ترتبط القيم بمختلف انواعها وتوجهاتها الاخلاقية والدينية والاجتماعية والانسانية بالتربية لذلك فقد سعى التربويون الى تعليم الافراد القيم التربوية من خلال تربية الذات التي تعد محور نشاط هذه التربية وبها تتشكل عن طريق غرس القيم التربوية لدى التلامذة ليحتفظوا | The values are conducted with education in variety of their ethical, religious, social and human differences and attitudes, thus the educationists seek for teaching the personnel educational values through educating the self which considers the axis activity to this education and within are formed through inserting those values in students minds to acquire comprehensive and sound growth. School theatre considers one of the educational and cultural statements that seek to fulfill desired educational purpose in learning students the positive social, educational values and acquire them through employing the theatre art as successful, effective and eagerness educational mediator. School operat considers one of the main and important skills and activities in the school theatre which have the art components to gather between acting, music and singing and those who making the school operat in Iraq desire to make their texts hold variety of artistical and educational values to be positive, effective, interesting and persuasive. Here appear many questions about values. Do texts authors about school operat aware about the quiddity of educational values, their characteristics, contents, sources, to succeed in including them in their texts?, Do they have the technical profession and dramatic qualification in writing the school operat which included artistic and dramatic values as an idea, dialogue, plot and characters?. To answer about all those questions, this research as (artistical and educational values in the texts of school operas) is devoted to study the school operat texts in Iraq at the level of artistical and educational. This research contains four chapters; the first takes the problem of the research, its significance, purpose and limits. The problem of the research is constricted by asking a double question (what is the most important prevailing educational values in the school operat texts in Iraq and what are the nature of those values that included these texts on the level of dramatic construction and artistical form?. This research utilizes the school operat writers and help in succeeding their dramatic experience and utilize those who working in the school operat such as directors and supervisors in the school activity. The Research aims at : 1. Revealing the educational values in school operat texts in Iraq.2. Revealing the artistical values in school operat texts in Iraq. The first chapter includes the search limits which contains the school operat texts in the School Activity Departments in the Educational Directorates in Iraq Governorates 2005 - 2010. This chapter includes precisely the fundamental idioms that surround the research such as (the values, educational values, artistical values, operat, and the school operat). The second chapter contains the theoretical background, the previous related studies; it subdivides to five branches which include the educational values philosophy, the opera art, singing theatre, operat art, and the school singing operat in Iraq. The third chapter includes the research methodology, the procedures, the population of study, which contains (30 ) school operat, and the sample. The researcher has chosen (randomly stratified sample) which consists of five texts covering five geographical areas in Iraq. To fulfill the aims of the study, the researcher has adopted two tools : 1. educational values tool which depends on the classification of (White - Al - Heeti) developed, after exposing it to group of Jury members to investigate of its validity and measurability, and measuring the reliability by using (the Holisty Formula) to find the agreement coefficient between the arbitrators (analysts),2. artistical values tool which represents (the analysis list of operat texts content for the artistical values after exposing it to group of Jury members to investigate of its validity and measurability and measuring the reliability by using (the Holisty Formula) to find the agreement coefficient between the arbitrators (analysts). The fourth chapter contains the results and the main conclusions as follow : 1. school operat texts are varied through concentrating on the educational values which some of them focused on limited group of values and left the others,2. the first sixteen values are distinguished that they are the most important and focusing on operats texts such as (beauty, care, attention, aggression, work, religion, control, cleverness, energy, challenging, determination, new experience, food, gentleness, humorous),3. ideas and the essential subjects of the school operat texts are conducted with the student’s world, his/her environment and surrounding to be suitable of the aimed ages,4. the authors are neglected in their fundamental educational texts which represented in growing the student's feeling in responsibility towards the general properties and protect them in spite of the necessity to depend and include them in the texts,5. the authors are succeeded in drawing their operas characters, and give them artistical and dramatic form through their having the dramatic dimensions for personality,6. Texts are depended on the simplified Arabic language in writing the dialogue or singing texts with little exceptions. This dialogue is distinguished with rhythmic, simplicity, smoothing, and short phonetic formulations, with clear and purified vocabulary.According to these conclusions, the researcher has confirmed the main recommendations as follow : 1. introducing the school theatre authors in general and the school operat authors in special in culturing courses in educational science, educational psychology science and educational philosophy and enlightening them with general government philosophy and with depended educational philosophy,2. urging the school operat authors to use variety of subjects and ideas and embodiment a large number of educational values within each operat text,3. taking into consideration the side of (enjoyment) and (eagerness) from the authors,4. depending embodiment (within values) in majority for its effecting and reducing from the directed clear values as possible and depending them as artistical and dramatic necessity,5. referring the operats texts to check and educational evaluation before their producing, offering and presenting to ensure from their values content nature,6. emphasizing on the ethical and national values to fix them in students' thinking and behavior,7. concentrating on the values that have little attention in the school operat texts to create harmony between the values system and the educational aims that have requested by society to fulfill them in teaching and educational statement,8. introducing school activity supervisors who practice authoring for school theatre and operat in training courses in terms of authoring and writing to theatre and develop their adequacy and grow their innovation and authoring skills,9. increasing support and consideration to school operat and theatre by Ministry of Education through increasing support and financial allocations to School Activity Directorate. The research also contains some suggestions, sources, Arabic and Foreign bibliography, and summary in English.
