And to measure the gap in applying the legal rules by the administration, concerning the misconducts and felonies upon the state employments made by the state employee and how far they are applied in the studied sample and to show the nature of the rules and their importance and their role when they are applied in scientific and expertise manner. And to encourage the offices of the general supervisors to adhere to them which will lead to the reduction of administrational and financial corruption which is inflicting the state employments, and to achieve distinguished monitoring level to achieve their goals in eliminating the corruption. The point of the research is to identify if there's an application for the legal rules that governs the state employments in an appropriate manner by the administration, and how much did their application had reduced the corruption financially and adminsterationally?. And to reach the goals of the research, three proposals have been made. Then applying the case study at the general supervisor's office of the environment ministry. And gathering the information and the data by : The annual reports issued by the general inspector's office between ( 2010 - 2014 ) Following a checklist made for the purpose of the research. The presumptions of the research was tested by nominal economical tools like ( the mean value, and, the standard deviation )The research came to conclusions, a remarkable one of them is, the application of the legal rules in scientific and studied manner by specialized employees in administration associated with the spread of awareness about legal texts which control the state employment has reduced misconducts and felonies in state jobs. As a result of the research some recommendations were made , most important, the administration of the researched office must emphasize on giving training and developing courses on a continuous basis for the employees on the level of the ministry an the office to explain the rules that governs the state jobs, and the rules of behavior of the jobs. And explaining the rights and duties of the employees to rise the level and quality of the employee performance. And increasing the awareness in the legal education for the employees, with assessment of their performance in the jobs. Which will play a role in reducing management misconducts due to the lack of knowledge and ambiguity in the legal base which controls the job. And emphasizing on the legislators to provide independence in work for general supervisors offices and their disconnection with their subordinates in decision making. To ensure they do their role in eliminating the corruption independently, unbiased and without the effects of external sides.

The aging of the nursing staffing crisis causes a lack of staffing and the nursing shortage crisis, increasing the leaving is not registered or recognized and even in the case of compensation during the current lack of employment there is the problem of shortage of nursing faculty to teach these new educational programs through appropriate nursing. The research sought to accomplish a number of practical goals : knowledge is considered the main source of organizational success; hence, organizations always seek to develop their skills through reducing the knowledge gap, treating it and standing on the relation of the gap of strategic performance of the organization; it is expected that the strategic gap is effected by the knowledge gap in a wide range manner, over and above the great desire to alter into enlightened organizations to meet the requirements of the 21st century.The main problem to be discussed was : is that analyzing the relation between knowledge gap and the strategic performance gap leads to the fact that organizations necessarily change into learning ones, the fact that those organizations understand this equation and their abilities in finding a kind of convenience between knowledge gap and the strategic performance gap and how to employ this relation to the possibility of transformation the learning organizations.In order to clarify the relationship between the researches variables, five main hypotheses have been formed, the questionnaire method has been adopted as a means of gathering data and acquiring financial data with its analysis. The questionnaire was subject to Validity and reliability tests : distributed to 62 Managers of private Iraqi banks (Baghdad, Al - Kheleej, Ashoor, Al - Itihad & Ilaf) and for analyzing research data the (SPSS) and (Excel) ready - to - use programs were used. The main statistical tools used in analysis were : "percentage, frequency, average, diversion, differential factor, Spearman connection factor, simple linear slant and the route analysis".The statistical methods discharged a number of results, mainly the The existence of a positive relationship between analyzing the knowledge gap and the strategic performance gap, to the possibility of transformation the learning organizations and not to mention the effect of knowledge gap in building learning organizations mediated the gap of strategic performance.In the framework of discussing the results, the research forwarded a number of conclusions, mainly that analyzing the relation between knowledge gap and strategic performance gap has a great impact on diverting it to learning organizations.

Abstract: يمثل التسعير مكانه مهمة من بين عناصر المزيج التسويقي ( 4ps) لكونه يمثل جانب الايرادات فيها التي بدورها تمثل احد الركائز المهمة من الموارد المؤثرة في بقاء المنظمات ونموها وتطورها , وان الاخفاق في تحديد مستويات الاسعار واستراتيجياتها له اثارا خطيرة على واقع | Pricing has an important position among the elements of marketing mixture ( 4ps ) as it represents revenues that in turn represent one of the important pillars' for resources affecting on organizations sustainability and development , and the failure in determining prices and their strategies has a dangerous effect on the organizations reality and future as a whole. from this point , we have chosen the title of this research named.This study is considered important because of pricing importance as it represents the resource that contributing in achieving companies objectives ( under research ) and enhancing their effectiveness , competition and position in the market. a number of industrial sector companies are chosen ; and the test of correlation and effect hypotheses for pricing strategy are adopted in this study. the sample tested is of the managers of industrial sector of ( Al - zawraa General company , Iraqi cement company , modern dyes company , General construction company , and chemical industries company ). data is collected of (102 ) managers of the company’s management , and questionnaire is used as an essential tool for data collection , in addition to that , personal interviews are made in the companies for the study sample. a number of computerized statistical techniques in spss system are used for handling data , and the factors effecting in them and their determinants.The most important conclusions of this study are , the companies lack for marketing departments , their pricing strategies are not clear , there is an effect of lawful and government factors on pricing directions. the study has recommended the necessity of decreasing government constraints on pricing for these companies, and choosing clear strategies suitable for the market and competition.

