Abstract:
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على الانماط القيادية ومهارات الاتصال الفعال لمدربي فرق المتقدمين بالسباحة في العراق ومعرفة علاقة تلك المتغيرات بنتائج المسابقات. الفصل الثاني : الدراسات النظرية والمشابهة. تضمن محورين اشتمل المحور الاول على مواد نظرية تخص مفهوم القيادة وانوعها وانماطها ونظرياتها وكذلك مفهوم الاتصال ومكوناته والياته والعوامل التي تؤثر عليه ومعوقاته ونبذة عن لعبة السباحة، وشمل المحور الثاني دراسات سابقة ومشابهه هي دراسة (فؤاد متعب، 2004) ودراسة (سالم رشيد، 2000) ودراسة وتم تحليلها ومناقشتها.الفصل الثالث - منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي لملائمته طبيعة البحث اذ قام الباحث ببناء مقياس لمهارات الاتصال الفعال على عينة بلغت (91) لاعبا وهم يمثلون نسبة مئوية بلغت (32.85 %) من مجتمع البحث البالغ عدده (277) لاعبا، وتم تعديل مقياس الانماط القيادية الذي قام باعداده حيدر عبد الرضا طراد (2002) ثم قام الباحث بتطبيق المقياس على عينة التطبيق النهائي وبلغت (143) سباح وهم يمثلون نسبة مئوية بلغت (51.62 %) وقد تم توضيح كل الاجراءات فضلا عن توضيح مجتمع البحث وعينته وتم عرض الادوات المستخدمة من وسائل جمع المعلومات والاجهزة المستخدمة. الفصل الرابع - عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها تم في هذا الباب عرض اهم النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها وتحليلها ومناقشتها لتحقيق اهداف البحث.الفصل الخامس : الاستنتاجات والتوصياتاهم الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل اليها هي : 1. تم التعرف الى العلاقة بين الانماط القيادية ونتائج المسابقات وتبين ان النمط الديمقراطي له الاثر البالغ على نتائج المسابقات. 2. تم التعرف الى العلاقة بين مهارات الاتصال الفعال ونتائج المسابقات واستنتج الباحث ان مهارة الاستماع والتحدث هي من اهم المهارات في العملية التدريبية. واوصى الباحث بما يلي : 1. تعريف مدربي السباحة بمهارات الاتصال الفعال والعمل على تطويرها لديهم.2.تخصيص الاتحاد العراقي المركزي للسباحة وقتا لاقامة دورات تطويرية لمهارات الاتصال الفعال. | The thesis aim to know the leadership styles and the communication skills for the activeness for the coaches in the professions teams and relations with the competition results.Chapter One : IntroductionThe introduction of the research and its importance, where it clarified the importance of the mathematical side and the science of management in general and the contribution of this science (management science) in the field of sports, and also touched the importance of research to the subject of leadership as one of the most prominent topics in the science of management and a fundamental pillar that can't be dispensed with, In the field of sports, also addressed the effectiveness of the sports leader and clarify the effective role in the leadership of the team and management of the training process in a systematic and correct, and also addressed the introduction of research and importance of the concept of communication in general.Chapter Two : The Literature Review : Which include the two topics the theoretical subjects concern the concept of leadership styles and types, their theories. The build of the scale, types. The second direction for the literature reviews like the study of the following topics : the study of (Fouad Meteb, 2004) and the study of Salem Rasheed (2004). , 2000) and the study (Batool Sadiq, 2014), analyzed and discussed.Chapter Three : Research Methodology and Field ProceduresThe researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method to suit the nature of the research. The researcher constructed a measure of the skills of effective communication on a sample of the sample of the application which reached (91) players representing a percentage of (32.85%) from the research community of (277), the scale were amended by the leadership styles on the sample of (51.62%), representing (143) player. The procedures for building the communication skills scale and the procedures for modifying the leadership styles scale, as well as clarifying the society, were clarified. Research and design The tools used were used to collect information and devices used. Chapter Four : Results Analysis and Discussion.This section presents the most important results that were reached, analyzed and discussed to achieve the research objectives.Section Five : Conclusions and RecommendationsThe main conclusions reached are : 1. knowing the relations of the leadership styles effective communication skills for swimming instructors and the results of the competition. 2. Know the relation of leadership styles of swimming instructors applicants in all activities which has great role in the results.The Researcher who Recommend the following : 1. Define the swimmer coaches by the skills of communications and development. 2. The adoption by the Iraqi Central Federation of the criterion of effective communication skills in the process of selecting the trainers of the national team as one of the necessary procedures in the process of their selection
