Abstract:
يهدف البحث الحالي الى بناء مقياس لاضطراب ما بعد الضغوط الصدمية لدى المراهقين. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف وضع الباحث تعريفا نظريا لاضطراب ما بعد الضغوط الصدمية في ضوء المراجعة الرابعة للجمعية الامريكية للطب النفسي لعام 1994 والتصنيف العاشر لمنظمة الصحة العالمية فضلا عن الاطلاع على العديد من الدراسات والمراجع ذات العلاقة. وقد تم تحديد ثلاثة محكات لتشخيص اضطراب ما بعد الضغوط الصدمية، المحك الاول الهدف منه التاكد من التعرض للحادث الصدمي، فهو لا يدخل ضمن الدرجة الكلية للمقياس، والمحك الثاني تكرار معايشة الحدث الصدمي، يدخل ضمن الدرجة الكلية للمقياس وقد حددت له خمسة مجالات ، اما المحك الثالث الهدف منه تحديد نوع الاضطراب. وللتثبت من صلاحية التعريف النظري للمفهوم والمحكات التشخيصية لاضطراب ما بعد الضغوط الصدمية، تم عرضها على (26) خبيرا في العلوم النفسية والطب النفسي. وفي ضوء ملاحظاتهم عدلت صياغة بعض التعريفات للمفهوم والمحكات ، ودمج احد المجالات مع المجالات الاخرى لتصبح اربعة مجالات . واعتمادا على معايير الجمعية الامريكية والتصنيف العاشر لمنظمة الصحة العالمية والدراسات السابقة ، تم صياغة (51) فقره موزعة على ثلاثة محكات تمثل الصيغة الاولية لمقياس اضطراب ما بعد الضغوط الصدمية، صيغت الفقرات باسلوب التقرير الذاتي (العبارات التقريرية) مع ثلاثة بدائل للاجابة (دائما، واحيانا، ولا). وللتثبت من صلاحية الفقرات منطقيا عرضت على (24) خبيرا من المتخصصين في العلوم النفسية والطب النفسي، وفي ضوء ملاحظاتهم حذفت فقرتان الاولى في المجال الاول والاخرى في المجال الرابع ، وعدلت صياغة بعض الفقرات وحصلت على موافقة الخبراء بعد عرضها عليهم مرة اخرى. ولاجل اعداد الصيغة النهائية للمقياس اعدت له تعليمات توضح للطالب كيفية الاجابة ، وقد طبق المقياس على عينة مكونة من (60) طالبا وطالبة اختيروا عشوائيا من طلبة الصف الاول المتوسط في مدارس بغداد، وقد اتضح من هذا التطبيق ان تعليمات المقياس وفقراته واضحة ومفهومة ما عدا بعض المصطلحات تطلب الامر تعديلها. ولغرض التحليل الاحصائي لفقرات المقياس، طبق الباحث المقياس على عينة مكونة من (440) طالبا وطالبة، اختيروا بالاسلوب المرحلي العشوائي من مديريات التربية الاربع التابعة لمحافظة بغداد. واستخرجت القوة التمييزية للفقرات باسلوب المجموعتين المتطرفتين، اما صدق الفقرات فقد استخرج من خلال علاقة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية للمقياس، وعلاقة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية لمجالها . وفي ضوء ذلك اتضح ان الفقرات جميعها مميزة اما فيما يتعلق بالخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس فقد تثبت الباحث من (الصدق، والثبات، والخطا المعياري للمقياس).وتثبت من الصدق بثلاثة مؤشرات هي : 1 - الصدق الظاهري : من خلال عرض التعريف النظري والمحكات التشخيصية والمجالات التابعة لها، ومن خلال اتفاق الخبراء على صلاحية الفقرات وتمثيلها للمحكات والمجالات التابعة لها في قياس اضطراب ما بعد الضغوط الصدمية.2 - صدق البناء : من خلال التثبت تجريبيا من افتراض الفروق بين الجماعات باستخراج القوة التمييزية للفقرات وافتراض الاتساق الداخلي باستخراج معاملات ارتباط درجات الفقرات بالدرجة الكلية للمقياس، واستخراج معاملات الارتباط بين الفقرة ومجالها .3 - الصدق التلازمي : فقد تم التثبت من الصدق التلازمي للمقياس بوساطة محك خارجي وهو مقياس كولبرغ للصحة العامة من خلال تطبيقهما معا على عينة مكونة من (100) طالب وطالبة. اما ثبات المقياس فقد حسب بطريقتين من خلال تطبيق المقياس على عينة مكونة من (100) طالب وطالبة اختيروا بالاسلوب المرحلي العشوائي ، وهما : 1 - طريقة اعادة الاختبار اذ اعيد تطبيق المقياس على العينة ذاتها بعد مرور (اسبوعين) وحسب معامل الارتباط بين التطبيقين، الذي يمثل معامل الاستقرار بفاصل زمني، فبلغ (0.72) بخطا معياري (4.76).2 - طريقة تحليل التباين باستخدام معادلة الفا - كرونباخ التي طبقت على عينة الثبات ذاتها اذ بلغ (0.80) وبخطا معياري قدرة (3.13). ومن اجل اكمال الافادة من المقياس الحالي فقد خرج البحث الحالي باستنتاجات ومجموعة من التوصيات منها : الافادة من المقياس الحالي في التشخيص التمهيدي في المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية النفسية . ومجموعة من المقترحات منها : تقنين المقياس الحالي على طلبة العراق وعلى فئات اخرى من افراد المجتمع . | The present study aims at constructing post