Abstract: احتوت الاطروحة على خمسة ابواب : مقدمة البحث واهميته التي تمثلت بالسمنة التي تبدو الاكثر انتشارا في الوقت الحاضر ,حيث ارتفعت معدلات السمنة بين الاطفال والمراهقين في السنوات القليلة الماضية , ونتيجة لتقدم التكنلوجي وتغير انماط الحياة المتمثلة بالجلوس ساعات | The dissertation comprised five chapters. The first chapter afforded an introduction to the study and its significance which lies in the problem of fatness that is widely spread presently. The ratio of fatness among children and teenagers has increased recently due to technological advances, life - style change as in sitting to watch TVs for long hours, unorganized and unhealthy ways of eating in addition to insufficient kinetic activities which are of great influence on improving the functional, physical and psychological sides as a child is learning and acquiring bodily and social experiences. They are also of help in improving kinetic abilities which are, in turn, assist in child acquisition of good and harmonic complexion and increasing the elements of excitement and fascination which are playing focal roles in encouraging a child to continue playing. Thus, there should be more interest and children care. Various studies conclude that this fretting increase in the ratio of fatness among children is becoming a global phenomenon according to the recommendations of the WHO, and, as well, it has bodily, psychological and social effects on children which result in making them shy and secluded from others. This might reach to autism at certain cases due to their feelings of disrespect among their peers because of their overweight and the shape of their body as well as a target of joking in school. Moreover, they will tend to be shy in practicing kinetic activities with their peers of normal weights. Therefore, the significance of this study is setting a kinetic - musical program along with modified diet for children as the major priority of the researcher in the present time of fatness increase and its negative consequences on child and adult health.The problem of the study : finding a solution to protect children from shyness resulting from fatness which is a reflection of the lack of movement and the preference of sitting watching TV for long hours, the absence of parents' encouragement for their children to practice sports in addition to bad nutrition habits including fast food that is containing high calories accompanied by soft drinks and sweets as well as not choosing healthy food which will result in fat accumulation in the body leading then to various psychological symptoms like anxiety, tension, shyness, despair and even self - trust loss as a result of their dissatisfaction with their body forms. Therefore, the researcher finds it compulsory to set a kinetic - musical program to improve their health and psychological status.The study aims at : - Setting a kinetic - musical program for children aging (9 - 10) years. - Identifying the impact of the kinetic - musical program on decreasing fatness among children of (9 - 10) years. - Knowing the effect of the kinetic - musical program on decreasing shyness among sample members of (9 - 10) years.The researcher hypothesis that : - There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post - tests of the controlling and experimental groups in decreasing fatness among elementary school pupils of (9 - 10) years. - There are statistically significant variations in the pre and post - tests between the two groups in decreasing shyness among elementary school pupils of (9 - 10) years. - There are statistically significant differences between the controlling and experimental groups in the posttest on the scale of decreasing fatness and coyness among elementary school pupils of (9 - 10) years.Scopes of the study are : 1. The human scope : the (12) female pupils who were included in the program aging (9 - 10) years.2. The periodic scope : the period from Oct.2.2014 to Jan.29.2015.3. The spatial scope : Alkhamael Elementary School. The second chapter included previous studies and literature in the field in which the researcher has referred to a group of topics in relation to the study.In chapter three, the researcher followed the experimental approach. The sample of the study is deliberately selected comprising of (12) chubby female pupils aging (9 - 10) years. Applying the program took the period of (12) weeks, two educational units per week, thus the total educational units reached up to (24). This chapter also contained the tools, devices data collection methods and procedures of the research in choosing and determining the measures used in the study, the scientific bases of measuring shyness, the pre and post - tests in addition to using the suitable statistic tools. In the fourth chapter the researcher is interested in showing, analyzing and discussing the results gained from the pre and post tests as well as finding out the significance of the differences via presenting them in tables, followed by an analysis of these tables and discussing them strengthened by scientific sources.The researcher concluded that : 1. The kinetic program attached to music that is set by the researchers has a positive influence on getting rid of fat in accordance to body folds thickness in the experimental group. 2. There is a positive impact of the kinetic program on the harmony of the body via reducing body weight and the ratio of fat in the body.3. The kinetic program is of positive effect on lessening the ratio of coyness which positively reflected in the psychological sides of the pupils and increased their self - trust as well as developed their social relations. The researcher recommended the following : 1. Putting a strategy for educational institutions in order to edify and guide schools of the importance of physical education class compared to other classes as this topic is of great importance in the (physical, health and psychological) growth and preparation so as to form a complete growth of child personality.2. The necessity of medical care centers to be interested in educating and guiding families to regulate child food and taking care of those who are suffering from fatness, how to modify wrong nutrition habits and behavior, alarming families in case of child over - weight, assisting them in choosing the suitable types of food and main dishes for their children along the day as the family is the having the main responsibility concerning their children's health.

