Abstract: Folklore might be a burden that exhaust the living ad not only loyalty to the past. Artists must be effective concerning the meaning of folklore, whether these are inherited values or giving new forms to the windows expressing their horizon. Extracting the information. To stimulate these and their ideological and their formative value has a positive significance, and acquired modern arts new conception as a deposit for the Iraqi artist in his creative experience.The present study aims at the following : 1 - Revealing the aesthetic dimensions of the folklore in the Iraqi plaiting.2 - Designing an educational program of the project subject according to aesthetic dimensions of the folklore in the Iraqi painting.3 - Measuring the effectiveness of the designed program through application on students of Fine Arts Dept. in the subject of the Project.In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the research put the (4) zero hypotheses : The community of study is made up of students of the Furth Grade in Art Education - College of Fine Arts, for the academic year 2013/2014, the sample is (88) maleand female students; (67) male and (21) female distributed in (5) classes.The educational skill program was distributed according the principles of educational design within the one education unit including the art works of (16) contemporary Iraqi artists. This design includes two types of tests; one is cognitive acquisitive in the subject of Project and the other is skill test. Also, two types of forms for the sample were designed. The instruments were shown to the sample.In order to reveal the finings the researcher used Mann - Whitney coefficient, difficulty and distinguishing coefficient, Kudor - Richardson /20 Equation and Holesty Equation.The most important findings of the research are the following : 1 - The artist maturity achieved for the students of the experimental students as a result of passing through the various educational expertise which included in the educational units and the method of displaying them and the educational means used. This created a desire and motivation for them in carrying out their artistic projects through the employment of the symbols and concepts marked out by this program more than the normal methods for the control group.2 - The process of using the educational means represented in the paining achieved by contemporary Iraqi artists which include symbols derived from folklore like gods, domes,shanashil, tattoos, carpets … etc. this has contributed to a great degree in acquiring the students of experimental group the skills they needed to implement the material of the art project. This has generated a strong motivation to learn the component and interact with the requirements of the educational units which were required within the educational program. Then, the information required by this material is required.Upon these results the research comes up with the most important conclusions which are : 3 - The success of the educational program as a method of teaching in the subject of art project arises from the effect on the students’ concept and their change to the best that it allowed to the students to put his\her hands of a scientific list of the concepts and symbols produced by the folklore to be employed his\her artistic works as part of the requirements of this item, which led to the improvement of their artistic skills.4 - One of the most important necessities of the educational is to take into consideration the process of cognitive ad skill learning, which depended on the students and their requirements in order to arrive at the best outcome. This what this study endeavors through presenting the sequential educational expertise supported by the art works in contemporary Iraqi painting on which students can base their art works.

Abstract: The first beginning of contemporary sculpting appeared in the three - dimensional work performed by the artist Picasso (1910 - 1925), which consisted of elements and group of raw materials from iron and wires that formed a new pattern that was not known before. This trend which had appeared in the art of sculpturing is attributed to the Spanish sculptor Julio Gonzales 1876 - 1924.This transformation has given a phenomenon realized by the artistic and the recipient of the artistic work, and this formed a base for other sculptures in performing similar works in sculpture. What aesthetic have presented through their work show new aesthetic according to an artistic perspective that helped in showing the artistic results and achievements that bear aesthetic symbols. These artistic works have manifested life and nature and their intellectual and human reality in all its social, religious artistic and philosophical realms.Since innovative thinking, whether artistic or literary, is a mental activity that is characterized by atypical and not in line with the basics of the regular thinking leading to a production that is characterized by innovation and novelty, thus, this activity could be transformed into a useful behavior on the various fields including art education.Since the Department of Art Education in the College of fine Art aims at the training and the rehabilitation of the students studying in this Department into qualified teachers of the subject of Art Education, then, this teacher is required to possess the cognitive the teaching efficiencies and expertise (cognitive and skill) that qualified him\her to implement the requirements of this subject including (painting, ceramic, sculpturing, etc.).Upon the above, the problem of the present study is founded around the derive the artistic skills that have formed the aesthetic ideas and perspective which the contemporary sculptor have formed in his sculpture works so that they are represented in a group of elements, symbols and the linking relations of the artistic work. This can be done through the use if the various environmental raw materials in constructing of his work. That adds that is distinguished from the conventional. The researcher found that investment can be invested to derive methods which can be given to students of Arts Education who study Sculpturing subject and introduce them to the raw materials and the techniques that are characterized by aestheticism.The present study aims at the revealing the aesthetic of artistic expression of contemporary sculpture.To achieve the objective, the research puts the following sub - objectives : • Designing an instructional paradigm according to the aesthetic of artistic expression of contemporary sculpture to develop innovative thinking.• Measuring the effectiveness of the instructional paradigm through experiment on sample of students from the second grade - Dept. of Art Education in Sculpturing.In order to verify the instructional paradigm, the four null hypotheses were posed. The research community consisted of 53 male\female students of whom the researcher chose 26 students, they were distributed into two group : an experimental group that the subject of Sculpturing according to instructional paradigm and the second is the control group which was taught the same subject in the conventional methods. They were matched in terms of the variables of sex - age - innovative thinking - and skill test.In order to archive the objectives, the researchers design the instructional paradigm according to the principles of instructional design. The content of instructional paradigm includes an analysis of 16 works of sculpture performed by artists of contemporary sculpturing, after that, two types of tests were devised to measure innovative thinking which includes 24 questions each includes 3 branches. The researcher put 1 mark for each correct answer and zero to the wrong one. The total scores become 72 marks. For the skill test, he designed form of evaluation that includes 12 items for which he determined fivefold scale. Thus, the total scores equal 60 marks.The tools were displayed before group of experts in the specialization of art education, Sculpturing and the methods of teaching to verify their validity. The researcher applied on the surveillance sample to know the constancy coefficient which attained (0.89) for the innovative thinking and (0.87) for the kill evaluative form.In order to show the findings of the study, the researcher depended on a set of statistical means like Mann - Whitney, difficulty and distinguishing, coefficient, Kudor - Richardson equation 20 and Holesty equation. The most important findings of the study are the following : The experimental group, who used the instructional program the content of which includes sculpture works of contemporary artists designed according to the principles of instructional designed excelled over, excelled over the control group who were taught the same subject in the conventional methods. The reason for this is the organization in the learning of the heuristicexperiences and the sequence of the steps of artistic skills and convey them to students; this facilitated the acquisition of sculpturing skills for students.Upon the above conclusions, he researcher recommends a number of recommendations : • Depending the instructional program in teaching Sculpturing for the second grade\ Dept. of Art Education for the prove its effectiveness and quality in developing innovative thinking for them in comparison with the conventional methods.• Any teaching specialized in Sculpturing can resort to the content of the instructional program in teaching the subject because it included a set of heuristic means (instructional images of the works of sculpture by contemporary artists) in addition to the analysis of the features and methods of implementations.

