Abstract: هدف البحث التعرف على اثر انموذج برانسفورد وشتاين في تحصيل طلاب الصف الاول المتوسط لمادة الفيزياء وتفكيرهم التاملي.وللتحقق من هدف البحث صيغت الفرضيتين الصفريتين الاتيتين : 1 - لايوجد فرق ذا دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجمو | The aim of research is identify The Effects of Bransford and Stein Modelon achievement of the first intermediate Male in Physics Subject and Their Reflective Thinking.To achieve the aims of this research formulated the two nil hypothesis as following : 1 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between experimental group students which studied by Bransford and Stein of two model , and which control group students which studied on Physics by normal way achievement test.2 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between experimental group students which studied by Bransford and Stein model , and control group students which on studied reflective thinking.To investigate hypotheses research , The researcher depend on experimental design a partial adjustment of two sets of search experimental search and control of post testThe research sample consisted (65) students from boys were selected and distributed randomly as two groups : experimental group (32)student and control group (33)student the equivalence between two groups based on the following variables : (Intelligence , previous information in Physics , reflective thinking test ) The researcher Prepared (40) item multiple - choice achievement test , and (30) item multiple - choice reflective thinking test. It had been confirmed psychometric characteristics of the two tests.After the application of the two tests , data was collected and processed statically using samples (t - test) for independent samples and unequal results showed : 1 - There is statistically significant difference between the experimental and control group students on achievement test for the experimental group. 2 - There is statistically significant difference between the experimental and control group students on reflective test for the experimental group. In light of the result the researcher finding asset of suggestion and recommended the important on Bransford and Stein model in teaching physics and conduct similar studies with other subsidiary variables for different stages.

Each one if different from the other in dealing with the problems. Some of them try to find solutions away from the administrative laws. The problem of the study lies in the treating the prevailed codes and patterns in the universities. This would help to overcome the following of pattern and conventional procedures in for the heads of departments instead of thinking for change and renovation of these institutions as a result of many obstacles and crises, as well as the absence in front of the operations with the absence of the elements that would help the administrative creativity for the administrative leaderships in the university when practicing their administrative works and their obligation with what the their leaders direct them. This will contribute much in the absence of the creativity process and affirms the works. The Importance of the Study : The importance of the study lies in that the concept of crises management has become widespread in our contemporary society and touches upon all the aspects of life. Since the language of the age is the language of reading the future in order to find what we can afford in high sufficient manner, then, it is very necessary to find the leaderships that possess the skills of crisis management specially those occurring unexpectedly. They also should possess their ability for renovation. The ability of renovation is one of the most important requirements that should be available in those who assume the responsibility of the administrative work. The Objectives : The study aims at : 1 - Measuring the crises for the heads of scientific departments in the colleges of Baghdad governorate. 2 - Measuring the administrative creativity for the heads of scientific departments in the colleges of Baghdad governorate. 3 - Finding the differences in crises management of the heads of scientific departments in the colleges of Baghdad governorate according to the variables of specialization (human - scientific). 4 - Finding the significance of differences in administrative creativity of the heads of scientific departments in the colleges of Baghdad governorate according to the variables of specialization (human - scientific). 5 - Finding the correlative relation between the crises management of administrative creativity for the heads of scientific departments in the colleges of Baghdad governorate.The Limits of Study : The study is confined to the heads of scientific departments in Baghdad governorate including the colleges of (Baghdad University, al - Muystansirya University, Al - Nahrain University, the Technology University and the Iraqiya University) for the academic year (2014 - 2015). The literatures : The literature of the study includes two inquirers : The first : (1) includes hew literature related to the crises management (2) includes the literatures of administrative creativity.The second : includes the previous studies which includes 13 Iraqi, Arab and foreign studied that relate to the topic of the study, as well as stating the indicators of these studies.The procedures : The procedures of the study include : - The study community which is composed of 322 heads of departments in (91) colleges in the studied scientific and human colleges. - The sample includes 161 heads of scientific departments in a ratio of (%50) out of the community of the study which the studied. - The two instruments of the study are (crises management and administrative creativity), the building went through many steps included in the thesis. The researcher derived the item discrimination, the apparent validity and the validity of the instruments. The constancy coefficient, Cronbach’s Alpha equation for internal consistency of the two instruments. The statistical means are : The data were processed statistically by the use of the suitable instruments of the study (t - tests for the samples, and the t - tests for one sample, Pearson correlation coefficient, Z - test, discrimination force, Cronbach’s Alpha).After data collection, the researcher comes up to the following findings : 1 - The heads of scientific departments in the colleges of universities of Baghdad governorate possess a high level of crises management.2 - The heads of scientific departments in the colleges of universities of Baghdad governorate possess a high level of administrative creativity.3 - There are no differences in the tool of crises management of the heads of scientific departments in the colleges of Baghdad governorate according to the variables of specialization (human - scientific). 4 - There are no differences in the tool of administrative creativity of the heads of scientific departments in the colleges of Baghdad governorate according to the variables of specialization (human - scientific). 5 - There is a correlative relation between the two tools crises management of administrative creativity for the heads of scientific departments in the colleges of universities of Baghdad governorate.Recommendations : 1 - The necessity of directing a massage to the presidency of Baghdad University to choose the heads of scientific departments according to the scientific bases who possess capabilities and handing of the administrative creativity and crises management. 2 - Stress on the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to open courses for administrative leaderships to work in the colleges of the universities of Baghdad governorates, to rehabilitee and training them to polish their abilities and skills and increase their readiness and deal with the normal conditions.Suggestions : 1 - Making similar studies that aim the sample of deans between crises management and administrative creativity.2 - Making similar studies to build standards to choose the heads of scientific departments according to the variables of the age.

