Abstract:
The first chapter contains the introduction to the research its importance, objectives, research hypotheses and fields As well as the definition of the most important terms in the title.The researcher discussed the compatibility of professional of teachers, administrative leadership and psycho - Social Compatibility for Intermediate Schools principals.Either the importance of the dissertation comes as an attempt to see the professional compatibility of teachers of physical education and its relationship to the administrative leadership and psychosocial compatibility of the principals of middle schools in lrag.The Research problem Through the experience of the researcher in the field of teaching, there was a contras in the administrative leadership of the principals of middle schools towards the department of teachers, which affects the professional compatibility of teachers of sports education to achieve its objectives The research objectives are : ١ - To identify the professional compatibility of physical education and administrative leadership and psychosocial compatibility of middle school administrators.٢ - To identify the relationship and extent of the contribution of administrative leadership and psychosocial compatibility of the principals of middle schools to the professional compatibility of teachers of physical education.Chapter II : Review of literature . This chapter contains selected theoretical studies to enhance the title of the research.Chapter III : Research Methodology and Field procedures : The researcher used an analytical descriptive method that relieson gathering information and data relevant to the subject.Chapter IV : Display of Results.This chapter includes presentation analysis and discussion ofresearch results .Chapter V : conclusions and RecommendationsThe conclusions and recommendations included : ١ - conclusions : ١ - the teachers of physical education and principals of middle schools in Iraq possess an average level of Professional compatibility, administrative leadership and psychological and social coordination.٢ - there is a correlation between the professional compatibility of the teachers of physical education with the administrative leadership and : he psychosocial Compatibility of middle school principals in Iraq.٢ - Recommendation : ١ - Developing and strengthening the administrative leadership and psychosocial Compatibility of middle school principals in Iraq.٢ - To develop and enhance professional Compatibility through the introduction of teachers in development courses in order to familiarize them with the latest developments in the field of sports.