Abstract: Our holly Islamic religion has paid a lot of concern on thinking and urged to depend on the mind , also God made the human as his successor on Earth and distinguished him with the mind from other creatures making his mind to hold responsibilities and encouraging to navigate in his being through thinking and using mind as well as planningThus thinking is not only a mental willingness since there is a significant part controlled by environmental and social factors as it can be developed, taught and learned according to the appropriate environment for developing, also the creative thinking is not monopolized by certain humans for the justice of heaven distributed the creative powers on all humans and every individual can find something which is ready to be created if he looks for it deep inside.This sort of thinking is significant for man and society because of the creative outcome comes from individuals having capability of creation in the various fields of life, if the appropriate environment for creative thinking was available for them.Many programs and strategies in terms of teaching and developing creative thinking in different stages were emerged, whereas the individual is able to think correctly if he could find the one who can help him for acquiring the new thinking skills to see what lies behind appearances and then reaching for the definite facts, therefore the research has targeted the following : 1 - 1st Target : The influence of Forest strategies for the responses of the pupils of elementary schools on the priori and consequent creative thinking test according to its skills ( fluency, flexibility, authenticity), to accomplish this target 8 hypothesis were assumed.2 - 2nd Target : The influence of Forest strategies for the responses of the pupils of elementary schools on priori and the post creative thinking test according to its fields(Narrative thinking, formation thinking, theatre thinking, musical thinking), to accomplish this 8 hypothesis were assumed.3 - 3rd Target : The influence of Forest strategy on the responses of elementary schools students about the creative thinking test the priori and the post according to its skills ( fluency, flexibility, authenticity),and to accomplish this 24 hypothesis were assumed.4 - 4th Target : The influence of Forest strategy on the responses of elementary school students about the creative thinking test the priori according its fields(Narrative thinking, formation thinking, theatre thinking, musical thinking), and this 24 hypothesis were assumed.. Thus 64 hypothesis were formatted.The creative thinking test was constructed according to the skills of ( fluency, flexibility, authenticity) and contains 13 activity distributed on four fields ( narrative thinking, formation thinking, theatrical thinking, musical thinking) , and the Apparent Honesty was used by exposing the test to a group of experts , and also the Associative Honesty by calculating the degree of consistency between the researcher's test and the phonetic formal Torense test.Also Invariability was calculated by the method of re - testing where the researcher has used Correction Invariability with herself and with another corrector.And in terms of Forest strategies the researcher has considered twelve strategies which are ( narrative loop , picking up stories from songs, the vision with thousand words , the plot design , public proverbs , the front door ( imaginary journey ) , family tales collecting, history of art that is full of tales, puzzle tale( assembling the part, old broadcasting shows , personal example tale , story narration festival ).The sample contained 100 male and female pupils of the fifth elementary class distributed into four groups , two experimental ( 25 males , 25 females ) and two controlling ( 25 males , 25 females ) from two separated schools , and the sample was taken from Liwa'a Al Haq females elementary school and Al Ummah males elementary school for the educational year ( 2012 - 2013 ) , the program took 8 including 1 - 2 session a week for both males and females and with average of 90 minutes for a session and two classes for each session.The experimental plan with the two experimental and the controlling groups and the two prior and post tests was chosen , whereas the creative thinking test arranged by the researcher was implemented as a priori on the four groups after equating them in terms of ( gender , Age, educational certification of the parents , the educational outcome of the pupils , intelligence level ( Raven's test ) , creative thinking skills such as fluency , flexibility and authenticity ) and then Forest strategies were established on the two experimental groups and the re - testing arranged by the researcher consequently on the four groups.The results conducted using Wlkinson test , the analysis of Dissimilarity as well as Sheviet test for the multi comparisons as statistical means to treat the present research data have shown of the availability of statistical referential differences among the marks of the experimental and controlling groups for the benefit of the two experimental groups whom were exposed to Forest's strategies , and the results didn't show any statistical referential differences for the gender's variable ( males , females ) between the two experimental groups.In light of the results of the research the researcher has recommended of the necessity of getting used of Forest strategies and creative thinking test by implementing them in the elementary schools

Abstract: ان تعميق لغة الخطاب التربوي الموجه لتلميذ المرحلة الابتدائية يعتمد اساسا على اهمية الاسلوب التوجيهي في لغة الخطاب، وطريقة تقديمه عبر وسائل الاعلام والوسائل التعبيرية الاخرى في الاجناس الادبية والفنية - سواء كانت مجتمعة ام منفردة - وتكمن قدرة هذا | It clear through certain indicators emerging in the personality world and the most prominent is - behavior it is like a mirror reflect the inner interactions - positively or negatively with the foreign intended directed knowledge represented by special satellite channels for childrensongs which aimed through its difficult task organizing receiving and submitting operation across sensational and emotional probes in order to reach the behavior of developing the mental , intellectual and movement activities of the primary school pupil in order to achieve intended aim in organizing the abilities and develop the personality of the pupil that affect the pupil's environment at school and his skills and readiness to accept the knowledge and receivingsubmissions from effects of spontaneous environment to be with deep knowledge and advanced awareness by reflecting the bright picture and positive results from intellectual and educational brightness aiming at his behavior and his conducts. While the children's songs are expressing the necessary demand from children's needs - pupil of primary school - which is the main purpose is intended to meet the mental and emotional wishes ,the song have great effects over their lives and great effects in developing their imagination and feeling in beauty and interesting in which develop in them faculty of taste of music and art to prepare them to accept musical and singing educational bases which are submitted by all kinds the media.Musical education for the children is an important lesson in advanced world which is also in great importance like other fields from their personality. By establishing of the children songs channels with their directions and objectives and what they got of effects on activation establishments including their active role in bringing up the children during his early life. The researcher is obliged to search in this subject regarding artistic building in children's songs to know its elements and artistic bases which are representing the artistic work components with their moral values , artistic, educational and aesthetics that reflecting positively or negatively over the behaviors of primary schools pupils because they are receivers of these songs ; therefore the researcher dealt with his research under the title (Artistic construction in children's songs presented in the specialized satellite channels and its reflection over the behavior of primary school pupils). It is one of the subjects that at reveal the behaviors of the age stage between ( 6 - 9 ) years in Baghdad primary school through the size of presentation of songs by those age classification across Arab satellite channels directed to the children. The research contains four chapters ;first chapter is dealing with introduction and methodological frame of the research by showing the problem of the research which is represented by the following question : - (what is the artistic construction importance in children's songs presented in the specialized satellite channels and its reflection over the behavior of primary stage pupils ?). Also the first chapter contains the objective of the research and its importance and the social and media requirements. Also it includes the limitations of the research and the main idioms. Second chapter includes theoretical frame of the research which contains four categories ; first category is dealing with children's songs and their characteristics, features, functions and their effects in educational speech. It divided into two pivots ; first concentrate on educational entrance , and the second deals with native or natural bases of children's songs. Second category deals with the main bases and elements of music and songs that match with the children mentality - artistic and psychological. Third categoryincludes : - first : Satellite communication concept.second : uses and advantages of satellites.third : Specialized Arab satellites - positives and negatives factors.Also the third category deals with the presentation of the most important specialized Araband international satellites channels in children's programs and songs. The fourth category is dealing in behavior - its definition , types, characteristics , approaches of modification and the role of media and its effects over children's behaviors through the role of media in psychological and social ascending of the child ; and also social role of both the family and the primary school and the effects of both over child's life. Fourth category shows the most known indicators that emerged from theoretical frame following previous studies and what results where there which are discussed later by the researcher.Third chapter : In this chapter the researcher defines the method of the