Abstract:
في وقتنا الحالي نواجه تغييرا مستمرا وكما هائلا من المعارف والمفاهيم والحقائق والنظريات، وتقدما في التقنيات مما ادى الى تغيير كثير من المفاهيم والاتجاهات في جميع العلوم الانسانية وفي جميع المجالات العملية، فكان لابد وان يكون له اثر مباشر في تغيير الاتجاه | At the present time , we are facing constant change and enormous knowledge, concepts , facts and theories , And advances in technology which led to change many of the concepts and trends in all the humanities , in all fields of science , it was necessary and that have a direct impact on the changing trends in education , educational and technical , that is the cause of the need to develop curricula to keep pace with the evolving needs of society , to be content relevant to the learner's live and its possibilities in the present and future , and included in the curriculum , which must inflict this development are in the curricula of the art education.On that basis, the current research to lay the foundations for the development of the technical education curriculum , which still need to research , study and still limited to coverage of Art education. The research aims to build the current approach proposed in the technical education in the accordance with the directionof contemporary philosophical (Discipline Based Art Education)Specialized in the Department of Art Education at the Faculty of Fine Arts - Baghdad University.The importance of research for the reasons that prompted the researcher to choose this area of research was also clarified aspects that contribute to strengthening research in the field of curriculum.The theoretical framework came covering aspects related to the subject matter represented by ( theoretical concepts about the curriculum , knowledge , and the contemporary trends in art education ) as well as the previous studies.In chapter three , the research procedures were based on qualitative research methodology , which has four stages , and used Delphi's method to obtain the sincerity of approach and the results are represented by the final form of the approach proposed in accordance with the contemporary trend (Discipline Based Art Education) The conclusion of the research was a set of recommendations and proposals that would in estimating the researcher to contribute to the service area of Scientific Research.
