Abstract: ان اساس الفعاليات الرياضية هو تعلم واتقان مهاراتها الحركية اذ ان اساس الاتقان والوصول في الاداء الى المستوى الافضل هو هدف درس التربية الرياضية، ولما كان اساس الدروس العملية تطوير وتحسين الجوانب الفنية للمهارات الرياضية ضمن المنهج العملي وهذا التطبيق | Games of track and field are one of the basic practical materials required in the colleges of physical education which cannot achieve a required level of technical performance without emphasis on physical capacities, of which do not find enough time within the practical lesson to improve these capabilities in a scientific proper way which cope the time and the level that the college seeks to achieve for students. So , one of the fundamentals to develop the technical level in the games of track and field is the direction to focus first, on the special physical capacities related with the skill that should be developed. second, the development of the kinetic appearances which its development linked to the evolution of these physical abilities. According to this, the researcher has found a field for research and investigation to develop the technical aspects depending on the development of physical abilities and the dynamic appearances according to the conditions and kinematic variables that characterized that performance. Through educational training curriculum that implemented in the practical applied lessons of physical education that can be adopted to develop those special capabilities to those activities using modern variety of methods in these curriculums, such as using different resistors to use it for the development of the kinetic appearances of sport events and mastering them. so, It is a new scientific method at the education and the practical training in the colleges of physical education as well as to alert educators to focus on the mechanical aspects to all kinetic appearances harmony with the mechanical fundamentals that characterized the skill involved. On this basis, the researcher wanted to engage in this subject to determine the importance of using a platform with different resistances and applied according to kinematic basis to the skill of triple jump for the students to be an indicator, and to be used to find out the good performance precisely when teaching the skills involved. The application confirmation of the technical and kinematic conditions should be linked with the development of qualitative physical capacities that related to the skill, according to the needing of these capacities to internal and external resistors to get better and perform its role during the implementation of this skill. On the other hand, the performance of students especially is supposed to be in harmony with the special kinetic appearances of this skill such as flow, the kinetic rhythm, and speed of movement, which is measured in qualitative not quantative way. These appearances often refer to correspond between the used types of exercises with the type of skill in order to have a good skill performance that should be achieved by the student as a condition of achievement in the subject of track and field games in physical education. Therefore, this study was to demonstrate the impact of using a platform with different resistances in physical abilities of skill performance of the triple jump for the students. On the other hand, the research in the impact of this platform in the kinetic appearances which set for this performance according to the kinematic indicators, which were often a qualitative measure without the use of quantitative measurements that reflect the evolution of these appearances actually through the use of mechanical laws. Objectives of the research : 1 - Prepare a platform with different resistances for the experimental groups of the research.2 - .Identify the impact of the platform in some physical capabilities according to the kinematic indicators for the students of second stage in the College of Physical Education for Girls. 3 - Identify the impact of the platform in some kinetic appearances according to the kinematic indicators for the students of second stage in the College of Physical Education for Girls.4 - Identify the impact of the platform in the level of triple jump performance for the students of second stage in the College of Physical Education for Girls.Fields of research : 1 - The human field : Some students of second stage of Physical Education College for Girls / University of Baghdad for the academic year 2010 - 2011 AD.2 - Temporal field : from 1 /2 /2011 to 19 / 4 / 2011. 3 - Spatial field : Al - Kashafa Stadium and classrooms at the College Physical Education for Girls.Part 2 : Theoretical studies and studies of similar Theoretical studies included : Identify the trainings of resistors especially (oblique surfaces, and additional weights, the rubber cord), and to identify the physical abilities, and the kinetic appearances (the kinetic flow, kinetic rhythm), and the corners of dynamic performance according to kinematic indicators, and the effectiveness of the triple jump.Part 3 : Research Methodology and procedures of the fieldThe researcher used the experimental research method. The sample of the research was consisted of (27) students who represent the second stage in the College of Physical Education for Girls / University of Baghdad for the season 2010 - 2011, was divided into three experimental groups. The researcher used three educational training curriculums using different resistors; the first group used the training of oblique surface resistance, and the second group usedthe training of weights - ins resistance, the third group used the training of rubber cord resistance. The pre and post tests have been used to determine the impact of these exercises, as the researcher used appropriate statistical means to interpret the results of the variables.Part 4 : Results analyzed and discussed : This section dealt presentation to the results of the pre and post tests before for the three experimental groups and discussed according to the variables addressed by the researcher.Part 5 : Conclusions and recommendations : Conclusions included the following : • a development existed clearly in the physical abilities and the level of the special performance of the activity of triple jump to members of the group that used the slanted surfaces, and the group used additional weights, and the group that used the rubber cord.• Superiority the second experimental group (group of training on additional weights) for all tests of physical abilities and the level of special performance tests and kinetic appearances according to kinematic indicators for the activity of the triple jump.• Superiority the second experimental group (group of training on additional weights ) for the variables of all the corners of the body in all stages of the triple jump ( hopscotch and step and jump).• The success of the educational training curricula for the three groups, the training group on the surface and oblique, training group on the weights - ins, group training on rubber cord in the development of all the research variables for the activity of the triple jump.• Superiority the educational training curriculum of training on the additional weights on the other training curriculums of the surface and oblique, and rubber cord in the development of all the variables of the triple jump.• The diversity in the composition of the training load, and the nature of muscle contractions, had a deep impact in the development of physical abilities, and level of performance in the triple jump, inspire the spirit of competition between research groups.The recommendations included : • Adoption of the training curriculum of additional weights in the development of physical abilities, which helps to improve the dynamic flow, kinetic rhythm and the corners of the body that rely on biomechanical indicators, and achieve a better level of performance of the triple jump.• Diversity in the use of modern training methods, and appropriate diverse training methods, works to break the deadlock, and the develop the effective performance in the triple jump.• Need to make use of modern training methods to break the traditional pattern of training and breaking the usual kinetic pattern of the sample to bring about development in the capacity of physical and Kinetic appearances of the triple jump and other games.
