Abstract: The aim of the present research was to evaluate the E - Instruction that is used for the computer subject which is applied in a number of Iraqi schools related to the Iraqi Ministry of Education from the viewpoint of the supervisors and teachers in order to diagnose the advantages and disadvantages in the E - Instruction, and give solutions and recommendations that will advance the E - Instruction through answering the following questions : 1 - What is the presence of the objectives for the E - Instruction , when it is applied for the computer subject?2 - What is the type of the E - Instruction, which is applied for the computer subject in the fifth secondary grade?3 - What is the adequacy of the physical aspects for the E - Instruction in the computer subject?4 - How efficient is the use of teachers for the E - Instruction in the computer subject?5 - What is appropriate of the E - Instruction to the level of cognitive development of students in the fifth secondary grade?6 - To what extent is the ability to achieve the goals of computer subject when using the E - Instruction?7 - To what extent is the adoption of computerized content in the computer subject for the fifth secondary grade?8 - What are the main Instruction strategies the E - Instruction that has been in use in the computer subject and the activities associated with it?9 - What are the methods of evaluation used in the computer subject within the E - Instruction?10 - What are the types of questions that are used to evaluate students in the computer subject within the E - Instruction ?11 - What is the availability of appropriate software aspects of the E - Instruction?12 - To what extent the application of e - learning the E - Instruction in the computer subject during the school year?13 - What is the class management techniques used in the application of the E - Instruction?To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used as a population of her research all the teachers who taught the computer subject and engaged in teaching the E - Instruction for the current academic year (2014 - 2015) in Al - Kadsiay (Diwaneya) province as well as all the supervisors who were presence at schools supervising teachers who are teaching in the E - Instruction. The researcher used a descriptive approach in her current research, and in order to prepare a list of items that is essential for the evaluation as a first draft questionnaire, the researcher has depended on previous studies in the field and on the opinions of teachers and supervisors by distributing a two open ended questionnaire each one included a three questions one for the teachers and another one for the supervisors to propose what is suitable to be included in the evaluating questionnaire.The first draft questionnaire content (126) items distributed among (13) fields. The researcher distributed the first draft questionnaire among (16) experts inside and outside Iraqi as well as (7) teachers and supervisors who were expert in the area of Computer Science, curricula and teaching methods, measurement and evaluation, and in educational psychology, then the researcher gave them enough time to check each item and removing or adding what is suitable for the tool to become in its final draft which included (105) items distributed among (13) fields. The researcher applied the questionnaire in its final form among (50) teachers, and (3) supervisors by giving them enough time to answer the questionnaire. Answers were later analyzed statically by using a number of statistical methods such as (mean, standard deviation, Chisquare, (SPSS). It has been found that the sample of the research agreed that the objectives of the E - Instruction have been achieved, according to the views of members of the Search sample. It is built type learning. There is a well availability of physical aspects. The E - Instruction in use is appropriate to the level of student's cognitive development. And It has been found that the sample of the research agree on the achievement of (105) of the evaluating items of the questionnaire.Therefore, based on the findings some recommendations are suggested.

To achieve this goal has been to build a list with dimensions of sustainable development to be included in science textbooks in primary school, after reviewing a number of researches and studies, in order to have a liets of other sustainable development dimension that in cludedsocial, economic and environmental in its first draft which consisted of (63) sub - divided issues divided between the three dimension specialists in curriculum and teaching methods, and thus the menu consisted in its final form (55) sub - issue. Then analyzed the researcher content of science textbooks in the elementary stage in the light of the list that has been built, and included a content analysis of three books by (478) page, and adopted the idea and unit for recording and repetition unit of the census, have been certified for analysis by a random sample of it presented to the arbitrators was carried out and all of them the validity of the analysis, and the use of Holsti equation has been the stability analysis account agreement with analysts outside and with the researcher herself, and the most important findings of the researcher's book Science for grade III primary is the most book addressed to the dimensions of sustainable development, as happened on the percentage (42.04%) of (66 ) again, science book for second grade primary in second place came by (32.48%) of (55) again, while the science book first grade elementary least attention to the dimensions of sustainable development as it happened on the percentage (25.48%) of (40) again. In light of the search results researcher recommended a number of recommendations including : 1. Attention sub - neglected issues and work to be included in science textbooks for the primary stage.2. Building program in accordance with the dimensions of sustainable development for primary school students.The researcher has proposed an update to this study several proposals, including : 1.The need for a teacher's guide includes dimensions of sustainable development, which should seek to reinforce the students.2. Teacher training on the modalities and methods of development dimensions of sustainable development when pupils.

To achieve the goal of research, the researcher prepared Search Tool (classification table) by the adoption of a list of the logical thinking skills after a review of the literatures and previous studies on logical thinking skills and studies on textbook content analysis, were presented to a group of arbitrators and specialists in curriculum and teaching methods and psychology , computer science and the measurement and evaluation, and some specialists from the Iraqi Ministry of Education / Department of computer curriculum, to see their appropriateness for the purpose for which it was developed.3. The researcher has analyzed The content of the curriculum for computer book for grades (I, II) of the intermediate stage and has adopted on the explicit and implicit idea as a unit of recording, and duplicates as a unit for the census.4. It was confirmed the validity of the analysis, by showing sample of analysis The content of the curriculum for computer book for grades (I, II) of the intermediate stage according to logical thinking skills on the arbitrators where they have agreed on the validity of the analysis.5. use of Holsti equation which has been computed the stability analysis by agreement between external analysts and with the researcher itself over time. ?The results showed the use of frequencies and percentages of the following conclusions : 1. Less attention to the skills of (comparison, determine the relations, research, construction, installation, conclusion and proof) where it came a few percentages.4. Negligence Computer's books content of the curriculum for computer book for grades (I, II) of the intermediate stage of the skills (wording of questions, forecasting and identification of errors). ?In light of the search results researcher recommends the following : 1. Taking into accounts the balance in ratios skills of logical thinking content of the curriculum for computer book for grades (I, II) of the intermediate stage in order not to overshadow skill on the other skills.2. Give more attention to the skills of logical thinking, particularly those that received little attention such as skills : comparison, identification of relations, research, installation, conclusion and the proof.3. Building a suggested program on cognitive strategies and meta - cognition in acquisition of studying skills and distant thinking in the subject of methods of teaching for Students of College of Education\Ibn Rushed. 2. Applying the program on third stage students in the Department of Educational and Psychological Studies College Of Education\Ibn Rushed, to measure effectiveness. In order to verify the objective of this study, the researcher adopted the following : 1 - Building a suggested program which is consisted of four pedagogical each one included general objectives, pedagogical means, and cognitive and meta - cognitive strategies for each topic and the pedagogical content, activities and training. 2 - Building a written post - test made up of (80) items after verifying the reliability and constancy after making the necessary statistical analysis. 3 - Building a scale of studying skills made up of (64) items distributed into the five skills (recalling, note writing, time management, reading, reviewing the different scientific skills, testing). The verifying the reliability and constancy was made. 4 - The researcher adopted Gilford test for distant thinking made up of five activities, and was shown to judges and experts. The researcher used a group of the necessary statistical means like Pearson Correlative Coefficient, Chi - square, difficulty coefficient equation, distinguished equation, wrong alternative, t - test for two independent. The Results : the researcher concluded that : 1 - There are statistical differences in the posttest for the experimental group at the level of (0.05)2 - There are statistical differences in the scale of studying skills for only four skills which are (recalling, note writing, reading and reviewing the different scientific skills, testing) for the experimental at the level of (0.05), while there are none between the skills of time management.3 - There are statistical differences in distant thinking at the level of (0.05).

