He received (the researcher) of the sincerity of the tool through the presentation to a group of experts with competence in the arts and art education and teaching methods, and applied as the final resolution on the sample.To address the statistical data, use the (researcher) Pearson's correlation coefficient to extract the stability, and the Fisher equation to find the unity of the paragraph, as well as the weight percentage to indicate the value of each paragraph of the resolution.The search results were displayed after arranging all the paragraphs according to the degree of severity of the highest degree of unity to the lowest degree of unity. Scenography is a system of aesthetic to itself to the action of performance in manifesting in its techniques even if its interlinked with the system of its connection to the artistic work as the idea and the concept and emitting of meaning and the mechanism of connection. When the researcher was aware of the scenography in sculpting and looked for it. He found that subject is worth studying for master degree in addition to the increasing of the problem. The researcher tried hard to end that or at least to reduce. That process exposed to a lot of transformations that helped in discovering multiple readings Strengthened by a visual speech that gave to the system of theatrical performance new forms and implications. These readings and trans formations had Various concerts, some of their sides exposed to dilemmas, So there was a need to solve them. Based on that, the researcher determined the problem of his research entitled " The Trans formations of Aesthetic Reading for visual speech in Aqeel Mahdi's Plays". The research consists of four chapters : The first chapter includes the problem of the research and the need to moke it (Study and analysis of the transformations of Aesthetic Reading for visual speech in Aqeel Mahdi's Plays). The researcher also determined the goal of his research by revealing the aesthetics of visual speech and its reading trans formation in Aqeel Mahdi's Plays. The importance of the research lies in highlighting unknown sides in the Visuality of the plays. The researcher determined the determinants of his research as follows : Time determinants : All Aqeel Mahdi's Plays presented since the first play till the moment of writing this research - Objective determinants : These are Aqeel Mahdi's Plays that Characterized with the transformations of aesthetic reading for the visual speech. The researcher determined his research terms and defined them, selecting to them procedural definition : "Transformation, Reading visual speech". The Second chapter divided in to four parts : the first one contaned the concept of Visual Speech. It began with a cognitive sequence and mental, artistic and technical analysis, then the researcher dealt with the dilemma of visual speech according to numerous concepts, finally, he dealt with the general concept of finally, he dealt with the general concept of visual speech in the system of theatrical performance. The Second part of the Second chapter was entitled "The Aesthetic of visual lmage" , Firstly the part explained the aesthetic of visual image according to the concept of image culture, then it presented the aesthetics of visual image in theatrical performance according to Some modern theatrical experiments. The third part was about the visual speech with a preface, then it dealt with intellectual and aesthetic complex for visual speech. It also dealt with the elements of visual formation in the play. The final or the fourth part dealt with aesthetic reading in Ageel Mahdi's Plays and with his theatrical experiment on the level of writing, theorizing, direction and what associated with it as aesthetic, philosophical and technical aspects. This part also included the previous studies and indications which produced theortical frame , the most import ant of them are : 1 - Visual Speech has components, the most important of them is image in its meanings and significance associated with searching for keys to decode the symbols of that speech.2 - Place and space regarded as two important elements of formation of visual speech in performance.3 - The most important domain of the philosophical, artistical, intellectual and aesthetic domains that affect the creative system for Aqeel Mahdi's dependend on the pvinciple of Civilizatons dialogue. The third chapter included the procedures of the research containing the research Popucation Methodology and tools of research in addition to research samples in addition to research Samples including the followings : 1 - Performance of "Gorilla" Play.2 - Performance of "Jeanne d'ASrc" Play.3 - Performance of "Bedouin and orientalist Play".4 - Performance of "Ali Al - wardi and his rival Play".5 - Performance of "Cobbler" Play. Some tools used to analyse these samples are as follows : 1 - The theoretical frame and its implications.2 - Photographs.3 - Compact discs "C. The research aimed at : • Designing an educational environment to the history of art class at the artistic education dept. - college of fine arts - university of Baghdad. • Establishing an educational unit to the vocabularies of the class of ancient history of art in Iraq to the students of the third grade at the dept of artistic education - college of fine arts - university of Baghdad. The research includes : • Third grade students at the dept of artistic education, college of fine arts - university of Baghdad• The products of plastic arts in the Mesopotamia and it includes all prehistoric ages : pottery - Hassona, Samarra'a, Halef, and Al Abeed. • The Sumerian age : the cyclic stamps and the art of architecture. • The Acadian age : Sargon head• The Babylonian age : Hamurabi. • The Assyrian age : the winged ox and the wall painting• The modern Babylonian age : Ishtar gate As for the second chapter, it includes the theoretical aspect and the previous studies. The theoretical frame included the following sections : The first : a brief overview to the history of the Mesopotamia and its ancient ages and the most important plastic art. The second : included designing the educational environment and the factors of its successThe third : is related to the artistic education and its relation to the educational environment of the history of art. The section ends with a group of indications. Chapter three also included the research procedures and its approach in addition to specifying the study community, sample, and tools of research. Chapter four included certain results, the most important of which are : • Teaching the history of art class needs an artificial environment to illustrates the concepts of plastic art and the features of expressive figures of the Iraqi thought and its reflections of creative artistic abilities to the artist of the Mesopotamia • The civilization of the Mesopotamia is one of the most sophisticated and ancient civilizations, and the artistic product confirms the supremacy of the Mesopotamian artist who embodied the daily life in the social, religious and heroic military fields of the kings throughout history. • The superiority and creativity of the Mesopotamian artist in his various artistic performance which included sculpture, drawing, ceramics, and architecture.