It is characterized by comprehensiveness and variety and, thus, requires the use of various types of teaching aids and physical exercises that directly influences the process of learning the movement skills and developing its physical characteristics according to systematic procedures. Moreover, it helps the learner to know the details of any skill of volleyball.The aim of the research : The research aims at planning power exercises characterized by speed to develop feet movement speed and also learn the movement shapes of setting up in volleyball. Moreover, it aims at finding out the influence of power exercises characterized by speed in developing feet movement speed to learn the movement figures of setting up in volleyball.The hypothesis of the research : Power exercises characterized by speed have a positive influence in developing feet movement speed and also in learning the movement shapes of setting up in volleyball. In this research, the researcher relies on a group of scientific sources which are relevant to the topic of the research. The researcher, during the course of the study, refers to volleyball skills and also to the movement figures of setting up in volleyball. He also refers to other studies concerning the topic of the research.1. The use of the experimental approach through the equivalent groups' procedure as it suits the nature of the problem of the study. Here, the researcher refers to the society of the research which is the second stage students (98 students) in the college of physical education in Wasit 2. The research sample consists of (32) students chosen from (68) students after excluding students who are practicing volleyball, girls and students of the reconnaissance experiment (26) students. This sample is classified randomly into two groups : the first is the control group and the second is the experimental group. The teacher employs the objective plan with the control group, an approach followed in all colleges and departments of physical education. As for the experimental group, it employs the power exercises characterized by speed to develop feet movement speed to learn the movementshapes of setting up in volleyball.3. The devices and tools employed and how to choose and describe tests as well as the test of preciseness suggested in volleyball and the way of employing it. Moreover, the performance of the reconnaissance experiment, the scientific principles, and the performance of the main experiment and, then, finding out the final results and treating them. The teaching units reach (8) units along four weeks, (2) units per week, and the time for each unit is (90) minutes. The research period is from 4/10/2010 to 8/5/2011. During this period, the researcher, employed various statistical means to treat the results, among these are (t) test for independent samples and (t) test for interrelated tests to find out the differences between the two groups in the preceding and subsequent tests.The findings of the research : 1. Power exercises characterized by speed have a positive influence in developing feet movement speed for the experimental group.2. Power exercises characterized by speed have a positive influence in learning the precise technical performance for the movement shapes regarding the setting up in volleyball for the experimental group.3. The most developed tests result regarding the control group is the technical performance for setting up from overhead backward whereas for the experimental group, the most developed test result is the technical performance for setting up from overhead forward. The recommendations of the research : 1. The necessity of employing power characterized by speed in developing feet movement speed for volleyball players and also learning the technical performance for movement shapes of setting up.2. The emphasis on employing the test and the device designed to measure the conciseness of setting up in volleyball.3. The necessity to perform experiments for other tests linking between speed and technical performance for other skills in volleyball

It is difficult to achieve sporting achievement, without enabling the player to control the emotional, social, and solving daily problems and adapt to the demands of training and competition. Here lies the importance of research in the study of significant variables in the life of the player bowling, namely psychological adjustment and control centers and their relationship to psychological accomplishment sports a modest step in the development of scientific bases at the numbers for psychological help coaches and players in promoting the sport.The study aimed to : - identify the degree of psychological adjustment and self - control centers for the research sample for both sexes. - identify more axes impact in the degree of psychological adjustment and the degree of restraint to the research sample for both sexes - find the differences between the sexes in the (degree of psychological adjustment and self - control and achievement) of the sample. - find a relationship between psychological adjustment and self - control centers to accomplish the players bowling for the research sample. Use descriptive approach, the research community, who was named the way they deliberate national teams players of the participating countries in the Championship Sinai International Open bowling (men + women), which was held in the Arab Republic of Egypt for the period (15 - 30/4/2014) totaling (72 ) athletes (57 player +15 player) has chosen the researcher research sample and of all the players (men and women) and by (100%), and they do represent the research community as a whole, and the participating countries are (Egypt, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia Bahrain). After deviate standards and how to calculate the results and conduct official correspondence between the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls and the Iraqi Central bowling alley, and the Arab Union for bowling to conduct the study on the participating teams, has been approved to travel researcher to the Arab Republic of Egypt to conduct tests on the Arab players participating in the tournament Sinai for the period from 15 - 30 / 4/2014 in Cairo. Been applied to measure psychological adjustment and self - control center with the help of assistant team before the tournament one day and collectively on 14/04/2014 at four o'clock in the afternoon bowling hall in Cairo.The tournament began on 15.04.2014 till 30.04.2014, were collected from the results of achievement judge committee at the end of the tournament. Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة تاثير تنويع اشكال الاداء باسلوبي التمرين المتجمع والعشوائي في دقة وعمق الضربات الامامية والخلفية بالتنس، والكشف عن افضل المجاميع من المتعلمين التي افادت من التنويع في اشكال الاداء ولكلا الاسلوبين لصالحها, وعليه تحددت مشكلة البحث في | The study aims to investigate the effect of variety of types of performance in blocked and random practice styles on accuracy and depth for forehand and backhand in tennis. The problem of the research is formed to seek knowledge of using blocked and random practice in learning types of forehand and backhand will help in doing these strokes in good accuracy and depth. The subjects were (45) male students enrolled at the third level at college of physical education. Their average age was (21.3) years. They were divided into three groups; the first was the subject to the blocked practice and the second to the random one whereas the third one was the control. The results revealed a significant effect between the pre and post - tests for the three groups in acquiring and learning the accuracy and depth of forehand and backhand strokes. The best effect on acquisition and learning tests appeared in results of the random practice group. The results also, revealed that the interference and variety in shapes of motors of skill increase the control and ability in performing the strokes. The recommendations emphasize using scheduling of random practice in learning skills of tennis which has an important role in developing, retention, and playing. The researcher also recommended that discovering constant and variable errors help the teacher and the trainer and enable them to correct them.

The problem of the study was the weakness in the motor Capabilities of the pupils at the age (8) years and the need to use innovative modern methods and its development , so the researcher used simulation system (Wii) within the curriculum as a method to develop some motor skills for pupil in primary schools at the age (8) years and increase their educational outcome.The aim of study1. To know the effect of this teaching system to develop some motor skills of this age.2. To know the best group to develop these skills at this ages.Hypothesis of the study : 1. There are statistical differences between pre and post tests for the experimental.2. There are statistical differences between controlling groups and in favor of the group using the of a simulation (wii) I used an experimental method which was suitable for the nature of the reserch problem , as it has been selected primary school pupils at age (8) years, the age (8) years means are all pupils who have completed the age of (7) years and entered year (8) They are pupils of the second level of primary, they were chosen as the sample , a private school was chosen to ensure the availability of the pitch and the classroom appropriate to implement the experience. The sample of pupils was divided into two groups, control group and the other experimental (10) pupils per group, the control group followed the traditional approach without the use of teaching aids , while the experimental group using the proposed curriculum and educational means a device simulation (wii), the curriculum has continued for a period of (10) weeks from 19/2/2012 until 2/5/2012, the program divided in to (30) teaching units , (3) unit per week (Sunday - Tuesday - Wednesday), and it took (45) minutes for each unit and the researcher used the following tests : 1 - test the speed of motor response2 - test of precise motor response3 - test of coordination between eye and foot4 - test of coordination between eye and hand5 - fitness test.Post - test was conducted on 03/05/2012 on the control and experimental groups.This Chapter Contains the show for most important results, analysis and discussion , using the program spss and the researcher checked the results through the use of test (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T for samples asymmetric and non - symmetrical) the results were put in tables and discussed in a scientific manner and enforced by scientific references and during the discussion the goals of research was achieve.Conclusions : 1. That both the educational curriculum and educational curriculum to be using the simulator (Wii) have a positive impact in the development of some motor skills for students age (8 years).2. That educational curriculum using the simulator (Wii) works on the development of some motor skills for students age (8 years) are better than the educational curriculum decision. Therefore, the researchers intended to design an assistant instrument to be used due to the guided discovery method in learning the skill of front handspring in artistic gymnastics. The research aimed to design an assistant instrument contributing positively in learning this skill and to know the effect of using the supported shoulders instrument according to the guided discovery method in learning it. The researchers used the experimental approach in the method of two - equal - system groups that was proper to the problem of this research. The study sample was chosen randomly ( lottery) and it included (30) students representing (20%) of the total research population. The distribution of this sample was into two equal groups (control and experimental) and each group involved (15) students. The steps and procedures followed in this research were the design of a supported shoulders instrument , the test of the skill of the front handspring and the teaching units. The researchers carried out (7) units throughout (7) weeks and there was one teaching unit a week. Each unit lasted (90) minutes distributed into three parts - the preparation part was (15) minutes , the mean part was (65) minutes (that was divided into (10) minutes for the teaching (theoretical ) part , (55) minutes for the practical part ) and the final part was (10) minutes.The experimental group used the assistant instrument that designed due to the guided discovery method in learning the skill studied in this research, while the control group used the usual method followed in the college and with the same variables. The researchers concluded that the use of the supported shoulders instrument due to the guided discovery method affected the learning of the front handspring skill in artistic gymnastics of the individuals of the sample that indicated the efficiency of the instrument used in this research and the teaching method followed.