To achieve the aim of the research the following two questions formats : - 1 - What are the Science and technology, society and enviermental issues (S.T.S.E) which included in the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage?2 - What are the Science and technology, society and enviermental issues (S.T.S.E) which supposed to be included in the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage?And to answer the research questions : Related to the first question : - The researcher has depended on previous studies in the field of (S.T.S.E), movement and projects that has contributed to reform of the science curriculum in order to prepare a list of science and technology, society and enviermental issues (S.T.S.E) , the first draft of the issues list consisting of (9) main issues and (69)sub - issues emerged. The researcher distributed the first draft of the list among experts in teaching chemistry, curricula and teaching methods, teachers and supervisors who were expert in the area of teaching chemistry methodsthen the researcher gave them enough time to check each item and removing or adding what is suitable for the tool to become in its final draft which included (9) main issues they are (Air quality and the atmosphere, sustainable development, water security, health and preventive security, mineral resources investment, pollution of various kinds, energy, food industry, production of weapons technology) and from which (70) sub - issues emerge. Then, the researcher analyzed the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage in the academic year (2015 - 2016) depending on the prepared list of the (S.T.S.E), the researcher depended the unit analysis, both (implicit and explicit) and repetition unit of the Census, the stability of the analysis was counted with the agreement of an outlaws analysts and the researcher himself.The researcher used Holisti equation for calculating reliability coefficients values, the results showed by using frequencies and percentages : - 1 - The chemistry books for the preparatory stage achieved ( 35) sub - issues with percentage of (50 % ), and this percentage is not good if we compare it with the criterion percentage that was adopted by the researcher depending on the experts opinions which was ,(70%).2 - Principles of Chemistry book for the first level preparatory class is the most book that gave an attention to the (S.T.S.E) issues with percentage of (65%), and (156) recurrence, but the second preparatory class was the least book that gave an attention to the (S.T.S.E) issues with percentage of (14,17%), and (34) recurrence.3 - health and preventive security issues settled at the first place with percentage of (27,08%), and (65) recurrence in the chemistry books for the preparatory stage, While the production of weapons technology issues settled on the last place and did not get any recurrence. 4 - The - sub - issue (the role of the chemical elements in nature) had the biggest number of recurrence which was (31), and settled at the first place, while many sub - issues did not get any repetitions.Respecting the second question : - The researcher found that most of the sub - issues were not included in the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage , which was included by the researcher within the issues list (S.T.S.E), The researcher finds that it is possible that the chemistry books for the preparatory stage should include the (S.T.S.E) issues in its content , Being a contemporary and important manner commensurate with the size of these issues, taking into account integration and relay and balance specially the main issues (mineral resources investment, food industry, production of weapons technology ) , which the current study had talked about it the knowledge of the researcher. Even though, the first issues took the third place, and the second issues was in the fourth place, but the third issue did not get any recurrence, which means the absence of balance and integration, related to the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage.In the light of the findings, the researcher came out with several recommendations, they are : - 1 - Including chemistry books for the preparatory stage with main and sub - main issues of the (S.T.S.E) issues that have not been included. 2 - Drawing the attention of specialists to reform science curriculum especially chemistry curricula, as one of the important modern attitudes in the scientific education.3 - Involving people who are interested in environmental education and specialists in the field of environment within special committees for plan science curriculum and specially chemistry curriculum. Complementing the current search the researcher suggested to conducting other studies to analyze chemistry books for the other stages, and other subjects such as physics in the light of the same issues.