• Studying the history of art is a study of the roots of civilization which is regarded as the first bricks on which the contemporary and future plastic arts were formed. The researcher concluded : • Spaces and walls which surround the student should be filled in the educational environment to overcome the closeness around the student. • The internal space for any educational environment can fulfill this purpose if it was designed in an interesting way and the furniture and the educational means were distributed in a way that stimulates the student's senses. • Establishing a complementary educational environment which tackles the Nile Valley civilization because it is part of the curriculum of the history of art for the third grade at the dept. of art education. • Establishing different educational environments for all art specialties in the colleges and institutes of arts.

Abstract: This search is based on a common truth but missed by those who work in interior designing (ID) field such as historians and theorists, which states that the interior designs of temples and palaces of old civilization of Mesopotamia and the other civilizations that followed are considered as one of the narrative literature media that belongs to this civilized society or that, the truth that is still valid through Evangelical stories narrated by murals painted on churches interiors and the inwrought of Qur'ans stories garnishing interior walls of masjids and Mosques in the present time, as we know, language started as pictures embodying expressions of visual language unveiling meanings and significance, as humanity continued to grow, so did writing by getting its own entity that cannot be explained only by certain group of people, limiting its expressional ability so that wide scope of people won't be able using it, which led it to disappear and losing many of human experiences made by these communities and vanished forever.In accordance with the growth happened in the early and middle of the twentieth century, a group of narrative literature theorists called to use more than one way to convey their literature messages and experiments away from spoken and written form of language to ensure establishing their human experiments, to be understood by more recipients and expanding the audience using these messages with their new implications form, one of their saying was that visual entities have elements qualify them to be communicative language has its own alphabet in accordance with communicative components of this interactive environments, Following this a group of interior and architecture designers, Simultaneously, appeared calling to use the narrative literature as designing style model to produce equable significance interior designs, active in creating designing forms that differs from the traditional basis, one of the most controversial movements is the Deconstruction Movement in architecture and interior designing for this movement pioneers depended on one of narrative literature theorist, in spite of the production of this movement and the ones that are related to this synthesis approach between narrative and designing was either na1ve and limited to lateral metaphors has no intellectual dimensions out of the assimilation or metaphor, or appeared to be very odd cannot be explained even by the experts in criticism of art which led recipients to dislike its interior spaces and communication interrupted between them, that's why it didn't succeed to ensure narrative to be a clearly defined designing approach, with clear elements enough to be used by all those who work in this field for most of this style is subject to inner narrative vision and this limited narrative tools which is inspired from narrative in addition to the difference from designer to another, and incompleteness of designing vision of the sensory language alphabet enabling us to activate narrative as designing approach so can all those who work in designing to adopt it in disseminate ideas and their forward - looking vision concerning subject they embody through materialistic mold, and functional and environmental considerations they work with when designing interior spaces, when analyzing the above said a problem emerged which is (the bsence of designing forms that can be used effectively to reproduce narrative speeches as approach adopted by designer to create modem interior designs), many factors enhanced the importance of the subject most notably is the theorists instructing in interior designing field to improve designing method in way that activate the narrative approaches being one of the interior designing styles followed to achieve interior designs with future aspects in educating interior design practitioners in teaching and in the practical side.This vision came out of this study is based on aiming to describe general rules for readable message in narrative showing the ability to be used in the seen message of interior design. In order to start search it was important to define its methodical terms so that the subjective term appeared through studying Intellectual and technical concepts in narration and ways to employ them as new creation strategies constructing shape formations in modem interior design. Time term in this research defined by the interior design projects done by pioneers of deconstruction movement through the period from 2005 up to 2010. While place term is defined by interior spaces done in In global projects (entertainment and cultural) within the continent of Europe exclusively. Then defining the most important idioms in this research to conclude the first chapter of the thesis (dissertation).According to that early mentioned in this research led to rely on literary studies that pointed many aspects of the concept of narrative that