And show the principles and the methods of intellectual, philosophical, and the relationship between philosophy conception in graphics four - dimensional designs, and procedural dimensions associated with the practical application.This chapter discussed the objectives of the research, which was to identify the vision intense evidentiary of intellectual conception, and accordance with the basic foundations of functional building and aesthetic considerations.The second chapter, focused about the theoretical framework of four sections, the first one, explained the subject (fantasy and building of Intellectual and creativity, and apply the creative process, as relates with Intellectual conception of design, perception and form, which active the problem. Therefor this study contributes for understanding the stages of design process.The second section, the researcher talked about the idea and thinking appearance. And then reaching to goals of design. Abstract: تناول البحث التحولات التعبيرية في الفكر الفلسفي والجمالي ودورها في كل من حقبتي الحداثة وما بعد الحداثة , واثرها في توجيه اليات الاشتغال في تصميم ملصقات مرحلة الحداثة وما بعد الحداثة , وقد تضمن البحث اربعة فصول اهتم الفصل الاول بالاطار المنهجي للبحث متمثلا | This thesis tackles (expressive transformations in designs of post modernity posts )and it studied the expressive transformations of the philosophical and aesthetical and their roles in both eras of modernity and post modernity also its role in guiding the mechanisms of operation in design of posts during the eras of modernity and post modernity. The first research consisted of four chapters, where the first interested at the Methodist form of the research focusing on the problematic of the research which was determined by responding to the following question : what are the expressive transformations in design of post modernity post? The first chapter contained the aims of research which were uncovering the expressive transformations in design of post modernity posts, while the limits of research limited to the study of expressive transformations in design of post modernity posts and analyzing of pictorial samples of cultural posts represented the movements of expressive abstract, folk art , visual art ,minimal art , conceptual art , hyper realism , superlism and graphic which appeared in USA and Europe during the era 1970 - 2000 where the analyzing was conducted depending on descriptive and analytical approach through philosophy , aesthetic and acknowledgment vision within its theoretical and procedural dimensions. The second chapter included theoretical frame consisted of three research where the first tackled the expressive transformations conceptually and aesthetically. It contains ideological , aesthetical, formal, stylistic, functional transformations beside the transformations of meaning , concept and technician. The second research dealt with the pillars of expressive transformations during the eras of modernity and post modernity while third research talked the expressive transformation in designs of post modernity posts. The chapter was concluded by discussing the quotations from it in order to be used in analyzing the sample of research. The third chapter contained the procedures of reaserach where it contained the culture of research , sample and research tool then analyzing the research samples (16 ). The fourth chapter contained the findings and conclusions of research beside the recommendations and suggestions. The most significant findings of research : 1 - The expressive transformations of the post modernity post distinguished with rejecting the central authority , expanding over the ideological and value structures also they rejected the separation among multi contrasting dualities and that means rejecting the logical of existence or believing in the Universe teleo. 2 - In the ideational side, the post modernity posts distinguished with interpreting the texts ,destabilizing the fixed meaning and diversifying the readings with teleo text which depends on inner necessities where it is allowed to the receiving to form unlimited readings. 3 - In stylistic transformation, the expressive transformation distinguished with mixing between the subjective and objective as a hybrid way quoted within structural and compositional procedures by using borrowable elements from multi cultures. 4 - In functional side, they confirmed the expedient, marketing and circulation of the post. 5 - In technical side, they distinguished with what confirms the trial side of the varied technicians such as printing with words and using digital technology as a tool. The most important conclusions reached by researcher : 1 - The expressive transformations of the post modernity posts came to uncover new sides in the reality emerging from the desire of man in transforming , expressing and rejecting for what circulated and common and they are shifts in the structure of thought being it is the main and active generator in each transformation aiming to smash the acknowledgment structures with others to reconsider in majors and generals. 2 - They came with the side of formal transformation toward the borrowable form which stipulates the necessity of rejecting all what related to the ideology and conventional theoretical formats which are far from social humanitarian concepts. 3 - They came within the transformations of simple and conception in connecting with the icon of cheap format requested by commercial market dominated by capital powers and their media institutes where all of them call for cultural project basing on refusal aesthetics and contrariness. Abstract: The current study entitled (modern technology and the functional transformation in fabric and fashion design), addressed the issue of functional transformation in the design of fabrics and fashion as a result of the introduction of elements of advanced technology in the composition of Textile and fashion, which led to a shift in the functional forms included aspects dimensions multiple and variable climate applications and type of material used in the industry and the implementation of the fabrics.As it addressed the problem of the study researcher questionably was to the effect : Does the modern technological developments role in achieving a state of functional transition in fashion fabrics and design? The objectives of the study identified two goals, the first : is to identify the technological elements that were introduced to the design and fashion fabrics, which led to shifts in functional structure. And another : is to identify the kinds of transformations that have occurred in functional fabrics and fashion designs as a result of the entry of the technology. Abstract: تمثلت مشكلة البحث بتساؤل اساس ماهي : البنية الجمالية والتعبيرية في زخارف المنمنمات الاسلامية؟ ويهدف البحث الى الاجابة عن التساؤل الوارد في المشكلة كما يتحدد البحث، في دراسة زخارف المنمنمات الاسلامية بانواعها المختلفة المتمثلة ب(النباتية والهندسية والكتابي | The problem of the research represented with an essential question ; what is.The research aimed at replying the question mentioned in the problem as defined in the research in studying Islamic miniatures ornament in different types represented in ( vegetal , geometrical , graphical and animality in both ( Iran & Turkey ) from Since 1489 to1596. The researcher has covered several titles such as : First category deals with the structure in Islamic art , structure of ornament forming which are represented in vegetal ornaments which are used with glass , flowers and branches , besides animality , mason tree forms and shapes which are employed in combination with vegetal ornament , formal spatial organization from the stages of establishment of spaces , organizing the units and branches in its terminology to get fundamental unit , and repeat it according to the fundamentals of mason , animality and geometrical designs.The second category includes the following : First : aesthetical structure starting from the concept of aesthete at Arab philosophers , concept of aesthete at modernizers ,besides the principles lSecond : Includes the expressionism structure of Islamic miniatures and expressionism dimension in ornament forms.Third : The third category is ( Islamic miniatures art ) represented in establishment , idea and sense and meaning in miniatures and the importance of the color in the art of miniatures. Finally Islamic painting schools. Chapter three includes procedures of the research and dealing with the titles to define the methodology of the research and sample of the research. The sample has been selected intentionally. The number sample distributed in both Iran ( 59 ) and turkey ( 38 ) samples. It was selected ( 20 ) sample from original society of the study ,and design the form , then showing it to the experts to check its validity achieving its objectives. Following pages allotted to analyzing of the samples. Below the most important results of the research : - 1. Expressionism structure expressed in Islamic art that represented miniatures art about events combined thoughts and cultures so that become connection instrument included multi - meaning symbols.2. Aesthetical standard ( proportionating , unity , variability , balance and repetition ) which the decorator tried to compare and depart them as basis for visible action and establishment in Islamic miniatures ornaments.Below The Conclusions 1. Using geometrical and vegetal ornaments in the art of Islamic miniatures to reflect aesthetic richness through absolute accuracy in execution.2. The art of miniatures connected with ornamented terminology greatly which is achieved through expressional structure multi - aesthetic characters participated within formal intensification that depend on determined spaces.3. The Muslim artist adopted in his miniatures upon flat perspective which depend on two dimension and ignore embodying which is represented in the three dimensional.4. The pictures of the personalities in Islamic miniatures characterized in different forms and shapes regarding special features such as the face or nature of the dress or structural formula of the form , adopting anatomical percentage according to belongingness , cultural and geographical references of Islamic country.5. The objective of the study ((Essential for building the foundations of the theory of the art of contemporary graphic design)).It also included the importance of research and the limits of research as well as identifying terminology.The second chapter includes a theoretical framework and previous studies, they did not find the researcher taught by a previous study approach to the subject of current research in graphic design, so this study is considered the leading theme in graphic design.The theoretical framework has included four sections focuses First research on (a brief history of the graphic design art), and focused the second topic on the (Strategies graphic design) and ensure that the third section (Features theart of graphic design on according to the intellectual trends of contemporary), while the fourth section guarantees the (Modernity and postmodernism in graphic design). This has resulted in a theoretical framework on several indicators. The third chapter is devoted to research procedures as researcher followed the descriptive method and the method of content analysis for the purpose of monitoring phenomena. Means of objective critical analysis of each model separately, to reach accurate results. It ensures the research community a hundred and fifty (150) culturally poster technically universally contemporary publications on the international information network (Internet), countries (Germany, Holland, Switzerland, France, USA), which included the years (2004 - 2014) and due to the capacity of the research community, and the multiplicity specialties areas posters cultural art, arrogating the researcher exclusion of (100) poster depending on the way (not the probability of intentional) in the selection of research models, bringing the number of models of the sample (fifteen 15 culturally poster technically worldwide) Elected out of (50) Model for the purposes of analysis, (33%) of the research community overall, with three posters for each state. Thus, preparing an art education teacher for teachingprofession requires a special and methodological preparing including a program prepared to develop a group of cognitive, cultural and practical skills which suitable to development of age and the necessity