Abstract: ان البحث الحالي يهدف الى معرفة اثر تدريس قائم على الدفاع عن وجهات النظر في تحليل النصوص الادبية عند طالبات الصف الخامس الادبي، لذلك اخضعت الباحثة تدريس الدفاع عن وجهات النظر للتجريب لمعرفة اثره في تحليل النصوص الادبية لدى طالبات الصف الخامس الادبي في ما | The current research aims at understanding the impact of teaching based on defending points of views in the analysis of literary texts by fifth literary female students. To this end, the researcher applies this kind of methodology to trace its impact in the analysis of literary texts by fifth literary female students. To achieve this aim, the researcher has chosen Al - Zarqaa preparatory school for girls randomly. Similarly, class section B has been chosen to represent the experimental group which amounts to (21) students, whereas class section A to represent the control group which amounts to (21) students as well. As such, the total number of the participants is (42) students. The students of the two groups (the experimental and the control) have been proved to be compatible with reference to the following parameters : 1 - their ages counted by months2 - their fathers' educational attainment3 - their mothers' educational attainment4 - their first course final results in the Arabic language subject of the year (2015). The researcher has limited the teaching material used during the experiment period and she has also put forward the behavioural aims for the eight topics that she has taught to the two groups. They are (116) behavioural aims. The researcher has taught the two groups by herself during the experiment period which lasts for eight weeks. It starts on the 21st of February 2016 and ends on the 19th of April 2016. Another point is that the researcher has prepared teaching plans for the materials to be taught during the experiment period. Some of these teaching plans are handed to experts and specialists to check their validity. At the end of the experiment, the researcher has applied a literary text to be analyzed by the students and the answers are checked according to, after its validity and credibility has been showed by the researcher, Al - Esawi's criteria (2005). The researcher has used the following statistic means : 1 - T - Test for two independent samples; 2 - Chi - Square; 3 - Pearson correlation equation; and 4 - The percentage equation After statistically analyzing the findings, the researcher reaches the following conclusion that is the experimental group students, those who are taught literary texts according to the modern way of teaching, have exceled over the control group, those who are taught according to the traditional way. In the light of these conclusions, the researcher recommends that : 1. Teachers should resort to the strategy of defending points of views in the analysis of literary texts because of its impact on students' performance and this is evident through the positive results of the current research.2. Teachers should be taught how to use the strategy of defending points of views. Put in other words, the ministry of education should establish a special program to guide teachers through the process of this strategy in the analysis of literary texts.3. Experts and specialist supervisors from the ministry of education should explain the importance of using the strategy of defending points of views because of its important impact and its brilliant results. They should guide teachers how to use this strategy and its bright steps so that students can adequately be taught the literary texts.4. Teachers should go in line with the new advanced directions and ways used in teaching the Arabic language and one of these directions is the strategy of defending points of views. This strategy has been found of pivotal importance in creating thinking and guiding serious teaching to achieve the required results. The researcher suggests the following : 1. The application of a similar study on students of other preparatory stages.2. The application of a study to understand the reasons behind students weaknesses in the analysis of literary texts with the intention to discuss these weakness to delimit their difficulties. 3. The application of a comparable study between the strategy of defending points of views and other recent strategies that work on developing students creative thinking

- before applying the guiding program impact of guiding program. in developing - impact of guiding program in development in developing the sense of security of kindergarten kids deprived. ?By testify the following hypotheses : - A - There is significant difference between the sense of security mean of security mean of kindergarten the kids deprived of parents care and the standard mean of the scale before Appling the guiding program at significant level (0.05).B - There is no difference of statistical significance between the experimental group and control group kids step of a sense of security measure for a dimensional application at significant level (0.05).C - There is no difference of statistical significance between the kids step of the experimental group of a sense of security measure for a Pre and post application at significant level (0.05)D - There is no difference of statistical significance between the kids step of the control group of a sense of security measure for a Pre and post application at significant level (0.05.(After the Per - application and the application of the Indicative Program then the post - application for the standard instrumental it has become clear that the Indicative Program has the effect to improve a sense of security for kids deprived from the parents care Where the researcher found the following results : - 1 - Reseating The hull hypothesis and acceptance the alternative one that there is significance difference between the a sense of security mean of prenatal care and standard mean of the of the scale before applying the guiding program at significant level (0.05).2 - The zero hypothesis is rejected related with the objective and acceptance the alternative hypothesis which that there are statistical significance between the experimental group and control group kids step of a sense of security measure for a dimensional application at significant level (0.05).3 - The zero hypothesis is rejected related with the objective and acceptance the alternative hypothesis which that there are statistical significance between the kids step of the experimental group of a sense of security measure for a Pre and post application at significant level (0.05)4 - Abstract: يرمي هذا البحث الى تقويم اداء مدرسي الجغرافية للمرحلة المتوسطة على وفق كفايات المدرس الفعال. ولتحقيق هدف البحث اتبعت الباحثة اجراءات المنهج الوصفي المتمثلة باختيار عينة البحث اذ شملت (106) مدرسا ومدرسة لمادة الجغرافية في المرحلة المتوسطة وبنسبة (5%) من مج | The aim of the present study is to evaluate the performance of intermediate school geography teachers according to the efficiencies of the effective teacher. To achieve this aim, the researcher has followed the descriptive research methods by selecting the research sample, male and female geography teachers (106). They form (5%) of the total research population consisting of males (647) and females (1487). They are geography teachers from intermediate schools affiliated to Baghdad directorates of Iraq Ministry of Education. Then, the researcher has made a checklist of the teaching efficiencies of the effective teacher of geography. It includes (42) efficiencies within (4) areas. The validity of the list items has been ensured by a jury of experts in the fields of teaching methodology and measurement and evaluation. The checklist has been used by the researcher when observing the research sample within a period of time extending from 1 December 2015 to 15 March 2016. Inter - rater reliability is established and the degree of agreement is (0.83), (0.81), (0.76), (0.88). For data analysis, the following methods are used : the Fisher formula and Chi - square. The results are as follows : out of (42) efficiencies, (33) are used. The researcher has explained the reasons why (9) efficiencies are not used.Conclusions : 1 - The male and female teachers of Geography have a level of the effective teacher efficiencies that is acceptable according to the educational standards. 2 - The female teachers of Geography have a level of the effective teacher efficiencies higher than that of the male teachers. Recommendations : 1 - It is necessary for the male and female teachers of Geography at the intermediate schools to pay attention to the practical aspects and skills when teaching Geography by using models of instruments and maps and drawing maps.2 - It is necessary for the Ministry of Education to organize courses on the effective teaching efficiencies for the Geography teachers. Suggestions : 1 - Studying the evaluation of the effective teaching efficiencies for the Geography teachers from the perspectives of the Geography supervisors or the school principals. 2 - Studying the effective teaching efficiencies for the Geography teachers in other educational stages.