Abstract: يرمى هذا البحث الى تعرف ( فاعـليـة تصـميم تعليمي ـــ تعلمي باســــتعـمال استراتيجيات الادراك في تحصيل مادة اسس التربية والتفكير عالي الرتبة ).ويمكن تفصيل مرمى البحث الى ما ياتي : 1. بناء تصميم تعليمي - تعلمي باستعمال استراتيجيات الادراك في مادة اسس | This research is to identify the ( The Effectiveness Of Teaching - learning Design by Using perceiving strategies in The Foundations of Education and Thinking of Higher Order Achievement ) It can be summaries the goals as the following : - Construct instruction - learning design by using cognitive strategy in the achievement of basics of education material in the College of Education / Ibn Rushd for Human Sciences. - Identify the effect of instruction - learning design by using cognitive strategies in the achievement of basics of education material in the College of Education / Ibn Rushd for Human Sciences.To achieve the first goal of the research , it has been construct instructional - learning design by using cognitive strategies in the basics of education material by follow the descriptive methodological way. To achieve the second goal of the research , it has been formulate the following null hypotheses : - There is no statistical significant differences at level of ( 0. 05) in the achievement scores between the experimental group that taught basics of education material according to the instructional - learning design and the control group who taught according to the traditional way. - There is no statistical significant differences at level of ( 0. 05) in the achievement scores between the experimental group that taught basics of education material according to the instructional - learning design and the control group who taught according to way of higher order thinking. Accordingly the researcher has been choose the sample of this research from the education and psychology department / first level / morning class from the many in the college of education of Ibn - Rushed of human science , and he choose the experimental design of the partial and post - test design for collecting data. The sample of this study was 68 students for 34 student in each group : - The class A for teaching according to the new way , and class B taught according to the traditional way ; it has been made the equivalence between these groups according to : ( age , IQ , motivation , confidence , and highly rate of thinking ). The researcher has been examine and investigate the range of his aims through the tool of the achievement test, which consists of 40 points , of which 30 was subjective from the type of multiple - choice quarterly alternatives , and 10 points of essay. The researcher has been investigate the validity and reliability coefficient and also the difficulty and discriminatory power as well as on the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives. The researcher has been construct higher grade of thinking test and he confirmed by his sincerity and persistence and the coefficient of difficulty and strength discriminatory. To implement the experiment the researcher has been developed a set of lesson plans for each of the two experimental and control groups , he has been teaching them by himself throughout the duration of the experiment, which began on Monday, 16/11/2016 and ended in 22/ 5/ 2016. After the end of the experiment and the application of the achievement test and the higher - grade thinking test , the researcher has been start collecting the data and then use the statistics process by using t - test for the two independent samples, as it has been to reach the following results : - The experimental group who taught by instructional - learning design being on high level in the achievement in comparison with the control group that they taught by the traditional way. In the light of these statistical data of this research , the researcher present a number of suggestions , recommendations and conclusions

To achieve the goal of the research and testing Vredite researcher prepared a program based on quality standards, Hhat been building these standards by reference IRC literature and previous studies and a number of sources, and presented to a group of experts and arbitrators, and after approval and amendment to the list of criteria has been building program it, where keen researcher the availability of these standards in all components of the program, and the researcher presented research tools attached to the experts with a list of criteria has been building tool in the light to ensure the availability of these standards in the tool. In order to arrive to search results researcher prepared tools were first achievement test be of 40 items, including (30) objective paragraph, of the type of multiple - choice quartet alternatives and (10) specific answer paragraphs essay, was a researcher achieved his sincerity and characteristics psychometric as well as the persistence The second tool was the test of critical thinking California Skills (2000) where he consulted a researcher with jurisdiction over the measure critical thinking skills, most experts agreed that the validity and relevance of this measure for the current search consisting of (34) quad alternatives paragraph, one of these alternatives is the correct answer, The researcher also made of sincerity and persistence, but the experiment researcher developed a set of lesson plans for each strategy Strategies proposed in the program. The researcher has taught two sets of search itself along the duration of the experiment, which lasted 20 weeks where I started on 25/12/2013 until 19/05/2014, and after the end of the experiment and application tools researcher data were collected and analyzed statistically using samples t - test (t - test) The equation for the size of the impact statement effectiveness of the program and the results showed the following : 1. Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة اثر استراتيجية دينز في اكتساب المفاهيم العلمية لدى تلميذات الصف الرابع الابتدائي في مادة العلوم، وذلك بالتحقق من الفرضية الاتية : ? لايوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0، 05) بين متوسط درجات تلميذات المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي | This research aims at investigating the impact of Deenz’s strategy in acquiring the scientific concepts by the female students of the fourth primary class in (Science) through checking the following hypothesis : There is no difference of a statistical indication at the level (0.05) between the average of scores of the female students in the experimental group who have studied by using Deenz’s strategy in acquiring the scientific concepts in (Science), and the average of scores of the female students in the controlling group who have studied by using the traditional approach for the same topic in acquiring the scientific concepts. The researcher depends on the experimental design of two equivalent groups that have dimensional test. According to this design, a sample has been chosen - the sample consists of female students of the fourth primary class from (Um Al - Baneen) Primary School for Girls in Baghdad belongs to the Second Karkh Educational Directorate, for the academic year (2015 - 2016) [First Semester]. The sample consists of (98) female students divided equally into two classes, one of them resembles the experimental group, and the second resembles the controlling one. The researcher has chosen section (B) randomly for teaching the scientific concepts by using Deenz’s strategy, and section (A) has been taught the scientific concepts by using the traditional approach. The two groups have been equivalent concerning certain variables : age, scientific achievement in (Science) for the third primary class, the scores of previous achievement test, the scores of intelligence test, the parent’s achievement. The behavioral objectives have been designed as three levels for processes of acquiring the concepts; they are : definition, distinction, and application. The behavioral objectives are (45) and they have been used in writing the lesson plans for teaching relying on the independent variable. The researcher has prepared a test for acquiring the scientific concepts for it is the ‘tool’ of the research. The items of the test are (45) in the light of processes of acquiring the three concepts : definition, distinction, and application. The validity of the test has been checked, and even its reliability and the power to discriminate, the difficult level of its items, and the effectiveness of its variables have been checked. After ending the research experiment, the test of acquiring the scientific concepts has been applied for the female students of both (experimental and controlling) groups. Moreover, a statistical treatment for the data has been implemented by using the (t - test) for two independent samples. Consequently, the results have shown the excellence of the experimental group - which has been taught the scientific concepts by using Deenz’s Strategy - on the controlling group which has been taught the same concepts but by using the traditional approach. In the light of the results of this study, a number of concluding remarks have been got concerning the results and the related recommendations, and some suggestions have been set for future researches in this aspect.The Title : The Impact of Deenz’s Strategy in Acquiring the Scientific Concepts by the Female Students of the Fourth Primary Class in (Science)