The research, also, tries to classify the priority of the obstacles depending on the type of surveyed service organizations. And diagnoses the extent to agreement or difference of the research sample member's views on the order of obstacles of TQM, and also proposes a set of solutions to address these obstacles.The research is based on test of two main hypotheses, the first one is (There are a set of obstacles prevent the application of total quality management TQM in a number of Iraqi service organizations), whereas the second main hypothesis is (There are a significant differences between the views of the research sample members about the obstacles to the application of total quality management TQM in a number of Iraqi service organizations). A group of service organizations were selected and by one organization in each of the sectors (health, finance, education, higher education, and tourism), which are, (Al - Yarmouk Teaching Hospital, Rafidain Bank/ Branch of Hay Al - Arabi Al - Jadid, Al - Karkh/1 Directorate of Education, College of administration and Economics/ Baghdad University, and International Palestine Hotel). The research adopted the questionnaire as a tool to analyze the practical side, which was distributed to the leaders by a total of (80) questionnaire.A number of statistical methods, appropriate to the nature of the data and the research hypotheses, have been applied. It has been used : frequencies, percentages, mean, and standard deviation to describe and analyze the sample, and one sample t - test to test the validity of the first major hypothesis, also, F - test (ANOVA) and LSD (SCHEFFE) to test the second main hypothesis and sub - hypotheses derived from it.The research has shown the existence of a set of obstacles that prevent the application of TQM in surveyed service organizations, which are, (administrative obstacles, cultural obstacles, obstacles of human resources, financial obstacles, and environmental obstacles). It also shows that there are significant differences between the views of the research sample members about the "administrative and environmental obstacles" in Iraqi service organizations. And there are no significant differences about the "cultural, human resources and financial obstacles" between surveyed service organizations.The results of the research showed that the administrative obstacles have been at the forefront of the obstacles that prevent the application of TQM in all of Al - Yarmouk Teaching Hospital and College of administration and Economics, while the obstacles of human resources were in the first place for the Rafidain Bank. Also, the financial obstacles had a priority among the other obstacles in Al - Karkh/1 Directorate of Education, whereas the environmental obstacles have topped in the International Palestine Hotel. So the researcher recommends surveyed organizations to start the treatment and removal of TQM obstacles depending on their own priority.

The problem of the research is the absence of clear role of the nurses in dealing with medical waste in the researched hospital (Neuro - surgical teaching hospital ) , The researcher used the case method to study the problem, that have been collected from the relevant information depending on checklist which include two divisions, the first division relates to the management of medical waste, and the second part relates to nursing staff and their role in the management of medical waste, as it was distributed to a sample of (25) an individual, including department managers, units responsible persons, and members of control pollution committee , and ( graduate ,technical ,skilled) nurses. In order to address the data results, the researcher used statistical methods, including percentages (%), the frequency and (Z) test to compare the role of MWM (medical waste management) with the role of nursing staff in the management of medical waste. The most significant results are : absence of participation of nursing staff in transferring medical waste from it's source to collected containers in admission rooms , in addition to uncertainty of transfer of these wastes to the central storage position, because of they are not notified by hospital management or medical waste management , also most of nurses refuse in participation to transfer medical wastes, refuse in daily and monthly documentation to size and type of medical wastes because of job - interference and lack of clarity of roles. The main recommendations were to clarify the role of nursing staff in dealing with medical waste through meetings and seminars as one of responsibilities and duties. The research also include a proposal for the establishment of the department for processing medical waste at the level of the hospital and develop a job description for graduate nurse management of medical waste.

The study was applied on a sample of (140) managers distributable among many managerial levels members of ( board of directors, general managers or delegated managers, department managers, division managers, and unit and office managers ). The study has used the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting the data, and information in addition to the personal interviews and some annual reports related to companies. The study has tried to test a number of major and minor hypotheses related to the relation and regression among the variables of the study, and the differences among the companies in the main variable of the study for the purpose of answering all the questions related to the problem of the study and reaching the established objectives. For the purpose of processing the data and the information related to the study the researcher has used tested by non - parametric statistical tools as : Mediator, Scope, False limit factor and Regression. The study has reached to several conclusions, such the availability of the main three variables in a high level in the all companies under consideration, the availability of significant correlation among them, and significant effect for each of the organizational innovation and organizational change in the organizational effectiveness. And these results came appropriate with the hypotheses related to this aspect. The researcher has presented a number of recommendations, such as the necessity of encouraging and building organizational innovation by the companies managements and applying that in their different policies and programs related to the human resources. In addition to that, it is necessary to adopt the organizational change culture and training the managers on its skills and traits. To analyze the data of the study, we used Statistics programs (SPSS) and (Excel). The statistical instrument that used in the analysis was “curve, available coefficient , correlation coefficient for Spearman , simple and multi linear slope and analyzing of the path”. The statistic approaches showed several results , the most important one was the existence of moral relation between the Talent management and core competency for human resources. Also showed that is moral effectiveness for each of the Talent management and core competency for human resources in consolidating the competitive advantage for the colleges , and the level of the effectiveness increase if they existed together. Regarding discussion of the results , the study presented several conclusions , out of the talent management and core competency for human resources are the competitive advantage for the colleges under dynamic environment that worked in the matter , which required increasing concentration on application of the activities of talent management and construct core competency for human resources ,that a working within , through knowing the advanced experiences of other advanced countries and make use of it in a best way