It is modest experience researcher felt that there is weakness and a decrease in the level of students to absorb material sciences, as well as the weakness of science teachers and their plans do not include the school's mental skills in learning science, which makes the learning process achieved the desired goals. Therefore, this research aims to : thinking Hand of the effectiveness of the strategy notebook in the collection of fifth - grade pupils in primary and retention of information have To achieve the goals of this research was the formulation of zero hypotheses the following two : 1. Not found statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores schoolgirls experimental group who studied the strategy according to the thinking hand and average scores schoolgirls control group who studied according to the usual way in the achievement test in science.2. Not found statistically significant differences on the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores schoolgirls experimental group who studied under a strategy to thinking hand and average scores schoolgirls control group who studied according to the usual soft in the retention of information. The search was limited to fifth grade pupils in elementary school Nahrawan deliberate manner for the academic year (2013 - 2014m) and units (fifth and sixth) of the science book for fifth grade primary. The Researcher used the experimental design The experimental groups, one taught in accordance with the strategy thinking hand and the other officer taught according to the usual way, was preparing lesson plans for the two groups and presented to a group of experts to make sure of their safety. And a test of the collection of posttest which consisted of (30) paragraph type multiple choice, was calculated validity and reliability coefficient of discrimination and difficulty of paragraphs, using the equation Keodr Richardson - 20 was calculated stability of the achievement test (0.88). Included research sample (60) student from fifth grade female pupils in primary and distributed randomly into two groups, one experimental and included (30), his disciple and the other officer and included (30), his disciple, was rewarded in the variables (intelligence, achievement former science subject, chronological age, Achtbarthesela dimensionally ). And applied experience in the second semester of the academic year (2013/2014) and the experiment lasted for 8 weeks, and the researcher taught the two groups. It also has to address the data statistically using the test (t - test) for two independent samples is equal, and the results showed superiority of the experimental group that studied in accordance with the strategy of thinking hand on their peers in the control group that studied according to the method routine, as well as the results showed differences statistically significant between grades retention test for the experimental group that studied the strategy according to the thinking hand. In light of these findings the researcher recommended using the strategy thinking hand in teaching science and suggested that further studies of the stages and different subjects and find out their impact on other variables.

Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى تحديد مهارات التنمية البشرية اللازمة لطلبة قسم التاريخ في كلية التربية للعلوم الانسانية - جامعة كربلاء من وجهة نظرهم،وترتيب هذه المهارات حسب اهميتها من وجهة نظر افراد عينة البحث، والتعرف على دلالة الفروق الاحصائية في مستوى مهارات ال | The current research aims to identify the skills of human development necessary for the students of the Department of History at the College of Education for Human Sciences - University of Karbala, in their point of view, then arranging these skills according to their importance from the viewpoint of subjects of the research sample, and find out statistical significance differences of the skill levels of human development, according to the sex variable (males - females), as well as to identify the statistical significance differences in the level of human development skills necessary depending on the variable of different classes in the Department of History.To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach (survey), the research community included all students in the Department of History at the College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Karbala morning study, totaling 300 students, where as the sample included (175) students from students study the morning study only for the academic year (2013 - 2014) In order to determine, human development skills resources necessary for students of the history department The researche prepared a search tool which is about ( questionnaire ), after knowing the training portfolio and vocabulary training courses for the skills of human development, as well as participate in a large number of those courses and training programs of development, as well as Reading studies and previous literature that dealt with the skills of human development, and to check the validity of the tool and psychometric characteristics of the scale, the researcher extracted face validity through exposing it to a group of experts (17 ones) and extracted relcability utilizing splithalf method using the Pearson correlation coefficient then corrected it by using the equation Spearman Brown as well as stability was calculated using the equation Alpha Cronbach, The find form of thescale consisted of (88) skills distributed in to (6) fields. The researcher used several statistical methods appropriate to the goals of her research, All the statistical operations using statistical software (Spss.) program and Excel (2010) After analyzing the data results showed the following : 1 - The field of time management skills, which weighed percentile (80.76) won the first grade for six areas of the questionnaire, and this shows the students' awareness of the importance of time and the need to acquire the skills of his administration effectively. 2 - The development of human skills that got the weight percentage of more than (90) were two skills. 3 - the skills of human development, which was weighing between (80 - 90) (41) skill.4 - the skills of human development, which was weighing between (70 - 80) percentage were (47) skills. Based on the study have exceeded the results of the researcher recommended a number of recommendations : 1 - Include human development skill in the curricula of the Department of History Karbala University.2 - Build developmental programs equipped with comprehensive training portfolio on human development and its skills.3 - open training centers for Human Development at the University of Karbala and rehabilitation of all training requirements.4 - open intensive training courses for students in the skills of human development in order to let the acquire these skills.5 - support libraries at the universitywith books and a variety of sources for human development. The researcher has proposed a set of proposals including : 1 - Conduct experimental studies for each area of human development alone to get to know its impact on the level of educational achievement for students. 2 - Conduct surveys to identify the extent of the contribution of teachers to instill in students the skills of human development. 3 - Conduct studies aimed at developing the skills of human development among students using the strategies and catain teaching methods.

