Abstract:
هدفت الدراسة الى بناء مقياس واقع الاستثمار في الاندية الرياضية، والتعرف على دور القيادات الرياضية في واقع الاستثمار في الاندية الرياضية، والتعرف على واقع الاستثمار واهميته في عملية تطوير اداء وانجاز الاندية الرياضية وتحقيق اهدافها، وتحديد العقبات التي تواجه القيادات الرياضية في تفعيل عملية الاستثمار الرياضي. واستعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي باسلوب المسح على عينة من اعضاء (مجالس ادارات الاندية الرياضية) ، (القيادات الرياضية في وزارة الشباب والرياضة)، و(قيادات اللجنة الاولمبية الوطنية العراقية)، (قيادات الاتحادات الرياضية المركزية العراقية)، والبالغ عددهم (501) قائد اداري تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية من مجتمع البحث البالغ (1593) بنسبة (31.45%) منه. تم تقسيمها الى ثلاث عينات بحسب متطلبات الدراسة وهي (عينة بناء مقياس) وهي عينة التحليل الاحصائي للعبارات وبلغت (300) قائد اداري، و(عينة استطلاعية) بلغت (10) قادة اداريين، و(العينة الرئيسة) للتطبيق بلغت (191). اعتمد الباحث على ادوات البحث العلمي والتي اهمها المصادر العربية والاجنبية، والمقابلات والاستبيانات، واداة القياس في هذه الدراسة، وعلى وفق ما ورد تم تحديد اسم المقياس وهدفه، من ثم اعداد محاور المقياس وتحديد صلاحيتها من خلال اتفاق الخبراء والتي كانت ستة محاور، ثم اعداد عبارات المقياس وصياغتها واحتساب اوزانها على وفق محددات طريقة تحليل المحتوى ومقابلة المتخصصين ثم تحديد صلاحية مضمون عبارات المقياس وعدد بدائلها ونوع اوزانها. تم ايجاد ثبات المقياس ومحاوره والاخطاء المعيارية لها بعدة طرائق على عينة اسس المعاملات العلمية الخاصة بالبناء، ثم تجريبه استطلاعيا، ليصبح بعد ذلك المقياس بصورته النهائية مؤلف من ستة محاور موزع عليها (37) عبارة بثلاثة بدائل، وتم اجراء الدراسة المسحية على عينة التطبيق ابتداء من يوم الخميس الموافق2/6/2016، الى يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 16/8/2016، وتمت معالجة النتائج احصائيا بنظام الحقيبة الاحصائية الاجتماعية (SPSS) الاصدار (V24) استنتج الباحث ان مقياس الدراسة (مقياس الاستثمار للاندية الرياضية في العراق) يصلح لقياس واقع الاستثمار الرياضي من وجهة نظر القيادات الادارية في العراق، وان موضوع الاستثمار الرياضي يحتاج من هذه القيادات الالمام الكامل به, فضلا عن حاجتها الى اعتماد التكنولوجيا الحديثة في عملها وتداول انشطتها في الاندية, مع ضرورة اعتماد المنافسة بتقديم الخدمات الرياضية والانشطة الاخرى مع نظيراتها من الاندية والمؤسسات, ومن الاهمية ان تكون لدى القيادات الرياضية رؤية واضحة لنجاح عملها, وعن القوانين والتشريعات الخاصة بالاستثمار الرياضي لتطوير انديتها في العراق.مع توصية الدراسة بتفعيل دور القيادات في موضوع الاستثمار الرياضي في الاندية وتعاونها مع الشركات والمؤسسات الانتاجية والاعتماد على الدراسات الاكاديمية التخصصية, فضلا عن مراعاة تشريع القوانين الخاصة بالاستثمار الرياضي في العراق. | The present study aimed to build the scale of the reality of the investment in the sports, clubs, and to the identify of the rule of sport leader ship in the reality of investment in the sports, clubs, in addition to the identify of investment reality and its importance in The operation of developing the performance and the accomplishment of the sports, clubs, and achieving Their goals, and identifying the obstacles that facing the sport leader ship in activating the operation of sport investment. The research used the descriptive curriculum in the way of surveying for a sample of members ((of boards of administration of the sport clubs)) in the Iraqi sport clubs, ((sport leader ship in the ministry of youth & sports, The leader ship of the Olympic patriotic Iraqi committee, and the leader ship of Iraqi central sport unions, where The totaled 501 administrative leader ship who were chosen by intentional in the research society who were 1593 with a ratio 31.45% from it)). The sample was treated as society as the consider administrative leader ship in howl sport staffs and committees, and were divided in to three samples as the thesis need and the are the sample of statistical analysis for the items and were totaled to 300 leaders, ((Flying sample)) totaled to 10 administrative leaders, and The ((main sample)) for the application and were totaled to 191. The research depended on the tools of scientific research which the most important were Arabic & foreign research & inter views & westonnalrs, and the measuring took in this study and which was built according to arranged scientific steps preceded by the identification of the Phenomenon under the study and the analysis of the common feature of the research society ((sport leader ships)) and according to what were montioned The name of the goal of the scale were identified, preparing the scale through exports agreement and which were six axesm Then we prepared the scale phrases, Molding then and calculating their weight according to the limits of contents analysis method and shooting the specialists the identifying the validity of the scale phrases content and the number of the alternatives and the types of weights, and the way of calculating them, Their belonging to the axes by conduction the appearing and the logical validity for the scale, then finding distinguishing ability and the inner pattern for its phrases. And to assure its suitability for the study sample we for nd the Natural distribution for each axis and for each phrase, and find the stability of the scale and the axes and standard mistakes for them by several ways by the way scientific equation basis sample of building, Then we done aflying experiment on the flying sample then the scale came in its final from to be consisted of six axes with 37 items to be dived on then with 3 alternatives, the surveying study was conducted on the sample of application in the leader quarters of the committees who the were belong to in the Iraqi provinces & Baghdad starting from Tuesday 2/6/2016, to Tuesday 16/8/2016, The resalts were treated statistically by using spss version v 24. The research infere that the study scale ((the investment scale of the sport clubs in Iraq)) is valid for measuring the rule of the sport leader ships in the sport investment, and the subject of sport investment need from, these leader ships full a warring of it, in addition to the need of depending on modern technology in their work and markting their activates in the clubs, with the need to combative services in supply sport and other activities with apanent clubs, and there is an important need for the sport leader ships to have clear vision to there war success, and awareness for the laws & the rules related to sport investment to develop their clubs in Iraq. With arrecommenastion to activate the rule of the leader ships in the subject of sport investment in the clubs and their cooperation with the companies and productive foundations and depending on the academic specialized study with taking care the rules related to sport investment in Iraq.
