Abstract: يهدف البحث الى قياس محددات الانفاق العام في العراق وعمان للمدة(1990_2015) وقد تم استخدام انموذج متجه الانحدار الذاتي لتحقيق ذلك , فضلا عن تقسيم البحث الى ثلاثة فصول لغرض تحقيق اهمية البحث والمتمثلة في ان للانفاق العام العديد من الاهداف التي تسعى الدولة الى تحقيقهواذلك عن طريق استخدام كافة الموارد المتاحة لتحقيق المنفعة العامة وتتجلى مشكلة البحث في ان هناك العديد من المحددات التي ترسم حدود الانفاق العام وثم معرفة اكثر تلك المحددات تاثيرا في الانفاق العام, اما فرضية البحث ان للحكومات العديد من الاهداف التي تسعى الى تحقيقها الامر الذي يتطلب زيادة الانفاق العام. ولغرض الوصول الى منهجية البحث استخدمت الباحثة البرامج الاحصائية (Excle_Eviews - q) لغرض تقدير الانموذج القياسي للعوامل المحددة للانفاق العام في بلدي العينة . وقد توصلت الباحثة الى ان هذه المحددات ومنها (الايراد العام ومعدل التضخم وعدد السكان والتغير في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي والانفاق العام لسنوات سابقة ودور الدولة الاقتصادي) تؤثر في حجم الانفاق العام, فضلا عن وجود علاقة طردية تربط تلك المحددات وحجم الانفاق العام في بلدي العينة . كما اوضحت النتائج الاحصائية باستخدام اختبار الاستقرارية احتواء السلاسل الزمنية لمحددات الانفاق العام على جذر الوحدة , حيث استقر التغير في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي ومعدل التضخم ودور الدولة الاقتصادي في المستوى العام. في حين استقر الايراد العام والانفاق العام لسنوات سابقة وعدد السكان في الفرق الاول , فضلا عن ان البحث توصل الى العديد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات . | The research aims to measure the determinants of public expenditure in Iraq and Oman for the period 1990_2015. The self - regression model was used to achieve this, as well as the division of research into three chapters for the purpose of achieving the importance of research, namely that public spending has many objectives that the state seeks to achieve The use of all available resources to achieve public benefit The research problem is that there are many determinants that draw the boundaries of public expenditure and thus know more of these determinants of public spending, the hypothesis of research that governments have many goals that seek to achieve which requires g Public spending.In order to access the research methodology, the researcher used statistical programs (Excle_Eviews - q) to estimate the standard model of the factors determining the public expenditure in the sample countries. The researcher concluded that these determinants (general revenue, inflation rate, population size, change in GDP, public expenditures for previous years and the role of the state of the economy) affect the volume of public expenditure, as well as a direct correlation between these determinants and the size of public expenditure in the sample countries. The statistical results using the stability test showed that the time series of the determinants of public spending on the unit's root were contained. The change in GDP, the inflation rate, and the economic role of the state in the general level were stable. While the general revenue and public expenditure for previous years and the number of population in the first difference, as well as the research reached many conclusions and recommendations

Abstract: Since the discovery of oil in commercial quantities early in the fourth decade of the last century, and its plays a key role in the global arena, whether on the economic, political or social side, as the role of traditional energy sources, such as coal, began to decline in favor of mineral fuels (oil and gas). Industrial countries gradually began to rely on oil to run their industrial machine to increase the growth rates of their economies. On the other hand, by the oil exporting countries, the picture was not different, They also relied on oil revenues to increase the growth rates of their economies. However, what distinguishes the oil market is its instability. It is exposed from time to time to shocks, whether positive or negative, as a strategic commodity for both exporting and consuming countries. The instability in this market involves economic reasons related to the demand for oil And its supply, with geopolitical and security reasons in the nature of those shocks in many times. In a careful look at the world oil prices during the period (1990 - 2015), the duration of the study, we find that the prices ranged between (14 - 99) dollars per barrel, which confirms the depth of shocks to the global oil market in two and a half decades, Not to mention the price shocks that preceded this period, which began since the shock of 1973 and will not end with the shock of 2014. Since the oil is one of the lowest cost of energy resources, the reliability of the economies of the exporting countries remains large. These countries rely heavily on oil to finance their budgets, as well as their high contribution to the gross domestic product of these countries. The rate of contribution of oil revenues to GDP has not decreased in the best natural years, except for the years of the economic sanctions, it was (40%), while the Iraqi budgets were adopted In normal years (90%) at best. Of course that led to impact of fluctuations in oil prices on some of the macroeconomic variables in the Iraqi economy, including (GDP, inflation, unemployment and government expenditure), so this thesis was to analyze and measure the impact of oil price shocks on those macroeconomic variables in the Iraqi economy for the period (1990 - 2015) using quantitative methods (econometrics models) to support hypotheses that have been constructed. The importance of the research stems from the fact that it deals with the impact of oil price shocks on some of the macroeconomic variables in the Iraqi economy.The research aims to achieve the following objectives : - Trying to develop a theoretical and conceptual framework for shocks in the various economic schools starting with the classical and ending with rational expectations. - Explain the importance of oil in the Iraqi economy and the reliability of this economy on oil revenues. - Attempt to link between oil revenues and (GDP, unemployment, inflation and government spending) variables in the Iraqi economy. - Measuring the impact of oil price shocks, quantitatively, in some of macroeconomic variables in the Iraqi economy.research Hypothesis : Based on the importance of oil in the Iraqi economy, and the dependence of this economy on oil as a resource of great importance in its revenues, and due to the significant role in economic growth, we can offer the hypothesis of our research as follows : The negative shocks have affected the variables (GDP, unemployment, inflation, government expenditure) according to the logic of economic theory, that it leads to a decline in GDP and government spending, increase unemployment rates and reduce inflation rates . While positive shocks apply to the logic of economic theory for the variables of unemployment and inflation, but do not apply with the logic of economic theory for the variables of GDP and government spending

Abstract: يهدف البحث الى بيان النجاح اوالاخفاق في اداء البنك المركزي العراقي بعد 2003 عن طريق استخدامه لوسائل وادوات السياسة النقدية الحديثة كمزاد العملة والتسهيلات القائمة ومزاد الحوالات والسندات لما لها من دور كبير في تحقيق الاستقرار النقدي ،وتحديد العوائق التي تقف في طريق تحقيق اهدافه واستخدام النموذج القياسي في تحليل اثر مؤشرات السياسة النقدية والمتمثلة بعرض النقد وسعر الفائدة وسعر الصرف في معدل نمو الناتج المحلي الاجمالي ومعدل التضخم .من اجل الوصول الى هدف البحث فقد تم تقسيمه الى ثلاثة فصول تناول الاول منها البنك المركزي والسياسة النقدية والاستقرار النقدي اما الفصل الثاني فجاء تحت عنوان البنك المركزي العراقي وتطور السياسة النقدية اما الفصل الثالث فتناول قياس اثر ادوات البنك المركزي في تحقيق الاستقرار النقدي في الاقتصاد العراقي (1990 - 2015) واعتمد البحث على فرضية مفادها ان السياسة النقدية التي يقوم بها البنك المركزي العراقي كانت كفيلة بتحقيق حالة الاستقرار النقدي اثناء المدة المدروسة في البحث ، وقد توصل البحث الى استنتاجات اهمها استخدام البنك المركزي لادوات حديثة بالاضافة الى الادوات النقدية التقليدية ساهمت بشكل كبير في تحقيق الاهداف ويتبين من النتائج القياسية ان مؤشرات السياسة النقدية المستخدمة في النموذج القياسي ولكلا المعادلتين لها تاثير كبير في المتغيرات التابعة عندما بلغ (R2) المتمثلة بمعامل التحديد 97% مما يعني ان المتغيرات المستقلة فسرت 97% من المتغيرات التابعة ، وكذلك يتضح ايضا من العلاقة بين المتغيرات المستقلة والمتغيرات التابعة المستخدمة في البحث انها لاتتفق جميعا مع منطق النظرية الاقتصادية يعود سبب ذلك للقرارات غير الصائبة المتخذة في اغلب المجالات ان لم يكن جميعهوااعتماد الناتج المحلي الاجمالي على مصدر يكاد يكون الاوحد للايرادات المتمثل بالقطاع النفطي كبلد ريعي .فالعلاقة بين مؤشرات السياسة النقدية المستخدمة في بحثنا كمتغيرات مستقلة ومعدل نمو الناتج المحلي الاجمالي كمتغير تابع في النموذج القياسي الاول او المعادلة الاولى فنجد ان سعر الصرف لايتفق مع طبيعة النظرية الاقتصادية جاءت هذه النتيجة بسبب التقلبات الحادة التي كان يشهدها سعر الصرف الاجنبي امام الدينار والتي تعمل على تباطؤ عملية النمو الاقتصادي ،كذلك الحال بالنسبة لعرض النقد فالاشارة السالبة تدل على علاقته العكسية مع معدل نمو الناتج المحلي الاجمالي وهذا لايتفق مع منطق النظرية الاقتصادية وان سبب ذلك يعود الى ضعف القطاعات الاقتصادية المنتجة عدا قطاع النفط الذي لايتاثر بعرض النقد وانما يؤثر فيه،اما العلاقة بين مؤشرات السياسة النقدية المستخدمة في بحثنا كمتغيرات مستقلة ومعدل التضخم كالمتغير تابع في النموذج القياسي الثاني نجد ان عرض النقد يرتبط بعلاقة عكسية مع معدل التضخم وهذه النتيجة مخالفة لمنطق النظرية الاقتصادية ، وذلك يعود الى طبيعة الاقتصاد العراقي وهيكل التجارة الخارجية فيه والمتمثلة بالحدود المفتوحة وسياسة الاغراق التي تمارسها العديد من دول العالم تجاه العراق، كذلك سعر الفائدة فالاشارة الموجبة تدل على العلاقة الطردية بينه وبين معدل التضخم وهذا مخالف لمنطق النظرية الاقتصادية الذي يشير الى وجود علاقة عكسية بينهم . وهذا التقلب في سعر الفائدة يبين ان البنك المركزي العراقي كان مقيدا بالقرارات التي تطلقها الحكومة هذا يجعل من سعر الفائدة يمارس تاثيرا طفيفا في السياسة النقدية للبلد .

Abstract: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد تاثير لوجستك التوزيع في رضا الزبون ، ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدت الدراسة لوجستك التوزيع بابعاده المتمثلة بـ ( النقل , المستودعات , ادارة المخزون , معالجة الطلبات ) ورضا الزبون بابعاده المتمثلة بـ ( الاعتمادية , الاستجابة , العناية , الثقة , الملموسية ) . وقد حاولت الدراسة الاجابة عن تساؤلات المشكلة ومن اهمها تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين لوجستك التوزيع ورضا الزبون , مدى تاثير لوجستك التوزيع في رضا الزبون . وقد اجريت الدراسة في الشركة العامة لتوزيع المنتجات النفطية / هياة توزيع الفرات الاوسط / فرع بابل , وتم اعتماد الاستبانة للحصول على البيانات اللازمة وكذلك المقابلات الشخصية ، حيث تم تحليل اراء (63) من العاملين في الشركة الى جانب (90) من الزبائن المتعاملين معها . وقد تم استخدام معامل الارتباط البسيط لقياس علاقات الارتباط بين المتغيرات وكذلك اختبار (Z) لاختبار معنوية هذه العلاقة واختبار (T) لتحديد معنوية معادلة الانحدارالبسيط والمتعدد والتحليل العاملي التوكيدي . وقد سعت الدراسة الى تحقيق مجموعة من الاهداف اهمها تقييم مدى فهم المنظمة المبحوثة لـ ( لوجستك التوزيع ) ومدى تنفيذه وتحديد ابعاد لوجستك التوزيع ورضا الزبون . وقد توصلت الدراسة الى جملة من الاستنتاجات اهمها : 1 - شروع الشركة بالتعاقد مع شركات خاصة للنقل بدلا من الافادة من خطوط الانابيب المت | This study aimed to determine the effect of logistics distribution in customer satisfaction. To achieve this, the study depended on logistics distribution (transportation, warehousing, inventory management and processing orders) and customer satisfaction with its dimensions (reliability, responsiveness, Empathy, Assurance, Tangibility). The study tried to answer on the questions of the problem, the most important of which is to determine the nature of the relationship between logistics distribution and customer satisfaction, the extent of the impact of logistics distribution in customer satisfaction. The study was applied in the General Company for the distribution of petroleum products / Central Euphrates Distribution Authority / Babel Branch. The questionnaire was adopted to obtain the necessary data as well as the personal interviews. The opinions of (63) employees were analyzed in addition to (90) customers. The simple correlation coefficient was used to measure the correlation between the variables as well as the (Z) test for the significance of this relationship and the (T) test to determine the significance of the regression equation. The study has sought to achieve a set of objectives, The most important of which is to assess the extent of the organization's understanding of the logistics and the extent of its implementation, and to identify indicators of logistics distribution and customer satisfaction. The study reached a number of conclusions : 1 - Contracting with private transport companies instead of benefiting from the available and workable pipelines.2 - The size and number of warehouses does not fit with the city's need of oil products.