emerged in the form of a theoretical framework consist of two chapters, the first addresses the issue of transforming narration in language and way to read it in interior design and what the narrative structure included such as narrator, narration and addressee and its reflections in interior design. While the second chapter we pointed out the structural foundations of the system of fiction such as character, event, place, time and mechanism with their reflections on the dimensional values in interior design projects. After that we discussed the former studies which discussed same subject of this research which enabled us, supported by what earlier has discussed in theoretical chapters through concluding indicators build on the basis of test tools in procedural chapter and that it represented an achievement for the first phase of the research approach in solving the pro bl em.While second step which is applying concluded theoretical form that has been implicated in the third chapter in which we discussed procedures and steps followed in research on its present form in order to achieve the objectives of the research, starting with the description of the approach adopted in the research which is a descriptive approach as well as the phenomenological approach in the analysis, and identify theresearch community and the election of the sample according to research on several criteria that fit with the goal of research, then we dealt with aspects survey of the building tool by creating survey application tool and check its apparent credibility verifying the validation of the tool by external analysts in the company researcher, so we can measure the relationship between the variables according to the note form for analysis then to discuss the results in the fourth chapter to draw conclusions and the most notably were : • narrative stimulates our minds to clarify our vision of design in internal projects since we are encouraged to confer complexity in our thoughts to activate unexpected innovative solutions achieving the appropriate between vision and the completed design.• Efforts to form and support our designs by the narrative is the same that help the interior space recipient to understand us better and more effectively deliver the visual message to them.And search came out with some of the recommendations, most notably : - • The interior design theorist must take in consideration, when heading towards other fields of knowledge to gain from, defining the limits of concept without leaving them fuzzy and with unknown potentials.• Designers have to embrace the idea of promoting the impression of the interior space nature in harmony with time and place in a way that support the designing event and confers upon it drama in aesthetic and functional performance of interior design.Finally, to pave the way for research in the future indicating the beneficiaries of the research.

That depends on the education policy & stakeholders to clarify the level of assessment of what should be learn &gain. Nevertheless, the level and assessment of quality of education & assessment of teachers is not something absolute. It require multiple criteria’s (dependent and independent variables) that should not always be connected to each others, nor to be placed opposed to what the system mean to achieve (the quality of education & teachers development). Therefore, we must look to the quality standards as a whole in terms of student’s advantage & development including the aspirations of the community. Which depend on the quality of the educational system & the services teachers provided over - time. Thus, the quality of education system as an expression of social aspirations has to be measured each year, and according to the national specific measurements. That must be designed in line with international education standards. Therefore, it’s argued that the measurement stage and the formulation of teacher’s development criteria to keep in mind the input and output of the educational system is the must.Its suggested that the criteria to measure the service of teachers and its outputs must be known to everyone, whether to the professional level in the departments of education, the local grassroots (the student’s parents), the teachers & the students. In this context Iraq is not exception it must put itself in comparison of regional and global education assessment system. Towards that end, this study suggested that the education’ managers & the teachers can modify the system according to students need & future challenges. Therefore, the importance of education’ managers, the teachers, the intellectuals, the students participation in the process of laying the standards of education is important. Including the education ministries who are responsible for setting priorities & quality of education, and what must be measured for the education system & teachers is necessary.Therefore, this study focuses on the application of quality standards to evaluate the performance of the teacher in Iraq’s secondary schools, thus, this study’ aims & objectives are : 1. To prepare a list of criteria to evaluate the performance of Iraq’s teachers of art in the light of international standards.2. To evaluate the performance of Iraq’s technical teachers & their standards of quality in education.For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study the researcher prepared a list of criteria according to the international measurement to evaluate the performance of educational institutions practices in the Arabs, European and other countries. Moreover, 140 samples were selected from the schools community including principals and teachers of art education, who belong to the secondary schools under the directorate general for education in Diyala city.For the purpose of achieving the results the researcher used the statistical methods of Fisher, and concludes : 1. The assessment of teachers, ability and value of work is highly important.2. The ability of teachers to participate & develop education system is the most.On the line of the above result it’s recommended that : • Teachers’ training to curry technical self - assessment is important & Promote a culture of quality appropriate for the quality of the teaching needs.• Provide teacher’s program of art education base in Iraqi universities & colleges to keep pace with contemporary developments in the field of teacher worldwide & Conduct an evaluation study of the artistic education curriculum in accordance with the standards of overall quality.