We depart search of his problem to was the need of the Iraqi private banks, which are supposed to reflect the level of development and progress in financial and economic of the country areas, to a deeper understanding of the human errors committed within the bank either by management or employees, and to understand their causes and consequences and its direct and indirect effects in banking risks, which are a feature of the banking environment, and thus its impact on the bank's success in achieving its objectives, or protect it from falling into failure, and leave the banking market. So it was necessary to find a strategy to ensure the management of human errors and management of banking risks, be the basis of learning from the mistakes of the past and adopt the principle of creativity and knowledge, within the court system called the learning organization.The research methodology depend on experimental method, has identified a set of hypotheses that have been tested different tools of financial analysis, the style of case study statistical tools. Has been selected five banks exposed to real problems for analysis and access to the results serve to know the effects of human error in the banking risks, it was also selected three banks from the good rating for comparative purposes to measure the possibility of converting to banks, educated organizations. The research has come to many of the most important results that the most important errors that affect the banking risk is management mistakes, especially mistakes of decisions making, and that more risk is affected that the credit risk. The research found that the dimensions of learning organizations in Iraqi banks available moderately, and that non - distressed banks are best able to switch to an learnining organizations

The search reach a set of conclusions was the most important, operations carried out by the municipality of Hilla Directorate only limited to two (collection, transportation and disposal of waste in the open position) and it is not working properly, because of the many problems that can be identified as finance, human and material, and the presence of serious and genuine desire for the process of sorting the waste by the citizens in the event of availability of the necessary supplies, and that the current landfill site has many environmental and health damage due to its location is not appropriate and that his work is not in accordance with the engineering and technical mechanisms standard applicable internationally.Based on the findings of the research results it has developed a set of recommendations including minutes prepared by the municipality of Hilla Directorate about what produces the individual per day of waste and identify and classify types of waste because of its significant impact in the stages of waste management, and the preparation of programs and courses developmental for integrated solid waste management staff and workers, and educating and encouraging citizens on the need for the initial screening of waste by him and the adoption of spatial analysis of GIS technology (GIS) in finding the best sites for manufacturing plants or landfill sites according to environmental and planning conditions,

Case study has been used in fulfilling this research in the sadr city water treatment plant, which was chosen as a study sample as it facilitates describing and analyzing its current operational situation, collecting and analyzing its own data, in order to get its own desired improvement opportunity be done.Many statistical means and visual thinking promoting methods has been used to achieve research task, at first bar charts visual representation advantages was harnessed to compare the project main treatment processes for the years (2009 - 2014) to appoint weak points to avoid them, by harnessing (P - Chart) to evaluate chlorine and turbidity processes behavior that showed a weak performance in the year (2014), and as the chart shows that these two processes variation is within statistical control limits and follows the common variable law that is inherent to any production process, we went for harnessing Pareto analysis diagram to identify significance of all project business processes variation causes in order to appoint them as main causes in the fish bone diagram to identify root causes of water quality problem, and for accurate diagnosis of variations problems the (X bar - R ) chart has been applied as it shows : changes in the center of the process, which is seen mainly on the (X bar) chart ; changes in the variation between the subgroups of the process, which is seen mainly on the (R) chart.For achieving process incremental improvement by investing in human being natural characteristic of need for achievement, the (Individuals - Moving Range) Chart technique has been applied to achieve process concurrent control, attaining its improvement by best followed acting on its constrains and by means of employees comprehensive participation, and by doing so with aids of series of action plans according to Deming's cycle, improvement results has been achieved through synoptically reduction in observations readings arithmetic means for water quality variables : residual free chlorine ; turbidity. To measure project ability for development, checklist approach has been applied to identify its capability to apply innovative problem solving methodology and continuous quality improvement initiatives, the results showed existence of these two variables in the project business procedural contexts, besides the existence of influence of the first research variable on the second, which was tested and confirmed in research hypotheses testing chapter, which showed beside that a statistical confirmation of the research quantitive improvement results. Finally Practical recommendation have been submitted that reflex research conclusions, the most important one advise adopting suitable innovative problem solving tools that support project treatment processes controlling and improvement, specially intended is the (Individuals - Moving Range) Chart technique, besides the necessity of establishing a new sub - department for quality control with incorporeal and lawful character, and a specialized continuous quality improvement team in every water treatment plant in Baghdad Water Authority