Weight , length and age of the research sample was conducted. Homogeneity and natural distribution of the sample was conducted. The main experiment ( pre - test ) was conducted. The researcher prepared a design of teaching , training field according to a syllabus prepared by the researcher for 8 weeks and by 16 teaching training units. Duration : intervene between(5/1/2012 & 4/6/2012).Review of literature : This field includes the theoretical studies that related in the study, Such us movement groups of the vault, the technical & mechanical face for the handspring salto tacked on vault, and the biomechanics concept, and the types of motor analyzing. Procedures of the Study : The researcher used the analytical descriptive method. The subjects of the study were (11) young gymnasts from the Iraqi National Gymnastic league then the researcher took only (6) gymnasts for this study who can perform this skill very well. Each gymnast was given three attempts and after taking his name, age, number and score of each attempt, the best attempt was counted.The researcher conducted a pilot study to identify the speed and place of the camera as well as the lighting and the aiding team’s positions. After that, he conducted the field experiment that included shooting front handspring salto tucked on vaulting table. The performances were presented to international referees to evaluate the level of their difficulty. The biomechanical variables were identified and analyzed using (KINOVEA) software. Finally the researcher used proper statistical operations after analyses including standard deviation, mean etc. Display of results : This field includes the results of the study with their discussions. Conclusions : The researcher came up with the following conclusions : 1. There is no significant correlation relationship between the variables of hitting the vaulting table and difficulty of performance except the angle of hip during the instant of landing on the table for it showed a significant relationship with the level of difficulty. 2. The timing of hitting the table compared to the subjects of the study was good and it was fit with the timing requirements of this movement.3. Most gymnasts didn’t reach fill extension during pivoting on the table thus there were some bending at knee joint.4. There is no significant correlation relationship between the variables of second flight stage and level of difficulty. Recommendations : Finally the researcher recommended the following : 1. Concentrating on the starting points of every stage and its end to ensure correct performance and not to affect the performance of next stage.2. Making similar studies on vaulting movements with higher difficulty.3. Using biomechanical analysis as a means for diagnosing errors in performance especially in high difficulty movements that cannot be controlled through observation.

Abstract: يهدف البحث الى وضع مجموعة اختبارات (بدنية - مهارية) بهيئة بطاريتي اختبار تصلحان كمؤشر لاختيار ناشئي خماسي كرة القدم باعمار (14 - 16) سنة، واشتقاق المعايير لمفردات البطاريتين النهائية المستخلصة. ولتحقيق هذه الاهداف تم تحديد عينة البحث من ناشئي خماسي كرة ا | The study aims at designing a set of skill and physical tests in the form of two test batteries that serve as indicators for testing young futsel players of the ages 14 - 16 years old. It also aimed at driving criteria for the batteries' items.To achieve these aims, 290 young futsel players were the subject. They were selected from 16 athletic clubs and were divided as follows; 16 players for pilot study, 120 players as subjects and 145 for standardizing. After specifying the physical abilities and the basic skills of futsel, the researcher selected many tests some of them were standardized to fit the ages and sport while other tests were designed by the researcher because they were unavailable. After that, the tests' reliability, validity and objectivity were found. The data has been collected and treated using proper statistical methods. Finally, the data were placed into tables and discussed to come up with the following conclusions. Conclusions : 1. The test battery consisted of 15 skill tests related to futsel. Five factors were concluded.2. five factors were accepted and explained : first factor : controlling the ballSecond factor : zig - zag running with the ballThird factor : trapping the ballForth factor : Scoring AccuracyFifth factor : Passing the ball.3. A skill battery was concluded related to the factors mentioned above : - ball control tests inside a circle of 1.5m in 20 seconds - zig - zag running tests among 5 cones to and fro. - Trapping the ball test from inside a squire of 2m from a 6m distance. - Scoring test to a digitally divided goal. - Passing to a small goal test (50*75cm from 7.5m distance.4. the final scores of the tests were pure.5. 21 physical tests related to futsell were concluded and they all revolved around 5 factors.6. five factors were accepted and explained and they were as follows : First factor : Transitional speed.Second Factor : Speed endurance.Third factor : Power defined by speed.Forth factor : Motor speed.Fifth factor : lower limbs' explosive power.7. a Physical test battery was concluded that is related to the factors mentioned above : a. 25m running testsb. 25*5m shuttle run testc. Side jump test (from a 30cm high bench in 15seconds.d. The speed of kicking towards a wooden squire fixed on a wall 45cm high in 30 seconds. e. Long jump test8. the final test batteries scores are pure.9. the criteria was specified for both test batteries.Recommendations : 1. using the two test batteries as an objective scientific mean for testing and selecting young players in futsel to serve as a scientific proof to the development of players.2. Abstract: لقد تضمنت المقدمة واهمية البحث دراسة العوامل النفسية المهمة التي تعمل على تطوير الاداء المهاري والنفسي،وبالاخص في مظاهر الانتباه (تحويل وتركيز الانتباه) عن طريق اعداد منهاج للتدريب العقلي اذ تعد الاختبارات النفسية احدى الطرق العلمية لمعرفة مدى نجاح البر | The introduction of the study included the importance of the study as well as the study of the important psychological factors that work on developing psychological and skilful performance precisely the aspects of attention (focusing and diverting) by designing a mental training program since the psychological tests are one of the scientific methods to measure the success of the psychological programs. Boxing is one of the individual sports that mostly affected by the psychological factor. Hence, the importance of the study came out of its attempt to find modern psychological methods by designing a mental training program lies on (attention focusing and diverting ) for developing boxing players of youth. The study aims at preparing a proposed mental training as well as designing new skilful tests to measure concentration and diversion of attention and recognizing its effect on the development of attention for youth boxers. Significant statistical differences have been suggested by the researcher as a result to the effect of the proposed mental training program on the development of attention focusing and diverting for young boxers. As for the procedures of the study, the training program was used according to the equivalent groups to fit the nature of the problem. The chosen subjects consist of twenty boxers from the National Youth Team of Boxing. The subjects are divided into two groups controlled and experimental. Data were collected by means of questionnaires and equipments of gloves, boxing pads, jelly doll were supplied with assistant team work. The pilot experiment was executed according to the scientific principles of tests to prove its validity, reliability and objectivity. The results of the pretests and posttest for the two groups showed significant differences in the experimental group unlike the controlled one. The mental training program to develop offensive and defensive skills of boxing is strongly recommended for all ages with a special supervision of a psychologist.

The researcher proposed using 1000 touch style for developing the players' skill performance level and including this style in the traditional training session so as to develop the basic skills of Beginners of the Ages 14 - 16 Years Old.The Aims of the study : 1. Designing special Exercises using 1000 touch style in futsal training sessions.2. Identifying the effects of these special exercises using 1000 touch style in a training session on the development of some basic skills in Beginners of the Ages 14 - 16 Years Old. 3. Identifying the percent of development in the study subjects after using these exercises. The Hypotheses of the Study : 1. There are statistical differences in pre and posttests of the experimental and controlling groups in favor of posttests of the experimental group.2. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (30) Beginners of the Ages 14 - 16 Years Old. The pilot study was conducted on (10) of them while the other (20) were divided equality onto experimental group and controlling group. The experimental group applied the 1000 touch style in each training session while the controlling group followed the traditional method. The subjects of the study were tested four skill tests and they as follows : 1. Speed of shooting test towards a goal drawn on a wall for 30sec.2. Passing motor speed test towards a bench for 30sec.3. Speed of dribbling test.4. Trapping the ball test.The data was collected and treated statistically using proper statistical methods.Conclusions : The researcher came up with many conclusions : 1. Special exercises using 1000 touch style developed some of the basic skill in Beginners of the Ages 14 - 16 Years Old as shown in the experimental group's posttests Recommendations : 1. Using 1000 touch style on other age groups specially players of the ages 17 - 19 years old. 2. Stressing the importance of designing new exercises that focuses on using both legs during training especially in passing, dribbling, scoring and trapping. 3. It was the harmonization of the research sample in the variables (age, height, and weight), and equivalence between the two groups in anaerobic capacity and some basic skills on the study.The two sets of control and experimental research underwent before test and then do the training program proposed to the experimental group, while the program was carried out routine used by the trainer to the control group, and after the completion of that, the two sets of research were exposed to the test. The addressed data statistically has been using the mean, standard deviation, percentage and square root of the coefficient of stability, and simple correlation (Pearson) and test (v) of the samples and associated test (v) of the samples unrelated.The Researcher had come up at the following : * - The proposed training program, which uses playing exercises has had a positive impact on Anaerobic capacity and some basic skills on the study. * - Preparing a training program in a scientific and thoughtful takes (12) weeks and by (3) training modules in the week leading to the development of Anaerobic capacity and basic skills on the study.* - Interval method of training gives the trainer the possibility of organizing work and control the components of the training load, and lead to the development of anaerobic capacity and same basic skills on the study.The Researcher recommended with the following : * - There should be an emphasis on the use of the proposed program to train youth teams in soccer in Iraq.* - There should be an exercises focus on the use of the play in training modules for youth and commensurate with the potential of this category.* - There should be a using of similar stud by using the same style but applying it in another method. *