Abstract: الاقتصاد العراقي شانه شان اغلب اقتصادات البلدان النامية تعرض الى العديد من الاختلالات الاقتصادية وبشكل اكثر حدة منذ مطلع التسعينيات من القرن الماضي وحتى وقتنا الحاضر مما ادى الى فقدانه عوامل الاستقرار الاقتصادي، بفعل الحروب والعقوبات الاقتصادية التي تعرض لها البلد وضعف تعبئة الموارد المحلية، وتزايد الاعتماد على التمويل الخارجي . وتعد مشكلة التشغيل من اخطر المشاكل التي يواجهها الاقتصاد العراقي، وذلك لان طابع التشغيل السائد هو طابع لا انتاجي واثر هذا على عملية التنمية الحقيقية واعاقتها . ومما تقدم فان اول عمل يجب القيام به هو اصلاح نمط التشغيل السائد، وذلك لاتباع العراق نظام تشغيل يعتمد الاعالة والسبب عدم امتلاكه نظام لاعالة البطالة . ولحل هذه المشكلة فان الامر يتطلب التغيير في بيئة اعمال الاقتصاد العراقي والاعتماد على القطاع الخاص واعادة النظر بالقرارات الاقتصادية الخاطئة التي كان لها الدور المؤثر في اغلب التشوهات والازمات التي اصابت الاقتصاد ، ومن هنا تاتي اهمية البحث من الدور الذي يمكن ان يؤديه سعر الصرف في التاثير في الاستخدام من خلال مجموعة من المتغيرات منها (الصادرات ، الاستيرادات ، الايرادات ، النفقات ، ناتج القطاع الصناعي ، الناتج المحلي الاجمالي ، التضخم ) ، ويعد الاستخدام من اهم العوامل الانتاجية وان نتائج العملية الانتاجية تؤول الى اليد العاملة . واستنتج البحث ان دخول اعداد جديدة من العاملين الى سوق العمل بعد بلوغهم سن العمل او تخرجهم من الجامعات والمعاهد وعدم توفر فرص فرص العمل لهم ادى لزيادة معدلات البطالة ، ووجود علاقة قوية بين سعر الصرف والاستخدام من خلال مجموعة من المتغيرات حيث بلغ ال R - squared )0.987348( . واوصى البحث بضرورة دعم وتفعيل قطاعات الزراعة والطاقة والبناء والتشييد والسياحة والارتقاء بالبنى التحتية, لان تفعيل هذه القطاعات سيزيد من مستوى الاستخدام ، بالاضافة الى القيام بتنويع الاقتصاد وذلك من خلال الاستفادة من الايرادات النفطية والاعتماد على القطاعات الرئيسية كالزراعة والصناعة وهذا بدوره سيزيد من مساهمة هذه القطاعات وخاصة السلعية في اجمالي الصادرات , ومن ثم تقليل مخاطر الاعتماد على مادة اولية واحدة في التصدير والتي تخضع للتغيرات الخارجية والتي تحتاج الى ايدي عاملة بصورة اكبر مما يؤدي الى زيادة فرص العمل . | the Iraqi economy, like most of the economies of developing countries exposed to many economic imbalances and more sharply since the early nineties of the last century to the present time, which led to the loss of factors of economic stability, the wars and economic sanctions imposed on Iraq, as well as weak domestic resource mobilization, and increased reliance on external financing, and is a problem Alchg For the most serious problems facing the Iraqi economy, and because the prevailing operating , the nature of the character is not productive and that the real impact on the development process has been held up. The first work to be done is to reform the prevailing mode of operation, for Iraq to have a dependable operating system and a lack of an unemployment support system. To solve this problem, it requires a change in the environment of the Iraqi economy, relying on the private sector and correcting the wrong economic decisions that have had an influential role in most of the distortions and crises that have afflicted the economy. Hence the importance of research on the role that the exchange rate can play in influencing Employment through set of variables (Exports, imports, revenues, expenditures, output of the industrial sector, GDP, inflation), and the Employment of the most important productive factors and the results of the process of production turn to the labor force . Research concluded that the high unemployment in the Iraqi economy during a search, and enter new numbers of workers to the labor market after reaching the age of work or graduate from universities and institutes which did not provide them with jobs, and that increased the unemployment phenomenon ,and the value of R - squared (0.987348) this means there is a strong relationship between the exchange rate and employment. The research recommended the need to support and activate the sectors of agriculture, energy, construction, tourism and upgrading of infrastructure, because the activation of these sectors will increase the level of employment, in addition to the do the diversification of the economy through the use of oil revenue and rely on key sectors such as agriculture and industry which in turn will increase the contribution of these sectors, particularly in commodity exports, and thus reduce the risk of relying on a single raw material exports that are subject to external changes which need more hands, leading to an increase in employment

Abstract: e advantage of the Iraqi economy it's parish because it's dependence on the oil sector which is the main source of financing of the revenue side of the state budget by more than (82%) and constitutes more than (56%) of GDP in light of the decline in other economic sector's, and this dependency has imposed on the economy a feature of instability and volatility towards the crises in oil revenues associated directly oil prices which created a permanent deficit in the state budget and trade balance due to dependence on imports to cover domestic demand for goods and services, and this dependency has made the monetary power (Central Bank of Iraq), face difficulties in controlling monetary policy variables in a manner that ensures the achievement of it's final objectives of which the most important is economic stability and the preservation of the foreign exchange rate and reduce inflation rate due to the directly relationship between oil revenues and money supply through public expenditure which is increasing by increas oil revenues and this expenditure increase the growth rate of money supply more than the GDP growth rate thus raising the general price level(Raising inflation rates) especially in the context of a budget to cover current expenditure (consumption)on the base of reducing investment expenditures .Therefore, this study attached to impact measuring the effw of oscillations in the oil revenues on monetary policy variables . For the duration(1999 - 2015), Due to dependency on the hypothesis that oscillations (Shocks)The oil revenues in both (The positive and negative) contribute to monitoring the course and movement of macro - economic variables in Iraq between the state of stability and economic cycles .And to achieve this hypothesis the structure of the study was divided into three chapters the first one dealt with the theoretical framework of the oil economy and monetary economy and identify the mechanism of measuring Shock.The second dealt with the analysis of economic variables of the Iraqi economy .and the third dealt with economic measurement to the impact of the shock of oil revenues in the variables of monetary policy .The research results reflected the big role which exercised by oil revenue shocks in the Iraqi macroeconomy to the short run and long run .The study recommends the central Bank Iraq must use the monetary policy tools to adjust the growth rates of money supply compatible with GDP growth rates at the lowest cost to sustain the foreign currency reserves .

Abstract: In the oil and gas industry, the crude oil pipelines which made of low carbon steel suffer from internal corrosion. The corrosion operation is originally related with the presence of the wastewater mixed with the crude oil, especially when it is accompanied by hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, elemental sulfur, inorganic salts, organic acids, and bacteria. Corrosion inhibitors injection in the oilfield is a most common and beneficial method for prevention the pipelines internal corrosion. Because of a high cost and toxic nature of the chemical corrosion inhibitors which used presently in oil industry, it is necessary to promote a less expensive and environmentally acceptable inhibitors, natural plants can be treated as a perfect sources for this purpose.This study investigate the internal corrosion of low carbon steel pipelines in fluid environments, as well as prepare and use natural and locally available plant ( the bark of eucalyptus tree) as a natural corrosion inhibitor, and compared the new inhibitor with a chemical inhibitor used by Missan Oil Company (MOC) in terms of the cost, toxicity, availability and performance.Some experiments were achieved to estimate the performance of a new inhibitor, one of these tests include corrosion measurement by simple immersion in crude oil within and without of inhibitors which added in different amounts 30, 40, 50, and 60 ppm , where the best inhibition efficiencies which get when added the inhibitors in a critical amounts or closest to it, since for the aqueous extract (EB - A) the inhibition efficiency reached (94.4) and (86.71)% at 300 and 323K respectively, and for diethyl ether extract (EB - D) reached (82.87) and (84.6)% at 300 and 323K respectively, while the chemical inhibitor (CRW) which used by MOC reach to (84.21) and (88.73)% at 300 and 323K respectively.optical microscopy examination have been conducted to evaluate the corrosion nature where it show a clear difference in the topography of the immersed samples surface after add the inhibitors at two temperatures.Another tests was achieved to evaluate the corrosion behavior such as potentiostatic polarization and open circuit potential tests in wastewater, since the inhibitor efficiency at 313k reached (88.21)% when add a 60ppm from the EB - A inhibitor to the wastewater in Tafel extrapolation, while it reached (74.91)% when add a 30ppm from the EB - D inhibitor.Several tests was achieved such as FT - IR spectra and using a chemical reagents to detection the presence of many active groups and the presence of tannins, phenols and alkaloids in the Eucalyptus Bark (EB).The results show , that the new corrosion inhibitor is not only equivalent to a chemical inhibitor, but have greatly improvement properties such as : high efficiency , low cost , non - toxic , easily to product, and nonpolluting as compared with chemical inhibitor which is considered toxic and cancering inhibitor.

Abstract: One of the most important smart material is the functionally graded materials, which had more increasing attention in different engineering applications.In this study, five - layered stepwise Cu/Al2O3 as functionally graded materials have been prepared from copper powder with five percentage of alumina powder as (5, 10, 20, 30, and 40 Wt%) by using powder metallurgy technique. Mixing of copper (34.32 ?m) and alumina (1.439 ?m) powders for two hours and then several disk sample with dimensions (14mm diameter and 10mm thickness) and cylindrical specimens with (18mm diameter and 27 height) have been compacting at different compacting stresses (550, 650 and 750 MPa). However, sintering of specimens for three hours at 850?C under vacuum about has been achieved.Several physical tests such as porosity, electrical resistance and thermal conductivity, X - ray diffraction, X - ray Fluorescence and Particale size analysis have been achieved. Furthermore, Microstructure and mechanical tests such as hardness, compression, double shear and dry sliding wear have been done for preparing samples from composite and functionally graded material.Numerical modeling using finite element analysis by ANSYS software has been presented for copper/alumina joints and compare with copper/alumina functionally graded materials.From the several experimental results, it is clear that the best compacting pressure was 650 MPa is determined by measuring green density at different compacting pressure, hardness increased with the increasing additive percentage of alumina, hardness resultschange in each layer by producing functionally graded materials (FGM) according to the percentage of the harder constituent (i.e. Al2O3) from 53 to 113 HV at compacting pressure 650 MPa, While the shear strength decreases with alumina increased from 72 MPa for layer one to 28 MPa for layer five at compacting pressure 650 MPa. The Wear rate increases as the time and load is increased. The wear resistance increased with increasing contain of Alumina. Results from the numerical modeling, it is clear that residual thermal stresses gradually decreased from the interface to the edges of functionally graded sample whereas in Copper/Alumina joint there is very high thermal residual stress in the joint interface.

Abstract: Welding is a materials joining process in which two or more parts coalesced at their contacting surfaces by suitable application of heat and/or pressure.The proposed system consist of three stages : - First stage : preparing the actual samples from the previous research. These stage have multi tests (i.e, residual stress, fatigue life, impact energy, hardness and tensile strength) - Second stage : Translated the result of previous stage depending on speed of welding and heat input. The mechanical properties was related to the heat input and the temperature of the processes of welding. The quantity of the heat input was increased when the speed of welding was slow and heat input decrease when the speed of welding was high, this high heat input led to form coarse grain and this led to decrease the mechanical properties.Third stage : generated software system used different types of error measures, this software include two phase, the first phase is to estimate the error between the actual and predicted tests. While the second phase is to verification of the result phase on the person correlation measures, and this phase show high correlation among welding processes. In general these correlation lied from +1. The verification occur base on the measures of confusion matrix, (i.e SSE, MSE, RMSE ,MAPE, MPE and MAE ).The system satisfy the following results (Accuracy equal 84.37%, True positive (TP) equal 86.66 % and Precision equal 96.2% ).