required by the rapid changes of new world.Basically, the task of art education teacher is a culturing and teaching task, thus his connection with his society culture and value system and moral consideration, which in whole forming a distinguishing identity for the society, is a close connection.Starting from a modern vision in the process of developing a program to prepare and qualify the art education teacher through the role played by cultural criticism in developing a program of professional formation for art education teacher, the problem of research may be determined by the following question : What is the function of cultural criticism and its role in developing program of professional formation for the art education teacher?The research endeavored to achieve two goals : 1 - Defining the function of cultural criticism in developing a program of professional formation for the art education teacher and identifying the basic pillars that my by relied in preparing teacher for the task of art education teaching. 2 - Building a suggested program of professional formation for art education teacher. To achieve the research goals, the research was divided into five chapters, the first chapter included an introduction and a definition of the problem of research and its importanceand goals. The second chapter dealt with the theory of culture and the references of cultural criticism in an attempt to reach the conceptualization of the term "Cultural Criticism" in addition to that, the chapter endeavored to define the linguistically andterminological significances of culture concept and to study the stages of growth and development of cultural theory and the most striking trends, and to took at the conceptual system to each of culture and criticism, then look at intellectual considerations and references that led to the appearance of the term "Cultural Criticism". The third chapter dealt with the relationship of cultural criticism with art education and the relationship of culture with education, the concepts of change and development art education teacher ,and Post - Modernism Culture, then moving to define the most outstanding contemporary treads in forming and preparing the art education teacher, to define the new roles of art education teacher and the concept of quality in teaching. The fourth chapter overviewed the methodology of research and its procedures and steps to prepare the suggested professional program for the art education teacher. The fifth chapter represented the conclusion of research. It also dealt with the reality of the professional formation program for the art education teacher, then it set a suggested model of professional formation program for the art professional formation program for the art education teacher, with a group of recommendations.

The idea of the current research formulated in the mind of the researcher being constructor in Dept. of Art Education - Basic Education college - Al - Mustansriya university, besides conducting survey studies aiming at identification the instructors point of view concerning the curricula in the program of preparing the university instructor eligible for the profession of teaching of art Education in the schools of basic education stages also their acquaintance of studies ,scientific researches and resources which dealing with the concept of education quality in the local , Arabic and international institutions of higher education to recognize of its procedures in constructing the evaluation instruments and its standards and the most important results are : - 1 - Constructing list of standards to evaluate elements of the educational process in Depts. of Art Education according to the standards of education quality.2 - Applying list of standards to evaluate elements of the educational process in Depts. of Art Education of the basic education colleges( Educational objectives, curriculum, teaching methods - Educational techniques - Evaluation)The research community consisted of instructors in Depts. in the Art Education affiliated to colleges of basic Education colleges in the Iraqi colleges (Al - Mustansirya - Diyala - Missan) amounted(54) he/she instructors of(34) he / instructor and(20) she/ instructor and the community research included scientific and Educational elements (Educational objectives - Curriculum - Teaching methods - Teaching techniques - Evaluation) of the academic year 2012 - 2013, besides standards of education quality. To reach the objectives of the study , the researcher has designed his research instrument included the standards of Education quality, where as he constitutes collection of items distributed of(5) basic standards, each standards implies branch standards compatible with(objectives - content - teaching methods - educational technologies and means - evaluation), the standards are presented to a number of experts in specializations( teaching methods - Curriculum, Art Education, Standards and evaluation) to identify the authenticity coefficient via using Daffy method, besides achieving the constant coefficient. To demonstrate the research results, the researcher has depended on Fisher equation in measuring the acuity and percentage weight for each criterion, then showing the probable average medium, and percentage weight to identify any of the criteria that is higher acuity to lower acuity according to this : - 1 - Objectives acuity degree(2.16) and percentage weight(0.72)2 - Content acuity degree(2.10) and percentage weight(0.70)3 - Means and technologies acuity degree(2.07) and percentage weight(0.67)4 - Teaching methods acuity degree(1.99) and percentage weight(0.66) Besides, using equation square K2 to indentify the significance differences for the instructors responses of the he/ she instructors according to the variable of gender and the results has demonstrated identical in the responses. As for the most important results are : - 1 - when evaluation the quality of Dept. of Art Education in the colleges of basic education colleges from the instructors point of views, it has becomes clear that the level degree existing of education quality in the out puts was in a medium degree.2 - Weakness of the technological field in the program of preparing the university teachers of art education in the basic education college.3 - There is weakness in the administration field for the programs of preparing the university teachers in Art education Dept. according to the standards of education standards.As for the recommendations are : 1 - The necessity to elevate the education quality for the program of preparing university teachers - art education in the basic educational colleges to ensure the quality of its out puts.2 - Construction certified educational association in the basic educational college depending examine the graduated student on the basics of education to award him license of practicing education profession3 - The necessity providing the material and human to develop the educational programs during the service

