يعد مجلس التعاون الخليجي من افضل التجمعات الاقليمية، واكثرها نجاحا واستقرارا في الوطن العربي، وقد استهدفت هذه الدول منذ بداية تاسيسها عام 1981 بموجب الاتفاقية الاقتصادية الشاملة الموحدة، اصدار العملة الخليجية الموحدة، وفي الواقع العملي تمكنت هذه الدو | The Arabic gulf cooperation cannail consederd are of the best regional assembly and the more successful and more established in the arab world. Those countries, and from their firsit establishment in 1981 and according to the comprehensine united economical arrangements and through the united gulf currency, and in the practical enuvonment ,those countries ware able to fulfill the united maricet as apreface to arrive to the stage of the united monetary. And from this, the importance of the united monitry is appeared ,and the emanate of the united gulf monetary with what the union achieved economical profits to all the members of the council. The aim of this search is to study and analysis the ability of forming the united monetary union by the using of the European monetary system criterions,and the conditions of the place of the perfect currency ,and the extent of its harmony with the council of the arab gulf cooperation countries. And because of the nature of this search.L used the comparatire analystic descriptive style to achiere the aim of this search. this search has succeeded to arrive to numbers of conclusions about the ability of the monetary union ,that because the gulf cooperation council countries collection is aperfect currency place due to the political , economical and social similarity, also because of their geographical relationship. also because of most of the European monetary system criterions needed for establishing the monetary union coordinated with the gulf countries economics ie - spend prices for the gulf currencies has charactnzed with relative stabled compared with American dollor ,and the average of the interest prices are very narrow to each other, the interest price every country is no more than (2%) away from the average of the interest price for all the council countries - and inspite of the differences in inflation rates in the council countrie, during the time of this study , but this is not obstacle toward the monetary union when arranging the financiel and monetary politicates among those countries , also most the gulf countries are not suffered from the foreign debts ,except oman, which coud provide her loans from the other gulf countries which have more moncy. At last ,this study has arrived to acanclusion that it is necessary to lntvaduce anew gulf currency because of the providing of all the conditions and needs of the monetary union , and because of lntradncing of this currency will help these countries to monoge her foragn dealing with acurrenc that they can authorize its prices , and to keep its establishment and may be this currency arrive to the gaided currercies such the awerican dollar

ان التحرر الذي ساد الاقتصاد العالمي تحت مظلة العولمة اتاح للمنشات والافراد نقل وتحويل اموال كبيرة بحرية تامة دون قيود ادارية بين اسواق المال، وبالتالي اتاحت كفاءة تلك الاسواق للعناصر الاجرامية طرق سهلة لغسيل الاموال التي اكتسبوها من العمليات الاجرامية بع | The freedom which prevailed the global economy under the umbrella of globalization has allowed the facilities and personnel transporting and transferring large amounts of money freely and without administrative restrictions among the capital markets. Thus the efficiency of those markets facilitated easy ways for the criminal elements to launder money gained from their criminal operations, away from the eyes of the authorities in some countries. Even it became difficult to distinguish between capital movements that reflect the attempts of their washing, because of the increasing and growing the overlap between financial and commodity markets, the overlap between financial institutions and free access of capitals, in addition to technical updating for these markets, which help in overcoming the illegal money in the legal markets, so it's obvious results had negative effects that affected the economic situation in general and the banking system in particular. This subject had been discussed through four chapters : The first chapter Interested in the methodology of the research that was used and the previous studies dealt with the subject. Chapter two reviewed the theoretical rooting for money laundering operations and their relationship to the hidden economy through three sections. The third chapter dealt with the banking system and money laundering operations, while chapter four came under the title of "selected experiences in the fight against money laundering operations and the clear relationship between them and the banking system", to take care of some selected countries' experiences, in addition to the procedures of some international and regional organizations. The study concluded that the money laundering operations lead to negative economic and social consequences represented in creating an imbalance in the distribution of income in society. In addition to the growing of unemployment problem and lack of social values and bonds, and the subsequent offenses affecting the moral system, as well as prejudice to the dignity of the state and its political system. The study also concluded