Abstract: يرمي هذا البحث الى التعرف على (اثر استراتيجيتي باير وجيكسو المطورة في اكتساب المفاهيم ومهارات التفكير التاريخي لدى طلاب الصف الرابع الادبي) ولتحقيق هدف البحث وضع الباحث الفرضيتين الصفريتين الاتيتين : 1. ليس هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.5) بين | The goal of this research is to identify (after Bayer and Jickso developed a strategy to acquire concepts and skills of historical thinking among fourth grade students literary )To achieve the aim of the research hypotheses the researcher Elsafreeten following two status. 1 - There is no statistically significant differences at the level (0.5%) between the average grades three research groups experimental first taught history using Bayer's strategy, the second experimental group that the article itself was considering using Jickso strategy developed, the officer who is studying the same material in the traditional manner Group in testing the acquisition of the dimensional historical concepts. 2 - There is no statistically significant differences at the level (0.5%) between the average grades three research groups experimental first taught history using Bayer's strategy, the second experimental group that the article itself was considering using Jickso strategy developed, the officer who is studying the same material in the traditional manner Group in testing historical thinking skills. The researcher adopted the experimental method a partial seizure and researcher chose a sample of pure junior high students for Boys affiliated to the Education Directorate in Diyala, deliberately, for the application of experience, select appointed three sets. 1 - The first experimental group and the number of students (30), a student of the Division (b) material and is considering the history of the Arab - Islamic civilization Bayer strategy. 2 - The second experimental group and the number of students of 30 students from the Division (a) and studying material history of Arab - Islamic civilization Jkso strategy developed almjmuah control and the number of students (30) students from the Division (c) studying material history of the Arab - Islamic civilization in the traditional manne. And rewarded researcher between three research groups in the variables (prior knowledge test, IQ, chronological age, final grades, in history the third grade average, the academic achievement of the father, the academic achievement of the mother). Having identified the researcher scientific material to be taught, which included concepts contained in the book of the history of Arab - Islamic civilization fourth grade literary scheduled to be taught for the academic year 2014 - 2015, and in the light of its content Select researcher major historical concepts of (18) historically understood, and in the light of those concepts prepared Researcher behavioral goals of (54) target measure gain concept operations (definition, discrimination, application) as prepared by teaching plans (36) daily plan for each group of three research groups. The researcher prepared a test to gain historical concepts of the type of question. (Multiple choice) be (54) items, and a test of the skills of historical thinking, amounting to 40 items of the type of multiple - choice has been checked and sincerity (virtual and content) and strength discriminatory and coefficient of difficulty and effectiveness of false alternatives, and its stability has been extracted equivalent manner Alvakronbach, reaching (0.83) is a good stability of plants. Trial proceedings lasted 12 weeks dish at the end of the test to gain the post of historical concepts and two days later was re - test to measure historical thinking skills and use appropriate statistical researcher means to achieve the objectives of the research and study resulted in the following findings. 1 - outweigh the first experimental group which studied strategy (Bayer) to acquire historical concepts and skills of historical thinking on the second experimental group which studied the strategy Jkso developed and the control group, who studied in the traditional manner. 2 - outweigh the second experimental group that studied strategy (Jkso developed) to acquire the concepts and thinking skills to the control group which studied the traditional way

So for the purpose of achieving this aim , the researcher formulates the following null hypotheses;1 - There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.5) between the mean scores of the experimental group which is taught by the syncetics strategy and the mean scores of the control group which is taught the same subject by using the traditional way in innovative thinking pre - test and post - test.2 - There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.5) between the mean scores of the experimental group who taught history subject by using the syncetics strategy in innovative thinking pre - test and post - test.3 - There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.5) between the mean scores of the control group who taught history subject by using the traditional way in innovative thinking pre - test and post - test.The researcher used the experimental design in achieving the aims of study and verifying its hypotheses an quasi experimental design is selected. Randomly sample is chosen from the students of fourth stage at ( Khalil Martyr preparatory school an d Al - Asri high school) which are followed to the general directorate of education for diyala / Khanqeen district , as a sample of the study, it is consisted of 60 student in the amount of 30 students in experimental group who taught history syllabus according to syncetics strategy, and 30 students in control group who taught history syllabus according to the traditional way. An equivalence has been done between the two groups in the number of variables including ( Intelligence quotient, age ( monthly counting ) , academic level of the father, academic level of the mother, pre - test of innovative thinking).History syllabus is stated , representing by the first five chapters of history textbook (the Arabic and Islamic civilization) which is admitted by Ministry of Iraqi Education for the academic year (2013 - 2014) for student at fourth stage. The researcher constructed innovative thinking test after reviewing the literature and previous studies , as a research tool, it consists of 20 items distributed on the 5 situations for each skill of innovative thinking, namely, (intellectual fluency, spontaneity and flexibility, and originality).The test validity has been achieved by exposing the instrument on jury members , while reliability has been verified through applying the test on pilot study. The researchers wrote 156 behavioral goal for the first five chapters and prepared plans for teaching the two groups of the study and display models on a group of specialists in the field of teaching methods, measurement and evaluation, educational psychology, and history.The researcher taught the two groups by himself through the period of experiment which lasted an entire semester. The statistical methods are used for data processing are t - test for two independent samples and interrelated, chi - square , coefficient of difficulty, power discrimination and alpha - cronbach formula. The results of the study show that there are statistically significant differences at level (0.5) in favor of experimental group who taught the history of Arabic and Islamic civilization by using the syncetics strategy in developing innovative thinking on the control group who taught history subject by using the traditional way of teaching In the light of results , umber of recommendations are drawn.1 - Adopting syncetics strategy in teaching history to students of literary fourth grade because of its many benefits in terms of developing thinking , accuracy of observation , the organization of scientific material, which may help in learning of historical material and the process of retention.2 - Practicing history teachers to teach in accordance with the syncetics strategy through regularity attendance in training courses, educational seminars and preparing clear guide to demonstrates teaching method according to historical material on this strategy. In the light of the results obtained in the present study, the researcher suggests the following ;1 - Conducting a study to compare the syncetics strategy with other strategies in the development of innovative thinking. 2 - The effectiveness of the use of syncetics strategy in the developing of multi - types of thinking (scientific , contemplative, and critic).