Abstract: الباب الاول التعريف بالبحث : تناول الباب الاول مقدمة البحث واهميته التي تمثلت بفترة الحمل والتغيرات التي ترافق الحمل وعلى اهمية الرياضة للمراة الحامل للحفاظ على لياقتها الصحية وسلامة الاجهزة الوظيفية والحيوية للحفاظ على صحتها وصحة نموالجنين بعيدا عن الام | The researcher included the following five chapters : Chapter one : Study definition This chapter involved the introduction and the importance of the study represented by pregnancy period and related changes , the importance of sport practicing for the pregnant woman to maintain her health fitness and safety of functional and vital body systems and to maintain her health and the healthy growth of her unborn fetus , away from diseases and mother's attempt to gain normal body weight during gestation period , especially during the 3rd trimester , in which the greatest weight is gained because of increased fat storage needed for lactation. Since the researcher is well - informed about some pregnant exercises , she has prepared low impact free aerobics exercises for pregnant women during the 3rd trimester with a number of measurements and tests to detect the impact of low impact free aerobics exercises on pregnant woman regarding gained weight during the last months of gestation and after delivery , her health fitness , and child's weight after birth. The problem of the study was represented by disinclination of pregnant women of practicing sport exercises due to their fear of the bad impact of such exercises on their safety and their child's or due to their wrong belief that sport practice will cause abortion or severe pain or even premature delivery , in additionto reduce the over - weight of pregnant women , particularly during the 3rd trimester , which is characterized by increased body weight. The aims of the study included : - preparing low impact free aerobics exercises for pregnant women aged 30 - 35 years. - Identifying the effect of low impact free aerobics exercises on the variables of the health fitness , as well as child's and mother's weight after birth. - Identifying child's and mother's weight before and after birth.The researcher hypothesized that : - there are statistically significant differences between pre and post tests of some health fitness variables. - There are statistically significant differences between the pre , middle , and Monthly tests regarding mother's and Baby's body weight.The domains of the study included : Human domain : a sample of (6) pregnant women whose ages ranged from 30 - 35 years during the 7th month of pregnancy.Temporal domain : The period from 18/3/2014 to 18/8/2014.Spatial domain : Al - Rashaqa exercise hall / at the University of Baghdad.Chapter two : included theoretical and similar studies : In this chapter , the researcher included theoretical studies related to the researcher's topics. The chapter also involved the most important similar studies with their analysis and identification of the differences between these studies and our present study.Chapter three : Methodology and field procedures of the research : The researcher used the experimental method for sample study , who were (6) of pregnant official women whose ages ranged from (30 - 35) years and selected by deliberate way after confirming their safety throughout using the readiness of the pregnant woman for sport activity practicing form. The researcher has distributed these forms to sport experts and usedthe most selected tests. The validity of these tests and exercises were confirmed after they were reviewed by gynecologists. The researcher has shown the importance of explorative experiment and the methods of doing the tests and measurements (pre and poist) and the program of low impact aerobics exercise with the mechanism of accredited loading mechanism regarding stress and volume. The results were finally classified and treated statistically using the suitable statistical methods.Chapter four : included review and analysis of measurements and pre and pro tests and all variables , which were discussed by scientific method based on specific scientific references.Chapter five : Conclusions and recommendations : the researcher concluded the following points : 1 - There was no impact of aerobics exercise on (fats , weight and peripheries).2 - There is a slight effect in maximum oxygen consumption 3 - There was a positive impact of the grip strength 4 - There was a positive effect of vertebral column flexibilityThe researcher recommended the following : 1 - Encouraging pregnant women to practice sport exercises within physical and health fitness programs before pregnancy and during pregnancy months (under medical supervision) until delivery.2 - Performing different studies regarding pregnant women and subjugating them to physiologic tests to identify the effects of sport practicing on mothers and children.3 - Reliance on methodology prepared by the researcher using (low impact aerobics) and it's practices in all physical and health fitness centers for the benefit of pregnant women 4 - Maintaining the normal body weight increase during gestation period to preserve mother's and child's health

The first chapter is the introduction of the study and its significant. Which is obesity is the one of the most common diseases in the present time. The results of technological development, thus, produce methods and techniques for comfort. These methods have contributed to limit human movement of daily physical activities. The important of the study has came from development of medicine field specially the aesthetic one which has created a large amount of solutions and methods that help to get positive results and to get rid of obesity and shape of the body. One of those methods is liposuction from specific areas of the body. But these solutions do not be lasted continuous effect on the body after the liposuction operation, there are important factors and procedures that must be applied after the operation to maintain the consistency of the body. These procedures have kept the body in shape and ensure that the return of the accumulation of fat in those areas which have taken from or in other parts of the body can not happen. One of these procedures is practicing of regular sport exercises according to scientific program. The researcher has found new training technique (Al - Pila - Aerobics). This technique has combined the advantages of Piltes method training (burning fat from