مناهج وذلك لمتطلبات الدراسة تمثلت في المنهج المسحي ، تحليل المحتوى ( المضمون ) ، الوثائقي كما تم الاعتماد في جمع المعلومات على المجلات ، المقابلات ، استمارة الانفوغرافية اذا تهدف الى اعطاء واصفات موضوعية لمحتوى البحوث فضلا عن تصميم قاعدة البيانات وفق نظام ( WINISIS ) تتضمن جميع الحقول الورادة في الاستمارة الانفوغرافية ، واستخدمت التكرارات ، النسب المئوية ، معامل ارتباط بيرسون ، مربع كاي ، ضمن الاجراءات العملية والاحصائية . وقد توصلت الدراسة العديد من النتائج اهمها : 1. بينت الدراسة الحالية ان الدراسات الانفوغرافية تعطي تحليلا اشمل واوسع في الاسترجاع الدقيق للمحتوى الشامل للبحوث المنشورة اذ انها تعتمد على تحليل مستوى النص الكامل للبحث وما له علاقة بالموضوع من داخل النص او خارجه .2. تفتقر مستخلصات البحوث المنشورة في مجلات العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية للسنوات 2013،2014 الى وجود الكلمات المفتاحية (الواصفات) الواضحة للتعبير عن مضمون البحث من اجل تسهيل عملية الاسترجاع والحصول على المعلومات من قبل المستفيدين .3. اغلبية البحوث المنشورة في مجلات العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية تفتقر الى استخدام تسمية المستخلص للتعبير عن محتوى البحوث واقتصرت التسمية على ملخص ، خلاصة واخيرا المستخلص على التوالي بنسب ( 62,86%)، (24,5%) ، (8,86%) ويعود السبب الى قلة المعرفة لدى اغلبية الباحثين بتسمية المستخلص وقواعد اعداده .4. وجود تداخل عند كتابة بعض البحوث من قبل الباحثين وخاصة في تخصصاتهم العامة الجغرافية ، التاريخ نظرا للتقارب في كتابة البحوث في التخصص الدقيق الجغرافية التاريخية .وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات اهمها : 1. توصي الدراسة بضرورة اعطاء الباحثين في مجال المعلومات والمكتبات اهمية خاصة للدراسات الانفوغرافية مستقبلا لما يمكن ان تقدمه من نتائج علمية اكثر دقة وموضوعية من الدراسات الببليوغرافية .2. ضرورة ان تتضمن البحوث المنشورة في مجلات العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية الكلمات المفتاحية والواصفات الواضحة المعبرة عن مضمون البحث لكي يتمكن الافادة منها في عملية الاسترجاع والحصول على المعلومات المطلوبة ضمن توجيهات البحث .3. ضرورة ايجاد صيغة موحدة للبحوث المنشورة في مجلات العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية في استخدام مصطلح المستخلص للتعبير عن محتوى البحث بصورة علمية وصحيحة .4. ضرورة ايجاد منفذ علمي لبعض التخصصات عند كتابة البحوث فيما يخص التداخل بين الموضوعات وهذا ما يتجلى في التخصص الدقيق (الجغرافية التاريخية) اي التداخل بين بحوث (الجغرافيا والتاريخ) وكذلك في تخصص المعلومات والمكتبات وتداخلها مع موضوعات تخصص الادارة وعلوم الحاسبات .تضمنت الدراسة ( 67 ) جدولا و( 39 ) ملحقا و( 12) شكلا ومخططا واحدا فقط | The process of getting information from sources (references) whether they are traditional or electronic needs extra mechanism. This extra mechanism can be restricted or depends heavily upon the researcher himself in recalling the information process. However, the scientific researches (articles, papers) that were published in the following journals : Adab Al Basrah, Abhath Al Basrah, and Historical Studies, can be considered as good epistemological research that reflect the scientific activities of the researchers in Humanitarians Colleges in Basrah University. This study attempts to use the Anforgraph technique in order to distinguish the authentic information sources from the huge number of other various types of information resources. The study aims to investigate the specific subject of these researches and the general subject (specific specialization and general specialization). It uses different approaches such as : Survey approach, content analysis, and document approach. Besides, it depends upon the collection of information concerning magazines, interviews, and anfograph form. A data base has been constructed according to Winirsis System. The results of the study are : 1. The papers which were published in Social and Humanitarian journals in 2013 and 2014 lack the key words.2. Most of the researches lack the titles of the abstract.3. They were written about general subjects (specialization) rather than specific subject (specialization) due to the difficulty of the subjects.4. There is no clear - cut between the researches concerning the specific subjects and general subjects especially in Historical and Geographical Studies.The most important conclusions of the study are : 1. The papers have to contain the key words because they are necessary to reflect the content of the papers.2. It is important to have one fixed system (uniform system) in using the term ABSTRACT in all the published papers in the Social and Humanitarians journals.3. Give more attention to the specific subject rather than general subjects in writing such papers.4. It is necessary to determine the scientific limits of each science in the Social and Humanitarian Sciences, for example between History an Geography, Library and information science and economic and management sciences. Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على حجم الاختلاف في ملفات الضبط الاستنادي التقليدية للمؤلفين المعتمدة في المكتبة المركزية لجامعة بغداد(الوزيرية) والمكتبة المركزية للجامعة المستنصرية، ومعرفة الطرق والاساليب التي يتبعها العاملون في المكتبات لصياغة مداخل المؤلفين العرب، واستعمال الانظمة المتكاملة لادارة المكتبات في عملية الضبط الاستنادي لضمان التوحيد في مداخل المؤلفين العرب في فهارس المكتبات عن طريق المشاركة في استعمال هذه الملفات.استعملت الدراسة المنهج المسحي التطبيقي لغرض التعرف على الاختلاف في الملفات الاستنادية المستعملة في المكتبات الجامعية، ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مجموع العاملين في شعبة الفهرسة والتصنيف والبالغ عددهم (3) في المكتبة المركزية لجامعة بغداد و(4) في المكتبة المركزية للجامعة المستنصرية، وكذلك مجموعة البطاقات الاستنادية الموجودة في الملف الاستنادي البطاقي للمكتبة المركزية للجامعة المستنصرية والبالغ عددها (4565) بطاقة لمؤلفين عرب وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من البطاقات الموجودة في الملف الاستنادي والتي بلغت (229) بطاقة وبنسبة (5%)، وتم استعمال نظام كوها المتكامل لادارة المكتبات في بناء الملف الاستنادي الالكتروني. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عددا من النتائج كان اهمها.1. وجود اختلاف كبير وبنسبة (36.7%) في صياغة مداخل المؤلفين بين الملفات الاستنادية للمكتبة المركزية للجامعة المستنصرية والمكتبة المركزية لجامعة بغداد (الوزيرية).2. قلة خبرة العاملين بالعمل الاستنادي وبناء المداخل والقواعد الخاصة بصياغة مداخل المؤلفين.وقد اوصت الدراسة بعددا من التوصيات كان اهمها : 1. اعادة تاهيل الملفات الاستنادية التقليدية الموجودة في المكتبات، اذ ستشكل الاساس الذي تستند عليه عملية التحول من الشكل التقليدي الى الشكل الالكتروني والموحد بين المكتبات. 2. تدريب العاملين في المكتبات على الطرق الصحيحة والمعيارية لبناء واستعمال الملفات الاستنادية.3. الاعتماد على نظام كوها (KOHA) في بناء الملفات الاستنادية في المكتبات الجامعية، لكونه نظام مجاني مفتوح المصدر فضلا عن انتشار استعماله في العديد من المكتبات محليا وعربيا. | The study aims at identifying the difference in the traditional authority control files in the central library of Baghdad university ( Waziriyah) and the central library of Al - mustansiriyah university, and knowing the methods using by libraries to formulating the Arab authors entries in the library catalogs and using the integrated library management systems in the authority control to ensure the uniformity in entries of Arab authors in the libraries catalogs by participating in using these files.The applied survey method was used in the study to identify the difference in the authority control files used in the university libraries, the study content includes the total of workers in the cataloging and classification division which are (3) in the central library of Baghdad university and (4) in the central library of Al - mustansiriyah university , as well as the cards in the card authority control file of the central library of Al - mustansiriyah university which are (4565) cards for an Arab authors , a random sample of the cards in the authority control file has been selected which reached to (229) cards and with average (%5), KOHA integrated system was used to managing the libraries in building up the electronic authority control file.The study concluded number of results : 1 - There is a large difference with an average (%36, 7) in formulating the author's entry between the authority control files of central library of Al - mustansiriyah university and central library of Baghdad university (AL - Waziriyah).2 - Lack of experience of staff in the authority work and building the entries and rules of formulating the author's entry. The study recommended the follows : 1 - Rehabilitation of the traditional card authority control files in the libraries, whereas it form the base, which the transformation process from the traditional shape to the electronic one relies on in the libraries.2 - Training the staff in the libraries on the standard right methods to build up the authority control files.3 - Deepening on (KOHA) system in building up the authority control files in the university libraries, because it is free and open source as well as the spread of its use in many libraries locally and level

Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع الارشيف التقليدي في شركة نفط الجنوب من حيث القوانين والانظمة واجراءات الحفظ والجوانب الفنية والادارية. بالاضافة الى الارشيف الالكتروني المستخدم في الشركة , من خلال ما تم ارشفته الكترونيا قياسا الى الارشيف التقليدي . والمعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق الارشفة الالكترونية في شركة نفط الجنوب . وتكمن اهمية الدراسة في انها تصف حالة واقعية تم دراستها في قسم التوثيق الاداري في شركة نفط الجنوب والخاصة بارشيف الاضابير والملفات الشخصية لمنتسبي الشركة في هذا القسم . لذا يمكن ان يفاد من بعض النتائج التي يتم التوصل اليها في هذه الدراسة لغرض تطوير الارشيف نحو الافضل والتي يمكن تعميم نتائجها في المؤسسات المماثلة لها. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوثائقي في عملية جمع المعلومات والمنهج الوصفي وفق اسلوب دراسة الحالة . ولتحليل اجابات افراد المجتمع تم استعمال معادلة ( الوسط المرجح والوزن المئوي والنسبة المئوية) ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين في قسم التوثيق الاداري وفي شعبها الثلاث ( التوثيق الالكتروني , الانظمه الادارية , الاضابير الشخصية ) وقد تم اعتماد اسلوب الحصر الشامل باختيار عينة عمدية قصدية للعاملين في مجال التوثيق والارشيف والارشفة الالكترونية في شركة نفط الجنوب بتوزيع ( 51 ) استبانة حيث تم استرجاع (46) منها مكتملة المعلومات اعتمدت في الدراسة . وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية : - ضعف الاهتمام بالتدريب والتطوير في مجال التصنيف والارشفة الالكترونية وان عملية ترتيب الوثائق تتم بطرق اجتهادية غير خاضعة لنظام تصنيف معين . - استخدم الرفوف الخشبية في قاعات الارشيف بنسبة عالية جدا , مما يشكل خطرا على الوثائق الارشيفة , وافتقار قاعات الارشيف الى الكثيرمن التجهيزات الضرورية . - وجود معوقات تحد من تطبيق الارشفة الالكترونية مثل : قلة الدراسات والبحوث واعتماد نظم الارشفة الالكترونية على اللغة الانكليزية . وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات منها : - تطوير الارشيف التقليدي وعدم اهماله حتى يتبين مدى فاعلية الارشيف الالكتروني . - رفد المؤسسات والشركات بموظفين من ذوي المؤهلات المتخصصة في مجال | Oil Company in terms of laws, regulations and procedures for conservation and the technical and administrative aspects. The study used the documentary approach in the process of gathering information and descriptive method in accordance with the method of the case study. Abstract: هدف البحث للتعرف على واقع مكتبات الاقسام العلمية في كلية الاداب من حيث الملاك الوظيفي والمجموعة المكتبية والخدمات التي تقدمها للمستفيدين من اعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة والباحثين. وقد اتبع المنهج المسحي في هذا البحث من خلال المسح الشامل لهذه المكتبات باستخدام اداة الاستبانة للتعرف على واقع هذه المكتبات اذا تم توزيع (225) استمارة على مجتمع البحث باكمله من تدريسي كلية الاداب ،وتم استرجاع (120)استمارة التي اعتمدت بالتحليل اي بنسبة (53.33%) وتضمنت الاستبانة اثنا عشر سؤالا موزعة على اربعة محاور ،كذلك استخدمت المقابلة مع المسؤولين عن مكتبات الاقسام العلمية لمعرفة واقع هذه المكتبات والتعرف على الخدمات التي تقدمها الى مستفيديها . وخرجت البحث بجملة من النتائج ابرزها : - 1 - ان نسبة الاستخدام العامة لمكتبات الاقسام العلمية بلغت (85،83،%) وهي الاعلى بينما شكل عدم الاستخدام نسبة (16،14%) من مجتمع البحث وهي الادنى.2 - اقتصار الخدمات التي تقدمها مكتبات الاقسام العلمية على خدمة الاعارة فقط وفقدان الخدمات الاخرى والالكترونية.