research , procedures and defines the research society which includes ; - 1. Varieties of children's songs which are presented by specialized satellites channels.2. Pupils of Baghdad primary schools in both parts - karkh and Rasafa in which the researcher has chosen a sample of his first research from songs collections randomly and in a simple way , which were about ( ten songs for children) out of ( 55 songs) presented and directed to the children crowd. second sample of the research is chosen randomly and on purpose because the researcher looked for the help of the teachers ( men& women ) who are specialists of artistic and musical education , psychologist and other specialists related to the same subject in order to get accurate and right answers to reach the objective of the second research which is artistic construction reflection over the behaviors of the primary stage pupils.Two instruments have been prepared for this reason. After proving the confirmation and honesty of these both instruments we implemented them in order to reach the results of the research the supporting of statistic means. While chapter fourincludes presentation of the results of the research and their interpretations , then discuss them. According to what mentioned above , the researcher reached many conclusions including the : - That for the artistic construction in the children's songs representing by ( lyrics ) , melodizing which is represented by tuning sample ,rhythm represented by rhythmical sample ; all of these are positive reflections more than negative over children's behaviors modes for primary stage child as in statistic results. Then the researcher presents some recommendations which include ; appealing the teachers ( men & women ) who teach artistic education to let the pupils gain behavior modes that focus on the construction of musical and artistic taste , acquisition of necessary artistic skills enable them to have objective checkup view about art love and music through chant lesson. The most important proposals are : Setting similar studies about art and music to know the importance of artistic construction in children's songs regarding handicapped children , and how this reflected t in the modes of behavior and their study in which setting for them suitable solutions by music and songs.At the conclusion of the research , the researcher presented a list of Arab and foreign references that were very useful , in addition to personal interviews , and getting through internet , and then he present an abstract in English. Finally , the study depends on objectivity , and I appeal your if I had mistaken or neglectful because both of them are human being's characteristics ,only Almighty Allah is Absolute. We cannot say that this thesis is complete , which is ambition can't be reach easily , but still we did our best to present such thesis. If I succeeded , that is my objective and thus I got the share of diligent and his reward ; but.I wish I were successful in carrying out this task because it is modest attempt in academic research way , but still it is serious attempt to reach the scientific reality.

Abstract: The current research deals with the subject of the third culture as a philosophy , thought, subject and cultural concept, and contemporary necessity as a process of affinity between the pure and human sciences and those who worked in the two cultures addressing the idea of cultural transition through the children's theater and the mechanism of this transition and it is evolutionary meaning from both sides of cultural production and receiving , explaining the cultural transition and the process of communication via the third culture by the theorist (C.B. Snow(.On the basis of those same concepts the research browsed the ( meme ) theory by (Richard Dawkins) as considered an evolutionary theory similar to the theory of genetic evolution which is the result of a series of evolutionary and neuronal, informatics, evolutionary psychology and anthropology sciences and science of the spread of epidemics and humanity and philosophy sciences. It is close to all those sciences and humanities even the verbal form (meme) and (gene).The research explained in detail the mechanism of gene cloning to be ground and a platform to clarify the concept of (meme) and the mechanism of reincarnation and spread, due to the concept overlap of communication concept and scientific concepts on the one hand related to the biological aspects of the product and the receiver genetically and biochemically and bio - Physics, and humanity on the other hand, concerning the external form of cultural product and its internal content memically reflecting on meeting the needs of society as a whole - the child and the family - on one line to the need of society in general to a culture in parallel to the current evolution in all aspects of life, and the evolution of the perceptions of the contemporary child especially.As for the methods of theatrical presentation and those who are employed, it adopted the concept of the third stage of (Eugenio Barba).The research explained several dimensions of the theatrical personal by the anatomy of passions hormonally and nervously , clarifying the impact of those biological relationship among each of the show, actor, and the receiver. The research also made the genetic code close to the meme code of Theater clarifying the meme positions that brought about evolutionary mutations in the theater led to the well - known theatrical techniques, just like genetic mutations, and the possibility of probability of occurrence in the future.The problem of the research and its justifications for the need to a mechanism through which the study of children's theater shows may done, according to the needs of the contemporary and future child. And the scarcity of orientation towards a third culture to read through and offers children's theater shows. And the scarcity of communication study of the role of children's theater in a scientific and most modern way related to the formative structure of the human (genes) and their relationship to the formative structure for the production of culture (memes).and was put up more of a say in how this cultural transition and the types of memes navigation to dissect the mechanism of the informational sub - units - The memes - for theatrical performances through analysis forms and approach strategies of the memes with the cultural transition in theatrical performances.It was also dissected cosmic connection process of both contact memes and genetic process in one hand and on the other hand the dissection of the biological contact and the relationship of biochemical and biophysical factors with theproduction processes of theatrical performances and the process of individual and collective reception of the audience shown and hidden who represents a receiver to whom the idea of the play transmitted through the present receiver who watched and realized their ideas or even a receiver that watches the show across a computer screen or any other technological means after being clarified the concepts related to digital and virtual theater.Current search also put forward the idea of the third theatre and its role in promoting theatrical culture and the dissemination of cultural ideas and overcome the obstacles that face child’s theater and the importance of providing the contemporary children's theater with new types of dolls, whether the electronic or handmade dolls , cybernetic dolls or modern technologies such as hologram and screens with advanced technologies taking from the trans - disciplinary a way to achieve its goal to clarify the meaning of the communication role of the child theatre offers within the third culture throughout achieving its sub - goals and achieving the second goal of the research which is the knowledge of building meme strategies and the mechanism to investigate them in children's theater by making proposed analyzing form according to the requirement of the trans - disciplinary in achieving the understanding basing on the meme strategies as it considered the best representative of the third culture.this form is built according to the approved controls of scientific researches and has been examined throughout analyzing the show of the play (The World of Vitamin) by Dr. (Hussein Ali Harif) which regarded as an applied example of the research using the correlation coefficient of Barson to extract the two places stability to achieve some of theoretical and practical results, the important one of them is achieving the first goal of the research represented by the knowledge of the communications role of the child's theatre in light of the third culture through achieving many sub - goals.The second goal of the research is achieved which is represented by the knowledge of building the memes strategies and seeking for them in the child's theatre by doing the analyzing form that mentioned in the second goal.. And there are another results some of them are related to the theoretical analyzing show of the third culture concept and the cosmic connection and some others regarding the fitness of the proposed analyzing form in dissection of the memes strategies and came out with a very important conclusions that are : The communications role of children's theater - the subject - is a universal communication dealing with the Chemical, Physical , Neurological and Genetic components for both genetic and memes , the study of memes participates to know the production mechanism and the cultural transition among the individuals and then to strengthen the capability of the theatre mimics in meta - meme production including studied memes.And recommended through many recommendations to study the subject of meme as a syllabus in all divisions of the College of Fine Arts through the creation of a new curriculum in the college to simplify the modern sciences and to cooperate with scientific colleges in supplying the college with Specialists working as a workshop with professionals of arts in College of Fine Arts. And Ministry of Culture is to work to strengthen the bonds of lasting cooperation with Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Education to form a scientific - Humanitarian society.I suggest to do further studies which supposed to be complementary to this research, including : The basis of writing child's theatre texts in the light of the third culture.and a training program for modern sciences theater for children according to the memes theory.