Abstract: Dental fillings is widely used because of good mechanical properties and low cost but also was one of the more fillings topic of discussion and it studied continuously.The objective of this research is studing the effect of the cooling rate on the phases and properties of amalgam. two alloys were prepared by two types of casting (die casting and sand casting) with fixed percentage of tin, copper, silver and zinc for both alloys respectively about (7.5gm, 6.25gm , 10.75gm , 0.5gm).The process done by using an electric furnace in an inert gas atmosphere of argon and alloys thermally treated at a temperature (400C?) for a period of four hours for the purpose of homogenization phases alloys. And then it was studying the microstructure using an optical microscope. And using X - ray diffraction to determine the phases in alloys.The phase evaluation showed that the phases in the amalgam alloy (die alloy) has ? (Ag3Sn) , ? (Cu3Sn), and one other phase ? (Cu6Sn5) and the phases in the amalgam alloy (sand alloy) has ? (Ag3Sn) and ? (Cu3Sn). Then alloys have been converted into powder using a ball mill. The powder was treated thermally output for temperature (100C?) for a period of three hours atmosphere vacuum to remove internal stresses.The amalgam manufactured according to the ADA specification No.1 where he was mixing 0.8gm from each of the mercury and the powder for 30 seconds mined device and then put the dough, resulting in the mold of Teflon and sheds them straining compression amount (14MN / m2) for a period of 85 seconds still stress after that, the sample isextracted from the mold after the half - hour and placed in a glass chamber at a temperature of 37 ± 1C?.Microstructure of the amalgams were studied primarily by x - ray diffraction, optical microscopy.The phase analysis of two amalgams shows two phases; ?1, ?.studied the mechanical properties (tensile, compression, creep, dimensional change, hardness) and the result was that all properties effected with the change of the colling rate.It was conducted two types of corrosion tests are testing the open circuit (OCP) and potentiodynamic polarization in industrial saliva solution at a temperature of 37 ± 1C?.

Abstract: مياه الصرف الصناعي لمصافي النفط الناتجة بصورة رئيسية من عمليات تكرير النفط الخام والصناعات التحويلية، مواد التشحيم والبتروكيماويات الوسيطة. هذه السوائل هي المصدر الرئيسي للتلوث البيئي المائي. تتكون مياه الصرف الصناعي من الزيوت والشحوم والمركبات العضوية ا | Petroleum refinery wastewater originating from petroleum industries primarily resulted in refining crude oil and manufacturing fuels, lubricants and petrochemical intermediates. These effluents are a major source of aquatic environmental pollution. The wastewaters are composed of oil and grease, toxic organic compounds along with many other minerals. In this study, wastewater of Al - Najaf petroleum refinery was used as electrolyte solution in the experiments, and the effect of some variables on the removal of organic material as a pollutant in term of COD were studied. The performance of anodic oxidation represented by COD removal was studied using 1 liter batch - mode parallel plate electrochemical reactor at constant initial COD concentration and fixed agitation speed of 250 rpm with the variation of operating conditions that were expected to have a major effect on process. These variables were : electrodes material (platinum, stainless steel, graphite, PbO2, and carbon felt), current densities (5, 15, 25) mA cm - 2 for carbon felt electrode and (10, 30, 50) mAcm - 2 for other electrodes, pH (4, 7, 10), temperatures (25, 40, and 55)?C and with electrolysis time up to 120 minutes. The results show that the direct anodic oxidation process gave the best COD removal percent of 84.88% and 86.27% at 50 and 25 mA cm - 2 current densities for PbO2 and carbon felt anode materials, respectively. The highest COD removal was predicted at pH 4 and the best temperature at 55?C for all electrode types. The reaction was followed by pseudo first - order kinetics rate. As well, it was studied the effect of current density on the current efficiency, instantaneous current efficiency, energy consumption, charge load with the time and calculated activation energy.

Abstract: التقنية الواعدة التي تستخدم لتعزيز عملية الانتقال الحراري هي باستخدام الموائع النانوية كخيار جيد واستبدالها محل السوائل التقليدية الشائعة. والمبادلات الحرارية هي معدات واسعة التطبيق في كثير من التطبيقات الصناعية المختلفة وبالتالي يكون سلوك وخصائص المائع | The most promising technique that is used to enhance the thermal performance for the heat transfer processes is using the nanofluids as a good choice to replace the conventional fluids. The heat exchangers are the wide range application equipment that is used for different industrial applications and therefore, the properties and the behavior of the fluid media are the main control parameters in equipment design of the heat exchangers. In this work an attempt was made to investigate experimentally the thermal performance of nanofluid which consists of deionized water (DI) as a base fluid and Aluminum oxide (Al2O3) as solid nanoparticles. The investigation includes two parts, the first one is studying the effect of addition of solid nanoparticles to the base fluid on the thermo - physical properties such as density, viscosity and thermal conductivity for different values of the volume fraction of nanoparticles. The second part includes the experimental work studying the effect of the nanoparticles (Al2O3) volume fraction (0.05, 0.1 with base fluid ), heat flux (With three values 7.4W,11W,16.8W) and angle (With two values 90?,45?) with four models (four different type from wicks in heat pipe) to enhance the heat transfer in heat pipe with two cases of transient temperature distribution and steady state. One model is different from the other by using different wicks in a heat pipe in all models. The general results referred to the enhancement of heat transfer rate are represented by increasing the concentration of nanoparticles (Al2O3) volume fraction such as (?=0.1) is better than (?=0, ?=0.05), increasing heat flux such as (16.8W) is better than (7.4W,11W) and an inclination angle such as( 45?) is better than (90?).At the transient state the time to reach to the steady state decreases when the concentration of the nanoparticles (Al2O3) volume fraction increases, the heat flux increases and the angle incline. In model 4 the heat transfer enhancement is better than that of model 3 and model 3 is better than that of model 2 and model 2 is better than that of model 1.The time to reach the steady state decreases in model 4 more than model 3, model 2 and model 1. In the steady state when we increase the concentration of the nanoparticles (Al2O3) volume fraction at the same distance (z) the temperature increases ,The increase in the heat flux of the hot part of the heat pipe will always increase the temperature in the heat pipe and the temperatures distribution in the heat pipe will be improved. The thermal performance of the heat pipe is enhanced by increasing the concentration of the nanofluid , the heat flux and by inclining the heat pipe from 90? angle to 45? angle such as in result of model 4.

The exponentially growing capacity is no longer satisfied by using transmission of single mode fiber. There are several possible methods for increasing transmission capacity over fixed bandwidth. These include mix many signals with optical - carrier onto a one optical fiber by achieving various wavelengths, modulation employing different amplitude levels, and two orthogonal subcarriers and polarization. An extra dimension that a fiber can offer for achieving more information is space.This project demonstrates simulation systems for Space Division Multiplexing (SDM) transmission system using Few - Mode Fiber (FMF). Polarization division multiplexing (PDM) and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) techniques are also used in this system to increase total system data rate. For the ultra - high capacity need of SDM, Few Mode Fiber (FMF) was proposed as SDM best technology for obtaining ultra - high bit rate systems with long haul transmission. Inter - mode losses that appears in higher - order - modes was the most problem to be resolved. In this thesis, the description and design of three SDM systems were explored by using both QPSK and 16QAM modulation formats : single channel SDM system with PDM technique, 8 - DWDM channels over 7 modes SDM/PDM system, and 16 - DWDM channels over 10 modes SDM/PDM system proposed as future of ultra - high capacity optical system.By using 16QAM format and bit rate per channel of 40Gb/s, the maximum long reach of our designed single channel SDM/PDM system is 1020Km. A transmission reach of 760Km was achieved for 8 - WDM - 7modes - SDM/PDM system and 260 Km for 16DWDM - 10modes - SDM/PDM. At QPSK modulation format the maximum demonstrated reach was 1460 Km for single channel SDM/PDM system. A long - haul transmission of 1080 Km was recorded for 8 - WDM channels - 7modes - SDM/PDM system and 510 Km for 16 - DWDM channels - 10modes - SDM/PDM system.The total bit rate of single channel - 3modes SDM/PDM system was 240G/s at 40Gb/s bit rate per channel. The total bit rate was achieved by using 8 - DWDM channels - 7modes SDM/PDM system is 4.48 Tb/s at 40Gb/s. The highest bit rate was achieved by using 16DWDMchannels - 10modes SDM/PDM system so that the total achieved bit rate is nearly 12.8Tb/s.Chromatic Dispersion (CD) compensator using Digital Signal Processing (DSP) was proposed to compensate chromatic dispersion losses. Frequency and phase estimators were proposed in the designed systems to remove frequency offset and phase change by using Viterbi and Viterbi algorithms.Adaptive MIMO equalizer using constant modulus algorithms was proposed to compensate deferential group delay, polarization mode dispersion, and other losses simultaneously. Numerical results demonstrated that the methods are very effective in compensating the narrow band filtering and are very robust to channel estimation noise.The demonstrated systems were designed and tested by using (VPI transmission maker v.9.5) powerful software package.SDM techniques provided us with an important source to obtain more system flexibility, scalability, and capacity.

In conventional applications, such as modulation circuits, the linearity, frequency of operation, and input voltage ranges are issues of great importance for multipliers. This work targeted these issues through the design of two types of four quadrant analog multipliers operating in wideband frequency ranges and having very high linearity with input and output voltage ranges of ±10V.The first wideband four - quadrant analog multiplier is designed using wideband squaring and operational amplifier (OPAMP) circuits. The wideband OPAMP is designed using 10 NMOS transistors based on 0.35 µm NMOS technology with supply voltages of ?12V. The wideband OPAMP has exhibited an open loop voltage gain of 3336545. The squaring circuit is built using two NMOS transistors and two wideband OPAMPs. The first wideband multiplier is built using two identical squaring circuits, two difference amplifiers, and one summing amplifier. It is characterized by high input - output linearity range of - 10 V to +10 V for both inputs, ±10 V input and output voltage ranges, and cutoff frequency of about 5 GHz. The second wideband four quadrant analog multiplier is designed using NPN bipolar junction transistors. It is built with two main circuits, which are the multiplier cell and the output circuit. The multiplier cell is built using a modified Gilbert multiplier, while the output circuit is a high gain circuit designed for changing the differential output of the multiplier cell to a single output having a voltage range of ±10 V. The multiplier circuit is designed with supply voltages of ?12 V. It is characterized by high input - output linearity range of - 10 V to +10 V for both inputs, ±10 V input and output voltage ranges, and cutoff frequency of about 1 GHz.Both multipliers are designed and tested on PSpice in ORCAD / Version 16.6.

The first one was accomplished by the insertion of pilot symbols between the data stream that entering the encoder. In this way the pilot symbols are encoded along with the input data (encoded or internal pilots) in contrast to the usual way where pilots are inserted after encoding (unencoded or external pilots). The positions where pilots should be inserted are chosen in such a way that to improve the minimum Hamming distance and/or to reduce the error coefficients of the code. Moreover, the known pilots have higher reliability than data and can significantly improve the initial decoding.The second proposed algorithm includes the utilization of the inserted pilots to estimate scaling (correction) factors. Two - dimensional (2D) correction system was suggested in order to enhance the performance of traditional Minimum - Sum (MS) decoding of regular RA codes. By calculating the mean square difference (MSD) between the values of received pilots and the a - posteriori data of bit and check node related to them, which are created by the MS decoder, an adaptive method can be achieved for getting the correction factors.Since encoded pilots in systematic RA code are embedded in data, it is possible to puncture all or part of them to increase the code rate. The pilots still have their effect on increasing the minimum Hamming distance.Extensive simulation tests reveal that the suggested quasi - optimal algorithms supply error performance be able to compare as Sum - Product (SP) decoding whilst maintain less complexity. Practical experiments are carried out by utilizing the capability of data acquisition toolbox supported by MATLAB to provide a hardware interface with the computer sound card. Here, the sound card plays the role of ADC and DAC converter in the physical layer. A different graphical user interfaces (GUI) are designed for the transmitting and receiving terminals to facilitate the selection of different code options. Signals are transmitted over wireless channel using a 2.4 GHz band indoor audio tranceiver. According to the aquired results, the modified coding system outperforms the original one when it is tested over AWGN and fading channels. An improvement may be realized about 1.5 dB and 1.3 dB at BER=?10?^( - 5) for punctured and unpunctured systematic (50,35,3,7) code with adaptive scaling, with three encoded pilots over AWGN channel and about 3.4 dB and 3.3 dB at BER=?10?^( - 4) for punctured and unpunctured systematic (50,35,3,7) code with constant scaling, with two encoded pilots over fading channel.

