المستخلص: ويهدف البحث الحالي الي معرفة (تاثير الارشاد المعرفي في خفض الخوف من الفشل الدراسي لدى طلاب المرحلة الاعدادية)؛ وذلك من خلال تحقيق الاهداف الاتية : اولا : قياس الخوف من الفشل الدراسي لدى طلاب المرحلة الاعدادية.ثانيا : معرفة اثر البرنامج الارشادي في خفض ا | The school of the most important educational and scientific institutions in the community they are located in the top of the pyramid of Education, an organization working to supplement the younger generation with different types of science and knowledge they need to cope with scientific developments accelerating , as well as being the means that are of introduction Leadership professional , artistic and intellectual and configured , it works to provide the community workforce that is their management institutions, social, cultural and economic. The problem is the fear of academic failure of important problems The current research aims to find out (the effect of cognitive counseling in reducing the fear of academic failure among students in middle school) and that by achieving the following objectives : First - measuring fear of academic failure among students in middle school. Secondly - to know the impact of the program in reducing the fear indicative of academic failure among students in middle school , by testing the following hypotheses : 1. There are no statistically significant differences in reducing the fear of academic failure at the level (0.05) for the control group in the test (tribal posttest).2. There are no statistically significant differences in reducing the fear of academic failure at the level (0.05) for the experimental group in the test (tribal posttest).3. There are no statistically significant differences in reducing the fear of academic failure at the level (0.05) for the two groups (experimental control group) in the post test The researcher has built a measure of the fear of academic failure and presented to a group of experts agreed unanimously to use it , has been extracted characteristics Alsekoumtria to scale them (validity and reliability). Been applied to measure a sample of students from the middle school , as the number of respondents (400) students from grade (fifth Scientific) , and the researcher adopted the experimental method; verification of research hypotheses , as sample program (20) students from fifth grade science , from students who received degrees higher than the center - premise , has been selected from the junior Sharif Razi , the researcher built a pilot program adopted in the construction of the program theory Beck, having been exposing the experimental group for the program has not suffered the control group of the indicative Programme has reached the number of sessions (10) sessions guidance. To address the research data and then rely on several statistical methods , including : (Pearson correlation coefficient , and Chi - square test , and the test t - T.test, and weight percentile , and the weighted average , the equation Alvakronbach) has been using the bag statistical (Spss) to reach the desired results in the search procedures. The current research found the following results : 1. The presence of fear of academic failure among the students of the preparatory stage 2. Indicative that the program impact in reducing the fear of academic failure in favor of the members of the experimental group In light of the results and conclusions of the researcher concluded a set of recommendations and proposals , including : 1. the attention of school administrators and counselors problems of students , especially those that relate to their fear of academic failure in order to create appropriate solutions to satisfy their needs psychological and social.2. take advantage of the measure prepared by the researcher to gather information about the fear of academic failure and the extent of its spread among students.3. Find ways and new techniques by counselors seek to develop means of psychological counseling , educational and especially after the development and opening - up happening in the country. Complementing the results of current research studies researcher suggests the following : 1. Study of the fear of academic failure in middle school and elementary school.2. to conduct a study using similar methods other guidance to reduce the fear of academic failure is that the methods used by the researcher.3. conduct a similar study for students in middle school.

