There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group students who have studied the material natural geographical Balr.s. tutorial on systemic approach according to the average scores of the control group students who have studied the same material in the traditional way in the achievement test posttest. 2. There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group students who have studied the material natural geographical educational program according to the systemic approach and the average scores of the control group students who have studied the same material in the traditional way to test skills development geography. The researcher used according to the nature of the research are two approaches : 1. Descriptive approach in determining the geographical skills contained in the decision to build the natural geographical and educational program according to the systemic approach. 2. Experimental approach in a statement the effectiveness of a tutorial in the collection of geographic and skills development on the experimental group students. Research tools were : 1. Building an educational program according to the systemic approach. 2. Achievement test preparation and presentation to the experts and applied to the exploratory sample to verify the sincerity and firmness. 3. Preparation Mehari test to measure skills and geographical verify truthfulness persistence was presented to a group of experts and applied to the sample reconnaissance. The researcher chose Qsidia Directorate of Education Muqdadiyah and junior Cordovan for Boys for the application of the experiment where, and consisted of a sample search of (60) students within the experimental group (30) students and the control group (30) students, and reward a researcher at the variables (test prior knowledge, chronological age, intelligence, collection geographical material for the previous year, the academic achievement of, tribal geographical skills test). After the end of the tutorial, which lasted a full semester and the application of the achievement test and test development skills Geographically, the use of statistical researcher means many Kalachtbar samples t (t - test) for two independent samples yielded results Mayati : Superiority of the experimental group students who have studied the educational program according to the systemic approach to the control group students who have studied in the traditional way in the achievement test and posttest test geographical skills development. The researcher concluded that some of the conclusions, including : 1. Teaching that contributes to the entrance systemic reorganization of the scientific content of the article and show its importance in increasing achievement in scientific concepts and geographic skills. 3. The researcher also recommended a number of recommendations including : 1. Need to diversify the geographic skills in the curriculum of the stages by increasing the activities. 2. directing teachers to the importance of systemic approach when implementing teaching positions where a holistic view of the elements of the educational situation and effect relationship and vulnerability, with an emphasis on the role of the student as a producer of knowledge and ideas. 3. Need for attention by those in charge of the educational process in providing the capabilities and materials for teaching systemic way inside the school to view programs in many ways in the classroom. The researcher suggests some proposals, including : 1. a similar study of the current study on the stages of learning another. 2.Building training program for teachers of geography according to the systemic approach. 3. Build a proposed strategy based on the systemic approach and its impact statement in the collection and modify wrong understanding of the concepts of geography.

Abstract: يرمى هذا البحث الى بناء برنامج تدريسي مقترح على وفق منحنى النظم لمادة اصول التربية، ومن ثم التثبت من فاعلية البرنامج التدريسي المقترح في تحصيل طلبة كلية التربية الاساسية، بتطبيق البرنامج على طلبة المرحلة الاولى/ قسم الرياضيات/ كلية التربية الاساسية/ الجام | This research aims to build a proposed teaching program in accordance with the teaching - oriented systems for the material of assets of education and then verify the effectiveness the proposed teaching program in the collection of students of the Faculty of Basic Education on the application of program on the first stage students Department of Mathematics - Faculty of Basic Education - University of Al - Mustansyria To measure the effectiveness and achieve the aim of research then to build a teaching program for material of assets education and then search for teaching material assets education consists of six chapters, each chapter consist of general goals and behavioral goals and activities and then applied in the College of Basic Education using the experimental design for the two experimental and control groups with a posttest choice collection. The researcher selected sample is deliberate composed of 110 students by 55 students for each of the experimental group and the control group. The researcher equated between the two groups in the number of variables are - chronological age and choice of intelligence and academic achievement for parents and the rate of the previous year.And then researcher tries to adjust the number of extraneous variables that may affect the dependent variable. The search tool included dimensional collected test to measure the effectiveness of the proposed program - oriented systems, according to the material assets of Education, prepared by the researcher and consists of 50 paragraphs divided into two questions. The first question consists of 40 paragraphs of the multi - type test and the second question consists of 10 paragraphs of type of short article , researcher has been used second test to two independent samples and Kia - square coefficient of discrimination and coefficient of difficulty as a statistical means for data analysis and the results showed that the material assets of Education at the College of Basic Education of the effectiveness and the presence of significant difference statistically between the experimental group and the control group in the level of study achievement for the material of assets of education for the benefit of the experimental group and in light of the results reached by the current study, the researcher concluded the following;1 - The program of material of assets of education contributed to in this study to raise the level of student achievement. 2 - The results the current research have been identical to the modern studies and literature, which emphasizes the importance of educational programs and extension of the educational process.3 - The proposed teaching program is according to the teaching - oriented systems helped individuals of search sample to acquire teaching skills and the development of attitudes towards the teaching profession The researcher came out a set of recommendations are as follows; 1 - Emphasize the importance of modern strategies in the curriculum so as to raise the level of performance of students in the faculty of Basic Education in the educational process. 2 - Generalization education program after pleading proposed as a method in the teaching of material of assets of education in colleges of Basic Education.3 - Increase the assessed hours of study for the material of assets of education being one of the subjects that contribute to the construction of the per formative aspect of the teaching profession.1 - The researcher came out a set of proposals including Conduct a similar study dealing with the effectiveness of the proposed program in accordance with oriented systems the in the collection of material of assets of colleges of Basic Education in Iraqi universities.2 - The impact of the diversity of use for methods and various modern teaching methods in student achievement and increase their motive to learn material of assets of Education.3 - The impact of the teaching program according to the oriented systems to enable the students of the Faculty of Basic Education to acquire teaching skills by employing modern teaching strategies.