traumatic stresses disorder scale for adolescents . To a chive this aim , a theoretical identification of the concept “ post traumatic stresses disorder “ is presented in light of the fourth survey of the Psychiatry American Association in 1994, and the Tenth classification of the Universal Hearth Organization ,as well as surveying several studies and literature of concern . Three criteria are identified to diagnose post traumatic stresses disorder. The first criterion aims at ensuring of the exposition to a school accident and which is not included within the total score of the scale . The second criterion is the repetition of the schock event continuity and which is included within the total score of the scale . In respect to the second criterion five domains are identified . The third criterion aims at identifying the type of disturbabitity of the diagnostic criteria post traumatic stress disorder , they are exposed to 26 experts in education al psychology and psychiatry . In light of the experts notes , some of the definitions of the concept and the criteria are modified and restated and domains merger for become four domains . Depending on the American Association Criteria, the Tenth classification of the University Health Organization , and pervious related studies , one fifty - items are constructed and distributed on three criteria and which represent the initial from of the a fore mentioned scale . The items are constructed according to the reporting statements style ( self - report) with three response alternatives ( always , rarely , no ) . To achieve logical suitability of the items ,they are exposed to 24 experts in educational psychology and psychiatry . In light of their notes to delete two Item, but some of the items are modified and them exposed a gain to the same experts who agreed upon their validity and suitability . To prepare the final from of the scale , instructions for students are prepared and which introduce the way of answering the scale items appropriately . The scale is then applied on a sample of 60 ale and female lst . class intermediate school students in Baghdad gover narrate . from the pilot study . it is clear that the scale instructions and item are obvious and understandable except for some terms which are then modified . The scale is then applied on a sample of 440 male and femal students who are selected according . to the random stratified methods from the four education general directorates belonging to Baghdad Covernorate . The item discriminating power for the scale items are computed b suing the two groups method . In respect to the validity of the items , it is found out by the relationship of each item score to the total score of the scale , and the relationship of the items score with the total score of its domain . In light of this analysis , all the items are found out to be discriminating . In respect to the psychometric characteristics of the scale . validity . reliability , are all verified . Validity is achieved by using three methods : outward validity , construct validity , and concurrent validity . As for the reliability of the scale , two methods are applied through exposing the scale on a stratified random sample of 100 male and female students . The methods are : test - retest where the reliability coefficient is found out to be 0.72 with a standard error of 4.76 ,Two - way ANOVA ,by suing alpha - cronbach formula where the ,reliability coefficient is found out to be 0.89 with a standard error of 3.13 . Concerning the sensitivity reference , it is found out to be 2.942 which is statistically significant on a level of significance of 0.05 . Finally , several recommendations are presented , and some conclusions , suggestions for future researcher are proposed for enriching the field of the study .