What percentage?5 - What is the extent of students the skills of the core thinking?6 - What is the extent of students the skills of visual thinking?To investigate included the core thinking skills and visual thinking about the content of books physics skills, the researcher prepares a list of the skills of the core thinking (8) main and 21 sub - skills, and other skills, visual thinking (5) main.To verify that the acquisition of the students to the skills of the core thinking skills and visual thinking, the researcher prepare two tests first, according to reflect the core second and according to visual thinking and after conducting Alsekoumtrah characteristics, has been testing a sample of sixth grade science students applying and numbered (915) students, after the Securities correction has been addressed test data using statistical spss.Search results has resulted in : - * The including skills in the six books were randomly for the core thinking skills and the skills of visual thinking, and not based on a specific standard, whether by skill or type of study stage. * Weakness and differences evident in the including ratios of the core thinking skills of the secondary stage and most of the skills included ratios came less than expectations of experts ratios.*Weakness and a clear disparity in the included visual thinking skills ratios and also most of the skills came ratios included less than expectations of experts ratios.* The Test of core thinking and visual thinking results came almost compatible with the results of the analysis of books where it appeared a deficiency in the level of including and level of the answer of the test of the core thinking and visual thinking.* Based on these results the researcher presented a set of conclusions and recommendations and proposal.

Abstract: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ايجاد اثر استراتيجيتي Fishbone and FQIP في تحصيل طلبة الجامعة العراقيين دارسي اللغة الانكليزية لغة اجنبية في الرواية خلال : 1 - تحديد اثر استراتيجية Fishbone في تحصيل طلبة الجامعة العراقيين دارسي اللغة الانكليزية لغة اجنبية في الرواية. | This study is an attempt to find out the impact of fishbone and FQIP strategies on Iraqi EFL university students' achievement in novel through achieving the following aims : 1. Identifying the impact of Fishbone strategy on Iraqi EFL university students' achievement in novel,2. Identifying the impact of FQIP strategy on Iraqi EFL university students' achievement in novel, and 3. Finding out the difference between the first experimental group and the second experimental group achievement in novel. Nine null - hypotheses have been formulated in this study. In order to verify these hypotheses and achieve the stated aims, the following procedures have been adopted. 1. The behavioral objectives for the whole syllabus of the novel Pride and Prejudice are prepared after making a content analysis of 61 chapters (Volume 1, 2, 3) which have been studied by third year EFL university students and according to Revised Bloom's Taxonomy and in accordance with three levels (Analysis, Evaluation and Creativity) 2. A pre - test is designed for equalizing the three groups in their previous knowledge in fiction. 3. Daily lesson plans with general objectives, behavioral objectives and instructional procedures for teaching the novel Pride and Prejudice are prepared for each group of the study.4. An achievement test has been constructed which involved a written part and an oral part. 5. Two rating scales have been constructed, one for scoring the written test and the other for the oral test. The tests and plans have been exposed to a number of jurors who agreed on their content validity and face validity. The adopted post - test has been administrated to the selected sample of 98 third year EFL students in the College of Education at the University of Samarra. Results obtained by statistical treatment of data have shown that : 1. There is statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the first experimental group taught according to Fishbone strategy and that of the control group which is taught according to the conventional method in their achievement in novel on the oral test in favor of the first experimental group.2. There is statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the second experimental group which taught according to FQIP strategy and that of the control group which is taught according to the conventional method in their achievement in novel on the oral test in favor of the second experimental group. 3. There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the first experimental group and the second experimental group in their achievement in novel on the oral test.4. There is statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the first experimental group taught according to Fishbone strategy and that of the control group which is taught according to the conventional method in their achievement in novel on the written test in favor of the first experimental group.5. There is statistically significant difference between the mean score of the second experimental group which taught according to FQIP strategy and that of the control group which is taught by the conventional method in their achievements in novel on the written test in favor of the second experimental group.6. There is no statistically significant difference between the mean score of the first experimental group and second experimental group in their achievement in novel on the written test.7. There is statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the first experimental group which is taught according to Fishbone strategy and that of the control group which is taught according to the conventional method in their overall achievement on novel in favor of the first experimental group.8. There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the second experimental group which is taught according to FQIP strategy and that of the control group which is taught according to the conventional method in their overall achievement in novel in favor of the second experimental group.9. There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the first experimental group and that of the second experimental group in their overall achievement in novel in favor of the second experimental group which taught according to FQIP strategy.The study ends up with a number of recommendations and suggestions which are based on the obtained results.

Building an educational program on the gradual entrance of sustainable development.2. Know the effectiveness of the tutorial material in the collection of sociology and development of lateral thinking among students fourth grade literature. To achieve the target Find researcher two approaches : the descriptive approach in the construction of educational and experimental approach to identify the effectiveness of the program in the tutorial in the collection of material sociology lateral thinking among students fourth grade literary development adopted.This research was limited to students in the fourth grade literary high schools and prep day for girls in Baghdad's Karkh Directorate of Education / third for the academic year 2015 - 2016. Researcher determined experimentally adopted a partial seizure (the control group) experimental group a posttest. The sample of research (84) female students from the fourth grade in junior high moral victory for girls, by distributors (42) students in the experimental group and 42 students in the control group. The parity between students of the two sets of conducting research in the variables (chronological age measured in months, the educational attainment of the parents, intelligence, lateral thinking, academic achievement in the previous year (2014 - 2015). He studied the researcher herself students two sets of research during the duration of the experiment, which lasted full academic year, and has prepared tools to measure the dependent variables, first was the achievement test which consisted of two questions : The first objective of the multiple choice be (30) paragraph test to measure levels (knowledge, understanding , application) and second pans consists of (20) items to measure the levels (analysis, installation, evaluation) of Bloom's Taxonomy. The second tool was the side test which consisted of (20) paragraph scale Applied the tools at the end of the experiment after it has been verified - khasaisma psychometric, and after analyzing the data using Altaia test for two independent samples (T - test) results showed the following : 1. There is a statistically significant difference between the average level students in the two sets of research achievement test, for the experimental group.2. There is a statistically significant difference between the average level students two sets of research in the development of lateral thinking, for the experimental group. In light of the search results researcher it recommended a number of conclusions and recommendations and proposals.