المستخلص: تعد الطمانينة الانفعالية من الحاجات المهمة لدى الانسان وكذلك هي بالنسبة للطفل اليتيم , حيث يتناول البحث الحالي شريحة ذات عمر حيوي وهي مرحلة الطفولة والتي تمثل الامل والثروة الغالية التي تعتمد عليها الامم في بناء حضارتها وكيانها ورقيها وتقدمها فهي جزء من ا | Due to the importance of emotional safety for orphan, the need for security and safety take priority in psychological needs. The current study dealt with a vital age segment named childhood, which represent hope and precious wealth that nations depended on them in building a civilization and its existence, progression and advancement. Childhood is a part of the present and whole future. Many agree on the critical importance of emotional safety subject and the concentration on its development for pupils through guidance programmes, especially, guidance, behavioural, and cognitive programme which considered as efficient and modern one. The current study is aimed at : 1. Designing an emotional safety scale for fatherless pupils at primary schools.2. Measuring the emotional safety for fatherless pupils at primary schools.3. Measuring the rate of emotional safety prevalence for fatherless pupils at primary schools.4. Designing a guidance, behavioural, and cognitive programme in developing emotional safety for fatherless pupils at primary school.5. Identifying the impact of a guidance, behavioural, and cognitive programme in developing emotional safety for fatherless pupils at primary school by testify the following hypotheses : • There are no statistically significant differences in the developing emotional safety at the level (0.05) for the control group in pre - test and posttest. • There are no statistically significant differences in the developing emotional safety at the level (0.05) for the experimental group in pre - test and posttest. • There are no statistically significant differences in the development of emotional safety at the level (0.05) for the two groups (experimental and control groups ) in the post - test. To verify the above aims and hypotheses , the researcher adopted the experimental method and also used experimental design with a pretest and posttest. The sample of the study is selected intentionally, it consisted of (400) fatherless pupils in the fifth and sixth grade at primary school. The tool of study included designing emotional safety scale which were verified by its aims and psychometric characteristics. It also included designing a guidance, behavioural, and cognitive programme due to the calculation of the weighted mean and percentage. The needs, themes, activities, and strategies were identified in the guidance programme according to the Rutter's theory. The study sample consisted of (20) fatherless female pupils who received lower degrees from the hypothetical mean. The sample divided into two groups, experimental and control group, (10) pupils for each. The groups were selected from Al - Hudaybiyah school Al - Mustafa neighborhood and Democraty school in Al - Katoon neighborhood in Diyala province. The programme included (13) session as well as, the programme has been exposed experts in education and psychology to extract the validity of the program, and for data processing a number of statistical means are used, including : (Pearson correlation coefficient, chi square test, samples t - test for two independent samples, samples t - test for paired samples, one - way analysis of variance (ANOVA), weighted percentile, weighted mean, and statistical bag SPSS) for study results accessing , a number of results are concluded such as, • The pupils fatherless to have a sense of high emotional safety.• There are statistically significant differences in the level of emotional safety prevalence for fatherless pupils. • There are no statistically significant differences in the developing emotional safety at the level (0.05) for the control group in pre - test and posttest. • There are statistically significant differences in the developing emotional safety at the level (0.05) for the experimental group in pre - test and posttest. • There are no statistically significant differences in the development of emotional safety at the level (0.05) for the two groups (experimental and control groups ) in the post - test in favor of the experimental group. In light of the current results, the researcher presents a number of recommendations and suggestions, such as;• Benefiting by the educational guidance department at the Ministry of Education from the guidance programme which is prepared in present study and make it a part of curriculum for the training and practicing educational guides. • Using of the emotional safety scale by the researchers and guides and psychological guidance centers as a tool to find out the pupils who suffer from a lack of emotional safety feeling. The following suggestions are;• Applying guidance programme in current study on the same sample to other stages in secondary and preparatory schools.• Using another guidance program, such as behavioural or cognitive then make a comparison between them in addition to the guidance programme which is applied in current study

المستخلص: ان مفهوم التطرف الاجتماعي، والمشاركة في النشاطات اللاصفية هي المفاهيم الرئيسة التي تناولها هذا البحث، وقد عرف التطرف الاجتماعي على انه : استجابة اجتماعية متشددة ناتجة عن التوتر والنفور من الغموض في هيئة سلوك تسلطي مشحون بشحنة انفعالية حادة ضد الجماعة الخا | Social extremism and participation in the Non - Class activities are considered as Main concepts which deals with this research. The social extremism is defined as it is asocial and severe response obtaining from extension and elienation of imbignity as a form of dominating behavior and loaded by emotional charge against the beliefs difficult to be changed du to what persom carriej from the cognitive structures standing on sharp sitnation of far ideas from moderation in dealing with social life cases. The participation of nom - class activities is defined as it is the participation as , scientific , technecial , athetic, literary or cultural nature done outside the classroom aim to fill the needs of students and to profit then the knowledge, social skills and reinforce the different types from positive behavior and development their abilities as faras possible. The Goals of this thesis : 1. Building standard for the social extremism for secondary school students. 2. Measuring this social extremism for secondary school students. 