شيماء داود سلمان. بناء نظام ارشيفي للسيرة العلمية لاعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية الاداب/الجامعة المستنصرية : دراسة تجريبية. ـــــ بغداد : الجامعة المستنصرية، كلية الاداب، قسم المعلومات والمكتبات، 2016. ــــــ (رسالة ماجستير). - 146ص.الكلمات المفتاحية : الارشيف الالكتروني، الارشيف الرقمي، الحفظ الرقمي ، نظم الارشيف، معايير السيرة الذاتية الاكاديمية، السيرة العلمية.تهدف الدراسة الى بناء نظام ارشيفي للسيرة العلمية لاعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية الاداب، والتعرف على المعايير المعتمدة في صياغة انموذج موحد للسيرة العلمية لاعضاء الهيئة التدريسية ، كما تهدف الى معرفة امكانية الافادة من اتاحه سير التدريسيين عبر شبكة الانترنت مع الاخذ بنظر الاعتبار ان شبكة الانترنت تمثل البيئة الالكترونية التفاعلية السهلة الوصول والاستخدام.استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي، وكانت العينة عمدية ضمت اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية ممن يحملون اللقب العلمي (استاذ ــــ استاذ مساعد) مكونة من (144) عضو، وكانت ادوات البحث الاستبانة والمقابلة والملاحظة في جمع البيانات، واظفرت الدراسة جملة من النتائج ابرزها : - - 1 كشفت الدراسة عن اغفال وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في تعميم استمارة موحدة للسيرة العلمية لاعضاء الهيئة التدريسية للجامعات العراقية ونظام ارشيفي لاتاحتها عبر شبكة الانترنت على وفق معايير موحدة مع وجود رغبة حقيقة لدى التدريسيين في تعميم الوزارة انموذج موحد للسيرة العلمية باسمها لكافة جامعاتها وكانت نسبة ذلك (55.4%). - 2 نشطت الدراسة حركة رفع السير العلمية للتدريسيين عبر شبكة الانترنت، بدات عمادة كلية الاداب بطرح الفكرة على الاقسام العلمية في رفعها عبر شبكة الانترنت عن طريق شعبة ابن سينا. - 3 حقق نظام ارشيف السير العلمية المقترح التعريف باساتذة الجامعات ومهاراتهم واجراء الاتصالات الرسمية، واكثر سهولة للكلية من خلال الحصول على المعلومات التي يتعذر الوصول اليها، وكذلك الحفاظ على نتاجات الاساتذة "حق الملكية الفكرية"، وتسويق سيرتهم العلمية الى الجهات الاكاديمية الاخرى.وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات ابرزها : - - 1 ضرورة توسيع بناء نظام ارشيف السير العلمية المقترح مستقبلا عن طريق تبنى وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي النظام وتعميمه على كافة الجامعات العراقية وادخال سير التدريسيين في النظام على وفق انموذج استمارة للسيرة العلمية الموحدة لكافة جامعاتها لغرض التوحيد في ادخال سير التدريسيين. - 2 تعد هذه الدراسة هي النواة لكلية الاداب في تخزين ورفع السير العلمية للتدريسيين وتشير الى ضرورة اعتماد شعبة ابن سينا على نظام ارشيف السير العلمية المقترح وتصبح بذلك الفكرة متوافرة على ارض الواقع. - 3 ضرورة ربط النظام الارشيفي للسيرة العلمية المقترح للتدريسيين مع المواقع الرسمية من خلال رئاسة الجامعة المستنصرية الامر الذي يسهل التعريف باساتذة الكلية ومهاراتهم ونتاجاتهم العلمية وايضا يتخطى بذلك الصعوبات التي تعاني منها الكلية والجامعات الاخرى. | Shaimaa Dawood Salman. The study aims at build an archival system scientific C.V of the faculty members in the College of Arts, and knowing the adopted criteria in formulating a unified scientific model of faculty members, It also aims at finding out the possible benefits behind making the C.V. accessible online, regarding that the Internet represents the electronic interactive environment that is easy access and use.The study used the experimental method. The sample was intentional, included faculty members who hold the scientific title (Professor - Assistant Professor) consisting of (144) Members, and the search methods was the questionnaire, the interview and the observation in data collection.The study shows the following results, namely : - • The study has revealed the omission of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research about the dissemination of a (unified) standard form of scientific C.V. for the faculty members of the Iraqi universities and an archival system to make them available on line according to a particular criteria with real desire of lecturers to generalizing a unified sample of scientific C.V. with their names in the college, the proportion was (55.4%).• The study has activated the uploading of scientific C.V of lecturers online. The Deanship of the Faculty of Arts offered this idea for the scientific departments to make it available online, through the site of Ibn Sina. • The suggested archive system has achieved the identification of the universities professors and their skills, as well as making official connections and more ease for the College to get information that can’t be accessed, and to maintain the achievements of professors" the intellectual property right", and commercializing their scientific careers from other academic circles. The study reveals a series of recommendations including : - • The necessity to expand scientific C.V. archive system that is suggested in the future through the adoption of ministry of higher education and scientific research for the system and generalize it all over Iraqi universities. The scientific C.V. of lecturers have inserted in the system according to a unified sample of scientific C.V. all over its universities for the purpose of unity in the insertion of lecturers C.V. • This study considers the core of the college of Arts in storing and uploading the Scientific C.V. of lecturers, and it refers to the necessity of reliance of Ibin Sina section on the suggested scientific C.V. archive system , then the idea become available in reality .• Connected the scientific C.V. archive that is suggested for the lecturers with the official websites through the leadership of Al - Mustansiriya University , which make it easy to identify the college professors ,their skills and scientific contributions, also it overlaps the difficulties that the college and other universities suffer from