specific areas of the body) and aerobics training technique (burring fat from all parts of the body). The problem of the study lies in solving a problem of dis interest of women in sport training after liposuction operations. The women have not believed in returning of these fat in the same areas or other areas. The (Al - Pila - Aerobics) is the solution of maintaining the body, shaping the body, and improving their psychological heal as well. The study aims at the following : - Preparing (Al - Pila - Aerobics) technique after liposuction operation to improve morphological aspects (sculpting the body). - Identifying the effect of liposuction on the improving the women body, some physiological variables and physical structure after the liposuction operation. - Identifying the effect of (Al - Pila - Aerobics) technique on improving Morphology aspects , physical structure after liposuction operation. - Identifying the effect of liposuction operation (Al - Pila - Aerobics) and on improving morphological aspects ( sculpting body), some physiological variables and physical structure after the operation. The hypothesis of the study are : There are statistical significant differences between the following : - Pre - measurement before and after the operation after two weeks - Pre - measurement after two weeks and post measurement after the proposal program. - Pre - measurement before the operation and post measurement after the proposal program on the variables of the study such as sculpture of the body, some physiological variables and physical structure. The fields of the Study are the following : Human field : nine women at age (30 - 40) years who have undergone liposuction operation in abdomen area.Temporal field : the duration from (20/7/2013) till (9/10/2013)Place field : Bubbles Women’s Center in United Arab Emirates (Ajman).Chapter two has included the theoretical and previous studies which are mentioned some subjects related to the study.While , the third chapter has used the procedures of the study such as the experimental method, the sample of the study. The experiment has lasted (12 weeks) and applied on three units pre week. The whole units are (36) units. Also, this chapter contained the equipment , assistant tools , data collection of the information , application of the study, procedures of the study, statistical tools of using SPSS. Chapter four has shown the results and analyzing them as well as discussion of the results and recommendation of the study. The study has concluded the following conclusions, they are : 1 - (Al - Pila - Aerobics) technique has shown positive effect of getting ride of fat from all parts of body. The body has shaped thus it help the study sample to change their negative feeling to their bodies.2 - There are positive effects of the proposed program in improving some physiological variables through heart muscle adjustment thus affect the health of the body.3 - There is a positive effect of the program in improving the physical structure of women’s bodies after the operation by reducing the fat and the rate of fluid balance and relatively increasing the amount of muscles in the whole body.The study has recommended the following : 1 - Using the (Al - Pila - Aerobics) technique after liposuction operation because its effect on the operation.2 - (Al - Pila - Aerobics) could be used as technique to loss the weight and sculpting the body without liposuction operation.

The traditional methods used in Physical Education class lack a lot of enthusiasm and excitement among students as well as neglect the individual differences among them. This led to ineffective performance and response to the syllabus of the class. Solving this problem, the researcher chose to replace these physical exercises routine with an alternative that work on developing certain physical abilities by using Special Motor Games.The aims of the study : 1. Setting up Special Motor Games for developing some of the physical abilities of the third grade students Age (9 - 10 years).2. Identifying the effect of using Special Motor Games on developing some physical abilities among the subjects of the study. The hypotheses of the study : 1. There were Morale differences between pre and posttests of the experimental and control groups in the level of the physical abilities among the subjects of the study. 2. There were Morale differences between the posttests of the experimental and control groups in the level of physical abilities among the subjects of the study.This chapter also included the fields of the study (subjects, duration and place).Chapter two : review of literature (theoretical and similar studies) This chapter included all of the related theoretical and similar studies Chapter Three : The method of the study and field procedures.An experimental method was used in this chapter. The subject was selected deliberately, using two equal experimental and control groups of the third grade at (25) students per group. It also included data collecting tools, aids used, the program of the proposed Motor Games, the pilot study and the pre and posttests. Finally, the researcher used statistical methods appropriate to the nature of his study and tests through the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS).Chapter Four : Display and Discussion of Results In chapter four, the results were displayed, analyzed and discussed in the light of the pre and posttests results. Using the intended statistical methods helped in achieving the goals and hypotheses of the study.Chapter Five : Conclusions and Recommendations Conclusions : 1. Using Special Motor Games has clear and positive effect on developing some physical abilities of third grade students.2. The use of private motor games have had a positive role in increasing the effectiveness of student performance and thes led to the development of some of their physical abilities. Recommendations : 1. Adoption of Special Motor Games for 9 - 10year - old in Physical Education classes in elementary schools for its vital and influential role in upgrading the physical abilities of students. 2. The Ministry of Education/ Sports Activity Department should organize developmental courses for teachers of Physical Education in order to expand their knowledge about the curriculum and modern scientific equipment that develop students and how to apply them in Physical Education classes in elementary schools in Iraq.