اما ابرز التوصيات فمنها : - 1 - استحداث خدمات المعلومات الحديثة لمواكبة التطورات الحاصلة في مجال الخدمات كالخدمات الالكترونية وغيرها . 2 - ادخال نظام المكتبة الالكترونية في مكتبات الاقسام العلمية وان يكون هناك فهرس الكتروني خاص بها لتمكين اتاحته على الخط المباشر. | This study aims at introducing the conditions of the specialized sub - libraries in the scientific departments of the College of Arts involving the personnel, the library list : books, periodicals, journals, sources, etc., and the services they offer to their users : teaching staff, students, and researchers. The surveying approach followed in this study is the thorough survey of the libraries in question by using a questionnaire device to be introduced to the conditions of these services. 225 forms have been distributed among the whole concerned group of the study, the teaching cadres at the College of Arts. 120 forms have been completed and depended upon in the analysis with a percentage of %33.53. The questionnaire included 12 questions; and meetings with the people in charge of the sub - libraries were held so as to know the conditions of these libraries, and the services offered to their users. Above all, the students' field visits and daily dealing during the period of writing of the research. All the abovementioned tasks were carried out to have an adequate study of the work in these sub - libraries. Consequently, the study has concluded with the following findings : 1. The general usage rate of branch libraries belonging to scientific departments amounted to (83,84) which is the highest rate : while ( 14.16% ) of the research community do not use those libraries as the lowest rate 2. The services are very limited at the sub - libraries. There is only the service of internal and external borrowing of the books and the periodicals, but borrowing the sources, M.A. Dissertations and PhD Theses are only for interior readings. Moreover, electronic services such as CDs, websites are not available, though the users badly need them.Some Recommendations : - 1. To develop the tasks of the sub - libraries, it is necessary a part of the university budget is to be allotted. 2. It is essential to innovate updated and electronic services such as sere aching for CDs and Websites for the badly need of users for such services.

Abstract: يهدف البحث الى التعرف على ما تقتنيه المكتبة المركزية في جامعة البصرة من كتب نادرة ومعرفة عددها واتجاهاتها الموضوعية والجهات المسؤولة عن تاليفها ونشرها واماكن نشرها وطرق ووسائل الحصول عليها .وقد استخدم منهج دراسة الحالة لانجاز هذا البحث وتفحص كل ما يتوفر من كتب نادرة في قسم المخطوطات والكتب النادرة لغرض جمع المعلومات الخاصة بها فضلا عن المقابلة مع مسؤولة القسم والمدير الفني في المكتبة وقد خرج البحث بمجموعة من النتائج اهمها : 1 - يحتوي قسم المخطوطات والكتب النادرة في المكتبة المركزية لجامعة البصرة على (683) كتاب نادر والاغلبية من الكتب النادرة باللغة العربية ويبلغ عددها (682) وكتاب واحد فقط باللغة الانكليزية حيث جاءت الكتب النادرة باللغة العربية بنسبة (99,86 %) وبالغة الانكليزية (0,14 %) 2 - ان مجموع العاملين في القسم بلغ (2) وهم حاملين شهادة الاعدادية . 3 - ان من اهم الطرق والوسائل التي تحصل بها المكتبة المركزية على الكتب النادرة هي عن طريق الشراء وبنسبة (86,60 %) والاهداء بنسبة (3,39 %) اما اهم التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث هي : 1 - الاهتمام باقتناء وشراء الكتب النادرة من قبل المنظمات والهيئات عن طريق (اهداء ، تبادل ، شراء)2 - ايجاد صيغة من التعاون بين مراكز المعلومات والمكتبات في جامعة البصرة ومراكز ومكتبات جامعات القطر وخارج القطر وذلك لتيسير عملية الحصول على الكتب النادرة المطلوبة من قبل الباحثين .3 - العمل على ترميم وصيانة الكتب النادرة وذلك للحفاظ عليها من التلف والضياع ومتابعة ذلك بشكل مستمر فضلا عن اشراك العاملين في القسم بدورات تدريبية في مجال صيانة وترميم الكتب النادرة ورفع كفاءتهم في مجال التعامل معها | This Research aims at documenting What The Central Library in University of Basra Contains of Rare Books , How many of Rare Books are there , their topics dierctions , their publishing authorities , locations of their publications and ways and methods to have them . A case study has been used to conduct the subject research by examining all Rare Books Found in the department , interviewing the Responsible manager and technical director in order to collect the information needed . Some Of important conclusions this study has reached , are as below : 1 - Rarities department in The central Library of the University of Basra contains (683) Rare books and the majority of Rare books in Arabic numbering (682) and only one book in English , where Rare books in Arabic (99.86%) and in English (0.14%).2 - Total employees in the department are (2) , they've got a certificate preparatory (50%).3 - One of the main ways and means to get out on The central Library of Rare books is (86.60%) by purchase and (3.39%) by gifting . Also this study offers some important recommendations .They are : 1 - Interest in acquiring and purchase rare books by organizations and bodies through (gifting , supplying , baying ) .2 - Fina a formula of cooperation between the information centers at the University of Basra and centers and libraries of Universities in the country and outside the country in order to facilitate the process of obtaining the required rare books by Researchers .3 - work on the restoration and maintenance of rare books to keep them from damage and loss and follow that continuously . furthermore , to join the employees of the department in training courses for restoration and maintenance of rare book to raise their efficiency in dealing with rare books .

Abstract: استهدف هذا البحث التعريف بالرسائل الجامعية في قسم الجغرافيا - كلية الاداب / جامعة البصرة والبالغ عددها من حيث رسائل الماجستير (78 رسالة ماجستير) والدكتوراه (63 رسالة دكتوراه) للمدة من (1986 - 2014) وتم توزيعها من حيث الدرجة العلمية وجنس كاتبها وتوزيعها موضوعيا وزمنيا, وقد اتبع المنهج المسحي لانجاز البحث, وكذلك تم توزيع الرسائل حسب رؤوس الموضوعات.وقد خرج البحث بنتائج عدة منها : 1 - اغلب الرسائل الجامعية في قسم الجغرافيا (141رسالة جامعية) اتجهت نحو موضوع الجغرافيا البشرية وبنسبة 68,08% وهذه الاغلبية لموضوع الجغرافيا البشرية كانت في رسائل الماجستير واطروحات الدكتوراه ايضا.2 - من بين الموضوعات الفرعية للجغرافيا البشرية حظي موضوع الجغرافيا الزراعية باعلى نسبة من الرسائل الجامعية في قسم الجغرافيا (17,02%) فيما جاء الموضوع الفرعي جغرافية المدن بالمرتبة الثانية من حيث عدد الرسائل الجامعية وبنسبة (12,05%).3 - بلغ عدد رؤوس الموضوعات المغطاة للرسائل الجامعية في قسم الجغرافية(193) راس موضوع وبمعدل (1,36) راس لكل رسالة وقد حظي راس الموضوع (البصرة _جغرافيا) باعلى عدد من الرسائل (11رسالة جامعية).4 - لم تظهر رسائل جامعية في قسم الجغرافيا تتناول بعض الموضوعات وخصوصا الحديثة مثل (الاستشعار عن بعد، جغرافية الكوارث, الجغرافية الفلكية) وغيرها. وقد يرجع سبب ذلك لعدم توفر مشرفين متخصصين في هذه الموضوعات من ناحية ولافتقار المناهج الدراسية الخاصة بالدراسات العليا لمثل هذه الموضوعات وكذلك افتقار القسم للتقنيات والاجهزة الضرورية لتدريس مثل هذه الموضوعات.وقد اوصى البحث بتوصيات عدة منها : 1 - دعوة اللجنة العلمية في قسم الجغرافيا الى حث طلبة الدراسات العليا على الكتابة في موضوعات حديثة لم يتم تناولها من قبل على ان يرافق ذلك توفير وتهيئة المستلزمات المناسبة من المشرفين والمختبرات والاجهزة والادوات.2 - تهيئة المستلزمات الضرورية كتوفير خدمة الانترنت سواء في قسم الجغرافيا او مكتبات الجامعة ومن الضروري ايضا الاشتراك بقواعد البيانات والمواقع المتخصصة بعلم الجغرافيا. | The Purpose of this Research is to Recognize the Theses and Dissertations at the Department of Geography - College of Arts/University of Basra for the Period from (1986 - 2014) in Terms of Degree and Sex of the Author and Distribute Objectively and Temetable. Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على المهارات التي تتمتع بها الموارد البشرية العاملة في مكتبات جامعة البصرة في استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات ووضع الحلول المناسبة لتحسين وتطوير مهاراتهم في استخدامها.وقد اتبع المنهج المسحي والمنهج الوثائقي لانجاز هذه الدراسة ، واستخدمت الاستبانة والمقابلة بوصفها ادوات لجمع البيانات اذ بلغ عدد المكتبات (22) مكتبة متمثلة بـ (182) موظفا ، وقد تضمنت استمارة الاستبانة (41) سؤالا في ستة محاور وتم معالجة البيانات باستخدام الحزمة الاحصائية spss . وتوصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج كان من اهمها : - 1 - ان المهارات التي يمتلكها غالبية الموارد البشرية العاملة في مكتبات جامعة البصرة ممن لديهم معرفة باستخدام برامج الطباعة (Word ( بنسبة مئوية (58,24%) ، وتليها معرفة اساسيات الحاسبات والتعامل مع نظم التشغيل المختلفة بنسبة مئوية (57,14%) .2 - وقد اظهرت الدراسة مشاركة الموارد البشرية العاملة في مكتبات جامعة البصرة في دورات لتطوير مهاراتهم وادائهم المهني اذ بلغت نسبة المشاركين (76,37%) ، اما نوع الدورات التي شاركوا فيها فكانت حول مقدمة عن الحاسبات ونظام التشغيل باعلى نسبة مئوية وهي (87,1%) ، تليها برنامج معالجة النصوص بنسبة مئوية (44,6%) .كما خلصت الدراسة الى مقترحات عدة اهمها : - 1 - ضرورة قيام ادارة المكتبات في جامعة البصرة بالتوجه الحقيقي والعملي نحو استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في اشراك مواردها البشرية في الدورات التطويرية لتحقيق اهداف المكتبة .2 - ضرورة تجهيز مكتبات مجتمع الدراسة بالاجهزة والحواسيب والمعدات بما يضمن الارتباط بشبكة الانترنت وذلك لما لتلك التقنيات من ابعاد استخدام مهمة. | The aim of the study is to recognize the skills of human resources, working in the libraries of the University of Basrah, in using the technology of information, and find out the convenient solutions to enhance and improve their skills in using these technologies.The survey and documantary method has been followed in achieving this study. A questionnaire and interviews were used as tools to collect the data about the society of the study, which are (22)library and (182) employees. The questionair consist of six topics The data has been processed by the statistical parcel . The study has reached these groups of results; the most important ones were as followed : 1. The skills ofmost of the human resources, working in the libraries of the University of Basrah, who have a knowledge of using the printing program (Word) were (58.24%), and then comes the knowledge of the essentials of computers and how to deal with the different operating systems with a percentage of (57.14%).2. The study have showed that the participations ofthe human resources, working in the libraries of the University of Basrah in courses to improve their skills and their professionally performance, were (76.37%). The types of courses they attend were about an introduction to computers and the operating system, which have the highest percentage (87.1%), and then come the text processing with a percentage of (44.6%).Eventually the study arrived atsomesuggestions; the most important ones are as followed : a) The managers of libraries in the University of Basrah should take the real and practicalorientation towards the usage of the technology of information; by making their employees participate in developing courses to achieve the goals of the library.b) It is necessary to provide the libraries, the society of the study, with the devices,computers, and equipment; to ensure the connection with the web of Internet and that is for the important dimensions ofusing these technologies.