Abstract: Patient's health monitoring / diagnosing systems have become the focus of attention of researchers today. At the present time, the researchers are dealing with the E - health fields to develop and improve the healthcare systems and they work to combine the GSM and Internet technologies together.In the presented work, the researcher designed a portable real time wireless medical system for monitoring / diagnosing the patients' status based on E - health / GSM - health / I - health and wireless sensor network (WSN) under ZigBee protocol, and to support alarming and printing of medical reports subsystems.The presented system consists mainly of four subsystems, which are sensing & data transceiver, base station (BS), GSM and Internet. Where sensing & data transceiver subsystems be in the patients' lobbies and connected remotely with the base station (BS) subsystem in the wireless sensor network that collect and display the sensing data in it. Also in the designed system, the GSM and Internet technologies are inserted practically in the network.The implemented system measures the biomedical data utilizing a group of sensors that are not available in the country's hospitals in such integrated system, which are the patient position sensor (PPS), galvanic skin response sensor (GSR), blood glucose sensor (BGS), and electromyography sensor (EMG). Moreover, the system has the ability to add many other sensors.In the proposed system, three nodes (lobbies) are considered according to the facilities available, but it can monitor / diagnose unlimited patients' numbers.The system monitors the sleep position and skin conductance (indicator to patient's calm) of the patients in real time with alarm for each abnormal case in the base station (BS) and in lobbies, and it also follows up the glucose rate in patient's blood and diagnose the electromyography (muscle and nerve) status.The GSM subsystem (GSM - health) is used for remotely following - up the patients' status by sending SMS alarm in time for any abnormal case of the patient's sleep position and skin conductance, also it has ability to send the glucose data to doctor's phone. All these services are performed by using a personal phone device only without using any additional GSM modem or other apparatus, so this method reduces cost, complexity and delay time of the system that's done by interfacing the phone with the PC directly via USB port and the messages sending procedure executed using special SMSs AT commands, so the doctors become able to communicate with BS using SMS or voice calling to give the fast and direct necessary guidance.The Internet subsystem (I - health) is another excellent service for the presented system, by which remotely following - up the glucose levels by uploading the glucose data to a specific web site. It is performed by designing a web site that is programmed using VB.NET and ASP.NET languages. of course, user login feature is added to protect the privacy of patients and feedback comments feature between the doctors and patients to take the important guidance.The system has ability to introduce a printed hard copy report about the patient's electromyography status or result and blood glucose levels, by utilizing VISUAL BASIC program. Moreover, it performs searching process about the active nodes in network, this means that it detects any new node (new patient) and put it in service. In addition, the system records the patient's information and stores his health data for any archiving process or statistical study.The main hardware that is used in the implemented system includes MCUs, sensors and transceivers, and used the LABVIEW program to display the data in its GUI windows in the computer of BS.The system has been implemented practically at low cost and low power, gave expected and accurate results, and presented to the specialists doctors and they have expressed their conviction and effectiveness of the system in practice.

However, supporting such high data rates with sufficient robustness to radio channel impairments requires careful selection of modulation techniques. The demand for high - speed mobile wireless communications is rapidly growing. OFDM technology promises to be a key technique for achieving the high data capacity and spectral efficiency requirements for wireless communication systems. Abstract In this thesis, Inverse Discrete Wavelet Transform (IDWT) is used as a modulation technique instead of Inverse Fast Fourier Transform (IFFT) with coded OFDM due to its excellent orthogonality and superior spectral containment properties of wavelet filters. Coded Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (COFDM) is the same as OFDM except that forward error correction is applied to the signal before transmission. This is to minimize errors in the transmission due to lost carriers from frequency selective fading, channel noise and other propagation effects. Convolutional code is used in this thesis as a forward error correction code. The proposed (DWT - COFDM) system is simulated under the effect of additive white Gaussian noise channel, and multi - path fading channel at different values of Doppler frequencies (22.2Hz, 41.7Hz and 444.4Hz) which are the most significant impact channel parameters on the bit error rate performance. The proposed system is also compared with DWT - OFDM, FFTCOFDM and FFT - OFDM systems. It is found that the proposed system can significantly improve the BER performance and it performs better than the other three systems. On the other hand, convolutional code and DWT is used to reduce the peak to average power ratio (PAPR) which is considered the serious problem in any wireless communication system using multi carrier modulation techniques like OFDM systems by using two of the most important non distortion techniques which are selective level mapping (SLM) and partial transmit sequence (PTS) and the results show that the proposed systems for SLM and PTS techniques can perform better than the conventional SLM and PTS. The results also show that the proposed PTS technique performs better than the proposed SLM technique.

A single phase fault with the earthing in the distribution networks causes electrical arc as well as high voltage than the two phases together which increase the danger of separation and isolation in networks. Consequently, this case can be controlled through Peterson Coil which turns off or reduces the electrical arc that makes the network safer. This work has using technique to detect the earth fault in the single - phase by distinguishing between the higher and the lower values of the currents. Also, this technique is used to detect the capacity of earthing network lines and the possibility to adapt the capacitor for inductance in order to detect the electrical arc during faults and to detect the earth leakage.Moreover, we have used many methods to control Peterson coils such as using PID Controller , Fuzzy Logic Controller, Hybrid control PID and Fuzzy System and Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference system, to determine the earth fault current at values equal to the current in the two sound phases. To getting best results for the fault current through conducting lab experiences by using DC Servo motor and Arduino. And the fault current is converted from the rated current, thus thousands of tons of copper cost are save. They were used to carry this high voltage. Finally, the first practical part (Simulink) was implemented through Mat lab (R2011a) and (R2013a) , On the other hand, the second practical part was in the lab, where servo motors Where used, variable and non - variable inductance , the drive to isolate the control loop from the power, PID and PWM, have also used the Arduino system to program the overdrive.

Abstract: يتضمن الفصل الاول مقدمة عن تفاعلات الازوتة والازدواج واهميتها وتطبيقاتها في تقدير المستحضرات الصيدلانية، وتضمن ايضا عرضا لبعض الاستخدامات الطبية والصيدلانية للمركبات الفينولية الدوائية المدروسة واستعراضا موجزا للطرائق التحليلية المستخدمة في تقدير المرك | The first chapter included a common introduction on diazotization coupling reaction and their applications to the determination of pharmaceutical preparations. It also included a display of some of its pharmaceutical and medical uses. The chapter also demonstrates a brief review for the analytical methods that have been used for the determination of thymol, Sodium salicylate and Resorcinol in pharmaceutical preparations.The second chapter comprises to describe a simple and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of thymol in aqueous solution, based on the coupling of thymol with diazotized 4 - bromo aniline in strong alkaline medium to produce an intense yellow colored ,water - soluble and stable Azo - dye which exhibits maximum absorption at 464nm. Beer’s law was obeyed between 0.6 - 7.2 µg.ml - 1, with a molar absorptivity of 3.0284×104 l.mol - 1.cm - 1,average recovery was 100.002%, and RSD was 0.796%, the LOD was 0.04?g.ml - 1 and LOQ was 0.1333?g.ml - 1. The method has been applied successfully for the determination of thymol in pharmaceutical preparations (mouthwashes) and the analytical results were compatible with certified value of pharmaceutical preparations and with a standard method. Moreover, the accuracy and validity of the method was evaluated against a standard method using F and t - tests. It was found that experimental F and t values at 95% confidence level did not exceed the critical values indicating that the present proposed methods have a good accuracy and validity. The third chapter demonstrates the development of simple and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of microgram amounts of Sodium salicylate in some of its pharmaceutical preparations based on the coupling and Azo reaction to form an intense shine - yellow, water - soluble dye based on the coupling of Sodium salicylate with diazotized p - amino benzoic acid reagent in strong alkaline medium The dye formed has a maximum absorption at a wavelength of 452 nm. Beer’s law was obeyed between 2 - 30 µg.ml - 1, with a molar absorptivity of 8.5013×103 l.mol - 1.cm - 1, the LOD was 0.06?g.ml - 1 and LOQ was 0.213?g.ml - 1. The method had a good accuracy and precision, since the recovery was 99.702% and the RSD was 0.854%.. The method has been applied successfully in some pharmaceutical preparations including salicylic acid (topical solution). The analytical results agreed well with British pharmacopia method. Moreover, the accuracy and validity of this method were evaluated against pharmacopoeia method using F and t - tests. It was found that experimental F and t values at 95 % confidence level did not exceed the theoretical values indicating that the present method have good accuracy and validity. The fourth chapter comprises the description of a sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of resorcinol by diazotization reaction using a diazotized 4 - methoxy aniline reagent in strong alkaline medium, to form brown water - soluble colored dye. Which exhibits maximum absorption at 448 nm. The linear range was between 0.4 - 4.4 µg.ml - 1, with a molar absorptivity of 2.7844×104 l.mol - 1.cm - 1, average recovery of 101.017%, RSD was 1.02%, LOD was 0.019 µg.ml - 1 and LOQ was 0.065 µg.ml - 1. By the application of the proposed method on the some pure types resorcinol, it was found that the results agreed well with British pharmacopeia method. Moreover, the accuracy and validity of this method were evaluated against pharmacopoeia method using F andt - tests. It was found that experimental F and t values at 95 % confidence level did not exceed the theoretical values indicating that the present method have good accuracy and validity.

Abstract: شملت الدراسة 100 مريضا بداء السكري من النوع الثاني )غير المعتمد على الانسولين( NIDDM، تراوحت اعمارهم بين ) 53 - 35 ( سنة وتم الحصول على النماذج من المرضى المراجعين الى مركز السكري في مدينة مرجان الطبية في محافظة بابل - العراق، بالاضافة الى 35 شخص ا اصحاء | This study involved 100 patients with Diabetes Mellitus type 2, with average of age between (35 - 63) years old. The patients were enrolled in the Diabetes Center in Merjan Medical City, in Babylon Province, Iraq at February 2014 to August 2014. In addition to 50 healthy persons who represent control group, and their age between (35 - 55) years old.The patients were divided into three groups as followingFirst : (28 patients were treated with Metformin (Glucophage) drug).Second : (30 patients were treated with Daonil (Glibeneclamide) drug).Third : (42 patients were treated with Metformin and Daonil).In addition to 50 healthy persons who are selected as control group (without chronic diseases or diabetic and without smoking).The Diabetes Mellitus type 2 was characterized as in WHO criteria which including that all patients in this study, (the patients who are not suffering from hypertension, the asthma, smoking, alcoholism and without using any other drugs over the essential diabetes drugs except that of (Metformin and Daonil) are dismissed in this study). Serum and whole blood were used to estimate the levels of fasting blood glucose, urea, creatinine, proteins, cholesterol, tri glyceride, fatty proteins (HDL - c, LDL - c and VLDL - c) and liver enzymes (ALT, AST and GGT) in the serum, HbA1c was detected in the whole blood. MDA and Glutathione in the erythrocytes. In this study, It was found that there are significant and insignificant differences for each of variables related to Diabetes for different types of drugs. Also, the glutathione S - transferase GST was purified from red blood cells (RBC) of control group by ionic exchange chromatography by means of DEAE Cellulose. After that, the electrophoresis of resulted enzyme was made to assess the molecular weight by using of Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate - Poly Acrylamide Gel2Electrophoresis (SDS - PAGE). The same process was done by using NAITIVIN apparatus to separate the enzyme quantified, and the resulted enzyme from NAITIVIN was treated with the drugs taken by patients. After that, the activity of GST enzyme was measured to show the different drugs effect upon the GST enzyme activity. For the purified enzyme activity after treating it with drugs was 3.62 , 3.57, 3.66 ?mol / min / ml , for each of Metformin, Daonil, and Metformin & Daonil respectively, while the activity of GST purified enzyme without treating with drugs was 3.24 ?mol / min / ml.Through this study, it has been noticed that there is an increasing of enzyme activity after purifying and mixing it with drugs, and this increasing results from the drugs effect upon GST activity, for the enzyme use to transform these poisons (drugs) and resulted compounds outside the body.

