Abstract:
تعد ظاهرة التنمر مشكلة تربوية ونفسية واجتماعية مهمة في مجتمعنا , فانتشرت لدى بعض الطلاب الذين يحاولون السيطرة على الاقران بالقوة بهدف السيطرة عليهم والحصول على السلطة , وتعد الثقافة الرياضية من العوامل المهمة لحل معظم المشكلات التي تواجه المجتمع , اذ تهتم بشغل اوقات فراغ الشباب بطريقة واسلوب يعود بالنفع عليهم وينعكس صداه على المجتمع ايضا .ولكون الباحث مدرسا في المدارس الثانوية لاحظ تفاقم ظاهرة التنمر في المدارس وهذه المشكلة بحاجة الى ان تواجه من قبل المجتمعات والمؤسسات كافة وخصوصا التربوية , اذ نلاحظ ان نسبة الافراد المتنمرين في تزايد وبذلك يزداد عدد الضحايا , اذ ان سلوك التنمر يؤثر سلبيا في البيئة المدرسية ؛ لانه يسهم في تشكيل بيئة غير امنة في المدارس , وان البيئة التي يعيش فيها الفرد تؤثر فيه بصورة كبيرة وتؤثر في بناء شخصيته , ووجود ضعف كبير في تناول الثقافة الرياضية لدى الطلاب وزيادة على ذلك قلة وجود برامج ارشادية حقيقية تساهم فيها الرياضة لنشر الوعي الثقافي الرياضي مع قلة البرامج لممارسة انشطة رياضية واضحة وتطبق بشكل فعلي . وكانت اهداف البحث : 1 - اشتقاق الدرجات المعيارية من اجل التعرف على المستويات المعيارية للمقياسين .2 - التعرف على الفروق في التنمر المدرسي بين مدارس عينة البحث .3 - التعرف على الفروق في الثقافة الرياضية بين الثالث المتوسط والخامس الاعدادي . استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي باسلوب الدراسات المعيارية لملائمتهما طبيعة الدراسة . اذ شملت عينة البحث لمقياس التنمر المدرسي (203) مدرسين ولمقياس الثقافة الرياضية (203) طلاب في المدارس الثانوية . ومن اجل تحقيق اهداف البحث تم بناء مقياس (التنمر المدرسي) واعداد مقياس (الثقافة الرياضية) باتباع خطوات واجراءات بناء واعداد المقاييس النفسية ومعالجة بياناتها باستخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) , اذ تم استخراج الدرجات المعيارية وتحديد خمسة مستويات لكل مقياس . وخرج البحث بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها : 1 - بالامكان استخدام اي من مجالات مقياسي التنمر المدرسي والثقافة الرياضية كعامل مستقل لقياس كلا منهما . 2 - يمتلك طلاب الصف الخامس الاعدادي ثقافة رياضية افضل من الصف الثالث المتوسط في المدارس الثانوية في مدينة الحلة .ومن التوصيات التي نروم الاخذ بها : 1. ضرورة التعامل مع سلوك التنمر المدرسي من خلال نصب كاميرات المراقبة ونشر الوعي التثقيفي والتربوي بين الطلاب حولها وحول مساوئها .2. اعداد برامج ارشادية نفسية للحد من سلوك التنمر لما لها من اثر سلبي كبير في المجتمع . 3. توعية الاسرة والعاملين في الحقل التربوي والمجتمع بمخاطر وسلبيات سلوك التنمر لدى الاطفال والمراهقين والذي قد يتحول الى سمة عدائية تتجه نحو المجتمع .4. الاهتمام بالثقافة والثقافة الرياضية خاصة واعتمادها كمادة ضمن المناهج الدراسية التي تدرس في المدارس الثانوية لما لها من دور اساسي في توعية وتثقيف هذه الشريحة المهمة من المجتمع والتخلص من السلوكيات السلبية . | The phenomenon of bullying is considered as an educational, psychological, and social problem in our society. It is spread among some of the students who try to controls their classmate by force and making fun of them in front of others to control and have power on them. The sport education is one of the important factors to solve all the problems facing the society. Since the researcher is a teacher in one of the secondary schools, he noticed that the bullying phenomenon is aggravating in schools, and this problem needs to be confronted by national and local communities and in all institutions and the educational ones in particular. It is noticed that there is an increasing rate in bullying individuals and therefore the victims increase. The behavior of the bully affects the school environment negatively because it contributes in forming unsafe environment in schools. The environment where the individual lives affects him in a great deal and affects the building of his personality. There is great weakness in handling the sport education of the students, and there is a lack of real guiding programs that contributes through sport in spreading education sport awareness in addition to the lack of the programs of practicing obvious sport activities that can be really applied. The aims of the research are : 1. Deriving the standard grades in order to know the standard level for the two scales. 2. Knowing the differences in school bullying among the schools of the research sample. 3. Knowing the differences in sport education between third intermediate class and fifth preparatory. The researcher used the descriptive method of standard studies approach due to their suitability with the nature of the nature of the study. The sample of the research of the school bullying includes (203) teachers; and for the scale of sport education, it includes (203) students in the secondary schools. For achieving the aims of the research, the scale of the (school bullying) is built and the scale of (sport education) is set by following the steps and procedures of building and setting the psychological scales and dealing with its data through using the Software Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) by which the standard scores were produced and five levels for each scale are identified. Some of the conclusions that the research comes out with are : 1. It is possible to use any of the domains of the two bullying scales and sport education as an independent factor to measure both of them. 2. The students of the fifth preparatory class have a better sport education than the students of the students of the third intermediate class in the secondary schools in Al Hillah city. Some of the recommendations that intended to implement are : 1. The necessity of dealing with the school bullying conduct through installing monitoring cameras and spreading the educational and instructional realization among the students about school bullying and its disadvantages. 2. Setting psychological guiding programs to limit the bullying conduct and its tremendous negative impact in the community. 3. Taking care of the instructional and sport education due to in essential role in educating and enlightenment of this important section of the community and getting rid of the negative conducts