Many studies indicate the weak management capacity of the headmasters and their assistants and their failure to provide an atmosphere that leads to good behavior such as student participation in decision - making, tending towards the authoritarianism in administrative methods, central and bureaucratic domination on the administration, and the lack of harmony among the administration, the teacher, the student and the family. Many studies approved that there are significant weaknesses and shortcomings of educational institutes, whether at the level of the stuff social and humanity relations, or at the level of managing and administrating of their resources, problems and activities as well as their interaction with the community and with teaching - learning process. Therefore, parents, and the community complain and grumble of these weaknesses and shortcomings. Consequently, the research problem is crystallized by answering the following question : Do the administrations of secondary schools in Bagdad use the dialogue skills and consider it a way to enhance communication in dealing with teachers and school staff?The importance of the study focuses on several axes‎ such as : the education is the process of preparing, nurturing, guiding, reforming and leading the man in different stages of his life and different aspects of his entity; Education is not merely a process of learning and the transferring of ideas, concepts, knowledge and information, but it is the design of human constructing in accordance with the principles, foundations and educational curricula that reflect the awareness of the educators; Furthermore, The democratic education that related with the idea of humanity is the education that agree with the diversity and the respect for individual rights and the necessity for effective solidarity. The communication has great importance in the physical and cognitive relationships among the individuals and the groups. It is necessary for multiple education sectors as there is a need for exchanging of knowledge.Accordingly, communication and educational dialogue play a major role in the development of programs and curricula and they are the main task of workers in the educational field.Another importance of the present study is represented by the presentation of communication and educational dialogue as effective means of contacting between individuals as the diversity in ideas, opinions and attitudes are a human nature and the dialogue comes to converge between views especially in the family and society. Hence, the process of preparing secondary schools headmasters for developing their skills of communication and educational dialogue is one of the basic steps in the educational process.The present study aims to find out the skills of educational dialogue as a tool of reinforcing the communication to the secondary school headmasters from the teachers’ point of view. The study limited to the teachers of public schools/morning studies at Baghdad/Al - Karkh2 and Al - Rusafa2 for academic year (2013 - 2014).The sample of (300) teachers is selected from a population of (13051) teachers to gather the data by using the descriptive analytic approach. A questionnaire is used as a tool for verifying the aim of the study.The results show that : 1. The secondary school headmasters have the skills of educational dialogue.2. The fifth area of the questionnaire, the ethical skills, is the highest among other areas.Based on the results, recommendations and suggestions for further studies are put forward.

Abstract: The feeding of the child with right knowledge which is connected with acquiring of necessary skills for cohabiting of life is a serious matter to appreciate and interest for the spontaneous manner in life attitudes could follow to series of future faults. for the child might mea sun things incorrectly while as the style which built on training and skills help to solve different problems Thus we shaded learn the necessary and and basic kills for cohabiting of life. most of the situations which face the child in his daily life required skills and training more than he has.From this point ,the importance of living skills come by consideri it as basic skills which no one can live with out it, not only to satisfy his basic needs to continuo his life ,but also for the sake of progress and developing of living cohabiting styles especially in this era ,of "in formation science and technology revolution " we face numerous of challenges.The establish of generation able to innovation to accompaniment is one of the challenges of the ear. genenatuon able to face his problems and his society problems. thus the researcher performed by testy skills of daily skills which believes that it has high importance for children in this age and through this period which witnesses fast progressing in information technology and fast communication process these skills and : environment skill and the dealing skills with feelings.The current research aims to the following to know the influence of proposal programmers for developing the private living skills in the environment and the dealing with feelings for the kindergartens.To achieve this aim, the researcher derived her ( ) hy pothouses as following : 1. Abstract: Reading comprehension occupies an important position in language teaching programme because of its relevance to foreign language learners in their future life, i.e., if they acquire the habits of good reading. They will be able to make good progress in almost every subject they have the opportunity to study.Due to the educational findings which clearly show that there are some weaknesses in the reading comprehension ability of foreign language learners throughout all the academic stages (including the secondary stage), the present study aims empirically at investigating the effect of using Discovery Learning vs. Learning by Scaffolding on the performance of Iraqi English as a foreign language learners in reading comprehension. These techniques use to enhance the students` ability in Reading Comprehension, urging them to use creative thinking skills to interact with the text and to enable teachers to engage their students in an interactive process in the classroom.To achieve the purpose of the present study, the following null hypotheses have been posed : 1 - There is no statistically significant difference between the achievement means of scores of the experimental groups (Discovery Learning group, Scaffolding leaning group ) and that of Control group in the Reading Comprehension post - test.2 - There is no statistically significant difference between the achievement means of scores of the Discovery Learning group and that of the Scaffolding learning group in the Reading Comprehension post - test.To verify the hypotheses, the researcher has been adopted a pre - test/ post - test non - equivalent groups experimental design, i.e.,the experimental groups are given a pre - test before the beginning of the experiment to assess their learner’s performance in Reading Comprehension skills. Another test is given again at the end of the experiment in order to check whether the learner’s performance improved in the same skills.This study is limited to Iraqi English as a Foreign Language fourth - grade female learners at secondary schools in Baghdad Governorate. It is also limited to the second semester of the academic year 2013 - 2014.To ascertain the face validity, the post test is submitted to a jury of members in the field of language teaching, linguistics, and educational statistics. After that, a pilot test is administered to a sample of (100) pupils to determine the suitability of the test items. Kuder - Richardson formula is used to find out the test reliability. The test in its final version is administered as a pre - test to the experimental groups which includes (50) pupils on 2 February 2014. Following the same procedures with posttest. The students were post - tested on the 14th and 15th of April 2014.After administering the achievement posttest, the results of the study indicated clearly that the achievement of the experimental group(scaffolding learning group) is higher than that of control group. In other words experimental groups who have been exposed to the suggested techniques (scaffolding learning, discovery learning) are more effective than that of the control group who have been exposed to currently used techniques, the achievement of experimental group who have been taught by scaffolding strategy is higher than that of discovery learning method.On the basis of the results obtained from this study, a number of conclusions have been drawn, among which the most important ones are : 1 - teaching and learning reading comprehension through certain techniques, being suggest, are more effective than those techniques used in the prescribed textbook;2 - the techniques employed by the researcher, are proved to be more effective and fruitful in promoting the students’ ability in reading comprehension than the currently used techniques;3.the scaffolding and discovery learning techniques give the students more opportunities than those in the textbook to store vocabulary and retain or retrieve easily what has been taught orlearned. This has been arrived at as a result of observing the students while receiving training in these techniques;4. students use the information they gain to solve problems, take decision etc, then they share their solutions, decisions, thinking and outcomes in a celebration of understanding rather than being involved in a process of shifting and mere sharing of information and;5. students are actively supported and scaffolded by teachers in the acquisition of relevant skills.In the light of the conclusions, relevant pedagogical recommendations and several suggestions for further studies are presented.