Revealing aesthetic concepts in the art of post - modernism.2 - Buiding educational curriculum foe the "history of plastic art" in the light of aesthetic concepts for this art.The research was determined with aesthetic concepts in the art of post - modernism and curriculum).The second chapter consists of five parts as follows : 1 - The reason of relative concept in aesthetic to research the modern aesthetics.2 - The concept of modernism - properties of modernism the concept of modernism in plastic art, the traits of modernism art.3 - The concept of post - modernism, post - modernism society, forming the mind of post - modernism, discourse of post - modernism, vision of post - modernism in plastic art, the most important characteristic of post - modernism art - aesthetic concepts in the art of post - modernism.4 - The artistic schools for the art pf post - modernism, abstract expressionism, pop art, optical art, conceptual art, superalism or excess reality. this part is concluded with a group of aesthetic properties, traits and concepts for each school's fundamentals.5 - This part deals with building educational curriculum and its elements they are : the philosophical fundamental including : "philosophy and education, philosophy and society, aesthetic education, educational theories, philosophical bases for building the suggested curriculum" the congnitive fundamental including : "the kinds of knowledge, history, art, the kinds of concepts, forming the concepts, post - modernism and curriculum" and elements of educational curriculum including : "the sources of derving the aims, the kinds of aims, criteria of educational aims, the fields of aims and their levels" content, educational activities, teaching methods, educational techniques, educational means, assessment" and models for building curricula and the suggested model for the history of plastic art and describing the suggested model.The second chapter concluded with a group of indications related to each part of indications related to each part of the five parts mentioned above. these indications were depended, as concerned with the aesthetic concepts, in building the suggested curriculum.The third chapter concerns with the procedures of research and its methodology including. determining the research and population, its sample, its instrument, steps for building the curriculum, describing the suggested excutive model validity and reliability of the instrument with statistic means.Finally, the fourth chapter contains findings, conclusions, recommendation and suggestions. the findings reached by the researcher : 1 - Multiplicity of aesthetic concepts for the art of post - modernism influced by the concepts characterized with the age like fragmentation, difference, super fluousness and falling the holy embodied within the arts of the age that distinguished with sadism, speed, spontaneity and exaggerated movement of the body within the concept of free playing as influenced by he trend of changed and renewed life of the age.This invites to mix the artistic kinds which leads to using raw materials and renewed and justified artistic styles via the opening of meaning in interpretation to achieve the wide attraction of participating receiver.2 - Abstract expressionism characterized with documenting the moment described as the moment of break down that distinguished its artists with individual and temporary style.3 - Wide using of various material and techniques that cancelled that prior planning, so it was described as improvised in its Dearing with color and technique.4 - Pop art depended on the output of common popular culture via mass media, using a new vision to secure so much influence on the receiver with using techniques that achieve a big a mount of attraction, boldness and prior provocation via using developed and technology means.5 - Photography entered as a revealer "(picker) of the elements of consumer society with entering of concepts "market, consumption, legend - fame - " contained in the consumption of aesthetic concept for the pop art and excess reality.6 - The optical art and excess reality depended on the concept of optical illusion, but there is a difference between them : the first one depended on functioning scientific, mathematical and psychological theories to form the artistic work, while the second one depended on the amount of intense accuracy and perfect congruence in forming the artistic work.7 - Language as it includes ideas and information regarded as aesthetic concept for the artistic work in new artistic kinds.According to the indications of theoretical frame and in the light of finding reached by the researcher in achieving the first aim of the research and according to curricula models that formed previously and theories of curriculum, the researcher built a suggested curriculum for the history of plastic art according to the mast modern method and modern styles to regulate the content and to choose teaching methods, educational means and educational techniques to achieve the required educational aims.The researcher reached a group of recommendations and suggestions as follows : 1 - The necessity of informing the art students about the artistic movements for the art of post - modernism and its last novelties.2 - Benefiting from the steps and procedures of the model in building other studies as adopting such model in teaching the students of art education - third stage "within a consecutive teaching plan and a logical historical sequence