Abstract: يهدف البحث الى التعرف مصادر المعلومات في الرسائل والاطاريح الجامعية لقسم علوم الحياة كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة, وتوزيعها الزمني واللغوي والموضوعي ,والتعرف على مصادر المعلومات المستخدمة في الرسائل والاطاريح الجامعية المعنية بالدراسة, واستخدم اسلوب تحليل مصادر المعلومات للرسائل والاطاريح حيث كان المجتمع (44)رسالة واطروحة جامعية , وخرجت الدراسة بعدة نتائج واهمها : - 1 - توصلت الدراسة الى ان مصادر المعلومات الاجنبية هي الاكثراستخداما حيث بلغت نسبتها 91.81%.2 - اظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان اكثر انواع مصادر المعلومات المستخدمة هي البحوث المنشورة في الدوريات حيث بلغت نسبتها 70.3% من مجموع الانواع الاخرى, وتبين من نتائج الدراسة ان بحوث الدوريات الاجنبية بلغت نسبتها 68.94% بينما بلغت نسبة البحوث المنشورة في الدوريات العربية 1.35%.3 - تبين من خلال الدراسة ان اكثر مصادر المعلومات حداثة التي تكون ضمن المدة (2010 - 2013) حيث بلغت نسبتها 42.35% من مجموع المصادر الكلية البالغة 8247 مصدرا.وخرجت الدراسة بتوصيات عدة اهمها : - 1 - الاهتمام بتوفير مصادر المعلومات بمختلف اشكالها للباحثين من قبل مكتبة القسم ومكتبة الكلية وتشجيع المكتبة للاشتراك في الدوريات العلمية سواء كانت تقليدية او الكترونية.2 - ضرورة توفير خط الاتصال بالانترنت والاتصال بالخط المباشر وكذلك توفير قواعد بيانات من اجل اطلاع الباحثين على احدث ما صدر في مجال اختصاصهم.3 - فصل مصادر المعلومات المتخصصة عن مكتبة الكلية وعمل مكتبة خاصة في قسم علوم الحياة لانه قسم كبير يتضمن فروع عديدة .

Abstract: ان مضامين مشكلة البحث هي بطرح عدة تساؤلات منها ما حجم مجموعة الكتب المرجعية المتوفرة في قسم المراجع بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة البصرة ، وما التوزيع الموضوعي لها ، وما الجهات المسؤولة عن تاليفها ونشرها واماكن نشرها. وتكمن اهمية البحث في الكتب المرجعية المتوفرة في قسم المراجع واهمية تحليلها الذي سيكشف عن عناصر عديدة تتعلق بهذه الكتب ، واهميه ايضا لكل من العاملين في قسم المراجع وقسم التزويد وامانة المكتبة العامة . يهدف البحث الى التعرف على حجم مجموعة الكتب المرجعية المتوفرة في قسم المراجع بالمكتبة المركزية ، وتحديد التوزيع الموضوعي للكتب المرجعية ، ومعرفة الجهات المسؤولة عن تاليف الكتب المرجعية والتعرف على الجهات المسؤولة عن نشرها واماكن نشرها ،ـ وايضا بيان الفترات الزمنية التي نشرت فيها الكتب المرجعية ، واخيرا تحديد انواع هذه الكتب المتوفرة في قسم المراجع في المكتبة المركزية لجامعة البصرة . اعتمدت المنهج الوثائقي لانجاز الجانب النظري من البحث ، واعتمدت المنهج الكمي لتحليل مجموعة الكتب المرجعية الصادرة باللغة العربية والمتوفرة في قسم المراجع بالمكتبة المركزية . وتوصل البحث الى العديد من النتائج منها : 1. يحتوي قسم المراجع في المكتبة المركزية لجامعة البصرة على (2455) كتابا مرجعيا صادرا باللغة العربية ، واغلب هذه الكتب الفت من قبل افراد اذ بلغت نسبة هذه الكتب (87.09%) فيما بلغ نسبة الكتب التي الفت من قبل هيئات ومنظمات (12.90%) فقط وهي نسبة قليلة .2. ان اعلى نسبه من الكتب المرجعية المتوفرة في قسم المراجع هي كتب نشرت في مدينة بيروت (40.44%) ويعزى ذلك الى حركة النشر الواسعة وكثرة دور النشر المنتشرة في هذه المدينة على مدى سنوات طويلة .3. ان اعلى نسبة من الكتب المرجعية المتوفرة في قسم المراجع هي كتب دينية ويمكن ان يعزى ذلك الى زيادة المعروض من هذه الكتب وعدم وجود قيود على التزود بها خصوصا بعد عام 2003 ، فضلا عن زيادة المهتمين بهذه الكتب وجاء بالمرتبة الثانية موضوع (التاريخ والجغرافية والتراجم) وقد يكون لموقع المكتبة وتخصص المستفيدين من قسم المراجع اثر في هذا .4. ان النسبة الاعلى من الكتب المرجعية في قسم المراجع بالمكتبة المركزية تتسم بالحداثة نوعا ما ، اذ يعود تاريخ نشرها الى المدة (2000 - 2009) .5. ان اغلب الكتب المرجعية في قسم المراجع بالمكتبة المركزية هي مصادر مرجعية تتضمن معلومات عن الالفاظ والمفاهيم وهذه المصادر تتضمن دوائر المعارف او الموسوعات ، وقواميس المصطلحات ، وكتب الحقائق ، والحوليات او الكتب السنوية ، والموجزات الارشادية . واوصى البحث بعدة توصيات منها : 1. القيام بحوسبة اعمال قسم المراجع وذلك بانشاء سجلات الكترونية او قواعد بيانات تخصص لمجموعة الكتب المرجعية المتوفرة في القسم ، وللمستفيدين من القسم .2. الاهتمام بتوفير التوازن النوعي لمجموعة الكتب المرجعية في قسم المراجع وذلك بتوفير مختلف انواع الكتب المرجعية بشكل متوازن وفق حاجات المستفيدين واستفساراتهم .3. من الضروري اجراء دراسة تقيمية يساهم فيها عدد من المتخصصين في العلوم المختلفه لبيان القيمه العلميه لمجموعة الكتب المرجعية ومدى الحاجة لاستبعاد بعضها ، وتحديثها والاضافة اليها . | The implication of the research problem is by asking several question , including mahjm set of reference books available in the reference section in the central library of the University of Basra , and its distribution objective , and those responsible for the formation and diffusion and dissemination of places . Also documentary approach adopted for the completion of the theoretical side of the search , and adopted a quantitative approach to the analysis of a set of reference books published in Arabic and available in the reference section in the Central library . The research found a number of results , including : 1. References section in the library of the Central University of Basra contains (2455) reference book issued in Arabic ,and that most of these books authored by members as the proportion of these books was (87.09%) while the percentage of books written by the bodies and organizations amounted to (12.90%) only It is the margin .2. The highest percentage of reference books available in the reference section are the books published in the city of Beirut (40.44%) due to the wide publication and moved abounded role deployed in this city over the long years of publication .3. The highest percentage of reference books available in the reference section is a religious books and can be attributed to an increase in the supply of these books and the lack of restrictions on the supply ,especially after 2003 , as well as increased interested in these books came rank two o’clock subject (history and geography and biography) may be the site of the library and specialty beneficiaries of the reference section at the impact of this .4. The highest percentage of reference books in the reference section in the central library are somewhat modernity , as tarbkh back posted to the period (2000 - 2009) .5. That most reference books in the central library reference section is a reference sources containing information on the words and concepts , these sources include knowledge circles or encyclopedias , dictionaries and terminology he , wrote facts , yearbooks or annual books ,briefs and guidance . Do computerized business reference section with the establishment of electronic records or databases to allocate a set reference books available in the department , and the beneficiaries of the section .2. Interest in providing qualitative balance of the group reference books in the reference section and various types of reference books provide a balanced manner according to the needs of beneficiaries and their inquiries . 3. Abstract: يهدف البحث الى دراسة استخدام مصادر المعلومات المستخدمة في الرسائل الجامعية لجامعة البصرة_ قسم الجغرافيا, وتم استخدام المنهج المسحي مع استخدام التحليل الاحصائي(الاساليب الاحصائية) لتحليل مصادر المعلومات في داخل كل رساله جامعية والتي بلغ عددها ( 23) رسالة جامعية للاعوام (2013 - 2016). حيث بلغ عدد رسائل الماجستير للذكور(10) رسائل واطاريح الدكتوراة (4) , اما الاناث فقد بلغ عددها(7) للماجستير واطاريح الدكتوراة (2) , فقد قامت الباحثة باحصاء المصادر بكافة انواعها اذ بلغ عدد المصادر الكلية ( 3293) مصدر وتم ترتيبها بجداول وقامت الباحثة باستخراج النسب المئوية لغرض الحصول على نتائج الاستخدام الذي جاء كالاتي : - 1_ ان اكثر مصادر المعلومات التي كان يستخدمها الباحثون هي الكتب التي بلغ عددها في الاعوام كافة (1235) كتابا وبنسبة 37,503 %. اما الاطالس فقد كانت هي الاقل استخداما في الرسائل الجامعية والتي كان عددها (3) فقط وبنسبة 0.09% من المجموع الكلي لمصادرالمعلومات.2_ ان مصادر المعلومات العربية هي اكثر استخداما من المصادر الاجنبية, اذ بلغ المجموع الكلي للمصادر العربية (2928) وبنسبة قدرها 88,88 % اما المصادر الاجنبية فقد كان عدد مصادرها الكلي المستخدم في كل الرسائل الجامعية هو (365) مصدرا وبنسبة قدرها 11,06%3_ ان اغلب الباحثين تناول الجانب البشري اكثر من الطبيعي حيث بلغ عدد الرسائل الجامعية من عام (2013_2016 ) هي (19) رسالة للجانب البشري اما الجانب الطبيعي كانت (4) رسائل جامعية فقط. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج خرج البحث بالتوصيات الاتية : - 1 - توفير الكثير من مصادر المعلومات الالكترونية في جامعة البصرة من خلال الاشتراك بقواعد البيانات والاتصال بالخط المباشر والتي تخدم كل الموضوعات.2_محاولة الكتابة في المواضيع الحديثة التي لم يتطرق اليها سابقا لمواكبة التطورات العلمية في علم الجغرافيا .3_ توفير مصادر المعلومات الجغرافية بكل انواعها ( التقليدية والالكترونية ) في مكتبة الكلية او القسم. | The research aims to study the information references used in the university thesis in Basra university / Geography department used the survey method and statistical analysis in each 23 thesis used .for each male and female since (2013 - 2016).males magister thesis were (10) and doctor thesis were (4) while females magister thesis were (7) and doctor thesis were (2). The researcher had analyzed all the information resources which were (3293) in number and arrange it in tables and get the percentage of each . Abstract: يهدف البحث الى التعرف على طبيعة وشكل المدونات الالكترونية بصورة عامة والمدونات الالكترونية في مجال اللغة العربية وادابها بصورة خاصة، واهمية تلك المدونات باعتبارها وسيلة من وسائل الاتصال الحديثة ومصدر من مصادر المعلومات التي يمكن من خلالها الحصول على المعلومات وتبادل الاراء والافكار فضلا عن امكانية التواصل مع ذوي الاختصاص. كما يهدف البحث الى التعريف على معايير تقييم المدونات الاليكترونية في مجال اللغة العربية وادابها، وتطبيق المعايير التقييمية المعتمدة من قبل جامعة كورنيل الاميركية على المدونات قيد الدراسة والبالغ عددها عشر مدونات اليكترونية في مجال اللغة العربية وادابها من خلال المسح الاليكتروني على موقع الغوغل خلال فترة زمنية محددة، اذ تم حصر خمسين مدونة انتخبت من بينها عشر مدونات على اساس عدد الزائرين. وكذلك استخدام المنهج المسحي في عملية جمع البيانات والمعلومات الخاصة لمجتمع البحث من اعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات الاداب والتربية للعلوم الانسانية والتربية بنات في اقسام اللغة العربية والبالغ عددهم 124 تدريسيا، وقد اعتمد على اداة الاستبانة اذ تم اعداد استمارة استبانة لهذا الغرض تتكون من (22) سؤالا وضعت لتحديد مدى الافادة والتفاعل من قبل اساتذة اللغة العربية في جامعة البصرة مع المدونات الاليكترونية في مجال اللغة العربية وادابها، وزعت الاستمارات البالغة 124 استمارة على اعضاء الهيئات التدريسية واسترجعت 80استمارة بنسبة 64% لتعتمد في تحليل النتائج.