The problem of the research is : 1 - Guessing the weak & strong points in sculpture produces of students according to artistical theories of post - modernity (constructivism attitude). 2 - Employing the constructivism attitude as one of the post - modernity curriculums arts, to construct a criterion to evaluate the sculpture produces of Artistical Education students.The Aims of the research is : 1 - Construct a criterion to evaluate the sculpture produces of Artistical Education students according to constructivism attitude.2 - Discovering the range of Employing the composition esthetics' of post - modernity (constructivism attitude) arts in Artistical Education students' sculpture produces by analyzing their produces. The research reached to the 1st aim by constructing an evaluating form for the research sample which contain 24 items, & show it to a group of experts in plastic arts & Artistical Education to get the Face validity of the form, & reached to the 2nd aim by applying the form items & analyzing the sample. According to data The results was : resolution (2.75 - 2,38) , & the Weight percentage was (0.92 - 0.79), that means that the form have got high results & it was successful to measure what it constructed for. After showing the results of the research & discussing it the researcher reach to the following conclusions : 1 - The evaluation form can be appreciated as one of the effective evaluation forms in evaluating Artistical Education students produces according constructivism attitude.2 - There is a chance to employ constructivism attitude to develop the Art appreciating of the students.3 - Constructivism attitude near from the students idea about post - modernity because it involves read the produces from interiorly.

The first chapter includes limits search identified school theater performances sections of shool activity in the education directorates in the governorates of Iraq, 2003 - 2013. It also has included the identification of the basic terminology that revolved around the search (applications , Brecht curriculum , the school theater ).The second chapter Has been allocated the framework of theoretical research and previous studies , as it included six Investigation Section : the first talks about the approach Brecht theater , while the second section has been devoted to the applications approach Brecht in the theater , the third section is about applications of the approach Brecht in theater performances Arab , while the fourth section is taking about Community Approach Brecht in the Iraqi theater performances , while the fifth section has dealt with Brecht and educational theater , and the sixth Section talks about the school theater and the second chapter ended with the most important indicators resulting from the theoretical framework , and the width of the previous studies and discussed.In the third chapter , the researcher required research methodology and procedures and to identify the research community,which included (50) casually school theatrically ,researcher chose his sample (stratified sample deliberate) has reached seven Offers belong to the five geographic regions of Iraq.To achieve the objective of this research , the researcher building tool consideration of (form content analysis offers theater school on according to curriculum Brecht )this form was presented on a group of experts to identify the validity and measurement of the target set for him ,as well as measuring their persistence and used equation (Holsta ) to find a coefficient of agreement between the arbitrators( analysts ).Chapter four includes a presentation of the results, the researcher discussing interpretation and that which reached is the most important conclusions : 1 - includes the scripts of the contract is the central node and contribute to the secondary contract make the recipient vigilant and aware.2 - won all the characters that appeared in the plays , an analyst at the research sample much attention, did not show the existence of a personal hero (absolute sole).3 - There is a tendency for some to play a role plays and exchanges between representatives for the purpose of attracting attention and thrill at the viewer.4 - book texts analyst did not surround the whole basic rules for Brecht approach and Basic applications that adopted specific rules and limited in their treatment of those texts dramas.5 - Theaters and its play gound did not help in the application of directors to some of Brecht rules because of the narrow the play - ground of the theatre, and the limited space lounge.6 - The weakness of theatrical techniques for theaters did not help film makers.Based on the conclusions reached by the research was the inclusion of some of the recommendations : 1 - emphasize the need for pairing and alignment between the educational and entertainment sides of the theater school offers pursuant to the arguments of Bertolt Brecht approach.2 - the establishment of a school theater festival (Local) for shows Brecht approach.3 - set up a contest for school theater texts that employ the ideas and proposals of Brecht as a way of dramatic and artistic and intellectual.4 - the establishment of a scientific conference to discuss the technical effects theorist and director Bertolt Brecht on the Arab scene.The search included some of the proposals as an end of the search and in the last segment included a list of sources and references Arab and foreign concluded with an Abstract in English.