The researcher rewarded students between the two sets of research in a number of variables that have an impact on the results of an experiment (age in months , the collection of parents , a year earlier grades, test the previous information in the geographical material, Raven test of intelligence ). And he studied the researcher herself students two sets of search after it identified a material learning , the first three chapters of the book of the general geographical principles , have been identified (15) concept , in light of that drafted the researcher behavioral objectives and numbered (45) goal , and presented to a group of arbitrators and specialists and, in the light of the opinions necessary adjustments conducted. For the purpose of measuring the acquisition of geographical concepts in the subject of the general geographical Principles for the students of the two sets of research in the subjects studied by the researcher , it prepared a test for it , as it consisted of a single question, multiple choice , and reached the number of paragraphs (45 ) items , and confirmed his sincerity and persistence and the coefficient of difficulty the discriminatory power of the paragraphs and effectiveness of false alternatives , and presented to a group of arbitrators , and applied the test on the sample after the completion of the experiment research It was through the use of data analysis ( coefficient of difficulty , discrimination coefficient, effective alternatives , T - Test test for two independent samples , Spearman Brown formula , Pearson ) correlation coefficient , study resulted in the following result Higher than students who experimental group studied Bonmozj constructivist learning, the students of the control group who studied traditional way, if it reaches the arithmetic mean experimental group (25.454) in while the arithmetic mean of the control group (20.878), at the significance level (0.05) in the post - test, and this It means that students who studied the specimen constructivist learning the best in the acquisition of geographical concepts of the students who was their teaching in the traditional manner. Abstract: Genre - based approach offers a valuable resource for both pre - and in - service writing instructors to assist their students to produce effective and relevant texts. Instead of focusing on the process of composition, the content of texts, or the abstract prescriptions of disembodied grammars, genre approach enables teachers to ground their courses in the texts that students will have to write in their target contexts, thereby supporting learners to participate effectively in the world outside the EFL classroom.The current research aims at investigating the effect of using genre - based approach as a teaching technique on Iraqi EFL learners’ performance in essay writing.The current study is hypothesized that there are no statistically significant differences between the performancet mean score of the experimental group (taught essay writing by using genre - based approach) and that of the control group (taught essay writing according to the method stated in the Teacher’s Guide).The population of the study consists of fifth - grade male students/scientific branch at the secondary stage in the city of Baghdad during the academic year 2013 - 2014. The experiment of the study lasted two months. It started on 26th of February and ended on 27th of April, 2014.The sample of the study has been intentionally chosen from among male secondary school students in the city of Baghdad. Itconsists of 65 students. The non - equivalent posttest control group has been chosen as the experimental design. Therefore, the first group represents the experimental group which has been taught by using genre - based approach, and the second group represents the control group which has been taught according to the method stated in the Teacher’s Guide.Pre and post written tests are designed and exposed to a jury for the purpose of ascertaining their validity. The inter - rater Pearson correlation coefficient formula is used to calculate the tests reliability yielding coefficients of 0.82 which is considered an acceptable coefficient.At the end of the period of the experiment, the post - test is administered. The mean of the experimental group is 65.906, and the mean of the control group is 58.757.The t - test formula for two independent samples is conducted. The results of the analysis indicate that there is a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and control group where the experimental group proved to be better than the control group.In accordance with the results obtained, some conclusions, recommendations and suggestions for further studies on the topic have been stated.