These tools also give the class a joyful atmosphere to induce variability in physical education class. They also contribute greatly in improving joint work as well as muscle work by giving them speed, power, flexibility and agility. In addition to that, they improve muscular and neural coordination and is considered one of the factors of increasing the load of training. The small tools used in this study are hoops, clubs, ropes, small balls and sticks. The tools are used to improve some physical and motor traits and skill performance and the manner in which they should be used in physical education class for secondary school female students. The Problem of the study was in the lack of tools and apparatuses used in physical education classes in all secondary schools. This lack of tools lead to the lose of precious class time and students waiting in turn to apply one skill that negatively affected their physical fitness as well as learning the skill properly The Aims of The Study : 1. Designing teaching sessions using small tools in physical education class for female secondary school students.2. Identifying the effect of small tools on improving some physical and motor traits and skill performance in female secondary school students. 3. Identifying the group with the best improvement in physical and motor traits and skill performance in female secondary schools students. Hypotheses of the study : 1. There are statistical differences between pre and posttests in both groups of the study in improving physical and motor traits and skill performance in female secondary school students.2. There are statistical differences between the two experimental groups and controlling group in posttests in improving physical and motor traits and skill performance in favor of the experimental group. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (40) secondary school students. The subjects were divided into two equal groups of 20 female students. The researcher conducted a pilot study in 28/2 - 1/3/2011 followed by pretests in 2 - 3/3/2011 then the teaching sessions were applied using small tools on the experimental group in 6/3/2011 to improve some physical and motor traits and skill performance. The teaching sessions were 16 with 2 sessions per week for eight weeks each session lasts for 45 minutes. Posttests were conducted in 27 - 28/4/2011. The results were collected and analyzed using proper statistical methods. Conclusions & Recommendations : The researcher came up with many conclusions and ended up recommended the following : Conclusions : 1. The results of physical and motor traits and skill performance improved greatly. 2. Small tools are considered an improvement factor in improving some physical and motor traits and skill performance in female secondary school students. 3. Small tools motivate students and encourage competition.4. Using small tools substitutes the lack of apparatuses available in some secondary schools. Recommendations : 1. Using small tools in improving physical and motor traits and skill performance especially in teaching other motor skills.2. Providing secondary schools with small tools because they are cheaper than large apparatuses and are available in the markets.3. The necessity of generalizing the findings of this study on teaching sessions using small tools and for all grades in schools.

Abstract: برزت اهمية البحث في دراسة الخوف الاجتماعي للايتام ومحاولة تخفيضة من خلال النشاط الترويحي الرياضي كونة واحدا من المساهمات في مقومات الشخصية السوية للفرد (المراهق) ومساهمة من الباحثة لخدمة المجتمع المدني فيما تامل ان تتوصل الى نتائج جيدة لعلها تصبح بمثابة م | The importance of this research is to study social phobia for orphans and attempt to reduce it through recreational sports being activity, because it is one of contributions to personal decency components of the individual (teenager) and to serve civil society by researcher, and the research growing it’s importance by the need for it, in hopes that researcher’s findings will be as a guide to serve perhaps by work for those interested in sports and therapeutic recreation for orphans.The highlights of the problem of this research in the field of general recreation and particular in field of recreation and orphans, an attempt to apply recreation workout program on orphans and to identify the effectiveness extent of this program on the rationalize health behaviors of this group, which it fits various simple types of recreational games and the nature of the orphans and the simplicity of its laws and their performance, tools and places of exercise, and to confirm the Ministry of Higher Education, researcher need to serve Ministry of Civil Society and social Affairs by contribution from her to the service and the has taken a sample of orphans.The aim of the thesis is to detect the effect of the guiding recreation program in some physical fitness components on research sample of orphans, in addition to the display of the effect of guiding recreation program in phobia of social research sample of orphans.The researcher imposes that there is statistically significant differences between the two measurements pre and post for two experimental and control groups in some of physical fitness components and social phobia at significance level (0.05) and in favor of post - test, and statistically significant differences between experimental and control groups in fitness health components and social phobia at significance level (0.05) and in favor of experimental group.The experimental method, which is the closest approaches to solve research problems by scientific method, and the most validity to this kind of problem. The sample was selected from community of current residences (Dar Orphans cures - Suleikh) in Baghdad city for a year (2013 - 2014), age (11 - 14 years), and (18) orphans, were divided randomly into two groups; experimental group (9), the controlled group (9), and the researcher studied height, weight, body mass index variables and muscle strength, flexibility, heart rate, blood pressure, muscular endurance, and social phobia, and the recreational program building steps was in using group guide, and the researcher uses realistic treatment theory.The workouts consisted of (10) recreational guiding sessions : the introductory, emotional stability, self - esteem, positive thinking, social cohesion, face of pressure, self - efficacy, self - efficacy, control emotions, and problems solving sessions. Through the results of Part IV which the researcher concludes and the existence of a positive effect of recreational program components of physical fitness and social phobia for orphans, program recreational has largest effect on experimental group, on physical and social phobia variables and finally physiological variables, and rates of evolution of program recreational effect largest took place between in the experimental group, the trunk flexible variable, then abdomen tolerance variable and finally social phobia variable, and then concatenated the rest of variables, and recreational program has largest effect in experimental group of test (post - pretest), on physical and social phobia variables and finally on physiological variables, but it was at less effect than the effect of post - test experimental group , and the order took place between evolution rates of largest effect of recreational program in the experimental group, the trunk flexible variable, then abdomen tolerance variable and finally social phobia variable, and then the rest of the concatenated variables, but it was at less rates than the effect of post - test for the experimental group.