that banks play an important role in facilitating money laundering operations because they provide a variety of services and speed in the process of transferring funds, in addition to the secret deal that provides the appropriate environment to complete these operations. At the same time, banks play an important role in the fight against money laundering operations through the procedures and regulations of the banking system that considered one of the best ways to eliminate this phenomenon by promoting their role in the application of control and monitoring measures related to money laundering operations. The study found that the fight against this phenomenon requires subjecting the banks to specific commitments, leading to a limitation of money laundering operations, detection of those involved, and the confiscation of money which are instead of. Fight against money laundering must also be done through ways and methods commensurate with the dangerous of this phenomenon and its implications if they are supported with legal and clear legislations, specifying those acts that generate such operations. Besides, it should put controls on the application of banking secrecy principle, and the development of exceptions to this principle in case of occurring strong suspicions and clear indications on the existence of money laundering, and should promote the international cooperation to combat this processes and make the most utilization of the experiences of some developed countries that achieved impressive results in this field, as well as raising the banking awareness by raising the efficiency of banking staff through the establishment of intensive training courses in the field of combating money laundering at home and abroad, and greater coordination between banks in the exchange of information and experiences in the fight against laundering funds.

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى تحديد دور ابعاد التوجه الاستراتيجي في تعزيز الابداع الاداري. حيث يمثل التوجه الاستراتيجي الاسلوب الذي تنتهجه المنظمات لمواجهة التحديات البيئية المستمرة، بما يحمله من افاق مستقبلية قادرة على النهوض بالافكار والرؤى الابداعية. ل | The Present study aims to determine the role of the dimensions of strategic orientation in the promotion of management innovation. Where is the strategic orientation of the method applied by organization to address environmental challengers continued, including magnitude of the future prospects capable of promoting the ideas and innovation visions. Therefore sought a researcher in this study to recruit these subjects in one study in an attempt to study the correlation effect between them, and given the failure of subjects in one study in the Iraqi environment, and based upon study attempts to answer a number of research questions in the light of theoretical frameworks and field, namely : 1. Does the administrative leadership of the study sample an idea about the nature and dimensions of strategic orientation ? 2. Does the administrative leadership of the study sample to imagine the concept of management innovation ? 3. Do you contribute to the strategic orientation of the organization discussed in the promotion of management innovation in ? 4. Do you realize the importance of administrative leadership role in shaping the strategic orientation ? 5. Are you seeking administrative leadership in the organization researched the support and adoption of management innovation ? 6. Is there a correlation between morale and the impact of the dimensions of strategic orientation and dimensions of management innovation ? 7. Do you vary the impact of strategic orientation in terms of dimensions in management innovation ? As well as determine their relevance and objectives of the diagnosis and determine the relationship between the dimensions of the impact the strategic orientation and management innovation, a hypothetical scheme is proposed for consideration, contains the variables related to the topic which have been formulated on the basis of a set of hypotheses and of the following : 1. No significant correlation between the moral dimensions of the strategic orientation and management innovation. 2. No significant effect of the dimensions of strategic orientation in innovation management. 3. Vary in terms of the impact of the strategic orientation of the administrative dimensions of management innovation. In order to reach the final results to validate the assumptions mentioned above, the current study, using descriptive analytical method, and dependence at a range of methods and tools to collect data and information, which is the basis of the questionnaire as the Chairperson of the data and information collection, as well as statistical methods. Depending on the findings of the study has concluded that a set of proposals including : 1. Imposes a theoretical and practical reality that the organization researched the process of extrapolation of a comprehensive and continuous for the Environment and Thalilleha, the aim of formulating proactive strategies enhances the ability in the face of competitive challenges. 2. Paying attention to the organization researched the skills of the their workforce their development, which requires planning for future permanent their need through the formulation of a strategic vision set tracks the organization s work in its strategic orientation. 3. The need to establish training courses and intensive for managers and employees in the organization researched in various disciplines, for the purpose of enhancing their knowledge, experience and skills. 4. Should be considered and the expansion of the organization s attempts to enter the areas and regional markets and new global order to provide products comparable to international brands in the field of pharmaceutical industries. 5. Researched the need for the Organization to give greater opportunity for managers at all administrative level