and the artistic school across history".3 - The other departments that the subject of history of art is within their formal texts may adopt this model.4 - The researcher suggested dealing with other schools and artistic movements that were not dealt with in this research. the learner ) in the teaching stance through paying attention with methods of teaching , its techniques , organizing form of learning in the teaching situation that through it , the learners can interact to fulfill certain teaching aims , certainly this is made by intended design for the teaching environment & engineering it ( organizing teaching experiences ) by a specific method , where leads to fulfill intended teaching at the learners and supervised by the teacherSo , it is necessary to save psychological , material provisions that help the learner to active interaction with components of teaching environment designed for the teaching stance to acquiring it the teaching experiences , knowledge information , art skills, directions , values are needed as in proportion with his abilities , his preparations with teaching methods , and means participate in his sensual recognizing for the information are acquired in the teaching stance , then it helps him to how to treat these information , and process of returning them and functioning them in the new teaching stancesAccording to what were stated , the researcher preffered to establish for the problem of her research , through functioning ( strategy of processing the information ) in educational & teachingsurrounding depends (investigating & discovering) for the information , methods of acquiring them by the learner , storing them in his memory , means of returning them according to requirements of teaching stance , through his abilities , preparations to accept teaching experiences (knowledge &skilfull ) are related with bases of the sight, stating its effect in skills of high thinking , and enhancing his positive role about how to functioning it to achieve his art action as photographing composing and art project … and othersThe aim of current research is to discover ( strategy of processing information & its effect in developing painting sight ) , therefore the researcher stated two branch aims to fulfill them are represented by : 1) Designing teaching program in subject of the sight according to strategy of processing the information2) Effect of teaching program to develop skills of the students to execute requirements of painting sight through its experimenting on a sample of students of Art Education in Basic Education College \ Evening StudiesTo assure of fulfilling the research aim ( 2) , the researcher stated (4) zero hypothesesThe community of the research consists of students of second secondary class , department of art education, basic education college , evening studies where their number (120 ) students ( Males & Females ) , it was chosen random sample reaches ( 36 ) students, they were distributed into two equal groups ( T , Dh ) , they weresubjected to gaining test knowledge , skilfull , recognizing visible in precedence to know about their information , skills to execute painting of the sightTo fulfill aims of the research , the researcher designed teaching program for the subject of the sight & ( 3 ) kinds of tests , they are knowledge gaining test , the other skilfull , third is visible recognizing to determine level of realization of the students for the requirements of painting the sight & its bases , in addition to design form of assessing skilful performance of the students , the tools were subjected to coifficient of truth & steadfastness by showing it to a group of experts to know its powers to measure the aim that was made for measuring itFor stating the results , the researcher depended a group of statistical means as ( T - test for two equal samples , equation of difficulty coifficient& distinguishing & equation of Kuder - Richardson (20) , equation of Kober , equation of Alpha Chronbach , after correcting answers of the students after that about tests , processing of statements statistically , it showed the following results : 1) The students of first experiment group succeeded , who were applied on them content of teaching program in after gaining test , and that goes to cause of teaching experiences are included in this program2) The students of first experiment group succeeded , who were applied on them content of teaching program in after skilfull test , and that goes to cause of serial of different art skills that are included in the content of this program to perform painting sightAccordingly, the researcher recommended a group of recommendations , the most important of them as following : 1) Depending strategy of processing the information that is determined in the current research in the teaching foundations are related with (institutes & colleges of fine arts & arranging the teachers ) that are taught in it a subject of the sight for constant of its activating & ability to develop skills of the students and cultivating visible recognizations are required by this subject2) Training teachers ( Males & Females ) of art education who working in the field of teaching art education within schools of secondary schools on skills of executing painting the sight to develop skills of their students in this field and this may reflected in their visible recognizations