Abstract: ضم هذا الباب المقدمة واهمية البحث التي تطرقت فيها الى رياضة الجمناستك الفني، ودور العلوم الطبيعية الاخرى في تطورها ومن ضمنها علم التدريب وعلم البايوميكانيك من خلال توظيف هذه العلوم في تطوير مستوى الاداء الفني فيها، فللاداء الحصة الاكبر من الدرجة الاجمال | The study included the following five chapters : Chapter one : which included the study definition This chapter involved the introduction and the importance of the research in which we have dealt with artistic gymnastics , and the role of other natural sciences such as training science , biomechanics throughout using such sciences in developing the level of technical performance. Performance has the majority of the total scores which form the bodily movements in gymnastics , thus performance is given (10 marks) of the total final mark. The jumping springboard is one of the important devices for men's artistic gymnastics , at which skills pass through many stages including ( the approach run stage , striking of rising board stage , first flight stage , lean on hand stage , second flight stage , and landing stage). These stages are connected to each other , and success of each one depends upon the success of preceding stage , and all stages depend on the success of the first stage which is the approach run. The importance of approach run resides in the obtaining of the player the necessary and regular acceleration to get the horizontal velocity (kinetic energy) , whose speed fits to the performed difficult jump and converting it to (potential energy) at the moment of striking the rising board , and then converting it to vertical velocity after gaining kinetic energy with suitable acceleration , so as to convert it from one type to another without any decrease , in order to achieve the best artistic performance of the performed jump , because speed fluctuation will negatively and continuously affect the quality of jump performance. Therefore , the importance of this study resides in knowing some biokinmatic variables of the approach run and revealing weak points and defect in this run , and then setting up exercises to improve it , avoiding mistakes and identifying the scope of the effect of these exercises on the run. Since these exercises are considered as corrective and developmental program which can help to treat the weak points of performance and conquer them to improve the artistic performance. However , the research's problem can be summarized in weak artistic performance of some gymnastic skills on springboard device , which will result in low mark scoring by the players , and that is due to the fluctuation of the approach run , which created a problem affecting the kinetic pathway of the skill , and this in turn will lead to artistic performance score deduction , and therefore it will affect the final mark of the player. The aims of the study were as follows : Prepare exercises to improve the approach run in accordance with some biokinmatic variables.Identifying the values of some biokinmatic variables of the approach run and the values of performing some skills on the springboard.Identifying the effects of exercises used within a proposed training program to improve some biokinmatic variables of the approach run and the values of performing some skills on the springboard.The hypothesis of the study were as follows : There were statistically significant variation in some biokinmatic variables of the approach run between the pre and post tests.There were statistically significant variation in the results of performing some skills on the springboard between the pre and post tests.The domains of the study included the following : Human domain : included the players of the national juvenile selection team in artistic gymnastic who were 6 players , with age range (11 - 13) years.Temporal domain : The experimental program started from 22/5/2014 to 28/8/2014.Spatial domain : at the training center of the national selective team in artistic gymnastic in Zayoona qurter.Chapter two : Theoretical and similar studies : In this chapter , the researcher studied the theoretical studies related to her study , including the gymnastic and it's importance , and the concept of biomechanics and different types of biokinmatic analysis. The researcher also mentioned the modern springboard , it's properties , measurements , the natures of performance , description of exercise on the spring board , the artistic , biokinmatic , and legal basis of the approach run and skills. Finally , the researcher involved similar studies which are related to the present one with their discussion.Chapter three : Methodology and field procedures of the research : This chapter included the methods used by the researcher , which is the experimental methods of single experimental group , the exercises of the approach run with it's scientific basis , the biokinmatic variables used in the research and methods of their derivation , as well as the explorative experiments related to the proposed experiment and method. The exercise program started on 22/5/2014 till 28/8/2014 and it's application lasted for (12) weeks in as much as 3 exercise units per week on (Sunday , Tuesday , and Thursday) i.e the total exercise units were (36) during the research period. The researcher assigned (35) minutes for each exercise unit. The results were treated by suitable statistical methods through the statistical program (SPSS) in order to recognize the development of artistic performance level of the selected research skills.Chapter four : Review , analysis and discussion of the resultsThis chapter involved review and analysis of the results throughout tables and appropriate graphical figures with their scientific discussion depending upon scientific references that supported the findings of the researcher , thereby , the researcher achieved the aims and hypothesis of the study.Chapter four : Conclusions and RecommendationsThe researcher has got the following conclusions : 1 - The results showed efficacy of using exercise to improve the approach run within the proposed exercise method , which is set in accordance with some biokinmatic variables to develop the artistic performance of some skills on the springboard.2 - The results revealed efficacy of using the approach run exercises to improve biokinmatic variables of some skills in the study.The researcher recommended the following points : 1 - Generalization of the exercise methods proposed by the researcher to improve the approach run in accordance with some biokinmatic variables to perform some skills on the springboard at the training centers of gymnastic in Iraq. 2 - Reliance on modern technology to analyse skills in gymnastic to detect weakness and strength points during the kinetic pathway of the skill so as to avoid the weakness point and confirm strength points by using video recorders.3 - Performing similar studies and researches of other skills in gymnastic using different devices , including different biokinmatic aspects for boys and girls.

Thus, the researcher proposed an apparatus that could shift the player's attention and develop it and in turn develop the players' ability for blocking. Aims of the study : 1. Designing an apparatus for shifting attention during blocking to youth national Iraq team in volleyball.2. Identifying the differences between pre and posttests in the two groups in some aspects of attention and blocking to youth national Iraq team in volleyball. 3. Identifying the differences between posttests in the two groups in some aspects of attention and blocking to youth national Iraq team in volleyball.4. Identifying the percentage of development on some aspects of attention and blocking to youth national Iraq team in volleyball. Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (14) young Iraqi volleyball league players. Two of them have been eliminated because they do not block. The researcher divided the subjects into two equal groups; experimental and controlling groups. He also proposed an apparatus shift attention and found tests that suit it. Validity, reliability and objectivity of the tests have been proved. The researcher conducted a pilot study, pretests and posttests using the proposed apparatus. The collected data was treated using proper statistical methods mainly the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS). Conclusions : 1. The apparatus can be successful used in transforming and shifting attention to develop blocking.2. There are significant differences between pre and posttests in favor of posttests in all variables of the study.3. There are significant differences between posttests for the two groups in favor of the experimental group in all variables of the study.4. There is a developmental percentage in all variables of the study. Recommendations : 1. Using the proposed apparatuses for developing attention and blocking due to its great effect in training.2. Making similar studies using other apparatuses for different skills of volleyball and other aspects of attention.3. Informing coaches of the importance of mental operations in general and attention in particular due to its great importance in volleyball.4. Developing the apparatus after adding some timing sensors and improving technical aspects that would increase the speed of motor response.

Also conduct studies on the contribution rates of physical abilities and mental and motor gives a clear picture about the potential of their team's trained and appropriate means to raise the level of achievement.So lies the importance of research in that the contribution of some of the determinants of physical and motor and mental own bowling game of scientific studies accepted and which is expected to have results with a direct impact on the level of performance and thus achievement of higher, so they are trying to scientific interest aspects affecting directly involved in the selection process and training order to achieve the desired objectives to reach higher achievement.It is through the experience of the researcher being the player earlier and trained in the practice of the game and training , and through the viewing and follow - up steps to the education and training of this game, noted that the selection of players for national teams are not on according to the basis of selection right and depending on the exact specifications of player Bowling, also noted that there is variation in the selection and the training of players, and there is no any selectors can be relied upon when the selection and training of the players in terms of the determinants of physical and motor and mental , which leads to a waste of effort training , and therefore the objective of the training process is not clear, therefore sought the researcher to develop this game in the selection of players in order to achieve the best performance when training or access to a number of quarters with high numbers during the competition.The study aimed to : - Identify some of the physical abilities and mental and motor according to the relative importance of bowling game players. - Understand the relationship between some physical abilities and mental and motor in the completion of a bowling game. - Identify the percentage contribution of some physical abilities and mental motor in the completion of a bowling game.The researcher assumed : - The existence of a correlation between some physical abilities and mental and motor in the completion of a bowling game. - There is the contribution of different degrees of some physical abilities and mental and motor in the completion of a bowling game. The researcher used the descriptive correlation study , as the research community chose the way they are intentional national teams players of the fifteen countries participating in the Sinai International Open Bowling ( men ), which was held in the Arab Republic of Egypt for the period from 23 - 30/4/2013 totaling ( 100 ) for the player, the researcher has chosen a sample of ( 98 ) for the player , and they thus represent 98% of the research community , as it has been excluded ( 2 ) The player of them to conduct exploratory experiment on them. Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على تاثير التمرينات الخاصة لتطوير بعض القدرات البدنية والوظيفية والمهارية على وفق معادلة الكثافة التدريبية المطلقة.حيث ان العملية التدريبية تحتاج الى فهم عالي من قبل المدربين في كيفية التنسيق الصحيح بين اوقات العمل والراحة لتقنين | The study aimed to identify the impact of the training program for the development of some physical and functional skills and capacity according to the equation training absolute density. The researcher used the experimental method for suitability to the nature of the research, the research sample consisted of (16) as a player and aged (16 - 18) years since, the research sample was divided into two groups and the control group and the experimental group of (8) players per group. The training program applied to the experimental group of (10) weeks and by (4) training modules in the week as a total of 40 training modules, and reached 120 module minute time either exercises used, prepared by the researcher in the experimental curriculum time, reaching for implementation 30 - 85 minutes. Taking into account the strict regulation of work and rest times of rationing module intensity through training density equation used by the researcher, and after the completion of the application of the training program was conducted a posteriori tests on the sample. And using appropriate statistical methods, the researcher to several conclusions, including that the training using the equation of absolute intensity training the experimental group had achieved remarkable development in all tests Search capabilities of physical, functional and technical skills for the tests before and after. But in the post tests dimensional experimental group has outperformed the control group in all tests except the search in only two tests are Alphusvegeneh test capacity and test beating overwhelming. The researcher recommends the need to legalize the use of training load using the equation density in training for volleyball players and mainstream way rationing training load using the equation in determining the severity of the module.