Because it a tempts to refine and enrich his abilities mentally , socially and artistically.In this way gives him the opportunity to express his thoughts , feeling and emotions through shaping the outside world with his own or realistic vision. The art of drawing considered one of the most important arts that have been used in the artistically expression which is the visual borrowing from environment. This is done by organizing the lines shapes and colors in specific palter of expression in order to be perfect by the Composition structure of the paint.From the observation, we notice that the learner flounders in his subjects and failure to produce his paint with it perfect shape and context. the reason lies, according to the researcher point of view , through her experience in the artistically supervision , the learners lacking the knowledge of the minor elements and founds of the artistically structure which is considered the basic pillar in any artistically perfect work.Depending on what is said above , the researcher has put the following aims : - 1 - Designing truing programmed for Composition the artistic structure in students drawings according to Gagne& Briggs (1988) theory. 2 - Measuring the effectiveness of the training programmed for the artistically structure elements and founds within the (cognitive - skill) dimensions. By applying it on a sample of secondary stage students. to achieve the second aim , four null hypothesis have determined to measure the cognitive and skill performance achievement level. The stay population is limited to second year boys student of the general sector of education in Baghdad city for the academic year (2011 - 2012), the total number is (27824) male student distributed on (50) school. The study sample is (40) male students which have been chosen randomly. Actually (2) classes from total (7) classes in AL - Garbia secondary school. The experimental group have been exposed to the requirements of training program designed according to Gagne& Briggs (1988) Theory which included (3) educational units.While the control group have taught by using the traditional methods. To option data , two tools are designed : - 1 - Cognitive - achievement test : to measure what in formation the students elements before and after applying the training programmed. 2 - Skill - achievement test : - To measure what drawings skill students have before and after applying the training programmed. Anevalution of skill performance list have been used. The presenter have used the suitable statistical tools such as : (mann_whitney) test to equalize the students in age, the cognitive achievement test (pre _ post)and skill performance (pre _ post). the discrimination power and difficulty of items. (Alpha_Cranach) formula to obtain reliability of the test , (Pearson _correlation) and (spearman brown).The most important results that the research have reached at is that the experimental group. exceeds in their performance of the cognitive - achievement test for article structure Composition and skill performance on the control group which shows the effectiveness of using the training programmed according to Gagne& Briggs (1988) Theory. The important recommendations are : - 1 - Adopting the designed training programmed in teaching elements and founds of artistically structure in secondary school because it is one of the important lessons.2 - Enabling teachers of art who are not specialized in art department to be supported by the content of the training programmed in teaching this lesson.The researcher has suggested the following : - 1 - Conducting a fellow up study for this study sample which have been exposed to this programmed anther studying stages to determine the effectiveness of this programmed in future.2 - Conducting a study for training programmed of Composition artistically structure in talented students drawings at Baghdad university.3 - Conducting a similar study on female students in the same stage and make a comparison between male and female students according to the results of the present study.

Moreover the study exploratory in the number of secondary schools of the Directorate of Rusafa second to determine the extent of knowledge of teachers of art education the basic principles of the output and its components, rules and mechanisms applied, I survey teachers of art education and administrative cadres and found their need for more practical experience in this area and courses training and development to drive and develop their skills in the field of directing in the theater school.Based on the foregoing and the researcher found an urgent need to study that will develop the skills of directing in the theater school's art education teachers and raise the technical proficiency.Aim of the current research is to achieve : - Develop directing skills in school theater's art education teachers, and to achieve this goal researcher identified the following two sub - goals : - 1. Building a training program to develop the skills of directing theatrical according to model kofmin / 1970.2. Measure the effectiveness of the training program through its application on a sample of teachers and teachers of art education at the secondary level for the academic year 2010 - 2011.To verify the targets laid researcher hypotheses zero.Ensure the research community of teachers and art education teachers who taught soil art at the secondary level for the academic year 2010 - 2011.To achieve the goals of current research, the researcher designed a training program be (5) modules according to a model kofmin /1970. and includes training content in the material directing theater for theater school, and to measure the effectiveness of the training program has been prepared two types of tests (cognitive - skiller) and measured mediated form calendar performance skills.To show search results based researcher Cookson test for one sample and Kjordichardson equation / 20 and the equation of discrimination and difficulty equation Holsta.The main results are : - 1. Paying attention to education through using mental mapping has led to the emergence of teaching programs That suit such type of education and achieve its goals. among the most important types of mental mapping is that of schemata because building schemata is considered as a chance for exercising creativity and generating ideas that contribute to the improvement of building mental maps also considered as a chance for developing creative thinking. Therefore, the researcher, in his dissertation entitled the efficiency of mental mapping in development of the notion of design construction for the components of Arabic calligraphy of college student at fine art departments' decides to use mental schemata to contribute to the overcoming the obstacles of teaching Arabic calligraphy.The researcher, in his study , tries to use a modern technique through using mental schemata Tony Boson) to increase the achievement of students at the Department of Fine art Education , College of Basic Education , AL - Mustansiriayah University in Arabic Calligraphy. For this purpose , the research intends to prepare a guide to the teaching of AL - Kufi handwriting (teacher's guide). This guide has been exposed to a jury of experts to calculate its face validity. The study aims to : 1 - know how to use mental schemata in developing the notion of design construction for components of Arabic calligraphy and developing the creative thinking of students at the Department of Fine Art Education College of Basic Education. 2 - know the efficiency of mental schemata in teaching Arabic calligraphy On the achievement of the students at this department. To achieve the aims of the study , the researcher has posed five null - hypotheses to know the efficiency of the mental schemata on the achievement of the students in the pre and post test. The population of the study consists of 309 male and female students, Morning studies , at the Department of Fine Art Education in College of Basic Education \ AL - Mustansiriyah University studying for the academic year 2011 - 2012. Sixty - eight second - year divided into two section have been chosen to be a representative sample. Section no.1 with 34 students represents the experimental group and section no.2 with 34 students represents the control group. The researcher has used total control experimental design with two equivalent experimental and control groups because this experimental design meets the aims of the current study. The researcher has neutralized the variables of age and past experience. The experiment has been applied by using mental schemata (Tony Boson) to the experimental group. The control group has been taught according to the traditional method. To measure the achievement of the students in knowledge and skill of using Arabic calligraphy, the researcher has prepared an achievement test that consists of a written test items and another skill test. Face validity has been measured by exposing the two tests to a jury of experts. As for reliability , it has been calculated by using [Kuder - Richardson] formula. The value of the reliability has been (0.86) after the final administration of the two tests and the statistical treatment if the data using (t - test), the results have been as the following : 1 - There is a statistically significant difference at level of significance of (0.05) between the mean scores of achievement of the two groups in favor of the experimental group in the skill pretest. This shows the effect of using mental schemata on the achievement of the experimental group and develops their notion of design. 2 - There is no statistically significant difference at a level of significance [0.05] between the mean scores of the experimental male group which was taught by using mental schemata and that of the experimental female group which was taught by the same method in the skill posttest. This indicates that the use of mental schemata has effect on the development of the achievement level, help them to sharpen their memory and comprehension of Arabic calligraphy for both male and female students. 3 - There is a statistically significant difference at a level of significance(0.05) between the mean scores of experimental and control groups in favor of the experimental group in the skill post - test. This means that the use of mental schemata has led to the growth and development in the notion of creative design of the experimental group. This is so because mental schemata has made student more apt to generate ample ideas. It enhances the accuracy and speed in creating ideas and comprehend the Arabic calligraphy by exercising mental practice in the production of the components of kufi handwriting. 4 - There is no statistically significant difference at a level of significance of (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental groups in the pre and post test of both male and female students. This means that there is a great deal of development and growth in the building of the notion of design and creative thinking in the components of kufi Arabic calligraphy. This is confirmed by the similarity of the arithmetic mean of achievement for both male and female students. 5 - There is a statistically significant difference at a level of significance of (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post tests. This means that the use of mental schemata is effective in the development and building design ideas and creative thinking in the components of kufi Arabic calligraphy of the students at the Department of Fine Art Education , College of Basic Education. This is attributed to the efficiency of schemata that enhance student to achieve the ability to imagine because human brain uses scattered pictures(schemata) and emerges them together in new unfamiliar frames to enable the imagination process to start its mental activities with experiences of past knowledge. The present study has come up with the following conclusions : *The performance of the experimental group has greatly improved as a result of using mental schemata. *There are growth and development in building the notion of design of Kufi calligraphy components. *Mental schemata make students' decisions more accurate in the production of design notions. *High efficiency and competency of mental schemata have resulted in improving the level of skill performance in the production of creative notions of design of the components of Arabic calligraphy. The researcher has recommended that teachers of calli - graphy should be encouraged to use mental schemata when teaching handwriting. He has also proposed some other recommendations at the end of this study. Suggestions for further Research has been also put forward.

