Abstract:
نفذت تجربة حقلية اثناء الموسم الزراعي الخريفي 2016 في حقل خاص لاحد مزارعي الذرة الصفراء في ناحية النيل الواقعة على بعد 8 كم شمال شرق مدينة الحلة في ضمن خط عرض 32.52 درجة شمالا وخط طول 44.55 درجة شرقا لغرض دراسة تاثير الصنف والرش بحامض الهيومك في نمو وانتاجية الذرة الصفراء Zea mays L. ومحتوى الحريرة من بعض المركبات الفعالة، وتضمن التصميم التجريبي تجربتين متداخلتين الاولى : تضمنت عاملين الاول ثلاثة اصناف تركيبية من الذرة الصفراء هي فجر1 والمهوابغداد3، والعامل الثاني رش تراكيز حامض الهيومك 0.5 و1.0 و2.0 غم.لتر - 1 فضلا عن معاملة المقارنة التي رشت بالماء المقطر فقط، اما التجربة الثانية : تضمنت ثلاث عوامل العاملين اعلاه والعامل الثالث موعدين لقطف الحريرة بعد 14 و28 يوما من انفلاق قمة العرنوص. وزعت المعاملات في تجربة عاملية على وفق تصميم القطاعات العشوائية الكاملة بثلاث مكررات. واختبرت المتوسطات بحسب اختبار اقل فرق معنوي عند مستوى احتمال 0.05 وتتلخص اهم النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها في التجربة الاولى بما ياتي : 1 - تفوق معنويا الصنف فجر1 باعطاء اعلى المتوسطات في اغلب مؤشرات النمو الخضري والحاصل . 2 - تفوق معنويا الرش بتركيز 2.0 غم.لتر - 1 لحامض الهيومك باعطاء اعلى المتوسطات في مؤشرات النمو الخضري والحاصل جميعها باستثناء قطر الساق .3 - بينت النتائج وجود تاثيرا معنويا لقيم التداخل الثنائي بين عوامل الدراسة في اغلب الصفات المدروسة اذ اعطت التوليفة صنف فجر1 مع تركيز الرش 2.0 غم.لتر - 1 اعلى المتوسطات في اغلب مؤشرات النمو الخضري والحاصل .اما اهم النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها في التجربة الثانية فتتلخص بما ياتي : 1 - تفوق معنويا الصنف فجر1 باعطاء اعلى المتوسطات في مؤشرات حاصل الحريرة جميعها .2 - تفوق معنويا الرش بتركيز 2.0 غم.لتر - 1 لحامض الهيومك باعطاء اعلى المتوسطات لمؤشرات حاصل الحريرة ومحتواها من بعض المركبات الفعالة . 3 - تفوق معنويا موعد قطف الحريرة بعد 28 يوما من انفلاق قمة العرنوص باعطاء اعلى متوسط للوزن الجاف للحريرة وحاصل النبات من الحريرة الجافة وانتاجية الحريرة الجافة ومحتوى الفلافونويدات والانثوسيانينات الكلية، اذ بلغ 3.11 غم.عرنوص - 1 و4.62 غم.نبات - 1 و203.24 كغم.هكتار - 1 و46.85 ملغم.كغم - 1 وزن جاف و6.69 ملغم.كغم - 1 وزن جاف على التتابع بالمقارنة مع موعد القطف بعد 14 يوما الذي اعطى اقل المتوسطات للصفات اعلاه وبلغت 2.76 غم.عرنوص - 1 و4.06 غم.نبات - 1 و178.90 كغم.هكتار - 1 و41.04 ملغم.كغم - 1 وزن جاف و4.70 ملغم.كغم - 1 وزن جاف على التتابع .4 - بينت النتائج وجود تاثيرا معنويا لقيم التداخل الثنائي بين عوامل الدراسة اذ اعطت التوليفة صنف فجر1 مع تركيز الرش 2.0 غم.لتر - 1 اعلى المتوسطات في الوزن الطري والجاف للحريرة وحاصل النبات من الحريرة الجافة وانتاجية الحريرة الجافة، 7.85 غم.عرنوص - 1 و3.54 غم.عرنوص - 1 و6.05 غم.نبات - 1 و266.42 كغم.هكتار - 1 على التتابع مقارنة مع اقل المتوسطات للصفات اعلاه عند التوليفة صنف المها مع تركيز الرش بالماء المقطر فقط اذ بلغ 5.82 غم.عرنوص - 1 و2.50 غم.عرنوص - 1 و2.75 غم.نبات - 1 و121.00 كغم.هكتار - 1 على التتابع . 5 - بينت النتائج وجود تاثيرا معنويا لقيم التداخل الثلاثي بين الصنف فجر1 وتركيز الرش 2.0 غم.لتر - 1 وموعد القطف بعد 28 يوما اذ اعطت هذه التوليفة اعلى المتوسطات في الوزن الجاف للحريرة وحاصل النبات من الحريرة الجافة وانتاجية الحريرة اذ بلغت 4.01 غم.عرنوص - 1 و6.86 غم.نبات - 1 و301.84 كغم.هكتار - 1 على التتابع مقارنة مع التوليفة صنف المها مع تركيز الرش بالماء المقطر فقط مع موعد القطف بعد 14 يوما اذ بلغ 2.49 غم.عرنوص - 1 و2.74 غم.