وقد توصل البحث الى العديد من النتائج اهمها : 1 - تفوق (المدونة اللغوية لمتعلمي اللغة العربية) بعد تطبيق معايير التقييم المعتمدة على باقي المدونات قيد الدراسة, وبعد حصولها على نسبة 100% الدرجة الكلية للتقييم, في حين جاءت (مدونة فانوس) في ذيل القائمة.2 - شكلت النسبة 78,46% من مجتمع البحث الكلي الذي يمثله اعضاء هيئة التدريس في اقسام اللغة العربية في جامعة البصرة كانوا يستخدمون المدونات الالكترونية في مجال اللغة العربية وادابها وبشكل اسبوعي متكرر وبمعدل 45 - 60دقيقة اسبوعيا.3 - اهم الاسباب التي حفزت اساتذة اللغة العربية في جامعة البصرة على التعاطي مع المدونات الالكترونية كانت معرفية وكذلك للحصول على المعلومات والمصادر العلمية منها, وبينت الدراسة ان المدونات الالكترونية في مجال اللغة العربية وادابها تعد مصدرا علميا موثوقا.4 - ابدى معظم مجتمع البحث الرغبة الحقيقية في انشاء مدونة الكترونية تهتم باللغة العربية وادابها, لما لها من ايجابيات كثيرة كونها فضاء تفاعليا مميزا.وقد خلص البحث الى جملة من التوصيات اهمها : 1 - الدفع باتجاه انشاء مدونة الكترونية مطابقة للمواصفات والمعايير القياسية العالمية في اقسام اللغة العربية في جامعة البصرة وتشجيع الكادر التدريسي بالتفاعل معها.2 - تشجيع اساتذة اللغة العربية في جامعة البصرة على نشر نتاجاتهم الفكرية والعلمية في المدونات الالكترونية العربية المهتمة في مجال اللغة العربية وادابها لرفع سمعه جامعة البصرة العلمية في هكذا محفل. | The research aims to recognize the nature and the form of the electronic blogs generally, and the electronic blogs in the field of Arabic language and its literatures especially. The importance of these blogs by way of being one of the devices of the modern communication, as one of the sources of getting information, ideas and opinions exchanging, and add to that the ability of communicating with the specialists. The research also aims to define the standards of evaluating the electronic blogs in the field of Arabic language and its literatures, and applying the evaluating standards proposed by Cornell University on the studied blogs which were ten electronic blogs of Arabic language and its literatures by survey method of the Google website at a definite time . The same survey method has been used in the process of collecting of data and special information of the society of the research; which consist of the teaching members of the Department of Arabic of these colleges : College of Arts, the College of Education for the Humanitarian sciences, and the College of Education for Girls which were 124 members. A questionnaire has been prepared for this purpose; consists of (22) questions proposed to determine the interaction between teaching members and ten electronic blogs of Arabic language and its literatures The research reached many results; the most important ones are : 1) After applying the recommended standards of evaluating, (the lingual blog of the Arabic learners) surpassed the other blogs of the study; after getting 100% of the total evaluating mark, while (the blog of Fanooss) came the latest.2) The percentage 87.46% of the total society of the research; represented by the teaching members of the Department of Arabic in the University of Basrah using the electronic blogs in the field of Arabic language and its literature frequently every week with a rate of 45 - 60 minutes weekly.3) The most important reasons that encouraged the Arabic teachers in the University of Basrah to deal with the electronic blogs, was epistemic, and to obtain information and scientific resources from them; the study clarified that the electronic blogs in the field of Arabic language and its literature, is considered a reliable scientific resource.4) Most of the society of the research showed their actual desire of creating an electronic blog concerned with Arabic language and its literature; for its so much positive points, because it has been a remarkable interactive space. The research reached to a group of recommendations, the most important ones are : 1. Urging towards creating an electronic blog according to the typical international features and standards in the Department of Arabic in the University of Basrah, and encourage the staff to interact with it.2. Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على اعداد البحوث التي نشرها الباحثون في مركز علوم البحار بجامعة البصرة خــلال السنوات الخمس الماضية (2010 - 2014 ) باستخدام النشر التقليدي والالكتروني ، وتفضيلهم لاحد هذين النوعيـن مـن النشـر واسباب ذلك التفضيل ، فضلا عن التعرف على المشكلات التي يعاني منها الباحثون في النشر التقليدي والالكتروني ومن ثم اقتراح الحلول اللازمة لهذه المشكلات . اعتمد المنهج الوصفي المقارن باسلوب دراسة الحالة ، وجمعت البيانات من خلال مقابلة مع معاون المدير العام لمركز علوم البحار وعدد من رؤساء الاقسام العلمية ومدراء الوحدات الادارية في المركز ، فضلا عن استخدام الاستبانة بوصفها اداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات والتي وزعت على افراد مجتمع البحث البالغ عددهم (87) باحثا. استخدمت النســـب المئويـــة والوسط المرجح والوزن المئـوي فــــي التحليل الاحصائي للبيانات باستخدام برنامج الحقيبة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS وتوصل البحث الى العديد من النتائج اهمها ما يلي : 1. ان عدد البحـوث المنشـورة تقليديا فــي مركـــز علـوم البحار بجامعــة البصرة بلـغ ( 345 ) بحثا ، تشكل نسبة مئوية مقدارها ( 73,09% ) ، في حين بلغ عدد البحوث المنشورة الكترونيا ( 127 ) بحثا ، تشكل (26,90% ) من مجموع البحوث المنشورة من باحثي المركز خــــــلال السنــــــــــوات الخمس الماضية مابين 2010 - 2014، والبالغ مجموعها الكلي( 472 ) بحثا. وتقدم الباحثون من حملة شهادة الدكتوراه بعدد البحوث المنشورة تقليديا والبالغة(200) بحث وبنسبة ( 57,97% ) ، مقارنة باقرانهم من حملة الماجستير البالغة (145) بحثا بنسبة (42,02%) ، من المجموع الكلي للبحوث المنشورة تقليديا . بينما تقدم الباحثون من حملة شهادة الماجستير من حيث عدد البحـوث المنشورة الكترونيا ، التـي بلـغت ( 68 ) بحــثا ، تشكل نسبة ( 53,54% ) مقارنة باقرانهم من حملة الدكتوراه البالغ عددها ( 59 ) بحثا ، بنسبة مئوية بلغت (46,45% ) من المجموع الكلي للبحوث المنشورة الكترونيا. 2. فضل (67,10%) من باحثي المركز استخدام النشر الالكتروني، لاسباب عديدة ابرزها مواكبة الباحثين في الخارج ، وتحقيق سمعة علمية اكبر داخل العراق وخارجه .في حين تبين ان (32,89%) منهم فضلوا النشر التقليدي وكانت اهم اسباب التفضيل هي اعتراف لجان الترقيات العلمية في الجامعات العراقية ، وضمان حقوق النشر . 3. ان من اهم المشكلات التي يواجهها الباحثون في النشر التقليدي هي تاخر المقومين في اعادة البحوث الى المجلة ، ثم قلة الحوافز المادية للباحثين . اما اهم مشكلات النشر الالكتروني فهي قلة الحوافز المادية للباحثين ، تليها ارتفاع تكاليف النشر الالكتروني .وقد اوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات من اهمها ما يلي : 1. زيادة الحوافز المادية للباحثين او جعل النشر التقليدي والالكتروني على نفقة الجامعات والكليات والمراكز .2. توفير قواعد بيانات في الكليات والمراكز العلمية تتضمن عناوين المجلات التقليدية والالكترونية في مختلف دول العالم .3. استحداث مراكز للنشر الالكتروني في الكليات والمراكز البحثية ، تقدم خدماتها للباحثين الراغبين بنشر بحوثهم بالطرائق الحديثة . | The study aims to identify the numbers of research published by researchers at the Center for Marine Sciences at the University of Basra during the past five years using the traditional and electronic publishing, and the extent of their preference does not limit the two types of publishing and the reasons for this preference, as well as to identify the problems experienced by researchers in traditional and electronic publishing. Adopted Descriptive method - survey in the study, and data was collected through an interview, Deputy Director General of the Center for Marine Sciences and a number of officials of the administrative units of the center, as well as the use of the questionnaire for data collection, which distributed to members of the research community's (87) researcher. Used percentages and the weighted average percentile in weight and statistical analysis of the data, using the statistical package of Social Sciences( SPSS ) and results include the following : 1.The percentage of traditionally published research at the Center for Marine Sciences at the University of Basra, amounted to (73.09%), while the percentage of research published electronically (26.90%) of the total research published during the past five years between 2010 - 2014.Outweigh the researchers a doctorate in published research has traditionally compared to their peers ( Masters ), while the superiority of researchers Masters degree in researches which published electronically compared to their peers of PhDs.2. The main problems faced by researchers in traditional publishing is the delay in re - assessors research into the Journals , lack of financial incentives for researchers. The main problems in electronic publishing such as : the lack of financial incentives for researchers, the rising costs of electronic publishing . The researcher recommended a set of recommendations including the following : 1. Increase the financial incentives for researchers or make the traditional and electronically publishing at the expense of universities, colleges and centers.2. Provide databases in colleges and centers of addresses traditional and electronic scientific journals.3. Establishment of Center for the electronic publishing in the university to provides services for researchers to publish their researches electronically.