The unstable status que of current conditions puts organizations in fronts thoroughly by using high technology, this requires R.E - counting the system of organizations, R.E. - decreasing the numbers of workers and calling skillful workers, which can push the organization forward. The latest development in business acquired a great role in increasing administrative terminology and planning talent and administrative resources, one of them (Talent management), therefore, switching from classical into modern organization becomes a serious need, one of the significant terms is the learning organization, which becomes vital in modern administration. Getting knowledge is a significant resource for competitive advantage in order to develop the abilities of those who intends to improve themselves , as a result of the rareness of the field researches that deal with the(talent management processes and the learning organization building requirements) , the current study tries to explore the role of administration of talent management processes in supporting the learning organization building requirements.the researcher set the field of this study in tikreet ,mousul,and Kirkuk universities, in addition he tries to include a theoretical and analytical form from this field. The following points come to from the limit the limitations of study : - 1 - What is the realization level of the university leadership to talent management and learning organization.2 - What is the talent management approaches and dimensions that can be relied on by the researched organization?.3 - What is the relationship and effect between talent management and the learning organization building requirements?4 - Is there a deviation in the effect of talent management in the learning organization building requirements? The research goals are based up on the research points : - 1 - diagnosing the real talent management in the researched universities.2 - Diagnosing the real requirements of learning organization building.3 - Trying to know the nature of the relation and effect of talent management in enhancing the learning organization building requirements.4 - Trying to know the deviation in the effect of talent management in learning organization building? A virtual chart is set to achieve the goals; this chart reflects the correlation relations and effect between the variables of the study which results in presence of a bundle of hypothesis which where proved through using a number of statistical methods which were accumulated through the questionnaire sheets, the sheets show the following : 1 - There is a correlation relation between talent management and the learning organization building requirements, on the level of researched universities.2 - Concerning correlation relation between talent management and the learning organization building requirements was significant, since it reflects the degree of correlation the provision of the requirements of building the learning organization, through the contribution of universities in talent management.3 - factor analysis results show (8) factors include most of variants of the two extents that form new factors express the relative significance adopted by the researched universities for the extents of the study ,the results of factor analysis points (8) factors : talent performance management , awarding creative people, talent attracting , talent retain , knowledge management and empowerment, flexible and strategic vision, creation, management by objectives, learning and development.talent performance management was the first and basic factor in learning organization able to support talent management processes ,which takes part in completing building ,while awarding creative people came secondly , which means its second degree to retain talent and supporting the features of learning organization

تناولت الدراسة الحالية تحليل عمليات ادارة المعرفة واثرها في تعزيز الاداء الاستراتيجي.