Abstract: The Problem of the Research : Theoretical aspect in preparation the student(trainee) is considered a main objective of any educational institution, especially technical institutes. But the negligence of other aspects is considered dereliction in preparation the student (trainee), its consequences are reflected on the person and the community in general so that the function of these institutions never determined by got specific results of science and knowledge but it is exceeded to the life in whole aiming to build his personality and increase his efficiency, abilities and skills to perf~rm his duties by himself through creating an intact thought , studied learning and utilize from what he was learned in his practical world. So it can be determined the problem by the following question : 1 Should the summer training at Technical Institutes fulfill the requirements of acquiring the students the required skills for work? The Importance of the Research : The importance of evaluation the performance summer training is through getting the opportunity for each person to be upraised his vocational level in the social, economical and political fields. As to the increase dependence upon organizations, the attention to develop manpower is iricreased so that the output of training system is considered as a vital input infused within the comprehensive national development efforts, the most important output of this systems is that the quality of trainees as they are merged category of students who completed secondary stage either general, vocational or Industrial to be admitted Technical and vocational training institutes for the sake of supporting them with the experiences and different skills. Summer training is considered a complementary part to prepare the student for jobs and different occupations, as it is an important part of rehabilitation program which the student is learned in his specialization prior to his graduation.Here, we find that improvement of education and training , upraise the performance of trainees should be rectified and evaluated to identify the weakness and strength points of training programs through which Technical Institutes Foundation can review its policies and programs especially in the field of training applying the concept of putting the relevant person in the concerned position through holding continuous training programs assisting in providing distinguished and consistent staff. Present research aims to : 1. Build an evaluation tool for the performance of summer training in the five fields (Performance, Work Environment, Bio - physics, Psychological health & Sociology).2. Identify the performance during summer training by the views of graduates.3. Apply a tool to identify the weakness and strength points of its all fields by the views of graduates.Research Determinations : Technical institutes, the graduates of Basrah Technical Institute - Electric Department in particular for the academic years from 1996 to 2000 of male only for the academic year 2004 - 2005.Methods : Study of variables imposed preparation a tool to evaluate the performance of summer training in view of graduates of Technical Institute - Electric Department. Researcher followed the following steps : 1. Prepared open questionnaire form applied on a pattern of 50 graduates of Technical Institutes, through analyzing their responses and considering the previous literatures and studies, it is formed an initial items distributed on five fields ( Performance, WorkEnvironment, Bio - physics, Psychological health , and sociology).2. The items of the tool are subjected to a group of experts and consultants of teaching methods , education and electrics and upon the attitudes of the experts, it is reformed some of which without modifying its contents so that the number of items of the tool is distributed on the above mentioned five fields and thus it is realized the truth of content buy its two types (the apparent and the logic).3. Statistic analysis has been made on a pattern of 80 graduates were elected randomly to extract the distinguishing strength so that it is shown that 87 items out of 101 were distinguished at the evidence level (0.05) but (14) items as to it is never reached the level of statistic evidence. 4. It is extracted the stability by re - test technique so that it is applied the tool on a random pattern of 30 graduates so that the correlation coefficient (95.95) is very high and it can be depended.5. It is performed the final application on the members of main pattern of the research totaled 250 graduates representing 21.46% of the total research community as the application was on 04.04.2005 and ended on 16.05.2005 by the researcher himself through his visiting for the establishments, state departments, public an private sectors to supervise proceeding of application evaluating the performance of summer training in view of graduates of technical institutes.Statistical Means : Researcher used ( percentage, means, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, T - test and percent weight). Conclusions : The researcher concluded the following : First objective is identified by building a tool for evaluation the performance of summer training so that it is realized through extraction its truth and stability through research methods and pIdreocnetidfyu rthees. second objective which is identifying the performance of summer training so that the means of the pattern totaled 218.85, standard deviation is 34.21. in compare it with the means and standard deviation of the tool totaled 217.5 it is shown that there is a difference between the two means ; i.e., the pattern never received the satisfied level of training prior to the graduation. In respect of the fields of the tool, it is sequenced downwarding using probable means and percent weight as the bio - physics occupied first ranK by a means totaled 3.289 and its percent weight is totaled 82.23% while the sociology occupied second ranK by a means totaled 2.885 and percent weight 72113%. Performance occupied third ranK by a means totaled 2.266 and percent weight totaled 56.62% while the work. environment occupied first rank by a means totaled 2.07 4 and percent weight 51.85%. psychological health occupied fifth and last rank by a means totaled 1.971 and Tpeortacle nntu wmebigehr to f4 9re.2a7l%ize. d items is 62 out off the 87 ones distributed on the five fields of evaluations as follows : In the field of performance , the item titled( Should you practice your specialization during training duration) occupied first rank as its means is 3.2 and percent weight is 80%.• In the field of work environment, the item titled( Training day is interfused by rest times) occupied first rank as its means is 3.025 and percent weight is 75.625%.• In the field of bio - physics , the item titled( Should the smoke of your fellows effects on your performance) occupied first rank as its means is 3.342 and percent weight is 83.55%.• In the field of psychological Health , the item titled( Should you find that the training supporting you with skills for troubleshooting within your specialization) occupied first rank as its means is 3.757 and percent weight is 93.95%.• In the field of sociology , the item titled( Should your relation with the scientific and practical supervisors is good depending upon respect and instructing) occupied first rank as its means is 3.792 and percent weight is 94.8%.After then, it was discussed four items of each field. Recommendations : It is necessity supplying application and training laboratories , furnishing it with all and most modern instrumentation and systems required to realize the technical education process taking in our consideration the future expansions proposed for existing technicalcolleges and institutes. Put the mechanisms of cooperation among colleges, institutes and technical research centers of Arab Homeland for the sake of mutual exchanging of information, experience, from professors and lecturers, missions and visits as well as execution mutual and common programs for studies, researches and training to develop technical institutes and colleges intending to be erected.Perform similar evaluation study could be applied on Engineering and Technical Colleges. Build a program for amended summer training ( such as that proposed by the researcher) and then perform extra studies to identify the performance of trainee students identifying the range of advancing and the points of weakness, if any.

Abstract: The current research aims to identify ( The effect of negotiation and cognitive apprenticeship strategies on the outcome of the Islamic Arabic history subject and curiosity of the second intermediate stage students) through verifying the hypothesis of the research represented by : 1. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the (negotiation strategy) and the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the regular method in the achievement posttest prepared for this purpose.2. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) and the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the regular method in the achievement posttest prepared for this purpose. 3. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the (negotiation strategy) and the average score of the outcome of students who study according to (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) in the achievement posttest prepared for this purpose.4. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the (negotiation strategy) and the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the regular method in the scale prepared for this purpose.5. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) and the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the regular method in the scale prepared for this purpose.6. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the (negotiation strategy) and the average score of curiosity of students who study according to (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) in the scale prepared for this purpose. The researcher followed the experimental approach and selected an experimental design with a partial control (two experimental groups and on control group), with the posttest and the curiosity scale. The researcher also chose the research sample randomly from (Al - Rafidain school), which is one of the official day schools in Babil province, to become the field to execute the current research experiment. The final research sample involved (94) students after eliminating the failed students for the academic year 2015 - 2016, at (32) for the first experimental group which studied according to the cognitive apprenticeship strategy and the second experimental group which studied according to the negotiation strategy, while the third control group which studied according to the regular method involved (30) students. The researcher equalized among his three groups with the variables (the previous outcome, IQ test, the previous knowledge, age calculated by months, parents qualifications, curiosity) and there were no differences of statistical significance among the groups after identifying the scientific subject of included in the experiment period and represented in the (content of the subject of Islamic Arabic history for the second intermediate grade for the academic year 2015 - 2016). Afterwards, the behavioral purposes were identified and formulated in accordance with the three levels of Bloom classification in the cognitive aspect (Knowledge - Understanding - Application) and were presented later to the experts and referees; the final number was (223) behavioral purposes. The researcher also prepared teaching plans for the topics included in the experiment, submitted some of them to the experts and referees and edited them according to their remarks.The researcher studied the three research groups and at the end of experiment which lasted one academic year, he prepared an achievement test containing (40) items and presented it to the experts to give their opinions and show its alleged validity. This test was applied over an exploratory sample composed of (150) from Al - Nujoom high school and applied over the basic sample after dealing with its data statistically, extracting the coefficient of items difficulty, its ability to differentiate and the affectivity of its alternatives and extracting its reliability coefficient. The researcher also prepared a curiosity scale depending on literature and consisted of (30) items divided over (6) domains. This scale was submitted to a group of experts, applied over an exploratory sample of (150) students and eventually applied over the basic research sample after dealing with its data statistically, and verifying its construction reliability, items connection and their relation with each domain, the overall score of the scale, scale reliability and the strength of differentiating the items. After processing the data statistically by using the proper statistical means such as (one - way analysis of variance, Scheffe'e test to know the direction of differences among the research groups), the results showed that students of both of the groups which studied according to the (negotiation strategy) and (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) have surpassed the students group which studied according to the regular method in terms of the variables of curiosity and the outcome of Islamic Arabic history subject for the second intermediate stage.In the light of the results reached by the researcher, it appeared that using negotiation and cognitive apprenticeship strategies in teaching history subject to the second intermediate students have contributed in increasing their outcome and their curiosity.The researcher have recommended several recommendation (the necessity of training the teachers of social studies on using the negotiation and cognitive apprenticeship strategies, encourage them to use constructive theory strategy and pay attention to the inner motives of the students such as curiosity). The researcher also recommended conducting other researches similar to the current one on different academic stages and other subjects to verify the validity of the negotiation and cognitive apprenticeship strategies and other variables besides the outcome and curiosity.

Abstract: هدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة اثر استخدام التقارير القصيرة مع الاحداث الجارية في تنمية التفكير الناقد لدى طالبات الصف الثالث معهد اعداد المعلمات في مادة التاريخ.ولتحقيق ذلك وضعت الباحثة الفرضية الصفرية الاتية : - (( ليس هناك فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى معنو | This research aims at knowing the effect of the use of the short reports with the current events in improving the critical thinking of the students of the Teachers’ Training Institute - third stage in History subject.To achieve that , the researcher put the following zero hypothesis : there is no statistical difference at the level of 0 ,05 at the average degrees of the experimenting group which studies history through short reports with current events compared with the average of the degrees of the controlling group that studies the same subject in the ordinary method to improve the critical thinking with the students.The students sampled are (64) of the third stage - Diala Teachers Training Institute - studies for the year 2002 - 2003. Each group consists of (32) students for the experimenting group which has been taught the short reports with the current events compared to the controlling group that consists of (32) and which followed the ordinary method.The equivalence has been made through the use of the monthly degrees related to the past year, cleverness Test, a critical thinking test has been prepared depending on (Watson - Claser) way of testing that follows collecting (Conclusions - Knowing hypotheses , Construe, explanation, and evaluation of evidence).To check the test validity and practicality it was seen by the experienced and specialized people. Its stability and reality have been found through the use of Person correlation (0.79) with through Spareman - Brown equation to become (0,88). The difficulty average and the distinguishing strength for each item have been checked and found also. The test consists of (17) situations that cover (51) items - (3) items for each situation. The data have been statistically labeled by the use of the (t - Test) for two different samples and the results can be pointed as follows : (( The existence of a statistical difference between the two researches groups in improving the critical thinking through the test and to the advantage of the experimenting group))The research has concluded the following : 1. The benefit of the use of the short reports with the current events in teaching history subject and its effect in improving the critical thinking for girls.2.Training History Teachers on the use of the short reports in training circles and programs that the Ministry of Education organizes.The research has also led to many suggestions and of them are : Introducing a similar study to the present one and specially concerning the use of the short reports with the current event and its effect on improving the critical thinking. The suggested study may cover : A. Teacher Training Institutes students.B. This suggested study may deal with other school subjects.C. The proposed study my cover also other studying stages.