The first of which is maintenance service (represented by measures of reliability engineering), which has been adopted by the current researcher as an independent variable (explanatory). The second is healthy laboratories service quality (represented by the five main dimensions of the service quality), which has been adopted by the current researcher as a dependent variable (responsive). The core of this research is concerned with the maintenance measures, namely : mean time between failures, mean time to repair, availability and failure rate and what extent they are connected to the main service quality dimensions (tangiblity, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) and if may effect them eventually. As regards the practical side of this research, it focuses on the maintenance reality in Kadhimiyah teaching hospital / Branch of teaching laboratories. Actually, the health sector is as vital as the industrial and the commercial ones; it is indispensable in countries' development. The maintenance data have been collected from (18) medical laboratories devices; (2) devices per lab. The four maintenance measures have been studied in nine laboratories which have been chosen randomly. As regards the medical service quality, it has been investigated via a questionnaire when data have been collected from (135) customers (patients). Those data have been processed by different statistical methods such as : mean, rates, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, correlation coefficient and regression. The current research aims to determine the relationship between the maintenance to medical devices service and the quality of medical service presented to citizens or (patients). The reasons behind this research are : firstly, the modern concept of the medical service quality in studies and researches. Secondly, investigating how effective the maintenance of service is, in terms of quality improvement and the perfect medical service presentation.This research adopts two main hypotheses which in turn, are subdivided into eight assumptions. The main ones are : (There is a correlation with statistical significance between the medical devices maintenance and the medical service quality) and (There is effect statistically signifigant between the medical devices maintenance and the medical service quality). The research has reached several conclusions regarding it's theoretical and practical sides as well as the investigated system. One important conclusion is that there are a connection relationship and influential relationship between the maintenance service presented to the labs and the medical service quality presented to the customers by labs. Abstract: يهدف الباحث من خلال هذا البحث الى وضع جانب نظري للتوجه الاستراتيجي المركز على السوق في منظمات الاعمال من اجل تحسين ادائها الحالي والاداء المستقبلي من خلال استخدام التوجه الاستراتيجي بابعاده المتمثلة (التوجه الريادي،التوجه نحو السوق،التوجه التفاعلي) واســـ | OBjective researcher through this research to put my side of the strategic position on the market to go in business organizations in order to improve the current performance and future performance through the use of strategic orientation of deportation (Entrepreneurial Orientation, market Orientation, Interaction Orientation) And the use of scale (Balanced Scorecard) Bmnzawradtha four to measure its performance, has sought research to test a number of hypotheses main and branch - related relations link and relationships influence the research of variables (the strategic direction and performance), so to answer questions related to the problem of search, in particular questions basic (Are banks Iraqi special sample of the research has led strategic direction to achieve the best performance?, what the effect of the three strategic direction for its removal (leading orientation - market - oriented interactive - altuge) in the performance of the Iraqi Special) banks, And derives Find importance of being an inclusive framework "to test the impact of the strategic direction on the performance of banks, and to recognize the important role played by the first variable (strategic orientation) to influence the second variable (performance), the research aims to enable banks to enhance their ability to improve performance which is aimed at him through the development of a theoretical framework and strategic position on the market to go in business organizations and the diagnosis and interpretation of the nature of the correlations and effect between the strategic direction and performance of Iraqi banks research community and at the level of the dimensions. the researcher formulate a set of hypotheses was the most prominent of no significant moral correlation between strategic direction and performance, and there is a significant moral effect of the application of the strategic direction to improve performance. This research has been tested in the Iraqi banking sector represented by (Gulf) Commercial Bank and the Bank of Ashur International), and applied research on intentional sample of 85 managers and staff distributors in several administrative levels (Director, Department manager, branch manager, senior management staff) and use the search questionnaire head for the collection of data and information tool as well as personal interviews program and some private banks and annual reports, as well as the researcher used some statistical methods which (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Pearson correlation analysis, and analysis of simple regression, financial ratios) The research has come to a set of conclusions was the most important, the presence of correlation and the relationship of positive influence strategic direction of the three for its removal in the performance of Iraqi private banks, the research community, and the dimensions of the strategic direction has sparked mixed on the performance of banks research sample, it is found that the impact of the pioneering trend in priority first, interactive approach in the second priority, and market - oriented in the third priority. Also found there are high positive correlation between the strategic direction (in general) and the performance of the banking banks sample section, also showed the results of descriptive analysis (general rate) to keep the strategic direction, Gulf Commercial Bank and the Bank of UNESCO's International achieved high adoption of the strength of the vertebrae search variables implying the absorption of the surveyed banks the importance of the strategic direction of all dimensions, "which will reflect positively on its performance.Based on the findings of the research results has developed a set of recommendations was the most important. Increase the interest of the Iraqi private banks, the research community strategic direction because of its direct impact on the performance of banks and the success of its business, the need for the departments of the surveyed banks to benefit from positive relations through the preparation of future plans and determine the long - term objectives to be achieved by exploiting the opportunities available to them, and exploiting the internal potential and its impact on the banking performance, as well as conduct in - depth studies to find out the reasons for the negative impact of the move towards the market in the performance of the surveyed banks and processed increases the efficiency of its interaction with the perspectives of the other balanced Scorecard, the need for the surveyed banks to adopt the use of balanced performance Bmnzawradtha the four card being a system of "comprehensive and integrated "to measure its performance.

Abstract: تضمن البحث تكوين تصورات واضحة حول القيمة المضافة للمعرفة من خلال تداؤبية العلاقة بين المورد المعرفي الاساس في هذه القيمة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات كاداة مساعدة في تحقيقها استنادا الى طروحات(Nonaka et al,1996)، في محاولة لتعميم النظرية وامكانية تطبيقها في البي | The present research tries to create a clear perceptions on Knowledge Value added through the Synergetic relationship between the fundamental Knowledge resource in this value and information technology as a tool to assist in their investigation, based to the proposals of (Nonaka et al, 1996), who tried to generalize this theory and apply it in the Iraqi environment, therefore, this research is a start from the research dilemma to bridge the Knowledge gap between the existing intellectual reviews and the possibilities of its applications, it aims to identify the Knowledge resource Competencies and information technology Capabilities and their impact through the Synergetic relationship to achieve the Knowledge value added. The present research is basically on the deductive approach driving from the subjectivism philosophy to deriving it's Hypotheses from the theoretical framework, then trying to test it through statistical and knowledge means in order to verify the objectivity through : first, analytical survey for (114) managers working in three private banks (Middle East, Trade Gulf and North) to verify the availability of Knowledge value added by using statistical means and comparison between them. Second, based on the Knowledge value added methodology which proposed by (Housel & Bell, 2001) to support the first tool and make a comparisons among the three private banks which was supported by the coefficient of creating intellectual value by knowledge means, this was based on Simi - structured interviews with (15) managers to identify the learning times, further, to know the ration of completion the banks processes through the information technology.The results of the present research are supporting all the propose hypothesis based on the experimental level except sixth hypothesis that dealt with finding the significant differences between the research sample banks, and the content analysis which been proofed through it that the Gulf Bank was superior based on return on Knowledge and the coefficient of creating the intellectual value, second and third placed were for Middle East bank and North bank respectively, in spite of the absence of significant differences between them as test (One way ANOVA). Based on the results we can recommend using the Knowledge as platform in the banks working environment and take advantage of the Competencies of its knowledge resource, then the research was closed by many suggested future studies.