The lesson plans approved for the three groups after a presentation to a group of the subject experts and methods of teaching and subject of and , psychology, measurement and evaluation, So a special tool and been built to their search an Misconception of Chemical concepts test which consisted of (60), which are multiple choice, So Higher Order Thinking Test had been adapted for (Jany.2012), containing (30) item, and been verified sincerity and persistence, experience continued throughout the two semesters of the academic year 2015 - 2016 by tow lessons of each group in the week, and after the end of the experiment two tools had been applied on the three groups and Find the three groups, were used the following statistical methods (Alpha - Cronbach coefficient, codur retchrdson(20), analysis of variance). The results showed : 1 - There are one statistically significant differences for favor of the first experimental group wich used 4EX2 model on the control group in Misconception of Chemical concepts test , the effect size was (2.62) which is a great value. 2 - There are a statistically significant difference in favor of the second experimental group wich used Stofflett & Stoddart model to the control group in the Misconception of Chemical concepts test , the effect size was (2.74) which is a great value.3 - There are of statistically significant differences in favor of the first experimental group wich used 4EX2 model on the control group in the Higher Order Thinking Test , the effect size was (1) which is a great value. 4 - There are statistically significant differences in favor of the second experimental group wich used Stofflett & Stoddart model on the control group in the Higher Order Thinking Test , the effect size was (1.12) which is a great value.5 - There arenot statistically significant differences between the first experimental group wich used 4EX2 model and the second experimental group wich used Stofflett & Stoddart model in Misconception of Chemical concepts test , the effect size was (0.12) which, a small value. 6 - There arenot statistically significant differences of the second experimental group wich used Stofflett & Stoddart model and the first experimental group wich used 4EX2 model in the Higher Order Thinking Test , the effect size was (0.12) which, a small value. Abstract: 1 - Teachers of sport education need to have developing courses to gain more informations and experience about table tennis.2 - Providing assistant learning tools and different types of sport devices most be concerned to attract the students and to contribute in the learning and development of the basic skills of table tennis at females high schools.3 - Table tennis game needs to be included in the studying curriculums as it doesn’t need large ground aria or many devices.4 - Sport responsible need to be induced to create new learning assistant tools that can contribute in the making of a suspending affective environment.experimental group in a way that has made the learning for them is better than for the control group.2 - The training style has an affective influence on the learning through the results that are made by the experimental and the control groups in which the results had moral significance between pre and post - tests.3 - Results of pre and post tests for both experimental and control groups show moral significance which had statistical significance for the favour of experimental group that have used the training style with the help of assistant tools.b - RecommendationsAccording to conclusions and results that have been found, researcher recommends : 1 - The necessity of depending the learning curriculum that has been suggested for the learning of basic skills in tennis table.2 - Using training style by the assistant learning tools to learn the basic skills.3 - More studies needed to be done for other table tennis skills on a male sample.2014 ) in a sample of 48 female students , this sample has been divided in to tow groups ( experimental group and control group )The researcher has began the pre - test at 16 /10/ 2013 and the experiment proceeded till 24 /12/ 2013.Chapter 5Results have been included in this chapter in which they are analysed and discussed with conclusions and recommendations after to the presentation of arithmetic means and standard deviations for both pre and post - tests of the 2 groups also the results of differences between the pre and post experiments with the value of calculated t and schedules t for both groups of this research.Through the experiments that have been used in this research , the researcher reached to the nexta - conclusions;1 - The using of assistant learning tools at the learning process has affected the learning of the basic skills hugely for the - presence of differences that have a statistical significance between the results of the post - learning to the group that used the assistant tools and the control group in the favour of the first one.Chapter 2The researcher has mentioned the manners of teaching in this chapter , specially the training one ,as well as some of the basic skills of the table tennis.Chapter 3This chapter includes the previous studies that are related to the research plan of research.Chapter 4This chapter includes the research method and field procedures as the researcher has depended on the experimental research method(( fits with the solution of the studied problem as it leads to exact results)). the sample of this research composed of female students at high schools at a rang of age (16 - 18 ) years old at Basrah females high school , second karkh directorate of education for the year ( 2013 - this problem by planning a learning program in a training style by using an assistant tools in which it can achieve an excellent learning process that have a positive results specially that these learning tools help the students to learn the skills and practice this sport at exiting, suspending environment. The importance of this research came from mentioning the teaching manners and its importance and their requirements and the used tools in order to learn the basic skills for table tennis.The aims of the research.1 - planning a an instructional curriculum by training manner to learn the basic skills of table tennis.2 - studying the influence of this method by using an assistant tools in the learning of the skills of table tennis.The research hypotheses1 - presence of differences that have a statistical significance between the tests results pre and post - learning at some basic skills of table tennis that were in the favour of post learning to both research groups.The impact of instructional training curriculum by using teaching aids in teaching some basic skills in Ping PongThe study includes five chapters : - Chapter 1Table tennis is one of the sports that imposes itself not only as a sport that is practiced by claps professionals and players but also as an entertaining sport activity in which it became a publical sport.The basic skills of this kind of sports are the vital and important basis in learning this game, as it can not be learned and player can not have a progress at any stage of it without having the main basics for these skills at there different kinds. the researcher has noticed the negligence of this kind of sport in the curriculum of high schools studies specially for females in which there is not enough interest with the lacking of learning programs that aim to teach the basic skills of this game to the students at this stage. Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة (اثر انموذجي كوسكروف والسقالات التعليمية في اكتساب مفاهيم علم النفس التربوي والتفكير ما وراء المعرفي لدى طلبة كلية التربية) ولتحقيق هدفي البحث وضعت الباحثة الفرضيتين الصفريتين الاتيتين.1 - لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى | This study aims at investigating (the impact of kowskrof and the education scoffolds models in acquiring the concepts of educational psychology and beyond - knowledge thinking for the students of college of education), and for achieving the two objectives of the research, the researcher has stated the following two zero hypotheses : 1 - There is no difference of a statistical indication between the average of scores of the students in the first empirical group who have studied according to kowskrowf model, and the average of scores of the students in the second empirical group who have studied the same subject but using the educational scoffolds, and the average of scores of the students in the controlling group who have studied by using the traditional approach for the same topic in acquiring the scientific concepts. 