Abstract: يشتمل الباب الاول على المقدمة واهمية البحث التي تمثلت بتصميم تمرينات تاهيلية للمصابين بالبتر الاحادي تحت الركبة بوساطة جهاز صمم وصنع من قبل الباحثة. وتكمن اهمية البحث في اعادة تاهيل المصابين من حالات البتر الاحادي تحت الركبة ضمن المدة المخصصة للتاهي | The first section includes the introduction and research importance which represented the designing of rehabilitation exercises for the disabled people with unilateral amputation below the knee by using a device created by the researcher. The research importance lies in the rehabilitation of the disabled people with unilateral amputation below the knee within the period specified for such rehabilitation after the amputation surgery and the speedup of their recovery within rehabilitation units synchronized with the work performed on the device designed by the researcher to strengthen the muscles of the intact and amputated legs.The research goals have included : 1. Designing a rehabilitation device in water setting.2. The recognition of the training effects by using the proposed device in water setting in the improvement of some physical abilities for the disabled people with unilateral amputation below the knee.3. The recognition of the training effects by using the proposed device in water setting in the improvement of some kinematics variables and walking.4. The recognition of improvement rates in the physical abilities and biomechanical variables for the disabled people with unilateral amputation below the knee.The research hypotheses included : 1. There are no differences of statistical indications between pre and post examination in the muscle strength test for the legs under water.2. The second section included the theoretical studies which represented the recognition of the disability for the disabled people and their classifications as well. The recognition of rehabilitation programs, changes in the function and building of the muscle and the physical abilities which include muscle strength and flexibility. As for the similar studies, they included the studying of Dunya Saheb Jumaa (2007) and Ghaidaa Abdul Rahman (2009). The researcher has used the experimental method to achieve the study goals. Whereas the research sample included (10) of the disabled people with unilateral amputation below the knee and the researcher has performed the exploratory experiment to (3) people of unilateral amputation in order to understand the compability extent of the exercises to be performed on such sample and to perfect the use of special devices in the examinations in addition to the determination of sufficiency of the assistance team. The researcher has filmed the sample with a video camera in the biomechanics lab\ Medical Engineering Department\ Engineering College - University of Nahrain. The research has resulted to the most important conclusions.1. The results have shown a positive effect of the proposed rehabilitation exercises using the device designed in water setting to the improvement of all physical abilities under research.2. The results have shown a positive effect of the proposed rehabilitation exercises using the device designed in water setting to the improvement of all biomechanical variables of the intact and injured legs in the walking test until tiredness.3. The results have shown a positive effect of the proposed rehabilitation exercises using the device designed in water setting to the improvement of all kinematics variables of the intact and injured legs in the bicycle test outside the water setting. The researcher has concluded many recommendations, most important of which : 1. Reliance on the device designed by the researcher for the measurement and rehabilitation the strength of the muscles working on the hip and knee joints.2. Reliance on the rehabilitation exercises performed on the proposed device which depended on the increase of resistance gradually.3. Reliance on the angles measurement of the range of motion concerning knee joint pre and post rehabilitation

Preparing two training courses with wavy and increased loadsto develop the special strength (explosive strength and the speed - characterized strength) for the legs and arms muscles for the specialized school players aged (11 - 13) years. 2. Identifying the effects of two training courses with wavy and increasing load to develop the special strength (explosive strength and the speed - characterized strength) for the arms and legs muscles and the speed and accuracy of shooting from a jumping position and shooting from an angle in handball. Hypotheses of the study 1. There are significant statistical differences between the pre - tests and the post - tests in the special strength (explosive strength and the speed - characterized strength)for the legs and arms muscles for the specialized school players aged (11 - 13) years. 2. There are significant statistical differences between the pre - tests and the post - tests in the special strength (explosive strength and the speed - characterized strength) for the arms and legs muscles and the speed and accuracy of shooting from a jumping position and shooting from an angle in handball. Chapter two : Theoretical Studies and Related Studies The researcher examined in this chapter the theoretical studies that dealt with (the concept of athletic training, muscle strength, strength exercises and muscle size, methods of developing muscle strength, the game of handball, training methods used, high - and low - intensity (periodical) training method, frequent training method, basic handball skills. The researcher also presented a number of related studies. Chapter Three : Methodology of the Study and Field Procedures The researcher used pre - test post - test, two equivalent groups experimental design. This chapter included the sample which consisted of (20) under - 16 players of the Sport Specialized Talented School in the year 2014. The sample homogeneity and equivalence were insured. After determining the special strength types and the shooting types, and after selecting the suitable tests for measuring these skills, the pre - tests were conducted, and the training courses Fourth Chapter : Resulting Presentation, Analysis, and Discussion In this chapter, the results and their analysis and discussion are presented by processing data through the statistical package (SPSS). Fifth Chapter : Conclusions and Recommendations The researcher reached a number of conclusions, among them are : 1. The first group (of the wavy load) showed an improvement over the second group (of the increasing load in the explosive strength and the speed - characterized strength for the arms and legs). 2. The first group (of the wavy load) showed an improvement over the second group (of the increasing load in the accuracy and speed of shooting and explosive strength of the legs during shooting. The researcher presented a number of recommendations, the most notable among them are : 1. The training course related to the (wavy load and increasing load) methods when training the special strength and the shooting accuracy and speed of handball players. 2. The special strength exercises should be performed in a way that resembles the skillful performance to include the training of the skill - based muscles. 3. The strength exercises should consist of three training sessions per training week.