في عمليات ادارة المعرفة ما يشير الى اليات تحمل معها الافاق النظرية والممكنات التطبيقية لمدخل تحسين الاداء الاستراتيجي للمنظمات الصحية، ولندرة الدراسات التي تناولت عملي | The present study deals with the analysis of the impact of knowledge management processes in the strategic performance ; an analytical study in the health sector of salahaldin , it tries to show a new theoretical framework for the most prominent works introduced by thinkers intellectual and writers in what concerns the alternative of the study as well as the implicational framework for the views of the sample within the society community of the study.In knowledge management processes , there is something that indicates to the automatics that carry with them same of the theoretical horizons and implicational abilities to the part of improving the strategic performance to the healthy systems. because of the scarcity of the studies that tackle knowledge management processes and health performance , we attempt and apply them in the Iraq environment.The researcher tries to cover through his present study , there tow alternatives through a thorough framework in the attempt to study the relativity connectivity and the influence between them , through the answers of the following questions inquiries ; 1 - Does this domain have an idea of knowledge management , its processes ? what are these processes in these hospital ?2 - Is there any clear imagination in the researched health administrations in the sample of the study abut the strategic management performance in the domain of health ?3 - Do knowledge management processes contribute to support the levels of strategic performance in the researched hospitals ?4 - What is the levels of the alternatives of the study represented by knowledge management processes and strategic performance in the researched hospitals ?5 - Is there a connectivity relation and influence with a semantic sense between the alternatives of the study ?Having answered to all these questions , above , hypothetical sample has been put which depicts the nature of the connectivity relation as well as the influence between the knowledge management processes (diagnosis knowledge, generation knowledge, Storage of knowledge, Distribution Knowledge, Application Knowledge) , and strategic performance (Customer satisfaction , the efficiency of internal processes, learning and growth, innovation, developing the environmental health). three main essential hypotheses are resulted. Each one of them includes a group of subsidiary hypotheses. all of them are tested through using a number of statistical means to the data that have been collected from the personals interviews and the interrogation from that are distributed on the sample of the study in the researched hospitals. the present study reaches finally to certain conclusions. the most important of them are ;1 - there is a connectivity relation between the knowledge management processes an strategic performance.2 - there is semantic influence to knowledge management processes an strategic performance.3 - the influence of knowledge management processes differs by semantic dimension in strategic performance.the study finishes with a group of conclusions of the researched organizations as well as introduced suggestions for future researches in knowledge management processes and strategic performance

تناولت في هذه الدراسة تحديد مدى علاقة الارتباط والتاثير لخصائص القيادة التحويلية في مجالات التغيير التنظيمي، عن طريق عرض اطار نظري حديث لابرز ماقدمه الكتاب والمفكرون بشان متغيري الدراسة، فضلا عن اطار عملي تحليلي لاراء عينه مختارة ضمن عينه الدارسة، ولتحقيق | The study examined the extent of the correlation and influence of the characteristics of transformational leadership in the domains of organizational change, By offer to outline the modern theoretical framework with the leading writings and thinkers on the variables of the study, and to achieve this questions have been raised expressed the problem of the study and drafted for questions three major hypotheses branch by hypotheses several subset.Researcher has been tested relationship correlations and effect between the independent variable "characteristics of transformational leadership" and dependent variable "domains of organizational change" in the field of higher education, specifically at the University of Tikrit on a sample of the deans and department heads, researcher used the analytical descriptive analysis to describe the variables of the study and the questionnaire as the main tool for gathering data on side of the field study, distributed to(85) questionnaire recalled to prevent Form (75) have been analyzed by use a group of appropriate statistical techniques for analysis. The study concluded to draw a set of conclusions that would serve the university important : 1 - Enjoy Academic Leadership at the University of Tikrit, the characteristics of transformational leadership of a very good degree. 2 - There is a significant correlation and effect between the characteristics of transformational leadership, namely, (idealized influence, inspirational motivation, Intellectual stimulation, Individullized consideration, and empowerment of employees) and the areas of organizational change in the researched university, and the results of the analysis produced vary in impact of the characteristics of transformational leadership in domains of organizational change, showing human resources in top place in terms of power and influence organizational structure, followed by technology and then came the tasks and process finally. The study recommended a set of recommendations the most important : - 1 - Employment correlation and impact relationship between the characteristics of leadership and domains for organizational change in the formulation of plans of the university and make organizational changes in accordance with this relationship, and the work to strengthen the characteristics of transformational leadership being more effective in support of organizational change in the domains of work for the researched University. 2 - Establish a especially training courses and continuously for deans and department heads at the university in order to enhance their knowledge, experience and skills and develop their leadership characteristics to support successful organizational change, and the necessity to apply the study in production and services organizations, , in a step to reach the diagnosis more comprehensive nature and level of the characteristics of transformational leadership and domains of organizational change situation

