Abstract: The recent trends that emerged from the scientific and technological revolution, including image technology and that its principles and founded interest in architecture dedicated to teaching the learner, which is the hub of the educational process and methods are subject to analysis, installation and application, evaluation and employed by the information and concepts and scientific activities carried on in accordance with the programmed contexts organized in the laws and regulations educational environment developed by instructional design introduced in all areas of specialization science.This prompted educational institutions and stages all to keep up with the developments of this science by guiding graduate students in search of modern scientific methods that contribute to developing the educational process, including the use of softwareand systems and models of educational and try to apply and piloted in various fields of the arts, especially attention to instill in students drawing skills perspective and through Technology note that the lesson of perspective are key material in the Departmentof Art Education / Faculty of Fine Arts, which help the student to learn the basics of painting, especially in the lessons Fine process and then placement in artistic paintings.Based on the foregoing current research aims to 1 - Build an educational program on the technology according to the picture in the material perspective.2 - measure the effectiveness of the educational program through tested on a sample of students in the second - Department of Art Education for the development of artistic perceptions, for the academic year (2013 - 2014).To achieve the objectives, the development of the researcher (6) hypotheses zero to measure the technical realization and measurement of achievement cognitive side and the other to measure the skill side.The research community from the third row Department of Technical Education / College of Fine Arts students, totaling 53 students were selected sample of intentional second grade students - Department of art education amounted to (26) students authraizied researcher aplayment experience them.
