Abstract:
ان مهنة مدرس التربية الرياضية تقوم بالاساس باعداد الطلبة بدنيا ونفسيا واعدادهم للاكتساب المهارات وتهيئة الرياضين للمشاركة في السباقات الرياضية، لكل مهنة في المجتمع الانساني لها قواعد واخلاقيات لابد مراعاتها والالتزام بها من الافراد المنتسبين لتلك المهنة ، ومن هنا جاءت اهمية الدراسة لكون المدرسة احدى مؤسسات الدولة المهمة التي تسعى الى بناء وتربية اجيال متلاحقة وظيفتهم بناء المجتمع في سبيل تقدمه ،اما مشكلة الدراسة : هناك تذبذب بالاداء الوظيفي لبعض مدرسي التربية الرياضية وعدم تحقيق الهدف الاساسي الذي وجدت للاجله التربية الرياضية واحد الاسباب المهمة عدم الالتزام بالمعايير الاخلاقية ومراعاتهم للمصالح الشخصية على حساب المصلحة العامة .اهداف الدراسة : تصميم مقياسين لاخلاقيات العمل التربوي وللاداء الوظيفي لمدرسي التربية الرياضية ، التعرف على العلاقة بين اخلاقيات العمل التربوي والاداء الوظيفي لمدرسي التربية الرياضية بالمدارس المتوسطة ببغداد.استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وحالتها الارتباطية لاختبار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية لتربيات محافظة بغداد وكانت العينة (256) مدرس من مجتمع البحث بنسبة مئوية (68.8%) وتم استخدام مقياس ليكرت الخماسي لقياس سلوك المدرس واعداد الاستبانة الخاصة للمحاور والعبارات لجمع البيانات واعتمادها لتطبيق المقياسين (لاخلاقيات العمل التربوي وللاداء الوظيفي) لعينة البحث ، كما وزعت الاستبانات على مدراء المدارس المتوسطة لتقويم مدرسي التربية الرياضية وتمت معالجة البيانات الاحصائية باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (spss) . استنتج الباحث.لاتوجد علاقة بين اخلاقيات العمل التربوي والاداء الوظيفي لمدرسي التربية الرياضية.واوصى الباحث. بتنمية وتعزيز اخلاقيات العمل التربوي والاداء الوظيفي لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية في المدارس المتوسطة في بغداد. | The profession of the physical education teacher is based mainly on the numbers of students physically and psychologically and their numbers for the acquisition of skills and the preparation of athletes to participate in sports races, each profession in the human society has rules and ethics must be observed and commitment of individuals belonging to that profession, hence the importance of study because the school is one of the important state institutions Which seeks to build and raise successive generations their job of building society in order to progress, The study problem : There is a fluctuation in the performance of some of the teachers of physical education and the failure to achieve the basic objective found for the term Physical Education and one of the important reasons not to abide by ethical standards and their attention to personal interests at the expense of the public interest.Objectives of the study : The design of two measures of ethics of educational work and the functional performance of teachers of physical education, to identify the relationship between the ethics of educational work and the performance of teachers of physical education in the middle schools in Baghdad.The researcher used the descriptive method and its associative method to randomize the sample of the Baghdad governorate. The sample was (256) teachers from the research community in percentage (68.8%). The five - dimensional Likert scale was used to measure the teacher's behavior and the specific numbers of the axes and phrases to collect the data and to adopt the two measures And the performance of the job) for the sample of the research, and distributed the questionnaire to the principals of middle schools to evaluate the teachers of physical education and statistical data was processed using the statistical program (spss).The researcher concludes.There is no relationship between the ethics of educational work and the performance of teachers of physical education.The researcher recommended.To develop and strengthen the ethics of educational work and performance of teachers of physical education in the middle schools in Baghdad