Abstract: Conceptual learning is considered one of the present time achievements. For this purpose, many models and strategies are proposed to teach concepts. The educationalists are faced with the problem forming the misunderstood concepts of the individual basic knowledge. There fore the need arises to identify and determine these concepts. Many Arab and foreign studies have identified these misunderstood concepts and it is shown that many students suffer from such concepts. On this basis, many researches are carried out to change this by using different templates and strategies.The aim of the present research stems from its focus on the misunderstood teaching concepts of the students of art education college of Basis education, relying on the cycling teaching model and posner's concept change model. In this regard, the present research attempts to develop teaching strategies.The research specifies the research problem as follows : Q1/ Are there any misunderstood concepts the learner carries out of experience and keeps them in mind regarding the methods of teaching art education?Q2/ Is there a preference for the model based on the structural theory principles which can change the learner's concepts?The present research aims at : 1 - Identifying the misunderstood concepts of art education teaching syllabus (course) of fourth year students in the department of art education.2 - Showing the effect of cycle teaching model and posner's concept change model as foe as teaching art education is concurred.The research sample consists of 51 male and female of the college of basic education.The procedures of the research are as follows : 1 - The identification phase this identifies the misunderstand concepts in teaching art education.2 - The remedial phase : The use of the models to modify and correc't these concepts.To achieve these aims the research uses a number of statistical tools, coble formulaic, T. test.The research has came up with the following result's : 1 - identifiion phase : The total of misunderstood concepts research to 32 concepts out of 60 which constitutes 53 perlent out the total number of the distributed concepts.2 - results of the remedial phase : The students average score who studied art education about the after test with using test (croscal walis) for three group and the students average score who studied art education using the cycling learing model consists of (55,5) with test (man wetny) and the students average score who studied art education using the posner model consists of (57,5) with test (man wetny) average of the control group who studied in the normal way and result of average between group one (studied by learning cycle) and group two (studied by posner) with out any average score.

