Abstract:
تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على الطرائق والادوات المستخدمة في الفهرسة والتصنيف والمعتمد عليها في عملية اعداد وتنظيم الخرائط الورقية والالكترونية في مكتبة الوثائق المركزية التابعة لشركة الاستكشافات النفطية وتحديد القسم الذي يعنى بالخرائط ووصف الادوات التنظيمية والمعدات المستخدمة في حفظ الخرائط والطرائق المتبعة في استرجاعها. والتعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه النظام المستعمل وايجاد الحلول المناسبة له عند اقتراح نظام بديل عنه اكثر كفاءة. جمعت البيانات بالاعتماد على المصادر الخرائطية والسجلات والاستبيان والمقابلة والملاحظة المباشرة خلال مدة الدراسة.تم قياس رضا المستفيدين عن خدمة استرجاع الخرائط في مكتبة الوثائق المركزية التابعة لشركة الاستكشافات النفطية لقياس كفاءة الخدمة من وجهة نظر المستفيدين حيث بلغ المجتمع الكلي (150) مستفيد اما حجم العينة المختارة هي (120) مستفيد اي بنسبة مئوية بلغت (80%),استعان الباحث بالعينة الطبقية التناسبية وحجم العينة المختارة هي,(30) طالب من معهد التدريب النفطي و(20) طالب من الجامعة التكنولوجية قسم هندسة نفط و(50) عامل في مجال العمل الحقلي و(20) موظف في الاقسام الفنية.استخدم منهج دراسة حالة لتقويم عملية حفظ واسترجاع الخرائط في مكتبة الوثائق المركزية التابعة لشركة الاستكشافات النفطية. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج كان من ابرزها : 1 - لا توجد اسس في عملية الاعداد والتنظيم للخرائط في مكتبة الوثائق المركزية التابعة لشركة الاستكشافات النفطية.2 - اجاب المستفيدون وبنسبة (88%) من عينة الدراسة بانهم يعتمدون على مسؤول المكتبة في عملية الاسترجاع للخرائط والسبب يعود الى افتقار المكتبة لنظام الي يمكن المستفيدون من اجراء عملية البحث والاسترجاع للخرائط بانفسهم.3 - اغلب الخرائط الورقية المتوفرة في المكتبة ممزقة وتالفة وتحتاج الى صيانة وترميم حيث بلغ عدد التالف منها وبنسبة (75%) من اصل (6089) خارطة.وقد خرجت الدراسة الى جملة من التوصيات منها : 1 - الاعتماد على قواعد الفهرسة والتصنيف وقوائم رؤوس الموضوعات في عملية الاعداد والتنظيم للخرائط من اجل تحقيق الوحدة والثبات فضلا عن توفير فهارس ببليوغرافية منتظمة وادلة تعريفية في مداخل المكتبة للتعريف بمحتويات المكتبة.2 - العمل على تحميل وتنصيب نظام WINISIS واعتماد قاعدة البيانات, قام الباحث باعدادها, واختار الحقول وفق قواعد الفهرسة الانجلو امريكية AACR2.3 - من الضروري صيانة وترميم الخرائط الممزقة واعداد نسخ الكترونية منها لضمان المحافظة عليها وذلك بعمل الارشفة الالكترونية لها. | The study aims at identifying the depended methods and tools of indexing and classification in process of preparing and organizing the paper and electronic maps in the central Document Library Subordinate oil exploration company and identifying the section which concerns with the maps and describing the regulatory tools and the used equipments in keeping maps and methods used in its retrieval. as well as identifying the obstacles faced by the used system and finding the appropriate solutions by proposing an alternative system more efficient. The data were collected by depending on the Cartographic sources and records and the questionnaire and interview, direct observation during the study. Satisfaction of beneficiaries has been measured by retrieval of maps in the central Document Library Subordinate oil exploration company to measure service efficiency from the point of view of beneficiaries where the overall community of (150) beneficiaries either selected sample size is (120) beneficiaries any percentage amounted to (80) hired researcher sample stratified sample is (30) students from the oil Training Institute and (20) students from the university of Technology Department of petroleum Engineering and (50) workers in the area of field work and (20) employees technical sections. A study method of status to evaluate the archival and retrieval of maps in the central Document Library Subordinate oil exploration company. The study reached at a set of prominent following results : 1 - Foundations do not exist in the setup process and the organization of the maps in the central Document Library Subordinate oil exploration company. 2 - Beneficiaries and answered by (88) of the study sample that they rely on library official in the retrieval of process maps and the reason is due to the lack of library system to be the beneficiaries of a process of search and retrieval of the maps themselves .3 - Most of the maps in the library are damaged and useless and in need of maintenance and renovate at a rate of 75 out of the 6089 road map.The study concluded with some recommendations which are : 1 - Necessity of depending on the indexing and classification rules and subject headings lists in the process of organization and setting up of maps in order to achieve the unity and stability as well as Providing regular bibliographical indexes and identifying evidences in the library entrances to inform the contents of it .2 - Work to downloading and installing the system of WINISIS and adopting the database used by the researcher , the field were selected according to Eng - American indexing rules 2 AACR .3 - It necessary to maintain and repairing the torn maps and preparing an electronic copies to ensure preservation of them this work has the electronic archiving.