Abstract: اشتملت الاطروحة على خمسة ابواب : في الباب الاول تجسدت اهمية البحث في دراسة تاثير الوسائل العلمية المشروعة والفاعلة ومنها التحفيز الكهربائي والتمارين العلاجية وكليهما في تاهيل العضلات العاملة على المرفق والبحث عن وسائل الاسراع في شفاء المصابين والعودة الى | The Importance of the study lies in the development of sport medicine and how new scientific studies has emerged to help rehabilitate athletes with injuries. Some of these new methods of rehabilitation are electro muscle stimulation and therapeutic exercises and their effect on the injured muscles of tennis elbow. The study proposes using EMG for measuring and analyzing electric activity of the muscle during motor performance through using Bluetooth device. The Problem of the study is experts do not pay attention injured students with tennis elbow injury that is caused mainly by wrong technique. Wrong technique can affect this injury and cause muscle injury while performing backhand shot. The problem also shows how coach does not use the proper therapeutic exercises to rehabilitate the student and which one worked best for students with this type of injury. The aim of the study designing electro muscle stimulation and therapeutic exercises program to find the response of injured tennis elbow muscles and the performance of some physical abilities and backhand shot in tennis.The reseacher hypothesized significant statistical differences in the pretests compared to the posttests in the effect of electro muscle stimulation on the response of injured tennis elbow muscles and the performance of some physical abilities and backhand shot in tennis.The researcher used the experimental method. The subject were (15) third year Players with tennis elbow from the college of physical education/ University of Baghdad. They were divided into three equal groups. The first group is 5 injured students who worked according to electro muscle stimulation and therapeutic exercises. The second group also consists of four students who used only electric muscle stimulation while the third group used only therapeutic exercises. The main experiment was conducted after the pilot study and pretests. The posttests followed then the data was collected and treated using proper statistical methods. The researcher concluded the necessity of using the proposed program using electric stimulation and therapeutic exercises to achieve best results in injured tennis elbow response. Finally the researcher recommended the using EMG to identify the principle factors that affect achievements like high and low level of muscle activity due to improvements or lack of improvement in performance.