The second is 2 - [6 - (benzimidazolylazo)] - 2,4 - dibromo phenol(BIADBrP).The heterogeneous chain in both ligands includes two nitrogen atoms. These two ligands have been identification by the proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectra (1H - NNMR) ,the mass spectrum, infrared, visibale ultraviolet as well as the analysis of the micro - elements (C.H.N).And two new series of the solid canine complexes for these ligands. The first series includes six solid complexes of the ligand (BIADClP) with the metallic ions Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) and Hg(II). The second series includes the preparation of six solid complexes of the ligand (BIADBrP) with the metallic ions mentioned above. The effect of the solvent and the complexes stsbility have been studied on the prepared ligands with the passage of time starting from the moment of the metallic ion solution reaction with the ligand solution and up to 170 minutes. Also, the stability constants for these complexes have been calculated spectrally by visbale - ultraviolet spectra.All results show that these complexes have high stability. The infrared spectra of the prepared complexes have been studied and when compared with the free ligand spedtra give obvious changes as these spectra show new bands not already found in the spectra of both ligands and this is due to the occurance of the correlation between the metallic ions under study with the donar atoms [the nitrogen atom azo group near the heterogeneous chain (N3) and nitrogen atom benzimidazole molecule (N3) , the oxygen atom of hydroxyl group in the heterogenous chain ] in the ligand molecule whereas the other band suffered from obvious changes in shape, intensity and location and this is a proof on the occurance of consistency process between the metallic ions under study and the tow ligands. Atomic absorption spectrometer is used for assigning percentages of the metallic ions in the prepared complexes as well as the analysis of micro - elements (C.H.N). These results indicate the great consistency between the percentages theoretically calculated and practically gained. The magnetic sensitivity indicated that Ni(II) - complex and Cu(II) - complex for both ligands have baramagnatic characteristics whereas the Co(III) - complex, Zn(II) - complex, Cd(II) - complex, Hg(II) complex have adia magnetic characteristics. Also , the study deals with the molar conductivity of the canine complexes dissolved in DMF nad ethanol in a concentration (1×10 - 3) molar and in lap temperature. The results show that the complexes of Ni(II) , Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), Hg(II) do not have ionic characteristics and they are solution of non - electrolytes nature whereas the complexes of Co(III) and for both prepared ligands (BIADClP) and (BIADBrP) have ionic characteristics of the electrolytes nature of type (1 : 1) whereas other remaining complexes do not have any ionic characteristics. Throughout the results that have been reached at, certain structural forms for the canine complexes have been suggested.It has been indicated that the azo Benzimidazol ligands under study behave as tridentate ligands where the consistency happens through the N atom benzimidazole chain (N3) and N azo group far from the heterogeneous chain (N3) oxygen hydroxyl group of the homogeneous chain which leads to forming canine hexagonal complexes having octahydral as steric form.The hybridization of these complexes is d2sp3 concerning Co(III) - complexes of the ligands (BIADClP) and (BIADBrP) whereas the other complexes have the hybridization sp3d2 with the tow prepared ligands under syudy. Moreover, the study deals with the biological activity of these ligands and metallic complexes in the growth of four types of bacterial spores (germs) by using the solvent DMSO and deployment technology as anti - bacterial such as Staphylococcus aureuse and Staph.lentus representative for Gram positive bacteria and enterobacte and Escherichia coli representative for Gram negative bacteria. It is found that ligands and there complexes have different effect as antidepressants in the inhibition and the growth of bacteria under study wheras the ligand (BIADClP) gave the ability in inhibition of the growth of bacteria more than the ligand (BIADBrO) this is due to the change of substituted group on the homogeneous chain and their different in both ligands which led to the emergence of such difference in the inhibition and growth of bacteria.

Abstract: The present study was conducted in Infertility unit / Babylon Hospital of Gynecology and Children in a period 21/1/2013 to 15/1/2014. The study involved communiqués tests for males and females complaining from unexplained infertility , in which seminal fluid analysis were normospermia. The study include 45 seminal fluid specimens used in connecting test (SCMCT) and penetrating test (SCMPT) with the specimens of cervical mucus of their wives. Cervical mucus aspirating in day 12 - 14 of menstrual cycle. The study aimed to evaluate the husband's sperm activity and concentration in vitro with cervical mucus. Seminal fluid analysis were achieved and then semen specimens used to performed two in vitro tests : SCMCT and SCMPT. sperm parameters ( sperm concentration and sperm motility grade a, b, c, and d) were evaluated in each mentioned test and compared the results with the values of sperm parameters in seminal fluid analysis (control). The statistic results showed 60% of the study specimens of SCMCT was negative and 40% positive, while in percentage of positive results was 33% and 67% negative in penetrating test. The results revealed a significant (p<0.001) decrease of sperm concentration and grade a and b sperm motility, a significant (p < 0.001) increase of sperm motility grade c and immotile sperm grade d in connecting test with cervical mucus compared to control. The results of penetrating test showed significant (P< 0.001) decrease of sperm concentration in the brim, medium and distal region of cervical decrease (p<0.001) of sperm concentration in both medium and distal region compared to brim region, and a significant (p < 0. 001) decrease in distal region compared to medium region ; A significant (P < 0.001) decrease of grade a + b motility percent in all three regions of cervical mucus area compared to control, while no significant differences (P > 0. 05) between brim, medium and distal region of cervical area ; Only grade C sperm motility in distal region showed a significant decrease (P < 0. 001) compared to control and both brim and medium regions. The results revealed significant increase of grade d (P<0.001) in brim and medium region (P < 0.01) compared to control, while there was a significant decrease (P< 0. 001) in distal region compared to control, brim and medium regions. The correlation (r) study of sperm concentration and sperm motility ( grade : a + b, c and d) with age and infertility period in SCMCT showed non significant (P > 0. 05) correlation, except the correlation between a + b grade sperm motility and age it was noticed a significant negative correlation (P < 0. 05) and positive correlation(p> 0.05) between grade c sperm motility and age. The study of linear correlation of sperm parameters in penetrating test showed a significant(P<0.05) negative correlation between grade a+b sperm motility and age in brim and medium region of cervical mucus area. Abstract: اجريت سلسلة من التجارب المختبرية في مختبر بيئة الحشرات/كلية العلوم للبنات/جامعة بابل خلال عام 2014 - 2015 تضمنت اختبار فعالية مستخلصات المركبات التربينية والقلوانية والفينولية الخام لنبات الزريج Chrozophora tinctoria في بعض معايير الاداء الحياتي لحشرة الذ | A series of laboratory experiment were conducted in the laboratory of insect /college of Science for women /University of Babylon during the year 2014 - 2015 The present study conducted to evaluate the activity of crude extract of Terpenoid, Alkaliod and Phenolic compounds of Chrozophora tinctoria on some biological aspect of Musca domestica and histological study for effect crude phenolic compound on ovaries as well as isolation and identifaction of active compounds in these extracts.The extract of crude terpenoid compound was more effective than crude alkaloid and phenolic compound in different critirra of biological perphormance. The mortality rates of eggs in the extract of terpenoid alkaloid and phenolic compound at concentration 1mg/ml were (90, 63.7, 39.6)? respectively compared with (0.4, 0.8, 0.8)% in the control tretmentsThe mortality rate of first larval instar was (57.64, 57.00, 26.85)% respectively when treated with crude terpenoid, alkaloid and phenolic compounds at concentration 1mg/ml compared with (0.8, 0.8, 0.8)% in the control treatment.The mortality rate of pupae was 18.06% when treated with crude terpenoid extract at concentration 1mg/ml compared with 0.4% in the control treatment. The cumulative mortality rates of immature stage when treated with crude terpenoid, alkaloid and phenolic compound were (100, 100, 42) % at concentration 1mg/ml compared with (15, 14, 12)% at the control treatment.Developmental period of immature stage was 36.6 days when treated with crude alkaloid extract at 0.25 mg/ml compared with 10.2 days in the control treatment.The pupal weight and female productivity were reduced from 0.1gm, 122.6 egg/female in control treatment to 0.556 gm, 0 egg/female respectively when treated with crude alkaloid extract at 0.25 mg/mlThe different concentration of crude terpenoid, alkaloid and phenolic compound were effective in the performance of eggs deposition, the nummber of eggs decreases in crude extract terpenoid, alkaloid and phenolic compounds at the concentration in same space was (0) egg/femal for all extracts at concentrion 1mg/ml comparted with (117, 118, 106) egg/femal in the control treatment, while was (0) egg/femel when treated in different concentration of terpenoid, alkaloid alone of consentration 1mg/ml compared with (120, 122) egg/femel in the control treatment.The number of eggs was (37) egg/femel when treated with phenolic compounds at same concentration compared with (120) egg/femel in the control treatment.The study included the effect extracts activity for crude phenolic at concentration 1mg/ml in histological structure for insect overies, The length and diameter of ovary and ovares follicles at (24, 96) houres after emergency while the length and diameter of ovary was (625, 468.75)µm respectively at 24 houre at concentration 1mg/ml compared with (652.173, 565.217)µm in the overy of femel in the control treatment. The length and diameter of ovaries follicles were (116.66, 72.22)µm respectively in the femel overy for control treatment, while was not distingwish for follicles female which were produced from treatment. while in (96) hour after emergency the length and dimeter of ovary (1114.285, 971.428)µm respectively when treated with extract compard with (1688.88, 1481.48)µm for overy of female in control treatment.Isolation and identification of active compounds in the crude extract of terpenoid, alkaloid and phenolic compounds, of Chrozophora tinctoria by using high performance liquid chromatography (H.P.L.C), Five compounds isolated from crude terpenoid extract was Teter methyl hydrazine compound which had retention time(1.333) mintue which was the first compound, while seven compounds isolated from phenolic compounds The gallic acid compound had retention time 1.34 mintue, which was the first compound isolation.Two compounds were isolated from crude alkaloid compounds which were berberine and isoquinoline, berberine compound had retention time 2.51 mintue which was more concentration than other compound.

The importance of taxonomic to studying variations in roots, stems, leaves, inflorescences, involucre bracts, flowering and fruiting parts and Indumentum were discussed. Results showed that many of the vegetative and reproductive characters have the importance taxonomic value for isolating genus from each other such as presence and absence of the stem and the nature of the basal and cauline leaves in addition the present of leafy stipule as well as the nature of Indumentum.Anatomical characters of leaves epidermises and the cross section of the stem, leaf blade, petiole and peduncles, in addition leaves venation have been studied and their taxonomic importance were assessed.The study also found the pollen grain was tricolporate in general, but the presence of spine or not had an important taxonomic to isolate Gerbera jamisoni by smooth surface compared to the rest of the species, while possible to isolate Gazinia splendens and Leontodon laciniatus by the presence of the bridges in pollen surface. On the other hand it has been the study of chemical content in each of the leaves and flowering heads of the species studied using Gas Chromatography technique (GC) to detect the terpenoid compounds, The presence of compound Nerolidol, Terpinolene in the species.. Gerbera jamisoni, Zinnia elegans emphasized the importance taxonomic chemical content at the level of species and genera.The species were numerically treated on the basis of number of selected characteristic from various studies to obtain the similarity and differences ranges between different species. Dendrogram was drawn for this purpose. As a result of preceding observation this study confirmed the diagnosis of six genera within Asteraceae family in Iraq. Finally all the taxa were treated taxonomically, and the key was prepared for all the taxa studied.

Abstract: اجريت الدراسة الحالية للمدة من تشرين الاول 2013 ولغاية تموز 2014 في كلية العلوم للبنات / جامعة بابل, اذ تم الحصول على طفيلي الاميبا Entamoeba من عينات المرضى المصابين والمراجعين لمستشفيات بابل للاطفال والولادة ومستشفى ابن سيف للاطفال والمركز الصحي الحسين | The present study was conducted during the period from October 2013 till July 2014 in the College of Science for women, Babylon University, the Entamoeba stool samples were collected from patients that attending to Babylon Maternity and pediatric hospital, Ebn - Saiff hospital and Abi - Gharaq and Al - Mussaib of primary health center, Babylon province. The parasites were detected by direct smear method, 130 stool samples were collected that contain blood and mucus. The overall percentage incidence of E. histolytica (80.8%). No significance differences of infection rates in males and females and the highest rate of infection was in (1 - 10) year age group for males and females (82.9% and 39.1% respectively) while the lowest infection rate was in (51 year and more) for males and females (33.3 %, 6.7 % and respectively).Three plants extracts (cooled and Boiled) water (Euphorbia helioscobia, Eucalyptus gloubules and Mytrus comminus) evaluated at the culture media (Beef liver infusion media) that grown with E. histolytica. The results revealed the E. helioscobia boiled water extracts the efficient extracts to killed the all parasites in the second day from experiment beginning with 10 mg/ ml concentration and the next efficient plant extracts (boiled water) its E. globules and M. commines was the third day with 5 mg / ml concentration. The Metronidazole showed to killed all parasites in the third day with 1 microliter / ml. and from this present study showed that the successful growth of E. histolytica in culture media for some day and finished (Killed) at the fiveth day from experimental beginning.Isolation and identification of some terpenoid compounds were detecting in the present study belong E. helioscobia plant extracts (Camphene, ???pinene, Euphornin, ?? caryophyllene, Myrecene and ??humulene) by (HPLC).Molecular study was conducted to determined three species of Entamoeba by using Polymerase chain reaction for ten stool samples that primarily detected with Amoebic dysentery by direct smear method and the following results for molecular study, the highest overall percentages its E. dispar with (7/10) mean 70% whereas the E. histolytica and E. moshkoviskii its (6/10) mean 60 % for each one, as well as existence the double infection or tertian infection with these species for Entamoeba.