The case was accounted to process the search, interview, vission, and field visits were made to the searched orginazation and the organizations related to it, and also depend on the special records and documents to collect the data wanted to observe the traditional reality of the system and the work patter (proceduure) followed currently, according to that we made use of checking list as a loot to collect the data and information, and using the percentage and the median as statistic styles to analyze these data, and also to define the extent of (range of) applying the electronic government strategy in it.The propsed system was designed by using the managing data base system (Oracle) (81,I) and it’s programs were written in the structured Query language (SQL) , and the reason behind using this developed system, was it represents one of the best systems to managing, high - level data base, specialized in managing the network or the related computers among the organization, in addition to what it offers of facilities in exchaging the information and documents and providing the services, because it had high abilities which allow it to be accurate in handling the data and the easyness in reaching it.The choice was focused on one of the landed procedures which were process of selling the land parts as a sample for the search, because it reaches the highest percentage out of the done landed deals for the period of (1 - 1 - 2002) to (31 - 12 - 2002) which represents (33%) from total.The search have come to some conclusions : the application of the searched organization to the electronic government strategy and through the usage of data bases management system (Oracle), will help in achiving the customer( Citizen) satisfaction through the reached time taken to complete the after it was consuming long period could reach to three months, and that was due to the system ability to store the information and data in quality and quantity and in an organized order, also not having rapid processes in collecting, entring and handling these data.

It aims to develop the prototype of the marketing performance measurement under the dynamic prototype of the marketing embedded by the strategic alliance, competition, laws, and legislations by the customer mediate relationships management embedded by the dimensions (Retention the customer, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and the customer value), and exploring any of the variations and the dimension most influent in achieving the performance. This study aims to discuss the importance role of the dynamic equilibrium of marketing and its function in achieving the marketing performance under the customer relationships and its impact on the Iraqi banking sector.Study Problem : summarizes the research problem set of questions, and it was the most important : What is the role of CRM in achieving dynamic equilibrium of marketing in achieving performance marketing for banks operating in Iraq?, What are the strategic appropriate, or variable the basic adopted by management policy banks about Alliance,The competition, to reach optimal performance?.Design/Methodology/Approach : The Experimental methodology used has been used in the current study application , the questionnaire used to collect data for the sake of developing a correct trustworthy prototype measurement for the dynamic equilibrium of marketing and the customer relationships management variable in addition to the marketing dimension, a test for the hypothesis through using some statistical processes. The sample was selected from managers and department heads numbered (100) person, and hypotheses were tested through the use of some statistical treatments, was the most important path analysis. The most important hypotheses are (increasingly dynamic balancing effect of marketing in the performance marketing mediately customer relationship management indicators. Findings : The study reached an agreement sample that marketing performance is affected directly in the dynamics of the industry, the intensity of competition, and the uncertain environment that includes (degree of predictability in the business environment), a prototype has been develop measuring variables dynamic equilibrium of Marketing (Strategic alliances, competition, legislation, and laws) with variables of marketing performance (focus on the customer, focus on competitors), through mediation relationship management client (to keep the customer, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, customer value), moreover, the results support the hypothesis of influence and correlation between variables surveyed.Conclusions and Recommendations : The study reached a number of conclusions, it is found that the most important contribution to the change in legislation and laws to bring about more positive changes performance marketing in the research sample banks, increases if the cross dimensions and customer loyalty more. Than it is through customer retention and customer satisfaction, while not appear legislation and laws in effect marketing performance through customer value. The study recommended that the need to invest progress of alliances and strategic competition, which was a high level of importance in strengthening the relationship with CRM customer Bmngarath (retain the customer, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, customer value), and the need to tighten managers of banks surveyed to activate the legislation and laws that was a high level of importance in strengthening the relationship with the customer Bmngarath (strategic alliances, competition, legislation and laws), and that attention by winning directors came as a result of the application of personal professional skills by the sample.Practical implications : This study provides a useful measure of the equilibrium of marketing, and customer relationship management, it helps managers to use it to assess the current situation in the capabilities of the banks performance. Managers may improve their performance marketing programs more effectively and efficiently through their strategic orientation towards competition and alliance.Originality/Value : This study undertakes to help the service providers in the banking sector to address the challenge of increased marketing performance and achieve the dynamic balancing of marketing, and how to keep the equilibrium marketing in achieving performance marketing.

And of these questions aforementioned emerged hypotheses of the study, which centered on whether to reflect the different mechanisms of the market index and there were no significant differences in the risk of regulatory mechanism, and test three mechanisms for the construction of the index (stock price, market value, weights equal) in the Iraq Stock Exchange, and propose a fourth mechanism of a percentage of market value of shares traded to the market value of the company listed on the stock market within the index sample (as a future study). Notable among the findings of the study : in the financial market index values depending on the different mechanisms to build the index. And it does not mean convergence in the financial market index averages of the three mechanisms which previously discussed convergence of financial market returns. The direction of the stock market index up and down reflects a clear disparity in the financial market returns calculated on the basis of each indicator by mechanism built in isolation from each other, indicating the potential volatility of the index constituent stock returns and the attendant likelihood of systematic risk in the fluctuation.Of the key recommendations that emerged from the study : a study to choose another representative index sample through the historical information and activities of the company and traded volume in the financial market and the price of its shares and uninterrupted from the financial market and others funding sources (as a precaution to prevent money laundering within the financial market) during at least five years for companies included in the index is calculated, and then place the cursor to select the chosen sample.

