تناول المقدمة واهمية البحث التي ترتكز على استخدام السبل العلمية للتطوير والوصول الى المستويات العليا , وان سرعة ودقة مهارة التصويب لها دور كبير في حسم مباريات كرة اليد ومن اجل الوقوف على الحالة التدريبية للاعبين في هذه المهارة يجب دراستها من كافة الجوانب | The introduction and the benefit of the research which emphasis on how to use scientific methods to renovate the sport of hand ball and to lift the sport into the next level.. the handball has traits in being fast and eager to respond to the movement rather than to the necessity of the body fitness and the men over because of the renovation of the sport by using the new working out methods and the techniques in the new scientific way as the biomechanical and psychology and physiology which made the sport better and by far different than before. Physiological sports became the new scientific method became it uses the changes in the function of the body, and the central nerve system is the in charge of the responses that happen to the arms and the legs, and organize functions of the muscles that participate in the function of the muscles and the congestion, and in the amount of the force and the speed and the movement of the body, and the change of the movements and that means we have to coordinate between all functions that belong to the movement and its purpose.By making all body parts to work accordingly..The speed of getting to a core on the target has a big role in the sport of hand ball.And in order to stay focused on the exercising of the players. And through this problem the researcher has many goals. The main points : 1 - The ability to see the speed of the nerve system and the changes of the muscles movements of the players themselves.2 - The ability to recognize the precision of how to score more points for the Diyala team.3 - The knowledge of relation between the speed of nerve conduction and some variables of muscle constriction of players of Diyala team.4 - The knowledge of the relation between speed and precision target scoring.5 - To recognize the precise muscles that taking place through different experiment knowledge.Hypothesis research 1 - There is a joined relationship with proven score between the speed of the nerve system and the changes in the muscle movement of the players to the Diyala team.2 - There is a joined relation between the speed of the nerve with precision of how to score more points.
