Abstract:
اهداف البحث : 1 - بناء مقياس لتصنيف المدربين العراقيين وفقا لمستواهم العلمي والمهني.2 - تحديد مستويات معيارية وفقا لمستواهم العلمي والمهني لتصنيف المدربين العراقيين وفقا لها.3 - تصنيف المدربين العراقيين وفقا للمستويات المعيارية . وكانت طبيعة المشكلة المراد دراستها تفرض منهجية البحث المستخدم، ومن هذا المنطلق فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح بوصفة افضل طريقة لحل مشكلة البحث. تم تحديد مجتمع البحث بالطريقة العمدية والتي تمثلت بمدربي اندية المنطقة الجغرافية لاندية ( بغداد والفرات الاوسط والجنوب ) ، وتم تحديد عينة من مجتمع البحث والذي تمثله بما يحوي من صفات وخصائص وهي مجموعة من مدربي ( الاشبال ، ناشئين ، شباب ، متقدمين ) لتلك المحافظات ، والبالغ عددهم ( 300 ) مدرب مقسم على عدد من اندية محافظات بغداد والفرات الاوسط والجنوب وبلغ مجموع الاندية (30) نادي من المدربين ( مدرب اول ومساعد مدرب ومدرب حارس مرمى ) ولمختلف الفئات .واستنتج الباحث : 1 - ان مقياس تصنيف المدربين وفقا لمؤهلاتهم العلمية والمهنية بالصيغة النهائية تكون من اربعة عوامل.2 - ان مستوى المدربين في العراق لم يكن بالمستوى المطلوب وما يتوافق مع التنصيفات الممنوحة لهم .3 - مستوى المدرب الاول كان دون متوسط بحسب الاجابات التي اجاب عليها مما يعني ضعف القدرات التدريبية لديهم م الناحيتين العلمية والمهنية . 4 - مستوى المدرب المساعد كان دون المقبول بحسب الاجابات التي اجاب عليها مما يعني ضعف القدرات التدريبية لديهم م الناحيتين العلمية والمهنية . 5 - مستوى مدرب حراس المرمى كان دون متوسط بحسب الاجابات التي اجاب عليها مما يعني ضعف القدرات التدريبية لديهم م الناحيتين العلمية والمهنية . 6 - ان مستوى الدوري العراقي لم يرقى الى مستوى الدوريات الاخرى لكون مستوى المدربين العراقيين قد ظهر بمستوى متدني كمعدل وسطي لنتائجهم .على وفق الاستنتاجات التي توصل اليها الباحث يوصي بما ياتي : 1 - ضرورة الافادة من المقياس المعد من قبل الباحث للتعرف على المستويات التدريبية للمدربين بين فترة واخرى من قبل الاتحاد العراقي .2 - يوصي الباحث في تكثيف الدورات التدريبية وتخصيص المراكز الخاصة لتطوير المدربين .3 - فتح معاهد ومدارس خاصة لتطوير المدرب العراقي بكرة القدم .4 - اجراء اختبارات ميدانية ودورية للتعرف على المستويات التدريبية للمدرب من قبل الاتحاد العراقي.5 - تنسيق الاتحاد مع المؤسسات الاكاديمية للاستفادة من الخبرات في مجالات العلوم الرياضية في تطوير الجانب العلمي للمدربين ومنها كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة . 6 - الاعتماد على الخبرات الاجنبية في مجال تعزيز الخبرات العراقية واجراء توامة مع المراكز التدريبية المتطورة منها ( معهد لايبزك لتطوير المدربين واتحاد المدربين الكندي ) . | To build a benchmark for the classification of trainers according to their scientific and professional level for the classification of Iraqi trainers.2. Determination of levels of adjustment according to their scientific and professional level to classify Iraqi instructors in accordance with them.3. Classification of Iraqi instructors according to standard levels.4. Establish the necessary conditions for the qualification of trainers in accordance with the standards of science and professionalism. Chapter III, the nature of the problem to be studied, imposed the research methodology used and, as such, the researcher used the descriptive approach as the best way to solve the research problem as it prepares surveys. Been determine society search way Deliberately which was by coaches and players clubs geographical area for clubs (baghdad and euphrates middle and south), have been identified sample of society search which represented by what has of qualities and properties and is a group of coaches (cubs, Emerging, youth, developed) for those provinces, and numbering (300) coach pbx on number of clubs provinces baghdad and euphrates middle and south total clubs (30) club of coaches (coach first and assistant coach and coach goalkeeper) for different categories. either chapter iv may view researcher search results schedules and forms and then been discussed and analysed discuss scientific supported by sources scientific. and concluded researcher : 1 - that rating scale coaches according to their qualifications scientific and professional final version of be four factors. 2 - been exclude number of phrases for not logging reached (2) paragraph. 3 - that level who got it coaches generally was within (average) scale classification coaches according to their qualifications scientific and professional. 4 - got coach first level Standard (average) scale classification coaches according to their qualifications scientific and professional.5 - got assistant coach level (acceptable) scale classification coaches according to their qualifications scientific and professional. 6 - got coach guards goal level (average) scale classification coaches according to their qualifications scientific and professional. 7 - need coaches to enter training courses and development for training and planning. 8 - induce militant in giving certificates that gets them coaches and especially with higher levels especially level (p). and was recommendations : conclusions findings researcher recommended comes : 1 - necessity use scale to identify levels training for coaches between period and other by union Iraq . 2 - recommended researcher in intensify courses and customize private centres to develop coaches. 3 - open institutes and private schools to develop coach iraq with football. 4 - testing field and patrol to identify levels training for coach by union iraqi. 5 - rely on Foreign experiences in field promote experiences iraq and intensified and exploitation of those Iraq abroad to develop coaches in iraq. 6 - nomination trainers them achievements precedent to lead cadres training interested develop ball iraqi and provide support and physical moral her. 7 - recommended researcher with research on trainers for other games.