Abstract: ان اساس الفعاليات الرياضية هو تعلم واتقان مهاراتها الحركية اذ ان اساس الاتقان والوصول في الاداء الى المستوى الافضل هو هدف درس التربية الرياضية، ولما كان اساس الدروس العملية تطوير وتحسين الجوانب الفنية للمهارات الرياضية ضمن المنهج العملي وهذا التطبيق | Games of track and field are one of the basic practical materials required in the colleges of physical education which cannot achieve a required level of technical performance without emphasis on physical capacities, of which do not find enough time within the practical lesson to improve these capabilities in a scientific proper way which cope the time and the level that the college seeks to achieve for students. So , one of the fundamentals to develop the technical level in the games of track and field is the direction to focus first, on the special physical capacities related with the skill that should be developed. second, the development of the kinetic appearances which its development linked to the evolution of these physical abilities. According to this, the researcher has found a field for research and investigation to develop the technical aspects depending on the development of physical abilities and the dynamic appearances according to the conditions and kinematic variables that characterized that performance. Through educational training curriculum that implemented in the practical applied lessons of physical education that can be adopted to develop those special capabilities to those activities using modern variety of methods in these curriculums, such as using different resistors to use it for the development of the kinetic appearances of sport events and mastering them. so, It is a new scientific method at the education and the practical training in the colleges of physical education as well as to alert educators to focus on the mechanical aspects to all kinetic appearances harmony with the mechanical fundamentals that characterized the skill involved. On this basis, the researcher wanted to engage in this subject to determine the importance of using a platform with different resistances and applied according to kinematic basis to the skill of triple jump for the students to be an indicator, and to be used to find out the good performance precisely when teaching the skills involved. The application confirmation of the technical and kinematic conditions should be linked with the development of qualitative physical capacities that related to the skill, according to the needing of these capacities to internal and external resistors to get better and perform its role during the implementation of this skill. On the other hand, the performance of students especially is supposed to be in harmony with the special kinetic appearances of this skill such as flow, the kinetic rhythm, and speed of movement, which is measured in qualitative not quantative way. These appearances often refer to correspond between the used types of exercises with the type of skill in order to have a good skill performance that should be achieved by the student as a condition of achievement in the subject of track and field games in physical education. Therefore, this study was to demonstrate the impact of using a platform with different resistances in physical abilities of skill performance of the triple jump for the students. On the other hand, the research in the impact of this platform in the kinetic appearances which set for this performance according to the kinematic indicators, which were often a qualitative measure without the use of quantitative measurements that reflect the evolution of these appearances actually through the use of mechanical laws. Objectives of the research : 1 - Prepare a platform with different resistances for the experimental groups of the research.2 - .Identify the impact of the platform in some physical capabilities according to the kinematic indicators for the students of second stage in the College of Physical Education for Girls. 3 - Identify the impact of the platform in some kinetic appearances according to the kinematic indicators for the students of second stage in the College of Physical Education for Girls.4 - Identify the impact of the platform in the level of triple jump performance for the students of second stage in the College of Physical Education for Girls.Fields of research : 1 - The human field : Some students of second stage of Physical Education College for Girls / University of Baghdad for the academic year 2010 - 2011 AD.2 - Temporal field : from 1 /2 /2011 to 19 / 4 / 2011. 3 - Spatial field : Al - Kashafa Stadium and classrooms at the College Physical Education for Girls.Part 2 : Theoretical studies and studies of similar Theoretical studies included : Identify the trainings of resistors especially (oblique surfaces, and additional weights, the rubber cord), and to identify the physical abilities, and the kinetic appearances (the kinetic flow, kinetic rhythm), and the corners of dynamic performance according to kinematic indicators, and the effectiveness of the triple jump.Part 3 : Research Methodology and procedures of the fieldThe researcher used the experimental research method. The sample of the research was consisted of (27) students who represent the second stage in the College of Physical Education for Girls / University of Baghdad for the season 2010 - 2011, was divided into three experimental groups. The researcher used three educational training curriculums using different resistors; the first group used the training of oblique surface resistance, and the second group usedthe training of weights - ins resistance, the third group used the training of rubber cord resistance. The pre and post tests have been used to determine the impact of these exercises, as the researcher used appropriate statistical means to interpret the results of the variables.Part 4 : Results analyzed and discussed : This section dealt presentation to the results of the pre and post tests before for the three experimental groups and discussed according to the variables addressed by the researcher.Part 5 : Conclusions and recommendations : Conclusions included the following : • a development existed clearly in the physical abilities and the level of the special performance of the activity of triple jump to members of the group that used the slanted surfaces, and the group used additional weights, and the group that used the rubber cord.• Superiority the second experimental group (group of training on additional weights) for all tests of physical abilities and the level of special performance tests and kinetic appearances according to kinematic indicators for the activity of the triple jump.• Superiority the second experimental group (group of training on additional weights ) for the variables of all the corners of the body in all stages of the triple jump ( hopscotch and step and jump).• The success of the educational training curricula for the three groups, the training group on the surface and oblique, training group on the weights - ins, group training on rubber cord in the development of all the research variables for the activity of the triple jump.• Superiority the educational training curriculum of training on the additional weights on the other training curriculums of the surface and oblique, and rubber cord in the development of all the variables of the triple jump.• The diversity in the composition of the training load, and the nature of muscle contractions, had a deep impact in the development of physical abilities, and level of performance in the triple jump, inspire the spirit of competition between research groups.The recommendations included : • Adoption of the training curriculum of additional weights in the development of physical abilities, which helps to improve the dynamic flow, kinetic rhythm and the corners of the body that rely on biomechanical indicators, and achieve a better level of performance of the triple jump.• Diversity in the use of modern training methods, and appropriate diverse training methods, works to break the deadlock, and the develop the effective performance in the triple jump.• Need to make use of modern training methods to break the traditional pattern of training and breaking the usual kinetic pattern of the sample to bring about development in the capacity of physical and Kinetic appearances of the triple jump and other games.