2 - There is no difference of a statistical indication between the average of scores of the students in the first empirical group who have studied according to Kowskrowf model, and the average of scores of the students in the second empirical group who have studied the same subject but using the education scoffolds, and the average of scores of the students in the controlling group who have studied by using the traditional approach for the same topic concerning beyond - knowledge thinking. Chapter two includes a theoretical frame of the construction theory, Kowskrowf model, the educational scoffolds model, and beyond - knowledge thinking, while chapter tree includes previous studies and a balance among them. The researcher has relyed on the emoerical design of the partial controlling and the dimensional test as a design for the research. The researcher has intentionally chosen a sample of the second morning class student from Department of Education and psychological sciences at college of Edncation / Al - Mustansiryah University and College of Education/ Ibn Rushd for Humanities at University of Baghdad in the academic year (2015 - 2016) to be a field study for applying the current experiment. The sanple consists of (105) student [male & female] which inclindes empirical and controlling group. Applying the randon drawing way, the researcher has chosen section (B) to represent the first empirical group which has (35) students, and they have studied Educational psychology following the steps of kowskrowf model. While section (A) resemldes the second empirical group which has (35) students who have studied the same subject but following the steps of Educational scoffolds model. Because there is nothird section in the Department of Edncational & psychological sciences/ college of edncation/ Al - Mustansiryah University the researcher intends to choose the third section from the Depontment of Educational & psychological sciences/ Morining studies/ college of Education for Humanities as section (C)to resemble the controlling group which inclndes (35) students (male and female) who have studies the same topic by using the traditional approach. The two groups have equivalent concerning certain wariables : (age, intelligence, beyond - knowledgc thinking, acquiring cencepts). Then she [the researeher] has decided the scientific topic intended to be taught for the second stage students during a whole academic year which consists of (10 - 12) chapters for the Educational psychology for the academic year (215 - 2016). In the light of the content of syllabus, the researcher has designed (189) behavioral objectives covering the three domains (Definition, Distnction, and Application). The reseatcher has made use of the behavioral objectives in designing and writing the lesson plans for each group. Moreover, the researcher has designed of (90) items of objective guestions of the kind multiple choice with four uariables.The psychermetric characteristics of the test have been chected [It is resembled by the face validity, and content validity and its distinction affectbility and complexity and the affectability of the wrony alternatives. On the other have, the researcher has studied the three groups of the study herself, and the experinnent started on Monday (3rd of November, 2014) and it ended on Wednesday (5th May, 2015) which has been applied for the three group of the study, and for treating the data statistically, the researcher has used anova analysis and sheffe test for dimensional comparisous. The study has shown the following results : 1 - The excellence of the students in the first experimented group - who have been taught the Educational Psychiligy by using kowskrowf model - on the students of the second experimental group who have been taught the same subict but by using the educational scoffolds model in acqniring the concepts and beyond - knowledge thinking.2 - The excellence of the students in the first experimental group - who have studied Educational psychology by using kowskrowf model as well as the second experimental group students who have studied the same subject adopting the educational scofolds model - on the students of the controlling group who have studied the same subject by using the traditional approach in acquiring the concepts and beyoud - knowledge thinking.In the light of the results, the researcher has stated the following conclusins and recommendations : The conclusions : 1 - The reliability of the modern teaching models that are derived from the constructing theory and problemsolving strategy in the educational process has a great influence on raising the achievement level and enhancing the thinking skills.2 - Teaching with the use of kowskrowf and Edncational ecofolds models has agneater effect than the traditional approach concerning as for as raising the students' achievement level is concerned.3 - The excellence of the two models is not only limited to the raising of the achievement level in Educational psychology, but also it has contributed in enhanciy beyond - knoulledge thinking skills when compared with the traditional approach.4 - The implementation of the two models steps has motivated the studrnts and inctrased cooperation among them, and participation when compared to the traditional approach.Recommenlations : 1 - The reliability of the teaching model which apply the constructive theory - like kowskrowf & educational scoffolds models in teaching Edsucational psychology and the other subjects as well for what have been found out throght out this study and its great effect on the achienement level and begond - knowledge thinking.2 - Refraining from the traditional ways in teaching Educational psychology and making use of kowskrowf and Educational secoffolds models for they contribute in raising the student's achierement level and beyoud - knowledge thinking.?Suggestions : 1 - Accomplishing a similar study for knowing the impact of kowsrowf and the Edncational scoffolds models in enhancing other kinds of thinking like : the scientific thinking, critical thinking, and the creative thinking.2 - Accomplishing a comparative study between kowskrowf model, Educational scoffolds model and the other teaching models to know the best.3 - Accomplishing a similar study to know the impact of kowskrowf model and Education scoffolds model in acquiring and the achievement of other subjects and the study stages for checking their affectaility.

To achieve the goals of the study researcher coined the two main hypotheses are : 1 - statistically non significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students collect first taught Posner program and average grades collectible second experimental group students taught constructivist learning program and average grades collectible control group students taught the usual way. 2 - statistically non significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students first and the average scores of the experimental group students and average scores second control group students in the trend towards material of balaq. Researcher chose the experimental design, the officer partial consisting of two experimental and the third officer to achieve the objective of the study. The researcher chose junior Sayyab for Boys in breeding Baghdad Rusafa first, which includes three divisions of the fifth grade literary to conduct the experiment, and the total number of members of the research sample (93) Talibamozein three people, as the number of members of the first experimental group (32 students), which represents Division (b) studied balaqa at Posner way, and the number of members of the experimental group II (31) Taba, which represents Division (c) and studied the material balaqa constructivist learning way, while the third group, which represents the control group, the number of its members (30) students represent Division (a) who has studied balaqa in the usual way. Researcher rewarded the three study groups in several variables, including : chronological age, degrees of Arabic language in the previous year, language ability test, and an IQ test. Having identified the researcher scientific material that will be examined during the trial, which subjects the book of balaqa and application to fifth grade literary and scheduled to be taught for the academic year 2013 - 2014, in the light of the content of these topics coined researcher behavioral objectives of (104) and distributed among the six levels of the domain knowledge to Bloom's Taxonomy, as a promising lesson plans for the three groups in accordance with the course material and the steps each specimen. Two tools of study have included, first test consist from (30) paragraph, spread over three questions, the first is from (18) paragraph of the type of multiple - choice, and second, to be (5) vertebrae of the type of interview (pairing) while the third may be of (7) paragraphs of short answer type. The second tool, which represents the trend towards balaqa, it has a promising researcher himself a barometer of the direction consisted of (30) paragraph characterized by honesty and consistency. The researcher studied the three research groups by himself, and the experiment lasted a whole year, it began and ended 01/10/2013 b b 15/04/2014. At the end of the experiment dish researcher achievement test on Sunday, 04/13/2014, and then applied the scale in the direction of Tuesday, 04.15.2014. To address the data statistically researcher used several methods, including statistical analysis of variance, chi - square (Ca 2), the equation Keodr - Richardon, Pearson correlation coefficient.The study yielded several results including : 1. outweigh the second experimental group students who studied balaqa Bonmozj constructivist learning students on the two experimental groups first studied balaqa Bonmozj Posner, and control group students who studied balaqa in the usual way. 2. outweigh the second experimental group students who studied balaqa Bonmozj constructivist learning on the first experimental group students who studied balaqa BonmozjIn light of this, the researcher put a number of recommendations including : 1 - For Arabic language teachers and teachers on the steps specimen constructivist learning through educational courses or seminars. 