3. Identifying the differences of social extremism for secondary school according the following variables : A - Gender (girls - boys )B - Residing ( rural - urban )C - Branch (scientific - literary )4. Building standard for the participation in the non - class activities for secondary school students. 5. Measuring the participation in non - class activities for secondary school students.6. Identifying the differences in the participation in non - class activities according to the following variables : A - Gender (girls - boys )B - Residing ( rural - urban )C - Branch (scientific - literary )7. Identifying the relationship between the social extremism and non - class activities for secondary school students.For achieving these goals, the researcher makes two standards , the first is to measure the social extremism and the second one to measure the participation of non - class activities for secondary stage students. These two standard are applied on the research sample which totally (600) student by random way from school of General directorate Education of Diyala distributed according to gender, residing and branch of study. After collecting date and treat them statistically by using T. Test for one sample and two independent samples and Pearson correlation coefficient the researcher concludes the following results : - 1. Getting a standard can be used to measure the social extremism by identifying indications of honest and stability.2. There is indicative level of social extremism for secondary stage students.3. There are no differences in social extremism for secondary stage students according to the variables of (gender - residing and branch )4. Getting a standard can used in measuring the participation in non - class activities for secondary stage students. 5. There is no indicative level of participation in non - class activities for secondary stage students. 6. There are no differences in participation in non - class activities for secondary school students according to the variables : gender, residing and branch. 7. There is no indicative morally relationship between the social extremism and the participation in non - class activities.according these results , the researcher convies to some recommendations and suggestions

The session number reach (12) sessiions , twice weekly. for rese arch data processing , it depend on many satistical ways like (berson connecting factories , second test T.test , recognizing power, weight percentile and the weighted Average , Kuy square , stat is tical bay (spss) to reach the resrarch results she points out to : 1 - There arent difference of satistical Difference in the ego resilience in level of the signifiance (0.05) to the regulator Group in both of the tests ( former - later ). 2 - There are differences of statistical sighificance in the ego resiliencein significance ievel of (0.05) to the experimental group in both of the tests ( former - Later). 3 - There were differences have asatistical significance , leve of (0.05) of the Ego resilience in to both of the groups , The experimental and the regulator in the posttest test to side of the Experimental group. As aresult of what. المستخلص: الكفاية المهنية، والمكانة الاجتماعية، هي المفاهيم الرئيسة التي تناولها هذا البحث، وقد تم تفسير مفهوم الكفاية المهنية في ضوء نظرية العاملين لـ (هيرزبيرغ)، اما مفهوم المكانة الاجتماعية فقد تم تناوله على وفق المنظور المعرفي ممثلا بنظرية الموازنة الاجتماعية | This research deals with the occupational competence and social status are which considered as main concepts It gives.am explaination of occupational competence on the scope of the Theory of (HERZBERG) of Employees. As the concept of " social status " has been discussed according to the cognitive theory , for Instance the theory of social balance by " HEIDER" , theory of social comparative by " Festinger " , and theory of perceive and social behaviour change by "Rokeach" The research is Targeting to : First : Establishing an essencial system for the occupational competence of educational counsellor.Second : Measuring the of occupational competence for educational counsellor.Third : Notice the differences in the occupational competence of educational counsellor in accordance with the following alternatives. A. Gender ( Educational counsellor : male, female).B. Service (Less than 10 years) , (More than 10 years).C.SpecialiZation : (Psychological & educational sciences , psychology , educational counsellor , sociology).Fourth : Establishing an essential system for social status of educational Counsellor.Fifth : Measuring social status for the educational Counsellor. Sixth : Notice the differences of the social status of the educational counsellor in accordance with the following alternatives.A. Gender (Educational counsellor : male, female). B. Service ( Less than 10 years), (more than 10 years). C. Specialization (Psychological & educational sciences, psychology, educational counsellor, sociology). Seventh : To acquaint with the relationship between the occupational competence & social status for the educational counsellor. To achieve the mentioned goals, the researcher has done the establishing of two measurements units , one is used for measuring the occupational competence and the other is used for measuring the social status , both units measuring systems have been applied on samples of (440) educational counsellor male, female chosen randamly , from various schools of Dyala general directorate of education , baghdad.1st.RESAFFA general directorate of education , distributed according to the alternative of gender , service , and the specialization. After the process of collecting all information and data and treated in statistical meads , lay using the equahilruim of (T - Test) for onesample , and for two independent samples (one - way ANOVA), pearson linker coefficient , the reseacher har concluded the following results : 1 - The educational counsellor have obtained on acceptable average of the professional effeciency and the social status.2 - There are no differences in occupational competence for the educational counsellor in accordance with the alternatives : (Gender , specialiZation , services).3 - There are no differences in the social status for the educational counsellor in accordance the following alternatives (Gender, Spaciaization ). 4 - There are differences in significance of statistics in social status for the educational counsellor in accondance of services atternative for the counselor interests of longer services.5 - There are strong and positive relationships between the occupational competence and the social status. According to these results, The researeher has concluded most important recommendations and suggestions