Etc.3 - THIRD CHAPTER : Methodology of Research and its Field Procedures.The researcher used the Experimental Methodology in solving research problem, being the most suitability. In the research society, it was specified by the Superior Clubs League for Seniors, in basketball for the season (2009 - 2010). Sample individuals became (16) players in prior measurements and (10) players in posterior measurements, and they were chosen on intentional way, and after that the analogy was done to the sample individuals in the aspects that affect the research variables (CPK - LDH) and Lactic Acid concentration level and Glucose in blood and its relationship with the performance activity After that the researcher determined to do two explorative experiments and performed The first main prior experiment on 28/4/2010 and the second main posterior one on 30/4/2010 concerning complex sugar (starch) and the performed the second The researcher used suitable statistic ways in finding results which suited the study. He used { Arithmetic mean, Normative deviation, Median (T)for analogous samples, (T) for non - Analogous samples, Torsion modulus, simple conjunction}. 4 - FOURTH CHAPTER : Displaying , Analyzing and Discussing the Results This chapter contains, displaying the results and their discussion to the measurements used the research in the mono sugar ( Glucose) effect, before (60) minutes from the contest, and the effect of complex sugar(starch) , before (90)minutes from the contest, in basketball within the finals of the superiors league for the senior in (2009 - 2010) season, to produce ,the prior and posterior differences , and displaying and analyzing results and their discussion to the posterior measurements in the( mono and complex ) sugar on some Biochemical capabilities before contest and the extent of their effectiveness in the Glucose sugar (SU) concentration level, and the concentration of phosphophrectocainase , and (LDH) Lactic Dehydrogenize Enzymes ,and Lactic Acid level in the blood after the contest.5 - CHAPTER FIVE : Conclusions and Recommendations The researcher has concluded a group of results, as follow : - The mono - sugar (Glucose) provision has the preference in the posterior tests differences, compared to prior tests. - The complex sugar(starch) provision before the contest about (90) minutes does not contribute except in the posterior tests in reserving the Glucose sugar concentration level with simple distinction from the mono - sugar (Glucose). - There are differences in the posterior tests for the benefit to the mono - sugar (Glucose) (60) minutes before the contest, in the concentration level of (LDH) and (CPK) Enzymes, and the concentration level of the Lactic acid in the posterior tests. - There is no relationship between (performance activity)and the Biomechanical capabilities under study. - The mono - Sugar (Glucose) provision is more effective than Complex - sugar are (starch ),before contest in basketball activity.RECOMMENDATIONS : as follow : - Taking care of the players' right nutrition in quality and quantity as an separable part of Preparations of teams program , and it is a completing , physique and skill trainings Side. - Carry out the same study with giving mono - carbohydrate (Glucose) during the contest.Increasing ( mono and complex ) Hydrate doses before contest , about (500 G) , without paying any attention to the weight, that for the huge development in variousGames, and the increasing hardship of the contest. - Making circular examinations for the players to examine Enzymes before the beginning of the preparing program , because it will give complete view to the physical and functional sides of the player, and if there is a shortage in functional organs, as liver and heart…… etc. - Making the same experiment on different samples ( Age Categories), youth and beginners. - Depending on Biochemical changes in developing and evaluating the training process. - All teams must appoint a nutrition expert who is well qualified and has a specialization In his field, or, every association must appoint a nutrition specialist specifically in the association teams, and works as a consultant or, as an expert or, in minimum limit givesCircular lectures to the teams trainers on the right way in nutrition, concerning it the lonely source for intra - body energy. - Non - being studying the performance activity in the future researches because it is designed for the international standards, and it can't be applied in researches to gain results.

The researcher hopes to link the physical development with the skill development by adjusting the player's responses according to the situation of the games. This link is achieved by designing exercises for female futsal players during training sessions.The Problem of the study was the great weakness in females' physical abilities levels. Thus, the researcher used modern scientific references and experts in this field to find the most appropriate style of training. The researcher came up with exercises that develop the physical and skill abilities that are related to scoring accuracy in female futsal players.The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (18) Iraqi female futsal league players. The subject was divided into three groups; (6) experimental group, (6) controlling group and (6) pilot study group. The data was collected and treated using proper statistical methods. The results were displayed in tables for pretests and posttests for both the experimental and the controlling group. The results were then analyzed and discussed according the scientific resources.The researcher concluded that using exercises with competitive play style within a training program during special preparation phase has a positive effect on developing special physical abilities and the basic skills.Finally the researcher recommended paying more attention to these exercises using competitive play style to help develop some physical abilities in national futsal female players.