Abstract: Aims of the current research were to evaluate the content of the computer intermediate stage textbooks in Iraq in accordance with the technological literacy and submitting developmental suggestions, through answering the following questions : - What is the percentage for the availability of the technological literacy fields and their standards and the rising indicators in the computer textbooks content that has been decided for the intermediate stage students and adopted by the Ministry of Education / General Directorate of curriculum in the school year (2015 - 2016)? - What are the developmental suggestions for the computer textbooks content that has been decided for the intermediate stage students depending on the standards and the indicators of the technological literacy fields?And in order to check the first aim of the research, the researcher must validate the null hypothesis of the following : - There are no statistical significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the given importance of the five technological literacy fields in terms of results percentages analysis and ratios of the criterion that has been suggested by the specialists.In order to answer the research questions and verify its hypothesis, the researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical approach. The researcher used as a population and sample of her research two of the computer textbooks content that has been decided for the intermediate stage students, they were (the first and second intermediate level textbooks).In order to prepare the first draft of the research tool that content the five technological literacy fields (The Nature of Technology, Technology and Society, Design, Abilities of Technological World, The Designed World) the researcher depended on the international Standards for Technological Literacy : content for the study of technology (STL) which was approved by the International Society for Educational Technology after translating and adapting them according to the Iraqi environment.In addition to an exploratory study on a sample of (20) computer teachers distributed between first Rusafa and second Rusafa by directing an open ended questionnaire included questions to suggest what are the suitable criteria and indicators for each of the technical literacy fields that should be included in the list.The researcher distributed the first draft tool among some experts and gave them enough time to check each item and removing or adding what is suitable for the tool to become in its final draft in order to measure what has been prepared to measure, then the computer textbooks content was analyzed and evaluated according on its light.The researcher prepared a criterion to represent the percentage of these fields related to the academic content based on the viewpoints of specialists in educational and scientific area.Regarding the unit of analysis it has been adopted the unit idea (explicit and implicit) as a unit of analysis, in order to validate the veracity of the analysis after displaying a model of the analysis method on a number of specialists who have experiences in content analysis, as well as confirming the stability analysis by an agreement with the researcher herself and with two of outside analysts ,the reliability was ranging between (87.33% - 96.09%), the acceptable stability of transactions. The researcher used a number of statistical methods such as (percentages, J. Cooper equation to calculate the stability of the content analysis, Chi - square to compare the percentages of the results of the analysis with the proposed arbitrators' specialists' percentages and (SPSS).It has been found that the content of intermediate Computer Textbooks phase did not take into account the technological literacy fields required level axes were not observed, but the interest came about is an irregular and balanced, as well as the omission of Textbooks to a set of criteria and indicators pertaining to technical literacy axes, so the researcher prepared a suggested material include these criteria and indicators after presenting them to a group of specialists in the fields of computers, curricula and methods of teaching science.In light of the results of this research some conclusions have been reached the most important of them are weakness of specialists familiarity and respective personnel to prepare the content of computer Textbooks for the intermediate level by international standards relating to the technical literacy fields, and that the process of distribution of standards among Computer Textbooks content for intermediate stage has wildly irregular.Therefore, based on the findings some recommendations are suggested.The most important of them are guiding and drawing attention of specialists who are in charge of the preparation and development of the computers curricula material in the Ministry of Education to benefit from the suggested material that the researcher has developed in this research by including computers textbooks content the standards of the technical literacy fields that are unavailable in the current textbooks and to keep up with the current developments, moreover, taking into account integral and sequence and balance of Computer textbooks by including the standards of technical literacy fields and indicators.To Complementing and development this research the researcher put some suggestions, including : 1. Conducting a similar research for the preparatory stage to evaluate the computer textbooks according to technical literacy, so specialists and concerned people who are involved in the preparation of the computer textbooks content have complete information.2. Conducting a comparative study between the computer textbooks content in Iraq in a specific school stage, and other countries textbooks according to the technical literacy standards.

The sample consists of (70) female students divided into classes, one of them resembles the experimental group, and the second resembles the controlling one. Each group, in turn, includes (35) female students. Section B has been taught the scientific concepts by using Eshykawa’s strategy, and section (A) has been taught the scientific concepts by using the traditional approach.The two groups have been rewarded by certain variables : age, scientific achievement in (Science) for the fourth primary class, the scores of previous achievement test, the scores of intelligence test, the parent’s achievement. In addition, for adopting the experiment, the researcher has decided (20) basic concepts within the first and second units from the textbook of the fifth primary class. The behavioral objectives have been designed as three levels for processes of acquiring the concepts; they are : definition, distinction, and application. The behavioral objectives are (60) and they have been used in writing the lesson plans for teaching relying on the independent variable.The researcher has prepared a test for acquiring the scientific concepts for it is the ‘tool’ of the research. The items of the test are (60) in the light of processes of acquiring the three concepts : definition, distinction, and application. The validity of the test has been checked, and even its reliability and the power to discriminate, the difficult level of its items, and the effectiveness of its variables have been checked.After ending the research experiment, the test of acquiring the scientific concepts has been applied for the female students of both (experimental and controlling) groups.Moreover, a statistical treatment for the data has been implemented by using the (t - test) for two independent samples. Abstract: The current Research aims to evaluate (Evaluate the performance of Mathematics teacher according to Marzano sample) the Teacher according to his four fields : Strategies and Class Behavior, the preparation and planning for the Class, Criticizing thinking in Teaching, Colleaguesmanship and Proficiency by answering the following questions : 1 - What is the general Level for the Mathematics Teachers Performance for the performing Teaching Skills according to Marzano sample?2 - What is the general Level for the Mathematics Teachers Performance for the performing Teaching Skills according to Marzano sample in each field?3 - What is the general Level for the Mathematics Teachers Performance in each skill of performing Teaching Skills according to Marzano sample ,and according to his fields ?4 - Is there any statistical significance differences in the level of Mathematics Teachers performance of the performing Teaching skills according to Marzono sample due to Gender Variable?5 - Is there any statistical significance differences in the