Where the present research is the first study that take place in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science depending to the knowledge of the researcher.Targets of research : 1 - Create a program for thinking alsaper strategies for learning some basic skills in volleyball.2 - Identify the effect of thinking alsaper strategies on learning some basic skills in volleyball.3 - Identify the effect of thinking alsaper strategies in cognitive test for volleyball skills strategy.So, the researcher had adopted and developed the following hypothesis : 1. There are no significant differences between the tests (before and after) in learning some basic skills of volleyball in cognitive testing of the control group.2. There are no significant differences between the tests (before and after) in learning some basic skills of volleyball and testing knowledge of the experimental group.3. There are no significant differences between the tests (after) for the two groups (experimental and control groups) in learning some basic skills of volleyball and testing knowledge.Research's requirements : 1. Human requirement : National center players for care sports talent for volleyball.2. Time requirement : 25/8/2014 until 17/11/2014.3. Place requirement : Interior hall at the National Center for the care of sports talent for volleyball.Chapter Two : Theoretical consideration which contain the following scorings : Strategic concept, thinking concept, thinking alsaper concept, questions of thinking alsaper concept, thinking alsaper strategies concept, theories that explain the thinking alsaper, basic skills of volleyball concept, which included four special studies for thinking alsaper strategic and one study for the basic skills of volleyball.Chapter Three : The experimental method had been adopted by the researcher in the present work which is suitable to the nature of the work, and the sample of the research consisted of (28) students whose distributed to (14) students for experimental group and (14) students for control group. Also, the parity between these groups in variables like (intelligence, the cultural level of the parents, the basic skills of volleyball, cognitive test) had been adopted, where the curriculum of teaching took (three months) depending on three educational units per week, since the time of each educational unit is (90) minutes.Hence, the researcher used statistical methods like (percentages, mean, standard deviation, T for test samples asymmetric, Chi - square, Pearson correlation, Spearman correction equation, difficulty and excellence coefficient).Chapter Four : In this chapter, results and discussion which connect to the target of the present research and its prescriptions had been demonstrated.Chapter Five : Through the results, it can be realized some of conclusions : 1. The thinking alsaper strategic effect in positive affection in learning some basic skills of volleyball.2. Questions of thinking alsaper role in the recruitment of these strategies to contribute to learn some basic skills of volleyball.The researcher suggests several recommendations which include : 1. It is necessary to build educational programs to acquire the thinking skills of students and teachers.2. Follow the teacher a strategies to support students ' thinking skills, patience and a great deal of flexibility to give greater opportunity for students to express their opinions

The scholar used the experimental method by design the groups "the perfecter and the experimental of the befor test the sample consist of 12 players ,represent asample of the national team of archery and arrow for the long distances.thus it began to excute the training program me on the 21 / 2 / 2010 till16 / 5 / 2010 the scholces used the statistical devices to treat the attained resulted dataes for the per and post or after ward test of the changes.After curing all abtaned informations statistically the scholar concluded that the experimental program me by using the rubber training was effective in promoting the fixed masculer toleration and shot perfectance of distances archery and arrow players.The obtained development in the perfect group was not as the some promotion of the experimeuted group ,this means that exercises by using rubber was more beneficial than other classical training method.The rubber training showed positive activity and improvement in the fixed muscular toleration and in shooting perfectance of the experimentel group after test.The scholar advised the Iraq, federation of archery and arrow to use rubber training.for it proved its affest positively applying similar studies by using rubber on other sports activities and work to creade new training devices not only in the field of archery and arrow in all other athletics aspcts in order to rais up the sport is level to the best in our country.

Totaling (18) player after he ruled the player free, and the setting players the number (15) for the player were divided randomly into two groups of the experimental group and the number (5) players, and the control group and the number (5) players also the five remaining test reconnaissance, and after that was conducted homogeneity and parity of the sample conducted them tribal tests and then applied exercise physical - skills using the devices prepared by the researcher for 8 weeks at a rate of (3) training units per week, bringing the total sum of modules (24) unit training, it has reached a period of physical exercise in the unit training between (52.92 minutes) to (107.68 minutes), has been applied during the exercise section President, either time module has identified a time of 120 minutes is divided into (physically, skilly, plans , psychology), and the researcher used the method of training Recurring interval and after the completion of the application of exercises conducted a posteriori tests.Part IV included a presentation and analysis of results, discussion and verification of hypotheses.Finally, Part V included the conclusions and recommendations in the light of the discussion of the findings of the most important thesis and have exceeded the researcher's conclusions and in general? The physical exercise - footwork using two devices contributed to the development of physical abilities selected and in favor of the experimental group.? that physical exercise - skill using the devices contributed to the development of a section of the biokinematic variables that were significant in two skills and not significant in the other section.? that physical exercise - skill using the devices contributed to the development of my skills beating the overwhelming national and rectum and transmitter accuracy of wavy jump.Recommendations? researcher recommends using physical - skills exercises to develop some physical abilities and stomach by the researcher and to the stability of the effective impact.?