نبات - 1 و120.56 كغم.هكتار - 1 على التتابع . | A field experiment was carried out during the autumn season of 2016 in a special field for one of the corn farmers in the Nile area, located 8 km north - east of Hilla, latitude 44.27 degrees north and longitude 36.32 degrees east for the purpose of studying the effect of varity and spraying of humic acid in the growth, productivity and the corn silk content of some constituent compounds, the experimental design included two interrelated experiments. The first consisted of three synthetic varieties of corn : Fajr1, AL - Maha and Baghdad3 and the second factors spraying concentrations at 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 gm.L - 1 and sprayed with distilled water only, while second experiment included two workers above factors and the third factor of included collection deats at 14 and 28 day after flowring. The parameters were distributed in a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replicates. And the means compared withe less significant difference test at level of probability 0.05 summarized the most important results obtained in the first experiment with the following : 1 - The plant Fajr1 superiority significant of by giving the highest average of height, total number of leaves, leaves area and its index, total chlorophyll, number of aer in the plant, height of are, weight of 500 grains grain yield, productivity of grains and yield, biological yield to be 148.01 cm, 16.95 leaves.plant - 1, 525.59 cm2, 4.75, 51.61 SPAD, 1.59 Aer. Plants - 1, 78.27 cm, 143.51 gm, 263.92 gm.Plants - 1, 11.61 tons.Hectares - 1 and 24.25 tons.Hectares - 1 on the sequence compared to the lowest average of those qualities of AL - Maha varity to be 136.29 cm, 16.02 leaves.Plants - 1, 499.71 cm2, 4.27, 47.17 SPAD, 1.32 Aer.Plants - 1, 72.81 cm, 139.28 gm, 211.21 gm.Plants - 1, 9.29 tons. Hectare - 1 and 20.94 tons.hectar - 1 on the relay.2 - Superiority significant of spraying at concentration 2.0 gm.L - 1 of the humic acid by giving the highest average height of the plant, and the total number of leaves, leaves area and its index, and the content of the leaves of the total chlorophyll pigments, the number of aers in the plant, height, length, diameter of aers, the number of rows and the number of grains in the aers and the weight of 500 grains, grain yield, productivity of grains bilogical yield and harvest index to be 151.58 cm, 16.93 leaves. Plants - 1, 530.80 cm2, 4.79, 53.61 SPAD, 1.66 aer.Plants - 1, 80.88 cm, 19.90 cm, 47.10 mm, 16.96 rows.aer, 608.21 grains.aer - 1, 155.48 gm, 314.27 gm. Plants - 1, 13.82 tons.Hectares - 1, 27.20 tons.Hectares - 1 and 50.99% on the sequence compared to the treatment of compared to the lowest average of those qualities With only the distilled water, to be 136.49 cm, 15.85 leaves. Plants - 1, 485.66 cm2, 4.11, 46.98 SPAD, 1.27 Aer.Plants - 1, 68.09 cm, 17.72 cm, 42.63 mm, 14.71 rows.Aer - 1, 523.11 grains. Aer - 1, 131.48 gm, 175.30 gm.Plants - 1 , 7.71 tons.Hectares - 1, 19.11 tons.Hectares - 1 and 39.57% on the relay.3 - The results showed a significant effect of the binary interference values between the study factors in