Abstract: The research targeted exploring funding, supplies and machinery used in the process of printing and publishing in Dar - Alkutub Directorate for Printing and Publishing at University of Basra and determining printing types available in the Directorate and the scientific publications which were printed and published as : type, topic , authoring, language , cost and profit. Also the research targeted determining the marketing methods followed by the Directorate and identifying the problems and obstacles facing the process of scientific publishing in the Directorate.The adopted approach was (case study) to conduct research. Various sources of information had been used including interviews, corresponding publications and records of work orders and administrative reports reviews. The percentages, which describe data and the growth rate of profits were calculated .The results of the research, included : 1 - Dar - Alkutub Directorate lacks a marketing and distribution unit and the specialist staff in this field.2 - There is a large proportion(44.85%) of workers aged (50 - 59) years. Those despite being committed to printing job experiences and maintaining the machines but these experiences were on the old machines that are accustomed to work and they have not been trained on modern machines by specialists from the supplier.B3 - A large proportion of machines and devices are in permanent disrepair, their maintenance costs a lot , and they are a low a productivity resulting in weak capacity of Dar - Alkutub to meet expected printing outcomes because of other printing activities and therefore a lot of printing works are forwarded to other printing workshops.4 - The total production of the scientific publications for the period of 2009 - 2014 was (217) prints; books composed the highest percentage was (69.12%) .5 - Most of the printed books at Dar - Alkutub Directorate are textbooks (141), as well as the small number of English - language publications (44) in comparison to Arabic language publications(106) .The researcher has recommended a range of recommendations including : 1 - There is a need for updating the organizational structure and developing a unit for publishing and marketing, assign or entrust a specialized staff, to work in this unit has an experience in authoring, translation, printing and publishing and marketing. They must hold the academic qualifications and technical and commercial, as well as broadcasting of the printing outcome and coordination with other university publishers and marketing outlets inside and outside the country.2 - there is a need for organizing exhibitions within the University and participating in the national, regional, and international fairs.3 - There is a need for creating a special website and a page within the University website to advertise for publications, adopting the activity of research publishing on the websites of the national, Arabic, and international journals.4. There is a need for issuing periodic and cumulative evidence of publications to disseminate the publications and issuing folders advertisement to be distributed to the beneficiaries inside and outside the University.

Abstract: يهدف هذا البحث الى القاء الضوء على واقع استخدام شبكة الفيس بوك لدى اعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية الاداب - جامعة البصرة ومدى الافادة من هذا الاستخدام وكيفية توظيفه والاستفادة منه في الجانب العلمي والاكاديمي والرفع من المستوى العلمي للطلبة 0وقد اتبع المنهج الوصفي (دراسة الحالة) الذي يعد مناسبا لطبيعة هذه الدراسة,واعتمدت الاستبانة كاداة لجمع البيانات عن افراد مجتمع الدراسة البالغ 224تدريسيا في اقسام كلية الاداب - جامعة البصرة , وكان مجموع الاستمارات المسترجعة (110) استمارة فتم استبعاد (20) استمارة وذلك بسبب عدم الاجابة الكاملة على كل فقرات الاستبيان اذ تم اعتماد الاستمارات الباقية (90) استمارة ومن ثم تم معالجة البيانات باستخدام الحزمة الاحصائية (spss ) ,وتوصلت الدراسة الميدانية الى النتائج التالية : 1 - معرفة مدى استخدام الفيس بوك في المجال العلمي والاكاديمي فكانت النتائج 50% ممن يقومون بنشر البحوث العلمية ونشر المحاضرات بنسبة 48% عند الذكور ,وهذا مما يدل على استثمار الوقت بالاتجاه الصحيح02 - عدم الافراط باستخدام الفيس بوك دليل على الوعي الثقافي للتدريسيين في كلية الاداب اذ وصلت نسبة عدم الافراط الى 66% وهذا مؤشر جيد يعطي قيمة فعالة في احترام الوقت0وقد خلص البحث الى عدة توصيات : 1 - الاستفادة من شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي لما فيها من طرق متنوعة للتواصل والاتصال ضمن مجال العمل02 - الاستفادة الحقيقية من الوقت المستثمر باستخدام الفيس بوك لايصال المعلومات والملاحظات للطلبة خارج نطاق المحاضرة. | This study aimed to shed light on the reality of the use of Facebook network with faculty members at the Faculty of Arts - University of Basra and how to take advantage of this to use and how to employ and benefit from the scientific and academic side and the lifting of the scientific level of the students .The follow descriptive approach (case study), which is appropriate to the nature of this study, and adopted the resolution as a tool to collect data for the study sample of 224 teaching in the Faculty of Arts - University of Basra sections and then the data using the Statistical Package for processing (spss), and reached the field study the following results : 1 - know how to use Facebook in the scientific and academic results were 50% of those who publish scientific research and dissemination of lectures by 48% in males, and this is suggesting to invest time in the right direction .2 - friendship students enjoyed varying degrees and had a higher proportion of the Department of History up to 47% of those who want the friendship of students and faculty that raising the scientific and cultural level .3 - not over - using Facebook guide on cultural awareness for teachers in the Faculty of Arts, which reached the proportion of not over 66% and this gives a good indication of the value of the effective respect for the time .The research has concluded several recommendations : 1 - to take advantage of social networks and the variety of ways to communicate and communication within the workplace .4 - accept friendships students resulting to improve the scientific and academic reality of the students level .The real advantage of the time invested using Facebook to communicate information and observations of students outside the lecture

Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على الجودة الشاملة واهميتها في ادارة المكتبات الجامعية التابعة لجامعة البصرة ومدى انتشار مفاهيم الجودة وفلسفتها بين مجتمع الدراسة المكون من الملاكات الوظيفية في مكتبات جامعة البصرة والمستفيدين من خدمات هذه المكتبات من طلبة دراسات عليا واعضاء هيئة التدريس والباحثين الذين يعملون في المراكز العلمية والبحثية ، والتعرف على واقع ادارة الجودة الشاملة في مكتبات جامعة البصرة كدراسة تطبيقية . قد تم مسح عام للمكتبات المدروسة معتمدين بذلك على جمع الاحصائيات اللازمة من المكتبات مجتمع الدراسة من عدد موظفيها واعداد الكتب والمراجع والدوريات وبقية المواد المكتبية، وقاعات المطالعة ورفوف المكتبة وكذلك الاعتماد على الملاحظة الشخصية والمقابلة واستخدام الاستبانه كوسيلة مساعدة في جمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة . وقد جرت الدراسة على عينة قدرها (21) مكتبة و(130) موظف يعمل فيها و(119) طالب دراسات عليا و(227) عضو هيئة تدريس و(28) باحث يعمل في المراكز العلمية والبحثية التابعة لجامعة البصرة . وقد تم جمع الاستبانات المسترجعة وتحليلها باستخدام النسبة المئوية للخروج منها بالنتائج التي من اهمها : 1 - هناك ضعف بالتعريف بثقافة الجودة الشاملة ومبادئها للملاكات الوظيفية على الرغم من وجود لجان الجودة في كافة مرافق الجامعة.2 - التزام ادارات المكتبات بوضع نظام مقترحات للملاكات الوظيفية الهدف منه تحسين العمل وحل المشكلات ولكن دون المستوى المطلوب .وغيرها من النتائج الخاصة بالملاكات الوظيفية اما النتائج الخاصة بالمستفيدين اهمها : - 1 - هناك قبول عن موقع مكتبات الكليات والمراكز البحثية والعلمية .2 - قلة توفر علامات الدلالة على اقسام المكتبة المركزية براي المستفيدين منها اما المكتبات الفرعية فاغلب المستفيدين غير راضين ايضا عن ذلك الا القليل من المكتبات الفرعية .وخلصت الدراسة الى جملة من التوصيات من اهمها : - 1 - تطبيق نظام ادارة الجودة الشاملة المتمثل بالايزو 9001 للعام 2008م ودراسة فقراته وتهيئة مستلزمات تطبيقية . ابتداءا بنشر فلسفة الجودة وتفعيل دور لجان الجودة المشكلة في كافة مرافق الجامعة وخصوصا المكتبات .2 - اقامة دورات تدريبية متخصصة في مجال علم المعلومات والمكتبات والحواسيب ونظمها على مستوى عال من الكفاءة لرفع مستوى كفاءة العاملين في المكتبات ، واشراكهم في الدورات المقامة داخل القطر وخارجه لمواكبة التطور الحاصل في مكتبات العالم .3 - توفير الكوادر الفنية من ذوي الاختصاص في علم المعلومات والمكتبات وعلم الحاسوب واختصاص اللغة الانكليزية . | The present study aims at clarifying quality management and its importance in managing the libraries of Basrah University It also at discovering the extent to which the concept and philosophy of quality are perceived by the sample of the study. Moreover, it aims to evaluate the present state of quality management in the libraries of Basrah University. A general survey of the studies or libraries is presented depending on the collection or relevant library statistics for the sample. The survey included the No. of employees, No. of books and periodicals and all other necessary staff. It also included the nature of library halls and shelves. The study depends on personal observation and interviews as a supplementary means of collecting the data . The sample consists of 21 library, 130 employee, 119 postgraduate students, 227 staff member and 28 researchers Working in scientific and research centers related to Basrah University. The feedback was collected and analyzed throughout the use of percentages to get the following results. The problems or employees1 - There is a weakness in the process of clarifying quality and its principles though there are quality committees in all the parts of the University.2 - The present suggestions system put by secretary generals to develop work and solve problems is not as hoped.The problems of Beneficiaries1 - There is a satisfaction of the location or libraries of colleges and centers .2 - There is a lack or the directive signs inside the central library and the sub - libraries. The shady recommends the Following; 1 - The application or quality management system ISO No. 9001/2008 and the study of all its sections and its requirement.2 - There is a need of holding specialized training courses in information and library science and computers. 3 - sparing technical staff specialized in information and library science, computers and English language.

Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى تقييم المجموعة المكتبية للمكتبة المركزية - جامعة البصرة لمعرفة مدى ملائمتها لاحتياجات المستفيدين ومعرفة ارائهم ومدى الافادة من استعمالهم لمصادر المعلومات في المكتبة ، وتشخيص مواطن القوة والارتقاء بها ومواطن الضعف ووضع الحلول المناسبة لها ، ووضع المقترحات المناسبة لتطويرها وجعلها منسجمة مع التطور العلمــــــــــي والاحتياجات البحثية والدراسية . استخدم المنهج الوصفي ( دراسة الحالة ) في جمع البيانات واعتمدت معادلة ( كلاب - جوردن ) لتقدير الكفاية العددية فضلا عن اعتماد المقابلة مع الامين العام للمكتبة المركزيـــــة والمقابلة مع مسؤولة قسم التزويد في المكتبة المركزية لجامعة البصرة فضلا عن اعتماد الباحث للملاحظة والفحص الفعلي للمجموعة المكتبية على الرفوف بالاضافة الى اعداد استمارة الاستبانة لهذا الغرض .وقد وزعت على عينة الدراسة من المستفيدين بلغ عددهم (431) مستفيدا استرجع منها (381) اي بنسبة (88,39 %) واستعلمت وسائل الاحصاء لتحليل البيانات واستخراج معدل الدوران (*) ومعدل الاهتمام (**) ، واستعمال الحاسوب في اعداد الاشكال والرسوم البيانية . وتوصلت الدراسة الى العديد من النتائج اهمها : 1 - عدم وجود سياسة للاختيار والتزويد مما اثر سلبا على المجموعة المكتبية وفائدتها للمستفيدين وتلبية احتياجانهم وهذا ادى الى : ا - النقص الكبير في المجلدات المفترض توافرها الى المستفيدين من المكتبة المركزية حسب معادلة ( كلاب - جوردان ) ب - ضعف مجموعة الدوريات العربية والاجنبية وعدم التزام المكتبة بتوفير المعايير بواقـــــع ( 5 ) عناوين لكل تخصص في الجامعة .2 - لا توجد دراسات دورية لتقييم المجموعة المكتبية وتنميتها .3 - عدم توفر اقسام مستقلة لتطوير المجموعة تعمل وفق خطة محددة . وخلصت الدراسة الى جملة من التوصيات اهمها : 1 - وضع سياسة للاختيار والتزويد وحسب دراسات لمجتمع المستفيدين من المكتبة من حيث اعدادهم واهتماماتهم الموضوعية . 2 - العمل على توفير المجلدات التي تسد احتياجات المستفيدين من المكتبة والزيادات المستقبلية في اعدادهم والتطور الحاصل في العملية البحثية والدراسية . 3 - اعادة الاشتراك في الدوريات العربية والاجنبية وتخصيص المبالغ اللازمة لهذا الامر .4 - العمل على استحداث اقسام في المكتبة تعمل على تطوير المجموعة المكتبية تعتمد على التطورات الخاصة في مجال الاختيار والتزويد والتنقية والتقييم . وتضمنت الدراسة ( 51 ) جدولا و( 10) شكل و(5) ملاحق . | This study aims to evaluating the library collection in the central library , university of Basrah , to determine its suitability to the user's , needs and to Know their opinions and to what degree they benefit from the sources of the library . It also aims at identifying points of strength and develop them as well the weaknesses and finding suitable remedies for improving them . The Descriptive Approach ( Case study ) is used to collect the data . Clapp - Jordan formula is also used to guss the numeral approximaty . Furthermore , direct interviews with the secretary general central library and the head of equisition department are held . The central library researcher also depends on observation and direct checking of the library group on the shelves . The researcher designes a questionaine for this purpose which is distributed among ( 431 ) of whom ( 381 ) are given back statistical methods are used to analyze data . The computer is used to prepare the figures and to find Rotation Average * and Average of Cave ** . The study arrives at a number of conclusions . These are : 1) There is no direct and clear policy for the selection and equisition of books which negatively affected the library group in : a. The great lack of sources that have to be spared according to clap - Jordan formula .b. There is a lack in the number of Arabic and foreign periodicals .2) There are no studies that evaluate and develop library collection repeatedly .3) There are no separate departments to develop the library collection according to a particular plan .The study arrived at a number of recommendations : 1) A clear and direct policy of the selection and equisition has to be put which depends on the needs of the users . 2) The work to spare books which fulfill the user's needs and to control the increase of their numbers to develop study .3) To emphasize the Continuance of taking part in Arabic and foreign periodicals and sparing sufficient money for this purpose.4) The work to develop and open new departments in the library . Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة واقع مكتبات المدارس الثانوية في محافظة البصرة من مختلف الجوانب ، المبنى والموقع ,الاثاث والتجهيزات ,المجموعات المكتبية ,مؤهلات امناء المكتبات,الاجراءات الفنية,الخدمات المكتبية,الميزانية والتعرف على مدى استخدام التقنيات الحديثة وما ينم عن ذلك من ايجابيات وسلبيات والتي تعمل على النهوض بواقع مكتبات المدارس الثانوية في محافظة البصرة .استخدم المنهج المسحي لدراسة واقع حال هذه المكتبات وتم اختيار عينة منها تمثلت بـ ( 98 ) من مكتبات المدارس الثانوية واختيرت بصورة عشوائية ،وتم جمع المعلومات من خلال المصادر الاولية المنشورة وغير المنشورة, كما استخدمت اداة الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات من خلال توزيعها على المكتبات عينة البحث ، وكذلك استخدمت ادوات المقابلة .جدولت البيانات التي جمعت وتم معالجتها احصائيا ، وظهرت اهم نتائج المعالجة والتحليل كالاتي : - 1. تعاني اغلب مكتبات المدارس الثانوية قلة في الملاك الوظيفي المؤهل اكاديميا في علم المعلومات والمكتبات .2. تفتقر معظم مكتبات المدارس الثانوية الى وجود الاثاث والتجهيزات وقدم الاثاث المتوفر فيها .3. تعاني معظم مكتبات المدارس الثانوية قلة في المجموعات المكتبية بانواعها المختلفة وفيما يخص الكتب باللغة العربية فهي في اغلب المكتبات لاتفي بحاجة المستفيدين منها ولا تتوافق مع المعايير العالمية .4. وجود ميزانية مستقلة للمكتبات عينة الدراسة تخصص لشعبة المكتبات لشراء المجموعات المكتبية فقط وهي غير كافية لذلك ، ولا توجد ميزانية مخصصة لشراء الحاسوب والتقنيات الحديثة .وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدد من التوصيات اهمها : - 1. تعيين امناء مكتبات من ذوي الاختصاص في علم المعلومات والمكتبات في مكتبات المدارس الثانوية للاستفادة من خبراتهم ومؤهلاتهم ، واعطاؤهم التفرغ الكامل للعمل المكتبي وزجهم بدورات تدريبية .2. توفير الاثاث والتجهيزات الكافية لعمل مكتبات المدارس الثانوية وان لا يقتصر ذلك على الاثاث التقليدي وانما بتوفير مختلف الاثاث والتجهيزات الحديثة .3. توفير المجموعات المكتبية التي تتناسب مع مستوى الطلبة العلمي والثقافي بكميات تتوافق مع المعايير العالمية التي اكدت على ان يكون نصيب الطالب من (7 - 10)عنوان كتاب.4. تخصيص ميزانية مستقلة لمكتبات المدارس الثانوية لتكون قادرة على مواكبة التطورات الحديثة والاحتياجات المتعددة من اثاث ومواد مكتبية وتجهيزات مختلفة | The present study seeks to investigate the present situation of secondary schools in Basrah From various aspects . These aspects include the services offered , buildings , Furniture , equipment , use of modern technology and librarians qualification . The aim has also been on how to upgrade the libraries to secure better services and outputs . The survey method has been used to study the status quo of these libraries. A sample of 98 schools has been randomly chosen For study . Data has been gathered From published and unpublished primary sources. A questionnaire and interviews have also been to gather data relevant to the libraries under study . The statistical analysis of the data gathered has led the researcher to come with the following results : 1. Most schools have only limited academically qualified librarians . Most secondary schools librarians lack suitable furniture and equipment . 3. Most libraries under study have shortage of books in various fields , while services offered are either poor or missing. 4. These libraries have independent budgets , for the libraries Section assigned to buy library collections only . No budget , however , is assigned for buying computers and modern technology . The study has been rounded off with the following recommendations : 1. There is a dire need to appoint highly - qualified librarians for secondary school libraries . 2. Provide the necessary furniture and an equipment to all secondary libraries so as not to be as traditional furniture but to provide different furniture and modern equipment . 3. Provide group libraries which is suitable with scientific and cultural to the students with quantities that win be sutaibele with word identity which is make sure that the student share will from(7 - 10) book title. 4. Make an independent budget to the secondary school libraries to be able to go on with modern development and many needs from furniture librarian materials and different equipments

Abstract: استهدف البحث التعرف على واقع استخدام الانترنت في جامعة البصرة من خلال التعرف على منافذ تقديم خدمة الانترنت فيها، ومواقع جامعة البصرة على شبكة الانترنت، ومعرفة مدى اهمية الانترنت ومستوى استخدامها بالنسبة لاعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلبة الدراسات العليا والاولية في الجامعة.والتعرف على علاقات الارتباط بين كل خاصية من الخصائص الشخصية لاعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلبة الدراسات العليا والاولية وبين كل من مدى اهمية الانترنت ومستوى استخدامها، وكذلك التعرف على علاقات الارتباط بين كل خاصية من خصائصهم الشخصية وبين كل غرض من اغراض استخدامهم للانترنت.وقد اعتمد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لانجاز البحث، واستخدم الاستبيان لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بعينة البحث البالغة (655) مستخدما، واجريت العديد من المقابلات مع مسؤولي مراكز ووحدات الانترنت في الجامعة، وتم الاستعانة ببرنامج التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS) لغرض انجاز المعالجة الاحصائية.وقد توصل البحث الى نتائج عدة من اهمها ما يلي : - 1 - قلة عدد مراكز ووحدات الانترنت في الجامعة قياسا بحجم مجتمع الجامعة من طلبة دراسات اولية وعليا واعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلياتها ومراكزها العلمية والبحثية.2 - هنالك العديد من كليات الجامعة ومراكزها العلمية والبحثية لا توجد لديها مواقع الكترونية او صفحات ويب على شبكة الانترنت، اذ بلغ مجموع الصفحات والمواقع الالكترونية (10) فقط.3 - اكد اغلب مستخدمي الانترنت في الجامعة على ان الانترنت مهمة جدا لديهم، في حين لم يذكر اي مستخدم على انها غير مهمة، وهذا يؤشر على وجود وعي لدى المستخدمين باهميتها.4 - اكد معظم مستخدمي الانترنت على ان استخدامهم للانترنت ادى الى تحسن نوعية البحوث التي قاموا باعدادها، وكذلك ادى الى زيادة انتاجيتهم من البحوث.5 - ان من اهم المعوقات التي تواجه مستخدمي الانترنت في الجامعة هي البطء في الاتصال ومن ثم ارتفاع اجور استخدام الانترنت، وانقطاع الاتصال اثناء الاستخدام.