Abstract: Evaluation study was conducted for some chemical solutions (Formalin, Sodium chloride NaCl and Silver nitrateAg NO3) as well as cooled and boiled cactus plant axtracts for the period from March 2014 till October 2014 on the In vitro protoscolices viability for Echinococcus granulosus by using preservative media solution (Kreb ringer+hydatid cyst fluid, 4 : 1, respectively). Protoscolices were collected from the infected sheeps livers in Al - Hilla and Al - Najaf abattoir, and protoscolices suspention was added to each concentration of the therapeutic agents alone which were used for different time periods. The percentage of the viability of protoscolices was measured by using the eosin aqueous stain (0.1%). The results revealed that the viability of protoscolices percentage (90.72%) and after five days the viability of protoscolices was 60.9 - 68 % and from results showed that the silver nitrate solution with concentrations (100, 125, 250, 500, 1000) ?g/ml was the highest solution which succed in killing the protoscolices 100% at the first hour of experiment, followed the sodium chloride solution with concentrations (100, 125) mg/ml at the first hour, then the boiled cactus plant extracts with concentration 10 mg/ml showed high efficiency and succeded to killing the protoscolices 100 % after 48 hours from another cooled cactus plant extracts with concentration 10 mg/ml which succeded to killing protoscolices after 72 hours as well as the albendazole drug with concenrtation 400 mg/ml which succeded in killing the protoscolices 100 % after 72 hours while the formalin solution with concentration 40 % succeded in killing the protoscolices 100 % after 96 hours from the experiment

Abstract: Cryptic bacterial infection has been studied in urinary system to Human, where 50 underwent urine samples from patient mostly based consulting auditors Hilla public Education Hospital for the period from November 2012 until Feb. 2013. Patients ranged in age from 20 - 50 years males and females bacterial infection rate was 70% distributed between the cell wall defective bacteria had 38% and 32% cell - wall bacteria and the results showed 30% as negative cases. Amicroscopic examination of the urine sludge Showed clear sovereignty of non - specialized immune response type of mixed cell 34% followed by mononuclear cell 30%. Samples were cultured on routine media (Blood agar , Macchonky agar) and Modified media (Variant agar, Variant broth). Out put diagnosed by bacterial system diagnostics, phen - otypic, microscopically and biochemistry by using the special test for microorganism diagnosis and using API 20 E and the use VITEK 2 to confirm some samples results. Characterized by colonies of cell wall defective bacteria grow on variant agar it resembles fried egg which could seen after staining Deinse stain. Citrobacter freundii recorded 12%, the highest rate among cellwall defective isolates. Sensitivity test for bacterial isolates were screened from U.T.I both two type (CWB & CWDB) showed the highest rate of sensitive to Impinem 100% represented CWDB, as well as the highest rate of resistance to Ampicillin 100% represented by the same group of isolates. experimental study with urinary tract infection by injecting bacterial stuck of Citrobacter freundii to the three groups of rabbits : first group ( 3 Rabbits ) : immunized with viable surface antigen extracted from CWDB, second group : ( 3 Rabbits ) immunized with heat killed surface antigen extracted from CWB, the third group (4 Rabbits) represented control group it been treated with sterile normal saline. the injection process through urethra, and then underwent a histological study, was histological damage to the members of the animal - derived non - immunized (control group) seemed clear was the appearance of symptoms of the total cellular infiltration and disruption of the mucous layer and epithelial and other symptoms. The immunized animals have shown their ability to defy injury. It is the study of serological reactions to bacterial antigens Citrobacter freundii immunized with vaccines for rabbits given high caliber agglutination with its specialized vaccines and low with adversity and that the absorption and the corresponding and variant antigen does not remove the agglutination effectiveness with immune sera prepared suggesting that the absorption is incomplete and that the difference between the wall and a wall defective in terms of antigenic is quantitative and qualitative.

As well as the aqeous plant extracts of clove and Germin Chamamilla and east indian scrow tree.to inhibition Cryptococcus neoformans growth there is about 191 isolate was been collected from Babil and Karbala included 30 isolate (10 isolate hand printing and 10 isolate from ambiend air of bird brought zone, and 10 isolate from cough of men they are dealing with birds in pitry dish containing SDA media. The other 161 isolate was been collected from the wet and dry bird extract from the different environment.Culture method was used in the diagnosis as CHROMagar media to diagnosis Candida spp. Also used the haemolysis test of Macrorhabdus ornithogaster yeast and phospholipase and Urease test of Cryptococcus neoformans yeast.And used the molecular methods as DNA extraction and used PCR technice by use universal and specific primers.Results of analysis isolation and diagnosis showed that the maximum of present appearance was for Candida spp. 45.34% and molds Rhizopus sp. appearance percent 27.32% and frequency percent 28.21% and 3.65% consequently M. ornithogaster appearance percent 4.96% and frequency percent 35.77% while the other molds and yeast have appearance percent between 0.62 - 19.25% and frequency percent between 0.07 - 19.75% and the result of CHROMagar for Candida gives different color C.albicans was green color and C.krusei was pinki color.Cryptococcus showed apositive result in phospholipase and Urease test. haemolysis test of Macrorhabdus yeast was positive the hot aqeous plant extracts of clove and Germin Chamamilla and east indian scrow tree have the activity to inhibit the growth of Cryptococcus neoformans, but the more activity was east indian scrow tree with concentration 4%.The pair primer CAP60 succesful to diagnose Cryptococcus neoformans It was 603bp and primer AGY1\Sm2 successful to diagnose Macrorhabdus yeast

Abstract: يتميز سن الياس (Menopause) لدى الاناث بتوقف الحيض وتصبح الانثى غير خصبة بسبب فقدان جميع الحويصلات المبيضية (Ovarian follicles) والانخفاض الشديد لهرموني الاستروجين والبروجسترون صممت الدراسة الحالية لفحص الاضطرابات الفسلجية المختلفة والتي تشمل بعض المعايير | Menopause marks the time in women's life when her menstruation stop and she is no longer fertile because of exhaustion of ovarian follicles and sharply decrease in ovarian production of estrogen and progesterone.The present study was designated to determinate different physiological disturbances which occurring in some hematological and biochemical parameters of postmenopausal women. A total number used was 130 women, 100 women were postmenopause and subdivided into four age groups (46 - 50 year, 51 - 55 year, 56 - 60 year, and 61 - 65 year). Thirteen women were premenopause , used as a control group, their ages ranged between 20 - 30 years. In all age groups of postmenopausal women, it have been found that the levels of estradiol hormone were progressioly decreased (p<0.05) when compared with control group. Regarding hematological parameters, RBCs count was insignificantly increase (p>0.05) in all age groups of postmenopausal women. Levels of hemoglobin concentrations and packed cell volume were significantly increased (p<0.05) in all age groups of postmenopausal women compare to control groups. Blood platelets count recorded insignificant fall (p>0.05) in most age groups of postmenopausal women.As for, red blood indices (MCV, MCH, and MCHC) explained insignificant differences (p>0.05) of most menopausal women in a comparison with those control group. Total white blood cells have insignificant elevation (p>0.05) of most groups except 56 - 60 years groups. Regard to differential white blood cells, Levels of lymphocytes and monocyte have been showed insignificant drop (p>0.05) of the level of lymphocytes and significant increase (p<0.05) of first and second age groups in the levels of monocytes of postmenopausal women. Granulocytes white blood cells have been indicated different changes : Nentrophils were significantly higher (p<0.05)in all age groups of postmenopausal women, where as, eosinophils and basophils were insignificantly different (p>0.05) in most age groups. Concerning biochemical changes, Total serum proteins, Albumin, and globulin have been showed significant lowering (p<0.05) in all age groups of postmenopausal women. Statistical analyses showed a significant rise (p<0.05) of serum uric acid and urea levels in most group of postmenopausal women. Measurments of enzyme activities involved in liver (ALT and AST) were significantly hightened (p<0.05) in most age groups of postmenopausal women, Whil, ALP activities recorded insignificant increase (p>0.05) in all age group of postmenopausal women. Determinations of minerals showing a significant increase (p<0.05) in the levels of calcium and insignificant increase (p>0.05) in the levels of phosphorus in all groups of post menopausal women. Analyses of electrolytes have been explained a significant elevation (p<0.05) of the sodium and non significant difference (p>0.05) of the potassium in all groups of postmenopausal women.The present study involved determination specific and essential trace elements, Levels of copper explained a significant decrease (p<0.05) in all age groups associated with a significant increase (p<0.05) of zinc levels in postmenopausal women. Inversly, Values of magnesium were insignificantly different (p>0.05) in all age groups of postmenopausal women. The present study selects specific parameters to explaine oxidative stress in postmenopausal women. Levels of malondeheyds were significantly elevated (p<0.05) in all groups of postmenopausal women, and correlated negatively (r= - 0.102) with level of estrogen. Values of reduced glutathione showed a significant decrease (0.05) in postmenopausal women and correlated positively (r=0.64) with the estrogen hormone. Analyses of antioxidants enzymes have been showed a significant decrease (p<0.05) in the activity of catalase enzymes of all groups of postmenopause. Also, the activity of glutathione peroxidase was significantly decrease (p<0.05) in postmenopausal women and its correlation coefficient was r=0.263. In conclusion, changes summarized above may be attributed to deficiency of estradiol hormone in postmenopausal women which resulting in different physiological disturbances and these changes become aggravated and exacerbated because of oxidative stress occurring in decrease of estradiol hormones.

Work involving comparative morphology, anatomy, palynology, ecology & geographical distribution and numerical taxonomy has been presented. The morphological study includes studying the characters of root, stems, leaves, inflorescences, phyllaries, flowers, and fruits in addition to indumentums. It has been clear that the characters of stems, leaves, involucres bracts and fruits have a taxonomic importance.Also it has studied some of the micro morphological characters and their taxonomic importances were assessed.The present study showed that the pollen grains of all species were found to be tricolporate with echinate surface & of little taxonomic value. This study also includes characters of the epidermal leaf and stems, indumentums, venation and transverse section of stems and leaves discussion were also included, the taxonomic importance of each character & its variation, it is shown that these characters have an importance assessing morphological characters to isolate these species.Data obtained from herbarium specimens, literature and trips was utilized to elucidate the ecology of the species. Maps of geographical distribution were prepared for all species studied. It has been shown that R.angulosus was the most widely distributed species in the country. The species under current study were numerically treated ; dendrograms and polygonal graphs were drawn for the species of the genus. In conclusion (4) species of the genus Rhagadiolus : R.angulosus, R.edulis, R.hamosus and R.stellatus were recognized for Iraq, taxonomic treatment has been carried out for all Rhagadiolus species and key was designed for them too.

Abstract: The present study is designed to know the effect of protein deficiency on mice males through study the clinical histological changes of some organs including (liver, kidney, stomach and testes).In addition of study the blood and biochemical parameters, where they were sheltering animals in the animal house of the branch of physiology / College of Veterinary Medicine / University of AL - Qadisiya and the number was 90, all of the mice are males and age (28 - 30) days kept for two weeks before starting the experiment for the purpose of acclimatization was given during this period, diet control, then the experiment began between 01/05/2014 until 19/2 / 2014, and at weights ranging from start racing experience between 17 - 18 g, all in a period of growth.These animals were divided into three groups, each group contains 30 mice, first group (control) was give 18% total protein contains animal protein 7%, while the second group was given 13% total protein contain 3.5% animal protein, and the third group was given 10 % total protein without any animal protein for different period as follow (15, 30, 45)day.Experiment takes study of changes in body weight of animals and some selected organs also study histological changes for studied organs, also physiological blood parameters such as PCV, Hb, GCS and TSP.Results showed significant decrease (p<0.05) in weight body rate of animals, also in the rate of selected organs means compared with control group. The second treatment for 45 days most significant in decreased of body weight and organs weight if it compared with first treatment in all periodsHistological procedures showed that clinical and histological changes are graduated by the severe of protein deficiency and period of time. The histology investigation for liver showed that congestion of blood vessels accompanied with dilation of central vein and portal vein, and necrosis of the hepatic cells and destroyed the general total structure of liver. The section of kidney showed that necrosis and destroyed in renal tubules and epithelial cells in the lumen of tubules and bleeding in renal tubules and clear shrinkage in glomerulus. There are histological changes in stomach by necrosis and desquamation for gastric cells in both period (30, 45) days, while there are no histological clinical changes in both doses in period (15 days) for exposure. Histological sections of testes showed induction inhibition of spermatogenesis and desquamation of germ cells and congestion in the interstitial tissue and dilation of lumen of seminiferous tubules in both periods (30, 45) days, while there is no any changes in both first and second treatment in period of (15)days.In contrast, the hematological parameters showed that the concentration of Hb, PCV significant decrease (p<0.05) in blood of treatment animals which correlated with protein deficiency compared with control group, and the second treatment for (45) days showed the most significant in the parameters compared with the first treatment and for all periods.Biochemical tests obtain significant decrease (p<0.05) in blood glucose level in both treatment first and second in first period. Also the results showed that no significant increase in first treatment in both periods (30, 45) days compared with control group, while there is significant increase in the level of blood glucose in the second treatment in both periods (30, 45) days compared with the control group. Also did not score a significant decrease (P <0.05) in the total serum protein in thefirst treatment in the first period (15) days, compared with the control group, and found a significant decrease (P <0.05) in the first treatment in the two periods (30, 45) days compared with the control group, while found a significant decrease (P <0.05) in the total serum protein in the second treatment period (15, 30, 45) days compared with the control group.It can be conclusion that the exposure for protein deficiency due to clear clinical histological changes for studied organs and some changes in some hematological and biochemical parameters in white mice which treated with protein deficiency which it causes these symptoms