Part Two : - Theoretical and Similar Studies : - This part contains the study of these matters which are relating to the research and this is the co - operational learning and the researcher talks about his growing concept of co - operational learning , aims and characteristics of co - operational learning , original principle , execute steps , the factors which will be the cause to succeed the co - operational learning style , the role of students and teachers in it ,size of groups and co - operational learning modes the appearance of learning co - operation , similarities and differences between co - operation and imitation styles , article steps to performance for rising snatch.The concept and importance and special physical abilities for raising it, reach and got learning and protection with all the kinds of operation except of similar studies and differences between similar study and modern study. Part Three : - Research Program and its Field Procedures : This part contains the managing program which is experimental program and its field procedures, which were the research group and its sample, which had been chosen (40) forty students in it from the second academic year of their study in Training Part/College of Physical Education / Sulaimani University as a sample of the research, then they divided in to two equal parts and after that the equivalence had been for all (time age , weight and tall) , physical abilities and affective movable ) for each (20) students in each group, the experimentalism group followed - on learning in a co - operational mode which put that program for them and it contains ten (10) learning units also the experimental period absorbed (5) five weeks for each learning units in ( 1) one week, and the learning unit period was (90) ninety minutes, but the second group (control group ) used the imitation style for rising the snatch , and they also finished by the same period. The researcher depended on some tools , facilities and the factors of collection information , then limited special physical abilities and suitable tests for their measurements , then ensured in equivalence for both groups in each physical , motor abilities and motor procuring (level of skill performance and achieving ) and that’s through the scientific notice and photographing the research sample performance from the referees by a special form which designed for this purpose , then the two scouting tests had been did , one of them was for managing motor and physical tests in the research and the other for the learning program and before doing the pre - tests the practical of the two units of introduction had been did then the practical program , after that the researcher did the post - test , finally he did the absolute protection test procedure , and after getting a number of data the researcher used some statistical factors ( mathematical midst, criterion aberrance, (t) test for independent and nondependent samples and absolute protection test) ).Part Four : - Exhibition, Analyzing Results and their Discussions : - This part contains the exhibition and analyzing the result of pre and post tests in getting motor ( level of performance skills and achieving ) and special physical abilities and protection , doing the comparison between both of pre and post - tests for the both groups and finally between post tests between protection and post - tests, then their discussions. Part Five : - Recommendation and Conclusion : - This part contains a numerous conclusions and recommendations, and the most important of these conclusions are : 1 - Confirmed using co - operational learning and imitating way with their affective in (level of performance skill) for rising snatch by the second year students of the College of Physical Education at Sulaimania University. 2 - Confirmed using co - operational learning its effectiveness in achieving for rising snatch by the research sample.3 - Confirmed using co - operational learning its effectiveness in developing all special physical abilities enquired from the research sample. 4 - Confirmed using imitational way its effectiveness in the abilities of ( the most power of legs and explosiveness power of the legs ) by the research sample.5. The Problem of the Study The researcher has observed weakness in the performance of primary school pupils in the normal court which made the interesting and exciting game boring and difficult. For this specific reason the researcher intends to use special exercises in mini and normal court for learning some basic skills in handball. Aims of the Study The researcher aims at : 1.setting special exercises in mini and normal court for learning some basic skills in handball for sixth primary school pupils. 2. identifying the effect of special exercises in mini and normal court on learning some basic skills in handball for sixth primary school pupils. 3.identifying the maintenance rate of some basic skills in handball for sixth primary school pupils. The Hypotheses It is hypothesized that : 1.there are statistical differences between the pre - test and post - test of the three study groups in learning some basic skills in handball. 2.there are statistical differences between the three study groups in the post test in learning some basic skills in handball. 3.there is difference between in the maintenance rate in learning some basic skills in handball. Fields of the Study 1.5.1 Sample subjects : the sample is represented by (45) pupils of sixth class primary school for the study year (2013 - 2014). 1.5.2Date : from (1/9/2013) to (10/4/2014). 1.5.3 Place : The court of Baquba Primary school Chapter Two : Theoretical and Previous Studies In this chapter the researcher has introduced the concept of learning, motor learning and its stages as for acquiring and maintaining the basic skills and the methods of measurement. In addition, it introduces the concept of the special exercises and its importance, the mini - court and mini handball and to the basic skills under research. The chapter also has dealt with the review of previous studies and the point of similarities and differences between them. Chapter three : the Procedures The researcher has used the experimental method and has followed the equivalent groups design. The study sample is represented by primary school pupils which are (45)pupils divided into three groups, two experimental and one control. The work on the major experimental group started from (29/10 /2013) to (22/12/2013)and lasts for (8) weeks including two learning units. The whole units of the study are (16) units. This chapter also has included the instruments used in gathering information, the two pilot experiments the tests used in the study, the scientific bases and the two tests(pre - test and post - test) the maintenance tests and the statistical means used in the study. Chapter Four : The Results, Discussion and analysis This chapter is concerned with analyzing and discussing the results which the researcher has reached to using tables and shapes. The discussion and analysis are based on scientific sources. Chapter Five : Conclusions and Recommendations The researcher has reached to the following conclusions : 1.The special exercises used in the current study has led to the interaction of learners with the activity and, consequently, improved the performance and affected on acquiring some basic skills. 2.The mini - court and small spaces between learners are appropriate for the learners' physical abilities being in the primary stage of learning which is acquisition. 3.The transition from the mini - court to the normal court, which has been applied on the second experimental group has led to developing the skills in the study, particularly the dribbling skill in comparison with the first experimental group of this skill. 4.The appropriacy of the zero - size ball in the primary stages of acquisition then the transition to the one - size ball, has increased the ability of learners to perform and master skills properly. The transition, also played a role in the acquisition and learning skills of the study. 5.The results of the control group are lower than those of the two experimental groups because of the special exercises which have an effective role in learning the skills under research. Recommendations The researcher has recommended the following : 1.Using special exercises, which are used in the study, for learning basic skills in handball which are appropriate for the age of the sample of the study. 2.The emphasis on using the mini - court for this age level and conducting schools and educational teams championships according to the measurements of the study. 3.Using the mini - court and gradually the transition to the normal court for beginning learners, particularly ,in the specialized handball schools recently established and which work with the same age level of the current study. 4.Making similar studies and applying the variables of the study used in the mini - court for learning basic skills in handball and applying them on girls and on younger aged boys. 5.Using zero - size ball in learning basic skills in primary schools.

Abstract: وتكمن مشكلة البحث في ان الفرق العراقية سابقا كانت تحقق نتائج متميزة ومتقدمة على الصعيد العربي والاسيوي، في جميع البطولات التي كان يشارك بها ولكن اخذ مستواه بالتدني في السنوات الاخيرة نتيجة العقوبات التي فرضت بحق الكرة الطائرة العراقية من قبل الاتحاد الاس | The Iraqi volleyball league was one of the best leagues in Arabic, Asian and World championships compared to Arabic leagues yet recently our Iraqi national volleyball league deteriorated. This deterioration was due to a weakness in the league’s results that in turn reflects weakness in skill and tactics performance. The aims of the study : 1. Identifying the level of skill - tactics performance efficiency for Iraqi national volleyball and some Arabic volleyball leagues participating in the Second Arabic tournament in Doha 2011.2. Comparing the level of Skill - tactics performance efficiency.The hypothesis of the Study : 1. There are statistical differences in the level of skill - tactics performance level between Iraqi national Volleyball league and Arabic volleyball leagues participating in the Second Arabic tournament in Doha 2011.Procedures of the Study : The researcher used the descriptive method. The subjects of the study were (6) Arabic leagues participating in the Second Arabic tournament in Doha 2011 group B who represented 54.54% of the sample. The leagues included Iraq, Bahrain, Jordan, Sudan and Algeria. The researcher got a video tape of all matches. The data was collected through an analytical program, a tactical performance form as well as the pilot study and statistical means.Conclusions : The researcher came up with the following conclusions : 1. There are significant differences in the level of serving skill efficiency in favor of Egypt, Bahrain, Jordan and Algeria while the other leagues; Iraq and Sudan, showed no significance differences.2. There are significant differences in the level of receiving skill efficiency in favor of Egypt, Bahrain, and Algeria while the other leagues; Iraq, Jordan and Sudan, showed no significance differences. 3. Three system is the system used mostly by Iraqi league compared tofour system. The Algerian league came first in using four system of service reception followed by the Egyptian league then the Jordanian, Iraqi, Sudanese league respectively.4. The Iraqi league got the highest percentage in simple individual attack while Bahrain, Egypt and Algeria got the highest percentage in compound individual attack while Algeria, Jordan and Sudan got the highest percentage simple group attack while Egypt and Bahrain got the highest percentage in compound group attack.Recommendations : Finally the researcher recommended the following : 1. The necessity of concentrating on the development of serving and receiving, setting, attacking and blocking skills for the national Iraqi volleyball league for future participations.2. The necessity of using four system for service reception that suits with the offensive formation and the level of Iraqi players.3. The coaches should analyze their team’s matches and evaluating them as well as displaying them on players to increase their awareness and error detection especially in young, youth and advanced volleyball teams that lack the experience.4. The necessity of having a statistical analyst for Iraqi teams to observe team players and to record all data inside the court and analyze them to hand them to the coach during and after the match.

Being an activity depended on the oxygen and non - oxygen system and because of accumulation lactic acid in muscles it is called men killer. Thus the researcher has viewed pursue rhythmic ( overall) t training to develop the private endurance of this activity, where these training amongst of basic requests of running, from here the importance of the research lies in studying the effect of rhythmic training means in improvement of private endurance ( force and speed) and improving level of accomplishment running 400 M.As for the research problem lies in : - It has noticed that the performance level in the activity of running 400m. in Iraq has witnessed a clear weakness, because the training used via acquainted of the researcher with the training units for the coaches of this activity especially women, not specifying the running rhythm and concentration on the running distance, thus the researcher has viewed setting especial training for the speed endurance and strength also rationing the special rhythm of 400 m. running via adjusting the step length and its frequency during the running for this distance to stipulate a basic rule to develop the system the oxygenic energy via training with less and more breath for the race distance. The researcher has attempted to contribute to set some solutions to establish the training units for the activity of 400 m. running. As for the objective of the research : 1 - Preparing rhythmic running overall training.2 - Identifying the effect of rhythmic running overall training on the private endurance. And accomplishment running 400 M, for women.The research hypotheses1 - there are significance differences of statistic significance between the pre and post tests for private endurance for the research community.2 - There are differences of statistic significance in pre and post tests for the two experimental and control group in accomplishing 400 m. running.The research scopes : - 1 - The human scope/ she players of Alfatat Baghdad sport club for the seasons 2013 - 2014, women category of age groups(20 - 24) whose numbers amounted(10) she/players2 - The time scope/(from8/2/2014 till 10/05/2014)3 - The special scope/ field of force games, Hadeid hall - college of physical education/ Baghdad university - Al - JadiriyaThe second category : The second category includes the most reliable studies on the scientific and reliable sources , besides the researcher's point of view in some of the special variables of the research which are ( rhythmic training and the physical abilities and brief of activity of running 400 m. and the artistic stages and the physical requirements for 400 running m.) also then second category included the most important previous studies with their discussion. Third categoryThis category has discussed the research approach which an experimental approach and sample to perform the research which included she/ players of 400 M. running of age group ranged from (20 - 24) years old where the sample individuals amounted (10) she/ players chosen deliberately, and they are divided in to two groups( experimental and control), each group( 5 ) she / players , where the training units applied on the experimental group.An test of consistency was chosen with lengthy, weight and age and equivalence among them in the research variables, then the survey experiment and pre - test were performed included private force endurance, private speed and accomplishment of 400 M. running, then the training units lasted (12) weeks of (3) units weekly then performing the post - tests in the same conditions in which the pre - tests where performed, then the statistic means manipulating the tests results which is (Spss).Forth category : As for the forth category included display and analyzing of pre - and post - tests.Fifth category : Included conclusions and recommendations The most important conclusions as follow : - In light with the statistic manipulation of the research results and displaying, analyzing and discussing the results, the researcher has reached the following conclusions.1 - The prepared training unit based on correct scientific principles which included physical tests contributed in improving the private and the overall abilities for the elected activity and leads to positive results and that is shown by the activity of 4oomtest.2 - And the time period to accomplish the suitable training unit also enables the coach to distribute the components of the training endurance in better way that could achieve best results and this has been shown be the implemented training unit period. 3 - The rhythmic running (overall) training has contributed in development the special endurance and developing the achievement for 400M. activity.4 - The rhythmic running overall training has contributed in development of the length and frequency of the step for the research sample members. The training of the rhythmic running overall training has in maintaining relatively the rhythmic of running during the race distance and this reflects positively on performance.As for the most important of the recommendations as follow : - 1 - Applying the rational scientific training units and the suitable training methods appropriated with the trained research sample members. 2 - Depending effectively on the physical abilities during the training units which considered criterion to observe the variables occurs for the function organs of the players.3 - The necessity of applying the overall running within the training units of the runners 400m.4 - Performing similar researches and studies depending on the overall running training for other activities of all age groups(he/she juniors - he/she youth - adults)5 - Depending the items of training unit and generalizing it on the coach of this activity to make use of it as possible.

