هدفت الدراسة الى : 1 - اعداد تمارين باستعمال كرات مختلفة الاحجام والاوزان لتطوير بعض الصفات البدنية والمهارات الاساسية للاعبين الشباب بكرة القدم.2 - التعرف على تاثير التمارين باستعمال الكرات المختلفة الاحجام والاوزان على بعض الصفات والقدرات البدنية والم | This study aims to : 1 - Set Exercises by using various sizes and volumes balls to develop some physical abilities and basic skills for youth players of football.2 - Identify the effect of exercises by using various sizes and volumes balls to develop some physical abilities.3 - Identify the effect of exercises by using various sizes and volumes balls to develop some basic skills4 - Identify the significant differences of post - testes between experimental and control groups.Researcher hypothesize that : 1 - exercises by using various sizes and volumes balls have positive effect on some physical abilities.2 - exercises by using various sizes and volumes balls have positive effect on some basic skills.3 - There are significant differences of post - testes between experimental and control groups for the benefit of experimental groups.The researcher used experimental method by designing equivalent groups , he selected society research from (Al Esckan youth center players / Qadissiya province ) (35 youth players ) (5) goalkeepers were excluded , sample research consists of (30) youth players were divided randomly to tow groups (experimental and control group ) every groups consist of (15) players after making homogeneity and parity.The most important physical abilities and basic skills that may affect by using exercises of various sizes and volumes balls were selected by scientific sources and counseling supervisor and establishment committee of object , so suitable test were selected by same way. First exploratory experiment set to select scientific basic of test , second exploratory experiment set to select exercises and rest time and how much it is proper to research sample. The data was managed statistically by using suitable statistical means by (EXCL) program after pos - testes has been applied Conclusions : 1 - exercises by using various sizes and volumes balls have positive effect on some physical abilities.2 - exercises by using various sizes and volumes balls have positive effect on some basic skills.3 - There are significant differences of post - testes between experimental and control groups for the benefit of experimental groups.4 - variety of skills exercises has positive effect on some physical abilities and basic skills for youth players of football.5 - High - intensity interval training way has positive effect on some physical abilities and basic skills for youth players of football. Recommendations : 1 - It is very important to use exercises by using various sizes and volumes balls within training programs particularly junior age 2 - It is very important to make similar studies with different age and training ways to develop physical abilities and basic skills.3 - asserting on using High - intensity interval training way so its positive effects in developing physical abilities and basic skills particularly junior age.