2 - increase the number of years of teaching balaqa increase the number of hours scheduled for the teaching of rhetoric in middle school. As a complement to the findings of the current research, and has a development researcher suggests conducting studies including : A. A similar study of the current study in stages and the ranks of another study to identify the impact of this model. B. The aim of research can not be achieving unless formulate the following two zero hypotheses : 1 - There is no difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the average scores of students - teachers in the experimental group who undergone the training program and the average score of the students - teachers who have not undergone the training program in scale of the teaching performance.2 - There is no difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the average scores for the students whom were learned by the training students - teachers and the average score of students whom were learned by the students - teachers who are not undergone the training program in the pivotal thinking test. The community and the sample of the current research limited onstudents - teachers in Babylon University - College of Basic Education ; Science Department ; Branch of Biology (four stage) amounting to (65) students for the academic year 2015 - 2016 A.D. The researcher Droped out students - teachers whom completed the studying in teachers preparing institute their number (5) students the depending on in formation list which distributed for them, the sample of the research was chosen a random (random manner simple drag) of students - teachers and the students distributed randomly into two groups : experimental (undergone the training program) amounting to (30) students - teachers and (29) student - teacher for the controlling group (not undergone the training program) , after drop out one students from the controlling group because he failure in current stage, bringing the number of the sample was (59) a student's - teachers. The researcher equalizing between the two groups of research in the variables : (Intelligence test, the mark for students in test of previous information in general teaching methods , the mark for students in test in general teaching methods in academic year 2014 - 2015 A.D. achievement in the previous ,as well as to some non - experimental variables that could affect the safety of the training program. The community of pupils includes all the fifth - grade pupils primary schools in the General Directorate for Education in the province of Babylon , for the academic year 2015/2016Am.The sample of pupils will selected randomly and non - equivalent in number by the random manner simple drag from the fifth primary pupils for each student - teacher who had been learned by the sample of student - teacher during the application period. except the failure in their grade last year.because for each student - teacher a different number of pupils. so that the number of pupils was (150) pupils in each of experimental and controlling group to became (300) pupils for two groups to apply the test of the pivotal thinking in science subject for the two ( experimental and controlling group) at the end of the application period in the end of the second semester. The training program was built according to three stages : (The planning ( input ) ,the implementation (operation),and evaluation(output) stages). And then display his image on the initial group of arbitrators to check it before we start applying it and to take advantage of the notes are and make the necessary adjustments to it, as was the training program prepared to teach thinking skills applied students - teachers (experimental group) in the Department of Science rooms at the College of Basic Education - University of Babylon, which are (12) a week, the time of the training session of three hours per week at a rate of 36 hours of training ,the training program were distributed to the students - teachers before starting the implementation of the suggested training program. Regarding research tools ,for the first tool the researcher adopted the (note card ) which prepared by (Makawen , 2009) because it is suitable for the aims of our research which contains (53) items distributed into three areas ( planning , implementation and evaluation) with fifth estimate the researcher doing some changes contain (10) items in order to make it a suitable for teaching the thinking skills, and the second tool was the pivotal thinking test of essay type which was contains (38) items in a final shape.Then the researcher determined the psychometric characteristics for it. The researcher used the following statistical tools : ( t - Test , Chi - square, Pearson correlation coefficient , alpha - Cronbach equation ,equation of difficulty and discrimination paragraphs coefficient ,and the impact size equation. After the data statistically analysis ,the results revealed that : 1 - Superiority the students - teachers in the experimental group on the students - teachers in controlling group in teaching performance according to the note card.2 - Superiority of pupils of students - teachers in the experimental group on pupils of students - teachers in controlling group in pivotal thinking test. The researcher put many conclusion about the impact of the suggested training program for learning thinking skills to qualify the teaching performance for students - teachers to giving them the necessary teaching skills for science teaching in terms of their ability to prepare daily lessons , and converted into behavioral patterns of being able to create an effective learning environment encourages teamwork through education process , and contributes to the formation of positive attitudes towards science teaching. The researcher also recommended the need to train of science teachers to learn and teach the topics of thinking and thinking skills either before or during teaching job through training courses to enable them to teach thinking skills to their pupils through their teaching materials which they teach because of its impact in achieving the educational aims of various kinds. For complementing research the researcher suggested doing a similar study to the current study to train science teachers in various disciplines in chemistry , physics and mathematics during teaching job and the statement of its impact on the performance of teaching and pivotal thinking of their pupils at the primary stage and other subsidiary variables because the lack of studies on this subject

Cuniculums of the teachers training institutions play a grate role in graduating the future teachers.It is very important to assess the curriculums of history subject in these institutions (the ai1ns, content, methods of teaching, audio - visual aids other activities) to diagnose the weak and strong points.The importance of this thesis stems from the history subject itself because it illustrates the values for the society and the students.Aims of the study : The study aims at constructing a sample for assessment, of the history curriculum of the teacher training institutions in Iraq, fromdifferent sides : 1 - The aims2 - The content3 - Methodology4 - Audio - visual aids5 - The accompanied activaties Assessment To achieve the aims of this study, the researcher followed the ·following process : 1. Consulting the theoretical parts that are related to the construction of the curriculums and their assessment.2. Consulting some Arabic and foreign previous studies on assessment.The subject of the sample was (50) persons, some of them were the teachers who teach the history and the anthers are the educational supervisors of history. The researcher arise at (149) items which are distributed aver six fields of the sample.To achieve the face validity, the ite1ns are exposed to (20) experts. The agree1nent percentage was (80%). Some changes are done according to the experts' advice then the number of the items becomes ( 119). Then these items are exposed again to ( 15)experis to be put in their final form. The researcher gets a sample for history curriculum assessmentwhich contains ( 119) items as follows : I. The field of history aims (20) items.2. The field of the content ( 18) items.3. The field of audio - visual aids (21) items.4. The field of the accompanied activities (21) items.5. The field ofmethodology (19) items.6. The field of assessment (20) items.According to the obtained results, there 1s a number o conclusions : The six field of the sample fro ms a unified system. No fi ld can assess the curriculum separately.2 - The ideas of the experts are almost similar as far as e assessment of the items are concerned according to Delp tours.The researcher recommends that the sample should be used in diagnosing the weak and strong points in teaching history. e researcher recommends also the following : 1 - The sample should be used in as applied study.2 - To construct a san1ple of curriculum assessment for teachi g history in the teacher's training institutions/ the specializ d stage.To conduct a sitnilar study foe assessing the other curricul m that are taught in teacher training institutions.