Based on the above, the study aims to : measure (the effectiveness of the training program to instill in staging skills of students in the Department of Art Education) in the College of Basic Education / Baghdad to study, the researcher identified the problem of the study by asking the following : - ((What is the effectiveness of the training program to instill in staging skills of students in the Department of Art Education)). To answer the question two null hypotheses have been formulated, the first is : ((There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group was taught the training program and the average degree of the control group who has studied the way the normal level of performance at the level of (0.05) in the skill of the post test) ). And the second one is ((no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group was taught the training program and the average score of the control group which studied the way normal level of performance at the level of (0.05) in the cognitive post - test.Hence, four chapters have been identified to stand on this problem and then solve it, have identified the first chapter to address the definition of the problem of research that has emerged over the confirmation of educators that a large part of the learning process is the responsibility of the learner, and must be the teacher that provides requested by the school with the skills that will enable them access to knowledge for themselves, aimed to adopt a training program to give the excretion of theatrical skills in material staging principles in light of the use of black theater techniques as well as the limits of research identified the students of the third phase of the Department of Art Education / College of Basic Education / Mustansiriya University for the academic year 2013 - 2014.Chapter Two : - deals with material staging principles. The second chapter has included the theoretical framework in which the researcher tackled in the first section of this chapter educational and training programs and addressed in the second section chronology of the Black Theater in third section researcher pillars output in black theater. Chapter Four : - it contains the results that show through the use of statistical methods, and the researcher analyzed these results and discussion, as follows : 1. outweigh the experimental group students who applied to them the training program on their own skill in the post test.Conclusions : 1. training content the ability of the program designed to give the knowledge and skill of information in the light of the black theater techniques to students in the third grade - Department of Technical Education - material staging principles.2. Clarity faculty and behavioral objectives in the learning process according to the content of the training program, making it purposeful and directed the process of self - direction and a collective.3 - facilitate the learning process according to the black theater techniques in staging material, has helped in the development of learners' directorial skills such as experience and vision, and employment.Recommendations : The researcher recommended range recommendations was the most prominent.1. directing colleges and technical departments involved in teaching theatrical output material to try to move away from the traditional methods and reliance on the way in teaching the stomach in the current research, which studied (according to the training program) and take advantage of the search results, to prove its effectiveness in giving students the information and skills needed in the theatrical output material.2. adopt the Department of Art Education within the current program material Headquarters staging principles in the curriculum of the department.Suggestions : Researcher proposed to complement the current research group of the most important proposals.1. In order to achieve the aim of the study, the researcher put the two zero hypotheses : 1 - There is differences at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental students who were taught history according to the generative teaching model and the control students who were taught history according to the traditional methods in the acquisition of historical concepts.2 - There is differences at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental students who were taught history according to the generative teaching model and the control students who were taught history according to the traditional methods in the tendency towards history. The researcher used the experimental partial design with the posttest that depend on the experimental group who were taught history according to the generative teaching model and the control group who were taught history according to the traditional methods. The researcher has chosen That Alsawari Secondary School for girl to be her sample school. The sample consisted of (69) students, (34) in the experimental group and (35) in the control group and has matched the two in terms of (age, parent?s education, intelligence, previous year scores, tendency towards the subject). The she tried to adjust number of variables. The experiment started on Sunday 27/10/2013 and ended on Thursday 12/12/2013, the researcher has taught the two groups herself and the material included the first three chapters in the book Modern and Contemporary History of Europe for fifth grade (literary branch). After she formulated and has (93) objectives. Then, she prepared the required teaching plans. The researcher adopted to objectives for the acquisition of historical concepts made up of (60) items the type of multiple choice, and the second to measure the tendency towards the subject of history of (50) items. Abstract: يهدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على " فاعلية استراتيجية دوائر المفهوم في اكتساب المفاهيم الجغرافية لدى طالبات الصف الخامس الادبي " , ولغرض التحقق من هدف البحث صاغت الباحثة الفرضية الصفرية الاتية : - • لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (05,0) بين متو | This research aims to identify “activity of the strategy of the concept’s circles in acquiring the geographical concepts for the literary fifth’s female students”.For the purpose of investigating this aim, the following null hypothesis has been formulated : 1 - There is no statistical significant difference at the level of significance (0, 05) between the average score for female students who are studying literary fifth according to the usual method of testing the acquisition of geographical concepts.To validate this hypothesis, the researcher conducted experiment lasted an entire semester. The following procedures have been adopted : the experimental method (with a partial adjustment) has been followed for two equal groups one experimental and the other