Abstract:
تتمثل قوة الامم اليوم في قدرتها على بناء الروح العلمية والنقدية لابنائها من اجل الحياة في عصر واسع في قدراته واندفاعاته المعرفية، التي تتحدى العقل الانساني تفوق امكانات الخيال والتصور، من هنا تاخذ قضية الوعي الانساني عموما والجمالي خصوصا اهميتها وحضورها | The power of nations today is represented by their ability to build the scientific and critical spirit of their people in order to live in the age of wide learning abilities and rush which challenges human mind in spectra's that one higher than the imagination.thus, human awareness in general and beauty specifieally take their importance and presence in the heart of each knowledge and awareness.The process of forming and development is considered necessity and for all these nations , peoples and societies among them our big society in which we live which includes education - learning environment that needs this human awareness and social beautiful awareness. Thus this awareness needs human and material abilities to form and develop.Thus, arts education is considered one of these mechanisms which contribute in its formation through its modern elements and trends.Thus the researcher works to give future image before the planners of arts education text books considering experiences that contribute in forming beauty awareness through social theories.Thus, he introduces this experience to contribute in developing arts education first ,then promote this subject to take its natural among studying subjects as it concerns to change the behavior of learner.Among them ,how to develop his awareness and sensitivity towards the beauty of the things that appears in his environment and how to deal with it.Then the ability to employ them in his daily life.This subject could be reflected in its objectives on the learners' life.Consequently we shall have a generation cope with the changes in the future.This research aims to : 1 - Know the role of arts education as a social process which contribute positively in forming social beauty awareness 2 - Forming textual structure of philosophic and thinking visions to activate test and beauty awareness such as the researcher vision in introducing outlines for a proposed course for arts education includes objectives , experiences and learning activities. Theoretical frame considered them in aspects represented in (beauty awareness ,social theories and the concepts of modern arts education ) The third chapter includes the procedures of the research which are based on two types of methods represented in description analytic method and developing method.The society of the research was limited in three axis : First ; For the experts of scientific, education and art specialty to take their opinions about the validity of the enquiries of theoretical frame and truth of the research instruments as well as show the elements of the researcher's vision of the art education course that includes ( learning objectives ,behavioral objectives , learning contains and learning activities ) on them.Second : Male and female teachers of art education for secondary stage in General Directorate of Rusafa /3 whos opinions were taken for the learning objectives and their abilities to analyze and form it behaviorally to agree with the learning contains of art education guidance for this stage in 2009.Third : Male and female students of the secondary schools from the same directorate. A sample from them were addressed the test of social beauty awareness.After theses propping studies ,based on surveying for previous studies and resources ,viewing their philosophic and thinking aspects and according to the objectives and procedures of the research which works to collect data and information it benefit in showing the results the research was conclude to in introducing the vision to proposed course for art education including objectives, experiences and enriching activities.The dissertation came up with several recommendation of which as : 1 - Taking into consideration the results of this research in the way that activate the area of social and beauty awareness for the learners according to art education roles and various fields such as modern trends(history of arts ,science of beauty ,criticism ,art test, art product ) 2 - The necessity renew studying courses and courses of secondary stage specially art education and transferred to modern and scientific subjects and concern of technological contributions ( electronic learning ,electronic , library ,electronic museum.etc…)