"The aims of this research is : 1 - Building an instructional design according to the Differentiated instruction strategies.2 - Verification of the impact of instructional design is built according to the Differentiated instruction strategies on the Achievement of Biology subject for a female students of fourth Grade scientific Branch.3 - Verification of the impact of instructional design is built according to the Differentiated instruction strategies on the cognitive failure for a female students of fourth Grade scientific BranchAnd to realization of this aims ,the following two zero hypothesis are set : 1 - There is no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who studied according to the instructional design is built according to theDifferentiated instruction strategies and the average of the control group who studied with the normal way, in the achievement test.2 - There is no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who studied according to the instructional design is built according to the Differentiated instruction strategies and the average of the control group who studied with the normal way, in cognitive failures questionnaire (CFQ).In order to validate these two hypotheses, the researcher built an instruction design and executed an experiment took full academic year. The researcher adopter the experimental method adopted of equal groups with a post - test, to biology subject and the cognitive failure questionnaire for the female students. the research sample represented by the fourth grade scientific Branch female students in one in one of the morning hight schools belong to Directorate of Baghdad's Education / 1st Al - Rusafa, distributed to two sections, one is represented the experimental group (35 students) studied by the instructional design according to the differentiated instruction strategies, and the other represented the control group (35 students), the two groups are equaled in the variable (intelligence, age, previous information, former achievement of biology subject, cognitive failure).The researcher prepare the two tools of research, one is a test of achievement in the Biology subject contained (60) item, (44) item objective type (multiple choice), and (16) essay. The second tool consisted cognitive failure questionnaire (CFQ) of Broadbent and his colleagues 1982 adopted by the researcher and translated with translateand Reverse Translate way , and it has been the expense of Validity and calculate the difficulty , distinctive power and the effective of wrong alternatives of them and then it has been found the reliability of tools using (Cronbach's alpha ).The experience lasted for full academic year, and the researcher taught the two groups of search by herself, after the completion of the experiment the results were analyzed statistically by recourse to Statistical Package SPSS , and using the (t - test) for two independent equal sample, the results have shown; Superiority the performance of the experimental group over the control group in each of the achievement test and measure of cognitive failure. Thus, it was rejected the two zero hypotheses to current research, with these results the researcher concluded that the instructional design that built according to the differentiated instruction have positive impact in the Achievement of Biology subject for a female students of fourth Grade scientific Branch , and in reducing the cognitive failure.In light of this, the researcher put a number of recommendations and suggestions based on search results.

Abstract: The present study intends to identify the effect of the over lapping waves strategy on the expressive writing of the fifth class literary students. To achieve this, an experimental design of partial accuracy - the control group and the serial post - test have been used. The sample of the study consisted of 65 students of the fifth literary class in AL - Sidddeq Secondary School for Boys/ General Directorate of Education in Babylon.The student were divided into two groups ; 32 students in the experimental group and 33 in the control group. The researcher taught the experimental group according to the over lapping waves strategy and the control group according to the traditional way.Students were matched according to the following variables : chronological age, parents education, the students' final marks of the fourth literary class at the year 2014/2015 , and the test of linguistic knowledge. An attempt was made, then, to control some of the extraneous variables that might effect on the experimental design as showed by some literatures.A questionnaire of 12expressive topics was constructed and submitted to experts in order to choose 6 expressive topics to be used to test students in the expressive test.A standardized tool was used to measure students expressive writing , series of expressive writing tests were made to be applied on the students of the two groups (experimental and control ), The writings were to be scored according to AL - Hashmi soring criteria (1994).Using T - test for independent samples, analysis has yielded the following results : There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group who were taught the expressive writing according to the over lapping waves strategy and that of the control group who were taught the expressive writing according to the traditional method ,This significant is to the experimental group.On the basis of these findings, it is concluded that teaching according to the over lapping waves strategy is so effective in raising the level of the expressive writing of the fifth class literary students.It is recommended that teachers of Arabic should be acquainted with over lapping waves strategy when teaching expressive writing to the students of the preparatory stagy, avoid indoctrination and imposing their ideas and solutions , and help students to attain information by themselves.It is suggested that some of the literatures, concerning the over lapping waves strategy, should be conducted to identify its effect on the expressive writing of students of other stages.

Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة اثر انموذج (مارزانو) لابعاد التعلم في تدريس مادة اللغة الانكليزية في التحصيل والتفكير اللفظي لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية ومعرفة مدى ارتباط التحصيل في مادة اللغة الانكليزية بالتفكير اللفظي لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في الاختبار الب | The current study aims at finding out the impact of the effect of using Marzano's Dimensions of Learning In The subject of English Language on Achievement and Verbal Reasoning In Secondary School Female Student. To achieve this aim , the following hypotheses are posed : 1 - There is no statistical difference between average means of students in the experimental group taught English Language subject according to Marzano's Dimensions of Learning and students in the control group taught English Language subject according normal method in the post test of Verbal Reasoning. 2 - There is no statistical difference between average means of students in the experimental group taught English Language subject according to Marzano's Dimensions of Learning and students in the control group taught English Language subject according normal method in the post test of Achievement. 3 - There is a correlation between Achievement and Verbal Reasoning.This study includes ( theoretical background ,Marzanos model , Verbal Reasoning and Achievement). Also it deals with previous studies.The equivalent of the two groups is checked regarding asset of variable (age, pre - knowledge test in English and Academic achievement for parents ). To achieve the objectives of the research , the researcher use the experimental design with seizure of partial with post test. The result of the study show the following : 1 - There are statistically significant differences at the level of (o.01) between the experimental group and control group in i achievement. 2 - There are statistically significant differences at the level of (o.01) between the experimental group and control group in i verbal reasoning 3 - There is a correlation between achievement and verbal reasoning. In the light of the results of this study , a set of recommendations and proposals are made by the researcher : - 1. Conduct a study entitled the effectiveness of a training program for teachers of English language according to Marzano's model of teaching in the development of teaching skills.2. - a comparative study between the specimen (Marzano) of the dimensions of learning and other models in the light of the teaching of English teaching material

Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم المزيج في تدريس مادة المناهج وطرائق التدريس على التحصيل الدراسي وتنمية مهارات مواراء المعرفة لدى طلبة المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية) وللتحقق من هدف البحث وضع الباحث الفرضتين الصفريتين الاتيتين : الفرضية الاولى : - لايوجد فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى (0,05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون على وفق استراتيجية التعلم المزيج ومتوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة الضابطة الذين يدرسون على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية ( التقليدية) في اختبار التحصيل الدراسي.الفرضية الثانية : - لايوجد فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى (0,05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون على وفق استراتيجية التعلم المزيج , ومتوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة الضابطة الذين يدرسون على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية ( التقليدية) في مقياس مهارات مواراء المعرفة.الفرضية الثالثة : - لايوجد فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى (0,05) بين متوسطي درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون في استراتيجية التعلم المزيج في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس مهارات مواراء المعرفة.اختير التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي لمجموعتين احدهما تجريبية والاخرى ضابطة ذات الاختبار البعدي للتحصيل ، ومقياس مهارات مواراء المعرفة, وكان مجتمع البحث هو طلبة الصف الثالث في قسم علوم القران / كلية التربية المختلطة ، جامعة الكوفة وكلية التربية جامعة القادسية البالغ عددهم عددهم ( 400 ) طالبا وطالبة ، فاختار الباحث بالطريقة القصدية طلبة الصف الثالث /علوم القران /في كلية التربية المختلطة /جامعة الكوفة عينة لمجتمعه وقد اختيرت بصورة عشوائية الشعبتين ( ا - ب ) ، وتكونت العينة من (82) طالبا وطالبة , بلغ عدد طلبة المجموعة التجريبية (42) طالبواطالبة درست على وفق استراتيجية التعلم المزيج والمجموعة الضابطة بلغ عددهم (40) طالبواطالبة درست بالطريقة الاعتيادية.كافا الباحث بين طلبة مجموعتي البحث في بعض المتغيرات التي قد تؤثر في نتائج البحث ، وهذه المتغيرات هي (العمر الزمني للطلبة محسوبا بالشهور ، الذكاء , درجات التحصيل الدراسي السابق للمواد التربوية , ودرجات مقياس مهارات مواراء المعرفة للضبط القبلي ) , وبعد ان حدد الباحث مستلزمات البحث وهي : تحديد المادة العلمية ، صياغة الاهداف السلوكية على ضوء مستويات الست لتصنيف بلوم المعرفية حيث بلغ عددها (278) هدفا ، واعداد الخطط الدراسية .اما ما يتعلق بادوات البحث الحالي : فقد استخدم الباحث اختبارا تحصيليا اذ بناه الباحث بنفسه تالف من (40) فقرة من الاسئلة الموضوعية من نوع الاختبار من متعدد و(10) فقرات من الاسئلة المقالية , وتم التحقق من صدقه (الظاهري والمحتوى), وقوته التميزية, ومعامل صعوبته, وفعالية البدائل الخاطئة وثباته , اما الاداة الثانية كانت مقياس مهارات مواراء المعرفة اذ اعده الباحث ايضا , والذي تالف من (45) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات ( التخطيط ، المراقبة والتحكم ، والتقييم ) وتم التحقق من صدقه (الظاهري, والبنائي) وقوته التميزية وثباته.درس الباحث مجموعتي البحث بنفسه , واستمرت التجربة طوال العام الدراسي 2015/2016م بواقع محاضرتين اسبوعيا لكل مجموعة ،طبق الباحث مقياس مهارات مواراء المعرفة البعدي على عينة التطبيق النهائي للمجموعتين يوم الاربعاء الموافق 4 /5/2016م , وطبق الاختبار التحصيلي على عينة التطبيق النهائي للمجموعتين يوم الاربعاء الموافق 11/5/2016 م وبعدها تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة وبالاستعانة بالحقيبة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS 10 ) , اوضحت النتائج ما يلي : 1 - تفوق طلبة المجموعة التجريبية التي درست باستراتيجية التعلم المزيج على طلبة المجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار التحصيلي لمادة المناهج وطرائق التدريس .2 - تفوق طلبة المجموعة التجريبية التي درست باستراتيجية التعلم المزيج على طلبة المجموعة الضابطة في مقياس مهارات مواراء المعرفة . وفي ضوء ذلك خرج الباحث بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات ابرزها : 1 - ان التعلم المزيج يغلق الفجوة بين البيداغوجيواالتكنلوجيا فهو رافد للتعليم التقليدي الذي يعتمد على الطرائق التقليدية .2 - ان التعلم المزيج يعمل على تعديل سلوك الطلبة واتجاهات تفكيرهم وابنيتهم المعرفية . كما قدم الباحث عدد من التوصيات ابرزها : 1 - استخدام استراتيجية التعلم المزيج في تدريس مادة المناهج وطرائق التدريس من قبل التدريسين في الجامعات.2 - اقامة دورات تدريبية للتدريسين في الجامعات والمدرسين في وزارة التربية تركز على استخدام اتجاهات حديثة في التدريس ومن ضمنها استراتيجية التعلم المزيج والاستفادة من التكنولوجيا الحديثة في التدريس .قدم الباحث عدد من المقترحات ابرزها : 1 - اجراء مزيد من الدراسات المماثلة للبحث الحالي على مراحل دراسية اخرى( مثل الثانية او الرابعة) وعلى تخصصات اخرى( اللغة العربية , الاجتماعيات , الحاسوب ...)2 - اجراء دراسات تكشف فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم المزيج في متغيرات اخرى مثل ( الدافعية ، والميل ، والاتجاه , التفكير الناقد ، والتفكير الابداعي ). | The present study aims at finding out the impact of using blended learning in teaching the course of Curricula and Teaching Methods on third year / College of Education students' academic achievement and developing their metacognitive skills. To achieve this aim, the following two null hypotheses have been set. The First Hypothesis : - There is no significant difference in the performance of the experimental group and the control group in the achievement test at the level of ( 0.05 ). The Second Hypothesis : - There is no significant difference between the metacognitive skills of the experimental group and those of the control group at the level of ( 0.05 ).( 82 ) students ,who were randomly chosen of ( 163 ) third stage students / Dept. of Quran Sciences / College of Education / University of Kufa, participated in the study. The sample was divided into two groups : 42 students represented the experimental group who taught according to the blended learning strategy , and ( 40 ) students represented the control group who were taught according to the traditional methods. A number of variables, which may affect the study results, have been taken into consideration. These variables include : the students' age, intelligence, their academic achievement in certain educational courses, and the scores they get in the metacognitive skills scale in its pilot form. Moreover, a number of the study requirements have been delimited, namely, the subjects to be taught, identifying the behavioural goals, which were ( 278 ) goals according to Bloom's six levels, and preparing lesson plans. Two research methods have been constructed to be adopted in the present study. There is first the achievement test that contains 40 objective items, viz. multiple - choice items, and 10 writing essay items. The test face and content validity, recognition power, difficulty and error factors have all been checked. The second tool is concerned with identifying the participants' metacognitive skills. The scale consists of 45 items, distributed to three fields : planning, surveying and controlling, and assessment. The scale face and content validity were also checked. The researcher has taught the two study groups himself, and the experiment lasted an academic year 2015 - 2016, two classes a week for each group. At the end of the experiment, the achievement test has been made to the final subjects of the study for the two groups on Tuesday 3rd of May 2016. Measuring the metacognitive skills was conducted on Wednesday 4th of May 2016. Afterwards, the data have been analyzed according to certain statistical means which are suitable for the study, by using the statistical case for social sciences (SPSS 10).The results come to show the following : 1. The experimental group performed better in the academic achievement test of the Curricula and teaching methods course than the control group. 2. The experimental group show better metacognitive skills than the control group. Consequently, the study has come up with the following conclusions : 1. Blended learning strategy bridges the gap between pedagogy and technology.2. Blended learning strategy works on amending the students’ behavior and thinking and reinforcing their knowledge.The study presents a number of recommendations, the most important of which are the following : 1. Using the blended learning strategy in teaching the course of Curricula and Teaching Methods at the university level.2. Training university and school teachers on how to adopt modern methods and techniques in teaching including the blended method strategy to get benefit from the modern technologies in teaching.Finally, some suggestions have been made, the most important of which are : 1 - Conducting further comparable studies, as the present one, to other university stages and specializations. 2 - Studying the impact of the blended learning strategy on other variables, such as motivation, tendency, orientation, critical thinking and creative thinking.