Being aware of the new educational developments abroad , the Iraqi educationalists made their attempt to introduce the communicative approach to TEEL classes in Iraq starting with Book I as early as the fifth - year stage of the primary school. Hence , this study aims at evaluating this attempt to show the point of strength and weaknesses of Rafidain English Course for Iraq ( RECI ).Aims of study This study aims at the following : 1 - Constructing a tool for evaluating RECI including the objectives , Content , Methods of teaching , Evaluation , teaching aids and technicalities of the textbook.2 - Applying this tool to show the points of strength and weakness in RECI according to the viewpoints of the RECI teachers. 3 - Identifying the statistically significant differences m the teachers' responses with reference to the variable of experience.Limits of study. The sample of this study is a number of REC! teachers m the governorate Basrah during the academic year ( 2004 - 2005 ). Procedures f study.To carry out the aims of this study, the research worker has constructeda tool of measurement and made many steps as follows : a - A questionnaire has been distributed to arrive the field of the RECI according to the viewpoints of supemisors and specialists of syllabus writing and methods of teaching. The responses of those concerned with the subject under investigation the following fields have been chosen : Objective Methods of teaching, Content. Teaching aids, Accompanying activities, Evaluation, and Technicalities of Textbook writing. b - In the light of the relevant literature , 180 items have been written and distributed over the seven fields mentioned in (a) above.c - The items have been shown to a number of specialists in education , psychology , Counseling , Guidance , and Methods of Teaching English. Three items have been deleted as a result of this step.d - A five - point scale has been development for the pilot study which has \ covered 400 teachers of the both sexes. 108 responses have been found to be worth statistical analysis making use of the mean and standard deviation to arrive at the power of discrimination for each test item with reference to the upper 108 items and lower 108 ones after deleting 21 item which were a failure. Hence , the total number of items under investigation has been limited to 157.100 teachers of both sexes have been given the questionnaire to judge the content validity of the items by applying Pearson's correlation oefficient. Here seven items were deleted technically.f. The 150 - item questionnaire was applied again by giving it to 50 t chers of both sexes a fortnight later. Comparing both responses , the e~earcher arrived at the reliability of 0.928.01 arrive at the second aim , this 150 - item questionnaire was given to 216 a¢hers of both sexes to calculate the item relative significance by applying t 1 : orrect mean and percent weight.By applying Qui Square technique the researcher has proved that there astatistically significant difference between the responses of the two groups of teachers ; namely , those of more experience and those of less experience.The difference is in favour of the former group.In the light of the conclusions arrived at above , the research worker Irecommends the following : 1 - The teaching of REC! should be a task of those graduates of teachers Training Institutes or Colleges of Teachers. 2 - Teachers' awareness of the necessity of covering all the units should be increased though frequent discussion sessions and seminars to prepare learners for the next educational stage.3 - Supervisors and other specialists should attend training courses aboard. 4 - Training teachers of English continuously to master new technicalities such the computer and modern audio - visual aids.5 - Providing sclmol teachers with all basic audio - visual aids. 6 - Encouraging school teachers to have competitions and workshops to transfer the effect of training to wider social situations outside school environment.

Abstract: The present study aims at constructing a valid and reliable scale for 'the measurement of sixth - year elementary school pupils' environmental i awareness. The study is limited to sixth year elementary school pupils both males and females in the province of Basrah. The scale was constructed according to Likeli's method because it gives different I alternatives to pupils so they can choose the most suitable one. In constructing the preliminary version of the scale, the researcher has conducted a questionnaire which was distributed among 80 pupils. Forty males and 40 females of the sixth elementary grade. They were from four schools; two for boys and two for girls. The researcher has obtained some items according to the responses of those pupils. Other items were added according to the review of literature. In addition to the textbook of the sixth elementary grade. The researcher, accordingly, has obtained 87 items which were stated by using suitable and simple words and phrases that fit the status of the pupils. The answer to the items is by choosing yes or no.The face validity of the scale was achieved by giving the scale to 13 referees specialized in education, psychology and other disciplines. After considering their comments in about 75% and more, 38 items were excluded while 49 remained for the agreement of those referees on them. After some modifications like blending and changing, the final result was 52 items.Then, the items were given to a language advisor to make sure of their grammaticality. In order to make sure of the instructions for the responses, the scale was administered to a random sample of 80 pupils of both sexes. lt ''as found that all the items were clear to them. The scale then was administered to a random sample of 445 pupils who represent the subjects of the study to check the distinguishing power of the items. Forty - five answer sheets were excluded because the responses were not complete. That's \vhy only 400 sheets were subjecJed to statistical analysis. The scores were arranged from the highest score to the lowest. 27% of the highest scores and 27% of the lowest scores were tested. The scores of the highest group were between 51 and 52. The scores of the lowest group were between 7 and 43. The t - test was used to measure the significant difference between the two groups. The SPSS was used. The items were measured at a level of significance which is 0.05. The t value of the items of the scale was between 3.483 and 13.395 and they are all higher than the t critical value which is 1.99 at a degree of freedom 107 and a level of significance 0.05.Thus, the scale still consists of 52 items.The reliability of the scale was measured by the test and retes~ technique. It was given to a sample of 40 male and female pupils of th sixth grade elementary school in the centre of Basrash. After 14 days, the.scale was given to the same sample and the reliability value was 0.603 which a suitable reliability value. When counting the standard error of the scale, it was found 0.120 that is a marginal one because of the reliable value of the scale.The study has arrived at constructing a scale for the measurement of the environmental awareness in sixth - year elementary school pupils according Likert's method. This scale is valid and reliable. It consists of 52 items which are answered by either yes or no. One core goes to the answer by yes and nil goes to the answer by no. The final score represents the total of the alternatives of all the items. The researcher has arrived at certain recommendations and suggestions. The result of the study could be useful for the treatment of the environmental problems and the interest in the environmental issues. Environmental education should be added to the items of the curriculum of all the stages. Environment societies and associations should be established. The scale could be applied to the same grade of students but in other different areas of the country. Other scales should be constructed to other grades all over the country.