Abstract: تعد الاتجاهات الحديثة التي افرزتها الثورة العلمية والتكنولوجية والتي من مبادئها واسسها الاهتمام بهندسة البيئة التعليمية المخصصة لتعليم المتعلم الذي يعد محورا للعملية التعليمية وباساليب تخضع للتحليل والتركيب والتطبيق والتقويم,وما توظفه من معلومات ومفاهيم | The modern trends developed by the scientific and technological revolution which its principles and bases are concerned with teaching environment teaching technology devoted to teach the learner who is the pivot of the teaching process,by methods subjected to analysis, structuring, applying and rectification along with what they employ of scientific data, concepts and activities made according to programmed courses arranged in regulations and law invented by science of teaching design introduced in all fields of specialization.This prompted the teaching institutions with all stages to accompany the developments of this science through directing postgraduate students to search for modern scientific means contributing in developing the teaching process.This include using teaching programs, systems and models and trying to applying and experimenting them in different fields of art, specially in acquiring them the skills of using oil colours which are a basic subject in Department of Artistic Education in College of Fine Arts, specially in practical plastic arts, then employing them in their artistic oil painting.According to the abovementioned, this study aims to : 1.Designing a teaching program to acquire the students of Department of Artistic Education the skills of using oil colours.2.Measuring the efficacy of the teaching program through applying it on empirical sample of 3rd grade student of Department of Artistic Education for the academic year 2007/2008. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a zero hypothesis will be invented according to study procedures.To ascertain those objectives, the researcher invented tow zero hypotheses. The group of the study consists of 3rd grade student of Department of Artistic Education of College of Fine Arts. Their number is (40) male and female students. A random sample of (13) male and female students was chosen whom the researcher adopted to apply the experiment.Since the present study adopted the empirical methodology, a teaching program was designed through analysis the subject of oil colours re - froming it according to the model of (Ganne & Briggs,1988).To measure this program, two types of tests was designed : the first one was cognitive achieving to measure the data that the student acquire and the second is skillful which measured through rectification form of skillful performance prepared for this purpose, those tools were subjected to truth and consistency procedures.To manifest the results of the study concluded by the researcher, he used the following statistical means : (Willcoxn Test) to show the prior - posterior differences between the students of the empirical group, (Difficulty and Discrimination Coefficient) equation to analyze the paragraphs of the cognitive achieving test and (Holsti) equation to find the agreement between the two criteria also those noted in consistency on performance rectification form.In addition to using (Kauder Richardson / 20) equation for consistency of cognitive achieving test.Most significant result concluded by the researcher : 1. The adequacy of the designed teaching program for how to use oil colours through its capability to acquire the students the artistic skills and to assist them to prompt them to think and making mind imaginations to comply with oil colours requirements and acquiring their artistic skills. This, in turn, contributed to achieve the desired objectives which was obvious in experiment results when applying the prior - posteriorcognitive achieving test for the posterior test.2. The adequacy of the teaching program in acquiring the students the artistic which was obvious in experiment results when applying the prior posterior cognitive achieving test for the posterior test.The most significant recommendations by the researcher are : 1. Adopting the teaching program in teaching colour generally and oil colours specifically in the Department of Artistic Education and the scientific departments in the compatible colleges or in departments of plastic arts in institutes of fine arts. This proved an efficacy in training the students on acquiring cognitive and performance skills.2.The agreement between the results of the present study and the results of former scientific studies and researches which adopted designing and inventing teaching programs in their procedures necessitated to add an academic curriculum specialized in teaching design for undergraduate study, especially in Deparment of Artistic Education in order to introduce most recent scientific and technological developments and their role in developing the teaching process.

Abstract: استندت مشكلة البحث الحالي الى التساؤل الاتي : هل هناك علاقة بين خبرات الطفولة والتعبير الفني لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة ؟ هدف البحث الى ( تعرف العلاقة بين خبرات الطفولة والتعبير الفني لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة ) , وتحقيقا لهدف البحث اشتق الباحث عدة فرضيا | The problem of the current research is depending on the following question : Is there any relation between childhood experiences and artistic expression at intermediate stage student ?The objective of the research is ( identify the relation between childhood experiences and artistic expression at intermediate stage student ) and in order to achieve this objective the researcher derived several zero assumptions. The society of the research included the student of intermediate 2nd class student from the intermediate schools in Baghdad city who are still continue studying for the academic year 2011 - 2012. The researcher chose ( 100 )student ( both boys and girls),and the sample of the research were ( 4 ) four school chosen randomly.Adopted the descriptive methodology in the current research and construct the both instruments of the research as follow : - First : Construction measurement of childhood experiences according to the concepts of psychological analysis theory ,consisted of ( 20 ) paragraphs of delightful experiencesand ( 20 )paragraphs of painful experiences. Then achieved honestandsteadiness which are suitable to the measurement. Second : Drawing analysis form : An instrument is constructed composed of ( 6 ) six fields ,( 20 )main characteristic and ( 60 ) secondary characteristic. Then confirmed the honesty of the performance through display it to a group of specialists experts , while regarding steadiness , the researcher resorted to outside analysts Concerning drawing , it has been agreed on three drawings which are ( family , school and general environment )out of (300) drawings.To reach the results of the research ,the researcher used suitable statistical equations ;therefore after discharging the data , the research reached the following results : - 1. There is no positive correlation implies statistically at the sign (0,05 ) between : - • Delightful childhood experiences of males and the drawing of (family , school and general environment).• Delightful childhood experiences of females and the (general environment).• Painful childhood experiences for both gender and the drawing of ( family , school and general environment ).2 - there is positive a correlation of statistic significance at the level of gaudiness (0,05) between the childhood pleasant experiences for the female and the drawing of the family and the school.And after displaying the results and discussing them the researcher has concluded number of recommendations : - 1 - Giving more opportunity for the students to free artistic expression, and excreting efforts to learn the drawing skills and subsequently making the production of artistic expression more available of thoughts sense and emotions obsessed them and feelings towards things surrounding them.2 - Sponsoring the student’s talents especially the artistic expression( drawing) of its importance in developing their personalities and achieving adaptability and psychological health for them, the art in all its kinds emotional discharge mean for what the adolescence bears of painful and emotional experiences.The researcher has suggested performing the following studies : - 1 - The relation of the childhood and the drawing of Dept. of Artistic education.2 - Relation of childhood experiences and the artistic expression for age categories or other studying grades.3 - Relation of the artistic expression with other variables in the field of education and psychological science.