Abstract: This research aimed ar identifying the effectiveness of differentiated instruction in developing of historical thinking skills of literary fifth - grade secondary students, researcher suggest the following three null hypotheses : 1 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the post and pre - test of historical thinking skills.2 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the control group students in the post and pre - test of historical thinking skills.3 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students and the average score in the control group students test of historical thinking skills.The researcher used experimental design of the two groups (experimental and control) : pre - test and post - test, according to this design , the researcher chose randomly Al Diwaniyah secondary school for Boys among the secondary schools of the Directorate of Education ofDiwaniyah for the academic year (2015 - 2016), which contained two groups of literary fifth grade and includes 66 students, and randomly selected (A) to represent the experimental group included 32 students studied with the differentiated instruction, and (B) to represent the control group included 34 students studied in the usual way.Equivalence of the two groups in the number of variables, (age in months, educational level of the parents, intelligence, achievement, last achievement in history, historical thinking skills) The researcher ties to control the extraneous variables that might influence the search results, and determined the subjects (chptures 1 - 4) in the academic book of the history of America and Europe to modern and contemporary of literary fifth grade , 4th ed. (.2011), (116) behaviorally aims were put and prepared (24) teaching plan for the experimental group and (24) for the control group, the research tool is a test of historical thinking skills of (40) items of multiple choice with four alternatives, It has been verified its validity by submitting it to a group of arbitrators specialists and constructional validity as the difficulty coefficient and the coefficient of discrimination and the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives for all items of the test, the reliability checked using Cronbach's alpha coefficient as (0.90). The experiment was performed in the first course of the academic year (2015 - 2016 AD) for the period (2/11/2015) until (7.01.2016), The researcher taught the sample himself , the results were analyzed statistically, the results showed superiority the experimental group students who have studied by differentiated instruction the control group students who have studied in the usual way in the test of historical thinking skills.In light of the research results the researcher recommended some of the recommendations, including the use of differentiated instruction in the teaching of the history of literary fifth grade, and the need to the attention of teachers' to their students historical thinking skills through the use of differentiated, and a complement to his research suggested that some of the proposals, including a similar study on the history of intermediate schools, and conducting studies of differentiated instruction reveal the effectiveness of in other variables (such as, deductive thinking , self confidence).

The sample of study was made up of primary schools in Baghdad. The researcher chose Al Shaibani Primary School for Boys affiliated to the General. Three sections were used, two of them are experimental groups and the last is control.The sample attained 90 students, as60 students in the two groups of study and 30 students per each. The researcher made a match of the two in matters of (degrees of mid - term exams, age calculated in months, intelligence test, the parent education , Exam verbal vocabulary ). The researcher adopted an acquisition test as an instrument applied at the end of the experiment, and came up to the following : There are no statistical evidences (0.05) the two experimental groups who studied Literature and Texts using Reciprocal KEEPING LITERARY TEXTS And developing verbal vocabulary group in conventional methods.The most important findings of this research are : 1. The Method of Sings GRADUAL ELIMINATION were effective in increasing acquisition of Literature and Texts.2. The use of The Method and Texts requires skill and efforts and time by teachers. The researcher comes up : 1 - Using the Method of Sings GRADUAL ELIMINATION in teaching Literature and Texts. 2 - Including methods of of teaching of college of education and teacher. the Method of Sings GRADUAL ELIMINATION bases and used.The most important finding : 1 - Making a similar study to this one to know the effect of Reciprocal Teaching and Self - Questioning strategies which the researcher used in other concepts and concepts and reading loud and grammar.2 - Making a similar study in other stages.

Since the educational system is part of this wide world, it’s important to keep pace these developments and scientific grasp and assume its responsibilities in preparing these energies of mankind in many different disciplines. This preparation can not be achieved without the provision of the necessary ingredients. One of these components is some of the basic elements of the school curriculum and the content of (textbook), and the teacher as well as the student that curriculum seeks to bring out the necessary changes to develop him in various aspects. Therefore our educational system need a curriculum contains all these different knowledge as well as scientific methods to deal with the technological tools and devices, with attention to everything that is contrary to morality and social values and to Included them in the school curriculum.Besides This system should contribute in preparing teachers at a good level of scientific culture in all its aspects to reflect positively on the upbringing life and equip them scientifically and morally conscious.Therefore, the researcher sought out to analyze the chemistry books for the preparatory stage in the light of the standards of scientific culture which the researcher depend with support of specialists. The research aims at : 1 - Content analysis of chemistry books at the preparatory stage in Iraq in light of the standards of scientific culture.2 - Finding out the scientific level of chemistry teachers in the preparatory stage of the standards of the scientific culture.3 - Finding out the relationship between the scientific culture of the chemistry teachers and ethical scientific awareness of their students in the preparatory stage.To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher a number of actions are as follow : 1. Preparing standards of scientific culture based on literature of science education, studies and research on these standards in addition to the views of experts and specialists. External validity was 80% 2. The researcher analyzed the chemistry books for scientific grades (IV, V, VI) , and adopted idea as the unit of analysis, and repetition as a unit of the census it is ensured the safety and stability analysis by outside analysts and researcher with the same over time. The rate of consistency for the three books (0.89 and 0.86 and 0.88), respectively.3. Building a scientific culture test for teachers of chemistry based on the literature and research and special studies in this area in addition to the views of experts and specialists, finding out its psychometric properties after applied to the exploratory sample number (100) and a school teacher ranged values of excellence Distinguish between the values (0.222 - 0.666) and the difficulty of paragraphs between (0.407 - 0.796) and between the effectiveness of alternatives ( - 0.037 - ( - 0.296) and so it considered the items of the test are good.4. Building scale scientific awareness of the students the moral basis of the literature and research and special studies in this area or near it, in addition to the views of experts and specialists, and finding out the validity and reliability and discrimination of the paragraphs in accordance with the SPSS statistical program has been deleted items that show It is not statistically validAnd to analyze the data and the results the researcher used the means of appropriate statistical and the percentage, t - test and compatibility coefficient and the weighted average. And the results were as follow : 1. The standard main(A) ”Nature of Science” obtained (86.49%) at the highest rate in the content of books chemistry combined reaching, while the main standard (H) “Ethics of Science” obtained on the lower rate(0.21%).2. The chemistry books of fifth scientific grade is most interested in the standard main (31.2%) as it was of percentage of the(%25.65) and the book was the least of the class as a rate of(%29.63) while the percentage of the class book of this Standard(%29.63).3. Teachers obtained an estimate (pre - intermediate) in the test of scientific culture.4. the students got on to estimate (good) in the scale of the awareness of scientific moral 5. There is a strong relationship between what is owned by teachers of the standards of scientific culture and the students' awareness of scientific ethicality.In light of these results the researcher recommended the need to balance the books between the three main standards of scientific culture and subsidiary, and include the content of the books of the major and minor standards which have not been well share in line and put the experts of the test of reference for these standards.To complement this study, the researcher suggested analysis study of chemistry books in the intermediate stage in the light of the standards of scientific culture, as well as a study for the analysis of books of scientific materials and other studies of different stages.

In order to verify the objective of the thesis, the researcher formulated the following zero hypothesis : "There is no statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average score of students in the experimental group who study Arabic grammar using the card strategy and the average score of students of the control group who study the same subject in the usual way." The researcher chose a experimental design with partial control of the research groups (experimental and control). She chose randomly the average chastity for girls from the middle and secondary schools in the center of Babil Governorate. The sample was 60 students for the academic year 2015 - 2016, The researcher randomly selected (D) to represent the experimental group (31) students who studied the Arabic grammar using the strategy of the cards and the (C), which represented the control group, and (33) students studied in the usual way. The researcher was statistically rewarded between the students of the research groups (experimental and control) in the following variables : (the age of time calculated in months, the academic achievement of the parents, the academic achievement of the mothers and the grades of the students of the research groups in the Arabic grammar for the first semester of the second grade for the current academic year (2015 - 2016). ~ As for the teaching plans, the researcher prepared a set of teaching plans for the groups to be taught to the experimental and control groups. Two of these plans were presented to a group of experts and specialists to express their opinions on their suitability and suitability for teaching.In order to measure the achievement of the students of the two research groups in the subjects studied by the researcher themselves, a final collection test was prepared, consisting of (30) multi - choice test cases, presented to a group of experts and specialists to verify the validity of the test and to process it statistically using the appropriate statistical means. After the end of the ten - week experiment, the final achievement test was applied to the students of the two research groups. After analyzing the results of the students' responses and their statistical processing, using the T - test, , 05) for the experimental group.Based on the results of the research, the researcher concluded : The students of the experimental group outperformed the students of the control group. In light of this result, the researcher recommended using the card strategy in teaching Arabic grammar at this stage because of its effect on increasing student achievement. Similar to the current study on other study samples such as (grade I average, middle school).