The first null hypothesis : - There were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group taught to conform to the form Woods and the level of the control group degrees taught by experimental way to test the acquisition of rhetorical concepts.2.The second null hypothesis : - No statistically significant differences between the experimental group taught to conform to the form Woods and control group taught according to the traditional method of literary taste scale.3.The third null hypothesis : - No statistically significant differences between the pretest and posttest experimental group differences in literary taste scale. The research sample consisted of 60 students from the fifth grade literary chosen by researcher deliberately from Al - Hikmah Secondary School for Boys, (30) students for each group, and then the researcher makes equivalence in a number of variables are (chronological age in months, intelligence, the study level for fathers and mothers, and the pre - test of Literary taste). The experimental group was taught by using (Woods Model) meanwhile the control group was taught by using the normal way, and to implement the research experience, the researcher developed a number of study plans according to (Woods Model) and the normal way. Then, the researcher taught the two groups himself.In order to measure the two Dependent variables, the researcher makes two tests namely : - Acquiring rhetorical concepts test, and this test consists of (15) items, in addition to that, the researcher builds a test to measure the development of literary taste of the kind of multiple - choice test, this test consists of (22) items. The researcher makes sure of their validity and reliability and the statistical analysis of their items (easiness, difficulty and discrimination) and effectiveness of alternatives. After the completion of the experiment, the researcher applies the two tools upon the research sample members of the both (experimental and control groups) and after data collection and analysis, the researcher used the following statistical means : (t - test) for the two samples, (t - test) for two interrelated samples, Chi - square, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of ease and difficulty, discrimination coefficient, and the effectiveness of alternatives.The researcher found the following results : - 1.The presence of a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group and the control group average score in the acquiring rhetorical concepts test, and in favor of the experimental group.2.There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group and the control group average score in the post test of literary taste.3.The presence of a statistically significant difference between the average difference in the scores of the experimental group in the pretest and posttest of literary taste.The researcher concluded that some of the conclusions are : - 1.The use of (Woods Model) has proved its effectiveness, within the limits in which the current research was conducted in acquiring a fifth - grade literary students to the rhetorical concepts in contrast with the traditional method.The researcher recommends some of the recommendations as well as suggestions, including : - Use of this model in the teaching of rhetoric and open courses for teachers' training on how to use and application of modern forms of teaching and a comparison between the model and Woods and other models.

تتميز الحياة الانسانية بانها مليئة بالتغيرات التي يرافقها العديد من المواقف التي تتطلب اتخاذ القرارات وحل المشكلات ويعد حل المشكلات من اكثر اشكال السلوك الانساني تعقيدا واهمية. وهو من اكثر السمات المميزة للانسان عن سائر المخلوقات.ويعد مفهوم ستراتيجي | The concept of metacognitive strategies are considered a relatively recent concept, which had attracted great interest in theoretical and applied in the field of learning and considered one of the most important kinds of thinking in a letter that control the thinking process which affects the organization of all the other systems where it is to set objectives and take decisions and reaching solve problems by selecting any of the cognitive processes that the goal as the best and this type of thinking in higher levels of thinking and the most complex, It is considered planning as control and operations evaluation, it also contributes significantly to the development of the capacity of individuals to deal with the others thoughts of them and understanding the thinking of others.Human life is characterized as full of changes that have accompanied with many of the situations that require decision - making and Problem - solving is considered as one of the most complex forms of human behavior.It is one of the most