Abstract: Fifteen local isolates of Bacillus bacteria and previously isolated were screening a from laboratory of advanced biotechnology and Genetic Engineering in Babylon University, College of Science to know their ability on production of extracellular alkaline phosphatase after its growth in liquid production in PH8 medium for 4 days and temperature 37°C. and destinguished 11 isolates by their different abilities on produc of enzyme and Bacillus sp.I bacteria was their best and perfected it selection to complete the study and described by depending on microscopic and cultured and biochemical characteristics studying of effect some of environmental condition for production of alkaline phosphatase enzyme by submerged cultural method were appeared that the optimum PH for production was 8, and optimum temperature 40°C, after incubation time 4days and explain that the production by static incubator was better from shaker incubator.Alkaline phosphatase of the isolate Bacillus sp.I was purified partial by fractionating with ammonium sulphate and the best ratio for saturation 95%. And on purification of enzyme by ion exchange chromatography with batch wise by using DEAE - cellulose and enzymatic recovery was 37.1%, and fold 3.64 once, and enzyme passed after concentrated on gel filtration column (Sepharcyl S - 200) one peak was appeared for enzyme and enzymatic recovery was 23 % and fold 36.80 once.Results of electrophoresis by presense of denaturation condition appeared that the molecular weight of alkaline phosphatase produced from gel filteration by using Sepharcyl S - 200 gain approximately 29.5 KDa and 28.8 KDa and this enzyme composed of homodimer.The characterization results for the enzyme indicated that the optimal pH for activity of enzyme was (9), while the optimal pH for the enzyme stability was (8 - 9), and found that the optimal temperature for activity of anzyme was 30 ? C, and on studying optimal temperature for stability of enzyme indicated that better stability for this enzyme was on temperature 0 ?C while the activity lost completely on temperature 60°C. and on studying effect some chemical compounds in activity of enzyme found that the enzyme needs to cofactor and it is zinc andmagnessium ion to increase catalytic activity and needs to calessium ion to increase stability of enzyme. At that time potassium and sodium ions appeared a negatively effect on activity, and heavy metals ions Fe and Hg appeared an inhibited effect to activity and so that the enzyme was inhibited by presence EDTA and and potassium ferro cyanide indicating that the enzyme from metal enzymes.Determination of constant kinitics of the enzyme was completed of Michaelis - Menten constant (Km) of para - nitrophenyl phosphate and this gained 500 micromolar and maximum velocity of this enzyme (Vmax), and this gained 2500 unit/ml.

Abstract: جمعت خلال هذه الدراسة 50 عينة تمثلت ب 25 عينة تربة و25 عينة قشع من اشخاص مصابين بالتدرن الرئوي والوافدين لمركز التدرن والامراض الصدرية في محافظة بابل خلال المدة المحصورة للفترة من تشرين اول 2013 ولغاية شباط 2014 تم خلالها عزل الفطر Aspergillus niger وبنس | fifty specimens were collected, 25 samples were collected from soil while the other 25 sample were collected from sputum of pateints with Tuberculosis, who admitted to thoracic diseases center in Babylon province in period October 2013 to Febreury 2014. Aspergillus niger Has been Isolated from these sample with 56% appearance in soil & 48% in sptum of TB pateints.these isolated were examined micro and macroscopically. purified Fungi was culture on potato dextrose broth, after incubation period polysaccharide antigen of A.niger cell wall was prepared for isolated from soil and TB patients suptum. Molish, protein and glucose test to provide that these antigen are polysaccharide, then immunuization of local rabbit of Orcyctalagus conninculus age 3 - 5 months & 1 - 1.5 Kg for males only (3 animals for each antigen) After the immunization period (one month) some of local and systemic immune response parameters (cellular and humoral) to test animals were studied and compared with control animals which immunized with normal saline. The results of study showed that the polysaccharide antigen isolated from these two strains lead to stimulate systemic humaral immune response which had been studied by using direct agglutination test for appendix immunoglobulin passive haemagglutination test (both were used to determined antibody titer), radialimmunodiffusion test in order to determine level of concentration of immunoglobulins (IgG, IgM) and complement part (C3, C4). where The results of direct agglutination titer of animals immunized with polysaccharide antigen 128 and 1 for control animals and heamagglutination tests titer of animals immunized with polysaccharide antigen serum (2560). These results were higher compared with control group titer (10) and this is also true for immunoglobulin and concentration of IgG, IgM for immunized animals compared to control one. In addition to that The concentration of C3 and C4 had been increased in immunized animals compared to the control. cellular immunological response had been measured by using rabbit Neutrophil Elastase Kit. The eresult show an increase in the level of phagocytosis in animals immunoized with polysaccharide antigen isolated from A.niger cell wall of TB pateints 0.37±0.03 pg/dl while decreased in animals immunoized with polysaccharide of soil A.niger 0.72294±0.25548pg/dl compared with control animals 0.6±0.16386 pg/dl. on the other hand the humaral adaptive immune response had been identified by measuring cytokine IL - 2, IL - 10 in serum rabbit, the level of IL - 2 in rabbit immunoized with polysaccharide antigen soure TB patients and soil is 5.4129±1.08979 and 4.2641±0.62997 pg/dl respectively compared with control animals 3.9327±0.55587 pg/dl. The level of IL - 10 had been dropped for immunized animals with A.niger of TB pateints and from soil 4.8762±1.15104 and 8.2632±4.31933 pg/dl while the control animals having the highest level 10.2576±5.23356 pg/dl among the groups. IgE concentration measured significant difference at p>0.05 in immunized animals of A.niger in both TB pateints and soil 1.1701±0.05811 and 1.0770±0.19355 ml/Iu compared with control where IgE0.8723±0.0849ml/Iu. Miotic index of bone morrow immunized and control animals show mean difference is signification at p>0.05.where the result demonstrate that the polysaccharide antigen fissed the bone marro cells compared to controlled one. In order to identify the viability of antigen in protection. challenge dose test made by injection animals with 108 spore/ml of A.niger conidia which prove their protection in immunized animals while the control animals undergo many morphological and behavioral changes after 5 - 7 days of their injection.I addition that the size of lung and spleen increased when compared with immunized one. The histological culture of lung and spleen of challenge test animals in order to identify the ability and speed of their body to evadicate and prevent infection, display that A.niger coloni appeared for control animals (6 rabbit) while disappeared in culture of immunized one. Skin test also performed to experimental animals which indicate that polysaccharide antigen of A.niger interact with hypersensitivity test of rabbit, where the level of late hypersenetivity increased clearly with propability of p>0.05 with the highest level after 24 hours of beginning test compared to controlled one.

Abstract: اجريت الدراسة الحالية في نهر الفرات عند سدة الهندية خلال المدة من تشرين الاول 2012 لغاية ايلول 2013 لغرض دراسة بيئة وحياتية المجتمع السمكي، وتم اختيار موقعين، يقع الموقع الاول في شمال سدة الهندية، ويقع الموقع الثاني في جنوب سدة الهندية، وتضمنت الدراسة تاث | The Present study was carried out on the Euphrates River during the period from October 2012 to September 2013 to study ecology and biology of fish community in the river, two study sites were chosen the first one was in the north and the second one was in the south of Al - Hindiya dam.The study was included the effects of some physical, chemical factors of water and Al - Hindiya dam on ecological and biological of fish population as well as measurement of the concentrations of some heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Mn, Zn) in both dissolved and particulate phases of water and in the tissue of three types of freshwater fish that was high dominance in three age groups. Study of the number of species, individuals, Total of weight of individual. Some ecological indices were study as index of Relative abundance, Species Richness index and Shanon wiener index for determining the evaluate of biodiversity of fish. Also Jaccared index of similarity was used to explain the similarity between sites of study and among months. Constant index was used to determine the constancy of taxa. Biological study of this of three fish that have high dominance from the side of food, age, growth, sex ratio, gonado somatic index and length - weight relationships. Air temperature and water temperature were ranged in two study sites between (15 - 43.8) C? and (10 - 29) C? respectively, pH values were between (7.6 - 8.6), Water current velocity values were between (0.14 - 0.72) m/sec, light penetration values were between (27.3 - 193.3) cm, the value of electrical conductivity were between (822 - 1323) ? sem/cm , Total dissolved solid values were between (663.3 - 932) mg/L, while The total suspended solid were between (0.009 - 0.23) mg/L and the values of dissolved oxygen were ranged between (6.13 - 10.33) mg/L.The biological oxygen demand were recorded values that range between (0.68 - 4.3) mg/L. . The water of Euphrates river were considered slight alkaline according to the results of present study and ranged between (33.33 - 164.3) mg CaCO3/L and the water were very hard according to high values record for total hardness (391.6 - 886.6) mg CaCO3 /L, while the values of calcium and magnesium hardness were ranged between (86.1 - 188.4), (19.8 - 138) mg CaCO3/L respectively.The values of phosphate were ranged between (0.51 - 13.12) ?g/L and Nitrate values were ranged between (6.23 - 70.17) ?g/L, while the values of nitrite were ranged between (0.17 - 4.98) ?g/L. in especially, the effects of Al - Hindiya dam, the results were showed that numbers of species before and after of Al - Hindiya dam were ranged between (23 - 17) species respectively. the results were showed positive and negative correlation between physical, chemical properties of water and Heavy metals with number of species, individuals, weights and Biodiversity indices. This study showed that the mean concentrations of the heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Mn, Zn) of the dissolved phase in water were (2.14, 1.61, 3.10, 7.63) ?g/L respectively and in the particulate phase were (33.99 112.87، 84.21، 21.12،) ?g/g dry weight respectively, the results of present study were showed that the concentration of heavy metals in water in dissolved and particulate phases within local and world limitations. The heavy metals in muscular tissue for three groups of this fish were ordered in as following : Zn >Mn > Pb > Cd. Twenty - three fish species were collected, (17) of them belonged to Cyprinidae family and two species belonged Bagridae family while only one species represented each family of Mugilidae, Siluridae, Mastacembelidae, Cichlidae, the number of species were ranged during the period of study between (5 - 18), The total number of individuals was 2401 individual and the number of individual were ranged monthly between (129 - 276) individual, while the total weight of individuals were 232868 gm during the period of study and The weight of individuals were ranged monthly between (13072 - 29598) gm. Carassius auratus wae recorded with the highest percentage in number and weight as 35.2% and 27.5% respectively. while A.vorax was after C.auratus in total number 13.6%, but it was after C.auratus and C.carpio in total weight 16.9% of the total individual weight. The values of species richness index were ranged between (0.79 - 3.23) and numerical of shanon wiener index values (Hn) were ranged between (1.26 - 2.39), while the weight of shanon wiener index value (Hb) were ranged between (1.21 - 2.35). the numerical and weight of eveness index (Jn) were ranged between (0.65 - 0.86), (0.68 - 0.89) respectively during the period of study. Jaccared similarity index were ranged between (23% - 92%). And the study was revealed that the most species recorded during the period of study were constant species according to constancy index. C. carpio fish were Omniovorous and It's feeding activity was ranged between (70% - 91.42%) and feeding intensity was (6.9 - 12.17) degree/fish.while C. auratus were detritious, It's feeding activity was ranged between (56.75% - 94.28%) and feeding intensity was (6.91 - 12.87) degree/fish. A. vorax were carnivorous and It's feeding activity values were ranged between (69.2% - 90.32%), while feeding intensity values were ranged between (6.85 - 13.03) degree/fish. The results was showed the values of age and length for C. carpio that ranged between (1 - 5) years, (9.7 - 40.2) cm , and C. auratus were ranged between (1 - 6) years, (8.3 - 28) cm, while A.vorax were ranged between (1 - 7) years, (10 - 62) cm respectively. Sex ratio and gonado - somatic index (GSI) varied between the three species, sex ratio of C.carpio (male : female) was 1 : 3.1. (GSI) for male was ranged between (2.21 - 12.02) and for female between (3.36 - 19.36).The sex ratio of C. auratus male : female was 1 : 1.9, GSI values for male was ranged between (0.89 - 8.53) and for females between (1.23 - 61.37). A.vorax sex ratio male : female 1 : 1.5, GSI value for male and female were ranged between (0.36 - 2.84) and (0.24 - 5.83) respectively.Variation of values of slope factor (b) were calculated from length - weight relationships for three species of fish, the values of (b) factor for C.carpio, C.auratus and A. vorax (3.08, 2.97, 2.92) respectively during the period of study