Abstract: The present research aims at identifying the impact of Appleton Model and Systemic Approach on acquiring grammatical concepts and developing systemic thinking among fourth preparatory scientific class students. In order to verify this aim, the researcher has formulated the following two main null hypotheses : 1. Second null hypothesis : There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05), among the average scores of the first experimental group students who are studying grammar according to Appleton Model and the average scores of the second experimental group students who are studying grammar according to Systemic Approach and the average scores of the control group who are studying grammar by the classical method, in the post - teaching test of systemic thinking. To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher adopted the experimental design of partial - control, (two experimental groups and one control group). The researcher randomly selected three sections of the fourth preparatory class in Alfayhaa Preparatory School in the Directorate of Education of Babil. The sample was composed of (101) students, (34) students represented the first experimental group, (33) students represented the second experimental group and (34) students represented the control group. The researcher has extracted the correlation coefficient among the three groups according to the following variables : (students' age by months, students' mid - year grades in Arabic language, Raven's intelligence test, parents' education, and students' scores in the pre - teaching test of systemic thinking). The researcher taught the three research samples seven topics of the Arabic grammar textbook of the fourth preparatory class in the second semester. These topics are : (imperative verb, attribution of the incomplete verb to the pronouns, di - transitive verbs, functions of the infinitive, Inchoative and predicate, Kana Wa Akhawatuha and Inna Wa Akhawatuha). The experiment lasted for the whole period of the second semester 2015 - 2016. The research prepared two tools; the first of which is (Acquiring grammatical concepts test), it is composed of 21 items. The other tool is (Systemic Thinking test), it is composed of 28 items. The items of two tests were objective ones of the multiple choice of four alternatives. Both face and content validity of the tests were verified. Items difficulty coefficient, Item discrimination, and the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives have been extracted. The stability of the two tests items was obtained by the split - half procedure and the extracted correction of the stability coefficient was obtained by Spearman - Brown formula. The value extracted stability coefficient of the first test was (0.767) and (0.82) for the second test. The researcher used the following statistical tools (Single discrimination coefficient, chi square, Pearson correlation coefficient, items difficulty, ease and discrimination coefficients, Scheffé's method, T - Test for dependent samples. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 16 was used. After processing the data statistically, the researcher concluded the following result : 1. There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) among the average scores of students of the first experimental group who studied grammar according to Appleton Model and the average scores of students of the second experimental group who studied grammar according to systemic approach, and the average scores of students of the control group who studied grammar according to the classical method, in the post - teaching test of acquiring grammatical concepts.2. There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) among the average scores of students of the first experimental group who studied grammar according to Appleton Model and the average scores of students of the control group who studied grammar according to the classical method, in the post - teaching test of acquiring grammatical concepts, for the first experimental group in favor of the control group. 3. There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) among the average scores of students of the second experimental group who studied grammar according to Systemic Approach and the average scores of students of the control group who studied grammar according to the classical method, in the post - teaching test of acquiring grammatical concepts, for the second experimental group in favor of the control group. 4. There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05), among the average scores of the first experimental group students who are studying grammar according to Appleton Model and the average scores of the second experimental group students who are studying grammar according to Systemic Approach in the post - teaching test of acquiring grammatical concepts.5. There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) among the average scores of students of the first experimental group who studied grammar according to Appleton Model and the average scores of students of the second experimental group who studied grammar according to systemic approach, and the average scores of students of the control group who studied grammar according to the classical method, in the post - teaching test of systemic thinking for the second experimental group in favor of the other two groups.6. There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05), among the average scores of the control group who studied grammar according to the classical method in both pre - teaching and post - teaching tests of systemic thinking. 7. There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) among the average scores of students of the first experimental group who studied grammar according to Appleton Model in both pre - teaching and post - teaching tests of systemic thinking for the post - teaching test. 8. There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) among the average scores of students of the second experimental group who studied grammar according to systemic approach in both pre - teaching and post - teaching tests of systemic thinking for the post - teaching test. In the light of these results, the researcher has come up with a number of conclusions : 1. Adopting Appleton Model and Systemic Approach in teaching has contributed in increasing the students' interaction with the scientific material which resulted in increasing their acquisition of the grammatical concepts in comparison with the classical method. 2. Teaching according to Appleton Model and Systemic Approach positively impacted the students taking over the responsibility of their learning which resulted in increasing their acquisition of the grammatical concepts and systemic thinking. 3. The procedures of teaching according to Appleton Model and Systemic Approach are in full agreement with what is emphasized in modern education by making the student the axel of the learning - teaching process.4. Appleton Model and Systemic Approach are applicable in teaching Arabic language grammar in secondary and preparatory for they are convenient to the students' level and available school facilities. The researcher recommended the following : 1. Adopting Appleton Model and Systemic Approach in teaching Arabic language grammar in the fourth preparatory scientific class.2. Organizing workshops and symposiums for Arabic language teachers to increase their awareness of the new theories of teaching to enable them employ some of the strategies and teaching techniques of these theories to achieve the educational objectives of teaching Arabic language.3. Paying attention to the arrangement of the grammar textbooks depending on accurate planning and logical sequencing of grammatical concepts. The researcher suggested the following studies to complete the present one : 1. Conducting a similar study to the present one in different study stages (primary, intermediate, university).2. Conducting a similar study to the present one in other branches of Arabic language (literature, composition, dictation, eloquence and criticism). 3. Conducting studies that involve strategies and teaching techniques that contribute in acquiring grammatical concepts and systemic thinking like : (problem - based learning strategy, V - shape teaching strategy, Zahoric Constructive Model, Novak's Humanistic Constructivist Model)

Identifying and comparing the concepts of human rights included in the history book for the sixth preparatory class/literary branch in Iraq and its counterparts in some Arab countries. Identifying the common concepts of democracy in the history book for the sixth preparatory class/literary branch in Iraq and its counterparts in some Arab countries.Identifying the common concepts of human rights in the history book for the sixth preparatory class/literary branch in Iraq and its counterparts in some Arab countries. The researcher followed the descriptive approach in the current study, and then chose the method of content analysis, because it is appropriate to achieve the objective of the study. The study population consisted of the history book for the sixth preparatory class/literary branch in Iraq and its counterparts in some Arab countries, and the students of the sixth preparatory class/literary branch in Iraq. The study sample included the whole content of the four history books which has (745) pages and ( 542) students.The researcher prepared a list of the concepts of democracy and human rights and presented it to the experts to evaluate its validity. As for the stability of the tool of analysis, it was extracted in two ways; the first was the re - analysis by the researcher himself over a period of time, and the second way was by two external analysts hired by the researcher. Co - efficiency was very high which met the purpose of the study. The statistical tools used in the study included repetitions, percentages, and Holsti Formula. The researcher also built a test to see how much the Iraqi students acquire the common concepts in the four books. The reliability of this test was measured by the Split - Half Method which was (0.872) after being corrected by Gittman formula. In its final form, the test consisted of(48) MCQ items whose face and content validity and internal consistency and discriminatory power and the efficiency of the wrong alternatives were measured by the Split - Half Method which was (0.922) after being corrected by Gittman formula by using the SPSS software. The number of the concepts of democracy and human rights being analyzed in the four books is (3001) concepts (785) of which were concepts of democracy and (2216) were concepts of human rights. The Egyptian book has the greatest number of these concepts; it included (1077) concepts which make (35.888%). The Emirati book came in the second place, it included (830) concepts which make (27.6575%). The Iraqi book came in the third place, it included (769) concepts which make (25.624%). The Jordanian book came in the last place, it included (325) concepts which make (10.829%). The number of the mutual concepts of democracy and human rights in the four history books is (16), (6) of which were concepts of democracy and (10) were concepts of human rights. Analysis of the results have shown that the number of ideas and their distribution is (2862) in the four books. The history book for the third secondary class/literary branch in Egypt came in the first place; it included (1032) ideas which make (36.058%). The history book for the twelfth class in the UAE came in the second place, it included (818) ideas which make (28.581%). While the history book for the sixth preparatory class literary branch in Iraq came in the third place; it included (718) ideas which make (25.087 %). The history book at the secondary stage literary section of the two levels III and IV in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan came in the last place; it included (294) ideas which make ( 10.272 % ).After the researcher has applied the test of the acquisition of the mutual concepts of democracy and human rights on the (542) students. He corrected their responses to the items of the test. He, then, processed the results statistically. Results have shown that the calculated T - Value is (3.042) which is higher than the tabulated T - Value which is (1.960) at (541) degree of freedom and (0.05) level of significance, which indicates the existence of statistically significant differences between the SMA and medium - premise and in favor of the largest value (premise average) which means members of the sample acquisition of the concepts of democracy and human rights is weak.In the light of the results, the researcher recommends a number of recommendations : 1. Instructing designers and authors of the four history books to work on promoting the strengths of dealing with and displaying the quality and quantity of the concepts of democracy and human rights and finding solutions for the weaknesses of dealing with the concepts that were not found in the books.2. Diversifying the sources of the concepts of democracy and human rights for the students besides the textbook. The teacher is a role model and school libraries, and means of audio - visual media, the global network of information internet provide effective support to these gains.3. The authors of history books should add a question or more to the questions that follow the chapters or topics that address one of the concepts of democracy and human rights which urges the student to think, wonder, inquire and investigate.As a completion for this study the researcher suggests to conduct researches and studies including : - 1. A comparative study of the history book for sixth - grade literary equivalents in other Arab countries (Gulf or Maghreb or African) in the concepts of democracy and human rights contained therein.2. A balanced study between the history books for the preparatory stage in Iraq and the history books in the counterpart stage in the Islamic countries.3. Conduct a study to measure the awareness of teachers of history in the preparatory stage of the concepts of democracy and human rights are included in the history books.4. Conduct a study on the effectiveness of a suggested educational program for the acquisition of the concepts of democracy and human rights which are included in a history book for sixth - grade literary in Iraq.

The researcher has selected randomly section (A) to represent the experimental group and section (B) to represent control group where experimental group has studied the scientific concepts by using the strategy of creative drama and control group studied scientific concepts by using traditional method. The equivalence has been used between the two groups including the following variables (age time by months , intelligence , previous knowledge , parent education).To conduct the experiment , the researcher has specify (20) concepts within three units ( first , second , third) out of the textbook of sciences for fifth grade primary school.The behavioral objectives have been drawn up by three levels of scientific concepts according to processes of its acquisition (concept definition , concept discrimination , concept application). These objectives has come to (60) , the items have come to (60 ) ones , the researcher has made sure of the validity and reliability , measure of coefficient of difficulty of items by using special formulae for each.The researcher also has found the coefficient of test validity by using partial fragmentation and by using Pearson correlation coefficient and it has been corrected by Spareman and Brown. After completing the experiment the scientific concept acquisition test has been used on both groups and the data have been processed statistically by using (T - Test) for two independent samples. The results show that the experimental group has excelled on control group.In the light of the above result , the researcher has come to relevant conclusion , recommendations and suggestions for further reading.