The latter has a grand role to give freedom of expression and easiness in performance. For translating thoughts of the artist ,successes of the art have been achieved by many artists. The history of art is characterized with a large number of artistic methods types, some of them taken as a general aspect for being distinguished with a specific type in the form, or some types taken as individual impression in works of some artists that are characterized with the form aspects to be distinguished from others. These works express selfness of the artist and being considered as a process of organization. The more progress is achieved in the artistic methods , the more get away from the old artistic methods. The radical turning points on the artistic method late of nineteenth century and twentieth century resulted into occurring changes in the feelings and intellectuality that being regarded as a base for principles , theories and artistic bases.Thus, the researcher has found the necessity to study the contemporary artistic methods for being important to enrich the artistic works in field of Sculpture - Students of Artistic Education Department - college of Fine Art since it is considered as a main gate to know modernism outcomes in plastics. The researcher realizes the problem of the research by making a study on students of artistic education department - second stage in the subject of sculpture. The researcher has suggested a basis for the problem of the research through varying methods of contemporary sculpture along with its effects on products of students of Artistic education department. In the light of that , the researcher has constructed hereunder goals : - Uncovering the effect of contemporary sculpture methods on products of artistic education department students. - Discovering the role played by these methods , techniques and modern sculpture ores on works of students of artistic education department. - Unfolding diverse contemporary sculpture methods. In order to achieve the goals , the researcher has placed a form as to analyze products of the students , the research includes 50 products for the second - stage students - department of artistic education - subject of sculpture. It has been randomly chosen sample consisting of ( 10) products accomplished according to methods of contemporary sculpture. In order to bring out results of the research, the research has depended on a set of statistic means as to process data and information that he obtained from the sample of the research and to set the results he has reached to via form of analyzing works of the research sample. The researcher has used equation of acuteness degree and equation of percentage weighs. For indicating reliability of the form ,it has been entailed two of analysts (after being trained) as to analyze sample of the research for knowing the means of operating compounds of analysis form. The results of analysis appeared according to equation of (Holsti) for the two analysts consent. It has been appeared the general average amounted to (0,86). This ratio gives a good indication to ensure reliability based on compounds of analysis form. Most significant conclusions the researcher has reached to are : 1 - The ability of student to express about his opinions and his thoughts freely by using methods of contemporary sculpture for easily getting parts and remnants from places where being easily gathered and compounded. Besides the diverse in parts that contribute into sculpture accomplishment that spare time , money and effort for the students.2 - Having the students acquire artistic skills in the contemporary sculpture ( post modernism) and modulating the nature of skillfulness and artistic properties as to reach to the best process of sculpture. This transparently appeared through the effect of contemporary sculpture methods on accomplished samples of the students ( sample of the research). The recommendations : 1 - Placing a special method paralleling to the contemporary arts and teaching the history of art. Confirming on the cognitive side as to be equal to application side for helping the student to assimilate arts and most modern artistic experiment. 2 - Motivating the students and those studying in the institutes and colleges on means , ores, techniques, and technology to be entailed in the artistic work. This step for innovating new arts ensued from the environment of the student. This comes from having the student depend on practical and application lessons according to different experimental means within methods of contemporary sculpture. 3 - Increasing lectures and hours of teaching the subject of sculpture and confirming on the classical side that in return helps the students produce works and samples with contemporary methods.This comes through the study of anatomy and kinship that enable the students to be conscious and aware of his sculpture accomplished. The connection between the old and the new helps the student formulate his special bases regarding the artistic work. 4 - Observing the modern technology to carry out the artistic work. The techniques have a role to bring out means to activate the meanings and the indication. The contemporary arts contribute into technology and scientific progress and getting benefit of modern innovations either to be used directly into producing artistic works or searching from inside the technology environment about new techniques and forms

So the researcher designed the educational paradigm (Kaneh webrgs Gagne & Briggs, 1988) contains (4) modules are (raw materials and supplies necessary to prepare dirt, methods of forming Tina pottery, modern art trends, trends and contemporary styles of ceramic art) include (4) learning objectives have been analysed to behaviorally target (70) and reality (13) target behaviorally for first and education unit (17) behavioral goals for second and education unit (8) behavioral goals for third and education unit (32) targeted behaviour of education unit, fourth and knowledge skills represent a dynamic and compassionate. Current research community were selected from students grade 5 Br. pottery - Arts - College of fine arts - study of morning (10) students, the entire community was chosen as a sample of application experience accredited by the researcher. As the current search experimental method was adopted, and it has been chosen as experimental design with a minimum of one sample exactly tests being compatible with tribal walbadi current search procedures which aims to know the effectiveness of tutorial material porcelain. For the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of this program is designed for two types of first tests to measure information collecting knowledge acquired by students and second Maharey measured mediation skill performance evaluation form prepared for that purpose, as these tools have been made subject to the procedure for validity and reliability. He received (the researcher) of the sincerity of the tool through the presentation to a group of experts with competence in the arts and art education and teaching methods, and applied as the final resolution on the sample.To address the statistical data, use the (researcher) Pearson's correlation coefficient to extract the stability, and the Fisher equation to find the unity of the paragraph, as well as the weight percentage to indicate the value of each paragraph of the resolution.The search results were displayed after arranging all the paragraphs according to the degree of severity of the highest degree of unity to the lowest degree of unity. Were arranged areas of the four calendar by decreasing the average degree of intensity for each of the circles, where the occupied area of activity, followed by the first plastic film and television, which occupied the second place, while the field of theatrical activity took third place and won the field of musical activity, Respectively, the fourthConclusion of the research was a series of recommendations and proposals which would in estimating the researcher to contribute in the service of scientific research, including : - 1 - strengthening the media's side, because of its impact and its contribution to educating the community in providing care for youth groups of all ages and help them scientifically, culturally, socially, and organizing their leisure time activities which develop their talents and skills.2 - Greater coordination and joint technical cooperation with other institutions, for the purpose of promoting student attendance and youth in various artistic activities.3 - Provide the tools and supplies, equipment and modern technical equipment for each activity.4 - To provide resources and technical books and magazines those contribute to diverse artistic culture in the development of young people.5 - Select a specialist academic staff for each area of artistic activity. 6 - Plan to include the central vocabulary reflect the academic and technical characteristics of young people through the definition of the cultural heritage of Iraqi art and the Arab and Islamic world and its features in reading and analyzing works of art, and artistic theories which explained the art and beauty.7 - Adoption of the evaluation tool to measure the technical skills as a scientific tool to evaluate performance objectively and disclose the extent of success in achieving the goals set for each activity. 8 - Dissemination of scientific culture and encourage young people to innovate and develop new applications in the field of technology and promote computer skills and employed in works of artProposals : - 1 - a study on the reasons for the reluctance of young people for the exercise of artistic activities in the youth forums.2 - A proposed program of art education in the youth organizations in Iraq.3 - The role of government institutions in maintaining the cultural and artistic identity of a young Arab in light of the challenges of globalization.