Abstract: لقد اتخذت العديد من الدراسات النقدية الجمالية نظريات مختلفة في تفسير الفن ومحتواه الانساني وقد تبنت كل من هذه النظريات تحليل الفن وفق بيئة معينة تحددت بزمان ومكان، فنظرية المثل الاعلى حللت الفن الكلاسيكي الجديد والنظرية الشكلية حللت الفن التجريدي والنظ | Many of aesthetic critical studies have taken various theories in explaining the art and its human content.These theories have adopted the art analysis according to a certain environment determined by time and place.The theory of ideal analyzed the new classical art ,the theory of formalism analyzed the abstract art and the emotional theory analyzed romantic art ,while the theory of essence analyzed various methods and schools ,but all these theories were involved under the thought of the material philosophy which take from the concrete facts and values as an example of beauty.In what relate to the Islamic thought, thethought whichcharacterized with leaving the self - uniqueness towards the assembly mentality within the Islamic thought doctrine related to the book of Allah and the fair of explaining or keeping the aim of linguistic meaning for the sake of aesthetic form.In the absence of many of the circles which reach us to a real understand and realize what is the Islamic thought in general and what is the calligraphy in particular ,which requires an intellectual research for the aesthetic vision.At the same time that requires an effort to draw the features of that thought.The approach of calligraphy and the philosophy of its thought was based on the antithesis of material philosophy where the Muslim artist calligrapher works towards the renovating and developing the art of calligraphy to reflect the permanent care to show his achievements of calligraphy as artful aspects do not stop at the functional performance ,but overcome them to decorative and aesthetic dimensions reflect the creative extents which reached by the calligrapher for centuries and generations.In the midst of this growth and development filled with creativity of calligraphy ,a phenomenon was found in the formations of calligraphy based on an ability which reflects appearance for the scales of the aesthetic as a final achievement of calligraphy ,do not depend on the material values only as a mean to express the spiritual side.That appears via the large impact for the Islamic aesthetic thought which was gathered from different resources from Holly Quran , biography of Prophet and the philosophical opinions in Islamic thought.This was clear in the form and the content of the Arabic calligraphy ,which included the form and the content by away in which writing changed into a drawing open expressive aesthetic prospects for the Islamic art.There is no doubt that there is a need for the aesthetic criticism according to the modern Arab Islamic vision based on criticism term which put the base for like theses aesthetic studies ,according to that the problem of the research rise these questions : - - Are there bases and feature represented for the aesthetic thought in the Islamic art affected the Arabic calligraphy?According to that tow questions are arisen : - - What are Embodimentsof the Islamic aesthetic thought? - What are the Effectiveness of that Embodiments in the artful variety of the Arabic calligraphy?What helped in Prominence the artful vision which achieved the aesthetic dimensions according to aesthetic embodiments which were invested in the Islamic thought.For that the research studies the Islamic aesthetic thought embodied in the artful varieties for the Arabic calligraphy ,which includes four chapters.The first chapter deals with the problem of the research and its importance ,aims limits and terms.The second chapter includes three researches ,the first research dealt with the foundations of the aesthetic thought for the Islamic art. The second research included the references of the artful varieties for the Arabic calligraphy in the Islamic thought.The third research dealt with showing the effectiveness of the embodiment of the Islamic aesthetic thought in the Arabic calligraphy.The third chapter represents the research procedures through knowing the society which amounted( 140) forms of calligraphy (calligraphy formation) ,(14) where chosen from them as a sample were subjected to analysis which was depended by the research was the descriptive approach ( the analysis of content) according to the research tool represented in the analysis form which were built according to the indications of the theoretical frame and recommendations of the judges.The analysis reached to a number of results ,where the fourth chapter cleared the most important ,the speech of God ( holly Quran) which became the essence of the doctrine of the Muslimcalligraphy and a source of his inspiration where he was able to make the writtentext as visible art has aesthetic importance which deepen the imaginative awareness in another thing dependent from the logical meaning ,and the mentality of the calligraphycrystallizes thoughts and imaginations for whole vision about the abstraction systems and how they can coincide with the text ,which do not express the subject directly ,but by the intellectual Inspiration which targets arisen the mentality value for the recipient.the contemporary calligraphy tried to take from the human heritage items either he emulate as simulates the surrounding sense or to has a special self - attitude resulting from his interaction and understanding for the vocabularies and submitting them in pure template with a special internal a personal view from his heart headed outside to be expressive of the objective sense to result balancing equations for the internal necessities he live in and express them by himself. Depending on the resources of literary deportations (linguistics and semiotics) to complete the aesthetic side and enrich the functional side, to represent qualified artful presence to treat the approach of expression and communication modes through embodiment of iconography formations. The variety of the features of Arabic letters and the variety of their artful endings , helped in converting the mentality picture (thought ) into the stage of achievement through the real picture (the calligraphy formations in all its kinds) and making one visible outcome reflects the vision of Islamic aesthetic thought , and the stimulus motivefunctioning of the meanings of holly verses which were embodied by the calligraphy in an artful product ( calligraphy formation) with an aesthetic value and showing the religious Privacy in the mental of the Muslim calligrapher and explaining them in what add the Carrots and not sticks.The researcher to include the courses which deal with lessons of Arabic calligraphy art to concentrate on continuing in deriving the cultural identity for the Islamic art in the formations the art of calligraphy and decoration ,with the ability to activate the idea of using the aesthetics of the Arabic calligraphy as a mean to call for educating the Islamic concepts among the peoples and reaching the Islamic thought to the world via an elegant international human language.