To achieve the goal the researcher followed the experimental method procedures, as determined empirically chose a partial set. A randomized experimental group and the control design choice of the post test and prepared achievement test (after me) and adopted a measure (a samurai and others, 2012) And chose a researcher chose sample of students fourth grade at the Faculty of Islamic Science University of Salahaddin - Erbil for the academic year (2014 - 2015) AD, for the purpose of application of the experiment, as the number of respondents reached (59) students of (30) students of the group studied by using Instructional Design - learning proposal, and (29) students studied in the usual way. The rewarded researcher between the two sets of research using test samples t (t - test) for two independent samples and Chi - square (Ca 2) in the variables (chronological age measured in months - and the tendency towards the profession - and the test intelligence - and the collection of parents)The researcher adjusts the numbers of extraneous variables that may affect the dependent variable. The researcher studied two groups of search content material to study the proposed teaching methods and includes six modules.The researcher has formulated targets behavioral units of study and six levels of cognitive domain of Bloom's Taxonomy, amounting to (180) target has been confirmed researcher of validity through the presentation to the experts. The researcher prepared teaching plans for each lesson plans lessons (21) plan to subjects of the study model which offered experts to demonstrate their validity, and after identifying the subjects and the formulation of behavioral objectives for each topic researcher prepared achievement test to see the level of student achievement in the subject of teaching methods consisting of three questions The first question of the multiple choice type consists of (40) paragraph second question of questions the of the essay questions and third question the complete systems incomplete and adopted a researcher Scale (Samurai and others, 2012) which consisted of (33) paragraph in its final form and then testing and standard on the two sets of search after the completion of the experiment, which lasted a full academic year and the use of samples t - test (t - test) for two independent samples and interrelated The results of the study of what comes.• There were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students and the average score in the control group students achievement. • statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average grades students of the experimental group and the control group in Scale Tendency of the teaching profession dimensional and in the interest of the experimental group students.

Abstract: يرمي هذا البحث تعرف مستوى مقروئية كتب القراءة العربية للصفوف الثلاثة العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في العراق، وتعرف ترتيب الموضوعات القرائية على وفق درجة مقروئيتها في كتب القراءة، وتعرف درجة المقروئية على وفق متغير الجنس.ولاجل الوصول الى هذه المرامي | The researchers and educators indicated that there is a weakness in reading in the primary stage so they gave stature to study it in this research which aims at the read ability of Arabic reading textbooks of the high three classes of the Primary stage in Iraq, determining the effect of pupils gender on the degree of readability and to achieve these aims the researcher has chosen randomly (27) different topics to pick from the textbooks of Arabic for the high three classes of the primary stage.Nine reading topics from each textbook is the sample of the research.These topics are taken from the beginning, middle and the end of the textbooks. For the sake of measuring the readability of the reading topics. The researcher has prepared (27)test of a (cloze) type, she did that by deleting the word of fifth arrangement from each topic of the research sample topics. The average of the topic length is fifty word and the number of the deleting words from each topic is ten words.After achieving the validity and reliability they have been applied to a random sample that consist of (650) male and female (348) male and (302) female who are distributed on six directorate in Baghdad governorate. Two schools for boys, two schools for girls and one school (mixed for girls and boys) from each of the six directorates.After analyzing the results of the (cloze) test by using the statistical means. It is found that : 1 - The degree of the readability of Arabic reading of the fourth primary class is (2.80),for the fifth class is (4.25) and for the sixth class is (5.03)2 - The majority of the pupils performance in the (cloze) test falls in the bad level and about 1/4 in the teaching level and a small ratio is in the readability level.3 - The reading topics in the textbooks of Arabic reading for the high three classes of the primary stage are not graded according to the degree of their readability.4 - There is a difference of statistical significance among the degree of the readability reading topics according to the difference in the pupils gender and for the sake of girls.From previous results , it is concluded that the reading topics in the textbooks of the Arabic reading for high three classes of the primary stage in Iraq are not suitable for pupils levels. The researcher has explained this result by many reasons, some of them are related to the pupils and others the reading topics themselves.In the light of the research results, the researcher has recommended many recommendations for example to limit the degree of readability of the school textbooks in general and especially the reading textbooks before generalizing them to pupils by using one of the methods of measurement of readability such as (cloze) test. The researcher has suggested to make further studies as a complement of this research in this vital field which still needs more studies and investigations.

The researcher prepared Search of behavioral objectives kits, were 178 goals, and plans for teaching each subject of the specific experience of topics, and researcher prepared test Acquistion concepts Arabic grammar, be of (38) items, divided between test Almzoajh and multiple choice, it was verified of sincerity, and the coefficient of difficulty, and the strength of indistinguishable, and persistence.Using samples t test for two independent samples, was reached to exceed the experimental group students who have studied the proposed strategy according to the control group students who have studied according to the traditional way in the Acquistion concepts of Arabic grammar.In light of the findings of the research, the researcher concluded that the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in the Acquistion of Arabic grammar concepts at the fourth grade students of literary, and was able to Tksabhn true understanding, use strategies helped to integrate concepts Acquistion of fourth grade students at the literary.In light of this, the researcher developed a number of recommendations on the results of the research, including : . 1 - You need Arabic grammar concepts to the special attention of the biggest specialists and authors of Arabic language books in general, and interesting, and the rules of the Arabic language in particular, and taking into account the importance of these concepts.2 - The establishment of training courses for teachers to be trained in the use of modern educational strategies in the Acquistion concepts rules Arabic Aalgh in Arabic language classes in general.Complementing this research researcher has proposed a number of studies and scientific research, including : 1 - conducting a similar study by the proposed strategy in the Acquistion concepts of Arabic grammar in the last stages of study.2 - conducting a similar study to know the impact of a proposed strategy in a last variables such as : collection, creative thinking, and innovative thinking, and motivation, direction and orientation toward the material.