controller, that is a post - test group to gain geographical concepts, This research was limited to female students of the fifth class in the literary branch in one junior high school belonging to the Directorate of Education of Babylon. A randomly sample has been chosen (secondary Taliaa school for girls), which is distributed between two studying groups, group (A) is represented the experimental which is studied according to the strategy of concepts’ circles, and group (B) is represented the controller which is studied according the usual method. The two groups of research was rewarded in some of the variables that might have an impact in the independent variable : the chronological age calculated in months, the scores of students in geography in the mid - year exam,choose the previous information in the article geographical and IQ test, and the academic achievement of the parents. As well as adjust the other variables for the safety of the research. Noting that the researcher has taught the two groups of research and identified the scientific material for the last three units (the fourth, fifth and sixth) of the Natural Geographical Book scheduled to fifth class literary branch for the year 2013 - 2014, as identified purposes behavioral cognitive domain and numbered (177) purpose behaviorally, also the lesson plans for two groups of research (experimental and controller) have been prepared. As for the research tools, the researcher has prepared a test to gain the concepts of (60) items of multi - test type which was presented to the Committee of Experts. The experiment has been applied in the second semester of the academic year (2013 - 2014). It has begun on Sunday (02/16/2014) and ended on Sunday (04/05/2014). And to get the results the data were processing statistically using the t - test for two independent samples, and the results showed the following : There is no statistical significant difference at the level of significance (0,05)in favor of the experimental group as its students who have been taught according to the strategy of concept’s circles outperformed on students of the controller group who have been taught according to the usual method in testing the acquisition of the geographical conceptsand thus null hypothesis of the research was rejected the Search.In light of the results the researcher reached a number of conclusions : 1 - Using the strategy concept’s circles in teaching geography has a role in raising the scientific level of the students.2 - Upheld the findings of the literature in making the student the focus of the educational process, from her the process begins and ends.In light of that the researcher puts a number of recommendations relating to search results : 1 - The necessity of using the strategy concept’s circles in teaching geography for different educational levels as primary and intermediate.2 - Work on the training the teaching faculty members during the service on how to use modern teaching strategies, including the strategy concept’s circles.3 - Necessity of benefiting of the results of this study and to move away from traditional teaching methods in the teaching topics of the Natural Geographical Book to fifth class literary branch.Complementing to the aspects of the research, the researcher has suggested the following : 1 - Doing a study similar to the current one on other educational classes in Geography. 2 - Doing a study to identify on the effect of the strategy concept’s circles in developing other relating variables. 3 - Doing a research to identify the activity of (the strategy concept’s circles) in Geography in other variables.

Abstract: يرمي هذا البحث تعرف مستوى مقروئية كتب القراءة العربية للصفوف الثلاثة العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في العراق، وتعرف ترتيب الموضوعات القرائية على وفق درجة مقروئيتها في كتب القراءة، وتعرف درجة المقروئية على وفق متغير الجنس.ولاجل الوصول الى هذه المرامي | The researchers and educators indicated that there is a weakness in reading in the primary stage so they gave stature to study it in this research which aims at the read ability of Arabic reading textbooks of the high three classes of the Primary stage in Iraq, determining the effect of pupils gender on the degree of readability and to achieve these aims the researcher has chosen randomly (27) different topics to pick from the textbooks of Arabic for the high three classes of the primary stage.Nine reading topics from each textbook is the sample of the research.These topics are taken from the beginning, middle and the end of the textbooks. For the sake of measuring the readability of the reading topics. The researcher has prepared (27)test of a (cloze) type, she did that by deleting the word of fifth arrangement from each topic of the research sample topics. The average of the topic length is fifty word and the number of the deleting words from each topic is ten words.After achieving the validity and reliability they have been applied to a random sample that consist of (650) male and female (348) male and (302) female who are distributed on six directorate in Baghdad governorate. Two schools for boys, two schools for girls and one school (mixed for girls and boys) from each of the six directorates.After analyzing the results of the (cloze) test by using the statistical means. It is found that : 1 - The degree of the readability of Arabic reading of the fourth primary class is (2.80),for the fifth class is (4.25) and for the sixth class is (5.03)2 - The majority of the pupils performance in the (cloze) test falls in the bad level and about 1/4 in the teaching level and a small ratio is in the readability level.3 - The reading topics in the textbooks of Arabic reading for the high three classes of the primary stage are not graded according to the degree of their readability.4 - There is a difference of statistical significance among the degree of the readability reading topics according to the difference in the pupils gender and for the sake of girls.From previous results , it is concluded that the reading topics in the textbooks of the Arabic reading for high three classes of the primary stage in Iraq are not suitable for pupils levels. The researcher has explained this result by many reasons, some of them are related to the pupils and others the reading topics themselves.In the light of the research results, the researcher has recommended many recommendations for example to limit the degree of readability of the school textbooks in general and especially the reading textbooks before generalizing them to pupils by using one of the methods of measurement of readability such as (cloze) test. The researcher has suggested to make further studies as a complement of this research in this vital field which still needs more studies and investigations.