Abstract: The study comprised five chapters : Chapter One : Introducing the Study.The first chapter included an introduction that is dealing with the significance of the study in Constructing and Rationing Knowledge Management Scale for Sub - Union Leaders in Iraq and its Relation to their administrative Competence from their Members' Points of View in addition to an attempt to find out their levels of knowledge management and administrative competency from members' point of view and then identifying the nature of relation between both variables. This significance can be summed as follows : 1. The study tackles an effective and important management concept which is knowledge management and applying it in the field of sports in sub sports unions in Iraq.2. Setting a knowledge management scale for directors of sub sports federation in Iraq from members' point of view, figuring out the possibility of applying it to measure those directors' competency in effectively leading their federations to achieve their objectives and state the obstacles preventing such achievement.3. This study aims at identifying the relation between knowledge management and managerial competency sub - sport federation directors in Iraq.4. This study puts an important responsibility on the shoulders of those who are in charge of Iraqi sport federations to pay attention and interact with the scientific, intellectual and managerial changes and developments that are taking place in our present day.The Research ProblemThe problem of the study is in that there is no scale of measuring the level of knowledge management for sub - sport federations in Iraq. Therefore, the present study probes the ability of sport institutions in Iraq, represented by sub sport - federations in applying knowledge management and what is its relation to administration competencies of sub sport - federation directors in Iraq via answering the following queries : 1. What is the level of knowledge management of sub sport - federation directors in Iraq from members' point of view?2. What is the level of managerial competencies of sub sport - federation directors which enable them to successfully lead their federations and evaluating them through members of the administrative body?3. What is the type of relation between knowledge management of sub sport - federation leaders and what managerial competency they have?The study aims at : 1. Constructing and rationing a knowledge management scale for sub sport - federation directors in Iraq from members' point of view.2. Finding out the level of knowledge management of sub sport - federation directors and the level of their administrative competency from members' point of view.3. Identifying the type of relation between knowledge management of sub sport - federation leaders and what managerial competency they have from members' point of view.The hypothesis of the study is that : 1. There is a significant relation between knowledge management of sub sport - federation leaders and their managerial competency from members' point of view.Scopes of the study : 1. Human Scope : members of sub sport - federations in 2014 - 2015.2. Periodic Scope : from 17/11/2013 to 1/9/2015.3. Spatial Scope : sub sport - federation headquarters and representatives of the Olympic committee in 14 Iraqi provinces.Chapter Two - Theoretical and Previous Studies : The second chapter comprised two sections; the first included 23 theoretical topics in relation to knowledge management and administrative competency, while the second contained four previous studies.Chapter Three - Methodology and Field Procedures : The researcher adopted the descriptive method of approaches like (cadastral, standard studies, and correlative relations) to solve the problem of the study because it is the most proper approach to achieve the aims of the study. The study population comprised Iraqi sub sport - federation members who are (878) members. The researcher has selected all sub - sport federation members except those in Nineveh, Salahadeen and Anbar who were excluded due to the present deteriorated situation in these provinces. The researcher then divided the population of the study into two groups; the first of them is randomly nominated to be a sample for constructing the knowledge management scale with a total of (200) members. The second group is used for rationing the knowledgemanagement scale and the adaptation procedures of administrative competency scale as well as to the relation between both scales with (236) members. Moreover, procedures of setting the scale are clarified in addition to setting the population and sample of the study as well as revealing data gathering tools and devices used.Chapter Four - Showing, analyzing and discussing the results : In this chapter, the most important results of the study are shown, discussed and analyzed to achieve the aim of the research.Chapter Five - Conclusion and Recommendations : The most significant conclusions of the study are : 1. Notwithstanding the different viewpoints of the researchers and specialists on the elements and components and the fields of knowledge management, but the axes reached by the researcher in this study almost universal for most of these differences.2. Sub - heads of sports federations who are characterized by high levels of knowledge management they also have high levels of administrative competence.3. Some sports bodies may apply knowledge management processes, but are not aware of this as stated in the theoretical and intellectual study frameworks, and this leads to the conclusion that the target body applied so randomly unconsciously thinking knowledge management and the required of tune about life sports body cycle.4. Knowledge Management dimensional axes and integrated process, and can not be pursued without the integration of these dimensions and axis combined, and the neglect of any element of its elements does not help to achieve the expected results.The most important recommendations are : 1. Implementing the present scale (knowledge management) to identify the level of knowledge management among sub sport - federation directors in order to diagnose the weakness in federation management according to scientific bases.2. The researcher suggests that sport federation officials should adopt the knowledge management and administrative competency scales as tools used to evaluate sub sport - federation directors to measure their competency in union administration.3. Emphasizing the availability of information technology as well as providing an organizing environment to implement knowledge management in sub sport - federations through providing material, human and moral supports.4. Establishing an independent administration in each sport authority that is named (knowledge management) in the organizational structure with duties of identifying how to gain, store, regulate, distribute and sharing knowledge as well as knowing the level of benefitting from implementing it.

Abstract: Chapter one : includes Introduction and the importance of the research : Whereas the researcher have come to talk about the educational process as an important and fundamental aspects of society, and that have undergone continuous and significant efforts as a result of the use of modern means and methods. The researcher also talked about the physical education lesson and its importance in the educational process. Worth to mention that the researcher also talked about preparing a double curriculum to facilitate the process of the students' understanding the scientific lessons and merging some of physical educational games’ skills in the curriculum to be correct basis for the preparation of educational curriculums.Research’s problem focused on : Preparing special curriculums of which the Physical Education can be activated and join it to the rest of the scientific lessons to become more useful for students.The objectives of the research : 1. Building a suggested curriculum for the lesson of physical education in the academic achievement of physics and the development of some of the physical and skill abilities.2. Getting to know the impact of the suggested curriculum for the lesson of physical education in the academic achievement of physics and the development of some of the physical and skill abilities.Imposition of Search : There is a positive effect of the suggested curriculum for the lesson of physical education on the before and after tests between the experimental group, the control group and for the sake of the experimental group.The areas of the research are : The human area : Hilla’s junior high students (Grade 5 / scientific).Temporal area : from 15th /Feb/2014 until 7th /Jul/2014.Spatial area : Hilla’s junior high yards and playgrounds.Chapter two : Theoretical and similar studies.researcher in this chapter talked about the theoretical subjects that concern the research, such as identifying curriculum and its importance, as well as the physical education lesson and the ways of preparing it and worth to mention the importance of academic achievement and the physics of Grdae 5 (scientific). The researcher also addresses the physical capacities and skills.Chapter three : Research Methodology and field procedures : Chapter three included Research Methodology and field procedures where the researcher used the experimental curriculum due to its relevance to the problem of the research and used equivalent experimental groups design.The community of the research has been identified having represented by Hilla’s junior high students (Grade 5 / scientific) for the academic year 2013/2014 totaling 100 students. (50) Students were chosen as the research sample selected by the researcher to have 25 students in each class.Then the researcher went through the process of Equal and homogeneity of the research sample and conducted an exploratory experiment to determine the appropriate conditions for the experiment.Chapter Four : Results’ Presentation, Analyzing, and DiscussionChapter Four Represents the Data of the thesis, analyzing and discussing it by using the appropriate statistic methods in order to reach the objectives of the research. The researcher has come up with promising results to the requirements of developing a suggested curriculum for the lesson of physical education to the Students of the Iraqi High Schools.Chapter Five : conclusions and recommendationsThe Researcher has got some Important Conclusions. Here by mentioning few of them : 1 - The results which the Tests have shown, proved the Validity of the Curriculum which the researcher has prepared by conducting his work on developing some of the physical, skillful abilities and Academic achievements which it was clearly presented by the tests results.2 - There were few Significant differences shown in the before and after tests to the benefit of the follow - up test and for the experimental Group, where the Physical abilities have develped (strength, Speed, flexibility, Fitness) and the Skillful techniques( Discus throw, 100 Meters Run, broad jump) and the Academic achievement for physics, which the suggested educational Curriculum has positively affected in the development of the research varieties all in for Grade 5 (scientific).3 - There were few Significant differences shown in the after tests between the experimental group and the Controlling one show the benefit of the experimental group to develop the physical abilities ( strength, Speed, flexibility, Fitness) and the skillful abilities (Discus throw, 100Meters Run, broad jump) and the Academic achievement of physics. Since the suggested educational Curriculum has accomplished improvements better than the current followed Educational Curriculum, because it has accomplished its Goals and Purposes that it was established for in the first place.As for the recommendations, the researcher has recommended the follow ups : 1 - Relying on the suggested Educational Curriculum in the High School for its positive and Effective influence in developing some of the physical and skillful abilities and the Academic achievement.2 - Reviewing the current approved Curriculum in order to accomplish more improvements to its structure in the phase of developing physical abilities and skills.3 - The necessity of adding scientific subjects to the Physical Curriculum.4 - Paying more attention to the Iraqi sport play Grounds of the Iraqi Schools.5 - The necessity of taking great care of providing modern educational materials (hand Made or Machinery Made) and studying its influences on the high schools’ educational path in order to develop the educational level and set aside with the other countries’ advanced levels of education.6 - Conducting studies to the Similar Age groups to develop the physical and skillful abilities for both Genders and for other physical activities