Thus, the title of the current research (The art products of the Mesopotamia and its utilization in designing a didactic environment to the students of artistic education dept.) came to include four chapters. The first chapter included the problem of the research and its importance, and it included many questions, the most important of which : The student's ignorance to the indications and artistic symbols of the Mesopotamia, and the lack of an educational environment to the class of the history of art. Thus the research problem has been crystallized in the following question : Is there any educational environment to the history of art class (Mesopotamia) which helps the instructor in teaching the class? The research is important to develop the educational environments to all specialties in the colleges of fine arts and the art institutes and establishing typical educational atmospheres to all specialties in the college. The research aimed at : • Designing an educational environment to the history of art class at the artistic education dept. - college of fine arts - university of Baghdad. • Establishing an educational unit to the vocabularies of the class of ancient history of art in Iraq to the students of the third grade at the dept of artistic education - college of fine arts - university of Baghdad. The research includes : • Third grade students at the dept of artistic education, college of fine arts - university of Baghdad• The products of plastic arts in the Mesopotamia and it includes all prehistoric ages : pottery - Hassona, Samarra'a, Halef, and Al Abeed. • The Sumerian age : the cyclic stamps and the art of architecture. • The Acadian age : Sargon head• The Babylonian age : Hamurabi. • The Assyrian age : the winged ox and the wall painting• The modern Babylonian age : Ishtar gate As for the second chapter, it includes the theoretical aspect and the previous studies. The theoretical frame included the following sections : The first : a brief overview to the history of the Mesopotamia and its ancient ages and the most important plastic art. The second : included designing the educational environment and the factors of its successThe third : is related to the artistic education and its relation to the educational environment of the history of art. The section ends with a group of indications. Chapter three also included the research procedures and its approach in addition to specifying the study community, sample, and tools of research. Chapter four included certain results, the most important of which are : • Teaching the history of art class needs an artificial environment to illustrates the concepts of plastic art and the features of expressive figures of the Iraqi thought and its reflections of creative artistic abilities to the artist of the Mesopotamia • The civilization of the Mesopotamia is one of the most sophisticated and ancient civilizations, and the artistic product confirms the supremacy of the Mesopotamian artist who embodied the daily life in the social, religious and heroic military fields of the kings throughout history. • The superiority and creativity of the Mesopotamian artist in his various artistic performance which included sculpture, drawing, ceramics, and architecture.• Studying the history of art is a study of the roots of civilization which is regarded as the first bricks on which the contemporary and future plastic arts were formed. The researcher concluded : • Spaces and walls which surround the student should be filled in the educational environment to overcome the closeness around the student. • The internal space for any educational environment can fulfill this purpose if it was designed in an interesting way and the furniture and the educational means were distributed in a way that stimulates the student's senses. • Establishing a complementary educational environment which tackles the Nile Valley civilization because it is part of the curriculum of the history of art for the third grade at the dept. of art education. • Establishing different educational environments for all art specialties in the colleges and institutes of arts.

That depends on the education policy & stakeholders to clarify the level of assessment of what should be learn &gain. Nevertheless, the level and assessment of quality of education & assessment of teachers is not something absolute. It require multiple criteria’s (dependent and independent variables) that should not always be connected to each others, nor to be placed opposed to what the system mean to achieve (the quality of education & teachers development). Therefore, we must look to the quality standards as a whole in terms of student’s advantage & development including the aspirations of the community. Which depend on the quality of the educational system & the services teachers provided over - time. Thus, the quality of education system as an expression of social aspirations has to be measured each year, and according to the national specific measurements. That must be designed in line with international education standards. Therefore, it’s argued that the measurement stage and the formulation of teacher’s development criteria to keep in mind the input and output of the educational system is the must.Its suggested that the criteria to measure the service of teachers and its outputs must be known to everyone, whether to the professional level in the departments of education, the local grassroots (the student’s parents), the teachers & the students. In this context Iraq is not exception it must put itself in comparison of regional and global education assessment system. Towards that end, this study suggested that the education’ managers & the teachers can modify the system according to students need & future challenges. Therefore, the importance of education’ managers, the teachers, the intellectuals, the students participation in the process of laying the standards of education is important. Including the education ministries who are responsible for setting priorities & quality of education, and what must be measured for the education system & teachers is necessary.Therefore, this study focuses on the application of quality standards to evaluate the performance of the teacher in Iraq’s secondary schools, thus, this study’ aims & objectives are : 1. To prepare a list of criteria to evaluate the performance of Iraq’s teachers of art in the light of international standards.2. To evaluate the performance of Iraq’s technical teachers & their standards of quality in education.For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study the researcher prepared a list of criteria according to the international measurement to evaluate the performance of educational institutions practices in the Arabs, European and other countries. Moreover, 140 samples were selected from the schools community including principals and teachers of art education, who belong to the secondary schools under the directorate general for education in Diyala city.For the purpose of achieving the results the researcher used the statistical methods of Fisher, and concludes : 1. The assessment of teachers, ability and value of work is highly important.2. The ability of teachers to participate & develop education system is the most.On the line of the above result it’s recommended that : • Teachers’ training to curry technical self - assessment is important & Promote a culture of quality appropriate for the quality of the teaching needs.• Provide teacher’s program of art education base in Iraqi universities & colleges to keep pace with contemporary developments in the field of teacher worldwide & Conduct an evaluation study of the artistic education curriculum in accordance with the standards of overall quality.