The essential problem of this study can be summarized that we lack an applied Iraqi or Arabian study concerns with the relationship of social capital with the supporting of organizational work to achieve competitive advantages. So, we attempt in this study to answer on such questions : what do we mean with social capital, its importance and components?. How is social capital built and invested?. , And what is the nature of social capital in the Iraqi organization that selected for the sample of our research. In order to handle the research problem and to achieve its aim, we suggested three main hypotheses, and of each one, some sub hypotheses are subdivided. The first one states “social capital has no effect on supporting organizational work”. Wherease the second one states “the supported organizational work has no effect on competitive advantage of organization”, and the third hypotheses states “there is no statistical relation of physical meaning between social capital and competitive advantage”.The three zero hypotheses are rejected, and other alternative hypotheses are accepted and tested with a number of statistical methods. Questionnaire is used to gather the data and information from study sample of (240) individuals, the workers in state establishment for electric industries.The study depended on ready measures for measuring the whole variables, and the all is tested according to validity and confirmation testing.This research come out with many conclusions, of which, the social capital with its four dimensions (Intellectual capital, trust, Associability and cooperation) led to the best division to knowledge ascribed to high levels of trust and proactive networks and to common objectives and frameworks in the company upon our research. In addition to that the lower turnover rates showed decreasing variability & training costs, the use of human resources, and the decisions characterized with stailty because they stem of common understanding in hand and development of social capital in other hand.The researcher recommends the following : the benefit of intelligent workers who are known of their accuracy in work, by distinguishing them and making them on the top of groups that make social capital. Those will give their ideas that present social and intellectual innovation to improve competitive advantage.

In general view this study consist of two aspects : First of them is the theoretical part explain the (definitions, concepts principles, steps, criteria’s, importance, advantages, disadvantages difficulties) of (BPR) and it’s relation with other administrative approaches like total quality management (TQM). While the second part covers the practical aspect of the study. A questionnaire used as a method to collect data, and interviews, moreover field living with The sample consist of 72 one. Differs between them in age, sex, employing years and scientific degrees. Hypothesis were examined through group of statistical method, the result were used by application of prepared program (SPSS 13). Which proofed (the existing relation between BPR application and the criteria’s of performance, which are (coast, quality, speed, and flexibility). Eventually : the study recommended several points. The most important one was adopting (BPR) programs in all health organizations. Abstract: This study Explored two types of intelligence fond by Howard Gardner in his multiple intelligences theory (1985), The Spiritual Intelligence and the Emotional intelligence with their dimensions As the explanation variables in addition to the Transformational Leadership Style and its four dimensions as the mediator and their effects on the financial performance of the sample banks.The Philosophical and the theoretical framework for this research was based on the core of the interaction relationships between the variables. The research emerged from an intellectual dilemma with two dimensions, the theoretical dimension represented by the rarity of research on spiritual intelligence with emotional intelligence in the Arabic environment and especially the Iraqi environment. In addition to the rarity in research on the relationship between the spiritual and emotional intelligences on transformational leadership and its effect on financial performance of the sample banks, and the need for organizations to enrich their philosophical knowledge and understanding about these concepts and its importance in the practical or empirical life to be an important tools in facing the ever changing environmental challenges.The empirical dimension went to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and the level of financial performance in the sample banks and the relationship between the explanatory variables spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence in improving the financial performance.The aim of the study is tracking what spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence can add to the financial performance Through what the transformational leadership dimensions deliver as a mediator. The study used a descriptive analytical deductive method. The study defined a set of Assumptions as answers for the study s' problem tested by non - parametric statistical tools as : SPSS, Mediator, Scope, False limit factor ,correlation and Multiple Regression. An intentional sample of (116) individuals had been chosen from the managerial leaders in12 private banks in Iraq and The research found a number of important conclusions the most important one was the absence of spiritual and emotional intelligences effects on financial performance at the empirical level of the research , inaddition to the orientation of the banks to the social aspects more than the individual aspects..based on these results a number of recommendations were set ,and the research recommended that the concept of spiritual and emotional intelligence should be enhanced and be given more attention through workshops and conferences in addition to a training program for spreading these concepts and their importance in the success of the individual and organizations

This important privilege initiates organizations to direct their administrations to obtain and generate the possible knowledge, to sharing and activate it into their strategies. This consolidates the ability to develop and reach the entrepreneurial positions ;a major requirement for considering the over - lasting competitive advantage of organizations. The present study focuses on the impact of the knowledge managing strategies on the competitive advantage by considering the process of entrepreneurial business as an indicator of modern knowledge managing strategies in validating the competitive advantage in Iraqi private banks. The problem of the study lies in presenting a number of questions on the essence of modern knowledge managing strategies theoretically and practically. The study aims at finding possible and satisfactory replies to these questions relevant to the theoretical framework and relation samples. Six hypotheses are presented.The present study is applied on (seventy) subjects selected randomly from (ten) Iraqi private banks. Questionnaire , interviews, and the researcher's personal observations are all regarded as strategies for data collection. Many statistical procedures are used ,like Mean, Standard Deviation, Spearman correlation coefficient , variance, Multiple Regression.The main findings are : The administrative authorities of Iraqi private banks have adopted the symbol strategy to simplify the banking process which in turn leads to add additional competitive advantages especially in terms of time and achievement. But, unfortunately, this was not totally effective especially in competitive price strategy. Also, it is found that the influences of change in knowledge managing strategies lead to create positive influences in the selected banks. This is done by regarding pioneering business strategy the cornerstone in issues related to time, speed and achievement of customers' services.The recommendations of this study are all relevant to the processes adopted by Iraqi private banks in implementing creative entrepreneurial business dimensions , which will evidently lead to consolidate the importance of knowledge managing strategies in creating positive changes in the competitive strategy of time , speed, achievement of customers' services, and its relevance in increasing more market share.

