Abstract:
تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على حجم الاختلاف في ملفات الضبط الاستنادي التقليدية للمؤلفين المعتمدة في المكتبة المركزية لجامعة بغداد(الوزيرية) والمكتبة المركزية للجامعة المستنصرية، ومعرفة الطرق والاساليب التي يتبعها العاملون في المكتبات لصياغة مداخل المؤلفين العرب، واستعمال الانظمة المتكاملة لادارة المكتبات في عملية الضبط الاستنادي لضمان التوحيد في مداخل المؤلفين العرب في فهارس المكتبات عن طريق المشاركة في استعمال هذه الملفات.استعملت الدراسة المنهج المسحي التطبيقي لغرض التعرف على الاختلاف في الملفات الاستنادية المستعملة في المكتبات الجامعية، ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مجموع العاملين في شعبة الفهرسة والتصنيف والبالغ عددهم (3) في المكتبة المركزية لجامعة بغداد و(4) في المكتبة المركزية للجامعة المستنصرية، وكذلك مجموعة البطاقات الاستنادية الموجودة في الملف الاستنادي البطاقي للمكتبة المركزية للجامعة المستنصرية والبالغ عددها (4565) بطاقة لمؤلفين عرب وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من البطاقات الموجودة في الملف الاستنادي والتي بلغت (229) بطاقة وبنسبة (5%)، وتم استعمال نظام كوها المتكامل لادارة المكتبات في بناء الملف الاستنادي الالكتروني. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عددا من النتائج كان اهمها.1. وجود اختلاف كبير وبنسبة (36.7%) في صياغة مداخل المؤلفين بين الملفات الاستنادية للمكتبة المركزية للجامعة المستنصرية والمكتبة المركزية لجامعة بغداد (الوزيرية).2. قلة خبرة العاملين بالعمل الاستنادي وبناء المداخل والقواعد الخاصة بصياغة مداخل المؤلفين.وقد اوصت الدراسة بعددا من التوصيات كان اهمها : 1. اعادة تاهيل الملفات الاستنادية التقليدية الموجودة في المكتبات، اذ ستشكل الاساس الذي تستند عليه عملية التحول من الشكل التقليدي الى الشكل الالكتروني والموحد بين المكتبات. 2. تدريب العاملين في المكتبات على الطرق الصحيحة والمعيارية لبناء واستعمال الملفات الاستنادية.3. الاعتماد على نظام كوها (KOHA) في بناء الملفات الاستنادية في المكتبات الجامعية، لكونه نظام مجاني مفتوح المصدر فضلا عن انتشار استعماله في العديد من المكتبات محليا وعربيا. | The study aims at identifying the difference in the traditional authority control files in the central library of Baghdad university ( Waziriyah) and the central library of Al - mustansiriyah university, and knowing the methods using by libraries to formulating the Arab authors entries in the library catalogs and using the integrated library management systems in the authority control to ensure the uniformity in entries of Arab authors in the libraries catalogs by participating in using these files.The applied survey method was used in the study to identify the difference in the authority control files used in the university libraries, the study content includes the total of workers in the cataloging and classification division which are (3) in the central library of Baghdad university and (4) in the central library of Al - mustansiriyah university , as well as the cards in the card authority control file of the central library of Al - mustansiriyah university which are (4565) cards for an Arab authors , a random sample of the cards in the authority control file has been selected which reached to (229) cards and with average (%5), KOHA integrated system was used to managing the libraries in building up the electronic authority control file.The study concluded number of results : 1 - There is a large difference with an average (%36, 7) in formulating the author's entry between the authority control files of central library of Al - mustansiriyah university and central library of Baghdad university (AL - Waziriyah).2 - Lack of experience of staff in the authority work and building the entries and rules of formulating the author's entry. The study recommended the follows : 1 - Rehabilitation of the traditional card authority control files in the libraries, whereas it form the base, which the transformation process from the traditional shape to the electronic one relies on in the libraries.2 - Training the staff in the libraries on the standard right methods to build up the authority control files.3 - Deepening on (KOHA) system in building up the authority control files in the university libraries, because it is free and open source as well as the spread of its use in many libraries locally and level