There are obvious weakness in the representativeness paragraphs Altmarenah of particles content of scientific material, all of the behavioral objectives and this has been shown after calculating the difference and% between the rates of paragraphs and Nspthma percentage (within the subject and inside the book) and after the distribution paragraphs Altmarenah on each of the behavioral objectives, number and rate of release percentage of the total paragraphs Altmarenah within the same subject. In light of the results of this research researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including the following : 1. The need to adopt the authors of a certain standard curriculum through which to identify and formulate learning of the content of scientific material levels (behavioral objectives) and paragraphs Altmarenah so as to achieve representation and the link between them.2. The need to adopt the authors of the curriculum a certain standard from which to determine the necessary number of paragraphs Altmarenah to achieve and acquire behavioral goal that put to him, according to the proportion of each object and its importance. 3. The need to benefit from specialists in the field (curriculum and methods of teaching Arabic) and Arabic language teachers in junior high school and who have extensive experience in the field of curriculum by involving them in the Arabic language books written by the rules and in particular in the design exercise. In order to verify this, the researcher has formulated eight null hypotheses, two of which are major and the others are minor. The major null hypotheses are : 1. There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) among the average scores of the first experimental group students who are studying chemistry by (SWOM) strategy in chemistry achievement test and the average scores of the second experimental group students who are studying chemistry by (PDEODE) strategy in chemistry achievement test and the average scores of the control group who are studying chemistry by the classical method in chemistry achievement test. 2. There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) among the average scores of the first experimental group students who are studying chemistry by (SWOM) strategy and the average scores of the second experimental group students who are studying chemistry by (PDEODE) strategy and the average scores of the control group who are studying chemistry by the classical method in the attitude scale towards chemistry. To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher adopted an experimental design that falls in the field of partial - control experimental designs. It also involves a post test for the three groups; the two experimental groups and the control group. The researcher randomly selected Al - Markaziyyah Intermediate School in the Directorate of Education of Babil. The sample was composed of (110) students, (38) students represented the first experimental group which was taught chemistry by (SWOM) strategy, (36) students represented the second experimental group which was taught chemistry by (PDEODE) strategy and (36) students represented the control group which was taught by the commonly used way. The sections were randomly chosen as well. The researcher has extracted the correlation coefficient among the three groups according to the following variables : (previous knowledge test scores, pre - test scores of attitude, the final scores of the 2015 - 2016 chemistry test of the three groups, intelligence, age by months, and parents' education). The researcher has formulated 188 behavioral goals for the topics which were taught during the period of the experiment. He has also prepared daily lesson plans for the three research groups. The research depended on two tools; the first of which is an achievement test prepared by the researcher himself, it is composed of 40 multiple choice items. The other tool is an attitude scale prepared by the researcher to measure post - teaching attitudes of the three groups. These two tools were being shown to a number of experts to verify their validity. The researchers himself taught the three groups at the same place and for the same time span which lasted for 12 weeks. At the end of the experiment, the researcher applied the two research tools on the research groups. The researcher used the following statistical tools (Single discrimination coefficient, chi square, Pearson correlation coefficient, Spearman - Brown formula, items difficulty coefficient, Difficulty index formula, Item discrimination formula, the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives formula, Scheffé's method, T - Test for two independent samples and Cooper equation. After processing the data statistically, the researcher concluded the following result : Students of the two experimental groups who were taught chemistry by the two Strategies of (SWOM) and (PDEODE) have done better in the achievement and post - teaching attitude tests than the control group students. In the light of the result, the researcher recommended that chemistry teachers should be directed towards using the two Strategies of (SWOM) and (PDEODE) in teaching chemistry

Here the importance of this research, as for the researcher, tries to reach a guide for the facilitation of (Sharih Qatir Al - Nada Wa Bel Al - Sada) For the treatment of the weakness which most of the students are suffer in Arabic language departments and finding away for difficulties which effected the students in Arabic Language departments because grammar is taught in such way and patterns that are far from the learners’ reality and present.The researcher tried to avoid the reasons and the irregular points that affected the grammatical subjects of this book. The main motive that motivate the researcher to identify the difficulties to assist those who have the right of decision and responsible persons in order to light the way for them through certain goals that could be reached by this search so it aims to form a guide for facility of teaching the Arabic Language in the college of arts and education for the first stage by carrying out these points;1. Identify and discovering the difficulties in any subject of grammar for the first stage by supplying forms that to be filled by the teachers and the students. 2.The exchange of the old forms and examples that used by Ibn - Hushan which are not easy to be understood today by new examples from the holy koran, the noble speech of the prophet and prose and talks of the Arabs and examples from the reality of our daily life. 3. Avoiding the rational and philosophic styles and the problems of the disagreement, and the reasons and justifications about the forms of grammar. 4. Putting a summary at the end of any subject.5. Putting answered exercises at the end of a text subject, and the exercises that need answers.Truly limits of this search can be determined by what comes : - 1. As for theoretical background where the researcher stood on the light of his search goals to form a guide for facilitation of teaching (Sharih Qatir Al - Nada Wa Bel Al - Sada) he intended to put an important theoretical background.in his teaching which contained of two axes : - the first axis is a guide to grammatical subjects and this can be represented by : - 1. The purpose of forming a guide. 2. The factors and the pivots which motivate to form the guide.3. The forming of the guide and the Ibn - Husham’s book.4. How did the researcher form its guide? Truly the second axis is represented by the book (Sharih Qatir Al - Nada Wa Bel Al - Sada) wherefrom : - 1. The description of the book (subject, method and the way of a formation). 2. The difficulty of teaching the book. 3. The suggestions for solving the problems. Where the performances of the search are : - 1. Includes, the exploration of two points of views from both the teachers and the students included about (450) students and (34) teachers in the Arabic language departments in the colleges of the arts and the education in the universities of [Baghdad, Mustansiriah, and Mosul.] through filling forms concerning the difficulties of the grammatical subjects in the book (Sharih Qatir Al - Nada Wa Bel Al - Sada). 2.The researcher applied the special data of the teachers on the basic sample of the search about (8) teachers and the data of the students on the second basic sample about (350) students distributed on (6) colleges of arts and education of the Arabic language departments in ( 3 ) universities [Baghdad, Mustansiriah, and Mosul.].3.The researcher reached the external truth of the two data after showing and reviewing them by a group of specialized persons and experts and he proved them by (the half division way) for the items of the data. While the enumeration means where the researcher employed the (Beerson) coefficient contact and (Feeshr) equation for the calculation of the difficulty degree or extent. The recent study reached some effects, which can possible, be counted by the following points : - 1. The students of the Arabic language departments study the book of (Sharih Qatir Al - Nada Wa Bel Al - Sada). In the Arabic language departments in the colleges of the arts and the education is in universities of [Baghdad, Mustansiriah, and Mosul.] without any practical application for its grammatical subjects 2. The data, by putting light on the difficulties received important attention by both the students and the teachers and welcomed by many teachers of grammar subject in teaching (Sharih Qatir Al - Nada Wa Bel Al - Sada) and also many students in the first stage in the Arabic language departments in the colleges of the arts and the education in the universities of [Baghdad, Mustansiriah, and Mosul.]. So the researcher has to order the followings : - 1. There isno difference statistically significant at the level of (05, 0) between the average of grades of the experimental group students who have studied using the strategy (Listen - Read - discuss) and average of grades of the control group students who have studied by using the traditional method in assimilation. 2. There is no difference statistically significant at the level of (05, 0) between the average of grades of the experimental group students who have studied using the strategy (Listen - Read - discuss) and average of grades of the control group students who have studied by using the traditional method in the retention. In the procedures of the research , the Researcher has depended on experimental design of partial control which is (the design of the experimental group and the control group of post - test) the Researcher has chosen 2nd - stage intermediate students studying in Al - Markaziyah intermediate school / the Directorate of Education inMaysan for the academic year (2015 - 2016) as a sample for his research to make his experience therein. The sample consists of 54 students, chosen randomly, by (32) for the experimental group who has studied in accordance with the strategy (Listen - Read - discuss ), and (22) for the control group students who has studied in accordance with the traditional method equivalence has been conducted between the two groups of research in variables : grades of the subject " History" in the previous year, marks of intelligence test , grades of former knowledge test, education for the father and mother, chronological age measured in months After specifying the subject ( educational material), which included two chapters (I and II) from of the Book of the Arab - Islamic history, the researcher has formulated behavioral objectives, reaching 150 goals, then he has prepared teaching plans in order to achieve what objectives have been formulated , where it is mounted (20) teaching plan for each group , the researcher he has studied the research's two groups throughout the duration of the experiment, which began on 3/11/2015 and ended on 10/1/2016 Researcher has prepared achievement test consisting of (40) objective items of the multi - test on the two groups of the research dated (10/1/2016), then he re - apply the same test after passing (21) days , dated 6.1.2016 ); for measuring the assimilation. After the end of the experiment and carrying out test of assimilation andtest of collection , the researcher has collected data and has analyzed statistically using T - test for two independent samples and results indicated as follows 1. There is statistic difference t at the level of (05, 0) between the average of marks of the experimental group students who have studied by using the strategy (Listen - Read - discuss) and average of marks of the control group students who have studied by using the traditional method , for the benefit of the experimental group in assimilation. 2. Progressing the students of experimental group that are studying history according to mental activators on the students of control group that are studying history with traditional method at the collective test.2. a statistical evident difference of experimental group was appear for the after evidential thinking than the before evidential thinking.Through the results of research, the researcher recommended the following : 1. Organizing training courses to the teachers of history to acknowledge them with mental activators that may have made by general directorate of curricula in the ministry of education.2. The researcher adopted three groups (two experimental groups and a control group) , three sections are randomly selected for representing the sample which consists of ( 96 ) students , ( 31 ) students for the first experimental group, ( 33 ) students for the second experimental group and ( 32 ) ones for the control group.These three groups are equalized according to the variables of (previous achievement, level of intelligence , previous Knowledge in biology and science processes). The researcher teaches all groups the first four chapters of the book of biology for first Grade of preparatory school. The Researcher put two tools for the study : the acquiring of the biological concepts test and science processes test. The first one in its final form consists of ( 54 ) items multiple - choice , both face validity and content validity are verified. The coefficients of difficulty and discrimination and the effectiveness of alternatives are extracted. The stability items test have been created by split - half method and reached to ( 0.83 ). The second tool (science processes test ) in its final form , consists of (47 ) items distributed on ( 12 ) processes from the basic and integrated science processes. It is formulated by using multiple choices both face validity and construct validity are verified. The coefficients of difficulty and discrimination and the effectiveness of alternatives are extracted. The stability items test have been created by( K - R - 20 ) method and reached to ( 0.81 ).The data are analyzed and treated significantly by using " One Way ANOVA" analysis , Scheffe Test , and Pearson correlating coefficient and adopted the statistical analysis the SPSS version 16 , it has been reached at the following conclusions : 1 - .There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average of degrees of the first experimental group students who studied according to Appleton model and the average of degrees of the control group students who studied according to the traditional method in the acquiring of the biological concepts test for the experimental group students.2 - .There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average of degrees of the second experimental group students who studied according to thelen model and the average of degrees of the control group students who studied according to the traditional method in the acquiring of the biological concepts test for the experimental group students. 3 - .There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average of degrees of the first experimental group students who studied according to Appleton model and the average of degrees of the second experimental group students who studied according to thelen model in the acquiring of the biological concepts test.4 - .There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average of degrees of the first experimental group students who studied according to Appleton model and the average of degrees of the control group students who studied according to the traditional method in the acquiring of the science processes test for the experimental group students. 5 - .There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average of degrees of the second experimental group students who studied according to thelen model and the average of degrees of the control group students who studied according to the traditional method in the acquiring of the science processes test for the experimental group students. 6 - .There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average of degrees of the first experimental group students who studied according to Appleton model and the average of degrees of the second experimental group students who studied according to thelen model in the acquiring of the science processes testUpon this study , the researcher came up with a number of conclusions , including : The teaching conform to Appleton and thelen models has the effect on the student to carry the learning responsibility and to depend on the knowledge structure , which led to raise the acquiring level of scientific concept and science processes. The researcher also recommended to develop the students ability of using the science processes skills through teaching of the biology science subject.