The study includes 52 private banks in Baghdad and 25 where was choose and 202 employees were selected as a sample of which targeted it was distributed 232 questionnaires and 22 of them were non - returnable and 22 were neglected for lack 0f answers. the researcher used this questionnaires as a tool for measuring.the study found an number of important conclusion and recommendations. including a correlation between cognitive complexity relationship and adaptability job with the and correlation between complexity and the impact of cognitive complexity relationship and adaptability with the job and correlation and indirect impact between cognitive complexity and innovation performance and direct correlation between the impact of adaptability job and the innovation performance and a direct correlation between the complexity of cognitive.

The efficient chain aims to reduce the cost in every stage of its stages, and the responsive chain put fast delivery as a primary competitive goals for it. In according with that and through field cohabiting of supply chain processes in vegetarian public company particularly for detergents and soaps ( study sample) , the searcher pointed several problems in these two chains, the most important are the problem in supply processes and suppliers choice standards which based on political standards away from the competitive standards , and that is caused constant deficiency in raw materials because of the delay in supply processes , and also limited production capacity because of exhausted machines and equipments in facing high and increasing demand for study sample products. All these reason create problems in the distribution and sales processes because of the limited response for the demand and high stock out cost represent by sales loosing cost. For these reasons the study aims to design two models of supply chain, that are the efficient and responsive, and for each study sample products, and tests there performance , then choosing the best model. The searcher depended on case study approach to analyze and evaluate the performance of present supply chains and Monte Carlo simulation to design both chain models, using EXCEL software. By using the means of the five experiments results of the simulation for both models that relate with quantity of production, costs , sourcing intervals , and profits , responsive chain indicated clear superiority in its performance for detergents product, therefore the searcher recommend to adopting responsive supply chain model for this product. While for soaps product and although that the means of the production quantity , cost , and sourcing intervals indicated the distinction of the responsive chain , the profits assured the superiority of the efficient chain , so in this case the searcher recommends choosing the chain that appropriates for the company's strategy.

In addition, the academic research work conducted in Iraq, since the 1990’s, has only measured the gap between the requirements of ISO 9001 and the current quality system at the researched organizations and has urged the organizations to bridge the gap to achieve the ISO certificate.It is noticeable that all the researches written about quality management systems and environment in Iraq have recommended the ISO as the best alternative in solving quality problems; but at same time the company environment, internal resources, self - ability have been forgotten in these researches. Moreover these researches haven’t mention the test for ability of quality models integration in achieving the organization objectives representing in quality problems solving and improving its total performance.So, this study handled the effect of the integration among (ISO 9001, TQM, CMM) in improving the total performance quality; evaluating the reality of quality in General Company for Leather Industries (GCLI) (research sample) and determining the quality model that corresponds with the sample environment, resources, and needs.The research is trying to achieve a number of aims ,and it is depending on hypothesis, while the required data and information are gathered from the company registers, structural interviews are made by using checklists, personal observation, and reviewing documents to analyze and evaluate quality system. In addition to that the researcher has made a field living to complete some aspects which lack documented data in the company registers to check the correctness answers in the checklists. These lists have shown a fluctuation in the company performance quality and weaknesses in its performance, also the studied effected factors haven’t get high evaluation and this denote that the company is suffering from problems.Questionnaire is used in gathering data and information related to integration in research sample, and many statistical methods are used in handling data which are multiple and simple regression, and path analysis. These methods have come out with many results, the most important of them have shown that total - effect of integration among (ISO 9001, TQM, CMM) in total performance quality is more than the effect of each model alone, it is also shown that the use of ISO 9001 alone is not sufficient for improving the company total performance quality.In discussing the results, the study assured the importance of integration among the models in achieving quality requirements and has recommends the necessity of depending on integration elements in improving the total performance quality of company.

Abstract: قد تبدو ظاهرة السكن العشوائي مشكلة عمرانية بحتة لكنها في الحقيقة نتاج لمجموعة من الاسباب والعوامل التي يمكن تصنيفها الى اسباب سياسية واقتصادية وتخطيطية وحتى اسباب اجتماعية وعلى الرغم من التشابه الواضح في معظم خصائصها العمرانية والاجتماعية والقانونية عا | It seems to be that the phenomenon of The Random Residence is a pure problem, but in fact it is a result of a range of reasons and factors that can be classified into political, economic or planning or even social reasons and in spite of the clear similarity in most urban, social and legal characteristics globally, they differ in some characteristics from region to another and from time to time.The study aims to shed light on this Random Residence phenomenon and to identify the causes, consequences and implications of them and the attempt to gain access to the strategies contribute to face, address ,and reduce this phenomenon inside the cities as well as to enrich the scientific and service institutions with these studies, which would contribute to the improvement and development of the performance of Municipal enterprises and offers many solutions to this problem to move flexibly within the urban and constructional fabric of the cities.The problem of the study represented in the spread of construction and random housing resulting from the violations and abuses in the territory of the State and agricultural lands, orchards and building violations, which were estimated at about 30% of the area of the holy governor of Karbala, and its manifestation of the negative on the urban and civilized fabric although there are a number of laws and regulations that prevent the spread of this phenomenon, but to no avail, so the problem of the study can be summarized by type of strategies which can be used to face the Random Residence in the holy governorate of Karbala.The study uses an analytical approach to view the data connected by the research through the view and what the researcher gained of documented data which were held by the municipal offices in the governorate of holy Karbala in addition to the collected data through using the form of survey, and the study of the reasons behind the emergence of this problem, depending upon the display of the previous studies and experiences of Arab and foreign countries in addition to Iraq, regarding how to deal with the Random Residence in their cities and what are the strategies used in treating them. The study found a number of findings and recommendations which would contribute to providing a key database to the municipal offices in governorate of holy Karbala, that are concerned with the implementation of the design foundation for the governorate and gives clear results for the reality of the abuses of housing for the extent of the suitability of urban life, and to identify the case of abuses of residential, over - stepping's and the level of services through information gathered from the sample under study of (100) family within the limits of municipal institutions. The most prominent result is the inability of the residential areas to provide the basic functions (educational, commercial, recreation, roads & services) to serve the residents due to their regularity of buildings and its violence to the standards of planning, or as a result of an imbalance in the providing the space required for these activities, and that a high proportion of buildings are in bad condition as the status of urban poor do not provide a suitable climate to live and the great variation in areas of land resulting from the random and illegal isolation for the region. Which requires the adoption of several strategies to solve these problems, and the possible dissemination of these treatments on all Iraqi cities because of the correlation of the majority of the relevant departments in the same legislation, taking into consideration the attractions of the cities and sincere intention for treatment.