distinctive features of the human thin other creatures. Metacognitive strategies thinking learning and training contributes to develop the capacity of individuals in dealing with the attitudes and awareness and the realization of types of behaviors that come from the individual and others as to the understanding of these strategies and their application is required to use techniques and problem - solving , strategies successfully. In addition to more control over thought processes awareness occur to the various aspects of the mental work metacognitive strategies, have a significant impact on successful learning, So confirmed by researches and studies on the importance of student learning to implement these strategies through monitoring and control, and controlling sources of knowledge. Hence the problem of current research in the necessary of using programs for metacognitiv strategies with the students of teacher's preparing institute training and effective utilization to become part of their ways of thinking which is reflected in a positive manner and conduct scientific research and education with children as the means of the transfer of knowledge and positive impact in the patterns of thinking among students as, it will contribute to the actively in the creation of new generations of arranged thinking and effective in solving the problems that face them and able to contribute to keep pace with scientific progress and knowledge. In order to achieve the goal of current research to know the impact of the metacognitiv strategies in problem solving with students of teacher preparing institute and according to the variable of sex the following assumptions were put : 1. There is no noticeable statistical differences between the average degree of the experimental group and control group average score in the post (subsequently) test to test problem - solving (heuristics, generate solutions, strategies)2. There are no noticeable statistical differences between the average degrees of the four groups in the difference between the previously and post tests to test problem - solving (heuristics, generate solutions, strategies).3. There are no noticeable statistical differences between the average degree of the Experimental group of Males and the average degree of the experimental group of females in the post test problems - solving (heuristics , generate solutions, strategies). Basic research sample consisted of (100) Male and female students from fourth classes teacher's preparing institute Experimental and Control are in the province of Kirkuk, they represent four research groups. Half males and half female, four sections ( 25) student female or student for each group was conducted parity between the four groups in the variables (age, intelligence, educational level of parents and previously reasoning test - generating solutions - strategies)Tests have been constructed to solve problems, they are : 1. Reasoning test and the final form is (38) item, apparent honesty and content validity and building have been extracted for it, and extracting reliability, with - test way and is (82%).2. Generate solutions test to be in final form of (15) item have been extracted and apparent validity and content validity and the coefficient constant was calculated in retesting to then reached to (84%) and with way alpha Kron Bach being (82%)3. Test Strategies are being final form of (30) item, and apparent validity and content validity had been extracted and construction, and reliability coefficient was calculated in the method of bringing the half retail to come to (84%) after correction equation of Spearman Brown.These tests were applied previously and re - test on the fourth groups. The two experimental groups, were submitted to the metacognitive strategies in the subject of educational Guidance by two classes per week for ten weeksThen treating the data by using the following statistical methods (Qai square ,te - test, Pearson correlation coefficient, analysis of variance ,and Duncan test for multiple contracting)The Results the research came up with are the following : 1 - The superiority of two experimental tests in test of problem - solving (heuristics - the generation of solutions - strategies)2 - There is no noticeable statistical differences according to the variable of sex (gender) between the two experimental groups.These results reflected the impact of the strategies programs metacognitive strategies in solving problems and in accordance with the results of research the researcher has formulated a set of recommendations, including : 1 - Training courses are conducted to increase capability of the teachers in using metacognitive strategies throw program to train the educational staffs during service.2 - Paying care attention the articles to the teacher's preparing institute used for the scientific subjects that describes the concept of metacognitive strategies and how it is used by teachers and students. Also a set of proposals were put including the following : 1 - Studying the impact of training on metacognitive strategies in educational efficiency of teachers.2 - Studying the impact of the metacognitive strategies in the variables (innovation - scientific thinking - obtainment) with students of Teacher's Institute of both genders.

