Abstract:
اشتملت الاطروحة على خمسة ابواب : في الباب الاول تجسدت اهمية البحث في دراسة تاثير الوسائل العلمية المشروعة والفاعلة ومنها التحفيز الكهربائي والتمارين العلاجية وكليهما في تاهيل العضلات العاملة على المرفق والبحث عن وسائل الاسراع في شفاء المصابين والعودة الى | The Importance of the study lies in the development of sport medicine and how new scientific studies has emerged to help rehabilitate athletes with injuries. Some of these new methods of rehabilitation are electro muscle stimulation and therapeutic exercises and their effect on the injured muscles of tennis elbow. The study proposes using EMG for measuring and analyzing electric activity of the muscle during motor performance through using Bluetooth device. The Problem of the study is experts do not pay attention injured students with tennis elbow injury that is caused mainly by wrong technique. Wrong technique can affect this injury and cause muscle injury while performing backhand shot. The problem also shows how coach does not use the proper therapeutic exercises to rehabilitate the student and which one worked best for students with this type of injury. The aim of the study designing electro muscle stimulation and therapeutic exercises program to find the response of injured tennis elbow muscles and the performance of some physical abilities and backhand shot in tennis.The reseacher hypothesized significant statistical differences in the pretests compared to the posttests in the effect of electro muscle stimulation on the response of injured tennis elbow muscles and the performance of some physical abilities and backhand shot in tennis.The researcher used the experimental method. The subject were (15) third year Players with tennis elbow from the college of physical education/ University of Baghdad. They were divided into three equal groups. The first group is 5 injured students who worked according to electro muscle stimulation and therapeutic exercises. The second group also consists of four students who used only electric muscle stimulation while the third group used only therapeutic exercises. The main experiment was conducted after the pilot study and pretests. The posttests followed then the data was collected and treated using proper statistical methods. The researcher concluded the necessity of using the proposed program using electric stimulation and therapeutic exercises to achieve best results in injured tennis elbow response. Finally the researcher recommended the using EMG to identify the principle factors that affect achievements like high and low level of muscle activity due to improvements or lack of improvement in performance.