As a result, this leads to reconsider its structure, programs, and how individuals participate and react. 2 - The present study is a basic step to pave the way to research and subsequent studies in reform and development of the secondary school education in Iraq.3 - This study is beneficial for the educating leaders and decision makers and for all who take the responsibility to make the needed reform in the educational process.4 - The topic of this study is new and has never been studied by other researchers before in particular in the secondary school teaching level as the researcher assumes. The goal of the present study is to figure out the reality of the administration reform in the secondary school education in Iraq. The current study is limited to fetch facts from the general managers of the directory of education, supervisors , specialists, and secondary school principals in the following governorates ( Baghdad, Wassit, Missan) during the educational year 2013 - 2014. In the theoretical section ,the current study examined some topics related to ( reform administration, reform concept, secondary school reform entrances, the effective criteria for the educational reform, reform basics in secondary school education, reform demands in secondary school education, and the secondary school education). The research displayed number of studies that dealt with the same topic of the current study, and they were six Iraqi, Arabic, and foreign studies.The researcher adopts the descriptive method in his study and identifies the research community which is formed of (1070)individuals.The research sample has been chosen randomly with a percentage of 40%form the research community. The number of the individuals in the sample is (428), four general managers, two hundred and twenty nine supervisors, and one hundred and ninety five school principals.The research tool is a sort of a survey formed of eight fields ( secondary school education philosophy, secondary school education goals, the curriculum, the teacher, the student, school managers, school building, and supervision). The research tool is credible and consistent. It includes one hundred and twelve parts fairly distributed on the research sample. The statistical devices used in this study are : ( the potential medium, the centennial average, Berson Correlation Equation, and Alphakronbakh equation).This study sums up the conclusion in the following points : 1 - Secondary school building is placed as number one with a potential medium of (2.08) and a centennial average of (68.55). This leads to a new factor that the secondary school building is too old and reduced number of classrooms that do not match the number of the students. And this results in overcrowding the students in one class. This teaching - learning environment is also lacks resources and furniture.2 - The secondary school curriculum comes in the second rank with a potential medium of (2.04), a centennial average of (68.3). This study comes up with a fact that the secondary school curriculum focus on the theoretical side of the material more than the practical one and they do not cope with the scientific and technological progress.3 - Secondary school supervision comes in the third rank with a potential medium of (2.04) , a centennial average of (68.2) and this reflects one fact that there is weakness in the relationship between the school supervision and the educational system.4 - The teacher is in the fourth rank with a potential medium of (1.99), and a centennial average of (66.59). This also indicates one fact the teacher of secondary school lacks effective development programs which helps him to improve the educational process.5 - The aims of the secondary school education comes in the fifth rank with a potential medium of (1.98), and a centennial average of (66.33). This result indicates that the secondary school and the educational administration set good clear goals for the educational process but it does not adopt the updating and development process for these aims.6 - The secondary school education philosophy is in the sixth rank with a potential medium of ( 1.97), and a centennial average of (66.21) and this indicates that there is no understanding for the secondary school educational reform.7 - Secondary school administration is in the seventh rank before the last one with a potential medium of (1.79), and a centennial average of ( 65.91). This result indicates that school administration has no clear vision about school change and reform because of the central decision - making process and the school administration does not participate in the development and reform process.8 - Finally is the student in the eight rank with a potential medium of (1.92), and a centennial average of (64.16). This indicates the weakness of the students achievement.In the light of the research results there are points to be taken into consideration : 1 - Secondary school education suffers from weaknesses in aims and philosophy.2 - There is no clear future vision for the secondary school educational reform and development.3 - There is weakness in the connections between the educational policy and the development and reform in the educational process and individuals.4 - The secondary school administration is not given the right opportunity to participate in the updating and reforming curriculum process.5 - There is a complicated routine in addressing between schools and educational directorates which results negatively on performing suggested plans and projects for the reform.6 - Most of the supervisors adopt the classroom - visit method which results negatively on the relationship between the supervisors and the teachers.7 - The students lack the proper social and psychological guidance inside their schools to help them cope with their environment.8 - School administration lacks modern concepts in running its school. These modern concepts might help in transferring the educational institutions from their traditional performance to a more creative one. 9 - Shortage in school buildings and reduced laboratory tools and resources. There is also shortage in furniture in addition to neglected school yards and gardens. 