اشتملت الاطروحة على خمسة ابواب، تناول الباب الاول مقدمة البحث، واهميته التي تمثلت في الارتفاع بمستوى الاداء الحركي لمنع احتمالية حدوث الاصابة في مفصل الكتف من خلال تطبيق تدريبات بدنية، ومهارية، وفق اسس علمية هدفها بناء القوة العضلية، وعزومها للمجاميع العض | The dissertation contains five categories, the first category displays the research introduction and its importance, represented by improving the motor performance level with less possible chance of exposure to injury in the shoulder joint through the application of training physical, skills , according to scientific bases aimed at building muscle strength, and momentum of group muscles working at the shoulder joint, according to their preparatory duties, and the main purpose of strengthening these forces to overcome the various resistances these groups to muscles subjected to them to generate the motor balance required during physical performance, and skill. And was the research problem resented by the interest in the subject of protection, the player from a repeated injury, and the requirements of the concepts which led the researcher to address this subject to sustain it to keep pace with sports, and enrich the sport volleyball in particular, and all the training needs required leads to improve physical level which will Accordingly, to improve skills, and are protected from the specter of injury. The research objectives are as following : - - Identify the level of explosive capacity of the beating arm, and the ability of the arms in terms of rapid mechanical indicators. - Identify the level of some of the moments of force to the working muscles to the shoulder joint. - Identify the level of some biomechanical variables during the performance of the diametric beating the overwhelming skill for the research sample. - Identify the level of electrical muscle activity for some muscles working at the shoulder joint device (EMG) during the performance of the diametric of the beating the overwhelming skill for the research sample. - To identify the effect of exercise (physical - skills) to improve some of the biomechanical variables and electronic for some muscle, and accuracy of the diametric beating overwhelming skill the country among a sample search. The researcher suggested the following : - - There are statistically significant differences between the pre - tests, and post - tests in the explosive capacity of the arm beating, and the rapid ability of the arms in terms of rapid mechanical indicators. - There are statistically significant differences between pre - tests, and post - tests in some monument of force for some of the working muscles a the shoulder joint. - There are statistically significant differences between pre - tests, and post - tests in some dimensional biomechanical variables during the performance of the skill of beating the overwhelming research sample. - There are statistically significant differences between pre - tests, and post - tests in the level of electrical activity of some muscles working at the shoulder joint device (EMG) during the performance the of beating overwhelming skill for the research sample. - There are statistically significant differences between pre - tests, and post - tests dimensional accuracy of skill in beating the overwhelming research sample. The areas of research are : - First, the field of human players, a group advanced for first - class clubs players in Baghdad in a game of volleyball for those with repeated injuries Who suffered from recurrent shoulder joint. Second, time table, which included the period extending from 7 - 2 - 2011 up to 25. 5.2011.Third, the spatial field : - Police Sports Club, and Karkh Sports Club, And the Faculty of Physical Education / Jadiriyah.The researcher addressed several theoretical studies in the second category related subject to material , the researcher has discussed two theoretical studies related with the research. The researcher used the experimental approach for its relevance to the nature of the research, also discussed the way to choose the research community, and got help of many devices, tools, and means for gathering information, including medical tests , and identification the special tests related to it, and presented to the experts, and specialists, the researcher prepared a special exercise applied to the research sample for two months, and of three training course during the week, and conducted the pre - tests and the post - trials to access the search results, with the aid of appropriate statistical means. Through the presentation of results, and analysis, and discussed in IV category obtained the researcher concluded that the special exercise has affected and, more significantly in the development the ability of the arms, momentum , and electrical activity of certain muscles involved in shoulder joint, and some biomechanical variables when performing the diametric beating overwhelming skill, did not show results significantly in some of the variables biomechanical (momentum of inertia of the beating arm to at the two moments of preparation, beatings, and momentum of inertia of the trunk at the moment to prepare for beating, and the angle of the launch ball), as is indicated by the results their is existence of significant differences of test the accuracy of diametric beating overwhelming skill in research sample. The researcher has reached several conclusions, including : - - Using exercises has positive effect in promoting the performance level and reducing opportunities of the potential of occurring the injury. - Obtaining the results of the muscular work of( momentum, and electrical of some muscles) presented accurate results through which could rehabilitation the injury aspects.The researcher recommended the following : - - paying attention by the clubs and differences with mechanical accurate analysis, and the electrical activity of muscle training before each season to determine the causes of weakness, and to utilize them in the planning of training programs, and to correct errors of technical performance, and prevent players from injury. - Need to pay attention to the performance skills with a methods similar to the skill as much as possible, through the diversification of the exercises for the development of muscular power of the arms, and momentum of the forces operating in the muscles of the shoulder joint. The researcher pointed out to the sources, and references used by the research procedures, as well as appendixes on related to it.
