Abstract: احتوت الاطروحة على خمسة ابواب : تناول الباب الاول مقدمة البحث، واهميته التي تمثلت في فهم المتغيرات التي ترافق العضلة اثناء التدريب المدروس للقوة العضلية الخاصة. وجاءت اهمية البحث التي تكمن بالكشف عن الجوانب العملية والمعرفية للعملية التدريبية بما يتلاءم | The first section dealt Introduction Search, and its importance was the understanding of the variables that accompany muscle during training studied the muscle power. The importance of research that lie detects practical and cognitive aspects of the training process to suit the nature of science and its importance in the field of training handball, in addition to the sports supplement our libraries developments and new research studies service of the sports movement and progress in our country, Iraq. And the problem of search in the detection of what happens inside a number of skeletal muscle of variables physical and biochemical and electrical result impact exercises muscle strength own to give a clear picture of the trainers when using exercises special force in one of the games important namely for handball. The objective of this research is to : 1. Preparation of exercises to develop muscle strength for handball players.2. Determine the effect of strength training for each of : • physical variables special task force of the brachial biceps muscle and the three - pointer and thigh muscle Quartet. • Electrical variables (crest of the wave, wave expanded, the rate of the square root), via an EMG. The researcher assumed : There were statistically significant differences in the effect of muscle strength in both : - 1 - Physical variables between tests before testing and after the research sample. 2 - Biochemical variables between tests before and tests after the research sample. 3 - Electrical variables between tests before testing and after the research sample. Part II : theoretical studies and similar : - This section contains the theoretical studies and previous studies and similar touched researcher to a range of topics related to the subject of the study. Part III : Research Methodology and field procedures : The researcher used the experimental method, was chosen as the deliberate manner, a sample (Husseiniya feminist club for female applicants) to characterize this team in terms of commitment and perseverance in the exercise, as well as the level of good in the Handball League. The sample was a number (16) player two of them to experience the exploratory and (14) player applied them experience the main and used a set of tests is (testing (EMG) to measure the electrical activity, test enzyme choline Estelle Transfizarr (ACHE), tests mineral salts (calcium, potassium chlorine and sodium) The researcher also touched upon the means and devices and instruments used and the conduct of research steps to choose, and to identify a number of physical variables and physiological tests, and exploratory experience, and tribal tests and dimensional tests, as well as appropriate statistical methods of SPSS statistical bag. Part IV : - in this section have been viewing the results and analysis in the form of tables and graphs, and then discuss the results, so as to achieve the objectives of the research and prove his hypothesis. Researcher concluded : First : - the application of special strength exercises influence on the development of some of the physical and biochemical variables and electrical muscle placed search Second : - The results of physical variables tests developed in the form of power of the arms and legs. Third : - The results of the tests biochemical rise in the activity of the enzyme acetylcholine Transfizarr which helped adapt the muscle to continue the effort. Fourth : - The results of tests biochemical rise in some mineral salts (Ca + +) (k +) and a decrease in some mineral salts (CL and Na + +) but it did not affect the performance of physical and kinetic these results matched with other sources and contributed to the continuing energy production and power performance The researcher recommended : - Depending on the development of training programs according to physiological theory of the possibility of drafting vocabulary physiological adaptation and adaptability of the working muscle, a similar study using other muscle enzymes