One of the practical attention to the importance of the art education teacher and the methods of his training is the focus given upon him. This study has appeared to show, on field, the need to educate and teach the pupils waht fulfil the aim and objectives of the educational and the teachning institutions in Iraq by constructing a criterion for the preparation of art education teacher of which its probelm arises clearly since it lacks (quality and quantity because of the absence of the criteria to be dependent on in his preparation. Also, to make these institutions follow this criteria as a scientific approach to be considered in the progrmmes of the art education teacher preparation to become as a hand - book in his teaching task in intermediate and secondary schools in Iraq according to the aforcesaid situations. A - ~b and Islamic education and in Iraq. lt also includes the beginnings of the teaching of art education and its development in Iraq and in some of the Arab and world countries(comparison and analysis and some Arab and foreign studies totalling to (10) Arab studies and (9) foreign ones which are helpful to the results of the study methodalogically.In order to obtain the objective of the research, the researcher conducts the following procedures : 1 - A view - point questionnaire was delivered to a sample of Headmasters of the art education teachers totalling (30) headmasters and it includes three questions.2 - A view - point questionnair was prepared and distributed to a sample of teachers of the College of Art Education and the Departments of the Art Education in the Universities of Babylon, Baghdad, Mosul and Basrah which is totalling to (30) teachers.3 - Some previous stuidies and literatures, whose aims deal with the establishing of criteria and standards to develop the curricula and the methods folllow in the programms of teachers preparation, were taken into consideration.4 , A First - Formula questionnaire was prepared consisiting of (119) items distributed as ( 48) items for the scientific field, ( 45) items for the vocational field and (26) items for the cultural field. Then the questionnair was presented to a committee of expertsto prove the credibility of its items.After making the required modifications, it became ready in its final formula containing (104)items distributed as (45) scientific items, (35) vocational items and (24) cultural items, A scale was given to each item represented as (very important, only important, and less important), This scale was applied on the sample of the study which totals to ( 102) individuals distributed as (70) university teachers holding master and doctorate degrees, and (32) teachers of institutes, intermediate and secondary schools holding bechelor dergrees, In order to make sure that the steadiness of the criterion is trustworthy, the half - partitioning method is used since it is a favourable means that is adaptable to the nature of this research, It is calculated by three statistical equations so as to obtain the best degree for the steadiness of the items of the criterion, Thirty forms have been chosen renadomly from the total number of the forms where it valued (0,87) according to Guttman equation, (0,86) according to Rulon equation, and (0, 78)according to pearson equation, It was corrected according to Sperman - Brown equation where it values (0,88), Then the general average of the steadiness of these equations was calculated where it values (0, 87) which is regarded to be the final steadiness of the criterion, Getting this percentage indicates that the criterion has a high degree of steadiness in the response of the individuals of the research sample towards its items,The Statistical Means Used are as Follows : 1 - Percentages,2 - Fischer's equation to acquire the degree of the sharpness of the items,3 - Guttman, Rulon and Pearson equations to obtain the steadiness,4 - Sperman - Brown equation for correction,5 - The mean equation to ohtain the difference of assessment between the replies of the sample of masters and docotors, on the one hand, and the sample of the bachelors on the other hand,6 - T - Test to obtain the objective of the research secpndaly, The Most Important Results of the Research are1 - (39) itmes from the total (45) items of the scientific criterion - art education are taken into consideration, The most important items include the following : a - He shows the importance of art education in the life of individuals and it enables him to clarify it to others,b - He has knowledge about the formations of the islamic and enviromental ornaments to help his pupils to adapt the adequate elements of design, c - He has been acquainted with the philosophy and the educational objectives of Iraq,2 - (33) items from the total (35) items of the vocational criterion - art education areconsideered. The most important items consist of the following : a - He has the ability to convey the artistic skills from and to the learner throug~ the analysis of art works.b - His ability to make the participating pupils effective in writing, imagination and performance in the atrical show.c - He is acquainted very well with different methods of teaching.3 - (22) items from the total (24) items of the cultural criterion - art education ate considered. The most important items include the following.a - He masters well one of the foreign languages in order to read about what is new in the world arts.b - He beleives in the originality of the Iraqi civilization and its artistic heritage.c - He beleives and works to obtain the Arab NAtion objectives through bis artistic works.4 - By the assessment of the mean of the general criterion items to the replies of the study sample, it has appeared that there is an agreement among their view points that the general assessment is about (good and fair). This is indicated by drawings.5 - To obtain the objective of the research secondly, the statistical results indicated that, by u·;ing the T - test, there ar~. no differe : i~itations of statist;cal indication ·vheiher at the level in indication (0.05) or (0.01) between (the sample of the masters and thesample of the docotrs), (the sample of the doctors and the sample of the bachelors) and (the sample of the masters and tile sample of the bachelors). This matter sustains the results of the research in the outcomings of the results of the first objective of thisstudy. The study makes some recommendations of which the most important ones are : l - The necesity to consider the items of the general criterion - art education in th programmes of the preparation of the art educaton teachers.He must pay them enough attention to be within the plan of his curricula in th college and departments of art education. He must give them scales approperiate wit the need of the college or the educational insititution in which he teachs his lesson 2 - These criteria (scientific, vocational and cultural) for the preparation of the education teachers are considered as a complete uint that credits the meaning of t concept of preparation.3 - These art education teachers whose do not graduate from the colleges and departmen of art education should participate in training courses prepared to such purpose order to elevate their scientific artistic cultural potentialities, abilities and efficien yon the light of what appears in the items of this criterion.

Vocabulary as material for the second season.The researcher to apply the experiment on a sample of students from the Department of Arabic Language in basic Maysan University College of Education, was (75) students divided into three groups, the pilot and first studied in a form Janneh second Altjeribh and studied according to the specimen Kluzmaar and the control and studied according to the way normal.And was rewarded research groups in variables (chronological age, previous academic achievement and intelligence)The experiment lasted ten weeks, as it began to be applied on March 2, 2014 until May 26, 2014.After the end of the experiment dish researcher achievement test which Lighter Btfsh, then re - achievement test application for the purpose of measuring retention after more than two weeks after the first application of the test.In order to test the moral differences between the averages of three research groups under consideration and to identify which groups were more Akedzaba concepts of grammar, the researcher used the test less significant difference LSD) (as was extracted differences between the averages of three research groups in achievement test results, and that the degree values (Sig) were significant at the level of (0.05) for being smaller than (0.05), all, and that the circles arithmetic difference was Mnuya in favor of the first experimental group (model Gagne), which came first, followed by the second experimental group (model Claus Meyer), which came in the second, then the control group, which ranked third. Two weeks after the application of the achievement test posttest for deliberately researcher to apply the achievement test again in order to identify the retention of acquiring the grammatical concepts with three research groups, and can be seen from the table (17) and shape (7) that the arithmetic mean of the first experimental group in the post - test was (31.46 ) with a standard deviation (4.433), and in the test acquiring the grammatical concepts became the arithmetic mean (31) with a standard deviation (4.423), while the mean second experimental group in the post - test reached (29.35) with a standard deviation (4.724), and in the test retention acquiring the grammatical concepts became the arithmetic mean (28.46) with a standard deviation (5.644), while the arithmetic mean of the control group in the post - test reached (22.8) with a standard deviation (4.992), and in the retention test acquiring the grammatical concepts became the arithmetic mean (21.56) with a standard deviation (4.388).The researcher recommended Batusiat the following : 1 Use a specimen Gagne in teaching in colleges as Basic Education.2 included teaching educational models within training programs for centers teaching methods and training university.3 Add the subject of educational models within the substance of teaching methods in the third year in colleges of education.Complementing this study suggests researcher studies to find out : 1. effect of atypical Gagne and Kluzmaar in the collection and retention in other articles in the Arabic language, such as drainage and presentations.2. effect of atypical Gagne and Kluzmaar in the transmission effect of learning among the subjects of grammar, rhetoric (semantics).3. impact of atypical Gagne and Kluzmaar in the collection and retention in school subjects in different colleges

To investigate this, two main hypotheses have been formulated : - The first main hypothesis : There is no significant statistical difference between the mean marks of students of the first empirical group who study using the strategy of PDEODE, the second empirical group who study using the strategy of Discrepant events, and students of the control group who study according to the traditional way in the post test of acquisition of environmental concepts. The second main hypothesis : There is no significant statistical difference among the mean differences in marks of the pre and post scale of direction for subjects of the first empirical group who study using the strategy of PDEODE, the second empirical group who study using the strategy of Discrepant events, and students of the control group who study according to the traditional way in the scale of direction orientation, interest, trend. To achieve the goals of the study, the empirical method has been followed. The design chosen has been the nonrandom control group with two empirical groups and one control group. The subjects chosen are students of the first year in Department of Psychological and Educational Sciences, College of Education for Humanities, Thi - Qar University, The three groups have been statistically equalized in terms of (age, academic level, intelligence, previous knowledge test of environmental concepts, and orientation towards environment). Internal and external validity of the empirical design has been checked to eliminate the effect of interfering variables which may affect the dependent variables. One of the requirements of this study is preparing a test for the acquisition of environmental concepts, it is composed of (42) multiple choice.A scale has been designed to know the students environmental trends and it applied as a pretest and a post test. The experiment has been applied in the academic year 2014 - 2015 The data have been statistically. Using SPSS software the results showed : - The first empirical group which has been taught according to PDEODE strategy has been superior to the control group of the traditional way in the test of acquisition of environmental concepts. - The second empirical group which has been taught according to Discrepant events strategy has been superior to the control group way in the test of acquisition of environmental concepts. - There is no significant statistical differences between the first and the second group way in the test of acquisition of environmental concepts. - The first empirical group of PDEODE has been superior to the control group in the scale of the orientation towards environment. - The second empirical group has been superior to the control group in the scale of orientation towards environment. - There are statistically significant differences between the first empirical group and the second empirical group in the scale of the orientation towards environment.According to this the study has come up with these recommendations : - Adopting PDEODE strategy and the contradicting events strategy in teaching environmental education which is taught in the department of psychological and educational sciences in colleges of education for their positive active effects in the acquisition of environmental concepts.Some suggestions for extra investigations have been formulated among which : - An empirical study to investigate the effects of PDEODE and the contradicting events strategies on other dependent variables like the process of learning , motivation for learning and( critical thinking) and (deductive thinking)