level of Mathematics Teachers performance of the performing Teaching skills according to Marzono sample due to Scientific qualification?6 - Is there any statistical significance differences in the level of Mathematics Teachers performance of the performing Teaching skills according to Marzono sample due to the Educational Experience?In order to achieve the aim of the Research, the researcher did many theoretical procedures groups represented by displaying the theoretical background of the research related with the research variables, and guided with a group of studies related with the Research subject, in addition to the practical and application procedures represented by the following : First : Identify the Scientific community with Mathematics teachers in Wassit Province Center for the Academic year 2013 - 2014, and their number was 490 teacher (male, female) , the choice of research sample was randomly with rate (%20) from the community that includes 98 teacher (female, male), fourteen were Mathematics teachers(male) and 84 mathematics teacher(female), and they are different in Scientific qualification and years of Educational experience.Second : Translate the fields sample of Marzano to Arabic Language, and elicitation the translation truthiness by displaying it to the specialized experts.Third : Display the translated sample on the specialized experts to identify its range of appropriation to evaluate the Mathematics teacher performance, and his appropriation for the Iraqi Educational Environment.Fourth : Prepare Teaching performance skills list according to the Marzano sample indicators for each field of his four fields with its branch elements, and checking truthiness by displaying it on the specialized experts.The experts agreed on 56 Teaching performance skill distributed on these fields.Fifth : The researcher relied on the to evaluate the Mathematics Teacher performance (direct remark) , so he prepared a specific application for this performance. It consisted of two section, the first one includes general information, and the second one includes an evaluation of Mathematics Teachers performance for the Teaching performance skills list that had previously prepared by the Researcher, that formed the content of remark application in its four fields and distributed as the following : Strategies and Class Behavior(36) skill, the preparation and planning for the Class(8) skills, Criticizing thinking in Teaching(5) skills, Colleaguesmanship and Proficiency (7) skills.The researcher identified the performance levels for each skill by using and estimation balance includes five alternatives, and one of them will be used in observing the teacher performance, and these alternatives are(Excellent, very good, good, medium, poor),and every alternative of these alternatives has given a degree between 1 - 5.In order to limit the imminence of evaluating the observant for the Teacher performance, and making the evaluation process more objective, the researcher described the performance level for each skill of the skills that included in the application.After that, It has been investigated the truthiness of tool in the measure of what had prepared for by relying on the apparent truthiness by displaying it for experts, and the construction truthiness by finding the internal constant for the terms of application by using Berson correlation coefficients, then elicit the reliability coefficient for the research tool in two methods, the first one is the Retest, and the second one is Alpha Kronbak equation.The reliability coefficient of the two methods were very good, then the researcher elicited the correction reliability for the notice application, which is called(Agreement between Residents) by using Berson correlation coefficients. The rates of Agreement between the residents were very good.So the tool was produced with final formula to make the final application process with using a group of statistical instruments to reach the results of the Research such as the likely average, primitive test, Unilateral variance analysis and Shefeh Test. The main results of that are : 1 - The performance of Mathematics teacher for the Teaching Skills performance according to Marzano sample in general wasn’t reach to the required level according to the present measurement.2 - The performance of Mathematics teacher in Vocational Colleague manship was accepted in general, and their performance in other fields in thenotice application was substandard , and the criticized thinking field was weaken than these fields in performance.3 - There was no Statistical significance differences on level(0,05) between the Arithmetic's centers for the performance degrees of Mathematics teachers, and the Arithmetic's centers for the performance degrees of Mathematics teachers(females) for the included skills in the notice application.4 - There was a Statistical significance differences on level(0,05) between the Arithmetic's centers for the performance degrees of Mathematics teachers of the included skills in the notice application due to their difference in the Scientific qualification.5 - There was no Statistical significance differences on level(0,05) between the Arithmetic's centers for the performance degrees of Mathematics teachers of the included skills in the notice application due to their difference in the Scientific experience.According to these results, it has reached to a group of recommendations such as : 1 - Relying on teaching performance skills that were identified in the present research of the teachers, and take a benefit in evaluating their performance inteaching the Mathematics material in the Primary stage.2 - The continuous observation of the teacher by their school managers and Educational specialist during the vocational growth in performance and Educational Sufficiency.In order to permanence of the Scientific research, the Researcher proposes to make some studies such as : 1 - Making an Evaluation study discussing the teachers performance of other specialties according to Marzano sample to evaluate the teacher.2 - Making a study that discusses the evaluation of preparing and training programs for Mathematics teachers

Two null hypotheses have been posed : 1) No statistically significant differences on a level of 0.05 of significance between the mean scores of the experimental group acquisition which is taught by the SWOM strategy, and that of the control group which is taught by the conventional strategy. 2) No statistically significant differences on a level of 0.05 of significance between the mean scores of the experimental group which is taught by the SWOM strategy, and that of the control group which is taught by the traditional strategy in divergent thinking. The present study is limited to 2nd year college students, Department of Educational Psychological Sciences at the University of Wasit, morning studies during the academic year 2013 - 2014. the prescribed textbook is Developmental Psychology for the academic year 2013 - 2014. The sample of the present study consists of 70 males and females distributed on two sections, one is set as an experimental group including 35 students, and the second is a control group including 35 students as well. The experimental group is taught by the SWOM strategy, while the control group is taught by the conventional strategy. Internal and external validity of the experimental design has been proved by identifying the variables affecting the two dependent variables. Behavioral objectives have been formulated totalling as 107 and 26 psychological concepts. Lessons plans have been prepared including 62 for the two groups based on two parts with 14 chapters from their prescribed textbook entitles Developmental Psychology for 2nd year. A pre - post test for divergent thinking has been constructed, as well as psychological concept test of 78 items measuring six levels of Bloom's taxonomy of the cognitive domain has been designed. The test includes MCQ items measuring the following processes of psychological concepts' acquisition : identifying the concepts, recognizing the concept, applying the concept. Validity, item difficulty, item discrimination power, and reliability have all been achieved. The divergent thinking test includes 28 subjective items distributed on 7 domains which are : verbal, expressive, correlational, and thinking fluency; spontaneous flexibility, adaptation, and originality. Validity, item difficulty level, item discrimination power, and reliability have all been proved. Suitable statistical methods have been employed such as two - independent samples, t - test used to equalize the two groups and finding out the statistical differences between the two groups. Results show the superiority of the experimental group which is taught by the SWOM strategy in the acquisition of psychological concepts and the divergent thinking tests in Developmental Psychology. In the light of the above results, the researcher arrived at suitable conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions of further studies.

Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى تقويم كتب القراءة العربية للمرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء معايير جودة الكتاب المدرسي، وللتحقق من هدف البحث , تم اعتماد الاجراءات الاتية : اختار الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته واجراءات البحث الحالي وتحقيق اهدافه. شمل مجتمع البحث الحالي مدار | This research aims at evaluating the Arabic Reading Books for the Primary Study in the Light of the Textbook Quality Criteria, and for achieving the objective of the research; the following processes have been adopted : The researcher has chosen the descriptive approach for its suitability for the processes of the current research, and the achievement of its objectives.The sample of the current research includes the primary schools, (male and female) teachers of Arabic Language - who teach the last three primary stages for the academic year 2015 - 2016 in the General Directorate for Education in the province of Wassit - whose number is 2561 (male and female) teachers.The researcher has chosen the questioning sample which includes [60] male and female teachers, [20] teachers for each of the three stages.The sample of the research consists of (600) male and female teachers who represent nearly a rate of (24%) of the whole research society of teachers after excluding the members of the questioning sample, distributed into (200) teachers teaching Arabic Language at the fourth, fifth, and sixth primary stages.The researcher depends on the following when constructing the research : ? Directing an open questionnaire for the members of the questioning sample for collecting a number of items.? Investigating the members' answers in the questioning sample as items (indicators) after excluding some of the similar or repeated ones.On that respect, the researcher has concluded the items of the questionnaire in its initiative form, and it includes seven domains as well as (133) items.After checking the reliability and validity, it becomes consisting of (116) items distributed into seven domains/ The objectives domain has five criteria of 21 indicators, The objectives domain has four criteria of 21 indicators, The activity domain has four criteria of 20 indicators/ The evaluation domain includes three criteria and 11 indicators, The preparation and synthesis domain includes two criteria of seven indicators, and The language of the book, and its production domain includes two criteria with twenty two indicators, and finally, The photos and arts domain includes two criteria of 11 indicators.Moreover, the researcher has stated five alternatives for each indicator for the responding person to choose only one alternative; the alternatives are : The first one is (with a very high degree), the second one is (with a high degree), the third one is (with an intermediate degree), the fourth one is (with a low degree), and the fifth one is (with a very low degree).It is worth mentioning that the researcher has used suitable statistical ways throughout the processes of the research, and data treatment for that he has achieved; they are : Pearson correlation cofficient, Fisher formula, and the percentage weight.The researcher has achieved different and various conclusions, from which he has drawn the following points : 1. The Arabic Reading book for the fourth primary class has been the best one among the three books - the questioning sample of the research - for achieving the accepted level of quality criteria.2. The Arabic Language book of the fifth primary class has not been of an accepted and satisfactory level of having the quality criteria; it has achieved the middle level.3. The Arabic Language book of the sixth primary class has not been of quality criteria except in one of the seven domains.In addition, the researcher has stated the following recommendations : 1. Taking into consideration the scientific and technological development when conducting the Arabic Language Textbooks for the three primary levels.2. Improving the Arabic Language textbooks for the three primary stages and developing them in the light of the achievement of this study along with including the quality criteria.3. Achieving balance between the theoretical and practical aspects of the Arabic Language textbooks for the three primary stages.4. Including topics - that make the students aware of their rights and duties - in the Arabic Language textbooks.Consequently, the researcher has suggested adopting the following studies : 1. An evaluating study for the Arabic Language textbooks for the first three primary stages in the light of the quality criteria.2. An evaluating study for the provisions and Reading Books in the intermediate stage

The application of research represented in two phases : The first stage represented to prepare analysis list of computer book content for the first and second medium grades according to analysis in a form to format(4 - MAT) for McCarthy four styles (imaginative, analytical, logical, dynamic) The total list pointers (53) indicator and then verify ,its validity and reliability where reliability coefficient ranged was (0.94) adopted the percentage of iterations as means of statistical research. while The second phase consisted prepare a Teacher's Guide Questions and activities for the book Computer intermediate stage in a form to format (4 - MAT) for McCarthy to learning styles into account the balance of the four styles in each chapter of two Computer books for middle school classes were defined general and specific objectives of the guide as well as identifying behavioral objectives for content Article three areas (knowledge, skills, emotional) for each chapter of the directory have been verified of its goodness.The results of analysis : - ? Disparity in the distribution of the four styles according to the model of format (4MAT) for McCarthy in the content of Computer book for intermediate school. The order of the four styles of two books was (logical, analytical, dynamic, imaginary) as descending order.? the general percentage to provide every style of learning styles in two computer books for middle first grade was (58.96%, 23.11%, 12.74%, 5.19%) of the styles (logical, analytical, dynamic, imaginative) respectively. ? The general percentage to provide every style of learning styles in the Computer book for middle second grade average was (60.70%, 17.41%, 15.92%, 5.97%) of the styles (logical, analytical, dynamic, imaginative), respectively The occurrences of the four styles in the book first grade average more than duplicates in the second grade.? Sovereignty logical style at all chapters of two computer book for the first and second medium grades, and receiving the first ranked in both books.? Building an educational program on the gradual entrance of sustainable development.2. Know the effectiveness of the tutorial material in the collection of sociology and development of lateral thinking among students fourth grade literature. To achieve the target Find researcher two approaches : the descriptive approach in the construction of educational and experimental approach to identify the effectiveness of the program in the tutorial in the collection of material sociology lateral thinking among students fourth grade literary development adopted.This research was limited to students in the fourth grade literary high schools and prep day for girls in Baghdad's Karkh Directorate of Education / third for the academic year 2015 - 2016. Researcher determined experimentally adopted a partial seizure (the control group) experimental group a posttest. The sample of research (84) female students from the fourth grade in junior high moral victory for girls, by distributors (42) students in the experimental group and 42 students in the control group. The parity between students of the two sets of conducting research in the variables (chronological age measured in months, the educational attainment of the parents, intelligence, lateral thinking, academic achievement in the previous year (2014 - 2015). He studied the researcher herself students two sets of research during the duration of the experiment, which lasted full academic year, and has prepared tools to measure the dependent variables, first was the achievement test which consisted of two questions : The first objective of the multiple choice be (30) paragraph test to measure levels (knowledge, understanding , application) and second pans consists of (20) items to measure the levels (analysis, installation, evaluation) of Bloom's Taxonomy. The second tool was the side test which consisted of (20) paragraph scale Applied the tools at the end of the experiment after it has been verified - khasaisma psychometric, and after analyzing the data using Altaia test for two independent samples (T - test) results showed the following : 1. There is a statistically significant difference between the average level students in the two sets of research achievement test, for the experimental group.2. There is a statistically significant difference between the average level students two sets of research in the development of lateral thinking, for the experimental group. In light of the search results researcher it recommended a number of conclusions and recommendations and proposals.

Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة (اثر انموذجي كوسكروف والسقالات التعليمية في اكتساب مفاهيم علم النفس التربوي والتفكير ما وراء المعرفي لدى طلبة كلية التربية) ولتحقيق هدفي البحث وضعت الباحثة الفرضيتين الصفريتين الاتيتين.1 - لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى | This study aims at investigating (the impact of kowskrof and the education scoffolds models in acquiring the concepts of educational psychology and beyond - knowledge thinking for the students of college of education), and for achieving the two objectives of the research, the researcher has stated the following two zero hypotheses : 1 - There is no difference of a statistical indication between the average of scores of the students in the first empirical group who have studied according to kowskrowf model, and the average of scores of the students in the second empirical group who have studied the same subject but using the educational scoffolds, and the average of scores of the students in the controlling group who have studied by using the traditional approach for the same topic in acquiring the scientific concepts. 2 - There is no difference of a statistical indication between the average of scores of the students in the first empirical group who have studied according to Kowskrowf model, and the average of scores of the students in the second empirical group who have studied the same subject but using the education scoffolds, and the average of scores of the students in the controlling group who have studied by using the traditional approach for the same topic concerning beyond - knowledge thinking. Chapter two includes a theoretical frame of the construction theory, Kowskrowf model, the educational scoffolds model, and beyond - knowledge thinking, while chapter tree includes previous studies and a balance among them. The researcher has relyed on the emoerical design of the partial controlling and the dimensional test as a design for the research. The researcher has intentionally chosen a sample of the second morning class student from Department of Education and psychological sciences at college of Edncation / Al - Mustansiryah University and College of Education/ Ibn Rushd for Humanities at University of Baghdad in the academic year (2015 - 2016) to be a field study for applying the current experiment. The sanple consists of (105) student [male & female] which inclindes empirical and controlling group. Applying the randon drawing way, the researcher has chosen section (B) to represent the first empirical group which has (35) students, and they have studied Educational psychology following the steps of kowskrowf model. While section (A) resemldes the second empirical group which has (35) students who have studied the same subject but following the steps of Educational scoffolds model. Because there is nothird section in the Department of Edncational & psychological sciences/ college of edncation/ Al - Mustansiryah University the researcher intends to choose the third section from the Depontment of Educational & psychological sciences/ Morining studies/ college of Education for Humanities as section (C)to resemble the controlling group which inclndes (35) students (male and female) who have studies the same topic by using the traditional approach. The two groups have equivalent concerning certain wariables : (age, intelligence, beyond - knowledgc thinking, acquiring cencepts). Then she [the researeher] has decided the scientific topic intended to be taught for the second stage students during a whole academic year which consists of (10 - 12) chapters for the Educational psychology for the academic year (215 - 2016). In the light of the content of syllabus, the researcher has designed (189) behavioral objectives covering the three domains (Definition, Distnction, and Application). The reseatcher has made use of the behavioral objectives in designing and writing the lesson plans for each group. Moreover, the researcher has designed of (90) items of objective guestions of the kind multiple choice with four uariables.The psychermetric characteristics of the test have been chected [It is resembled by the face validity, and content validity and its distinction affectbility and complexity and the affectability of the wrony alternatives. On the other have, the researcher has studied the three groups of the study herself, and the experinnent started on Monday (3rd of November, 2014) and it ended on Wednesday (5th May, 2015) which has been applied for the three group of the study, and for treating the data statistically, the researcher has used anova analysis and sheffe test for dimensional comparisous. The study has shown the following results : 1 - The excellence of the students in the first experimented group - who have been taught the Educational Psychiligy by using kowskrowf model - on the students of the second experimental group who have been taught the same subict but by using the educational scoffolds model in acqniring the concepts and beyond - knowledge thinking.2 - The excellence of the students in the first experimental group - who have studied Educational psychology by using kowskrowf model as well as the second experimental group students who have studied the same subject adopting the educational scofolds model - on the students of the controlling group who have studied the same subject by using the traditional approach in acquiring the concepts and beyoud - knowledge thinking.In the light of the results, the researcher has stated the following conclusins and recommendations : The conclusions : 1 - The reliability of the modern teaching models that are derived from the constructing theory and problemsolving strategy in the educational process has a great influence on raising the achievement level and enhancing the thinking skills.2 - Teaching with the use of kowskrowf and Edncational ecofolds models has agneater effect than the traditional approach concerning as for as raising the students' achievement level is concerned.3 - The excellence of the two models is not only limited to the raising of the achievement level in Educational psychology, but also it has contributed in enhanciy beyond - knoulledge thinking skills when compared with the traditional approach.4 - The implementation of the two models steps has motivated the studrnts and inctrased cooperation among them, and participation when compared to the traditional approach.Recommenlations : 1 - The reliability of the teaching model which apply the constructive theory - like kowskrowf & educational scoffolds models in teaching Edsucational psychology and the other subjects as well for what have been found out throght out this study and its great effect on the achienement level and begond - knowledge thinking.2 - Refraining from the traditional ways in teaching Educational psychology and making use of kowskrowf and Educational secoffolds models for they contribute in raising the student's achierement level and beyoud - knowledge thinking.?Suggestions : 1 - Accomplishing a similar study for knowing the impact of kowsrowf and the Edncational scoffolds models in enhancing other kinds of thinking like : the scientific thinking, critical thinking, and the creative thinking.2 - Accomplishing a comparative study between kowskrowf model, Educational scoffolds model and the other teaching models to know the best.3 - Accomplishing a similar study to know the impact of kowskrowf model and Education scoffolds model in acquiring and the achievement of other subjects and the study stages for checking their affectaility.