وقد اوصى الباحث بتوصيات عدة من اهمها ما يلي : - 1 - زيادة عدد مراكز ووحدات الانترنت في الجامعة وان يتمكن الجميع من استخدامها من اعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلبة الدراسات العليا والاولية وتوفير كل الامكانات والتسهيلات لهم.2 - تخصيص حزم الانترنت بما يتناسب مع حجم وطبيعة احتياجات الكليات والمراكز العلمية في الجامعة من شبكة الانترنت مع الاخذ بنظر الاعتبار الحاجات المستقبلية.3 - انشاء مواقع الكترونية لكل الكليات والمراكز العلمية في الجامعة والعمل على تحديثها بشكل دوري على ان يتم تصميم هذه المواقع بشكل جيد يجاري مواقع جامعات العالم ومواكبة للتطورات الحاصلة في مجال خدمات الانترنت.4 - تخصيص منهج دراسي في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والانترنت ضمن المناهج الدراسية لطلبة الدراسات العليا والاولية للتعلم على كيفية استخدام الانترنت وخدماتها وادوات البحث فيها.5 - انشاء وحدة معلومات في كل كلية ومركز علمي في الجامعة تتولى عملية جمع وتهيئة المعلومات الخاصة بالنشاط العلمي والبحثي والاداري للكلية او المركز حتى يتم تغذيتها لموقع الكلية او المركز على شبكة الانترنت. | Ali Abdul Nabi Abdul Kareem. The Use of Internet at The University of Basrah It's Current Condition and Role In The Educational And Research Processes (Master Thesis). - Basrah : University of Basrah, 2012 . - 151 P. This research aims at identifying the current condition of the use of Internet at the University of Basrah, by identifying the internet centers and units of the University, it's also aim's the websites of the university and find out how important the Internet and the level of use for faculty, graduate and undergraduates at the university.The thesis attempts to identify the correlations between each personal trait of faculty members, graduate and undergraduate students; the correlations between the importance of the Internet and the level of use, as well as identifying the correlations between each personal trait and the personal purposes of using the Internet.The research adopts a survey descriptive approach to implement the research, it uses the questionnaire to collect data from a sample of (655) employees, and numerous interviews with officials of the internet centers and units at the university have been conducted. The(SPSS) program has been used for statistical analysis to complete the statistical treatment.A number of results have been drawn from this research including : 1 - There is limited number of Internet centers and units at the university compared to the size of the university community of students and faculty members in the colleges and scientific and research centers.2 - There are many colleges and university scientific centers that lack websites or web pages on the Internet, with only(10) pages and websites.3 - Most Internet users at the university assure that the Internet is very important to them, while no user denies it's importance, which indicates the presence of awareness among the users of the importance of internet.4 - Most Internet users confirm that the use of the Internet has led to improved quality of research that they have prepared, and also led to increased productivity of research.5 - One of the most important constraints faced by Internet users at the university was the slow connection, the high wages of uses the Internet, and disconnection during use. The research has arrived at a number of recommendations such as : - 1 - Increasing the number of Internet centers and units in the university to be able to used by faculty members, graduate and undergraduate students and to provide all facilities for them.2 - Allocating Internet packages that commensurate with the size and nature of the needs of colleges and scientific centers at the university, taking into account the future needs.3 - Creating websites for all the colleges and scientific centers at the university, working on updating them periodically and these websites should be designed to match the websites of the universities around the world and keeping pace with the developments in the field of Internet services.4 - Finding a course on information technology and the Internet within the curriculum for graduate and undergraduate students to learn how to use the Internet, its services and research tools in it.5 - Creating a unit of information in each college and scientific center in the university that handles collecting and formatting information about scientific, research, administrative activities of the college or center to be uploaded to the websites

Abstract: This study aims to determination of characteristics of Feminism Human resources working in Central Library in University of Basra.In addition, highlighting the level of the Job satisfaction of Feminism Human resources working in Central Library in University of Basra about combination of factors : the upgrade, incentives, administration, work colleagues, communication, business, process and nature.Moreover, highlighting the nature of effect of Feminism Human resources working in Central Library in University of Basra on their Job satisfaction.It depended the survey approach to collect the information related to this research work. The questionnaire tool was used for data gathering from research community. The amount of questionnaire form back and valid for analysis was (66). The statistic methods was carried out to analyze the answers of researched items.The research arrived to many results, a part of those are : 1 - The general level of job satisfaction of feminism Human resourcesworking in Central Library in University of Basra has got on (medium)level.2 - The characteristics of job satisfaction of feminism Human resourcesworking in Central Library in University of Basra has moral effect on level of job satisfaction for these resources.3 - There is no moral effect for the characteristics of job satisfaction offeminism Human resources working in Central Library in University ofBasra on (partial level) on the job satisfaction level for theseresources, except characteristic of department where they areworking in.The research is rounded off with the following recommendations : 1 - There is necessity to take care by the management of central libraryof Basra University with the job satisfaction subject for Humanresources working in the Central Library in general. And for feminismin special, for they represent most of human resources working in theCentral Library.2 - There is necessity to take care by the management of centralLibrary to the financial incentives subject to the human resourcesworking in Central Library, providing that having in mind the Accuracyand objectivity.3 - There is necessity to take care by the management of central Libraryto the moral incentives subject to the human resources working inCentral Library, provided that having in mind the Accuracy andobjectivity.

Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى تطبيق خاصية النص المترابط لايات الاعجاز في القران الكريم بغية تحديد العلاقة بين المكتشفات العلمية وورود اشاراتها او ذكرها في بعض من ايات القران الكريم فضلا عن ايجاد اوسع قاعدة من المعرفة في فهم النص القراني لاية الاعجاز من خلال العلاقات الرابطة بين اية الاعجاز ، والفهم اللغوي، والتفسير العلمي، ورؤى المفسرين ... وقد استعملت الدراسة عينة بحثية بلغت ( 77 ) بحثا في مجال الاعجاز جمعت من مصادر عدة ، جمعت التقليدية منها من المكتبات الاكاديمية والمكتبات العامة، ودور النشر، بينما الرقمية منها قد جمعت من مواقع الانترنت والاقراص الليزرية المتاحة في المكتبات ودور النشر ... وقد اعتمدت الدراسة في نهجها على منهجين الاول هو المنهج المسحي للابحاث العلمية المنجزة في مجال الاعجاز بينما الثاني هو المنهج التجريبي في تطبيق نظام النص المترابط لايات الاعجاز حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على احد البرامج المجانية والمتاحة على الانترنت لغرض تطبيق الدراسة... تناولت الدراسة في جانبها النظري مبحثين شمل الاول مفهوم النص المترابط واهمية تطبيقه في دراسات علوم القران اما المبحث الاخر فقد تناول مفهوم الاعجاز العلمي وتفسيره والعلاقة بينهما.. اما اجراءات الدراسة العملية في تحليل ومعالجة البيانات المدخلة في قاعدة البيانات فقد اتخذت اجراءات عدة كان من اهمها الاتي : (التحقق والتحقيق، التعديل، الاضافة ، الاختصار،الاستبعاد، الربط الموضوعي والدلالي، بيان وجه الاعجاز ، المجارات اللغوية والبلاغية للنص القراني ، واخيرا عرض قاعدة البيان على خبراء المتخصصين في مجال الفقه والتفسير ) .. وقد اتخذ الربط الشجري في البرنامج الذي اعتمدته الدراسة شكلا لارتباط العقد والتفرعات الجانبية والعلاقات الموضوعية لقاعدة البيانات كما والحقت بقاعدة البيانات ملفات فيدوية بما يتلاءم مع موضوع الارتباط اذ بلغ عدد الملفات الفيديوية (29) ملفا.. وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدد من الاستنتاجات اهمها : 1 - ان استخدام العلاقات الموضوعية مثل (البيان اللغوي، وفهم المفسرين، والنظرة العلمية، والبلاغة النحوية) في بناء الروابط لاية الاعجاز يؤدي الى فهم اوسع في التفسير ورؤى مزدوجة بين العلم والتفسير الماثور والبيان اللغوي.2 - ان قضية الاعجاز العلمي في عصرنا اخذت شهرة عظيمة ورواجا واسعا نظرا لما يتسم به العصر الحديث من تسارع في الاكتشافات العلمية والابتكارات المذهلة، وكذلك لوجود اشارات في القران الكريم دالة على تلك الاكتشافات ... 3 - بينت الدراسة ملاءمة الرؤية العلمية لبعض من بحوث الاعجاز في تفسير بعض الظواهر العلمية التي عجز السابقون في تفسيرها علميا .....( ونلتمس ذلك )عندما نجد ان العلماء قد بينوا الدليل القاطع والملموس في الاشارة العلمية التي تشير اليها الاية الكريمة .كما وابدت الدراسة بعضا من المقترحات كان منها : 1 - ان يراع المعنى الدلالي للنص القراني باستعراض النص المتشابه موضوعا في مجمل ايات القران الكريم كله ، اذ ان ايات الموضوع الواحد بعضها مكمل للبعض وموضح لها، فلابد من جمع جميع الايات الواردة في الموضوع المبحوث حتى يستطيع التوصل الى الحقيقة الثابتة.2 - ضرورة مقارنة اراء علماء اللغة المعاصرين مع اراء علماء المسلمين الاوائل في الاستناد الى دلالة السياق لتحديد المعنى، وفهم دلالات الالفاظ والتراكيب والنصوص، ليساعد ذلك في تحليل النصوص وتفسيرها. كما ويتوجب الانتباه الى ان هناك بعض المعاني للالفاظ ذكرها اصحاب المعاجم واستبعدت عن تفسير الاوائل بسبب عدم معرفتهم بالحقيقة العلمية للاية وقد استعان المفسرون اليوم بتلك المعاني لتفسير الظواهر العلمية للاية مما قد يحمل النص ما لا يحتمل. | Mohammed Adnan Shakir "The application of hypertext system on the inimitability verses in the holy Quran" Ph.D. Dissertation, Information and Library science Department , College of Art / Al - Mustansiriya University , Supervisor Professor Dr. Odette M. Baghdad, 2010.This study aims at applying the hypertext system on the miraculous versus in the holy Quran to limit the relationship between the scientific discovers and their references to some verses . also to find a wider knowledge base in understanding the miraculous verses though the related links between : the verses , the linguistic understanding , scientific explanations and the vision of the interpreters . 77 researches were collected from different traditional and electronic sources available in the college and public libraries and publishing houses . also , the sites on the internet were searched .A survey and experimental methods were applied . free accessible program on the internet was used to apply the hypertext system .The analysis steps of the data included the following : Verification , editing , modification , abbreviation , indicative and subjective linking , showing the miraculous aspect , linguistic and rhetorical metaphor . The data base was tested by experts in interpretation and jurisprudence . The tree model in the program shows the links and nodes and subject relationship in the data base . (29) video files were added to the data base . The most important results are : 1. using the subject relationship as linguistic interpretation , scientific phenomena , interpretations understanding , dramatic rhetoric in building the relationship between the miraculous verses become more understandable and the interpretation and mixed vision between the science and interpretation as well . 2. the scientific miraculous researches are becoming world wide famous because of many scientific discoveries which are referred to in the holy Quran .3. the study showed adequate scientific vision for some miraculous researches in interpretation of some scientific phenomena which previous scientists could not explain .Some of the suggestions are : 1. Take into account the semantic meaning of the Qur'anic text review this text and similar to the overall theme of the Holy Quran all, as the verses of the same subject, some complementary to some described it, it must collect all the verses contained in the subject under examination so that it can reach the hard truth.2. The need to compare the views of linguists with the views of contemporary scholars of the early Muslims to rely on significant context to determine the meaning, and understanding of the semantics and structures and texts, to help in the analysis and interpretation of texts. It also should be aware that there are some meanings of the terms mentioned Dictionaries owners and excluded from the interpretation of the top due to lack of knowledge of scientific truth of the verse was assisted by commentators on those meanings to explain the scientific phenomena of the verse, which may exhibit what the text is not likely.