Preparing a teaching program using teaching technology for some physical education curricula (gymnastics and basketball) for secondary schools.2. Identify the differences between pre and post tests on the levels of teaching the skills under study.Hypotheses of the study : 1. There are significant statistical difference between pre and posttests results for both groups in the level of learning some skills in gymnastics and basketball. 2. There are statistical significant differences between posttests results in both groups of the study in learning open skills.The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (40) secondary school pupils of the ages 13 - 14. The subjects were 20 from Al Mamoon secondary school and 20 from Ammar Ben Yaser secondry school. The subjects from Al Mamoon school were divided into two groups one for teaching gymnastics and the other for basketball. Ammar Ben Yaser school served as the controlling group.The experts selected many gymnastics skills including (handstand, cartwheel, somersault) and basketball skills included (chest passing, dribbling and shooting).The researcher proposed a teaching program in the computer as a technical means. Many gymnastics skills models were video taped as well as basketball skills along with comments and feedback on each model. Conclusions & Recommendations : The researcher came up with many conclusions and ended up recommended the following : Conclusions : 1. Advanced technical teaching methods contributed in developing the movements of arms, legs, head, torso for both gymnastics and basketball.2. Displaying the skills using the computer gave positive results in facilitating the learning process through watching the model perform and the ability to use slow motion to concentrate on details.3. feedback plays a great role here because the pupil will compare his performance with the performance of the model he watched in the computer.Recommendations : 1. Using technology in teaching physical education skills in schools.2. Using the computer in schools to develop physical education lesson.3. Implementing the comprehensive construction design with modern techniques based on ( 8) construction units for each group in (8) weeks period as two construction units per a week, each unit is (90) minuets. The researcher has designed the two scales of distinctive motor performance for the two spiking and defense skills in volleyball consisted of (23) items for spiking skill and (11) items for defense skill to be aware of knowing the distinctive motor performance for the constructed student in both these skills.After finishing the implementing of comprehensive constructing design with modern techniques, then proceeding the after - tests procedures ( technical performance, accuracy, test of physical abilities,motor and cognitive abilities). After dealing with the results statistically, the researcher has concluded some conclusions most important are : 1 - The constructing comprehensive design by using modern techniques has big impact in developing some special abilities and performing the two skills of spiking and defense for students of volleyball. 2 - The designed constructing techniques has a big influence on developing some special abilities of spiking and defense skills in the court of volleyball. Also about carelessness of using ball games and using ancient and undeveloped procedures at applying sport lesson.The research aims to : Setting a suggested educational programs using ball games to develop some of the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for elementary school students of (9) years old, knowing the effect of using the educational program in developing research variables for the research individuals sample. And knowing the better group in consequent test and knowing the differences betweens boys and girls concerning developing the research variables for the sample individuals of the research.The researcher using the experimental program in equal groups procedure, the sample of the research included (40) student of boys and girls, they were chosen randomly and divided into two groups : control and experimental groups, (20) students to each group. The educational and followed programs included (18) educational units for (6) weeks, dividing (3) educational units per - week during (40) minutes for each educational unit.The researcher made a pre and consequent measure for the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for the elementary school students of (9) years old then the statically procedure were made to know the effect of the two programs on developing some cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for elementary school students of nine years old.The results were representing as a tables and being discussed according to the researcher opinions reinforced by same identity of the research resources. The researcher has reached too many results : - 1. Using the suggested educational program and the program led to developing some of the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for the students of (9) years old in boys and girls.2. The suggested educational program is better than the followed program in developing some of the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for the students of (9) years old (boys and girls) except the directive ness ability.3. Experimental girls are better than controlled boys in walking test, while experimental boys are better than controlled girls in crossing hurdle test, but no development in both sexes concerning the blackboard test, while the experimental Boys are relatively better than experimental girls but they are relatively similar concerning all the basic psychomotors.According to such result, the researcher recommended by the following : - 1. Ensuring to use the suggested educational program which prove the development in some cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for elementary school students of nine years old both sexes.2. Thus, the researcher aimed at designing a creative thinking program that would develop the child's perception and basic skills. The Aims of The Study : 1. Preparing two programs for creative thinking for developing perceptive level and performing the basic skills in kindergarten children in the college of education for women/ university of Baghdad of the ages 5 - 6 years old. 2. Identifying the differences between pre and posttests for the two experimental groups and the controlling group in the perceptive level and performing the basic skills by children of the ages 5 - 6 years old.3. Identifying the differences between the three groups in the three posts in the perceptive level and performing basic skills in kindergarten children in the college of education for women/ University of Baghdad.The Hypotheses of The Study : 1. There are statistical difference between the results of pretests and posttests in the two experimental groups and the controlling group in the perceptive level and performing the basic skills in kindergarten children in the college of education for women/ University of Baghdad.2. There are statistical difference between the results of the three groups in the posttests in perceptive level and performing the basic skills in kindergarten children in the college of education for women/ University of Baghdad.The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (30) child divided into three equal groups. The two first groups underwent two experimental groups for creative thinking from 1/3/2009 till 30/4/2009. The experimental program lasted for two months with three learning sessions per week. The pretests were applied after designing a questionnaire to measure the creative thinking as well as the basic skills in children. The posttests were applied after the experimental program and the results were treated statistically using SPSS.The Conclusions : 1. The learning sessions using creative thinking exercises contributed effectively in developing the perceptive level and performing some basic skills in children.2. The learning session using the computer contributed effectively to develop the perceptive level in the second experimental group.3. The learning session using the computer in the second experimental group to develop retention of the basic skills understudy. The Recommendations : 1. Using the results of the training program for developing the perceptive level and performing some basic skills in kindergarten children.2. Stressing the importance of connecting the perceptive level with the performance of the basic skills when designing kindergarten programs due to their importance in learn.3. The collaboration of experts in the field of learning and physical education to produce more programs and teaching units using the computer for all age groups.