most of the studied traits. The mixture gave the Fajr1 varity with the spray concentration of 2.0 gm.L - 1 The highest averages in plant height, total number of leaves, leaves area and its index and leaf content of total chlorophyll pigments, the number of aers in the plant, the height of the aer, the weight of 500 grains, the grain yield of the plant, the productivity of the grains, the yield of the bilogis and the harvest index, reaching 153.27 cm, 17.73 leaves.plants - 1, 548.22 cm2, 5.18, 58.50 SPAD, 1.71 Aer.plant - 1, 85.30 cm, 158.29 gm, 332.80 gm.Plants - 1, 14.64 tons.Hectares - 1, 28.69 tons.Hectares - 1 and 51.02% on the relay compared to less The average of the above characteristics when combining the varity AL - Maha with the concentration of spray with distilled water only reached 126.63 cm, 15.46 leaves.plants - 1, 475.44 cm2, 3.92, 45.10 SPAD, 1.10 Aer.plants - 1, 64.93 cm, 129.65 gm, 148.57 gm.plant - 1, 6.54 tons.hectare - 1, 17.49 tons. hectare - 1 and 37.39% on the relay.4 - We conclude from the results of this study that there is a positive effect of the variety and spraying of humic acid in increasing the growth characteristics and yield of corn crop.The most important results obtained in the second experiment can be summarized as follows : 1 - superiority significant higher varity of Fajr1 by giving the highest average moist and dry weight and plant yield of dry silk corn and dry silk corn productivity, reached 6.76 gm.Aer - 1, 3.06 gm.Aer - 1 and 4.83 gm.plants - 1 and 214.94 kg.hectar - 1 on the sequence compared with AL - Maha which gave the lowest average of those qualities reached 6.49 gm.Aer - 1, 2.74 gm.Aer - 1, 3.66 gm.plants - 1 and 161.15 kg.hectar - 1 on the sequence.2 - superiority significant exceeded the spray concentration of 2.0 gm.L - 1 of the humic acid by giving the highest average for the weight of moist and dry of the silk corn and plant yield of dry silk corn and dry silk corn production and the content of phenols and flavonoids and anthocyanins and total carotenoids, reaching 7.71 gm.Aer - 1, 3.32 gm.Aer - 1, 5.51 gm.plant - 1, 242.58 kg.hectar - 1, 118.29 mg.kg - 1 dry weight, 50.90 mg.kg - 1 dry weight, 6.34 mg.kg - 1 dry weight, and 8.06 mg.kg - 1 dry weight on the relay compared to the comparison treatment sprayed with distilled water only, which gave the lowest averages of those qualities amounted to 5.74 gm.Aer - 1, 2.69 gm.Aer - 1, 3.44 gm.plant - 1, 151.50 kg.hectar - 1, 105.92 mg.kg - 1 dry weight and 38.85 mg. This combination gave the highest averages in dry weight of the silk corn, plant yield of dry silk corn yield and dry silk corn productivity reaching 4.01 gm.L - 1, 6.86 gm.plant - 1 and 301.84 kg.hectar - 1 on the sequence compared to the varity AL - Maha with the concentration of spray with distilled water only with the picking silk corn date after 14 days at 2.49 gm.Aer - 1, 2.74 gm.plant - 1 and 120.56 kg.hectar - 1 on the relay.6 - We conclude from the results of this study has a positive effect of the class and spray the humic acid and the date of the picking silk corn in increasing the silk corn content and the content of some constituent compounds of corn