OrganizationIn order to achieve the goal of the research, and answer the questions of the problem, the researcher through theoretical thought and studies related to the construction of a prototypical scheme supposedly shows the relationship between research variables, it consisted of employee performance evaluation system variable declaratory included four sub - dimensions (the quality of the goal of the system, standards performance evaluation, performance assessment methods, feedback), and the requirements of the quality of human resources as a variable is a response included six sub - dimensions (recruitment, training and development, compensation, continuous improvement, teamwork, satisfaction of internal customer) and variable broker benchmarking consists of four dimensions, namely, ( planning, analysis, integration, implementation) has reacted to these variables to form a frame, which is the research.May be the research community of 249 individuals of all workers in the office of the Inspector General / Martyrs Foundation and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research across all administrative levels, as was the use of the style of the random sample and of which there were gross (75) individuals in the search application, and the response rate ( 100%), and it used the resolution as an essential tool in collecting data and information, as well as the checklist secondary tool, and data analysis was used software (SPSS), through which was obtained percentages and duplicates, and test Alpha Cronbach, the coefficient of Spearman correlation, and analysis of simple linear regression, and trajectory analysis, and test Mann Whitney used to test the hypotheses.Through the search results which showed that the performance of workers applied in the Office of the Inspector General / Martyrs Foundation lowest average evaluation system and showed weakness in achieving the above requirements compared to system performance of workers applied in the Office of the Inspector General's assessment / Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as the results of testing and analysis of assumptions researcher concluded that the evaluation of the performance of employees in offices system contributes to the quality of human resources requirements and have a greater impact by employing a reference comparison.And went Find a set of recommendations based on the conclusions reached by including the need to take the two organizations attention and care more performance evaluation by defining the goal of the system a high quality and the development of methods and criteria used to rely on its outputs and in collaboration with the consulting office system, particularly the Advisory Office of the College of Management and Economics University of Baghdad in order to achieve the quality requirements of human resources

The research used a large data set comprised of (124) leaders of various management levels (Top, middle and first - line) working in public industrial sector in Iraq (State Company of electrical industries & State Company of batteries industry). The purpose of the study was to test certain hypotheses (Three main hypotheses and eight subordinate ones) particularly that one presuming correlation between (EI) and the behavioral style of the leader. Consistent with the significance of (EI) for business firms leadership and due to no previous research has been conducted in respect to this topic, this research would be considered as precedent so that to pave the way for future researches. Data of questionnaires have been statistically calculated and descriptively analyzed by using computer software according to (SPSS) model to estimate Chi - square, Mean, Median, Balanced proportions, Standard Deviation, Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient and Factor Analysis. The results of the study led to several conclusions, most important of them are : Difference level of (EI) by disparity of Personal traits and leadership style of leaders. Some of the results agreed with the hypotheses, while others did not agree with other pertaining ones, It is highly recommended to consider (EI) upon filling the leadership position at subject firms.

Abstract: سعى البحث الى عدة اهدف للتعرف على المفاهيم النظرية الحقيقية لكل من المتغيرين الاساسيين في البحث، وهما : العنف الوظيفي، والرضا الوظيفي في المستشفيات التي تحتاج الى دقة في رعاية العاملين فيها على نحو ينسجم وتطوير صياغة البناء الاجتماعي والاقتصادي السليمين، | It sought search to several objectives to get to know the real theoretical concepts for each of the key variables in the research, namely : Career violence, and job satisfaction in hospitals that need to be accurate in the care of its employees in a manner consistent with the development of the formulation of social construction and sound economic, and determine the quality and the nature of the relationship between variables of search (career violence and job satisfaction), and determine what the true relationship between personality traits of medical Angels (sex, age, marital status, educational attainment, number of years of service, address medical), with all of the career of violence and dissatisfaction with their work inside the hospital, and also provide helpful suggestions in Iraqi hospitals to reduce the incidence of violence against medical staffs, and greater job satisfaction.I have been the entrance to my eating integrated with regard to violence against medical staffs, and also health organizations, as well as the eating of job satisfaction, while the practical side has been adopted on the descriptive and analytical through the preparation of a questionnaire has been prepared and presented to the arbitrators, and focused research problem which violence and its relationship satisfaction Career in hospitals, is the subject of a broad and important aspects Batarh and fields, in terms of being affected in the process of work and its development and growth of the medical staff in the fields of competence, as well as negative effects on society as a whole.In order to achieve the research hypothesis has been distributing the identification number (60) on a sample of medical staff in the surveyed hospitals, it was the questionnaire form design tool head of research to obtain data and information, have included research sample various medical staffs included (doctors specialists, doctors consultants, doctors the oldest residents, resident doctors periodic), was the study data analysis, according to the group the following statistical tools : 1. frequency distribution for the purposes of display and classified research data.2.