10 - There is no clear policy adopted by the decision makers to develop the educational curriculum.11 - Lack of the modern methods in teaching which results in creating a boring environment for the students.12 - Adopt central decisions by the ministry of education and never gives the other directorate establishments the right to control and run their business. To achieve that, the researcher depended on an experimental design lies in the field of the experimental designs (that have a partial control) and prior and post on two groups, one is an experimental, and the other is acontrol.The researcher chose Al. Khansaa preparatory for girls (lie in St. 40 in the center of Al. Hillah city in Babylon) as a random sample. The sample consisted of 60 students, 30 students in the experimental group, and 30 students in the control group. The researcher had settled a statistical equivalence between the two groups by the following variables : (the scores of the two groups in (Art) in the mid - year test of the academic year 2013 - 2014, time age computed in months, academic acquisition of the parents, and the prior test). The researcher had composed 28 behavior objectives for the topic dealt in the experiment, and prepared teaching daily plans for teaching the two groups. The research tool was procurement test in two topics : one is educational and the other deals with the skills, then the measurement and observing performance card. The tool had been applied after finishing the experiment which continued for 10 weeks. The test had been applied in the tenth week (the last week of the experiment) on Monday 19/4/2014. In her research procedures, and to reach at the research results, the researcher used the following : (T. test for two independent samples, kai square, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and the statistical analysis formulas of the test). It is concluded that the students (the experimental group) who studied according to Dunn's sample was better than the controlled group who studied according to the traditional method. The researcher had recommended : 1. Generalize this sample among the teachers of Art. 2. Train the teachers of Art to use Dunn's sample and enabling him to use it in teaching the material. 3. Let the students depend on the samples in practicing the different Arty works. The researcher had suggested the following1. making a study aims at knowing the influence of Dunn's sample in teaching Art in the preparatory level.2. making a study aims at knowing the influence of Dunn's sample on the acquisition of the pupils of the last three years in the elementary level in Art. 3. making a study aims at knowing the influence of Dunn's sample in developing the handy works in Art or family education.

The researcher constructed the behavioral objectives which amounted to 160 objectives to the three sectionsof the book.The researcher then designed a multimedia programming for the students of the experimental group, which amounted to 16 programs that covered the aspects of the teaching materials.Then the research conducted the teaching plans for the two groups.The number of the teaching plans was matched with the number of the multimedia programs.The researcher conducted 16 plans for each group of the study. A model plan test was submitted to a group of arbitrators to judge it scientifically and pedagogically.The researcherdesigned the two study tools.They were represented by the cognitive motivation scale which was adopted by Al - Janaby(2015).It consisted of 44 sets of items arranged to scaling responses following the Likert - type scale. The tool of measurement was the achievement test which was designed to measure the influence of using multimedia teaching in the achievement of the individuals in the two groups.The test consisted of 40 objective items of mutable choice form.The items were verified in terms ofvalidity , reliability and other psychometric properties.To analyze the results, data was gathered and processed statistically by using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SPSS). After the analysis, the researcher observed that there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the two groups in favor of the experimental group which studied by using multimedia teaching on the achievement and development of cognitive motivation on that of the control group which studied through the conventional teaching. This result means that the development of the achievement and measurement of cognitive motivation for the experimental group is greater than that of control group. According to the study results , the researcher recommends using multimedia in teaching the history subject for second year intermediate because it enhances the achievement level and development of cognitive motivation in the learners. In addition , the researcher suggests that similar studies could be conducted on other teaching materials and stages.

The total number was (162) purposes, also, the main physical objectives were determined of (15) concepts , For making sure of the research goals, the researcher has made tow tools, a test for acquiring the physical concepts, concepts acquisition test involved (45) items from the multiple choice type according to the classification (concept definition , concept distinguishing, application of concept) physics book for the second intermediate students and measuring decision making involved (50) items , concepts acquisition test and measuring decision making have been presented to a group of experts to check their validity.The experiment was applied in the second educational semester for the year (2013 - 2014) with two lessons for each group (experimental and control) and took the experiment (9) weeks and to an educational material in teaching the last four chapters of physics for second intermediate students, and the researcher himself has taught the two groups (experiment and control), and after completing the experiment, the results showed the use of the bag statistical (SPSS - 20) and software (Excel) the superiority of the experimental group students who were taught according strategy (PDEODE) on the control group students who were taught according the usual way in each concept acquiring test and measuring decision making, and eventually, both zero hypotheses.The researcher recommended using the strategy (PDEODE) in the teaching of physics and suggested that multiple studies related to research the current.