Because of the importance of water and plant in human life, and the importance of Quran studies in general stylisticity in particular. The study was entitled of water and plant in the Holy Quran - A stylistic study The study comprises an introduction preliminary study and three chapters. The preliminary study falls into two axes : the first - the importance of water and plan in the Holy Quran. The second - The importance of stylistic studies in the Holy Quran. The first chapter deals with the diversity between statement and composition through the metaphoric meanings and the diversity between statement and composition through the mwtaphoric meanings and the deviation of the sentence from its real use. The second chapter deals with the stylistic evidence and the rhetorical jokes found in the study. The third chapter comes to search for the basic rules of the Quranic sound system. Finally, the results of the research came as follows : 1.Water and plant are mentional in about 500 Aias and this affirms the amportance of these two elements in life. 2.The study revealed some matters that are consideretl sure evidence and undisputed proofs that prove the greatness of the creatur - Allah. 3 - The words of water form arate of %8 of water form arate of %62,3, while words of plant at the rate %38,7 the general rate is %8 for the Aias of the Holy Quran. 4 - The stylistic phenomena in the Aias related to water and plant achieved special presence to reveal the artistic and aesthetic sides for the stylestic means that enrich those Aias with various evidence. The thesis falls into two parts ,each part is divided in to two chapters.The first chapter deals with the grammatical evidence in the origins, while the second chapter deals with the grammaticals evidence in the branches. The second part deals with the ((poetic necessity)). It is subdivided in to two sections : the first deals with the grammatical evidence in the origins , while the second deals with the grammatical evidence in the branches. The second part is devoted to the grammatical evidence in words governs other words, the subject and the object. It is divided in to three chapters. The first deals with the nominative.the second deals with the accusative and the third deals with the subsequents All this is preceded by a preface and an introduction. The preface justifies the choice of this topic and clarifiesthe structure of the thesis.The introduction is divided in to two sections : the first is devoted to the author and his book. While in the second I tried to correct what I could of the mistaken that had distorted the book. The thesis is concludid with a summary of the most important findings of the study such as the excessive use of evidence by AL - Hadydarat for he gives evidence for every opinion a grammatical rule or definition or justification that's why he used about four hundred Quranic reason and a bout three hundred and twenty five lines of verse. AL - Hadydarat is distinguished from his predecessors of grammarians in more than fifty points such as his use of evidence the place and the documintation of the evidence. The thesis is conclded with a list of the sources and references.

Poetry was one of the most important arts of the Arabs because they employed it in all the fields of their life since ancient times till the present. It was their record; full of the tales of their lives, their joys and sadness, their victories and defeats and their habits, conventions and morals … etc. till it became their sacred which kept all the aspects of their life. Conflict was one of the aspects of their Life which characterized their poems‚ especially AL - Sa'alik's (vagabonds') poems where conflict was the dominant feature in their poetry. It attracts the attention of the reader to the extent of this conflict which pervades every aspect of their life.The thesis is divided into an introduction and two chapters. The Introduction tries to explain the meaning of "conflict" linguistically and idiomatically and its types as well as the meaning of sa'laka (vagabondage) linguistically and idiomatically. The chapter, then, tries to explore the reasons of vagabondage and the factors behind its appearance in the lives of al - Sa'alik. These reasons are economic, geographical and psychological as well as some other factors which participated in some way or another in the emergence of these phenomena.Chapter One is devoted to the conflict for survival and it is divided into two sections. The first section is entitled "The Conflict with Natural Forces" and it includes the conflict with the still and the mobile forces‚ the conflict with the unknown (death, aging, time and poverty). The second deals with the conflict with the other individual such as (the threatening killer, the miser, the vagabond and woman) and the conflict with the collective "other" such as (the poet's tribe and the other tribes).Chapter Two is devoted to the study of the self as the focus of the conflict and is divided into two sections. The first one "The Internal Conflict" tackles the conflict within the self, the self - conflict with alienation and the conflict with prison. The second deals with the self's conflict with thoughts and beliefs and is subdivided into sub - sections : the conflict with kings and walis, conflict with jinn and monsters and the conflict with other things such as religion, myth and beliefs. The last part of the thesis is the Conclusion which sums up the findings of the study which can be summed up as follows : the Sa'alik's conflict was diverse and severe which pervaded their psychological, social and political lives and it included even the conflict with natural environment. This had an evident impact on their selves till they were abandoned and neglected by their tribes and by the others and this increased the tension and the internal conflict within their selves which was reflected on their personalities and their way of dealing with every thing round them till their lives became continuous conflict.