Abstract: Environmental studies have gained great interest after a great deal of warning by international organizations. The ecological system is a matrix of integrated interactions within a specific environment.To know the properties of each element in this system is very important to keep the balance of.the ecological system and to rationally deal with these elements to avoid any deterioration.,~ Changing the essence of these elements quantitatively and qualitatively leads to a disturbance of relations between the elements of the system which is called the ecological imbalance.Man has played an important role in making ecological problems which lead to the destruction of the environment that decreases the reproducibility of the earth.The population explosion 1s one main factor behind the environmental deterioration so rapidly.Also, the negative aspects of the industrial revolution and the absence of the environmental planning are good factors. Man was able to manipulate nature for his benefit without paying attention to the severe consequences of this maltreatment. In this case education plays a crucial role to correct human behavior and provide him with the necessary skills. Environmental awareness could be a good course in and out of school. Aims of the studyThe study aims at the following : 1. Constructing an environmental awareness scale in the students of the departments of geography in Iraq.2. Applying this scale on the targeted students.3. Whether or not there are statistically significant difference concerning the scale.4. Whether or not there are significant differences according to the 1 sex factor.5. Whether or not there are significant differences according the subjects achievement.6. Whether or not there are significant differences according to the environment variable. 7. Whether or not there are significant differences according to the college variable.Limitations of the study : The study is limited to the follovving : 1. The Sample The sample of the study is represented by the fourth - year students, postgraduate students and some professors of the departments of geography - colleges of Education and Arts in five Iraqi universities. This includes 500 students, 24 postgraduatestudents and /4/ staff members. 2. Tools The researcher has adopted two tools : Questionnaire and interview.3. Validity and Reliabilitv The researcher has adopted the techniques of validity and reliability. As far as reliability, the researcher adopted the split group and test, re - test techniques.4. The final Administration After checking validity and reliability, the final administration was conducted on the main sample of the study which includes : 377 fourth - year students, 24 post - graduate students and 85 staff of the dept. of geography to measure their environmental awareness.A link should be found between science and cause.5. Continuation of environmental information supply should be achieved.6. Films and slides on the problems of the environment should te supplied to achieve a link between theory and practice. 7. The principles of environmental education should be set up from primary classes upwards.The researcher has suggested a similar study on high schobl students and a comparative study between this one and similar studies in some other countries. Abstract: The human thinking remams as one of the scientific exciting subjects, the excitement aspect exists in its inclusion and its, appearance in one integral unit, changeable curing the passing ages. The difference of its, levels among the human society individuals has another aspect of fl' excitement aspects, then, some of thinking styles were unable in some ages, and human mind overthrew them, so they could not stand to the end, but the styles which help the human power to under stand himself and the world around him. So, the education has a basic aim that is the growing of mind in creasing creativity. The human creativity is to bring the genuine of thoughts which there is no one precedes the individual, and these thoughts must have the full serious ness, and the ability offlexibility and solving problems. So, from this aspect, the human interest in creativity came. Whether in advanced states as result to problem of these societies, or to move them to a cultural level, high in regard to the previous level for each nation, through adoption of creation of all humanity. Unhitch problem from the inside of our society and the need to i activate their auto. Power and create its invention power so many of the educators, the specialists call to the care to inventors, the responsible, the 1aspects, and confinnation to the necessity of finding a sufficient references for helping on education and growing of invention to them for they are the nucleus of advancement and rising of home and humanity.The need has became calling to the interest in curricula and developing then, aiming at improvement of thought production during programs, subjects, and devices of education which cause to excitement and : readiness of invention power to reach to a best level of gift. It is necessary to explore these power and improve them through an objective device in order to put the action and answers and knowing the extent of the effect of psychological bases to curricula on such a type of thinking during the building of a device to such psychological bases and their ' j power extinct on creation of this thinking a side from other change that have a clear effect on the intentional thinking.This study is considered as the first, scientific field study, we try to expose the power of thinking of invention and the relation with psychological bases of curricula, whether in Iraq or Arab homeland in respect to the researcher understanding, so, i intended the following research : 1. Building a standard to expose on creatively thinking and its, measure.2. Building a standard to expose on the psychological bases and their measures.3. Finding a relation between the creatively thinking and the psychological bases.4. Knowing on the differences between the in creatively thinking and the sex variant type and the parents learning. As for to achieve the aims of research, the researcher tried to follow i the scientific way building the two devices : the creatively thinkingcriterion, she collected the paragraphs of criterion from the literatures and previous studies which has a relation with creatively thinking, then the number of paragraphs is defined to ( 19) paragraphs with in secondary tests, then the paragraphs are submitted to the committee of experts, and I after modification and jointing, two paragraph is omitted. I Them the criterion is applied to a sample of students of (500) students (male & female) to submit the criterion paragraphs to a statistical analysis, that specific data were prepared for answer. After that, according to the truth in outside quality and to the truth of building and counting the distinctive forces and the internal coordination, as a result of this style, l have excluded (4) paragraphs whether the paragraphs can not enjoyed with a distinctive force or the relation of them is weak in respect to the whole degree then the number of paragraphs, of the creatively thinking standard became (13) paragraph.The second criterion which I have collected its paragraphs during an exploring design open to the secondary school students a side from, the collection of paragraphs of literary studies and the previous one. The researcher have get (40) paragraphs. Putting to them a triple estimated scale (accord to, seldom, accord not to). Then the paragraphs are exposed to a committee of arbitrators who took to amend some paragraphs and remaining on all paragraphs. After that, the criterion was applied to a group of students for the purpose of statistical analysis and counting of the distinctive force in power fainting on distinction or internal coordination. Three paragraphs have been excluded, which participated in power weakences on distinction or internal coo rdination. So, the criterionhas been formed from (37) paragraph. Which are full of demonstrative truth and the truth of building. And for counting the fixation of two criterions, I have depended on the way of test repetition, resulting the two devices became ready to apply.After that, the measure of power on creatively thinking and pyschological bases of curricula by the way of applying two devices on group of ( 400) students (male and female), by using the statistical analysis, the researcher has the following results : 1. There are differences of statistical reference between the average of sample in power criterion on creatively thinking and the thesis average. 2. There are differences of statistical reference between the sample average m the psyschological bases standard of curricula of preparatory stage in respect to their students.There are not differences of statistical reference between creativelythinking and sex.4. There are difference of statistical reference between the creatively thinking and the branch students.5. There are differences of statistical reference between the power on creatively thinking and the parents learning. 6. The necessity to take care of the creators.The most advices that the research wrote : 1. The necessity to take care of the creators and to follow them became the states of our world directed towards the growing of creative education.2. Take care of the curricula, the educational programs and the review of the traditional courses, which depend on, learn by heart and speaking.3. Advising the educators and teachers to give a freedom of thinking to students in education stages and universities. The important suggestions : 1. Make a procedure to identical study support in exposition on.the relation of some variant and features with the power on the creative thinking2. Building a training program aim mg to 1,>row the power of creativity and the help of excitement styles of creative thinking students.