Abstract: Bridge’s model is regarded as one of the most important model as it contribute to the development of the skills of different types and improve the cognitive aspect as well as enhancing the confidence between the teachers who assume e the process of teaching. Itrepresents a professional training program based on the concept of efficiency surpasses the concept skills and teaching in particular which trespasses the trainer ability to these skills. We can also describe this method as employing the mid, hand, finger in theprocess of fulfilling the requirement of work ad also encouraging the ability to transport the educauitoal expert.The most important feature of the teaching process is the introduction of the educational computer and its various techniques that it has become an important means of the curricula of teaching.The advanced institutions of educator care for developing the faculties of its teachers through training programs that can achieve educational and teaching ends.Upon all the above, the researcher preferred to found the problem of her research through training the teachers of art education I the use of power point - interactive board in teaching the items in general and elements of the art work in particular for themultiple advantages of this in facilitating the process of teaching ad training the leaders to achieve the objectives hoped from it.Therefore, the preset study aims at : Training the teachers of art education working in secondary schools on the use of modern techniques (power point - interactive board) in teaching the elements of art work. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the research put thefollowing sub - objectives : 1 - Design a training program according to Bridge’s Methodology of carrying out the requirements of art work.2 - Measuring the effectiveness of the training program on a sample of teachers of art education working in secondary schools.a. In carrying out the requirements of elements of art work posttest.b. In using the modern techniques of teaching art work posttest.Upon these objectives, the researcher used (90) zerohypotheses : The research community is made of teachers of art education working in secondary schools of (287) teachers. of which she chooses 36 teachers I agreement with the General Directorate of Sport ad Art Activity who were included in a training course held atthe Center of Staff Development that affiliated to the Institute of Technical Teaching after getting the permission. The center includes an electronic hall and includes smart board. The sample includes (3) groups two are experimental and the third is control. The first experimental group was taught according to the power point program and the second experimental group were taught according t smart board, while the control group was taught in the normal methods. A training program was built according to Bridge’s Methodology which is suitable for training while I service including 3 units. For this, two types of tests were designed to is acquisitive cognitive in art work and the other is skill. Also, two design forms to inspect to check the skills of the sample to teach the elements if work art. The tools were displayed on experts to verify their validity. In order to show the result, the researcher uses SPSS program which include Kruskal - Wellis and coefficient and distinguishing and Richardson /20 and Copper equation.The most important finding which the researcher comes to are : 1 - The excel of the first experimental group which was taught according to power to program on their peers in second experimental group who smart board in acquisitive test posttest.2 - The excel of the first experimental group which was taught according to power to program on their peers in second experimental group who smart board and also the control group in posttest.The most important results : 1 - The excel of the first experimental group which was taught according to power to program on their peers in second experimental and control group.2 - The excel of the second experimental group which was taught according to power to program on their peers in second experimental and control group.Upon the above, the researcher recommends the following : 1 - Using the training program design according to Bridge’s Methodology by the use of modern techniques (power pointsmart board) adopted in this research.2 - Any teacher specialized in this elements of art work resort with the training program in teaching this material as it
