تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى تحديد دور ابعاد التوجه الاستراتيجي في تعزيز الابداع الاداري. حيث يمثل التوجه الاستراتيجي الاسلوب الذي تنتهجه المنظمات لمواجهة التحديات البيئية المستمرة، بما يحمله من افاق مستقبلية قادرة على النهوض بالافكار والرؤى الابداعية. ل | The Present study aims to determine the role of the dimensions of strategic orientation in the promotion of management innovation. Where is the strategic orientation of the method applied by organization to address environmental challengers continued, including magnitude of the future prospects capable of promoting the ideas and innovation visions. Therefore sought a researcher in this study to recruit these subjects in one study in an attempt to study the correlation effect between them, and given the failure of subjects in one study in the Iraqi environment, and based upon study attempts to answer a number of research questions in the light of theoretical frameworks and field, namely : 1. Does the administrative leadership of the study sample an idea about the nature and dimensions of strategic orientation ? 2. Does the administrative leadership of the study sample to imagine the concept of management innovation ? 3. Do you contribute to the strategic orientation of the organization discussed in the promotion of management innovation in ? 4. Do you realize the importance of administrative leadership role in shaping the strategic orientation ? 5. Are you seeking administrative leadership in the organization researched the support and adoption of management innovation ? 6. Is there a correlation between morale and the impact of the dimensions of strategic orientation and dimensions of management innovation ? 7. Do you vary the impact of strategic orientation in terms of dimensions in management innovation ? As well as determine their relevance and objectives of the diagnosis and determine the relationship between the dimensions of the impact the strategic orientation and management innovation, a hypothetical scheme is proposed for consideration, contains the variables related to the topic which have been formulated on the basis of a set of hypotheses and of the following : 1. No significant correlation between the moral dimensions of the strategic orientation and management innovation. 2. No significant effect of the dimensions of strategic orientation in innovation management. 3. Vary in terms of the impact of the strategic orientation of the administrative dimensions of management innovation. In order to reach the final results to validate the assumptions mentioned above, the current study, using descriptive analytical method, and dependence at a range of methods and tools to collect data and information, which is the basis of the questionnaire as the Chairperson of the data and information collection, as well as statistical methods. Depending on the findings of the study has concluded that a set of proposals including : 1. Imposes a theoretical and practical reality that the organization researched the process of extrapolation of a comprehensive and continuous for the Environment and Thalilleha, the aim of formulating proactive strategies enhances the ability in the face of competitive challenges. 2. Paying attention to the organization researched the skills of the their workforce their development, which requires planning for future permanent their need through the formulation of a strategic vision set tracks the organization s work in its strategic orientation. 3. The need to establish training courses and intensive for managers and employees in the organization researched in various disciplines, for the purpose of enhancing their knowledge, experience and skills. 4. Should be considered and the expansion of the organization s attempts to enter the areas and regional markets and new global order to provide products comparable to international brands in the field of pharmaceutical industries. 5. Researched the need for the Organization to give greater opportunity for managers at all administrative level