Abstract: تناولت الدراسة مفهوم الانترنت وتاريخها ومكوناتها ومتطلبات الارتباط بها وادواتها وطرق البحث فيها ومجالات استخدامها في المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات والجيل الثاني من الانترنت، كما واستعرضت الدراسة مفهوم مواقع الانترنت ، وانواعها ، ومراحل انشائها ، ولغات وبرامج تصميم المواقع ، واسباب انشاء موقع للمكتبة على الانترنت ، واهمية تقديم خدمات المعلومات عبر موقع المكتبة على الانترنت كما تناولت الدراسة تقييم مواقع الانترنت واهميته وصعوباته وخطواته وطرقه .هدفت الدراسة التعرف على مواقع المكتبات الجامعية العراقية على الانترنت ومواقع المكتبات الجامعية العربية والاجنبية من خلال مجموعة من المواصفات والمعايير المشتركة ، والمقارنة بينها للوقوف على نقاط القوة والضعف في هذه المواقع ومعرفة المستوى الذي وصلت اليه ، كما اعد الباحث نموذجا مقترحا لما يجب ان يكون عليه موقع المكتبة الجامعية النموذجي على الانترنت والذي يمكن الاستفادة منه من لدن المكتبات الجامعية التي ترغب بانشاء موقع لها على الانترنت. شملت الدراسة عينة عمدية من مواقع المكتبات الجامعية ، منها ثلاثة مواقع لمكتبات جامعية عراقية وموقعين لمواقع مكتبات جامعية عربية ، وموقعين اخرين لمواقع مكتبات جامعية اجنبية.استخدمت الدراسة المنهج االمسحي في التعرف على مواقع المكتبات الجامعية العراقية والعربية والاجنبية - عينة الدراسة - ، كما اختار الباحث المنهج الوصفي لوصف محتويات مواقع المكتبات الجامعية عينة الدراسة من حيث الشكل والمحتوى والخدمات وغيرها من العناصر وتحليل محتويات هذه المواقع وعناصرها والمعايير المتبعة فيها بغية الوصول الى نتائج عن هذه المواقع.توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج ابرزها ما ياتي : 1 - ان معظم المكتبات الجامعية العراقية لاتملك مواقع مستقلة لها على الانترنت، وعند امتلاكها لموقع يكون ضعيفا ولايخدم المستفيدين بكفاءة.2 - هناك تفاوت كبير مابين مواقع المكتبات الجامعية العراقية ومواقع المكتبات الجامعية العربية والاجنبية من حيث تطبيقها المعايير والجوانب التقنية والفنية المتعلقة بانشاء وتصميم المواقع.3 - عدم تفاعل مواقع المكتبات الجامعية العراقية مع المستفيدين ، وعدم توفر الخدمات التي من المفترض ان تقدمها عبر مواقعها على عكس ماتقدمه مواقع المكتبات الجامعية العربية والاجنبية من خدمات تفاعلية متنوعة. | The study reviws the concept of internet , its history , components, tools, requirements of its connection, ways of searching it, aspects of its uses in libraries and information centers, and the second generation of internet . the study also deals with the concept of Internet websites ,their types ,the stages of their establishment, the language and programs of designing the websites, the reason behind establishing a website for the library on the Internet and the importance of offering information services via the Internet . The study also deals with Internet websites evaluation, its importance, difficulties, stages and ways. The study aims at defining the websites of the Iraqi university libraries on the Internet and those of the Arabic and foreign university libraries by a group of common standards and specifications, and comparing the Iraqi websites with the Arabic and foreign ones. To diagnose their weak and strong points and defining their level. The study offered a sample proposal of an ideal university library site to be adopted by university libraries which desire to establish its own website. The study included purposive sample of university libraries websites, three of them which are Iraqi , two for Arabic and two websites for foreign university libraries . The study used survey method to define the Iraqi , Arabic and foreign university libraries websites represented by the study sample. The descriptive method is also used to describe these websites according to form, content, services and other elements to analyze the contents of these websites and the standards followed to reach to clear findings concerning these websites. The study concluded with a group of findings , the most outstanding are the following : 1 - most of Iraqi library universities don't have independent websites and in case of having ones , they are inadequate and do not serve the users effectively. 2 - there a large dissimilarity among Iraq library university websites and Arabic and foreign library university websites concerning application the Criteria and technological aspects that related to website creation and design .3 - Disinteraction of Iraq university libraries websites with the users . and the in availability of services which are supposed to be offered via their site comparing with the Arabic and foreign university libraries websites which offer a variety of interactive services.

Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى تسليط الضوء على مصادر المعلومات المرجعية المتاحة على الانترنت من حيث مفهومها وسماتها ومشاكل التعامل مع مصادر المعلومات المرجعية التقليدية وفوائد مصادر المعلومات المرجعية المتاحة على الانترنت للمكتبات والنشر الالكتروني وتاثيره على تطور ونشر مصادر المعلومات الالكترونية وكذلك تناولت دورة حياة المصادر المرجعية الالكترونية ونشاتها وتقسيماتها وتاثير التطورات التكنولوجية عليها.ومن جانب المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات وكيفية تعاملها مع المصادر المرجعية المتاحة على الانترنت واستيعابها فقد تناولت الدراسة هذا الجانب من حيث الاقتناء ومزاياه وسياسة التنمية وعناصرها وسلطت الضوء على جانب مهم الا وهو تقييم المصادر المرجعية المتاحة على الانترنت قبل اقتناؤها لمعرفة مدى موثوقيتها وتناولت التقييم من حيث اهميته واسبابه وصعوبته وقدمت ارشادات عامة للتقييم ومعايير التقييم.وكان من ضمن التساؤلات البحثية التي طرحتها الباحثة عن ابرز المعايير التي يمكن ان تساعد الباحثين لقياس درجة الثقة ومصداقية المعلومات المتوفرة في مصادر المعلومات المرجعية المتاحة عبر الانترنت لذلك قدمت في دراستها جملة من المعايير بلغت (10) معايير وقامت بتطبيقها على عينة الدراسة المتمثلة بـ (20) مصدرا مرجعيا متاحا على شبكة الانترنت لمعرفة مدى التزام هذه العينة بهذه المعايير ومدى تطبيقها.وخرجت الدراسة بعدد من النتائج كان من ابرزها ما يلي : 1 - توصلت الدراسة الى امكانية استخدام معايير تقييم المصادر المرجعية المطبوعة لتقييم المصادر المرجعية المتاحة على الانترنت مع الاخذ بنظر الاعتبار الاختلاف ما بين الشكلين. وبالفعل قامت الباحثة بوضع معايير مقترحة تحاكي الشكلين وطبقتها على عينة الدراسة.2 - تبين للباحثة بعد تطبيق معايير التقييم على الشكلين المطبوع والالكتروني للمصادر المرجعية التزام المصادر المرجعية الالكترونية بهذه المعايير وتطبيقها بشكل اكبر من المصادر المرجعية المطبوعة وذلك للتسهيلات التي يوفرها الشكل الالكتروني وتتيحها الانترنت كسهولة النشر والتحديث وامكانية الاتاحة لجمهور اوسع من جمهور المصادر المرجعية المطبوعة.3 - اضاف الشكل الالكتروني المتاح عبر الانترنت ابعادا جديدة للمصادر المرجعية لا تتوفر بالشكل المطبوع لها وان توفرت فيتم توفيرها بشكل محدود مثل سهولة البحث وامكانية اضافة طرق متعددة للبحث معظمها لم يكن متاحا بالشكل المطبوع للمصادر المرجعية.فضلا عن العديد من النتائج التي توصلت اليها الباحثة وادرجتها في نهاية دراستها انتهت فيها الى جملة من المقترحات تتقدم بها الباحثة للمكتبات ومراكز المعلومات لتولي المزيد من الاهتمام للشكل الالكتروني من المصادر المرجعية لاهميته ولما يضيفه من مزايا لا يتمتع بها الشكل المطبوع. | The present study aims at shedding the light on reference information sources available through internet concerning their concept, characteristics and the reasons of usage which include the problems of dealing with the traditional reference information source and the advantages of information sources available through internet for libraries and discusses electronic publishing and its effect on the publishing and development of reference information sources. The study also deals with the reference information sources life style, their evolution, types and their effect by the technological developments.Concerning libraries and information centers and their relation with the reference information sources and their comprehension for these sources, the study deals with this aspect concerning acquisition and their characteristics, collection development policy and its components. The study also discussed a vital aspect that is the evaluation of reference information sources before their acquisition to know their authenticity, and evaluation, and discussed evaluation concerning its importance, justifications and difficulty and the researcher presented general guidelines for evaluation and its criteria. Among the research problems which the researcher presented is the one that concerns the most famous criteria which can help users measure the authenticity and validity degree of information available through internet, therefore, the researcher demonstrated a group of criteria amounted to (10) criteria and applied them at the study sample which is composed of (20) reference sources available via internet to know their Compliance and compatibility with these criteria and the range of their application.The study concluded with a number of results the most important ones are : 1 - Possibility of using the print reference information sources criteria in evaluating reference information sources, taking into consideration the difference between both forms. The researcher suggested a group of criteria suitable for those two forms and applied them at the study sample.2 - After applying evaluation criteria at both forms, the researcher found the commitment of reference information sources to these criteria more than the print reference sources do owing to the facilities the electronic form and the internet offer including easiness of publishing, updateness, and the possibility of their access by users more than the print reference sources do.3 - The electronic form available through internet added new advantages to the reference sources not available for the print form, and in case of their availability, they do that in a lesser limit such as search easiness and adding many new approaches for searching most of them are not available for print reference sources.The researcher concludes her study with some suggestions for libraries and information centers to pay more care for this kind of reference sources for their importance and the advantages which the print form does not have.