Further, precious stones play a remarkable part in both the type of design and the value of the ornaments Moreover; metal coloration has its effect in showing the aesthetic aspect of metal, and is used as an element to enhance the impact of the jewelry design.The use of enamel in jewelry coloring has played an important role, and has its stature on both gold and silver jewelry. The study lies in five chapters and deals with both design & techniques of the contemporary jewelry in Iraqi, focusing on the precious metal and gem jewelry. It has two goals : 1 - Identifying the bases used by the designers to create the shapes used in contemporary jewelry design. 2 - Clarifying the techniques employed by contemporary jewelry designers in Iraq.The most important findings of the research are. As for the first goal, it is found that : 1 - Iraqi Contemporary Jewelries are usually made of gold and silver, platinum is not used. 2 - Iraqi designers fall under the impact of cultural and economic factors. 3 - The continuous use of (Mina) in gold and silver jewelry coloring. 4 - the large use of geometrical shapes and designs. 5 - Designers used symbols, especially those derived from religious believe.As for the second goal : 1 - The use of several techniques in the jewelry making such as different types of casting, cutting, wilding, forging, drawing, pressing, rounding, bending, punching, rolling and other modern techniques. 2 - In decorating valuable metals (gold and silver), the designers used the techniques of sanding, perforating and filigree. Samples of research were selected from it in a deliberate manner. The results have been circulating on the society as a whole , the research relied on the sample intentionality by ( % ) consisted of three internal spaces of the medical complexes. It has been chosen for the research because it is differentiated in terms of the use of modern technology at the level of functionality of these spaces. So the three spaces below were chosen as a sample for the research because they share with each other considerations in determining community and differ from each other in terms of interior design , namely : 1. Iraqi Specialist Medical Centre. 2. Dar Es Salaam Medical Center. 3. Razi Medical Center.The fourth chapter has been included on results, the most important are : 1. The non - completion of some of the vertical determinants of top of space,which was resulted to us cacophony of modality in the case of the design which had a negative impact on the achievement of the performance career, as well as giving a clear impression in the negative aesthetic taste which reflects the foolishness of the interior designer.2. The glass material for doors and windows is free from the self - cleaning properties in addition to the fact that it never provides solar protection and acoustic and thermal insulation, while there is an alternative material of glass where these properties are available in it, which contains the NANO technology which led to weakness in achieving functionality and aesthetic.In light of the findings and its discussions has been going out some conclusions : The absence of typical architect in the building complexes body (medical specialist ) led to the emergence of some of the functional and aesthetic problems in most of the complexes.1. The absence of the use of modern materials due to unavailability in the market or difficult to be purchased impacted negatively on the general authority for architectural and interior medical complexes.2. The absence of the role of the interior designer in terminations and specialist furniture in addition to improper distribution of lighting impacted negatively on the aesthetic and functional values of the medical complexes.3. , The absence of the specialists in the selection of materials of the finishes and furniture caused a breach in the colorimetric regulations which led to confusion in achieving the aesthetic aspect of the medical complex.The research ends for submission of proposals and recommendations pertaining to the subject of the study.

Abstract: This research addressed the subjects of simplicity and complexity in brands design structure, because these two styles of simplicity and complexity play an effective and important role in the design of brands in order to attract the largest number of recipients. The problem lies in how to use the styles of simplicity and complexity correctly and without exaggeration to deliver a clear message to the public. Thus, the messages will not be limited to the expression of the benefits of products only, but also calls for believing and trusting the brand for greater impact and effectiveness on the recipients, so the brand design structure is considered one of the problems faced by some companies trying to attract consumers to remember their brand and set it apart from competitors, and hence the researcher has put the following question : How is the simplicity and complexity in brand design structure exemplified? The aim of this research is to reveal the simplicity and complexity in brand design structure. This research focuses on the styles of simplicity and complexity in Ogilvy agency in the United State of America, in the years (2011 - 2012). Chapter two included the following topics : first topic : the concept of simplicity and complexity in art and design, second topic : simplicity and complexity in graphic design, and the third topic : the structure of brand design.The researcher then mentions one previous study (Brand Personality Creation Through Advertising Design), then the research’s procedures were mentioned, which included the research methodology and research population which was world famous brand designs. The study sample was chosen to be fifteen (15) samples consistent with the requirements and nature of the study, the researcher has shown the study’s tool represented by the analysis form which included several aspects and were presented to experts and research committee and based on that, the samples were analyzed. The results were based on the most important analyses, of the most important results : 1) the style of complexity in design is represented by an increase in elements during the suggestion process, as the design becomes crowded by many elements adding beauty and visual appeal denoting the vitality, youth and the spirit of the young because of the multiple shapes and colors and their variety. The multiple colors and vitality in design attractthe viewer’s eyes towards commercial advertisements and more importantly towards the brand.2) Globally, brands care about designing the shape of products, and having a unique identity distinguishing it from competitors in designing their products and keeping their principles of providing the same high quality and continuing in providing the best always, the outer shapes of a product helps remind people of the brand and sticks in their minds, even if a company wanted to change it in the future, it will try conserving the general and main style of the product shape, and changing simple minor things like the shape of the Fanta bottle in sample (4) and the shape of the Audi car in sample (13).And the main points of the conclusions : simplicity and complexity are important in brands design structure, and both are used by global brands, andit depends on the strength and success of the idea by the designer and the useof thoughtfully selected elements and how they are distributed in a way to attract attention. Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى بناء اطر عامة لوضع فلسفة للتربية الجمالية، كان الدافع لها بحث العلاقة التي تجمع بين الجمال والتربية بتعالقاتها، وتواشجاتها المتعددة والعامة؛ وما يعنينا هنا هو ما يخص قسم التربية الفنية تحديدا بوصفه القسم الذي يعد مدرسين للتربية الفن | The research aims to build general frameworks to form a philosophy to aesthetic education , the motive beyond this , searching the relation that combines aesthetics and education with all its various characteristics. What concerns us here is definitely what relates to the aesthetic education department , since it is the department which prepares artistic education teachers who are responsible for their future role concerning the aesthetic education. For all that , the research problem appears to show the negative side of students of artistic education department and their lack to react with post contemporary production in both sides , the artistic and the philosophical ones. This forms a gap which should be faced and tackled by reinforcing the student's philosophical and aesthetic fields ,also, to introduce opinions of post contemporary in its intellectual field. That is beside reinforcing and enriching this field by showing its application in the artistic production , and the way of tasting the aesthetic appearance , and finally criticize and give decision. This happens to form a part of artistic education department performance integrative in the light of knowledge development and present time requirements to achieve a high level of specialization. Therefore the research gives additional knowledge that mix the specializations which compose it , which are also the philosophical educational and aesthetic opinions of the investigated institutions through which the research importance appears as well as what the research introduces of intellectual and aesthetic principles for each philosophy of the four investigated philosophies. Testing the four philosophies was intentional for its implication to intellectual and critical principles , that reinforce post contemporary production readings. The debate with the specialized in the scientific committee - which confirmed the research - has a significant role , that these philosophies are put of the Contemporary German aesthetics which represents the twentieth century philosophy in its speculative stream.The Four Research Aimsa - Limiting the aesthetic education philosophy intellectually ,objectively and functionally.b - Knowing the mechanics of Contemporary German aesthetic thoughtc - Investigating principles and laws that establish to the aesthetic education philosophy according to the philosophy in question , with its intellectual organization and harmony that can be reliable considering as a base for the aesthetic education.d. Suggesting a curriculum for the required aesthetic education.The current research was surrounded with a philosophical framework , limited by the Contemporary aesthetic ( the Neo - Kantianism, phenomenalism , Frankfourt School , Acquisition Theory )This framework extends and penetrates with the artistic education philosophy in a selective manner , lacking in consideration requirements of preparing artistic education teacher , in his turn , Iraqi privacy , time requirements and the academic need to achieve the aesthetic educational philosophy. That what the first chapter included in addition to specifying the important terms that the research title implied : philosophy , education , aesthetic educational philosophy ,and modern German philosophy. The second chapter included four chapters. The first three included the philosophy , education , and aesthetics according to essential nature ,structure and the general directions. the last section included the aesthetic educational philosophy according to the historical roots , meaning , teacher and learner , aims , curriculum , teaching methods and functions of the aesthetic educational philosophy.The third chapter dealt with the Modern German aesthetics. It included four sections containing : Neo - Kantianism, phenomenalism , Frankfourt School , and Acquisition Theory according to structure and aesthetic essence. The researches concluded evidences of the Contemporary German aesthetics. The fourth chapter contained the research procedures which included the research society ,sample , research design , construction of analysis tools and analysing procedures for the artistic samples of post modernity art streams that the researcher chose consisting of fourteen paintings with various styles of Iraqi and Western artists , one painting or more for each direction. The researcher depended on the analytical approach to ensure applying third chapter indicators. He depended on the measuring tools to analyze research sample after checking tool reliability through a group of specialized experts in the fields of criticism forming artistic education. The fifth chapter contained the research results that achieved the first and the second aims of the current research , then , through the achieved aims and indicators of the third chapter as well as the fourth chapter's results. The researcher presented his conclusions that express a vision for the perfect aesthetic educational philosophy in the light of the German Aesthetic for the four philosophies in question. He showed the intermingled points among the intellectual institutions, which form the similar and meeting points or even the overlapped ones. This participates actively in discovering the hidden meaning beyond symbols of post Contemporarity art. At last the researcher suggested some recommendations and suggestions to develop the current research.