Abstract: The thesis aims at knowing The effect of the Constructivist learning and Rothkoph models in the acquisition and retention of geographical concepts by the first year intermediate female students. To achieve that the researcher used an experimental design with partial adjustment which is the design of the three equated groups of the post - test. The researcher intended to choose a sample from the first year intermediate female students belonging to the General Directorate of Education in Misan for the year( 2014 - 2015) for the purpose of applying the experiment. The sample was composed of (94)students divided in to three groups, the first group was composed of (30) studentswho were taught according to the constructivist model, the second group was composed of (31) students who were taught according to Rothkoph model, and the third group was composed of (33) students (the control group) was taught according to the traditional method.The researcher had equalized the three groups in terms of : Intelligence, previous knowledge test, previous achievement, parents' qualification, and age calculated in months. After determining the scientific material to be studied which was thefirst four chapters from the first year intermediate level book of Geography for the studying year (2014 - 2015) in Iraq.The researcher identified the geographical concepts, they were (20) geographical concepts. In the light of determining these concepts, the researcher conducted behavioral aims to measure the purpose of acquiring the concept( defining, distinguishing, and generalizing the concept), beside that the researcher had conducted plans instruction for the subjects and they were (22)daily plan for each group of the three groups of the research. The two research instruments included a test for the acquisition of the geographical concepts of the (multi - choice type) made up of (60) items, to measure the three processes of the geographical concepts acquisition, its validity was verified and discriminatory power was verified and the coefficient of difficulty and the effectiveness of errorness alternatives. Its constancy was derived by using the method of half partition which amounted to (0.72), which was corrected by using the Spearman - Braun equation which amounted to (0.84) which is a good constancy coefficient.The researcher herself taught the three groups, and the experiment had begun in 22/10/2014, and lasted for three months, i.e., a whole semester which is the first semester of 2014 - 2015. During the experiment the researcher applied the test of geographical concepts acquisition on 22/1/2015, after passing 21day from the application of the first test, the researcher applied the test of the geographical concepts retention on 15/2/2015 on the three groups.To process the data statistically, the researcher used the (one way analysis of variance) and (Sheffe) method and showed the following conclusions : 1.There are statistically significant differences between the scores of the students of the first group which was taught according to the Constructivist learning model, and the second experimental group which were taught according to Rothkoph model in the test of the acquisition and retention of geographical concepts for the first experimental group.2. There are statistically significant differences between the scores of the students of the first group which was taught according to the Constructivist learning model, and the control group which was taught according to the traditional method for the acquisition and retention of geographical concepts for the first group.3. There are statistically significant differences between the scores of the students of the second group which was taught according to Rothkuph model and the control group which was taught according to the traditional method of the acquisition and retention of geographical concepts for the second group.In the light of the findings of this research, the researcher advocated the following recommendations : 1.Urging the teachers of Geography to focus on highlighting concepts and its retention for students instead of focusing on memorizing and mimicking.2.Urging the teachers to adopt the Constructivist model in teaching by describing it as a model that helps students to construct their knowledge by themselves throughout training.3. Making the teachers of geography familiar with the experimental steps for both the Constructivist learning and Rothkuph models to be used for teaching this materialIn complete to this research, the researcher put the following suggestions : 1.Conducting similar studies but in different stages and in various studying subjects.2. Teaching the students the analytical thinking and promoting it enables them to deal with different knowledge and information positively and effectively. It even increases their analytical capacities and that is what the educational program provides when built on Sternberg successful intelligence theory, and this is something the researcher would like to find out its influence on the result of the analytical thinking development among the eleventh grad students where the current researcher is after : - 1 - Identifying the influence of the educational program on the Chivement of the fifth grade students in the subject of literature& texts. 2 - Identifying the influence of the educational program on developing the analytical thinking among the fifth grade students in literature &texts subject.In order to achieve goals 2 and 3, researchers made the next two zero hypothesis : 1 - There is no statistic difference at level 0.05 between the average Chivement for the fifth grade students who study literature &texts in the educational program, representing the experimental group, and the average Chivement of the fifth grade students studying literature& texts the traditional method, representing the control group.2 - There is no statistical difference at level 0.05 between the average scores of the analytical thinking test for the fifth grade students studying literature &texts in the educational program, representing the experimental group, and the average scores of the analytical test for fifth grade students studying literature &texts in the traditional method, representing the control group. So to achieve the research second and third goal, researcher randomly chose Thawra’a boys secondary school and he chose class A (30 students from the eleventh grade) to be the experimental group studying literature &texts in the educational program, and also class B 30 students from the eleventh grade studying literature &texts traditional method to be the control group. Research sample reached 60 students from the eleventh grade in that school. Researcher ran equally between the students from the two groups in the following variants : - 1 - Age in months2 - fathers education3 - mothers education4 - Arabic language final examination scores for year 2013 - 2014.5 - Literature &texts final examination score in Arabic language.6 - Intelligence test score.7 - Previous information scores8 - Tribal analytical thinking test score After determining the curriculum that will be taught in the educational program (during the experiment time) represented by literature &texts for eleventh grade students, 4th edition 2012, researcher framed 437 behavior goals and even prepared teaching plans for literature &texts that will be taught in educational program. Researcher presented samples to a team of experts and specialists in methods, psychology, measuring& evaluation to find out its fitness and compatibility with the research variants. Researcher also prepared a test in literature &texts material composed of 50 items; adopting Sternberg 12 items analytical thinking test and verified its credibility and steadiness after presenting it to experts and specialists in teaching methods, psychology and measurement &evaluation.(82%).Researcher studied himself the research two groups during the experiment duration lasted for 15 weeks, and after finishing the experiment, researcher applied the final test and the analytical thinking test on research students. Researcher used the following statistical measures : - C test for two independent samples, Kai square, Pearson correlation coefficient, Spearman brown equation, difficulty coefficient equation, differentiation coefficient equation and effectiveness of wrong alternative equation. After analyzing the results statistically, researcher found out that experimental group students studying literature &texts in the educational program defeated the control group students studying the same material in the traditional method in analytical thinking. In the light of the results, researcher recommended the following : - 1 - The necessity of enlightening the Arabic language teachers with the current educational program and its preparation method and how to use it in teaching literature & texts for the eleventh grade students.2 - Working collaboratively between educational supervisors and schools administrations along with the Arabic language teachers for the eleventh grade classes to adopt educational programs like the current one in teaching literature &texts to improve students’ scientific and thinking level equally. 3 - Organizing a training course for eleventh grade Arabic language teachers in preparing& training institute in Babylon province on the current educational program and the how to get the best of it and apply it in teaching literature &texts subject for eleventh grade students.To complete the other aspects of this research, researcher recommends the following : - 1 - Conducting a similar study for the current teaching in other grades.2 - Conducting a similar study for the current teaching in other subjects

Abn Khaldoon says about the importance of grammar ((principles of tongue science are four : language,grammar,statement and literature. The grammar is one of the most important of them.Grammar distinguishes the actor from accusative, subject pattern from predicate.Without grammar the most of usefulness is ignored (Ibn Khaldoon ,1978,p : 186) Although the great importance of grammatical rules, the weakness of collection in it and aversion of students from it is clear for anybody works in the field of learning, this is clear in the correction of examination sheets or listening into their continuous conversations and expressions, this is what the researcher himself has found it through his work as an instructor in college of Education and Basic Education college It is noted that the clear weakness in subject of grammatical rules not regards only our students in Iraq but it transcend to all Arab Homeland. Aisha Abd AL - Rahman confirms a painful realty with her speech ((the dangerous phenomenon for our linguistic crisis is whenever a student has progressed a step in a language learning increased ignorance and a version from it, maybe he progresses in an educational way into final course , so he graduates from university who can’t write a simple speech with language of his people , he can’t read a typical reading without grammatical mistakes (Abd AL - Rahman , 1969 , P : 191). We know the goal of teaching mainly is facility, guidance and stimulation of learning, then guarantee occurrence of learning , so it should be used the method that makes learners active and effective. The learners earns from the learning proses as much as it is making. It should be used a modern efficient and renewable methods in teaching because a good method lets to attainment of educational goal and achievement it with less time and little effort. It also excites and motivates learners to work and fruitfully participate in the lesson.( Ismaeel , 2005 , p. 57 ). Since the researcher is acquainted with learning theories and teaching methods , he adopted a direction towards modern teaching methods which say that teaching process happens in a social interaction way between the teacher and his students and it is an open and divers process which enables them to exchange experiences and feelings. The constructive theory has gained large salability and increasing interest in the cotemporary educational mind because it consternates on the positive and effective role of the student through the process of teaching by practicing a lot of educational activities. So it is a cognitive and educational theory or a making meaning theory which it shows an explanation and interpretation for nature of knowledge and how human being learns this knowledge. This theory confirms that individuals construct new concepts or their knowledge of the beforehand known interaction and think of thoughts, events and activities through their close contact with others. ( Akar , E, 2005 , P : 5 ). The constructive theory is a process of interaction among three elements in the educational process, previous experiences, educational situations presented to the learner and the environment in which the educational process takes place in order to construct and develop a new knowledge structures that characterized with inclusiveness and generalization compared to the previous and using these structures in treatment of a new environmental situations. ( Afanna and Abu Malouh, 2006 , p 6 ). There are many strategies and models that have been proposed to employ constructivist approach in teaching. And each of them has a great value in the learning and teaching process 0 These strategies and models generally confirm the active role for students through the learning 0 They work many activities and experiences among groups or teams ,also it emphasizes on ineffective intellectual participation through practice activities for example model of generative learning and model of quintet learning ( AL - Essa2006,p03). The researcher chose to employ some strategies of constructive theory 0They are strategy of generative learning and quintet learning course in teaching of Arabic grammar. The goal of Studying : The goal of studying is knowledge ((activity of Generative learning strategy and quintet learning course in collection and retention in Arabic grammar with students of secondary stage))Two hypothesis of studying : There is difference with statistically significant of (0,05) among rates of attainment variable degrees of students of first experimental group who study Arabic grammar according to generative educational strategy and collecting of second experimental group students who study Arabic grammar according to strategy of quintet learning course and collecting degrees of group students who study Arabic Grammar according to traditional method. Study Limits : The current study is determined as follows : 1 - Highy schools students (Morning Study only) in Al - Muthnna province center.2 - Generative learning strategy and quintet learning course strategy.3 - Arabic grammar text - book for fifth class, first edition,Study Measures : The researcher chose the experimental design with partial control and later test depending in his study on three groups one of them is an experimental group subject to the independent variable which is the generative learning strategy while the other group is an experimental also subject to the quintet learning course strategy, in addition to that, there is a controlling group which is studied by the ordinary way. By the end of the experiment, the researcher will apply final collection test and after two weeks the same test will be applied on the study groups in order to measure retention in getting Arabic grammar. The study groups represent literary fifth class students in high schools (morning study) for boys at Al - Muthnna province center for the annual year 2013/2014. The researcher chose the students of the fifth class because the fifth class is actually an introduction for the sixth class which is considered as the gate from which the student will transfer to the university stage where the student thinking is characterized at this stage as being abstract and the attention level is at its highest level. The researcher chose randomly Al - Sadr high school (morning study) for boys where he found that it contains four sections for the literary fifth class which are ( a - b - c - d ). The number of students of the fifth class was ( 197) , ( 51) in section (a) , (50) in section (b) , (49) in section (c) and ( 47) in section ( d). The researcher chose randomly (a,c) sections to be the experimental groups where section (a) is studied by generative learning strategy and (c) section is studied by quintet learning course strategy while (b) section is the controlling group which is studied by the ordinary way and in order to avoid the variables which might effect on the study results with regards to the individual differences among students , the researcher made the harmony on the sample of his study in ( previous information , time age , students degrees in grammar in mid - year examination , scientific levels for parents ). ) After assigning the scientific material from fifth class Arabic grammar text - book for the annual year2013/2014, the researcher worded60 behavioral goals for grammar subjects, then he prepared teaching plans for the study groups and showed samples to a group of experts in teaching methods where the experiment took a full school course.. The researcher assigned the teacher lesson to teach the three study groups after he showed how teaching will be according to each strategy. The researcher made a collective test to measure the students collection in Arabic grammar after completing the experiment. The test was made of (30) test items of the numerous choice kind. The researcher made sure that the test was true by showing it to a group of experts and judges and he made sure that it was solid by applying it on a sample of (44) fifth class students after he made sure they completed the current research subjects. To analyze the results, the researcher used statistical measures like (one - way anaova) , (Kay square) , (item difficulty coefficient equation), (item discrimination coefficient equation) and( development rate equation). The researcher applied the later test to measure collection variable on the three study groups and after discharging the marks and treating them statistically , it was proved that there are discriminations among the study groups in collection variable to the advantage of the experimental groups on the control group. We found also that the second experimental group which was studied by quintet learning course strategy, excelled on the first experimental group which was studied by generative learning strategy and after two weeks, the researcher applied the retention test and it was proved that the second experimental group which was studied by quintet learning course strategy was the most keeping information group comparing with the other two groups. According to the results the current study made, the researcher concluded the following : 1 - It is preferred to apply quintet learning course strategy in raising the scientific level in Arabic grammar comparing with generative learning strategy. 2 - It is preferred to apply quintet learning course strategy in raising the scientific level in Arabic grammar comparing with the ordinary method.3 - It is possible to apply quintet learning course strategy in teaching Arabic grammar on the literary fifth class students to raise level of learning and retention. The researcher gave certain suggestions with regards to this study : 1 - Making a similar study about applying quintet learning course strategy in teaching Arabic grammar on different teaching stages. 2 - Making a similar study about applying quintet learning course strategy and generative learning strategy in teaching other branches of Arabic like (literature and composition.) 3 - Preparing a manual for Arabic teacher at high school stage deals with the steps which should be done in teaching Arabic grammar according to quintet learning course strategy and to all the subjects of the text - book.