There is no difference statistically significant at the level (0,05) between the average scores of the experimental group who are studying chemistry in accordance with the dope on memory and between the average scores of the control group who are studying the same article according to the traditional method of collection. 2. Coined the researcher (150) one hundred and sixty goals, divided into five levels in the cognitive domain of Bloom's Taxonomy (knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, and installation). Sixteen researcher prepared a plan for teaching subjects studied in the duration of the experiment spread over two sets of search and display two of them on the elite group of experts and specialists to learn disqualified and appropriateness. The researcher studied the same two sets of search during the duration of the experiment, which lasted an entire semester, and ended in the application of the achievement test on Wednesday, 16/04/2014 AD. The researcher used the following statistical methods : (test equation (test.t) for two independent samples, and Pearson correlation coefficient, and the equation correct Sbierman - Brown, and difficulty coefficient equation, and the equation of the power of discrimination and the effectiveness of alternatives to the wrong equation). After analyzing the results statistically to reach : 1. outweigh the students of the experimental group that studied the use of memory on the dope control group students in the achievement test. 2. outweigh the students of the experimental group that studied the use of stimulants memory on the students in the control group test retention. In light of the results of research researcher concluded a number of conclusions, including : 1. that the adoption of dope memory contributed to the increased collection of first - grade students in the average chemistry. 2. that the adoption of dope memory enabled students of the ability to retain information in their memories and that will help them in linking new information precedent. There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of students who were studying according to the programmed approach strategy and the mean scores of students who were studying according to the traditional method of teaching in multi - intelligencs.The sample consisted of ( 60 ) female students from the First grade at Noor Al - Eslam Middle school for Girls which belong to the Directorate of Education in Baghdad / the first Rusafah ,for the First semester of the academic year ( 2014 - 2015 ) , and Chapters III , IV, and V of the math book scheduled for the First grade, section (B) consisting of (30) were selected to be the experimental group who were taught math material by Programmed approach strategy , and section (A ) consisting of (30) were selected student to be the control group, who were taught math material by traditional method. The researcher adopted a partial control designs with post test for both groups and used the experimental method. Both groups were equalized on the variables (test prior knowledge, previous achievement, intelligence test scores, age calculated in months, educational qualification of the parents).Having formulated behavioral objectives, the researcher studied both groups. These objectives covered the levels of (remembering, comprehension, application ) in Bloom's classification and the number of these objectives reached (170). The researcher prepared (45) lesson plan for each group included research topics, and prepared a test, achievement post - test consisting of (40) items. The validity and reliability were verified, The difficulty level and The discrimination power and The effectiveness of wrong alternatives for both test were calculated.The researcher constricts a scale for multi - intelligences , Based on the concept of Gardener theory in multi - intelligences , Which is consisted of eight areas (linguistic Logical - mathematical , Visual - spatial , Bodily - kinesthetic , Musical , Interpersonal , Intrapersonal , Naturalistic), and consist of ( 80 ) items and then its face validity content validity , the test reliability is found by using the person correlation coefficient , and calculated the discrimination power of scale's items.The researcher used the equation of Cooder - Richardson (K - R20) to calculate the reliability coefficient of achievement post - test , and the equation of alpha - Cronbach to calculate the stability coefficient of the scale for multi - intelligence , the researcher also used the (t - Test) for two independent samples for data processing.The results were as follows : There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of students of the experimental group and the control group in achievement test and in multi - intelligences.The researcher concluded that the adoption of programmed approach strategy have a positive impact in achievement and multi - intelligences in mathematics, the researcher made several recommendations, including that teachers of mathematics should depend on programmed approach strategy in teaching because of its positive impact on the achievement and the development of multi - intelligences , and encourage teachers to pay attention to the teaching multi - intelligence as an mental activity that helps to move the learn into the application.The researcher presented several suggestions, including conducting an identical study of the current study and to other phases of study and to different subjects, conduct a study on the use of programmed approach strategy in other variables like critical thinking and concepts acquisition and ability to solve problems.

Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة (صعوبات تعليم وتعلم منهج الحاسوب للمرحلة الاعدادية ومقترحات معالجتها). عن طريق الاجابة عن التساؤلات الاتية : 1. ما صعوبات تعليم وتعلم منهج الحاسوب للمرحلة الاعدادية من وجهة نظر المدرسين؟2. ما صعوبات تعليم وتعلم منهج الحاسوب لل | The objective of this research is to (know the difficulties of teaching and learning computer approach to the preparatory phase and suggestion to treatment). By answering the following questions : - 1.What difficulties teaching and learning of computer curriculum for junior high stage from the standpoint of the teaching staff?2.What difficulties teaching and learning of computer curriculum for junior high stage from the viewpoint of the students?3.What the proposed solutions with which to overcome these difficulties?The current research is determined by all teachers and teachers of computer material and all the preparatory stage students who are studying this article in the Directorate - General for Education province of Baghdad Karkh (first, second and third) actually for the academic year (2014/2015). The researcher has used a number of steps required to build her research, including : (A) directing an open question to a group of teachers's (25) and a school teacher and (250) students.(B) the identification of a private guide for teachers included (63) paragraph in the initial image and directing special questionnaire for students included (53) paragraph in the initial image.As a researcher unearthed facts psychometric tool to be considered and adopted the proportion (80%) threshold of acceptance between acceptance and rejection of the paragraph, it was the result of this process to reach a final form tool included as a whole (110) vertebrae. As for the stability researcher has adopted internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) was the alpha value to identify teachers (0.80) and to identify students (0.82). The researcher reached a number of results, including : 1 1. lack of tests that take place during the school year.2. ignorance of most teachers and educational goals.The researcher also found a number of recommendations, including : 1. the allocation of a large area laboratories.2. Increase the number of quotas for computer material.