Abstract: ييد? البحث الحالي الى الاتي : 1 اعداد برنامج تعميمي عمى وفق است ا رتيجيات ما وا رء المعرفة لتدريس مادة تاريخ اوربا في - القرن التاسع عشر لطمبة الصف الثاني في كمية التربية الاساسية قسم التاريخ.2 التعرف عمى فاعمية البرنامج التعميمي في تحصيل مادة التاريخ ل | The present study aims at the following : 1 - Preparing a an educational program a suggested program according to the meta - cognitive strategies for teaching the subject history of Europe 19th century for the second year students in the College of Basic Education - Department of History.2 - Knowing the effectiveness of a suggested program in the achievement of the subject of history for the second year students in the College of Basic Education - Department of History.3 - Knowing the Developing the effectiveness of a suggested program the historical thinking for the second year students in the College of Basic Education - Department of History.To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher formulated the following hypotheses : 1 - There are no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the mean score of student of experimental group who study the suggested program according to the meta - cognitive strategies and the mean score of control group students study the subject according no normal method in the achievement of History.2 - There are no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the mean score of student of experimental group who study the suggested program according to the meta - cognitive strategies and the mean score of control group students study the subject according no normal method in the test (pretest and posttest) of critical thinking.The researcher chose an experimental design with partial adjustment for his research made up of two groups one is experimental and the other is control. He determined the college of basic education in Mustansriya University as a place for conducting his experience. The History department includes three classrooms form which he has chosen randomly the third class to be the sample of his study; they were taught according to the program prepared in accordance the meta - cognitive strategies which amounted to 34 students after elimination. The second class was chosen to be the control group. They were taught in the conventional methods after 34 students were eliminated.The two groups of the study were matched din the variables of (age, intelligence, parent education, previous knowledge, skills of historical thinking).In order to measure the students achievement (control and experimental) for the second semester for the year 2013/2014 in the subject history of Europe 19th century, which the student taught himself, the researcher adopted a test made up of 50 items the type of multiple choice and ten items the type of short answer choice.The second tool is the test of historical skills for measuring the historical thinking for the two groups of study. The test was made up of 40 test items distributed into four questions as follow : - First question is made up of ten items the multiple choice type. - Second question made up of six items essay answer type. - Third questions is made up of two items (A) and (B) and the sum of its items is four. The answer is for each item. - Question four is made up of 20 items the type of complete the missing in short answers.The two tests were tested in terms of validity and constancy, difficulty coefficient, the easiness of, distinction and the truth of its items, and all the psychometric features.The researcher used SPSS program as well as T - test and Pearson correlation coefficient, and the difficulty and easiness coefficient, Cronbach’s alpha equation, Spearman - Brown Equation, Point Pi Serial. - Dcorrelation coefficient in processing the results statistically. The results were following : 1 - There are no statistical significant differences at the level of 0.05 in average score of the students of the experimental group who study the suggested program by the use of meta - cognitive Strategies and the average score of students of the control group who study in the conventional method in achievement test after posttest for the study the experimental group.2 - There are no statistical significant differences at the level of 0.05 in average score of the students of the experimental group who study the suggested program by the use of meta - cognitive Strategies and the average score of students of the control group who study in the conventional method in achievement test in historical posttest for the experimental group.3 - There are no statistical significant differences at the level of 0.05 in average score of the students of the experimental group who study the suggested program by the use of meta - cognitive Strategies and the average score of students of the control group who study in the conventional method in achievement test after tests (pretest - posttest) for historical thinking skills for.The most important conclusions which the researcher has come up to are : the pedagogical program according to the meta - cognitive strategies has raised the level for the students of history department in the second grade \ College of basic education. Also it led to the development of historical thinking in a better than the other methods of teaching. In addition to that, the study comes up with a number of suggestions and recommendations. The study recommends.1 - Applying the educational program according to the meta - cognitive strategies in teaching the subject history of Europe 19th century the second year students in the Department of History College of Basic. - EEducation for its role in promoting the students’ achievement and historical thinking.2 - Training history teachers in general of the meta - cognitive strategies and how to make use of the material through making graining workshop.3 - Working on finding educational programs for teaching the student for the increase their response for learning, which are modern methods in teaching.The most important suggestions of the study are the following : 1 - Make other studies about the effectiveness of the program (the meta - cognitive strategies) in the achievement of students and their motivation for learning.2 - Make other studies for other stages and subjects.3 - Study the effectiveness of the program according to the meta - cognitive strategies in teaching history on the patterns of thinking like critical thinking and innovative thinking.