(34) students in the first experimental group which is taught the Arabic language according to the strategy of (think, link , participate).(34) students in the second experimental group that is taught the same material according to the strategy of the effective reading(SQ3R).(32)Student in the control group that is taught the material according to the traditional method. The researcher chose the classes randomly.The researcher had applied a statistical equivalence among the three groups using the following variable : (the age of the student calculated in months , the Score of the students in Arabic language in the previous year , inelegance test of the student , the researcher formed 124 behaviorism targets to the subjects thought in the experiment period and prepared daily teaching plans for teaching the three groups.The two tools of the research were I attest for measuring the acquisition of the syntactic concepts according to the procedures of acquiring the concept , its items were 30 distributed as three types of questions. Each question is of 10 items. The first question is attest of true or false and second is Multiple choice, the third is writing reasonable sentences.The researcher applied the tools research groups after ending the experiment period which continued for ten weeks the researcher himself taught the research three group. The researcher used the following statistical aids (mono - contrast analysis, Kai Square, person Correlation coefficient, Spearman Brown formula, difficulty Coefficient formula, item recognition coefficient formula , the activity of the wrong alternatives, shefeh method, percentage as a calculation ways.The resultsPredomination of the student of the two experimental groups who are taught the material of the Arabic language according to the strategy of(think, link, participate) and the strategy of the effective reading SQ3R upon the control group that is taught the material according to the traditional way in the test of acquiring the syntactic concept and the process of keeping them.Recommendations1 - Directing the teacher of the Arabic language to use the strategy of(think, link, participate) and the strategy of the effective reading(SQ3R) in teaching the material.2 - it’s the necessary to train and encourage the teacher by the ministry of education on using modern methods and strategies of teaching in away the student be the hub of the instruction process.3 - The supervisors shoud emphasize on the importance of the strategies (think, link, participate) and the strategy of the effective reading SQ3R while visiting the teachers.4 - Increasing students realization by exposing them to instruction situation require using modern strategies that imply their mental capacities5 - Concentration on the instruction situations that moderate student on the dive participation in the lesson.6 - It is necessary to let the teachers of the Arabic language participate in training courses that enable them to use these two strategies and how to imply them in the teaching process.The researcher proposes the followings 1 - Making an identical study on another branch of the Arabic language.2 - Making an experimental study to know the effect of the strategies on another levels.

Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة اثر استراتيجيات معالجة المعلومات في تحصيل مادة قواعد اللغة العربية لدى طلاب الصف الرابع الادبي والاحتفاظ بها.ولتحقيق هدفا البحث اختار الباحث اعدادية القاسم للبنين الواقعة في قضاء القاسم - التابعة لمديرية تربية بابل العامة، بص | The Present study aims at investigating the impact of information treatment in the achievement and retention of Arabic grammar for pupils of forth class ( literary branch ). To obtain the required goals of this study , the researcher deliberately chose AL - Qasim Secondary school for boys ( which belongs to the general educational institution of Babylon ) and he also chose four random sections in the fourth class ( literary branch ) in this school. The sample of study consisted of 122 pupils : 30 pupils in the first experimental group , 31 pupils in the second experimental group , 31 pupils in the third experimental group and 30 pupils in the fourth control group. To complete the required aims of this study , the researcher made the following : 1 - He adopted an experimental form of partial control with four groups ( three experimental groups and one control group ) where by the researcher taught the first group with organization strategy , the second experimental group with classification strategy , the third experimental group with analysis strategy and finally the fourth control group with the normal or conventional method of teaching. 2 - The researcher made the variables of age , educational achievement for parents , degrees of Arabic grammar of the year 2013 - 2014 and cleverness equal to all four groups under study. 3 - The researcher identified the required topics of Arabic grammar , which were eight topics. 4 - 84 behavioral goals were identified according to Bloom's classification of educational field and its six levels. 5 - The researcher made four plans for the groups : organization , classification , analysis and normal ( or conventional ) method. 6 - The researcher organized an achievement test which composed of 30 multi - choice items , filling in the brackets , forming new meaningful sentences. The researcher also identified the level of difficulty , the discrimination force and the validity of each alternative. he also identified the stability of the test using the partial division method ( which was 0.71 according to person ) then it was reformed with spearman formula to reach 0.96 which was a high degree. 7 - The researcher made the test for the group under study and , two weeks later , he made the retention test. After scoring , the researcher analyzed the results statistically. The results arrived at show the following : 1 - First group pupils (who studied according to organization strategy ) were better than second and fourth groups' pupils. 2 - Second group pupils ( who studied according to classification strategy ) proved to be better than the fourth control group. 3 - Third group pupils ( who studied according to analysis strategy ) were better from first , second and fourth group. In the light of the findings arrived at , the researcher put the following recommendations : 1 - In forming Arabic language teacher to adopt information treatment strategies in teaching Arabic grammar. 2 - Reforming the syllabus of fourth secondary class ( literary branch) in accordance with information treatment strategies due to their positive role. 3 - The importance of paying due attention to the Analysis strategy due to its positive role in increasing pupils' achievement level. Finally , the researcher suggested the following : 1 - Performing a similar study for girls in the same class. 2 - Performing a similar study for other classes. 3 - Carrying out a similar study for other selected strategies of information treatment as application , evaluation and criticism ….. etc. 4 - Building an education programme according to the above mentioned strategies for the pupils in the fourth classes and improving their trends towards Arabic grammar

Thus, the possibility of reaching the skills of drawing, reading, and interpreting the geographical maps which is highlighted since it represents the language of this science and its key. In spite of the importance of geographical maps, the complaining about the weakness of owning it still continued. This was what asserted by several studies (e.g. Al - Sa’idy 2008, Al - khakany 2006, And Aubeis 1998).also, it is surprising that the less effective teaching method is the most commonly used one in all the aspects of teaching. This method based on dumping and teaching the information and facts. It is not very useful and do not add something new to the ideology of the students, since it leads to the students’ failure in accessing the right way to achieve the target educational objectives which aims to be armed by the skills of knowing how to deal with the geographical maps. Thus, the present study which aim to know “the effect of a training program of developing skills in geographical maps in the achievement, retention, and attitude of the students of geography departments in the Iraqi Universities in the subject of geographical maps” hoping to participate in solving this problem.The significance of the study Geography considered as one of the important human sciences which participated in developing most of the nations in both past and present. Also, there is no science fulfil the human needs and aspiration more than geography, since it interested in studying all the natural and humanistic phenomena on Earth. Moreover, it uses the geographical maps to solve the problem of surveying the information, since it plays an important role in understanding the meanings and information as well as putting it in its proper place of knowledge which increases the achievement of the learners. Since that, the education in the modern age directed towards emphasizing the use of educational methods, techniques, models, and programs which rise the thinking for the purpose of solving educational problems of the students. The objectives of the studyThe present study aims at knowing the effect of a training program of developing skills in geographical maps in the achievement, retention, and attitude of the students of geography departments in the Iraqi Universities in the subject of geographical mapsHypotheses The present studies hypothesize the following : 1. There is no statistical significant differences at (0,05) between the average of the scores of the experimental group which study the geographical maps subject according to the strategies of the training program , and the average of the scores of the controlling group which study the same subject according to the normal strategy in achieving the skills of geographical maps by the students of Geography Department / fourth grade/ Colleges of education in the Iraqi Universities 2. There is no statistical significant differences at (0,05) between the average of the scores of the experimental group which study the geographical maps subject according to the strategies of the training program , and the average of the scores of the controlling group which study the same subject according to the normal strategy in the retention of the skills of geographical maps by the students of Geography Department / fourth grade/ Colleges of Education in the Iraqi Universities 3. There is no statistical significant differences at (0,05) between the average of the scores of the experimental group which study the geographical maps subject according to the strategies of the training program , and the average of the scores of the controlling group which study the same subject according to the normal strategy in the Attitude of the students of Geography Department / fourth grade/ Colleges of Education in the Iraqi Universities Limitations of the studies The present study is limited for : 1. The student of the fourth grade /Departments of Geography, Colleges of Education / Middle Al - furat Universities. 2. The lectures of geographical maps subjects (the study of the items of geographical maps subject in Flijah & others’ 1985 “ The science of maps and survey studies” 3. The second semester of the academic year 2013 - 2014 ADResearch methodology In order to achieve the aim of the study, the researcher has chosen an experimental design with partial control of two equal groups. One of them is the experimental group which studied according to training program. The other one is the control group which studied according to the traditional method. After identifying the population of the study, the researcher chose a random sample. The sample composed of the fourth grade students /department of geography / College of Education for Humanities/ University of Al - Muthanna. The department includes two sections which might be an arena to apply the experiment. Section “A” was chosen to be the experimental group, and section “B” to be the control group. The main sample composed of 80 students, i.e. 40 students for each group. The researcher equalized both of the groups through using “T - test” and “Chi - square (ca )2 in chronological age which counted by months and the achievement, as well as the profession of the parents. Also, there was a pretest to measure the attitudes, the previous information about the geographical maps, and the achievement as well as applying Rofan’s test of cleverness. In all the variables, there was no statistical significant differences at (0, 05)After identifying the subjects of the experiments, the researcher designated the behavioral objectives for the identified subjects. There were 100 behavioral objectives in their final form after presenting them on a group of experienced referees in methods of teaching, educational psychology, and geography in order to test their validity. The researcher studied with the lecturer of geographical maps subject in the department with both of the sample groups of the study during 10 weeks. Research instruments The researcher designated an achievement test according to the steps of the experimental map to identify number of behavioral aims that are needed to design the required items of the test in order to measure them. It composed of 50 multiple choice items and the performative items. The items distributed on the light of the experimental maps according to Bloom’s classification which composed of six levels of knowledge domain. The items of the test were designated to measure the attitudes of the students towards this subject. The items of this test were 34 items. The truth of the tools The items of the achievement test and Attitude measurement were presented on a group of experienced referees in Methods of teaching, Educational Psychology, and Geography to get advantage of their valuable insights and experiences. After that, there was an adjustment on some of the Items of the test. The test was approved by the experts by more than 85%. Test Analysis The test and the standard were applied on exploratory sample consisting of 100 students of the population of the study. After arranging the scores of the students in a descending order, and dividing them into two groups (upper and lower), and taking 27% from each group. Then, the difficulty coefficieny of the items, the power of their distinction, and stability coefficieny through the partial division which was calculated through using Pearson’s correlation coefficieny. After correcting its correlation coefficieny through Spearman Brown’s correlation coefficieny, it is found that the stability was (0,85). Also, it was characterized that the false alternatives attract the attention of the students. The standard to measure the attitude was (0, 76). After completing the period of the experiment, the researcher has applied an achievement post - test on the two groups.Research results The study concluded the following : The preponderance of the experimental group, which studied through using the experimental program, on the control group which studied through using the traditional method. The difference between their results was statistically significant at (0,05) in on the achievement and the retention in the light of the results of the study. The researcher concluded that the usage of this program is suitable to develop the skills of the students in geographical maps, as well as retention them. As a result, this will lead to raise the students’ motivation towards this subject.The researcher recommended the adoption of this program. Also, in order to complete this study, the researcher suggests to conduct a similar study on samples of students from other grades as well as other Universities and in other subjects. Statistical means The researcher used the following statistical means : T - test, Chi - square, Pearson’s correlation cofficiency, the equation of Spearman - Brown, cofficiency of the discrimination of an item , cofficiency of difficulty , the equation of the effectiveness of false alternatives, and other statistical tools.