To investigate these aims, the researcher put two null hypotheses : 1 - There is no significant difference at (0.05) level between the students scores average of the experimental group taught using learning by contracting strategy and the students scores average of the control group taught using the traditional way in the biology Achievemen.. 2 - There is no significant difference at (0.05) level between the students scores average of the experimental group taught using learning by contracting strategy and the students scores average of the control group taught using the traditional way in the creative thinking. The researcher used the experimental design of the two groups (experimental group and control group) , the researcher choose randamly "Al - amal Inter. School" for boys " Directorate of Education in Diwaniya " for the academic year 2013 - 2014. As a sample , and randomly two classes " C " as the experimental group which consisted of 30 students who were taught using the learning by contracting , and "A" became the control group which also includes 30 students who were taught using the traditional way. The two groups were equivalent according to a set of variables which are : age , intelligent, scores of mid - year exam in biology, and creative thinking test. The researcher also put 150 objectives. He also arranged 16 teaching plans for each group. The research tools, were the achievement test ( 30 items) composed of multiple choice with four options, and the creative thinking test (7) activities and its outer validity, construct validiy reliability We applied the experiment during the second academic term 2013 - 2014 from the 19th of February to the 17th of April. statistically using the t - test for two independent sample groups as well as using Chi square test for independency. The results showed stand out for the experimental group students taught using learning by contracting over the control group students taught using the traditional teaching method, in the Achievement test and the creative thinking. As a result of this research the researcher recommend some recommendations, like : Invite the directorate of preparing and training to biology teachers about strategy learning by contracting , and suggest some proposals.

To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher set up tow hypotheses as follows : 1 - There is no difference with statistical sign at signify level (0.05) between the degrees of the experimental group of female students that studying according to of infusion of thinking skills within the knowledge content and median degrees of the control group of students that studying according to the normal method in Achievement of the material of Biology2 - There is no difference with statistical sign at signify level (0.05) between the degrees of the experimental group of female students that studying according to of the infusion of thinking skills within the knowledge content and median degrees of the control group of students that studying according to the normal method in mental motivationthe sample of search was selected at random from secondary al - Fouz to the Directorate General of Educational Baghdad / Rusafa And numbered (61) students distributed on the two groups of search chosen by appointment simple random , one experimental group (30 ) a student who studied according to infusion of thinking skills , while the control group (31) student who has studied in the normal method , Both groups were treated equivalently according to the variables (timing age, intelligence , previous achievement , previous knowledge , mental motivation ), The teaching plans of the tow groups had been adopted after exposing them to a group of arbitrators in the teaching methods ,was approved lesson plans for the two groups after a presentation to a group of arbitrators in teaching methods , as been building achievement test tool which consisted of (50) items , (47) of which type of multiple - choice and (3) essay , and adopting a scale of mental motivation which was prepared by Alfarraji (2011) which consisted of (58) items were presented to a group of arbitrators in psychology, The researcher investigated the standard properties of these two tools. As was the stability of the achievement test tool (0.89) either a tool of motivation, bringing mental stability (0,91). Experiment lasted throughout the second semester of the school year 2013 - 2014 m of 16 on Sunday, 16/2/2014 until Monday 21/4/2014 by three servings weekly for each group , and after the end of the experiment has been applied to the two sets of search tools , Results have been shown : 1 - The presence of statistically significant differences in the behalf of the experimental group in the achievement of material Biology in size effect ( 1.18) higher than the control group. 2 - The presence of statistically significant differences in the behalf of the experimental group in the scale of mental motivation in size effect (1.60) higher than the control group. According to this, the researcher achieved a number of conclusions , recommendations and proposals.

The biology textbook for the fifth grade science has obtained the highest percentage in duplicates, followed by a biology textbook for sixth - grade science, and biology textbook for the fourth grade science, and received less than a percentage.3. The areas (marriage, pregnancy and childbearing) and (Environment) has obtained the highest percentages of paragraphs achieved in preventive education, followed by the areas of (food) and (psychological), then the field of disease (s), and the areas of (the child) and (body) and ( Drug) achieved on low rates, as well as a full field of negligence which is the area of safety and security.4. The item (a comprehensive knowledge of the installation and function of organs and members of various body) in the area of the body has achieved the highest over the rest of the itemes of the standard also did not get the rest of the itemes of the field on any frequency, followed by item (a comprehensive knowledge of the causes of diseases and symptoms and how to prevent them) of the disease, The rest itemes area on the ratios between medium and low as well as negligence most itemes standard. In light of the findings of the research, researcher came several recommendations, including : 1. Topics include biology books protective education itemes contained in the standard of study and achieve the integration of these books have in their coverage.2. Educational seminars for teachers of biology on the topics of protective education and how to develop among students.3.