Abstract: للفترة من اذار 2014 الى اذار 2015 تم جمع 1300 عينة سريرية مختلفة (عينات ادرار ومسحات جروح وحروق وعينات دم ومسحات من الفم والاذن والعيون بالاضافة لعينات البراز والقشع) من اثنين من مستشفيات محافظة بابل (مستشفى الحلة التعليمي ومستشفى بابل التعليمي للنسائية و| During the period between March 2014 and March 2015, a total of 1300 clinical specimens (urine, wounds, burns, blood, throat, ear, eye, stool, and sputum) were collected from two hospitals in Babylon province; Al - Hillah Teaching Hospital, and Babylon Hospital for Maternity and Pediatric. All specimens were cultured and 10 Acinetobacter baumannii isolates were obtained from clinical specimens in a percentage of (0.76%) distributed in blood 1 (0.6%), urine 2 (1%), wound infection 1 (0.75%), burn 5 (0.85%) and throat 1 (2%). This study was conducted to determine the occurrence of carbapenem resistant A. baumannii isolates obtained from Hillah hospitals. Isolates were identified according to API20E system and further confirmed using PCR technique. Antibiotics susceptibility was assayed by using disks diffusion method according to CLSI recommendations. All isolates revealed positive results with rapid iodometric test indicting the ability of beta lactamase production. Phenotypic detection of carbapenemase production was performed using the imipenem - EDTA disk and modified Hodeg's test (MHT). Then isolates were subjected to monoplex PCR targeting blaOXA - 51, blaOXA - 23, blaOXA - 24, blaOXA - 58, blaIMP, blaSIM blaNDM - 1, blaNDM - 2 and blaVIM genes, as well as, efflux pumps genes. One of the identified isolates (10%) was found to be imipenem, meropenem and ertapenem resistant, this isolate gave positive result with the imipenem - EDTA disk and (60%) of isolates were positive to MHT. PCR experiments showed ; all isolates were harbored blaOXA - 51 gene, four (40%) isolates were harbored blaOXA - 23 gene, three (30%) isolates were harbored blaOXA - 24 gene, four (40%) isolates were harbored blaOXA - 58 gene, five (50%) isolates were harbored blaIMP gene, six (60%) isolates were harbored blaSIM gene, two (20%) isolates were harbored blaNDM - 1 gene, four (40%) isolates were harbored blaNDM - 2 gene, while none of these isolates harbored blaVIM gene. The present findings suggest that emergence of (OXA - 23, OXA - 24, OXA - 58, IMP, SIM, NDM - 1, NDM - 2) carbapenemase producing A. baumannii clinical isolates in Hillah City hospitals. Also there are indicative appearance of efflux pump genes ; (50%) for Ade - A and Ade - B each other, (40%) for Ade - C, (80%) for all of Ade - R and Ade - S, (100%) for all of Ade - I and Ade - J, and (50%) for Ade - Y. All isolates of A. baumannii appear as MDR, while only one appear to be as PDR. The trans - mobility of resistant genes was examined by trans - conjugation experiment ; the results indicated that only blaIMP and blaOXA - 23 genes were transferred horizontally in the current study. In attempting to investigate any blaNDM gene variation the results showed some different than NCBI - Blast A. baumannii blaNDM - 1 and blaNDM - 2 it may as a unique genotyping.These results revealed that carbapenemase producing A. baumannii were detected in both phenotypic and genotypic methods (PCR). This underlies the importance of their accurate identifications and reporting to prevent the emergence of complete resistance to the most potent drugs against A. baumannii in Babylon province.

Abstract: The study consists of three parts related with patients of CRC as in : 1 - Molecular part 2 - Cytogenetic and molecular genetics part and 3 - Immunological part. In addition of their relatives of clinical and pathological diagnosis, genus, and tumor locations in 150 of Iraqi patients confirmed with CRC collected from Teaching Hospitals of some Iraqi governorates. The percent of male to female (54.66% / 45.43%) and the aged range of study were 16 to 80 years.The first part consist a study of five types of genes related with CRC represented by MLH1, MSH2, APC, K ras, and SMAD7 genes. Some of these genes develop with germline mutations as in MLH 1 exons1 and 15 so as MSH2 genes. While the rest genes related with a sporadic of CRC. All these genes were amplified by conventional polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for study the types of the mutations and their defect of these genes on CRC. The APC exon11and K ras exon1 genes were processed by single strand conformational polymorphism (SSCP) technique. The results of PCR - SSCP technique for two genes represented by appeared three types of bands, which were (AA), (AB) and (AC) bands. The important band was (AB) which constitutes the variability region represented by 84.2% and 44.82% in patients for both genes. The results of patients with mutated bands with high significant differences(P?0.05).compared with healthy control. Patients carried these bands subjected to PCR - Sequences technique. The analysis results for APC gene sequences were substitutions mutations type of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) change Cytocine to Thiamin (C>T) at 1972 location of genome. While the analysis results of Kras gene appeared two types of mutations, substitution and frame shifts represented by deletion mutation and so as appeared stop codon mutation.The other genes represented by MLH1, MSH2, and SMAD detected by direct PCR - Sequences. The results analysis of MLH1 gene, exon (1and 15) represented by nucleotides change with high frequencies of substitution mutation through exon1 at different locations of nucleotides. So as frame shift mutation type deletion through exon15. While for MSH2 gene, exon 6 from 6.66% represent by deletion mutation. A spread study for SMAD7 gene, exon4 were done through 30 patients average age 52 years (male to female 56.7% : 53.3%) confirmed colorectal adenocarcinoma compared with 15 healthy. A mutation of 20% of (SNPs) were identified.The second part which represented standard conventional cytogenetic and molecular genetics were done through peripheral blood culture (PBC). The study showed increasing of mitotic index (MI) in patients with significant differences (P?0.05) compared with healthy controls indicating for increasing of proliferation of the lymphocytes division. The study showed some chromosomal aberrations with significant, the majority of aberrations were higher significant in dwarf and aneuploidy chromosomes so as elongation chromosomes revealed significant differences (P?0.05) between patients and healthy. The appeared of Polyploidy chromosomes, with significant differences (P?0.05), that’s seem to be good indicator for cancer disease. The molecular genetics alterations which dependent on cytogenetic investigation were done through deletion of long arm of 5 chromosome which APC gene is located. The test elucidates the importance of inactivation (deletion) of APC gene in elicited of colorectal cancer. The study of 20 patients, were investigated by fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH). The results showed 60% patients which have 5q arm deletion of (+). And (5%) have two deletions (++) which was a male aged less than 60 years. The results analysis explained significant differences (p?0.01) between studied group and deletion (+) of arm 5q. A correlation represented by significant differences (p?0.01)through dysfunction of APC gene deletion of 5q were found with high percent among sporadic adenocarcinoma 58.3%, with less in attenuated familial adenomatous polyposis (AFAP) and familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) represented by the (25%), and (16.7) respectively.The last part related with immunological test were done by detection of tumor markers represented by Carcino Embryonic Antigen (CEA), IL - 33 and IL - 31.These markers represented a confirmative indicators for colorectal adenocarcinoma which were tested by ELISA technique in (79) patients confirmed with CRC of male and female. These tumor markers in tested with patients showed high significant differences (p?0.01) compared with healthy controls. Another immunological test for detection of Human papilloma virus (HPV) type 18 E6 gene expression in CRC by Immune histochemistry technique (IHC) in 71 (FFPET) of CRC. The results of this study showed there were a correlations between patients and adenocarcinoma positive HPV18 E6 infection 43.7% of patients infected with virus, with high significant differences (p?0.01) and higher infection in female (67.7%) than male (32.3%). So as a correlations were found between HPV18 E6 expression and tumor tissue locations, explained by high percentage 45.2% in rectum.While a tumor marker was (CD8+) was used to determine its role in human immune surveillance in tumor regions of CRC so as with regions which were infected by HPV. The study revealed high significant differences between healthy control and studied groups which have (CD8+) positive infiltration in tumor origins through detection by (IHC).In conclusions diagnosis of CRC can be detected by special genes like K ras gene through professional PCR processing, compact with tumor markers, so as Fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) technique provides a precise method which can be used for detection of alteration of molecular and cytogenetic related with CRC.

Abstract: صممت الدراسة الحالية لتوصيف الانماط الجزيئية والمظهرية للنمو والفعالية الانزيمية للانزيم المحلل للبروتين والتنوع الوراثي وعلاقته بالتعبير الجيني بين عزلات الفطر الجلدي.Trichophyto rubrum ولهذا الغرض جمعت 150 عينة سريرية (قشطات جلدية (80), اجزاء شعر (60) | The present study was designed to characterize the morphological and the molecular patterns of growth, enzymic activity of proteases, genetic diversity and their correlation with gene expression among strains of Trichophyton rubrum. For these purpose, A total of 150 clinical specimens (skin scrapings (80), hair fragments (60) and nail clippings (10)) were collected from 100 patients (70 males&80 females) whom clinically diagnosed with dermatophytosis after attendingto the dermatology and venereal diseases centre of Mergan Teaching hospital and private clinic in Babylon city from Feb. 2014 to May 2014. T. rubrum were isolated and identified using cultural, biochemical and physiological tests. Isolates were then subjected for confirmation by PCR, genotyping using RFLP - PCR, sequencing and registration of these sequences in GeneBank for obtaining accession numbers then phylogeny. The growth conditions, were tested, in addition to, the genetic expression of proteases (exocellular protease and endocellular aminopeptidase) were determined using Real - Time PCR. Out of 150 specimens, 24 (16%) isolates were dermatophytic fungi and only 5 (20.8%) of them belong to T. rubrum. The influence of cultural conditions in growth of T. rubrum showed that the 30 ?C, pH 6, SDA medium and 7 days incubation were the optimal conditions for its growth. Proteolytic activity of isolates of T. rubrum against casein as a substrate revealed an ability to produce protease in solid and liquid media after 14 days of incubation. This activity was varies according to the type of isolate where the isolate No.1 (isolated from skin) gave a high proteolytic activity (5.6cm) in solid media and (80.1U/ml) in liquid media in comparison with other tested isolates (No.2 - No.8). on the other hands, the 9 days of incubation, 30 ?C, pH 7 and 0.5% substrate concentration were the optimal condition for proteolytic activity of these isolates. The molecular tests confirmed that all tested isolates belong to T. rubrum with amplicon size (601bp) after amplification of ITS1 primers using PCR technique. While the RFLP - PCR technique showed the presence of two genotypes (I%II) belong to T. rubrum with subgenotypes (Ia - Id) and (IIa - IId) respectively. The relative quantification of proteolytic activity (exocellular protease and endocellular aminopeptidase) produced by T. rubrum genotypes were expressed by using Real - Time PCR after amplification of the target gene of ptotease and aminopeptidase in comparison with housekeeping gene (? - actin) as a reference gene. The results showed the up - regulation of gene encoded to exocellular protease than the down - regulation of endocellular aminopeptidase produced by T. rubrum in the presence of casein as a substrate. The internal transcribed spacer 1, partial sequence, 5.8S ribosomal RNA gene and internal transcribed spacer 2, complete sequence and 28S ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence of local isolates of T. rubrum were used for sequencing, registration in Genebank - NCBI and phylogeny. Five accession numbers were recorded and available to NCBI, EMBL in Europe and the DNA Bank of Japan. These accession numbers were : KP979787, KP979788, KP979789, KP979790, KP979791. Phylogenetic relation between local strains and world strain showed a high identicasl with T. rubrum (GQ376105.1). This is the first study in Iraq which employed sequencing, registration of sequences in Genebank - NCBI and carrying out phylogeny of local and world strains of T. rubrum.

Abstract: تم جمع 50 عينة دم من مرضى الحساسية التنفسية من النوع الاول المراجعين لمركز الحساسية والربو في محافظة بابل للفترة الممتدة ما بين تشرين الثاني 2013 ولغاية شباط 2014, بالاضافة الى 10 عينات دم من الاشخاص غير المصابين بالحساسية من النوع الاول والذين كان معدل I | Blood samples have been drawn from 50 airway hypersensitivity type I patients who visit the center of the allergies and asthma in the province of Babylon, for the period between November 2013 and up to February 2014, in addition to 10 samples from persons with normal IgE level as a control. The sample was divided into two parts, the first used to measure the level of eosinophils and basophils and the second used to measure the level of immune parameters, which included histamine, IgE, IL - 5, IL - 10 and IL - 12 by using the technique of Enzyme - Linked Immunosorbant Assay (ELISA). There were been a difference in the level of immune parameters for a number of variables, , place of residence, gender, and type of allergy, there were no significant differences observed in the level of immune parameters between these variables. comparison was made in the level of immune parameters for the group after the treatment depending on the duration of immunotherapy, and found that there were significant differences in the level of these parameters with the increase of the duration of treatment. Through this study, conducted the correlation among histamine and the rest of the immune parameters and the results were pointing to the positive correlation of histamine with IgE, IL - 5, eosinophils and basophils and negative correlation with IL - 10 and IL - 12.