Abstract: ان استخدام الوسائل التعليمية امر مهم يسهل من عملية التعليم والتعلم في ان واحد فهو يقرب الفكرة للمتعلم من جهة ويجعله قادرا على استيعاب المادة التعليمية من جهة اخرى فهو يسهل عمل المدرس من حيث الاقتصاد بالجهد والوقت لايضاح ما يريد ايضاحه بسهولة ويسر من خل | The use of teaching Methods is important to facilitate the process of teaching and learning at the same time. it is about the idea of the learner on the one hand and to be able to accommodate the educational material on the other hand it facilitates the work of the teacher in terms of the economy, the effort and time to clarify what he wants explained easily through a learning tool, especially if The method works on the mind works and thinking so that learners can employ all mental processes such as attention, concentration and perception. The main concern that most concern to teachers or teachers of physical education is to reach the most suitable ways and methods that facilitate the learning process and the presence of individual differences, there is no particular method or way a particular benefit all parties to reach them to one level of learning.It means teaching in the field of learning skills is the method - interactive and method of examination of self, where the advantage of each method features different from the other and choose the most appropriate method of learning has a close relationship as characterized by groups of the methods of cognitive and cognitive - related processes and mental, which is the process of identifying the task of providing suitable conditions for individual and groups of individuals, the most prominent methods (durable obscurity , non - durable obscurity) that individuals on how to deal with all that is unfamiliar and new and all that is familiar with the varying degree between the poles of the field or after me.Based on all of the above highlights the importance of current research in an attempt to use the latest types of visual aids (mind maps), which is one of the means of educational task as it works to deliver information on the skill after formulation in a mind map of the learner and by using methods (interactive) as double way and in a check self - method as a single.The game of volleyball and one of the games group, which won the attention of many amateur and won the lead in terms of prevalence in many countries of the world and based this game on basic skills as a task to it and to progress in this game you must master the skills of all so it's important to draw attention towards learning these skills through appropriate effort by both poles of the educational process (student - teacher).Thus began a researcher in a new attempt in this area to identify the impact of interactive methods and examination of self - using mind maps for people with cognitive impairment bearing area - do not bear the uncertainty in learning some basic skills of volleyball.And thus derive a problemTo discuss as there are weaknesses in learning some basic skills of volleyball and attributes the researcher reason for this lack of diversification in the use of methods teaching different and therefore the use of one method may not be consistent with the capacities and capabilities of all students per class This is consistent with the confirmation of researchers to diversify the use of methods, including appropriate with the capabilities of students and the search for all of the new methods that develop and push the learner to use the mind to learn new skills best and the presence of individual differences among learners in the organization of what they see and realize around them, as that each individual style in understanding and remembering and analyzing situations where this is method is characterized by relatively stable for each individual and this prompted the researcher to try to identify the impact of interactive methods and examination of self - using mind maps for people with cognitive impairment bearing area - do not bear the uncertainty in learning some basic skills of volleyball.The study aimed to : 1. Identify the impact of interactive method using mind maps in learning some basic skills of volleyball (Setting, Serving , Receiving ) for people with cognitive impairment bearing area - do not bear the uncertainty.2. Identify the impact of self - screening method using mind maps in learning some basic skills of volleyball (Setting, Serving , Receiving) for people with cognitive domain (with - do not bear the uncertainty).3. Any type of methods provided more effective and convenient to learn some basic skills of volleyball (Setting, Serving , Receiving) based on the cognitive domain.To investigate the research objectives of the researcher assumed the following : - Hypotheses : - 1. The existence of statistically significant differences between the pretests and after tests of educated women with cognitive impairment bearing area - do not bear the mystery and interactive manner using mind maps in learning the basic skills of volleyball (Setting, Serving , Receiving).2. The existence of statistically significant differences between the pretests and after tests of educated women with cognitive impairment bearing area - do not bear the uncertainty and self - checking manner using mind maps in learning the basic skills of volleyball (Setting, Serving , Receiving).3. The existence of statistically significant differences between experimental and control groups in pretests and after tests learning some basic skills of volleyball (Setting, Serving , Receiving).4. The existence of statistically significant differences between experimental and control groups in tests of learning posteriori some basic skills with the ball plane (Setting, Serving , Receiving).As for theoretical studies have addressed the researcher to several Investigation on methods of teaching and two methods - interactive and examination of self and related maps of mind and methods cognitive in general, and style bear - do not bear the uncertainty and in particular with the review of the skills of volleyball (Setting, Serving , Receiving), as has been similar studies and previous research topic.The researcher followed the following steps in the procedures of the study : - - The use of the pilot plant with a design to the equivalent experimental groups with control group (2 × 1) in the sense of two experimental and one control group. - Make a search on the sample of students in the second class in the Faculty of Physical Education for Women / University of Baghdad for the academic year (2011 - 2012) and reached the final number of the sample (90) students. - It took two tests with the use of a means to clarify the new help are : - • a measure of cognitive style (bearing obscurity, non - bearing obscurity)• tests of skill.• mental maps. - After the application of a measure of cognitive style (bearing obscurity, non - bearing obscurity) were divided from each experimental sample to control two categories (bearing obscurity , non - bearing obscurity). - After testing the tribal skills curriculum has been implemented, which included (24) and educational unit at a rate of two units (2 units) in the week and time of the educational unit (90) minutes. - A posteriori tests were conducted after the completion of the curriculum.After analyzing the data using appropriate statistical methods, we reach many important conclusions as follows : - 1 - The totals are educational and experimental style interactive using mental map for people with cognitive domain afford and do not bear the mystery and Platform style screening self - using mental map for people with cognitive domain afford and do not bear the mystery and style used with the control group was curricula highly effective in learning the basic skills under discussion and differences different.2 - convenient interactive style using a mind map with the cognitive domain afford ambiguity in learning the technique of performance for each of the skill (setup and reception) Volleyball. And accuracy performance for transmission Volleyball skill.3 - convenient interactive style using a mind map with the cognitive domain ambiguity intolerance in learning performance skill technic transmitter front - facing volleyball.4 - suited the style of self - examination using a mind map with the cognitive domain carrying mystery with an accuracy of performance with respect to the skill of volleyball setting.5 - convenient self - screening method using a mind map with the cognitive domain carries with ambiguity Technique performance with respect to the skill of volleyball setting.6 - convenient self - screening method using a mind map with the cognitive domain carrying mystery with an accuracy of performance with respect to the skill of receiving transmissions volleyball.7 - convenient self - screening method using a mind map with the cognitive domain carries with ambiguity Technique performance with respect to the skill of receiving transmissions volleyball.8 - convenient self - screening method using a mind map with the cognitive domain carrying mystery with an accuracy of performance with respect to transmission Volleyball skill.9 - convenient self - screening method using a mind map with the cognitive domain is carrying mystery with Technique performance with respect to transmission Volleyball skill.As a complement to the requirements of the research the researcher made a set of recommendations as follows : - 1 - It is necessary to focus on the use of visual teaching aids, including mental maps in the learning process which showed a clear role and active role in the process of learning the skills in question.2 - Subject to cognitive styles that characterize the students, and for the purpose of employing them and use them optimally, which serves the educational process.3 - need to see teachers and professors on cognitive styles, so that they can diagnose cognitive styles that characterize their students and then choose what suits them from teaching methods to be applied in the educational units.4 - conduct similar studies of the current study on a sample of males to see the differences between the results of male and female.5 - conduct similar studies of the current study and applied to the rest of the skills of volleyball.6 - conduct similar studies of the current study and application in other sports activities (Individual or teams).7 - other similar studies dealing with the mental map with methods other cognitive style endurance, and do not bear the obscurity of cognitive styles to see its impact on learning volleyball skills.8 - other similar studies dealing with the mental map and meshing with other teaching methods to determine their impact on learning volleyball skills.

Chapter Three / Procedure of Research and Methods in the Field.This chapter tackles the explanation of scientific method that is a dopted by the researcher in solving the problem of the study the experimental method, because of it's suitability for the nature of the problem of such study.It tackles the description of the tools and equipment used in procedures of this study, in addition to the explanation of the suggested rehabilitation rules adopted to reach the results. 4. This strategy helps students to learn by themselves and to uplift their level of awareness to the extent that allows them to achieve their aims. These strategies include a series of activities and cognitive procedures that can be used before and after learning. The importance of the study lies in using para perceptive cognition strategy in risky vs. careful students in learning underarm serving, upper arm serving, forward setting and float under serve and float upper serve. The problem of the study was that traditional volleyball teaching program does not contain the important strategies that give the student an active role in the learning process. The traditional style relays heavily on spoon feeding information to students without paying attention to their individual differences especially in cognitive style risky vs. careful students. Aims of The Study : 1. Designing skill tests to measure the level of artistic performance (technique) for some basic skills in volleyball.2. Designing skill exercise to teach some basic skills in volleyball.3. Designing aiding tools to teach some basic skills in volleyball.4. Identifying the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in learning basic skills of volleyball.5. Identifying the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in retaining the basic skills of volleyball.Hypotheses of the Study : 1. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness between pre and posttest in learning basic skills of volleyball.2. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in posttest in learning basic skills of volleyball.3. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in retention test in learning basic skills of volleyball. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The study was conducted on (30) second year college of physical education students/health and recreation department/ university of Baghdad of the academic year 2009 - 2010. The researcher conducted two tests cognitive style scale (risk vs. carefulness and skill tests. After applying cognitive style scale the subjects were divided into two groups; experimental and controlling (risky and careful). After the pretests the teaching program was applied. It included (24) teaching session for each group with (3) teaching sessions per week. Each session lasted for (90) minutes. Posttests and retention tests were conducted after the completion of the teaching program. Conclusions : 1. The teaching programs (Para perceptive cognition strategy and the traditional program in the college) were effective in teaching the basic skills in volleyball.2. The proposed teaching program according to Para perceptive cognition strategy proved its importance and effect in students with risk vs. careful students in learning and retaining some basic skills in volleyball compared to the traditional program followed by the college.3. The proposed teaching program according to Para perceptive cognition strategy for risky and careful students is appropriate due to its positive effect on learning and retaining some basic skills in volleyball. Recommendations : 1. Using the proposed a teaching program according to para perceptive cognition strategy in learning the basic skills of volleyball to second year college students of the physical education colleges in all Iraqi universities.2. The possibilities of teaching institutions in the ministry of higher education benefiting from this study to build teaching programs according to Para perceptive cognitive strategy to uplift the level of university students.3. The necessity of teachers from all colleges of physical education in Iraqi universities mastering all cognitive styles that the students possess due to their great importance in achieving the best results in teaching basic volleyball skills.
